McDonald's in Berlin

Felt like a rip-off. The McFlurry was only half full and there were hardly any Smarties or Hitchies in it. Absolute cheek.

Normally, I only write when I'm dissatisfied – today is different. I've been going to this McDonald's regularly for two years and just wanted to say thank you. 1. By far the cleanest McDonald's in Berlin. 2. The food is always freshly prepared. 3. In my opinion, the only McDonald's that actually sticks to its preparation times – respect! 4. The team is always friendly and helpful. Thank you for the great service! This place keeps my love for McDonald's alive.

Loud and hectic. I feel sorry for the employees there; it's just a crappy location.

No, not really. Just a small Coke. Too much ice in the small cup. Even though I didn't have to order from the machine, I got a number 😁. Only in an emergency, not otherwise.

Nice service and the waiting time wasn't long either. So I guess the service is getting better in Germany in this restaurant chain

The food was not good as the burger bun was not fresh at all and one service guy was abruptly walking around which was affecting our overall experience!

Service today, May 30, 2025, was a complete disaster. Most of the tables aren't clean. The employees seem overwhelmed and forget to bring food to the tables, or simply leave coffee cups on the counter so the coffee gets cold without telling the customers. I've been coming here for several years and, to my regret, I have to say that things aren't the way they used to be. The employees need to be better trained in how to deal with customers.

Not recommended. We went to the McDrive and got a Big Mac meal and a wrap. After paying and receiving the bag, we continued on our way home. On the way, we realized the fries were missing and we only received the burger and the wrap. The wrap was inedible because it fell apart immediately. I don't know what's so difficult about putting three things in a bag and wrapping them in a wrap... Never again to this McDonald's!

Advertise that it is open until 3, but it is already closed at 2:40am.

I can't say anything about the restaurant itself, as I've only ordered from McDrive so far, but the service has always been good.

The food is usually quick, the store is usually moderately full, and the location is also great. The gas station is right next door. Otherwise, you have two charging stations and a parking space. Minus: I saw a mouse there once, but they've already done something about that. o.0

Standard McDonald's, service (especially the McDonald's Cafe in the middle) was unfortunately lacking. No sugar, for example, in the latte macchiato, despite being informed. The service at the McDonald's Cafe was also unavailable, twice... The rest was the same as at any other McDonald's.

Food was great, service was so-so, atmosphere was so-so.

Please increase the staff's long waiting time , at least on weekends increase

There is a lot going on and busy there. Basically, the “store” is fine.. BUT what, in my opinion, is not possible for such a global chain - if the soft drinks are “all” or not available and you can only choose between water or iced tea, no, at least small, “compensation” or other accommodation is offered (even when asked). That really wasn't that great!

mega surprise 😉 There are actually still McDonald's branches where you can sit at a clean table even at 4 a.m., get a delicious, fresh and warm burger and the staff will even smile at you and be damn nice. We even reordered again 😅 well done - Alboinstr. branch: have saved you and will be happy to come back!

We ordered a happy meal and did not get the toy we were promised. And we also got the wrong Milch Shake

You've drowned the McRib so heavily in the sauce that even the cardboard packaging is moist and soggy with the sauce, so that it swells up when you touch it. You really can't prepare this food any more carelessly.

It is a very nice and very clean McDonald's restaurant with a drive-thru.

Actually the best McDonalds in our shoot! Very nice service staff, and because of the high frequency, everything is always freshly prepared.

An absolute chaotic shop. The staff is completely overwhelmed and the shift manager doesn't seem to have a plan either. The employees wander around randomly and without structure. The result is long wart rites of 30 minutes or longer. Then the order is cold and, to make matters worse, incomplete (and this is not an isolated case). You are always forced to control. The preparation is also a disaster. The burgers almost never have any structure (salad is always next to the burger and the McRib is far dry, i.e. it has missed the sauce at most). Unfortunately, the new ambience after the recent renovation doesn't outweigh the whole dilemma. So avoid this store if possible.

So it's totally relaxed... service is lousy, unfriendly, it's probably a new team... unfortunately it's also very incompetent... it's a shame I was always happy to be there

Ordered 4 takeaway meals. 3 were wrong. 3 kids menu had chessburgers instead of nuggets. Never again.

Absolutely chaotic. One doesn't know what the other is doing. The food wasn't served with the coffee, the coffee was made at the other counter and was only available after I asked. The question about a straw was answered with a two-word sentence... over there 🤷‍♂️. Didn't find any. The only thing that was good was the clean toilets.

