Ich hab das Gefühl die schlafen ein beim Essen zubereiten. Sind alle bisschen Slow im Kopf I guess

Wir haben unser Essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt. Wir wohnen nicht weit entfernt, 3 Minuten Fahrzeit maximal und trotzdem war das ganze Essen kalt als wir dieses zuhause ausgepackt hatten. Ein Burger hat gefehlt und die Nuggets schmeckten als wäre diese schon älter. Waren sehr enttäuscht

Zeichen setzen. Wie kann es sein, dass ich mein Fahrzeug bei Burger King an der Aral-Säule lade und dann noch Emails bei einem Café mache und ich dann bei 2h ein Parkticket bekomme. Was soll diese Abzocke in Vechta?! Hier sollte mal darüber nachgedacht werden, wie man hier mit Kunden umgeht.

Nicht unbedingt ein Fast Food Esser, von daher gab es nur einen einzigen Grund für einen Besuch...ich wollte eine Grogu-Tasse. Haben bei der Bestellung im Drive Thru 3x danach gefragt, dass wir auch das richtige bestellen. Nachdem wir dann fast 10 min am Schalter gewartet haben, wurde uns dann mitgeteilt, dass es keine Tassen mehr gibt, und somit habe ich außer einem überteuerten Burger absolut nichts bekommen. Sicher können solche speziellen Sachen mal nicht mehr da sein, dann sollte dies aber auch kommuniziert werden, weil dann hätte ich nichts bestellt.

Mitarbeiter nett, und behebten schnell fehler in der Bestellung

Wir waren in diesem Betrieb, weil wir die "Baby Burger" testen wollten. Die Speisen waren gut, aber den MItarbeitern muß mal erklärt werden, was ein Lächeln und was Kommunikation ist. Die Sauberkeit im Innenraum (Fußboden und Bänke) läßt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Bei der Sauberkeit der Toiletten ist noch ganz viel verbesserungswürdig. Schade, insgesamt ein enttäuschender Besuch.

43 Minuten für Fast Food. Absolute Katastrophe. Und dann noch die falschen Saucen und Tortillas.

Leider extrem langsam geworden und sehr dreckig.

Sehr netter Service und immer sehr schnell

Auf eine Bestellung muss 60 min gewartet werden. Für sowas muss eine automatische Storno Funktion am Touch-Gerät eingerichtet werden. Das Essen stapelt sich auf dem Regal, aber die Einpacker putzen Tische, statt Gas beim Einpacken zu geben. Autofahrer draußen werden bevorzugt beim Austeilen. Katastrophe. Nicht wieder.

Und wieder kein Eis oder Shake verfügbar, was schon fast normal ist. Schlimmer ist das man dann noch am Drive-In wartet, weil die Mitarbeiter keinen Sinn sehen, die Kunden vorfahren zu lassen. Da muss man ja dann raus gehen. Frechheit

Von 4 Bestellungen eine komplett vergessen. 75 Euro. Vlt ist die Zeit der großen Fastfood Ketten vorbei

Sehr lange Wartezeiten (So. 35 Minuten) und zu Hause festgestellt das was fehlt. Völlig überfordertes Personal.

Also wäre das Essen noch etwas teurer gewesen, dann hätte der Laden 1 Stern bekommen. Totkranke Mitarbeiter bringen das Essen an den Tisch und weil ich mich nach dem Essen, auf welches wir vergleichsweise schon sehr lange warten mussten, noch mit meinen Freunden unterhalten habe, wurde mir eine Geldstrafe für überschrittene Parkzeit reingedrückt. Das war das erste und auch das letzte Mal, bei einem Burgerking. Wer zu lange isst, darf dafür auch noch knapp 60€ bezahlen. Keine Chance, mich da wiederzusehen.

