McDonald's in Berlin

The last time I was at this McDonald's was 4 years ago. Now I've been to the branch twice in a row. The lack of service started when I asked if they would please provide toilet paper in the women's toilets. Annoyed, people were talking in their local language and at first they just looked at me. Again I would be asked what is it?! I noted it again and it said that the extra parts of the roll won't come out if you pull it out. Yes, but I can't get to it. It didn't move any staff. A drink must have been spilled under the table for a long time because it stuck the soles of my shoes to the floor. Very unpleasant. I chose this place because I had met someone and I thought it would be good to stop there to eat and talk before he had to get on the highway. Now comes the blow...we read the parking conditions, but what we didn't realize was that it also applies as a guest. A short time later the mail came, both he and I received a parking ticket with 40 and one with 45 euros. We now pay a total of 170 euros for our McDonald's stay, just before Christmas. I went there again yesterday, explained the situation, apologized and proved that we ate and drank there and also got supplies while we were there. The department management is not willing to accommodate and dismissed it saying it was their own fault - the statistics say customers stay 20-40 minutes. 90 minutes is the grace period, anything over that is our problem. The sign says at least 30 euros, no other amounts are visible. Those were the most expensive McDonald's dates I've ever had and will always have bad memories of. I like to go to McDonald's often, but this is a blow that hits me very hard before Christmas. Have your own experiences, mine are a lesson to me.

If you pay for food in cash you are treated like dirt and don't even get a table set up or a delivery service. Absolute outrage for this exorbitant price!

Fast and friendly staff, parking lot, gas station next door

We stopped by after an event to grab a quick snack. This branch was anything but: “that’s what we’re used to”. 🤢 The toilets were dirty, just like the inside of the branch. Everything was on the floor, the seating and the table: everything was dirty and greasy. The food tasted old: the netted potatoes and nuggets smelled of old oil and the burgers were no longer fresh either. I was very disgusted and then left my food there.

We ordered a Happy Meal today, since there was no option to select a toy from the app, my child went to the counter and asked for another toy. The employee with long blonde hair and glasses was very unfriendly to the child!

This was our first time at Mac's in over a year. As soon as we entered, there was a cart full of garbage at the door, some of which was already lying on the floor. There were 3 employees standing and chatting while we placed the order online. We took a number and looked for a seat by the window. All free tables were dirty! No table is without crumbs, stains or dust! The floor was partially sticky in some places. Now, from the entrance, we walked to the back right to the window. Free but dirty tables. Then we walked along the long counters with the stools where everything was dirty and finally there was an almost clean table. Window sills disgustingly dirty. On the floor napkins or other leftover food like on the seats! So once and never again. When our food was brought, I spoke directly to the employee and said that it was dirty everywhere and whether he would clean it... nothing happened. Only the garbage that was at the door and in the room was disposed of. There were guests sitting next to us who also said that they had never been to such a dirty Mac. Team Wallraff should keep an eye on this or the food inspection office. Pooh!!

Cheating, packing too few things in. We forgot 6 nuggets three times. Unfortunately, we didn't notice until we got home. Because I didn't have time to control with children... Really a shame

Were eating in the restaurant. Used table service. Fries were soggy, burgers were... That's okay. It was okay for going out to eat.

Beware of rip-offs!!! We met a friend there, ate first, then drank coffee. A few days later the bill came! 2x 35 euros for leaving the car in the parking lot during this time. Nobody is responsible, not even regret or goodwill on offer. Thank you... or rather not. We definitely won't see each other again. And also generously recommend this to friends and acquaintances. Especially in the barracks opposite!

Good morning I've never experienced that at a fast food restaurant We met a friend at MC for breakfast and often ordered and paid straight away. We thought an additional payment of two times 35 € for exceeding the parking time was our mistake, but MC definitely won't see us again anytime soon because 35 € is next to me Just too much food.

