McDonald's tasted shocking. This is my first time being so dry and tasteless.

It was very quick, burgers were hot and fresh, fries were great. I was just irritated that the drink came without ice and was well below the 0.5 fill line. Unfortunately I noticed it too late. And please bring napkins with you when you go to McDrive, very few people have a dispenser with napkins in their car.

Good business model: you can only choose reusable cups, and when you hand them out you get the usual paper crap - the reusable ones are out, no flinching that the collected deposit is handed out on its own. Appropriate: no napkins, no toilet paper, everything sticks - the concept was carried out consistently! Congratulations!

Were there around 11 p.m., there weren't many guests there. Many tables were sticky and dirty, tray carts were overflowing, food took 18 minutes to arrive despite very few customers.

Unfortunately dingy, garbage everywhere, tables and floor, despite plenty of staff, the service shelves outside and inside were full...but I read here, it seems to be a general problem,...nothing will probably change🤷‍♀️

What possessed me to stop there? well, I wanted a little milkshake. 3.75 really shameful, that was probably my last one there.

Ordered Plant Based nuggets, got all the way home before we realized they were actually meat nuggets. Came back to ask for a replacement, and they handed us the old, cold nuggets that had probably been sitting there since we left. They were nice and polite. But handing us the old, cold nasty nuggets was too much to not comment on it.

Toilet is small and the food is cold and there is no service but the chef is pretty and we wait 15m for cold food

Super unfriendly and overwhelmed with little things. When I say take away I don't want a tablet. Well, apparently it's so complicated that you only have fries once instead of twice. Never go to this pinnacle again...

Easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any restaurant, the employees were unresponsive and I had wait and hour and 10 minutes for my meal. I went up multiple times in that period and tried to get my meal, but the employees just ignored me. The first time I went to complain, they took my receipt. The second time they said ok we'll get on it. Then 20 minutes later I went back and they said they had lost my receipt. I had to recite my order and not leave in order to receive my food, annoying everybody else in the building

Took 40 minutes to get food. My friends food didn’t arrive after an hour (and also a complaint) and it turns out the staff just “lost the order”. They eventually sorted it out. Do not eat here unless you want to be waiting for ages to eat “fast” food.

Unfortunately we had to wait an impressive 20 minutes for 2 wraps, even though there were only two people in front of us.

This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been to. Waited ages for inedible burgers. They forgot the 6 chicken nuggets I orders. I am really shocked by the very low standard. This restaurant has shaken my faith in the McDonalds brand. Avoid at all costs!!!!

This is a terrible McDonalds - avoid! We thought all McD's were of a similar standard - how wrong we were. Food took ages and was inedible. We didn't bother trying to get the forgotten chicken nuggets. Worst McD's I've ever been in and I'm 47! AVOID at all costs.

We were at Mc Drive today around 11 p.m. We waited a good 15 minutes for someone to come honestly and we could place our order. Finally someone came and said to us I have a 100 euro order, it will take 30 minutes for them to get to it. That's what I had for the first time Never experience this branch again!!!!

I got the chilli cheese burger menu with code 2 then the cashier didn't even ask if I wanted anything extra, he said yes. Cola medium, small I meant medium and for fries I meant the same and because of 2 things I paid plus 8 euros.

It's probably the worst Mc-Donalds I've ever been to, there was litter and rubbish all over the floor, the tables weren't wiped down And when we got what we ordered, 2 things were missing, which we got when we complained about it, the burgers were almost just slapped together, and the toilets looked like they hadn't been cleaned for a week. I absolutely do not recommend visiting this place.

Everything takes far too long and the order is incomplete.

1 car in front of me 6/2/24, 10:25 p.m. The car in front of me has been parked for 4 minutes. Customer asks when he can order. Employee says it takes time. Customer complains. Employee says he doesn't want to serve him. Customer drives on and waits. After waiting 10 minutes behind 3 carts, I didn't want to order from the store anymore. But I have to wait another 5 minutes because the cars in front of me can't clear the way. I've never experienced anything this bad at McDonald's.

