Ordered from Burgerking, all sauces were missing and I only received fries even though I specified curly fries when ordering

Service etc. is always quick and good. Today I found it a bit unusual and not so good that the door to the cleaning room was open and the employees were just chatting with a "good friend" the whole time. I didn't understand a word because it wasn't German, but the tone of voice was more of a "how are you, nice to see you" conversation. Basically okay, but not next to the very uncomfortable open door to the cleaning room. By the way, the two fire extinguishers standing on the floor didn't look too good anymore either.

I've been looking forward to a Whopper for a long time and was unfortunately disappointed. At least it wasn't the worst I've eaten, but it wasn't great. Very unfortunate. The fries were ok, the cola was cold and carbonated - I've had different experiences too... The burger was hot but not tasty, it was dripping with sauce, the meat and onion also looked strange. At least the restaurant was otherwise clean. An extra star for that. Overall, maybe you had a bad day, definitely try again, I used to come here often and was never disappointed. Until next time, maybe you'll be happier again.

Order was taken quickly, as befits a fast food restaurant. Restrooms were closed (who knows, how did that sound) and were not even released to deal with urgent needs (no toilet paper, one was blocked, not yet cleaned at 2 p.m., according to an employee).

Burgers are very good, the tables inside are not clean and the residual waste carts are overflowing, so much so that the garbage is on the floor. I think there are only 3 employees in the store and the order line is long. They can't manage to keep the store clean, so that's probably a problem for us management problem.

My visit to the Burger King in the old town of Spandau was an absolute disaster. Of all the fast food experiences I've ever had, this was by far the worst. I placed my order and waited, only to find that my order had been given to someone else. When I brought this to the attention of the staff, I was not only ignored, but also verbally aggressive. I was accused in a rude tone and told I should be more careful. Such disrespectful and unprofessional behavior is unacceptable. It was obvious that the staff was overwhelmed and poorly trained. The organization was a mess and management seemed completely absent. I have never experienced anything like this at any other Burger King. The food I finally received was poorly prepared and tasted disappointing. There was no sign of the typical Burger King standards here. Overall, my visit to Burger King in Altstadt Spandau was a terrible experience. I can only advise everyone not to visit this restaurant. The staff is rude, the organization is poor, and the customer service is absolutely nil. Stay away from this place if you don't want to let it ruin your day.

The employee told me that he thinks McDonalds is better and wanted to give me the tip back, otherwise the store manager would get it. The work ethic is really bad. The employee simply forgot the pickles in my burger straight up. #LOL #Yolo #whatthesigma. I then threw the burger at another customer's head (complete ecstasy). Luckily, the customer actually thanked me and crawled behind the counter. Great experience, happy to #happen again

Newly decorated Burger King restaurant. The staff was very friendly, quick and helpful. If you can't figure out how to order from the machine straight away, an employee will rush over and be happy to help you in a friendly manner. Clean and usually you can still get “one” free seat. Have fun in the restaurant and enjoy your meal!😉👍

Unfortunately the burgers were somehow old and dry. The tables dirty.

NO ICE CREAM MAKER!!! How is it possible that a Burger King branch doesn't have an ice cream machine?!! No desserts??! It's a shame about the beautiful branch, but then you just have to go to Paulstern :)

I had lunch in the branch with my friend today and will not enter this store again. We had ordered two chicken chili cheese burgers, instead we got two chili cheese burgers, we only noticed this when there was only one burger left. My friend went straight to the front to sort it out, then we got a new burger and again it wasn't the right one, this time the Cheesy Bacon Lover Chicken. So my friend went back to the front and then the employee in the kitchen wanted to discuss with him that the burger that we had originally ordered had bacon on it, but that wasn't the case! So we got a new one again but despite everything it was still the wrong burger! We then had the Cheesy Bacon Lover Chicken again, it's not enough that it was the wrong burger, no, just remove the bacon! So sorry but maybe everyone who works there should take a look at their products that are sold at Burger King!!!! In this regard, maybe try the CHICKEN CHILI CHEESE BURGER!!!! Really cheeky and then wanting to discuss it!

