Der Besuch im Wock hat sich gelohnt. Wir waren zwei Personen.Das Restaurant besticht durch seine Gemütlichkeit. Das Personal war sehr umsichtig und schnell bei allem was sie machen von Bestellung aufnehmen bis zum servireren. Das Essen war sehr schnell da und sehr lecker. Mir hat alles sehr gut geschmeckt. Ich kann das Restaurant " der Wock" mit einem sehr guten Gewissen weiterempfehlen Das Preis Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und fair. Die Portionen sind so groß das man angenehm satt wird. Nee, immer noch nicht gut 🤷🏼‍♀️ ich war jetzt in den letzten Jahren dreimal dort und das Rindfleisch ist immer noch zäh, darüber definiert sich halt der Preis. Gibt in Vechta wirklich bessere chinesische Restaurants.

Das Essen war gut, aber der Service war nicht besonders. Es gab keine Klimaanlage, und im ganzen Restaurant hat es stark nach Essen gerochen. Man konnte kaum atmen.

Wir haben in der Vergangenheit häufiger dort bestellt. Es war immer sehr gut. Insbesondere die Pole Bowl war sehr gut. Heute zwei andere Bowls bestellt und total enttäuscht gewesen. Der Reis war trocken, die Garnelen fettig, die Mango TK oder Dose statt frisch und insgesamt wenig Gemüse. Satt sind wir auch nicht geworden, obwohl wir keine großen Esser sind. Sehr sehr schade.

Wir waren kürzlich wieder im „Wok“ essen – tatsächlich mit einer gewissen Erwartung, da wir schon zur Eröffnung vor rund 25 Jahren dort waren und damals sehr zufrieden waren. Zuerst einmal das Positive: Die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam, und auch das Gemüse war völlig in Ordnung. Leider hat uns das Essen insgesamt aber nicht überzeugt. Besonders aufgefallen ist, dass die Speisen nicht richtig heiß waren. Gerade bei Wok-Gerichten kennt man es ja eigentlich so, dass sie sehr heiß serviert werden – hier war das leider nicht der Fall. Der Reis war zudem sehr trocken, teilweise sogar hart, sodass er schwer zu kauen war. Auch optisch und vom Gefühl her wirkte er nicht frisch – es fehlte komplett das Dampfen, das man sonst erwartet. Die Nudeln waren ebenfalls eher weich und etwas „schlabberig“. Für drei Personen haben wir 53 € bezahlt, was grundsätzlich in Ordnung ist – allerdings hätten wir uns dafür eine deutlich bessere Qualität gewünscht. Insgesamt war es kein kompletter Reinfall, aber leider auch nicht das, was wir von früher kennen. Wir hoffen, dass sich die Qualität wieder verbessert.

Nach einem halben jahr wieder mal dort gewesen. Gebackene wan tan suppe für 4,60 vom geschmack her sehr lecker. Leider ein metall löffel.. sorry ist bei 4,60 für eine kleine schüssel suppe echt kein geld für einen keramik löffel da??? Das Hauptgericht wie immer zu übersalzen.. aber die hoffnung stirbt zuletzt. Deswegen auch nur alle halbe jahre wieder. Der Hammer war, als ich zahlen wollte.. sagte die Bedienung nur an der kasse. Im ganzen Rastaurant nur 2 oder 3 Leute. Dafür 2 Kellner die die ganze Zeit, da wenig Besuch, miteinander rumalbern. An der Kasse Zahlung mit Karte, voreingestelltes Trinkgeld 10%... Wofür eigentlich? Sich zu schade zu sein 5 meter zum Kunden zu laufen um abzurechnen... sorry.. nix, nada.. zu dem Zeitpunkt ist mir die Lust vergangen selbst die 5% die ich vorhatte zu geben. Sehr sehr schade... eigentlich schmeckt das knusprige hähnchen soo gut.. aber zu übersalzen.. obwohl ich am liebsten jede woche hingehen würde... kann ich mir so ein salztrauma maximal einmal im halbjahr Zumuten.