We wanted 2 coffees from McCafé. However, the branch manager couldn't handle the machine, so she let two coffees run out of the machine. I asked her about it and she replied, barely audible, that there was no staff and she apologized. So we got two coffees from the machine for just under 10 euros.

I ordered a double chili and had to wait a nice 15 minutes for it. When I asked for a drink as compensation, I was only given a nice grin. My colleagues ordered menus and had to wait 20 minutes. The patties on the burgers were dry, as were the fries long past their holding time. In the kitchen, the deep fryer side was not occupied at all. The shift leader ran frantically from front to back to accommodate both. Of course, everything takes forever. So all in all a bad experience, understaffed and then poorly distributed staff.

After waiting 20 minutes at the drive-in counter, I stopped waiting and continued driving because there were 5 more vehicles in front of me and only 1 customer had ordered in the meantime

I come from the construction site - and they don't accept my money - because it was wet!!!! I pointed out several times that it was raining outside!!! The team is simply capable

When I ordered my food at the terminal there was hardly anything going on. My order was the only one shown on the screen. The employees stood together, chatted and laughed, and one of them enjoyed a burger. They didn't notice me or my order at all. I waited and waited and no one lifted a finger. Suddenly several orders came in within a short period of time. The staff noticed the many orders (including my order, which I was still waiting for) way too late. When they saw the many customers, they started processing the orders at a snail's pace and were completely overwhelmed. But what was the highlight for me was that one customer after the other received their food before me and my order was processed last, even though I ordered first. When I finally got my food after waiting 20 minutes, the drink was lukewarm and the food was cold. I don't know why so much went wrong, but unfortunately my experience at this McDonald's branch was anything but positive. I was very annoyed and will not come again.

The food itself was OK, as you would expect from McDonald's. Unfortunately, the employee forgot an ingredient that had been paid for separately, but this was quickly sorted out. I found the condition of the toilets, to be precise the washroom, to be bad. The soap dispenser was broken and open, there were no more towels and the disinfectant was also empty. Furthermore, there was a beggar outside the door (it's a question of whether you support the people or not, that doesn't have to be the case, there are other options for that)

Normal cheeseburgers and chicken burgers seem to have become a size smaller. Then still cold. The colleague at the drive-in is completely overwhelmed. No napkins in the bag. Absolutely not worth it anymore.

MCD is my all time favourite. Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner they are all ready to serve their guests. Great recommendations from the polite staff , quick service, amazing ambiance , delicious food & pocket friendly cost factor are a few facts which makes it my favourite.This branch is too good all staff members everytime ready for help it’s a big restaurant and sometime there are extra rush hours in restaurant but they still try to give their best for service, cleaning, customer satisfaction.

I really enjoyed my meal just because of two factors: 1. The food. 2. The ambience of this branch. I went there after my friend recommended, and it was worth eating there. They have variety of Menus to choose from! Their happy meal thing gravitates the most. The staff of this branch is also quite soft spoken and helpful. Their McCrispy menu is highly recommended by me!🍔🍟

I ordered a smart menu and one of the royal burgers individually. Then unexpectedly I had to leave quickly and yes, what can I say... They deducted the money from the account correctly, but I only had the menu without an extra burger in my bag. I won't go here anymore! Answer to the reaction from the managing director: I have no obligation to check my order, this obligation lies with you! And such a poor consolation won't get me my €5 back... I would have expected more willingness to make amends from such a big company, but that shows that they already feel so strongly established here and it doesn't justify focusing on it anymore to behave in an appreciative and correct manner in relation to individual customers. As I said, I will avoid McDonald's like the plague in the future and rightly so, others should do the same. I can no longer give a recommendation here!

Waiting time of 45 minutes... After threatening to have my money back, I got my food after another wait. Just bad. ...and some of the employees don't understand German. Never again!

The food wasn't the worst I've ever had from McDonald's, but it had its flaws. Also a fries were forgotten. Nevertheless, the staff was very friendly and smiled and wished me a nice day.