On the day we were there it was very warm but the branch was very cool. The food was tasty, but could have been prepared with more love. Almost all the tables were dirty and if you observed the staff, they were often overwhelmed

I've looked at the other reviews and the main complaints are about the staff and hygiene, some are so lazy that they don't take their tray away or behave "normally". I just feel sorry for the people who work there because of some of the customers have no respect and behave inhumanely, if you want it to be clean, then behave accordingly 👍🏽 I'm a regular customer and I always got what I ordered and always fresh. 10 out of 10 the store

The cleanliness in this branch leaves a lot to be desired. I was there on July 31, 2024 around 6 p.m., hardly any activity, some of the employees are standing outside and inside it looks like... Mcdonald's is now really an imposition. In any case, I can't recommend the branch - sorry to the people who live here and use this branch. Attention!!! This Mcdonalds and Parkdepot are extorting money from customers for parking. 110 euros to be paid for allegedly exceeding the parking time of ~30 minutes. A letter requesting payment sent 4 months after the incident. The parking lot was not marked as paid. After informing Parkdepot that the parking lot was not marked, several days ago they added signs stating that it was paid and I was sent another payment request. I won't go there anymore!

If nothing was missing from the order, I would be pleasantly surprised. Other locations can do it easily, even though you order more than 5 products.

It's a McDonald's, so you shouldn't expect any culinary surprises. This branch is sufficiently large, clean and tidy. The location, just before the motorway entrance, makes it easily accessible for customers with cars. If you come on foot from Kurt-Schumacher-Platz, you have to walk a few meters. The outdoor area is large and there is a large children's area.

So going in person and ordering works great and without any problems, but ordering via Lieferando is not good at all. There's always something missing when it gets home. And slowly it becomes noticeable and it's annoying too! The people who work there range from super nice to super snotty..... Something for everyone..... But hey, I've also worked at a McDonald's before, there are days like that...

Very bad, unfortunately we had to wait a long time because we were forgotten, not good service

Unfortunately, more and more staff are being hired at McDonalds, most of whom are from India and hardly speak any German. Please don't misunderstand me, I have no problem at all with people's nationalities, I'm a foreigner myself, but you should understand the difference between vegan burgers and normal burgers and be able to communicate accordingly.

It's amazing that it's still possible these days to be served such carelessly adulterated burgers. The coupon doesn't help either. At the end of the day it's your own fault, there are plenty of alternatives.

My regular McDonald's for years. Not to be compared with Burger King Haselhorst or Burger King Holzhauser Str.. There are modern facilities in the drive in, nothing is ever forgotten here and all the burgers were still attractive, warm and tasty. I have no idea whether it's McDonalds in general or this branch specifically, but McDonalds > Burgerking in any case.

Well, just McDonald's. This time the visit was more so-so. There was a traffic jam at the Drive Inn...many people backed out again. My praise goes to that Smart menu. It really has a good price/performance ratio.

Chicken nuggets were ancient. After I had to swap twice, I still had 2 stone nuggets in there.

None of the employees can speak German, even the manager there was all Indian, which isn't a bad thing, but the fact that no one can speak German is a catastrophe so I won't go out to eat again and we won't recommend it to anyone else

Completely dirty, all the tables were always stuck together, the benches and chairs were never wiped, they were very dirty no matter what time of the day. You never see anyone cleaning. Eating without gloves and so on. Should you really shock team wall RAF or health office. Through fell.

In order to feel comfortable there, the staff should react a little less grumpily to guest questions. There was also no clean table to be found, so we had to clean it ourselves - and no, the shop wasn't even half full, so the employees weren't overloaded by many guests.