Asiatisch Essen zum kleinen Preis. Ein Besuch lohnt sich

Ich war zum Mittagessen dort - ich wurde sehr freundlich begrüßt und bekam sofort eine Karte. Nach kürzester Zeit wurde mir mein bestelltes Getränk serviert, das Essen folgt wenige Minuten später. Alles war lecker, günstig und nett präsentiert. Besonders erwähnenswert ist der freundliche Service. Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt!

Der Wok (wie von unserer Familie immer liebevoll genannt, auch wenn „das“ Wok wohl richtig wäre) ist eines der Restaurants, in dem ich wohl schon am häufigsten in meinem Leben war. Es ist wirklich gutes Essen zu einem fairen Preis. Wir kommen schon seit 20 Jahren immer wieder her. Außerdem ist es ein Familienunternehmen mit so netten Menschen, die dort arbeiten, und die sich alles mit harter Arbeit aufgebaut haben. Toll finde ich die Bowls, die sie seit kurzer Zeit anbieten. Ich muss mich schon etwas wundern, was manche Leute hier rezensiert haben. Der Wok ist kein High-Class-Restaurant, sondern ist eher einfach gehalten und hat Imbiss-Charakter. Das tut dem Charme des Restaurants keinen Abbruch und man ist nie enttäuscht, sondern bekommt immer gute Qualität. Danke für die gute Arbeit. Wollte schon längst mal Wertschätzung dalassen.

Ich habe mich geärgert, mein Geld dort für ein Abendessen ausgegeben zu haben. Leider, hätte jetzt auch liebend gerne eine andere Bewertung abgegeben. Aber das Essen war ganz einfach nicht gut. Lieblos, fad, langweilig, Reiskugel, viel zu viel dunkle (geleeartige FertigSauce) mit wenig Gemüse und trockener Ente obendrauf. Die Currysauce meiner Nachbarin kaum an Geschmack und total verwässert. Die Sauce auch bis zum Rand des Tellers gefüllt, da zu flüssig. Es schwamm quasi alles in diesem „Currysee“ :-) Zudem kam das Hauptgericht vor den Getränken und der Vorspeise. (Habe ich evtl. noch Verständnis für bei einem durchaus vollem Restaurant) Die WanTan waren knusprig ja, aber das war es auch. Lauwarm und ohne Geschmack. Schade, es gibt Restaurants die sind besser. Ich verstehe das, dass evtl Personal in der Küche fehlt. Oder an einem Samstag Abend ein Ausnahmezustand herrscht, aber trotzdem erwarte ich ein gutes Essen mit etwas Qualität. Ich werde hier nie wieder essen. Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht, auch viele Essen außer Haus. Servicekräfte sehr freundlich. Tut mir leid, aber das geht besser. Schließlich ist „derWok“ weit und breit nicht das einzigste asiatische Restaurant. So wird das nichts!

**Bitte lesen vor einem Besuch** 08.01.2026 War zum Mittagessen vor Ort. Habe die 50A bestellt Von knusprigen Hähnchen kann man nicht viel erwarten da es in 99,9% Asia Restaurants aus TK kommt. Der Reis Trocken und nicht mehr lecker.. Die "Cremige" Sauce sehr flach und so gut wie kein Geschmack zudem wurde da Massen an Mehl oder stärke rein gehauen was die Konsistenz sehr Zäh macht und schon wiederlich aussieht. Das gemüse in der Sauce zu überkocht/braten und auch nicht wirklich frisch.. Allgemein ein wenig zu sehr übersalzen für meinen Geschmack. Wan Tan habe ich ebenfalls probiert. Die standen nach ca. 2 Minuten auf dem Tisch und waren ebenfalls kaum genießbar da voller Öl. Konnte es trotz großem Hunger nicht aufessen. Mit Frischem essen was frisch zubereitet wird hat das NICHS! Zu tun. Habe 19,80€ gezahlt und bin direkt zum Döner Mann nebenan um nach 11 Std Auto fahrt mal was halbwegs gescheites im Magen zu haben. Würde hier einen Besuch abraten.