I waited 20 minutes for a shitty coffee and an apple turnover, the coffee was ready first and sat around for about 10 minutes, then when the order was ready it was cold. Bad service with far too long of a wait because large orders were prioritized, absolutely not recommended

The tables were dirty. We were in the outside area, which was completely filthy. There was paper and leftover food on the floor. There was also plenty of leftover food on the tables. A dirty shop. We also told the staff. No response

This is the worst McDonald's I know. Overall, the store is filthy and there is no soap or paper for hands in the toilets. There is toilet paper lying around everywhere and the toilet brush was also in the middle of the room. The staff seems listless and only does the bare minimum. The food is either cold (fries) or carelessly put together (burgers). A straw is only available upon request. 2 stars for the food because at least I didn't get food poisoning. A visit to the health department would certainly make sense. In any case, I won't be coming back again.

Not tasty ice cream at all. We took it with cherries and chocolate lenses. It was as if it had melted and been frozen again. Cherry filler - acid with red paint. Chocolate drops are like plasticine. The room smells like urine. The service is excellent, friendly employees.

The food was cold and I don't think the service was good either Whenever I go there they forget my fries or drink, hamburger sometimes that doesn't work at all. There are probably 6-7 people more, but they always forget. I pay for it so I can get my menu but unfortunately I always get nothing.

Geht eigentlich immer schnell, nur gestern war irgendwie der "Wurm "drin.

Der Laden ist meist schmuddelig. Ich denke das es nicht genug Personal gibt oder das Personal nicht ordentlich geschult ist.

Eine schreckliche Filiale, man erwartet nicht viel und wird dennoch enttäuscht. Man bestellt einen Double Royal Käse, bekommt einen Standard Royal Käse. Dieser ist dann auch noch so lieblos und schlecht hergerichtet, dass einem das Essen wieder hochkommt. Die Mitarbeiter vor Ort sind dermaßen überfordert und kriegen selbst die einfachsten Dinge nicht gebacken. Auf Anfrage per Mail an den Kundenservice bekommt man auch keine Antwort. Probleme kann man auch einfach ignorieren, oder? Anbei Beweisfotos und ein Vergleich zum Standard Royal Käse: Online vs. Realität. Das ist schon so irreführend, dass der Verbraucherschutz sich das mal genauer anschauen sollte. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich auch Minussterne vergeben. Vielleicht sollte das Gesundheitsamt diese Filiale mal besuchen.

J'ai passé commande aujourd'hui, et je n'ai pas pu obtenir le tichki de la borne, j'ai demandé à la personne à la caisse et elle a refusé de m'imprimer un autre que c'est impossible alors c'est facile de le refaire surtout j'ai besoin d'un justificatif. Une fois la commande est préparé j'ai été choquer de la manière que ils m'ont servi la commande à emporter, même pas d'un seul sac, j'ai dû demander un grand sac et ranger moi même ma commande. Franchement très très déçu de votre service, zéro professionnalisme ! Je déconseille ce restaurant, en tout cas je ne reviendrai jamais ici, y a encore des restaurant qui s'occupent bien de leur clientèle.

Diese McDonald's-Filiale hatte eh schon über die Jahre stark nachgelassen, bekam dann eine neue Bewirtschaftung, was erst einmal für einen ordentlichen Aufschwung sorgte. Der Service war besser und vor allem schneller, das Essen war wieder ordentlicher zusammengebaut und es herrschte ein netterer Ton. Das hielt offenbar nicht allzu lange an, bei dem Umfeld und Standard-Klientel aber leider auch kein Wunder, jedenfalls ist es jetzt mindestens so schlecht, wie zuvor, wenn nicht noch schlechter. Dazu kommt, dass bei Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen dauernd Sachen vergessen werden, in letzter Zeit meistens Pommes. Bei meiner letzten Bestellung in der letzten Woche fehlte eine von zwei Portionen Pommes, heute fehlten beide. Beide Male habe ich es dummerweise erst zu Hause bemerkt, weil vor Ort immer so ein Gewusel ist, dass man einfach froh ist, wenn seine Bestellung aufgerufen wird und man schnellstmöglich das "Restaurant" verlassen kann. Ihr schuldet mir jetzt also schon drei Portionen Pommes (zwei mittlere und eine große), aber da ich nicht gerade direkt um die Ecke wohne, lohnt sich ein Zurückfahren und Reklamieren leider nicht wirklich.

