Fast service, standard McDonald’s flavor. It was busy so it was a bit messy.

The restaurant and the toilets were in a deplorable state.

This was the most disgusting McDonald’s experience. There was a lot of tables free, but all of them disgustingly dirty. Workers just standing around. We asked them to pack our food even though we initially wanted to eat there, and we told them the reason behind it is that every table is dirty- they didn’t care.

The food and service were okay. The problem was that it was difficult to find a clean table, even though it was quiet. The floor and tables were dirty. It didn't make a good impression.

Ice cream machine broken, as always. Apple turnover takes 6 minutes. And that was significantly longer than 6 minutes. I've been here every day. Now I'm not so dissatisfied. I hope I get an apology. Sincerely, Olaf Scholz

Really bad: dirty tables and smashed mirrors in the bathroom. Even though there were hardly any customers, we had to ask the staff to clean the sticky table.

I think that's bad. I went there to eat with my ex-boyfriend and he got his food within 5 minutes and I had to wait for over an hour and I asked where my food was and they forgot about me and then the food was cold and I wasn't hungry anymore or the tables are dirty and sticky or like sietz benches are dirty and sticky and the floor too and the long waiting times

I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's inside. The restrooms were also extremely dirty and smelled awful. The milkshake I ordered wasn't available either.

Unbelievable what's been going on there lately. I've been there many times, but this was my last time. Reason: I ordered 3 Big Macs and 2 apple turnovers. I got a Royal TS with extra tomatoes (4-5 slices) + a Big Mac with 2 meat patties on the bottom and one on top (see photo) + a Big Mac with the middle burger bun missing. The apple turnovers were those "Yuzu Cream" turnovers, not apple turnovers. The worst thing: When I complained, the store manager told me to check my food (to go) on the spot, meaning I had to unpack everything, open every single burger, and check to see if it contained what it said on the label... I haven't experienced anything so outrageous in a long time. In short, go to another McDonald's.

I've said it before, and I'll happily say it again and again, it's the worst McDonald's there is. They sell a product they don't have and then, after they've already prepared it, ask if you'd like something else. I once again threw €3 in the trash. As I said, it's the worst McDonald's.

Outrageous! I ordered in advance and had to wait over 30 minutes, while other customers got their food immediately. This is obvious incompetence and a total lack of organization. The employees move as if in slow motion – absolutely unacceptable for a fast-food restaurant! Never again!

One of the dirty McDonald's I've ever visited. The food took a loooong time to arrive at the table and was cold. The cutlery for the cappuccino was... dirty. If you're absolutely starving (like, close to starving to death), it'll probably be enough for everything else. I'd say go to another restaurant of your choice.

1. You have to wait a very long time for your order, even though I ordered a little and there were quite a few orders. 2. I ordered the McWrap® Chicken Honey Mustard Meal without the sauce sandwich, and in the end they gave it to me. I asked for a change, and they swapped it back for the same sauce.

The menu is different from that in Spain, we weren't thrilled and left.

MC Café once again served coffee from a paper cup, even though I specifically ordered it at the counter.

The biggest enemy of my diet 🥲 I cycle past regularly, and the smell is often too tempting. The cleanliness and design are far above average, but unfortunately, there are always customers who misbehave, are loud, or smear their sauces. Sometimes things aren't cleaned up enough. And sometimes the wait is too long, even considering the number of customers. Hence only 4 stars.

This is by far the dirtiest McDonald's in Berlin (probably in all of Germany). The restrooms are awful, the disinfectant hasn't been there for a year, and toilet paper is everywhere. The tables are sticky, and there are leftovers on the floor. The food is served carelessly; sometimes the lettuce leaves are lying next to the burger in the box, or the meat has slipped halfway off.

When ordering meals, etc., drinks are constantly forgotten (Lieferando). Very annoying – the food is usually fine, but it's better to skip the drinks altogether.

Top-notch staff. Super friendly and reliable. No long wait times. Fresh food and a very clean place.

Same workers are cleaning lobbies and toilet and which are serving food or making it in kitchen.they don't understand difference between a normal kitchen helper and cleaner. Food chain in kitchen is straight and visible while waiting for the food they have two chains on two different sides but they are making all items fleich and plant on same side. And same workers making them they don't use handschue in kitchen and then made mcplant burger with the same hands without sanitizing hands before starting a new orders of vegetarian or vegan. On asking they said we don't use handschue in kitchen.