Wir waren Heute mittag da nicht das erste mal waren schön öfteres da aber dieses mal ist uns extrems aufgefallen das Der Wok immer mehr nachlässt es werden viele zutaten wie es aussieht raus gelassen oder extrems aus getauscht Hun curry die curry soße hat extrems schlecht geschmeckt war auch fast nichts von vorhanden hun nicht gewürz kaum geschmack .. zu viel großes gemüse in der soße und die ente war echt horror extrems trocken viele sehr harte stücke drin kaum genieß bar soße auch curry soße.. zudem wurde ca 10 min früher der bratreis gebracht und dann erst das fleisch dazu obwohl man dies gerne zusammen essen möchte . Echt schade sind da gerne hin gegangen aber dieses mal echt enttäuscht geworden und das von mal zu mal immer mehr schade ..

Ordered R5 Crazy Crisp Chicken with mango sauce. Mango sauce was sour. Cucumber in the sushi was bad. It's appalling that something like this is served to a customer. This is unacceptable!!! Not freshly made, but serving old, bad product. The mango sauce isn't being served fresh, only the sushi rolls. The cola was flat.

Everyone was very friendly. The food arrived super fast and was delicious. 😋

After a long visit to my old hometown, I've come here for a meal again! So far, everything's been good. The food is fresh and plentiful, but the flavor still needs some improvement! The satay skewers were unfortunately very dry. Thanks anyway.

Worst bubble tea Rubbish tea, no syrup in it, despite complaints that it tasted of nothing but water and tea. They shouted at me in Chinese, and nothing was done to improve it. It was more about being stingy than customer satisfaction. Unfortunately, never again, even though I drink bubble tea often. The shop only cares about money... I'm really sad, we wasted a lot of money.

The atmosphere is very uncomfortable, and it's very loud and hectic! Some of the food is inedible. For example, the so-called fish fillet is NOT a fish fillet, but rather a deep-fried pangasius fish cut into pieces and coated in breadcrumbs (more breadcrumbs than fish). Very greasy and disgusting. The accompanying curry sauce isn't exactly a taste sensation either. The staff in charge responded very rudely to the criticism and tried to justify the use of the word "fillet"! Never again. Not recommended.

I ate there today and were kicked out of the restaurant just because we wanted to eat outside. The service was completely unfriendly.

The Hefe Weizen beer was yeast-free, the Coke was non-carbonated, and the food was lukewarm and arrived about three minutes after ordering. When we offered our criticism, they were surprised and shrugged off the sugar. That was it. Too bad, it was highly recommended to us.

We always enjoy coming here. Not only is the food delicious, the lemonades are also highly recommended. The service is great. The staff are very attentive. I think we'll eat there again soon.

I ate here on Monday and have to say, the food was okay. But I'd especially like to highlight the waitress, I think her name is Melisa. She was very friendly, attentive, and immediately created a pleasant atmosphere. I also have to say that not only is her service impressive, but she also has a very well-groomed and personable demeanor. This made my visit even more positive. I fell in love with her and will definitely be back. :)

Hey. Since I was asked last night if everything was okay, but wasn't listened to, here's my opinion about yesterday. The four of us went to the wok restaurant. We're regulars here, and we've never experienced anything like this before. What's going on with you? So far, we've always been satisfied. They only have bottled beer, which isn't a big deal, and they couldn't tell us which type. After checking and telling us what type, we were served a completely different beer. They should be familiar with their own selection. The taste of the food has changed a lot. That's a shame. The sushi was missing mango, but a different fruit was used. We're still puzzling over it. If I specify when ordering that I really want something spicy, and they agree, I expect a well-seasoned meal. The dish was listed as "spicy" on the menu. It came with a mushy sauce that was just super salty but not at all spicy. The sauce was so thick that it didn't really combine with the rest of the ingredients. It was jelly. The rice ball was cold and hung quite a bit over the edge of the plate, and thus later on the table. The pieces of vegetables in the fried noodles were larger than usual and practically raw. Cutlery was missing from the containers at the table, almost at all of them; there was a fork or knife here and there. The service was attentive, but didn't listen, seemed stressed, even though there wasn't much going on. Communication was impossible. When paying, I was asked if everything was okay. How could I answer honestly? After the first syllable, I got a thank you, and then they turned away again. That's pretty cheeky; it would have been great to listen. It's a real shame, I hope things get better.