So: We've been trying to order from all the McDonalds in Berlin for three quarters of an hour. Extremely strange: Even though they are supposedly open, we can't order anywhere... A toxic emotional roller coaster for hungry people who are looking forward to a vanilla milkshake, for example. I've already pictured myself drinking it in my mind's eye. And now I have to face the sobering reality that I probably won't be able to eat a milkshake today or anything else. It's even worse for Vera: she's very hungry! But today the McDonalds in Berlin do not live up to their reputation. Next time we'll buy everything so we can make our own milkshake and be independent. By far the DIRTIEST STORE. Nobody thinks it's necessary to pick up a broom or a rag. Even if you ask them nicely. It's really bad here....sucking...sucking

My rating is based on 2-3 visits and each time I was disappointed. You wait a long time, so no fast food restaurant. The display for collection is broken and if you can't hear it straight away given the volume in the room, the employees are annoyed. The last time we had a thawed milk shake, an MC Flurry with only one ingredient even though we ordered 2 and there were already missing fries, yes you will get them later if you go again, but it works better somewhere else. Now there are no longer any straws for soft drinks in Germany, but you can suck on the cardboard lid. It's all very annoying and no longer fun.

Was in this MC Donald's restaurant today at 3:35 p.m., cleanliness was out of place, no tables were wiped down, everything was sticky and contaminated with liquid, things didn't look much better on the floor. Just disgusting!!! But the main thing is that there are 5 people behind the counter with nothing to do. I then went to the counter and spoke to an employee and asked to send the restaurant manager. The tables are not cleaned! There are leftovers of food under the tables. The floor is slippery with grease. It's just not clean.

Honestly people, this shop doesn't belong to your father so you have to give the customers old food, basically as a cost-cutting measure. I mean, I'm more than aware that McDonald's isn't the healthiest food, but does it have to be old? Does it have to be too salty? Not done properly? You save money at every turn as if your father owned the store. Throw away things that are old!! Without exception, every order is totally over salted & always stale bread. 🤮🤢

Dreckig, Siffig, schlechter Service und schlechtes Essen. Ranziger Schuppen, aufm Boden liegt überall Essen rum. Zudem ist das Essen was man serviert kriegt nichtmal gut, Die Burger sind dahin geklatscht der Käse aufm Burger ist nichtmal geschmolzen. Service Katastrophe! Abstand von dem Schuppen

Per app an den Tisch bestellen klappt seit Monaten nicht mehr. Ist aber essentiell mit zwei Kleinkindern und baby.

Obwohl eigentlich nichts los war, in Summe der versiffteste McDoof in dem ich je war. Überall ist es schmuddelig und nicht einladend. Die Pommes waren kalt und gänzlich ungesalzen und auch der Big Mac auf Zimmertemperatur. Besonderes Highlight der Pflegezustand & Sauberkeit der Toilette …

Personal sehr pampig und unfreundlich und ein ,,Filialleiter" der vor den Kunden die Mitarbeiter zur Sau macht.... Das geht auch anders... Tische sahen dreckig aus... Auch das geht besser... Essen war etwas lieblos aber wenigstens noch warm. Der Milchbehälter im McCafe wird kaum sauber gemacht, selbst nach aufforderung nicht😡 gerade bei Milch🙄😔

Bestellen und sich liefern lassen, wenn man Hunger hat darf man hier nicht mehr weil das jetzt schon fast 2std brauch. Ein Hoch auf "fast food"...nicht! Wenn man einen lieferdienst anbietet, dann sollte der Kunde nicht soooo lange warten müssen, wo er in der zeit auch selber hätte hinlaufen können und dabei schneller gewesen wäre. Dafür dann auch noch eine Service Gebühr und Lieferkosten zu verlangen, ist eine Frechheit. First World Problem, aber wenn man halt den Service nicht mehr so bringen kann, dann sollte man es sein lassen oder die Lieferkosten weglassen.

Tische immer dreckig und das schon seit Jahren. Von Sauberkeit keine Spur. Auch die Tabletts sind nicht immer sauber.