Gerade am Drive gewesen und natürlich der Klassiker ist, das die Milchshakemaschine mal wieder nicht funktioniert. Treue Punkte nicht einlösbar, Extrabecher für Eiswürfel aus Achtung! KOSTENGRÜNDEN und nicht Umweltgründen abgelehnt. Mc Donalds sind also 1 Cent was der Becher denen kostet wertvoller als eine Kundenzufriedenheit. Verlangt habe ich im Drive Mayo zu den Pommes und erhalten habe ich Ketchup was ich verabscheue. Hier funktioniert gar nichts. Auf meinen Hinweis hin das ich mit dem Service unzufrieden bin und eine Rezession schreiben werde, hat der Möchtegernschichtleiter nur gegrinst und " machen Sie doch" rausgehauen was die Gleichgültigkeit dieser Mc Donalds Filiale bezüglich der Kundenzufriedenheit besonders unterstrich. Gott sei Dank sind nicht alle Mc Donalds so asozial wie an diesem Standort. Das Essen ( Burger) war bis auf den Fauxpass mit dem Ketchup okay aber die Pommes waren für mich ohne Mayo nicht genießbar. Service auch für berliner Verhältnisse unterirdisch.

Bei der Bestellung von mir und meiner Familie haben mehrere Sachen gefehlt was nicht ok gewesen, dies nicht nur einmal sondern mehrfach passiert ist. Meiner Partnerin ist nach dem Essen dort schlecht geworden nach ca.30 min sowie hat Sie sich übergeben.

der neue bigmac ist ein witz, zwei dünne "carpaccio" fleisch lappen mit viel brot und sauce, lasst doch in zukunft bei den pommes die kartoffeln weg....

Lange Verzögerung beim Servieren von Essen

Noch nie so lange auf mein Essen gewartet… Es war niemand vor mir und dann für 2 Cheeseburger und eine Cola 15 Minuten gewartet. Finde ich sehr schlecht und schade

Nach einem anstrengenden Tagesausflug wollte ich hier mit einer Freundin abends nach 22 Uhr einfach noch schnell etwas essen. Wir hatten keine überzogenen Erwartungen, aber die Erfahrung war regelrecht unangenehm. Am Eingang begrüßte uns gleich ein mittelmäßig freundlicher Bettler. Der Bestellprozess ging relativ reibungslos am Terminal, wenn auch nicht alle Speisen bestellbar waren. Wir wollten uns nach draußen setzen, wo aber um die 5 Kinder schreiend herumrannten, sodass wir lieber nach innen geflüchtet sind. Sämtliche Tische waren stark verschmutzt mit klebrigen Saucen und ausgekippten Milchshakes. Es gingen sogar Mitarbeiter herum, die aber nur den gröbsten Abfall vom Boden auffegten und die Tische offensichtlich über Stunden nicht angefasst hatten. Die Bedienung ging recht zügig und das Essen kam ausreichend warm an. Es fehlte zwar eine Pommes, aber bekam ich auf Nachfrage anstandslos nachgeliefert. Die Burger waren lieblos zusammengeklatscht und fielen beim Essen auseinander. Vermutlich sieht es dort tagsüber anders aus, aber in Zukunft werden wir dieses Restaurant lieber meiden und in der Gegend lieber nach einer vernünftigen Dönerbude Ausschau halten.

Zu spät trotz zwei Stunden vorher bestellt über lieferando. Getränke falsch. Soßen falsch. Falscher Wrap. Extrawunsch nicht berücksichtigt. Keine Gläser zu den insgesamt fünf(!) Menüs. Bereue es jedes Mal! Ich weiß wieder warum ich diese Filiale nicht mag. Es wird einfach nur dahin geschludert. Nachtrag zwei Jahre später haben se nicht eine einzige Bestellung bisher richtig hinbekommen. Jedes Mal ärgern, jedes Mal 20 versuche jemanden ans Telefon zu bekommen, falsche Produkte, fehlende Produkte.
