The canteen in the Vechta employment agency, with around 50 seats, has been run by the owner of the Niedersachsenhof in Brockum (near Lemförde) for over a year and is public, i.e. not only accessible to government employees. It is only open from Monday to Thursday. In the morning there are bread rolls and coffee, at lunchtime there are at least two, often three to four dishes, one of which is vegetarian. The food is varied and tasty. The staff is always friendly and in a good mood. Lunch costs €6.50, second helpings are free; Dessert costs extra. Only card payment is possible, no cash payment. Food can be pre-ordered and paid online via the website.

Overall the restaurant was okay, but I wouldn't eat there again. Unfortunately, the price-performance ratio is not right for all dishes. The quality of the main courses is more of a snack level, while the price of €20.50 per plate is too high. The soy sauce dominated the taste, which I found disappointing. The pho was OK but not spectacular. However, the sushi plates at the next table looked appealing, maybe we were just unlucky and made the wrong choice. The spring rolls as a starter were also not very convincing: they consisted mainly of lettuce, carrots, cucumbers and supermarket prawns, the kind you can buy packaged as cocktail prawns. Overall, I've eaten much better and was accordingly disappointed. The service was friendly, but the team seemed a bit disorganized. Despite a table reservation, we were initially told that our table was taken and that we would have to wait ten minutes. Ultimately we were assigned another table, but that shouldn't happen with a reservation.

Hello, (still) reasonable sales prices, here you are obviously not ruthlessly filling your pockets like many other providers. I hope the concept works.

Always fast service, nice and competent staff and the best kebab in Vechta!

The doner meat was raw and the pizza was half burnt, you couldn't enjoy it, really disappointed

Enjoyed a very good and tasty lunch buffet on Christmas Day. Super nice staff who put a lot of passion into it.

Kleine Karte aber sehr lecker. Schönes Ambiente 👍🏻 - Es war alles sehr lecker und liebevoll angerichtet. Service war ebenfalls ausgezeichnet.

The small rump steak on my acropolis plate, which is usually cooked dry and tough elsewhere, couldn't have been better. Salad fresh and crunchy. Service friendly and professional. Absolute recommendation!
