Good staff, good atmosphere, big tables for large groups

McDonald's is disappointing across the board. I tried the new "Double Beef Classic," which is barely bigger than a double cheeseburger. This name for the new burger is an insult and a direct hit on the customer who chooses it. How can you advertise size and then present something that's barely bigger than the aforementioned burger, not to mention the price... I won't make that mistake again. I won't give McDonald's any more money. All of the burgers have, in some cases, become considerably smaller, be it the "BIG Mac" or the "BIG Tasty"—in this case, a more appropriate name, "MINI Mac" and "SMALL Tasty," would be more appropriate. Disappointing!!! The restaurant itself, as usual, is as ordinary as ever. And the staff does their job as usual.

It's a good McDonald's, it has a restroom, nice clean tables, not many people, and outlets to charge your phone or laptop, I liked it.

So somehow everything is becoming more and more digital, which means the staff are becoming more and more distant. The food was served without emotion, and not a single word was spoken. It was a bit of a rant. The food is just McDonald's. Last night, I did meet a funny young man at the counter at the McDonald's Drive-In. Unfortunately, I didn't look at his name tag, but he was nice, funny, and polite.

A beautiful place after the renovation. All the tables in the entire café were dirty. Shortly before 5:30, when the evening business began, they didn't even bother to look after the restaurant, and the dish trolleys were also overflowing. At that time, there wasn't much going on; the employees were standing around, chatting amusingly.

Extremely bad service. After the Holi festival, they refused to let us use the restroom, even though we had bought something. When we sat outside on the terrace, they even locked the doors and didn't let anyone in.

I've been a regular customer of this branch for many years and have always visited it as my first choice. On my last visit, I ordered several times and ate there. Because we took our time, I exceeded the 90-minute parking limit. Despite receipts and proof that I was a paying customer, I received a penalty from the third-party parking operator. Unfortunately, the branch management refused to support a cancellation – even though it would have been possible. This is particularly disappointing because it shows that even long-time regular customers can't expect any kind of goodwill. If you plan to stay here longer, be sure to pay attention to the parking time – otherwise, a restaurant visit can quickly become expensive.

It's almost always busy. The full selection of products can be ordered depending on what's on offer. Unfortunately, McCafé's preparation and presentation rely on disposable packaging. Coffee in a cup would certainly be nice when consumed in the restaurant. The tables could be cleaned more often. All in all, it's still worth stopping here for a snack.

We were there today after the renovations and were VERY disappointed. A dirty place with a greasy, sticky floor. Plus, the service was unfriendly and completely overwhelmed. The burgers were badly prepared and the fries were oily and soft.

This is the second time I've not received all the burgers I ordered when ordering takeout! The buns are often not fresh. They never add sugar to their coffee! The restrooms are dirty; there's no soap or paper. The staff prepare the food without gloves!!!

After the renovation, there's much less space. Some of the seating is dirty and smeared with ketchup. The food is cold and dry, and they skimp on the sauce. And the curly fries are almost raw, not properly fried. The only good thing is that you can get new ones without paying extra.

Beautifully designed after the renovation. There's no longer an outdoor playground. Orders came very slowly, and you had to wait so long for them that it didn't feel like a fast-food restaurant.

The staff was friendly enough and the restaurant was fairly clean. But in the toilet it was impossible to wash your hands, there was no soap, no toilet paper, no towels. We were there again today after the renovation to take a look. The interior looks larger and we like it, but unfortunately we forgot to invest some money in the toilets. They're just as bad as before. There was no toilet paper in any of the three toilets and the sink looked better.

McDonald's is a standard, but this branch fell well short of that. It was so dirty. Dirty tables, dirty floor—coming from near Hamburg, we'd never been to a McDonald's like this before.

ALL returns are full. Trays are even on the floor. In the restrooms (men and women), ALL soap dispensers are empty, including the toilet paper in the men's restroom. Not great 👎

Despite the waiting number, the food arrived quickly as soon as we sat down. Service: Employees at the counter are almost hard to understand (language barrier). Essenbringer was also linguistically limited. CONCLUSION: Our grandchild wanted to go there, that was the only reason we visited the branch. BUT otherwise we give all the fast food chains a wide berth. Apparently quantity trumps quality and we were right. We were there on February 27th, 2025 at around 5:30 p.m. and this recession represents our personal experience.

I chose this place because I had met someone and I thought it would be good to stop there to eat and talk before he had to get on the highway. Now comes the blow...we read the parking conditions, but what we didn't realize was that it also applies as a guest. A short time later the mail came, both he and I received a parking ticket with 40 and one with 45 euros. We now pay a total of 170 euros for our McDonald's stay, just before Christmas. I went there again yesterday, explained the situation, apologized and proved that we ate and drank there and also got supplies while we were there. The department management is not willing to accommodate and dismissed it saying it was their own fault - the statistics say customers stay 20-40 minutes. 90 minutes is the grace period, anything over that is our problem. The sign says at least 30 euros, no other amounts are visible. Those were the most expensive McDonald's dates I've ever had and will always have bad memories of.