Der Service war zwar nett aber haben nicht das eingepackt was bestellt wurde . Ich habe einen Thender chicken, 2 nugget burger und einen großen Vanille shake bestellt und bekommen hab ich einen 0,5 becher voller Eis 2 nugget burger und einen Cheeseburger mit bacon. Also für eine 18 Euro Bestellung hab ich eine ca. 11Euro bekommen. Und dann war es noch zum mitnehmen das heißt ich hab es erst zuhause festgestellt. 6- Für die Service Kräfte

Leider waren die Pommes und der Burger kalt! Die Cili Cheese Nuggets waren aber wirklich okay und sind sonst eher das Problem. Klar kann man alles zurückgeben aber sorry, irgendwann müssen die Mitarbeiter das doch selber mal verstehen und merken. Wenn der Filialleiter nicht persönlich da ist läuft es einfach nicht! Wenn er aber da ist super Laden.

Waren heute in Vechta bei Burger King. Haben uns das Montagsmenü gegönnt im Drive In. Das Essen hätte wahrscheinlich geschmeckt wen nicht die Burger kalte gewesen wären. Die Pommes waren auch nicht besonders warm. Wir haben versucht im Restaurant Restaurant anzurufen. Leider ging keiner ans Telefon. Sind sehr enttäuscht.

Mega zufrieden! Das Personal war super lieb und total freundlich. Das Essen war frisch, heiß und richtig lecker. Man fühlt sich direkt willkommen. Absolut empfehlenswert –Vechta sind MACHERRR!!! 🍔🔥

Essen kam nach 45 Minuten es war kalt und labrich wo ich es angesprochen habe meinte Mitarbeiter ich habe essen gegeben ess einfach ob wohl ich 100 Euro bezahlt habe mußte ich auch noch beleidigt werden dafür ich 100euro bezahlt habe kaltes essen die nach nichts geschmeckt hat unverschämt heute nie wieder

Schöner Burger King, wurden vom Essen noch nicht enttäuscht. Dem Personal gebührt ein dickes Lob, selten so nette und kinderliebe Menschen verlässlich in einem Restaurant angetroffen. Herzlichen Dank dafür, dass wir uns da immer so wohl fühlen dürfen.

Das war ein teurer Besuch. Am 18.01. war ich im Burger King weil ich mich mit Freunden getroffen habe. Gut 2 Wochen später dann die teure Überraschung. Eine Zahlungsaufforderung über 52€ der Smart Parking GmbH. Weder meine Freunde noch ich können uns nicht entsinnen, dort ein Schild gesehen zu haben, was davor warnt bzw aufklärt, dass der Parkplatz kostenpflichtig ist. Schade.

Big King und Chili Cheese Mega trocken, Zuwenig Soße und kalt. Sind immer gerne hierher gefahren ,wegen den leckeren Burgern ,aber diesmal war es ein Reinfall. Und es war ziemlich kalt in dem Laden, dass man die Jacke nicht ausziehen konnte.

Dexter hat uns super lieb weiter geholfen als es problem bei der bestellung gab und uns für s warten ein super ausgleich gegeben war mega lieb zu bester mitarbeiter ever

Burger King ist neben Döner die beste Fast-Food-Option in Norddeutschland. Im Vergleich zur Konkurrenz bietet er gutes Essen, und mit Gutscheinen kann man sich günstig satt essen.

Waren um 23:10 da und wollten vor Ort was essen haben auch schon bezahlt und dann wurde uns gesagt das es kein Platz mehr giebt da die ja gleich schließen in 40 MINUTEN sehr unhöflich! Frau mit lila Haare und Brille absolut nur 1stern!!!!

Waren heute mit der gesamten Familie und waren rund um zufrieden. Sehr guter Service !

Really Burger King? We orderd 3 burgers one large fries and 3 sodas... We've been waiting 50 MINUTES. The food was touched by an emplooey without gloves, and he didnt even wash his hands before that! The food was wet and no taste, the service gave me the food like to a rat, he just trought it at me and said, come one go, the others wait! Yeah burger king i thought you were good but for now. 1 star

Ich bestellte vor ca zwei Jahren mal vegane Nuggets, bekam aber welche mit Fleisch. :)

Ich geh nicht zu Burger King weil ich 40 Minuten auf Schrott Essen warten will. Vielleicht an nem Sonntag mal eine Person mehr einplanen dann gehts schneller und die Mitarbeiter sind nicht so unfreundlich wegen Stress. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I've rarely seen such a dirty Burger King. I had to wipe down our table myself because everything was filthy, and there were maybe 10 people in the place. The restroom was an absolute disaster; it hadn't been cleaned in ages. It makes you wonder, if the restaurant looks like this, what must the kitchen be like? 🫡

Waited 25 minutes for the food, half of it was wrong and cold...