Good restaurant. I'd love to go there. I noticed that the fewer Ossis work in a company, the better the atmosphere and the friendlier the employees are.

Extremely crowded (takes longer until order is ready) but it could just be that I had a stupid moment. The team is still polite and it is clean 👍🏼

Hello, the restaurant is getting worse and worse, I come to the store, I order a whopper long check menu with cola and fries, there are 30 citizens in the warm thing, my citizen was cold, the employees are snotty, cheeky and lazy, forgetting things or giving the wrong things, it's now my 10th happens once in 2 months how disrespectful impudence!!!!! Ice cubes are simply not added and the food is always worse, the lettuce is partly brown, the tomatoes are floury and the patty is half raw. I am sending it to you from the health department. Have a nice day!!! The store is nicer than most Burger King stores but that's it Hope for improvement and as I mentioned, I'm reporting this to the health department, it's not a bad salad 🤢🤮

Unfortunately I can only write negative things about the products, there were several burgers, the buns were old and only warmed up, the pattis were tasteless, the sauces were put on them without rhyme or reason, always too much, the service was ok

Not recommended, it took forever to prepare, the food we took home was already cold and everyone had intestinal problems a day later...Perfect...so bottom line, never again. bad food. between 3.5.24 Day 5, no improvement in sight for my family, you should be sued. The food tastes like the other restaurants. But unfortunately no attention is paid to cleanliness. Tables very dirty. Disgusting!! But it's the same elsewhere. It's sad that people don't pay attention to this!

Food like any Burger King. A burger was only lukewarm and dry. The rest was as it should be. Cleanliness: Table was wiped but was sticky in some places. Toilets weren't as clean as I would imagine. As long as you can wash your hands, everything is ok. Workers were friendly, but still very inexperienced, which unfortunately led to slightly longer waiting times.

It would actually be a nice Burger King if there weren't junkies sometimes looking for leftover food on the trays that were left out and other very strange people sneaking around the shop. The service is fast, friendly and good and the burgers are delicious. A visit is recommended. However, no one who wants to eat something undisturbed should sit near the entrance. Unless you're looking for entertainment. 😉

The furnishings seem to have been installed not too long ago - but still: everything is dirty, it's cold, there are little people everywhere who are shouting very strange Berlin dialects... at least they're cheeseburgers aren't quite as cold as Coke

Fast food has to be served every now and then especially with children 😄. When it comes to service, it depends on who is serving. Not everyone is friendly unfortunately. I find it easier to order than before at the counter.

I can't recommend it. Citizens aren't fresh, the food is simply slapped on the table, the food is cold, and I think the food is sold out of date and sold to customers as being fresh. Unfortunately not once, so I've had enough for now.

Just rubbish The staff can barely speak German, so when you ask them for help they don't feel like it. Because let's get to the food, it's absolutely bad. I get diarrhea straight away, food is cold and hard... So I haven't eaten something so bad for a long time. After that, the third of us had diarrhea right around the restaurant. So the only thing that was nice about the visit was the space. I can't recommend eating there.

Service was nice. That's the only thing. Tables not cleared, the floor full of leftover food. The crowd was loud and annoying. The worst part of the burger: I don't know how long it had been in control, one side was crushed, the paper was greasy, the cheese was squeezed out. I actually wanted to exchange it, but since I can imagine what would happen with complaints, I let it go. A pity. Unfortunately nothing has changed...

And then the latest problem was 15 minutes ago at Burger King I wanted to redeem my coupons and like 5 weeks ago no coupon worked... Then there are no more desserts to choose from? How come ??? No shakes?! No ice ?! What's that supposed to mean It's a shame when everything works again, I'll be happy to visit you again, but not until then... very unfortunate and sad Have a nice day !

I haven't eaten such disgusting burgers in a long time. After years you go there for once and are immediately confirmed why you normally avoid this food. Sticky, ham not cooked through, meat pulp almost tasteless and what little taste there was was disgusting. Fries dry.

I was alone in the restaurant and still had to wait 12 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers, which were also lukewarm! Napkins were only given after the highly motivated employee asked for them. Something quick to eat then better somewhere else.