Ich kenne diesen McDonald's nur als Drive In, kann also das Innenambiente nicht bewerten. Es scheint mir allerdings, dass es zu den Stoßzeiten zu wenig Parkplätze gibt. Der Parkplatz ist ziemlich klein. Der Drive In ist gut. Schnell, freundlich und zuverlässig. Wir hatten noch nie eine Falsch- oder Fehllieferung. Bisher alles bestens. Kann ich nur weiterempfehlen.

Normals Mc Donalds halt. Allerdings wurde unsere Bestellung in die kleinste Tüte die es gibt gequetscht. Und wenn ich schreibe gequetscht, meine ich es auch so. Man schaut ja in die Tüte um zu sehen, ob alles drinn ist. Das war so, aber in die Tüte zurück haben wir es nicht bekommen. Warum man so etwas macht erschließt sich mir nicht. Auf meinen Hinweis darauf, schaute man mich nur an und sagte nichts. Schon fast Slapstick

Bestellung war kalt obwohl wir dort gegessen haben und auf den Cola Becher war der Monopoly Code bereits abgezogen . Sorry aber Service und Qualität haben ziemlich nachgelassen.

1. Man hat kein Handy-Empfang und ihr bietet kein Wlan für die Kunden. Warum ?? Die McDonalds app ist hier völlig nutzlos. 2. Gefühlt alle Kunden mussten eine ewigkeit auf ihr Essen warten. Ich habe mir zwei Cheeseburger bestellt und wie kam der an ? Ohne Käse. Habe extra auf den Beleg geschaut ob ich was falsch gemacht habe aber das war nicht so. Als ich das reklamierte habe ich 5 Minuten auf meine zwei Cheeseburger gewartet damit ihr da zwei kalte Käsescheiben raufklatscht ? 🤣🤣

Bitte etwas öfter die Tische wischen. Ganz wichtig anzumerken: Der Laden ist gefühlt in einem Funkloch, wie soll man so an die Coupons kommen. Gratis Wlan wäre echt gut, gibt es sogar schon in ganz normalen Supermärkten, also wäre es hier mit Sicherheit auch möglich. Ansonsten wie man es von anderen McDonalds-Filialen kennt

Essen ist okay, ist halt Mekkes. Service, nunja...Bestellung beinhaltet eine Curry Sauce und einmal Ketchup. Es kam Senf Sauce und Majo. Ist ja fast gleich. Nach Beanstandung wollte man den Bon sehen!?! Ich will ja nur tauschen und nicht mein Geld wieder, aber sie konnten sich davon überzeugen, dass ICH recht hatte. Dann fehlte eine kostenfreie Fanta Dose, die gerade mit beworben wird und auch auf der Rechnung stand. Diese musste ich auch nachfordern. Nervt schon bei nur 5 bestellten Produkten. Zum Glück war ich im Restaurant und nicht im DriveIn, da hätte ich mich im Nachgang richtig geärgert.

Also ich habe schon viele McDonald's gesehen aber das war bisher das dreckigste McDonalds was ich gesehen habe. Ekelhaft 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

Also das Essen war eben wie man es gewohnt ist . Kam auch recht schnell. Aber das Restaurant.....also Sorry überall standen Tabletts mit dem Verpackungen rum. Auf dem Boden, auf den Sitzen überall. Man konnte sich nicht vernünftig hinsetzen und Essen. Sorry aber das geht / und könnt ihr besser

Most dirty McDonald's I have ever seen!!

Sehr schlecht, wenn man seinen Kaffee vor Ort aus einem Pappbecher mit trinken muss. Die Angestellte im MC Cafè am 23.09.23 war mega unfreundlich. Auf Fragen wurde kaum geantwortet oder es gab schnippige Antworten. Unsauber / dreckig, Tische werden nicht gereinigt, wenn wer gegangen ist. Jeder Besuch dort hin, findet vllt 1-2 mal im Jahr statt, doch wird nichts besser. Eher noch schlechter! Aber leider schmeckt dort der Kaffee sehr gut, dass ist das einzig gute am MC Cafè
