We had dinner at this establishment on May 2. While we were placing an order in the machine, we didn’t immediately pay attention to the trash around, there was paper and food leftovers everywhere. They didn’t bring us the whole order, they didn’t give us sprite and nuggets, then it turned out that there was no cutlet in the bigtaste. The nuggets weren’t fresh, they were all covered in oil. Every time I approached a restaurant employee with some problem, they just laughed in my face, no apologies. it was. We had number 233 and had only ordered ice cream and a milkshake. Several numbers after us (235, 236,240) came and only ordered ice cream or milkshakes. Our order was only placed after repeated inquiries. We ended up waiting 20 minutes for this. We had someone else with us who also ordered something. At some point his order number simply disappeared from the board (preparation) and after 10 minutes he left and the bag had been behind the counter the whole time. Plus it was the wrong burger.

Today we had burnt meat in our buns and juicy hair. Hands are not washed after wiping the table!! Just disgusting! Put your food somewhere else.

Burger fired in and the 20 nuggets on top, friendly staff yes but that's all nothing! The sauce is always saved, I wonder what that is supposed to be, burger without sauce? The waiting time is also quite long!

I order, I get a call, I'm supposed to spell KARL MARX because the employees don't know KARL MARX, I wait 2 hours for my order only for it to be canceled. I call to understand the situation, this cheeky employee answers me 'not my problem' and hangs up. How incompetent do you have to be to not even be able to work at McDonalds, proof of poverty.

It's a joke. Clearly the least motivated workers ever. My burger after one bite literally felt apart in as many parts as possible, seriously if you don't know how to make a burger then don't take money for making it!

The worst experience that I ever had in McDonald’s. 4 march 2025 18:00 I waited for my happy meal, 2 Big Macs, 6 nuggets, pommes and two drinks for 24 minutes. There were around 6-8 other orders on the screen. So the queue was not big. Very slow service and no any Sorry from the staff

It's just hilarious. Without words this BURGER SHOP. Loveless fries and the burgers are very bad. And all of this for a lot, a lot of money. The fact is, you don't care about the customers. Cheap labor from Poland. Quality and service suffer because of the disgusting greed for money.

I have never experienced such great service at McDonald's. I ordered several burgers with special requests from the machine (currently not possible greyed out) and had them delivered to the place. Shortly afterwards an employee came to my place and asked how I imagined these burgers because the round additions don't fit on the long burger. The burgers came according to my wishes. The whole thing was on a Saturday lunchtime and the restaurant was well attended. There were no signs of longer waiting times and tables were wiped down as guests left. I'm thrilled!

Use take away only and avoid dining in! Toilet stinks as hell, like not been cleaned for ten years. Food on wet tray, inside one type of fries lots of the other type - very poor.

Food came warm to the table, staff was friendly Big Mac and french fries were of good quality, the 6 piece chicken nuggets were very warm and freshly made, and mcflurry was very tasty. They replaced our mcplant chicken nuggets with normal nuggets but gave us an extra portion of curly fries. Overall okay. Would eat here again.

So I have to say up front that it really is a nice mecces. But I've watched it for 4 visits now. Firstly, there's always something missing. But the worst thing is that some of the nuggets are so greasy that they are really dripping. And the last few times I always had to throw up shortly after eating. So something is going really wrong. Today on January 29th, 2025 the nuggets even tasted a bit like chlorine and that's not possible at all.

Unprofessional behavior I wanted to order at McDrive and was initially asked to wait. After waiting three minutes, I was finally able to order: a cheeseburger, medium fries and a cappuccino. The employee said he couldn't hear me well. When I said “cappuccino” louder, the unfriendly answer came: “I shouldn’t scream.” Then I said that I would just drive up. When I got to the window there were already two employees there who started discussing why I supposedly couldn't be heard. It became clear that the employee was distracted by a conversation with a colleague. I tried to make it clear that I didn't want to have a discussion and just wanted to pay and receive my order. While the products were being handed to me, the discussion began again. This behavior was simply unprofessional and rude. I've never experienced anything like it - really unpleasant!

It's system catering, you should be aware of that. The food is good and as expected. My Tasty Bacon is equally delicious everywhere. Then you know what you're getting. It's almost always a mess, especially in the bathrooms. Sometimes the waiting period is too long. I ordered a coffee with 2 sachets of brown sugar and was offered no sugar at all. When I approached to ask, I was offered white sugar ♂️ 🤷

Really every order at McDonald's on Sonnenallee is a disaster. I have regretted every single order afterwards. They are unable to pack the products that were ordered. Drinks are warm. Wrong desserts. Cold and dry burgers. Sauces are always forgotten. I will never order there again. F

I was there around 10am. Really nice McDonald’s, very clean, very nice people who work there. Service took a while but everything was hot and put together very neatly. If I'm hungry again, I'll be happy to come back. A big plus for the real tulips on the McCafé tables. Really great.

McDonald's tasted shocking. This is my first time being so dry and tasteless.

