McDonald's in Berlin

Its obvious why it has 3 stars. I drive 5kms and there are no mcflurry so it deserves 1 star

The 5 star rating here only refers to the ice cream, McFlurry is great, there wasn't more than milkshakes and ice cream here today. The staff was quick and friendly, the outside area was ok.

Had the food delivered to us. Since the driver had made stops, the burgers were cold and somehow misshapen. All this for a service fee of €0.99 + €2.79 delivery costs and tip. I'll probably go to the kebab stand next time because I can get my food freshly prepared at no extra cost.

Not really... very often parts of the order are simply forgotten. Be it a whole burger or sauces

Whatever food is served cold, the heating is off and the employees work with jackets. The food comes nice and cold! If you like cold food, this is the right place for you?

I regularly order food from McDonald's on Wrangelstrasse (McDrive) and almost every time I get home I notice that something is missing - either the sauces or even half of the order. Today I ordered something again and again half of the children's menu was missing. This is absolutely unacceptable. Although I specifically asked the employee if everything was included, he assured me that the order was complete. The restaurant wasn't even particularly busy, so you can't blame it on stress or rush. It seems as if customers are deliberately saving on their food - an embarrassing and disgraceful practice for the entire McDonald's chain. If your business model is to deceive customers in this way, then it's just shameful.

Unfriendly staff, wrong order (burger with bacon instead of without - I don't eat pork!), cold and tasteless food and a rancid cheesecake that was obviously old. Iced coffee was refused several times despite advertising, and in the end I was given a vanilla shake instead, for which I had to pay the price of the iced coffee. Absolutely not the standard you would expect from McDonald's. Not recommended!

The employees are nice. However, the orders are always incorrect or incomplete, as is the case today. Annoying, especially when you're just driving quickly through the drive-thru.

As you can see here, McDonald's is not always the same as McDonald's. Actually, I can't really judge that because I rarely eat in these stores. But in this case I have to say the double cheese I ate was hot, juicy and I could even find onions. I was amazed because I've always been served dry wobbly things elsewhere and elsewhere. One of these things could even fly after I showed the clerk what the burger looked like big above him on a billboard and he wouldn't complain about the thing in my hand. Then he flew past him back into the kitchen! But here, there is no comparison at all, the service was also nice and quick at the table. I can't complain about the food. We often come here with the children and so far it has always been quite good. However, one incident really disappointed me. As usual, we had dinner there with the children, after which the children wanted some ice cream and played outside by the slide. Since the weather was nice and we weren't in a hurry, we let them do it. We were there for about 2 hours. Everything was well and good. After two weeks I received a request from PRS Parkraum Service GmbH that I was only allowed to park for 90 minutes and now I have to pay a fine of over 40 euros! I then contacted them and described the case, but nothing was needed and I still had to pay in the end. In my opinion 90 minutes is not enough, especially with children you should feel comfortable there and not eat quickly and then leave immediately... This was a huge disappointment for me...

Extremely long waiting time at the drive in on Saturday around midnight even though there were only 3 vehicles in front of us, it took about 40 minutes... That's way too long for fast food

The whole place was very dirty (inside and outside). McCrispy in a box had to be put together yourself, how the individual components were thrown. Both cheeseburgers were completely squished. The fries were good though. In terms of taste, one cheeseburger is quite chewy, the other normal. The McCrispy was tasty when assembled. The service was slow even though we were the only ones there. Unfortunately, we don't have a photo of the food, but we are adding at least a signpost improved by vandals, whose request we probably should have listened to.

Worst McDonald’s there is!!!! Every time something is wrong in the order. The other day I ordered Iced Coffee Caramel - I got Choco. The next time I ordered iced coffee caramel, I only got caramel without coffee!! When I ordered nuggets with sweet and sour I got barbecue. The staff is very incompetent, overwhelmed and can't handle the smallest things. You MUST ALWAYS check whether everything is there 😠

I've been coming to this branch since around 2010. For the first 8-10 years, everything was pretty good here, considering the slightly "dirty" environment in which the branch is located. Friendly (German speaking) and competent staff. Tolerably clean, always in the context of the surroundings. IMHO, things have unfortunately been going downhill rapidly for about half a year. It seems to me as if almost the entire staff has been replaced - on each of my visits I only encountered slow, inattentive staff who didn't speak German or only spoke it poorly. Unfortunately, the state of cleanliness also went downhill. A few days ago, AGAIN, an item from my order was missing from the drive-thru, of course I only noticed it on the way. So, question to Mr. Oliver Mix: what's going on here? I have always found their branches to be managed above average.

Employees are not coded, fries and citizens were cold. When you made a complaint you were looked at strangely and the staff only spoke English.

I ordered mcflurry twix but it was different than in other McDonald's branches. The portion was so small that the cup was almost empty. The caramel sauce should have been on top of the ice cream, but they put it on the bottom. This is a total disgrace.

I was at this McDonald's recently and wanted to get my bottle refilled with tap water. The employee was very friendly and willing to accommodate my request. Unfortunately, her superiors forbade her to do so. This experience was very disappointing and upset me. I hope McDonald's makes more customer-friendly decisions in the future and doesn't refuse such simple requests.