So, we've been waiting here for our order for 40 minutes. We notice that the drive-thru is getting more service than the orders in the restaurant.

Absolutely disgusting! Every time we go to this place, we don't look for a seat, but rather a "clean" seat! The tables are barely cleaned; you're forced to do it yourself every time!!! How can this be?!

The food is pretty decent. The service and staff are a complete disaster. The employees are almost always completely overwhelmed, and as soon as you order more than one burger, something is almost always missing. Waiting times of 30 minutes or more are not uncommon. This whole thing has little to do with a fast-food restaurant anymore.

I'm actually a regular Burger King customer, but unfortunately, this is the fifth time I've experienced paid items missing from my order. This is very annoying and disappointing, as I pay full price every time but don't receive the full service. I hope Burger King finally takes this issue seriously and improves the quality of order processing.

We ate there on Thursday at 7:30 p.m. at the Stoppelmarkt. It wasn't busy, but the food still took forever. But the employee was very friendly and apologized several times. We sat there for a long time and chatted a lot, and a week later we got a €52 parking ticket for overstaying, and that's just the end of it! Now we have to prove that we were actually there that long, which is almost impossible! It's a rip-off! Never eat there again!

The staff is very bad and the workers are not friendly and you don't get what you ordered we ordered 2 burgers and we only got one and the workers can't even speak German properly and the tables are also very dirty and very greasy

The children went there today to eat and were served unfriendly. They got large fries but small ones. They ordered an extra burger for the meal but didn't get it. They spent over 30 euros there and didn't get full. If they asked where the missing burgers were, the children should ask their parents 🙄. What's going wrong with you? The epidemic is damaging the business, right? They don't care.

I drove from Visbek to Vechta and got a Naruto meal with a Naruto figure and a Naruto burger. When they brought the food, they said they were out of Naruto figures. I was disappointed because the whole trip was just for the figure. That shouldn't happen again in the future. I was really sad about it.

If you're wondering why it's empty at lunchtime, it might be because reheated fries and burgers don't taste good. Better stay away from them, especially considering the prices, it's a disgrace.

Given the prices, I would rather eat out in the future where lunch is offered, as it is definitely cheaper there

I was there and was served by a man named Jean, who was very friendly. He spoke very good German, offered us a small Coke, and apologized for the delay. Of course, there are days when the staff on site are very busy, which can lead to delays in orders. However, the team always strives to provide the best service. I can therefore highly recommend Burger King.

I'm allowed to rate T L. He's the best employee, even fulfills special requests. My nice colleague told me to rate him. He treats his employees well, dear bosses, that's worth his weight in gold. 😉

Ordered 6 cheeseburgers. Unfortunately, I received 6 chili cheeseburgers and no receipt included. No card payments at the drive-thru.

It was relatively busy, and the employee (with the red hair) was alone (with the team in the background). She really went above and beyond and even apologized for the delay. The food was hot and plentiful, and the employee was exceptionally fast, so everything was fine. Thank you!

Very friendly staff. Something went wrong with my order, and the two employees were very accommodating and we were able to find a good solution! The vegan alternatives are also great! :)

The working lady at the window is unfortunately one of the worst employees. She only went outside to tell me I couldn't stop there and threatened to call the police, even though I had the right to stop there and there was no traffic sign prohibiting me from stopping. She held the car door open for me and wouldn't close it again, even though I politely asked her not to. The lady ignored all my words and entered the store.

The chic restaurant (Burgerking Vechta) exceeded our expectations. The gourmet dishes were expertly prepared and the service was attentive without being intrusive and above all the manager of Burgerking Vechta (Dexter) REALLY ABSOLUTELY VERY VERY RRR LIKELY PERSON (Dexter), I'm at a loss for words, I can't think of anything else... 1+++++ I can give him, If the manager (Dexter) is fired etc, Burgerking Vechta can close...