McDonald's, the journey is okay, a bit more expensive but that's due to the location.

I was there, it was nice, the price/performance ratio was average, but the service was good.

It was disastrous: we stood in line for 10 minutes. Two employees saw us. The store was empty, but we weren't served. (We just wanted a coffee.) After years of using the McDrive countless times and constantly having things forgotten, we decided to give McDonald's a try.

Unfortunately, I didn't get what I ordered (Big Tasty WITHOUT bacon). It was still half cold (only one corner was warm) - I won't be going there again.

As a chicken nugget fan, somehow this mcdonalds allways serves a better than usual chicken nugget. :)

Everything was super delicious and the environment was very suitable for all ages.

We had to wait far too long (30 minutes) for our food, and it was almost deserted. When we asked, they said there weren't enough staff, they added another ten minutes. It's absolutely unacceptable that you have to wait a total of 40 minutes for your food.

So, I'd prefer 0 stars. It's unacceptable that you have to wait 30 minutes for your food at a fast-food restaurant... The food was still delicious and hot. The staff just seemed completely overwhelmed and helpless! Perhaps they should be better trained... I definitely won't be coming back here and can only advise everyone against it!

It's a complete impudence if you want to redeem a Big Tasty Bacon with 1250 points, leave out the old hard bacon and only want more Big Tasty sauce and pay another 30 cents for the sauce even though you've already left out the expensive hard bacon.

Good place for a quick breakfast. In the future, you can add less sauce to Warp. Clean and tidy for a German McDonald's.

Life, right?? As predictable as it is arbitrary. I wasn’t planning on stopping on the way home. All day I was distracted. I found out this morning that my old friend Doug had passed away. We hadn’t spoken since New Year’s, and even then, only briefly. We made each other a promise to catch up properly, just before hanging up the call. It’s a beautiful day. Something in the wind made the trees seem to lean in, like bowing their heads. Trying to listen in on a secret. Maybe it’s just me. I didn’t want to stop, but I’d forgotten to get lunch today, and my stomach took over the decision making. I tapped away on the touchscreen mindlessly. I was too distracted to make big choices. So, Royal with Cheese it was. Like in Pulp Fiction. But who cares. A group of teens sat at the table next to me, talking loudly about something I couldn’t understand. A father and his son sat at the other end of the place. The kid was happy. The father wasn’t. The place smelled like lack of ambition and old oil. I got my meal. It was what it was, a story that should be told once and never repeated. As predictable as I wish life was. One star. Not for the dubious company. Not for the smell. Definitely not for the food. One star for you, Doug. Maybe I never spelled it out, but I love you. I truly do. Rest in peace, old friend.

I tell them with all my heart please don't go there to eat. My children were insulted using the Z word. We were insulted because we can't speak good German. Our food was cold, the fries weren't cooked and the ice cream was melted, the pickles were rotten. We showed them to the cashier and she told us it wasn't her problem and that we weren't bothering her... and much more (I BEG YOU DON'T GO AND EAT THERE!!!!)

Great McDonald's location with fast and friendly service. There’s a large parking area, free restrooms, and even a kids' play station, which is perfect for families. The table service was a nice bonus—everything was clean and well-organized. Ideal spot for a quick and comfortable meal.

Waited 7 minutes for the worst burger in a long time. Absolutely dry, the patty was very old and only lukewarm. Unfortunately, the fries weren't any better. Due to the keen fries specialist, they produced over 10 fries in advance despite the shop being very empty, which was reflected in the taste. Ordered today, but unfortunately, four things were missing: two hamburgers, fries, a bic mac, and a cheeseburger. A real shitty place. After calling, they said they didn't have a driver, and I didn't get my money back either. Never again.

We had dinner at this establishment on May 2. While we were placing an order in the machine, we didn’t immediately pay attention to the trash around, there was paper and food leftovers everywhere. We had number 233 and had only ordered ice cream and a milkshake. Several numbers after us (235, 236,240) came and only ordered ice cream or milkshakes. Our order was only placed after repeated inquiries. We ended up waiting 20 minutes for this. We had someone else with us who also ordered something. At some point his order number simply disappeared from the board (preparation) and after 10 minutes he left and the bag had been behind the counter the whole time. Plus it was the wrong burger.