Unfortunately only 2 stars. Was at the Mcdrive after 11 p.m. in the middle of the week and had to wait 15 minutes. Cars are already honking behind me. Waiting at McDrive for an order to be taken is simply not possible!

The toilet was totally dirty, no paper towels, no toilet paper available. It looks like the GF is hopelessly overwhelmed.

Everything in the salesroom is fine. You just shouldn't have to go to the toilet. I have never seen such a situation. Fully clogged toilet bowls, used tampons and just disgusting. The whole floor is full of toilet paper. I also complained about it, but it was ignored. The health department should actually come in there.

A wide range of tasty burgers, salads, fries and refreshing drinks ;) I think the prices are reasonable and you can pay by card. Clean bathroom. Open until late. I recommend what I mentioned in the review of this place ;)

Seldom seen such a dirty McDonald’s in Germany. There was rubbish everywhere on the floor, and the tables and seats or benches were extremely dirty. Not a pretty sight. Finding a place to sit without finding a dirty table and/or dirty seating is impossible. It didn't have much to do with a fast food restaurant either. We waited 15 minutes for our food order

First german mcdonalds I've been to. I'd have to say it's very clean and very polite staff. No issues apart from being a wee bit quiet.

From today on I will call the Big Mac Small Mac! And the speed at which we work here is closer to that of a watchmaker... Stood at counter 1 for 10 minutes, no response. I drive up to counter 2 and the same person who told me I have to go back serves me at the first counter. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore, I'd rather look for a kebab around the corner!

The fries were not cooked as well as you are used to at Mac. The toilet was sad. It would be good to check things every now and then. There were all kinds of used dryer sheets dumped near the sink. The toilet had no toilet seat. Really sad. The overall hygiene was poor. There was a lot of junk on the floor in the Mac. I'm used to better. The service was friendly.

Big Rösti ist ekelhaft Sauce schmeckt alt und ist mega schlecht verteilt! Käse auf allen Burgern nicht geschmolzen sieht aus wie frisch raufgelegt.

Ich habe noch nie einen so widerlichen McD erlebt. Relativ normaler Betrieb und dennoch sehr lange Wartezeiten. Die Burger unzureichend belegt und zerquetscht. Die Toiletten unsauber und mit einem ekelerregenden Gesuch. Die Tablettstender überfüllt mit Tabletts und Müll. Wer auf dem Wrangelkiez schnell was essen möchte sollte auf einen benachbarten Dönerladen ausweichen

Also....ich erwarte von McD nicht viel, aber selbst das wurde hier noch unterboten. Das war definitiv der schlechteste McD den wir je waren. Über die App bestellt zum an den Tisch bringen, wird der Kaffee zum selbst abholen hingestellt damit er auch schön kalt wird. Irgendwann wird die Tischnummer im Laden rumgeschrieen, weil sie nicht lesen konnten. Kommunikation auf Englisch, nein nicht in Deutsch, dachte eigentlich schon das wir in Deutschland waren...Für die Toiletten muss man sich mit der Rechnung einen Chip holen, das bedeutet allerdings nicht das die Toiletten geputzt werden, furchtbar eklig, wahrscheinlich hatte die Putzfrau keinen Chip....

Sehr freundlich und problemlos das WC nutzen können, bei Nutzung von Mc Drive. Servicelraft war sehr freundlich.

Personal muy atento y simpático, tienen el servicio que te lo llevan a la mesa. A pesar de ser un pedido muy grande, no se equivocaron y lo hicieron de manera muy eficiente y rápida. Tiene parque infantil exterior y creo que existe la posibilidad de organizar cumpleaños infantiles dentro de un autobús de colegio americano.

Wir haben heute (30.12.23) gegen 00:00 Nachts noch Essen zum liefern bestellt und haben telefonisch noch eine Rückfrage gehalten. Wir sind begeistert von der netten Dame am Telefon gewesen. Solch ein kundenorientiertes und freundliches Verhalten hat man heutzutage wirklich nur noch selten. Vielen lieben Dank! Hier bestellen wir gerne wieder.

Bündel Haare in den Nuggets!!! Habe online dort bestellt. Beim Essen des ersten Nuggets merkte ich, das da irgendetwas ist, was da nicht hingehört. Ich hatte es teilweise bereits geschluckt und habe dann den halben Nugget an langen Haaren wieder aus meiner Speiseröhre herausgezogen. Ich musste mich natürlich sofort übergeben. Das gesamt Essen wirkte von Anfang an alt und vertrocknet. Ich hatte schon vor den ersten Bissen in einen Hamburger bedenken. Überall schwarze Krümel einer angebrannten Grillplatte. Man hat dann direkt gemerkt, dass hier nichts so schmeckt wie es sollte. Als ich dann einen Nugget probierte passierte das oben geschilderte.

Nichts zu Beanstanden. Bisher alles Normal.

Das das Essen nicht so ist wie auf den Bildern ist ja klar, aber hier ist es nicht annähernd so,du musst es sofort essen sonst ist es nach nur 7 Minuten nur noch pappig und fad,es schmeckt manchmal wie schon mal aufgewärmt.Alles in einen Satz( wenn du hungrig bist und es sofort essen tust ist es mal OK )
