Fast food places. Nothing special. I very rarely eat a hamburger. The burgers are getting worse and worse. I ate the Hamburger M on August 26th, 2024, after the reopening. Finally a hamburger that lives up to its name. After the renovation, the ambience has improved and the staff is also friendlier.

Sometimes the wrong food was given out. The stickers on the drinks had already been removed during the competition.

I've eaten 60 Big Macs in my life, always warm and tasty

We were here on reopening day on 08/21/24. The staff was very attentive and friendly. The food tasted very good and was very hot/fresh. The seats/furniture are very new and comfortable; the restaurant was very clean.

Very bad McDonald's branch. I most likely got food poisoning here. 20 minutes after eating my meal I had terrible stomach cramps and sat on the McDonald's toilet for half an hour, which is anything but clean and hygienic. Maybe the health department or the official food inspection department should stop by here. Something like that doesn't work at all. McDonald's has been one of the largest fast food chains for several decades, something like this shouldn't happen here as there are certain standards that must be adhered to.

We went to the drive in today and bought 3 menus. When we got home we started eating until the McChicken classic was unpacked. There were 2 one euro sized hairy mold spots on the bread. Don't you see something like that when you're packing it? Everyone stopped eating and the other 2 menus ended up in the trash. We then went back to the same branch. There was nothing more than an “Oohhh”! We didn't expect millions or a red carpet. But an apology and possible compensation for the food that ended up in the trash and the journey there again could have been included. But they probably should have left TG there for the great service there and the release of a fresh and not moldy new burger. Unfortunately, I cannot upload the image that has already been sent to the health department here. A sincere apology and insight would have avoided this.

Sometimes like this; sometimes like that .. Fast, friendly processing for things pre-ordered in the app... There was an unfriendly comment at the drive-in... "this will take 10 minutes" before you can order (at half past four at night and no other customers to be seen). It probably always depends on the individual's form on the day :)

Too crowded and bad parking options

It's a classic McDonalds. There are no culinary surprises to be expected. The toilets are functional and clean. There is a small McCafe area. You can almost sit comfortably there with a nice coffee and cake.

It is often full here and getting a parking space can be difficult. But luckily I always got one. Otherwise it's quick here and the food was always fresh. Employees were also friendly. I enjoy going to this McDonald’s. PS: The ice cream machine was never broken when I was there 😄.

Waiting times in the drive-in and at the checkout are sometimes too long. McCafe often closed due to technical problems. Some of the employees speak German very poorly. Orders are often incorrect or very difficult due to a long waiting time. Otherwise easy to reach, enough parking spaces and open almost 24/7.

You can eat well there around the clock. The staff employed is very helpful. Ordering at the terminal is a bit complicated when there is a lot going on there. Otherwise it is a very clean place.

I was very disappointed with this McDonald's as they didn't fulfill my needs. For example, they gave me a different drink and forgot the sauces for my two citizens. The burger bread had a slightly rubbery consistency and was therefore not very appetizing. However, the employees were good for that. But in my opinion the quality of the food is much more important than the staff. That's why I really didn't like this McDonald's.

In contrast to many other McDonald's, despite its central location, it is clean and has a very high number of employees who are actively working. I haven't found anything negative so far. The only drawback with the burgers, including cheeseburgers, is the excessive amount of ketchup, which bothers me personally. Maybe it's because of the recipe, but having ketchup as a sauce in your mouth with every bite isn't exactly appetizing. Otherwise, you can visit this location again and again if you want to eat at McDonald's.

The employees seem unhappy and unwilling, refusing to serve people. Food delivery people have to wait a long time for the order which is ready and no one is willing to give it..so your food arrives cold at home. If your food arrives cold at home..it is in no way the fault of the delivery person who tries hard to get your order and has to deal with employees who don't care.

We wanted to have breakfast but we were told at 10:15 a.m. that breakfast was only available until 10 a.m. even though the time on the internet was stated as 10:30 a.m. When we wanted to order the Mc Smart menu, I noticed that it suddenly cost €6.29 instead of €5.99 as advertised in all the advertising. When I asked why it had become more expensive, it was explained by the VAT increase from 7% to 19%. However, if you do the math, you would arrive at €6.66 as the correct price with 19% VAT. Die Toiletten sind die schlimmsten die ich je in einem mc Donalds gesehen habe 🤮 und allgemein scheint alles nicht sehr sauber. Kann nicht sein in einem Restaurant...

Haben uns an einem Sonntag essen zum Mitnehmen bestellt, am Ende warn in der Tüte falsche Artikel, wir mussten dann nochmal ranfahren, haben die korrekten Artikel bekommen, sollten die falschen dann aber zurückgeben damit die entsorgt werden. Hätte man uns aus Kulanz auch einfach überlassen können. Der Monopolysticker auf einem Artikel hatten wir schon abgelöst und die extrem schlecht gelaunte Schichtöeiterin hat dann allen ernstes an einem neuen Artikel sogar den Sticker abgemacht damit wir ja keinen mehr kriegen. Dabei war die falschen Artikel ja nicht unser Fehler. Als Dankeschön hatten wir dann 2 Tage noch Durchfall... haben das auch dem Service gemeldet, die 2 Monate gebraucht haben um festzustellen, dass ja alles korrekt gewesen sein muss. Ab jetzt gilt das, was eigentlich ja alle wissen: nie Wieder McDonald's Fraß.