Every time it was unclean, I can only confirm it, almost every time something was missing. Went there again today without words! Burger fired in and the 20 nuggets on top, friendly staff yes but that's all nothing! The sauce is always saved, I wonder what that is supposed to be, burger without sauce? I order, I get a call, I'm supposed to spell KARL MARX because the employees don't know KARL MARX, I wait 2 hours for my order only for it to be canceled. I call to understand the situation, this cheeky employee answers me 'not my problem' and hangs up. How incompetent do you have to be to not even be able to work at McDonalds, proof of poverty.

It's a joke. Clearly the least motivated workers ever. My burger after one bite literally felt apart in as many parts as possible, seriously if you don't know how to make a burger then don't take money for making it!

The worst experience that I ever had in McDonald’s. 4 march 2025 18:00 I waited for my happy meal, 2 Big Macs, 6 nuggets, pommes and two drinks for 24 minutes. There were around 6-8 other orders on the screen. So the queue was not big. Very slow service and no any Sorry from the staff

It's just hilarious. Without words this BURGER SHOP. Loveless fries and the burgers are very bad. And all of this for a lot, a lot of money. The fact is, you don't care about the customers. Cheap labor from Poland. Quality and service suffer because of the disgusting greed for money.

I have never experienced such great service at McDonald's. I ordered several burgers with special requests from the machine (currently not possible greyed out) and had them delivered to the place. Shortly afterwards an employee came to my place and asked how I imagined these burgers because the round additions don't fit on the long burger. The burgers came according to my wishes. The whole thing was on a Saturday lunchtime and the restaurant was well attended. There were no signs of longer waiting times and tables were wiped down as guests left. I'm thrilled!

Food came warm to the table, staff was friendly Big Mac and french fries were of good quality, the 6 piece chicken nuggets were very warm and freshly made, and mcflurry was very tasty. They replaced our mcplant chicken nuggets with normal nuggets but gave us an extra portion of curly fries. Overall okay. Would eat here again.

So I have to say up front that it really is a nice mecces. But I've watched it for 4 visits now. Firstly, there's always something missing. But the worst thing is that some of the nuggets are so greasy that they are really dripping. And the last few times I always had to throw up shortly after eating. So something is going really wrong. Today on January 29th, 2025 the nuggets even tasted a bit like chlorine and that's not possible at all.

Unprofessional behavior I wanted to order at McDrive and was initially asked to wait. After waiting three minutes, I was finally able to order: a cheeseburger, medium fries and a cappuccino. The employee said he couldn't hear me well. When I said “cappuccino” louder, the unfriendly answer came: “I shouldn’t scream.” Then I said that I would just drive up. When I got to the window there were already two employees there who started discussing why I supposedly couldn't be heard. It became clear that the employee was distracted by a conversation with a colleague. I tried to make it clear that I didn't want to have a discussion and just wanted to pay and receive my order. While the products were being handed to me, the discussion began again. This behavior was simply unprofessional and rude. I've never experienced anything like it - really unpleasant!

You wait over 15 minutes for a single McRib burger, which is also cold and has almost no sauce on the meat. But the entire packaging is smeared with McRib sauce. The toilet doors in the men's toilets cannot be locked because the door locks are destroyed and it smells like a septic tank. Absolutely disgusting and disgusting! It's system catering, you should be aware of that. The food is good and as expected. My Tasty Bacon is equally delicious everywhere. Then you know what you're getting. Really every order at McDonald's on Sonnenallee is a disaster. I have regretted every single order afterwards. They are unable to pack the products that were ordered. Drinks are warm. Wrong desserts. Cold and dry burgers. Sauces are always forgotten. I will never order there again. F

I was there around 10am. Really nice McDonald’s, very clean, very nice people who work there. Service took a while but everything was hot and put together very neatly. If I'm hungry again, I'll be happy to come back. A big plus for the real tulips on the McCafé tables. Really great.

I've never waited so long for food at a McDonald's

It's getting worse and worse in this store. This is the third time the food has been forgotten. You can't call to complain because no one answers the phone. I won't buy food there anymore, I'd rather drive a little further but also get what I pay for 😡