Das essen ist seit Jahren immer kalt. Nach einer Reklamation wird das kalte Essen nur aufgewärmt. Es handelt sich immer um ALTES Essen. Nach Reklamationen sind die Mitarbeiter immer unfreundlich und lügen, dass das Essen frisch zubereitet wurde. Geht dort nicht hin!

Wurde gerade erst komplett neu renoviert, ist jetzt neu/modern/hell/sauber/ordentlich.

Burger King per il corso principale dell'Altstadt Spandau, con diversi tavoli per sedersi, ambiente accogliente e giovanile, servizio veloce e buon cibo a prezzi ragionevoli !

Schlechtester Burger King aller Zeiten! Nichts los, aber man wartet ewig! Burger kalt, einfach in die Mikrowelle gepackt! Von den Pommes stehen ein Haufen fertiger Tüten rum und dann wundern sie sich wenn man sie zurück bringt weil sie kalt sind ! Geht gar nicht!!!

100%!!! Mit das schlechteste BurgerKing daß es in Berlin gibt ! Bin mir sicher das es dort Mitarbeiter gibt die auf den Burger spucken !!! Ich habe mir aus der App was bestellen wollen und die Kassieren gefragt wie ich in dieser App von einem Großen Menü auf das Kleine Menü komme, dabei konnte sie mir nicht helfen und gab in ihre Kasse das Große Menü ein, ich sagte ihr aber das ich kein Großes Menü haben möchte, daraufhin rollte sie mit den Augen und sagte das es doch nur 0,50cent wären. Zumindest kam der Chef und hat mir das Kleine Menü bestellt, dazu 2 CB mit extra Gurken zum Mitnehmen ! Als ich die Burger draußen essen wollte, waren ungelogen auf jedem Burger eine Handvoll Gurken und etwas das nach Rotze aussah drauf. Habe kein Biss von dem ganzen gegessen und musste alles wegwerfen !!! NIE WIEDER BURGER KING IN SPANDAU !!!!!

Hat gedauert. Bis vornm 3/4jahr , war BK Spandau Altstadt etwas besonderes. Keine Terminals. Bestell Terminals. Und vor 2, Drei, ??? Last es Sein der Monate Vier. Eingebaut. Geh trotzdem zur Kasse. Nein nur am Terminal. Oh.nein nicht auch Du BK Spandau Altstadt. Worst Case . Wird professionell und Menschlich von einem Mitarbeiter entspannt. Der MENSCH, nimmt mich an die Hand und zeigt mir den Bestellvorgang, zwischen den Zeilen hör ich das es Strick te Anweisung ist . Nur am Terminal. O.k. Schade aber nicht zu Ändern. 7, 3/4 Tage später. Heute bin ich wieder hin , ging leicht die Benutzeroberfläche ist deutlich verbessert als n Jahr vorher im" BK Südmeile" . Ich entscheid mich für EC Zahlung und klappt auch. Nur die MENSCHEN vermiss ich.

Essen ist gut, Service ist bei Problemen sehr arrogant und es ist Ihnen alles ziemlich gleichgültig. Man kann nur noch am Monitor bestellen. Leider keine Menschliche Kommunikation mehr. Ich gehe nie mehr zu Burger King oder McDonalds.

Ich fand das Essen so schlecht das ich nicht mehr hin gehen würde. Echt schon eklig. Zwiebelringe...platt , eingefallen überhaupt nicht knusprig. Der Cheeseburger ließ auch sehr zu wünschen übrig.

Diese Filiale wurde auf Bestelltableaus umgebaut, wie auch der große Konkurrent mit dem großen M! So was von unpersönlichen Service. Kein netter Kundenkontakt, sondern nur Ausgabe vom Essen von gebrochen Deutsch sprechenden Mitarbeitern.

Eigentlich ist der Umbau gut gelungen. Aber das bestellen am Terminal klappt schon bei McDonalds nicht gut. Wird hier auch nichts beschleunigen. Essen ist hat Burger King... Schmeckt immer gleich

Hat sich leider etwas verschlechtert von der Bedienung her aber sonst alles bestens. Für zwischendurch mal eine Pommes, ein kleiner Burger oder ein kaffee to go, reicht es fallig.