Dotty und ich waren über Sylvester auf unserem Berlin Trip, als wir hier halt machten und uns was zu essen gönnten. Wir bestellten an eines der Terminals und setzten uns an den Platz. Dotty wurde gut aufgenommen, was eigentlich bei jedem Mc Donalds kein Problem darstellte. Doch wunderten wir uns das nach 45 Minuten immer noch keine Bestellung an unseren Tisch gebracht wurde. Es stellte sich dann heraus dass das Terminal zwar das Geld angenommen, die Bestellung intern aber verschluckt hatte. Der Restaurant Leiter kam dann zu mir und klärte mit mir die Sache in schneller Geschwindigkeit - er schrieb sich meine Bestellung auf meinen kartenbeleg nieder und brachte sie dann auch rasch zu uns. das Essen war gerettet. das Ambiente ist schön grün gehallten die Einrichtung an sich aber Restaurant typisch. hier kann man gut essen gehen.

Wir waren heute das erste mal in dieser Filiale. Schon die Bestellung verlief aufgrund der Sprachbarriere der Mitarbeiterin schleppend. Als wir dann unser Essen hatten, waren wir entsetzt: große Pommes waren halbvoll, großes Getränk war halbvoll und statt einem veganen Burger bekamen wir einen mit Fleisch. Nach langer Diskussion mit den nicht deutschsprachigen Mitarbeitern bekamen wir gütigerweise den Burger, den wir auch bestellt hatten. Dafür sollten wir anfangs sogar noch einen Aufpreis zahlen! Könnte man 0 Sterne vergeben, hätten wir das gern getan.

Gerade ein Bestellung gemacht und bezahlt. Ich habe aber nicht mein komplettes Bestellung bekommen. In der Tüte drinnen war nur die Hälfte..... Ärgerlich..

Mein Mann wollte Einwegbecher kaufen war bereit es zu zahlen aber im nachhinein hieß es man bekommt die nur mit ein getränk dabei und mein Mann hatte schon 50 euro da gelassen die hätten mal eine ausnahme machen können Sonst war der Service super und sehr nett

Cola war wie Wasser. Keine Strohhalme mehr. Vertauschen oft die Burger und Getränke oder vergessen Sachen beim Eintüten. Wenn man im Drive-in nicht sofort vom Fenster wegfährt wird man auf nervige Art und Weise verscheucht, um wahrscheinlich keinen Ärger mit ihrer Zentrale zu bekommen. Obwohl gerade alles leer war. Tische werden zu selten gereinigt. Wir fahren ab jetzt woanders hin.

Habe mir heute gegen 14 h eine große Portion Pommes am Drive- In-Schalter gekauft, um sie im Auto zu essen. Sie waren lauwarm, lappig und tranig, richtig eklig! Hatte leider keine Zeit zurückzufahren und zu reklamieren.

Erster Eindruck beim herein kommen, Boden und Tische verdreckt. Essen ging relativ schnell, da nicht so voll. Toiletten einfach nur eine Katastrophe.

Komischerweise klappt die lieferung fast nie . Entweder es kommt was völlig falsches an oder es fehlt was von der bestellung.langsam ist es auch zu mühsam immer wieder dort neue Reklamationen zu machen. Versteh nicht wie so was immer passieren kann.

Lange Wartezeit (11 min) aber nett und charmant begründet.

Durch sinnloses Warten lassen versucht man hier den Begriff Fastfood zu umgehen. Wenn man mal personell aufgestellt ist (passiert nur gelegentlich), verzögert man künstlich den Bestellprozess. Lieber quatschen 6 Leute und stehen sich die Beine in den Bauch, als dass jemand einen Kaffee zubereitet. Wer Essen bestellen will, sollte über Wolt bestellen (für die geht es auch schnell) oder nebenan zum schwedischen Möbelhaus gehen, die sind schneller. Wenn man die Quittung nicht ausgibt, gibt es firmenintern keine negativen Bewertungen. Und es wird immer schlechter.

UPDATE: Es scheint sich einiges getan zu haben und inzwischen ist das Personal freundlich, zuvorkommend und die Bestellungen passen. Darum von ehemals angepissten 1Stern direkt auf 5 Sterne aufgewertet. Weiter so! P.S. danke das es endlich wieder den McMuffin Sausage Egg gibt. Was für unfähiges Personal aber Hauptsache Spaß bei der Arbeit. Während Team Wallraff die Missstände bei Birger King aufdeckt hervorgerufen durch den Kostendruck wird selbiger in dieser Filiale einfach bekämpft in dem man immer etwas bei den Drive In Bestellungen „vergisst“. Versteht mich nicht falsch. Jeder kam mal was vergessen und das ist ärgerlich aber nicht zu vermeiden. Doch von 10 Besuchen wurde jedes Mal etwas vergessen. Man fängt an die gut gepackten Tüten im Auto auseinander zu pflücken und stellt fest das ganze Menüs oder mehrere Burger fehlen. Darauf angesprochen muss man dann auf die fehlenden Sachen lange warten und alles andere wird kalt. Aber Hauptsache das Personal steht fröhlich tratschend hinter der Kasse und hat Spaß. Wenn das der allseits gepriesene McDonalds Standard ist dann danke aber habe ich keinen Bock mehr drauf.

Angenehm überrascht! Das Personal war äußerst freundlich und höflich. Während meines Besuchs wurden die Tische sogar zweimal gereinigt. Die frischen Blumen auf den Tischen rundeten die positive Erfahrung ab.

Leider geht es sehr beengt auf dem Parkplatz zu. Drive In immer recht voll. Im Lokal sind sie bemüht schnell zu liefern.