Something is always missing and the extras are always forgotten. Bacon etc. pay for it and it isn't done, such a messy juice shop

Ordered from Lieferando: After 1.5 hours the order was canceled. The store cannot be reached by phone either. Thanks for nothing. Customer service is very important here.

Everything was great, the service, the food, the atmosphere, everything! And it wasn't crowded, too. There is even a board where you can play games! Amazing!

Catastrophic. I waited at the mc Drive counter for a while, the screen was black, no response, then I went to the checkout to see if anyone would help me. 3-4 minutes later the employee at the next counter gave a hand signal that I should come, I did and then the person at the counter came and asked me why I drove to the front and I told him that the employee had called me to the next counter. The employee said I should go again, even though we were already discussing what I wanted to order. disaster

My sprite consisted only of water. The fries and the veggie patty on the burger were still almost raw. Too bad.

Even despite the renovation, the employees are far too slow. I had to wait forever for my food even though there were enough employees and my menu was standard. Then I had to watch my food hanging around at the counter while no one took care of the drink. Bottom line was that my food was cold. Last time it was still warm but I was constantly being texted by the intern instead of letting me eat in peace... two unpleasant incidents in a very short space of time... never again!!!

After the renovation, it's just an unpleasant location. It was much more comfortable before. And the client (BMW and AMG drivers from Neukölln) isn't exactly inviting either. But unfortunately that has always been the case.

I was very satisfied with the MC Drive service. Since there weren't many visitors there at the same time, things went quickly. The McDonald's breakfast was warm and delicious.

I was there at 1:50 a.m. & the manager rudely told us that they were closed even though Google said they were open 24 hours a day!

Wrap is not elongated but 4 square and they forgot fries and had to wait 10 minutes even though there was little going on. and You often can't log in with your McDonald's account. Really fucked up and sad in 2025

I actually like the branch... I wanted to celebrate his birthday with my child here but there is no interest in doing anything for the children despite a telephone request. It's a shame when you care so much about your main client...

Not so good, but still well attended

Looks very nice after the renovation, but unfortunately the service still has its problems. Went there again today, ordered take-away food and discovered at home that half of the order was missing. Joy turns into disappointment so quickly!

I'm not a fan of it, but my wife and I were hungry for it. 4 chilli cheese burgers, so two for each. Ordered at the counter and delivered to the table. The taste was incredibly delicious, very well seasoned meat and the rest tasted perfect. I would never use the new machines, I would rather move on. But the taste is really, really 👍

We were here for the first time today. We were very excited. We have never had such great service at a McDonald's branch. A young man came to the table and asked if everything was okay. There are fresh flowers on the tables, which I really liked. And the whole branch is also very attractively decorated. All other branches can follow an example.

Bad service, unfriendly staff, not customer oriented. Something is missing from the order and people are just arguing that everything was there.

Where do I start? I've known this store since it opened. The last renovation, well, not my taste. The service... yes, it's really clean and the ladies and gentlemen are always on their toes... but... they don't understand anything. You ask for a fork and they just look at you... whoever puts me in the right corner... is not! But the worst thing today was my fish burger... I'll add a photo... you could almost give yourself half the slice of cheese. It's just not what it used to be...

The most ordinary Mac, everything is the same as everywhere else.

7 a.m., empty shop. Nevertheless, no one came to the counter for 4 minutes. Then I left again.

Incomplete order – no response to complaint! I ordered food via the app on Monday evening to pick it up from the Alboinstrasse branch. Ordering, paying (via ApplePay) and picking up at the drive-in counter after entering the order code worked smoothly. BUT: I was not given a receipt. At home I discovered that a burger (Royal Cheese) and the 6-piece Chicken McNuggets were missing from my relatively large order! Goods worth over eleven euros! The branch cannot be reached by telephone despite the telephone number provided. Leave a message via the app via bot, including photos of the order confirmation and the debit from my credit card. After 36 hours still no response! I'll probably be stuck with the costs... Never again!

Unfortunately they forgot to pack 4 burgers. But there were no difficulties getting these afterwards. Burgers were delicious.

I want to specially thank the girl who cleans the hall. Despite the fact that the people sitting nearby threw trash on the ground, she quickly cleaned everything up. She was too polite to such "visitors". The hall is clean. Friendly staff.

