Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. At first the burger we ordered was wrong, after a complaint it was the right burger but somehow the toppings and sauces had been reduced so as not to forget what was promised. Fries were cold and some of them weren't quite cooked through. Once and never again

Full basis. The workers do not understand German. The menu is deceptive, the price does not match! Apparently the owner is not German? With one word, crap!!!

Ordered takeaway twice, once chicken nuggets were missing and the second time 15 minutes ago two chicken burgers were missing. With 2 menus and two extra products, it shouldn't be too much of a challenge to pack everything in one bag.

You wait over 15 minutes for a single McRib burger, which is also cold and has almost no sauce on the meat. But the entire packaging is smeared with McRib sauce. The toilet doors in the men's toilets cannot be locked because the door locks are destroyed and it smells like a septic tank. Absolutely disgusting and disgusting! The people are very difficult to understand and it always takes forever (sometimes incomprehensible). The store isn't that full. Then you are asked to wait in the lane... so the camera doesn't capture you in the waiting spots... but no... not with me.

It's almost always a mess, especially in the bathrooms. Sometimes the waiting period is too long. I ordered a coffee with 2 sachets of brown sugar and was offered no sugar at all. When I approached to ask, I was offered white sugar ♂️ 🤷

Really every order at McDonald's on Sonnenallee is a disaster. I have regretted every single order afterwards. They are unable to pack the products that were ordered. Drinks are warm. Wrong desserts. Cold and dry burgers. Sauces are always forgotten. I will never order there again. F

I was there around 10am. Really nice McDonald’s, very clean, very nice people who work there. Service took a while but everything was hot and put together very neatly. If I'm hungry again, I'll be happy to come back. A big plus for the real tulips on the McCafé tables. Really great.

McDonald's tasted shocking. This is my first time being so dry and tasteless.

It was very quick, burgers were hot and fresh, fries were great. I was just irritated that the drink came without ice and was well below the 0.5 fill line. Unfortunately I noticed it too late. And please bring napkins with you when you go to McDrive, very few people have a dispenser with napkins in their car.

Good business model: you can only choose reusable cups, and when you hand them out you get the usual paper crap - the reusable ones are out, no flinching that the collected deposit is handed out on its own. Appropriate: no napkins, no toilet paper, everything sticks - the concept was carried out consistently! Congratulations!

Ordered Plant Based nuggets, got all the way home before we realized they were actually meat nuggets. Came back to ask for a replacement, and they handed us the old, cold nuggets that had probably been sitting there since we left. They were nice and polite. But handing us the old, cold nasty nuggets was too much to not comment on it.

Easily one of the worst experiences I've ever had at any restaurant, the employees were unresponsive and I had wait and hour and 10 minutes for my meal. I went up multiple times in that period and tried to get my meal, but the employees just ignored me. The first time I went to complain, they took my receipt. The second time they said ok we'll get on it. Then 20 minutes later I went back and they said they had lost my receipt. I had to recite my order and not leave in order to receive my food, annoying everybody else in the building

1 car in front of me 6/2/24, 10:25 p.m. The car in front of me has been parked for 4 minutes. Customer asks when he can order. Employee says it takes time. Customer complains. Employee says he doesn't want to serve him. Customer drives on and waits. After waiting 10 minutes behind 3 carts, I didn't want to order from the store anymore. But I have to wait another 5 minutes because the cars in front of me can't clear the way. I've never experienced anything this bad at McDonald's.

We wanted 2 coffees from McCafé. However, the branch manager couldn't handle the machine, so she let two coffees run out of the machine. I asked her about it and she replied, barely audible, that there was no staff and she apologized. So we got two coffees from the machine for just under 10 euros.

After waiting 20 minutes at the drive-in counter, I stopped waiting and continued driving because there were 5 more vehicles in front of me and only 1 customer had ordered in the meantime

But what was the highlight for me was that one customer after the other received their food before me and my order was processed last, even though I ordered first. When I finally got my food after waiting 20 minutes, the drink was lukewarm and the food was cold. I don't know why so much went wrong, but unfortunately my experience at this McDonald's branch was anything but positive. I was very annoyed and will not come again.

MCD is my all time favourite. Whether it's breakfast, lunch or dinner they are all ready to serve their guests. Great recommendations from the polite staff , quick service, amazing ambiance , delicious food & pocket friendly cost factor are a few facts which makes it my favourite.This branch is too good all staff members everytime ready for help it’s a big restaurant and sometime there are extra rush hours in restaurant but they still try to give their best for service, cleaning, customer satisfaction.

I really enjoyed my meal just because of two factors: 1. The food. 2. The ambience of this branch. I went there after my friend recommended, and it was worth eating there. They have variety of Menus to choose from! Their happy meal thing gravitates the most. The staff of this branch is also quite soft spoken and helpful. Their McCrispy menu is highly recommended by me!🍔🍟

This is the worst McDonald's I know. Overall, the store is filthy and there is no soap or paper for hands in the toilets. There is toilet paper lying around everywhere and the toilet brush was also in the middle of the room. The staff seems listless and only does the bare minimum. The food is either cold (fries) or carelessly put together (burgers). A straw is only available upon request. 2 stars for the food because at least I didn't get food poisoning.
