McDonald's in Berlin

I was there around 10am. Really nice McDonald’s, very clean, very nice people who work there. Service took a while but everything was hot and put together very neatly. If I'm hungry again, I'll be happy to come back. A big plus for the real tulips on the McCafé tables. Really great.

It's getting worse and worse in this store. This is the third time the food has been forgotten. You can't call to complain because no one answers the phone. I won't buy food there anymore, I'd rather drive a little further but also get what I pay for 😡

It was very quick, burgers were hot and fresh, fries were great. I was just irritated that the drink came without ice and was well below the 0.5 fill line. Unfortunately I noticed it too late. And please bring napkins with you when you go to McDrive, very few people have a dispenser with napkins in their car.

Good business model: you can only choose reusable cups, and when you hand them out you get the usual paper crap - the reusable ones are out, no flinching that the collected deposit is handed out on its own. Appropriate: no napkins, no toilet paper, everything sticks - the concept was carried out consistently! Congratulations!

Were there around 11 p.m., there weren't many guests there. Many tables were sticky and dirty, tray carts were overflowing, food took 18 minutes to arrive despite very few customers.

Ordered Plant Based nuggets, got all the way home before we realized they were actually meat nuggets. Came back to ask for a replacement, and they handed us the old, cold nuggets that had probably been sitting there since we left. They were nice and polite. But handing us the old, cold nasty nuggets was too much to not comment on it.

Easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any restaurant, the employees were unresponsive and I had wait and hour and 10 minutes for my meal. I went up multiple times in that period and tried to get my meal, but the employees just ignored me. The first time I went to complain, they took my receipt. The second time they said ok we'll get on it. Then 20 minutes later I went back and they said they had lost my receipt. I had to recite my order and not leave in order to receive my food, annoying everybody else in the building

We were at Mc Drive today around 11 p.m. We waited a good 15 minutes for someone to come honestly and we could place our order. Finally someone came and said to us I have a 100 euro order, it will take 30 minutes for them to get to it. That's what I had for the first time Never experience this branch again!!!!

I got the chilli cheese burger menu with code 2 then the cashier didn't even ask if I wanted anything extra, he said yes. Cola medium, small I meant medium and for fries I meant the same and because of 2 things I paid plus 8 euros.

It's probably the worst Mc-Donalds I've ever been to, there was litter and rubbish all over the floor, the tables weren't wiped down And when we got what we ordered, 2 things were missing, which we got when we complained about it, the burgers were almost just slapped together, and the toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a week. Everything takes far too long and the order is incomplete.

1 car in front of me 6/2/24, 10:25 p.m. The car in front of me has been parked for 4 minutes. Customer asks when he can order. Employee says it takes time. Customer complains. Employee says he doesn't want to serve him. Customer drives on and waits. After waiting 10 minutes behind 3 carts, I didn't want to order from the store anymore. But I have to wait another 5 minutes because the cars in front of me can't clear the way. I've never experienced anything this bad at McDonald's.

We wanted 2 coffees from McCafé. However, the branch manager couldn't handle the machine, so she let two coffees run out of the machine. I asked her about it and she replied, barely audible, that there was no staff and she apologized. So we got two coffees from the machine for just under 10 euros.

I ordered a double chili and had to wait a nice 15 minutes for it. When I asked for a drink as compensation, I was only given a nice grin. My colleagues ordered menus and had to wait 20 minutes. The patties on the burgers were dry, as were the fries long past their holding time. In the kitchen, the deep fryer side was not occupied at all. The shift leader ran frantically from front to back to accommodate both. Of course, everything takes forever. So all in all a bad experience, understaffed and then poorly distributed staff.

Suddenly several orders came in within a short period of time. The staff noticed the many orders (including my order, which I was still waiting for) way too late. When they saw the many customers, they started processing the orders at a snail's pace and were completely overwhelmed. But what was the highlight for me was that one customer after the other received their food before me and my order was processed last, even though I ordered first. When I finally got my food after waiting 20 minutes, the drink was lukewarm and the food was cold. I don't know why so much went wrong, but unfortunately my experience at this McDonald's branch was anything but positive. I was very annoyed and will not come again.

I really enjoyed my meal just because of two factors: 1. The food. 2. The ambience of this branch. I went there after my friend recommended, and it was worth eating there. They have variety of Menus to choose from! Their happy meal thing gravitates the most. The staff of this branch is also quite soft spoken and helpful. Their McCrispy menu is highly recommended by me!🍔🍟

MCD is my all time favourite. Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner they are all ready to serve their guests. Great recommendations from the polite staff , quick service, amazing ambiance , delicious food & pocket friendly cost factor are a few facts which makes it my favourite.This branch is too good all staff members everytime ready for help it’s a big restaurant and sometime there are extra rush hours in restaurant but they still try to give their best for service, cleaning, customer satisfaction.

I ordered a smart menu and one of the royal burgers individually. Then unexpectedly I had to leave quickly and yes, what can I say... They deducted the money from the account correctly, but I only had the menu without an extra burger in my bag. I won't go here anymore! Answer to the reaction from the managing director: I have no obligation to check my order, this obligation lies with you! And such a poor consolation won't get me my €5 back... Eine schreckliche Filiale, man erwartet nicht viel und wird dennoch enttäuscht. Man bestellt einen Double Royal Käse, bekommt einen Standard Royal Käse. Dieser ist dann auch noch so lieblos und schlecht hergerichtet, dass einem das Essen wieder hochkommt. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind dermaßen überfordert und kriegen selbst die einfachsten Dinge nicht gebacken. Auf Anfrage per Mail an den Kundenservice bekommt man auch keine Antwort. Probleme kann man auch einfach ignorieren, oder? Anbei Beweisfotos und ein Vergleich zum Standard Royal Käse: Online vs. Realität. Das ist schon so irreführend, dass der Verbraucherschutz sich das mal genauer anschauen sollte. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich auch Minussterne vergeben. Vielleicht sollte das Gesundheitsamt diese Filiale mal besuchen.

J'ai passé commande aujourd'hui, et je n'ai pas pu obtenir le tichki de la borne, j'ai demandé à la personne à la caisse et elle a refusé de m'imprimer un autre que c'est impossible alors c'est facile de le refaire surtout j'ai besoin d'un justificatif. Une fois la commande est préparé j'ai été choquer de la manière que ils m'ont servi la commande à emporter, même pas d'un seul sac, j'ai dû demander un grand sac et ranger moi même ma commande. Franchement très très déçu de votre service, zéro professionnalisme ! Je déconseille ce restaurant, en tout cas je ne reviendrai jamais ici, y a encore des restaurant qui s'occupent bien de leur clientèle.