It was very quick, burgers were hot and fresh, fries were great. I was just irritated that the drink came without ice and was well below the 0.5 fill line. Unfortunately I noticed it too late. And please bring napkins with you when you go to McDrive, very few people have a dispenser with napkins in their car.

Good business model: you can only choose reusable cups, and when you hand them out you get the usual paper crap - the reusable ones are out, no flinching that the collected deposit is handed out on its own. Appropriate: no napkins, no toilet paper, everything sticks - the concept was carried out consistently! Congratulations!

Were there around 11 p.m., there weren't many guests there. Many tables were sticky and dirty, tray carts were overflowing, food took 18 minutes to arrive despite very few customers.

Ordered Plant Based nuggets, got all the way home before we realized they were actually meat nuggets. Came back to ask for a replacement, and they handed us the old, cold nuggets that had probably been sitting there since we left. They were nice and polite. But handing us the old, cold nasty nuggets was too much to not comment on it.

Easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any restaurant, the employees were unresponsive and I had wait and hour and 10 minutes for my meal. I went up multiple times in that period and tried to get my meal, but the employees just ignored me. The first time I went to complain, they took my receipt. The second time they said ok we'll get on it. Then 20 minutes later I went back and they said they had lost my receipt. I had to recite my order and not leave in order to receive my food, annoying everybody else in the building

Took 40 minutes to get food. My friends food didn’t arrive after an hour (and also a complaint) and it turns out the staff just “lost the order”. They eventually sorted it out. Do not eat here unless you want to be waiting for ages to eat “fast” food.

We were at Mc Drive today around 11 p.m. We waited a good 15 minutes for someone to come honestly and we could place our order. It's probably the worst Mc-Donalds I've ever been to, there was litter and rubbish all over the floor, the tables weren't wiped down And when we got what we ordered, 2 things were missing, which we got when we complained about it, the burgers were almost just slapped together, and the toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a week. 1 car in front of me 6/2/24, 10:25 p.m. The car in front of me has been parked for 4 minutes. Customer asks when he can order. Employee says it takes time. Customer complains. Employee says he doesn't want to serve him. Customer drives on and waits. After waiting 10 minutes behind 3 carts, I didn't want to order from the store anymore. But I have to wait another 5 minutes because the cars in front of me can't clear the way. I've never experienced anything this bad at McDonald's.

We wanted 2 coffees from McCafé. However, the branch manager couldn't handle the machine, so she let two coffees run out of the machine. I asked her about it and she replied, barely audible, that there was no staff and she apologized. So we got two coffees from the machine for just under 10 euros.

After waiting 20 minutes at the drive-in counter, I stopped waiting and continued driving because there were 5 more vehicles in front of me and only 1 customer had ordered in the meantime

I ordered a double chili and had to wait a nice 15 minutes for it. When I asked for a drink as compensation, I was only given a nice grin. My colleagues ordered menus and had to wait 20 minutes. The patties on the burgers were dry, as were the fries long past their holding time. In the kitchen, the deep fryer side was not occupied at all. The shift leader ran frantically from front to back to accommodate both. Of course, everything takes forever. So all in all a bad experience, understaffed and then poorly distributed staff.

When I ordered my food at the terminal there was hardly anything going on. My order was the only one shown on the screen. The employees stood together, chatted and laughed, and one of them enjoyed a burger. They didn't notice me or my order at all. I waited and waited and no one lifted a finger. Suddenly several orders came in within a short period of time. The staff noticed the many orders (including my order, which I was still waiting for) way too late. When they saw the many customers, they started processing the orders at a snail's pace and were completely overwhelmed. But what was the highlight for me was that one customer after the other received their food before me and my order was processed last, even though I ordered first. When I finally got my food after waiting 20 minutes, the drink was lukewarm and the food was cold. I don't know why so much went wrong, but unfortunately my experience at this McDonald's branch was anything but positive. I was very annoyed and will not come again.

The food itself was OK, as you would expect from McDonald's. Unfortunately, the employee forgot an ingredient that had been paid for separately, but this was quickly sorted out. I found the condition of the toilets, to be precise the washroom, to be bad. The soap dispenser was broken and open, there were no more towels and the disinfectant was also empty. Furthermore, there was a beggar outside the door (it's a question of whether you support the people or not, that doesn't have to be the case, there are other options for that)

I really enjoyed my meal just because of two factors: 1. The food. 2. The ambience of this branch. I went there after my friend recommended, and it was worth eating there. They have variety of Menus to choose from! Their happy meal thing gravitates the most. The staff of this branch is also quite soft spoken and helpful. Their McCrispy menu is highly recommended by me!🍔🍟

MCD is my all time favourite. Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner they are all ready to serve their guests. Great recommendations from the polite staff , quick service, amazing ambiance , delicious food & pocket friendly cost factor are a few facts which makes it my favourite.This branch is too good all staff members everytime ready for help it’s a big restaurant and sometime there are extra rush hours in restaurant but they still try to give their best for service, cleaning, customer satisfaction.