We are in the hotel in Vechta over Easter for work reasons. And we looked around for a nice place for our dinner and found it here. The food was very tasty and the service was great and totally friendly. Above all, you get a decent portion for your money, which definitely fills you up. Definitely worth a visit.

The food left us with a rancid taste in our mouths. The rice was undercooked and hard. The kimchi was fermented, bitter and almost inedible. These satay skewers were hard fried, dry and poorly breaded. The Peking soup tasted like it had been dropped into a pot of vegetable broth. The restaurant was a little crowded at the time of our visit. The prices are generally okay. Sorry for the bad review, but we were really very disappointed with the quality of the food. I hope it was just a bad cook's day.

Unfortunately it wasn't very good. What was immediately noticeable was that the doors to the toilets were completely open and there was a smell of chlorine. The food was ok, the fried noodles were very oily, the sauces were soggy but at least the baked chicken was good. I had the homemade lemon iced tea with it, which is very reminiscent of the instant powder (crumb iced tea). Well, I don't think the price-performance ratio is justified either. Too bad.

The wok. It actually promises a freshly and deliciously prepared dish straight from the wok! Unfortunately the visit was very disappointing. There is the Asian variety with ready-made sauces, all of which taste quite bland. Particularly noteworthy is the disastrous consistency of the sauces. It's a shame.☹️

I ordered the number 63 with Chinese pizza and eight guesses and got the number 63 with sweet and sour sauce and the eight guesses were also flat and I will never pay 36 euros in this store again so I'm sorry but if you can't listen when you order something is wrong never again

I went to the wok for the first time today to get sushi. I have to say it tasted fantastic and next time I'll get an extra portion. It was fresh, it was delicious, really, really good.

The Wok has been around in Vechta for 1000 years and is and remains the best restaurant for Vietnamese cuisine. Now with sushi even better than before.

Wok used to be my favorite restaurant. Unfortunately the quality wasn't as usual that day. The baked chicken was very, very dry. The breading fell right off. It gave the impression that the meat had been heated twice = fried. My friend had the same dish. It wasn't like that with him. The same thing happened with my mother and sister's duck. Some of the pieces were as hard as rock. No juicy meat. Portion size more than sufficient. Vegetables/sauces were delicious. Service was fine and always friendly. Unfortunately, the plates are cleared away straight away even though the other guests at the table are not finished yet. Unfortunately, this is very rude to those who felt stressed. Hopefully better next time :-)

Food ok but nothing special or authentic compared to other restaurants with similar prices and concept. But, beverage prices outrageous , got still water 0.5 l served from 0.7 l plastic bottle at € 4.2 and 0.5 l lukewarm alcohol-free beer at € 4.9 and had some discussions with waiters. no insight to accept the criticism, instead ice cubes were offered for the beer…

I only eat here in an emergency and I would advise that to everyone else. The food is tasty: you can eat it, you don't have to. I can definitely settle for that. But what doesn't work for me and has ALWAYS been the case with woks: customer requests? We don't care!! I just ordered the curry sauce and I know from last time: huge pieces of vegetables (the size of bricks) and not much sauce. So I said straight away on the phone, please don't put so many vegetables in the sauce packet. Well, of course I got a package full of vegetables, as is typical of wok dishes. No sauce. War sehr lange nicht mehr dort. Der Umbau ist sehr gelungen! Tolle Atmosphäre! Der Imbisscharakter ist einem gemütlichen Restaurant mit guter Auswahl und überaus freundlichem Personal gewichen. Und dennoch sehr annehmbare Preise. Ich hatte eine Bowl, sehr lecker! Gerne wieder!

Very bad shop, we went there based on good reviews and were more than disappointed. The sushi was bad and we let others in our group try it and they agreed. Afterwards we let us know and returned it, after dinner they charged us the full price and didn't let us talk, so the service is bad for me too. Can definitely not recommend the store.