Not nice at all since the renovation. Only a cash register, no more privacy, no small niches, just a large room with tables and chairs. The play area and the slide were completely eliminated. Before it was much nicer and also pretty new. Alis, I don't understand the conversion at all.

The service was very fast, the food was average for a Mac. Quite a lot of place inside, but hard to get to it as a pedestrian, all pathways are made with only cars in mind.

A McDonald's where you can be sure that, firstly, it is open (at the specified times), secondly, at least the ice cream machine works here permanently and thirdly, it is really well coordinated. Both windows in the Mcdrive are used and the order is ready within a few minutes. For a McDonald's, this one is really reliable and well coordinated. Since I only get milkshake and ice cream here, I can't say much about the food. It probably tastes similar to everywhere else at McDonald's, except that requests when ordering and the freshness regulations are also implemented here and it's quicker without missing anything.

Unreasonable employees as well as service, nobody here knows how to do their job or take orders because hardly anyone speaks German properly!!!

Quick service, very tasty vegan burger option, I almost didn't notice the difference.

It was very convenient to sit here in warmth and comfort almost at night, while waiting for a very late international bus, and drink a delicious coffee latte.

Ordered a large latte macchiato at MC Drive this morning. It was cold and there was no Monopoly sticker on it. That's what I call service for €4.19 a coffee.

If you order there, the time increases every time. Example! 4 p.m. ordered according to live tracking 30 minutes. Suddenly it becomes 60 minutes. Then suddenly 75 minutes. Why do you pay so much if the service leaves something to be desired?

Terrible service, the food is constantly not delivered, instead of a full portion you get a little more than half, at other McDonald's you get a normal, full portion.

Always good for a little break. The coffee tastes very good.

New interior, everything new, there is no longer an outdoor venue. But only 1 checkout, what if it's full? But self-service elements are still there. Clean and new.

Staying in this branch was a completely new experience for us. You're not at all used to the first McDonald's branch where you feel completely comfortable. Friendly and attentive staff. The food was freshly prepared. Everything very clean. (Tue. October 29, 2024 2:25 p.m. - approx. 3:10 p.m.)

After the renovation it looks really nice... unfortunately only the ambience. I have 2 cheeseburgers with fries and Fanta, the cheeseburgers and fries were brought to my table cold. The patty on the burger smells bad and looks bad too. There are 2-3 onions on the cheeseburger. Ambience 5 stars, food unfortunately only 1 star, the Fanta was good.

They constantly don't add the food, especially the fries. You get a little more than half the pack instead of the full one, and the drinks are not topped up a few centimeters to the required level. I don't recommend it.

McD branch like many others. 🚽 was very clean.

This McDonald's is very nicely decorated and the staff is very friendly. The order was quick and easy. There is the option to order at the terminal or at the checkout. Table service is also included. Very clean and nicely decorated. If you want to charge your cell phone, there are of course options. Wheelchair users can come in here without any problems, go to the toilet or take orders, everything is available, even vegetarians can do a little something. Of course there is also a Mac drive.

Modernized, clean and good, the terminals are now at the front of the entrance. Servicer great, the food was ready quickly. Always my pleasure.

I went to McDrive today to get breakfast. Unfortunately, when I got home I discovered that a McMuffin Sausage & Egg was missing. This is really annoying because it's not the first time it's happened. Very disappointing!

It's a McDonald's. Delicious fast food and nice employees. No matter whether the Mc Drive or in the restaurant. Sometimes the fries are cold. But so far I've been able to swap them. The service is good.

I recently went to the modernized McDonald's on Alboinstrasse and was pleasantly surprised. The interior is very modern and creates a pleasant atmosphere for a quick snack. There are many ordering terminals that are really quick and easy to use, which speeds up the ordering process significantly. A special highlight is the table service. The staff is friendly and ensures that the food is brought straight to the table, which elevates the fast food experience a bit. As for the food itself – it’s the usual McDonald’s standard: tasty and reliable. I particularly liked that they try to encourage customers to separate waste. It shows that they want to become more environmentally conscious. Overall, a solid stop for a quick meal in the area.

Poor quality, unfriendly staff, I bought 6 burgers and when I got home it was 4 burgers, you don't need to deduct money and renovate something, you need real staff

I have no idea why these FressMeToTodeStations keep being suggested to me!? Anyone who takes their money into these shops has unfortunately lost touch with reality! A high price for zero quality.

Was great there. It has been renovated and remodeled. Looks chic. You feel comfortable and the hamburgers 🍔 are perfect.