Wir haben drei Karamell shakes bestellt und das was wir bekommen haben waren drei lauwarme shakes die nicht annähernd das waren was man von einem shake erwartet. Sehr schwache Leistung. Kleiner Tipp an den Mitarbeiter der die shakes gemacht hat. Wenn man nur wenige inuten vorher die Maschine neu füllt sollte man wissen das die shakes warm sind. Nie wieder bei euch so heute nach zwei Jahren und eurer Renovierung nochmal dem ganzen eine zwei Chance gegeben und wieder mal ein völliger Reinfall. Der mit anstand schlechteste burger den wir je hatten . Schämen müsste sich burger king dafür Geld zu nehmen. Jeder Imbiss macht das besser. Wir wohnen gegenüber und bekommen kalte burger und kalte pommes . Dafür war die Cola schön auf Zimmertemperatur . Traurig was man für sein Geld bekommt . Der Patty sieht aus wie Mini disk einfach eine Frechheit. Traurige Leistung nie wieder bei euch .

Sauberes Lokal und bemühtes Personal. Das Essen ist wie in jeder BK Filiale gut.

Moderner Laden mit Computern für Bestellungen, ansonsten ohne Ausstrahlung

1 cm dicke zwiebelringe auf dem burger,ausgetrocknete salzgurke und das spricht für unprofessionelle zubereitung! dachte das erstemal ok,kann passieren nur beim zweiten mal war ich echt sauer! der laden wird gerade modernisiert und ist geschlossen.... ob das etwas hilft???

Essen trocken bürger komplett trocken was bei RTL gesagt wird stimmt Mitarbeiter können nicht immer deutsch aber die meisten sind nett gehe aber nur noch zur Konkurrenz

Pommes waren etwas zu salzig(jemand verliebt? 🙈) , Cheeseburger war "OK" fürs Kind. Das Brötchen sah sehr labrig aus) Mitarbeiter kam leicht genervt rüber, Gutscheincodes konnten nicht gescannt werden, sondern man musste diese ansagen😅 Man kann es mal machen, wenn der Hunger zu doll ist, der Weg heim zu lang fürs Kind. 👍Wartezeit war sehr kurz👍

Wenn Ich was zum mitnehmen bestelle,will Ich das auch so haben und nicht zu Hause festellen,das Ich es zwar bezahlt aber nicht erhalten habe🤮 Einmal kann passieren,hier aber Standard!!!!!

Sehr nettes Personal. Parkplätze direkt vor Ort gibt es nicht aber am Altstätter Ring gibt es ein Perkhaus und Moritzstraße gibt es auch einen großen Parkplatz.

Nach der Austrahlung bei RTL werde ich nie mehr zu diesem oder anderen Burger King essen gehen. Wer seine Mitarbeiter so behandelt sollte bestraft werden. Über die Frische der Zutaten ganz zu schweigen unglaublich ekelhaft.

Die Burger mit Käse könnten etwas mehr gebraten werden damit der Käse auch schmilzt.

Service könnte besser sein. Fastfood ist ungesund.

Ich würde dort nicht noch einmal essen gehen. Sehr unsauber und das Essen kenne ich von anderen BK Filialen besser.

Nettes Personal, aber der vegane Long Chicken nicht gut, sondern sehr schlecht. Die Alternative war alt und vertrocknet und ein lappriges Salatblatt, war ungenießbar .Hatte es zum mitnehmen, da dachten sie evtl. man isst alles, leider kommt man auch nicht wieder….

Sehr enttäuschend Hab ein Long Chicken mit Bacon bestellt der sollte heiß und neu zubereitet werden, hab mich gefragt warum der nach 30 Sekunden schon fertig war hab den gegessen einfach zu kalt gewesen Pommes lasch und nicht gesalzen hat leider sehr sehr stark nachgelassen geh ich leider nicht mehr hin. Für 10€ geh ich woanders denn hin
