Döner Biz in Berlin

This totally underrated and unassuming kebab finally has a vegan version. I hope they'll offer a few more vegan sauce options over time. They do have a really good meat alternative, which I haven't seen in any other shop. The kebab was incredibly delicious, as always, and today the two people selling it were super sweet.

Super Dürüm, super Kundenumgang

⚠️ Life-threatening for allergy sufferers! I ordered only one portion of fries with ketchup at this snack bar at Berlin Südkreuz and specifically requested only ketchup, no mayonnaise, as I have a severe, anaphylactic allergy to mayonnaise. Nevertheless, the fries were served with mayonnaise. I immediately pointed this out to the employee and clearly stated that I was allergic and that he should please make me a completely new portion. He then simply scraped off the mayo and gave me back the same plate. I refused and emphasized again that I needed a new portion. Then I was handed a new portion. But halfway through my meal, I found more fries coated in mayonnaise at the bottom of the bowl – so apparently, only the top layer had been replaced, not the entire portion. I immediately returned the plate and explained the situation again. The employee simply returned my money without comment, without apology, or any understanding. Such irresponsible treatment of a life-threatening allergy is absolutely unacceptable. I strongly advise anyone with allergies not to eat here. A complaint about this behavior has also been reported to the relevant authorities!

Döner Biz – highly recommended! I've been to many kebab shops, but Döner Biz tops them all! The meat is perfectly seasoned and juicy, the bread fresh and crispy. I especially want to highlight the sauces – simply delicious! Everything is freshly prepared in front of your eyes, the portions are generous, and the value for money is excellent. The team is super friendly, fast, and always in a good mood. Whether you want a kebab, a dürüm, or a vegetarian dish – there's something for everyone here. I went to the one opposite of Burgerking and ordered a döner im brot but forgot my card and had no cash and wanted to cancel my order but he said I can pay the next day. As I wasn't from this area I wouldn't be able to pay. Then he said I can get it for free even with declining and feeling bad he insisted as he said it's no problem at all. I gave him as a "repay" some donuts. He was so friendly and understanding I felt like crying. If you ever come to my donut cafe, I'll treat you sir🌻 Thank you so much🙇🏻‍♀️🙏

Nice and courteous employees, currywurst with fries was ok. It was clean.

The taste is quite good, but if you're already working at the train station you can do it a little quicker. In the end it was just a drink because the kebab wasn't even started after five minutes, despite the empty shop. Top performance! 👍

This review is for food delivery! I would definitely not recommend ordering! I actually really like the kebabs here and would like to order them more often, but unfortunately the kebabs are always really bad when I order them. If you take a kebab with you on site, the portions are ok. But when you order, doner kebabs or dürüm are hardly filled - I have rarely seen such thin dürüms! 80% salad, maximum 20% meat - if you're lucky. That's really ALWAYS the case - seems like calculation to me and is an absolute rip-off for the same price. Just because you are not on site and can keep an eye on your goods, it is exploited to increase the margin. The taste is otherwise always a matter of luck. Sometimes bland and not really special, other times really great. I think it depends on the staff who prepares it. All in all: Stay fair when ordering, then customers will remain loyal to you!

Change your opening hours! You can't offend people by wanting to order a kebab at 10 p.m. when you're closed even though your site says you're open until 1 a.m. It doesn’t help to say “Come back tomorrow.” Really annoying and a shame!

First of all: BEWARE of the “meat”! Even by Berlin standards, this no longer has anything to do with a kebab. And outrageously expensive too! Doner box only half full and employees who talk about customers in a different language. It's only stupid if you understand it. From start to finish, disaster! I can't recommend it to anyone, not even if it has to be done quickly. Location also too small (normal for a train station). Danger! Stay away from the rotten skewer

Went to this place, not viewing reviews. If I saw 3.3 I would never visit this place, but surprisingly it was really cool. Friendly stuff, fast service, and of the tastiest and fresh kebab I ever eat. It is pretty cold inside because there is no doors :)

Meat was inedible in the last order, pieces too thick. In the past it was always finely cut and tender. You can't call and complain, the number is wrong. There is therefore only one star for today's order. It's a shame, because the food used to be always delicious and people ordered often.

Mediocre kebab box, very slow staff

So I like to try kebabs but today I ate there for the first time. I have to say it was the second worst kebab I've ever eaten. The worst comb but only €3, this one €7. OK to m meat just tasted like minced meat but not kebab meat. For the sauce I had with garlic and herbs, I should have gotten both of them late. I don't know which supermarket, but every other kebab shop has had better sauces so far. I've never had anything like that. There was so little meat on it that he could actually only take €3 Conclusion never again and the one star is only there because you have to give one and maybe the bread was OK, not good but OK.

Tourist saver. The staffs there had full of hospitality, care and professionalism. I felt very safe like home🫶 In this foreign country, it made me almost cry! Their kebab was big and fulfilling. It’s open until midnight (24:00) with sofas so can be the best place to wait for busses.

Mega disorganized, long waiting times, lots of staff who ask everything 3 times and don't have a clear view. The Börek wasn't such a hit either.

Shortly before closing time I ordered 2 kebabs plus a kebab box. Actually everything was delicious but… Due to the time, I think more meat was added than usual, otherwise if that's always the case, €6.50 is a very fair price for both sides, since a kebab weighs more than 400 grams, it's also a great meal for €6.50 a kebab box Unfortunately for 7€ it was a bit sad because I thought the fries were very bad, the fries were wavy fries and were hardly crispy, unfortunately the taste was very bland and very soggy. The sauces are great, the meat tastes good and the salad was fresh. Just work on the fries or consider others then the kebab and the kebab box are perfect. Please keep the amount of meat the same.

I ordered 2 very different things, he labeled them and told me that the one with “x” was my kebab. Of course it was the wrong one and I couldn't eat it and was allowed to throw €9 in the trash. Thanks for nothing!

Halumi Box fair priced and delicious. Kräuter sauce is always good too. Above all though the server today was really kind and even asked us if we wanted more sauce on top.

Sorry, just a rip off for the little kebab meat.

Nothing special about the kebab, the meat skewer didn't look very inviting. However, it is located at the train station and can be used as a quick place to eat.

Decent kebab, I can't understand the negative reviews. The standard kebab for €7 (unfortunately now the normal price in Berlin) is big enough, has plenty of sauce and the bread is in the top kebab class. And funnily enough, there are Asian noodles right next to it, with doner meat if necessary!

The people are nice and you can sit inside, that's not a problem, but I don't recommend the kebab, just like the Dürüm, the Dürüm is very thin for the price and in the kebab I had real cubes of meat that the kebab man had cut off at the bottom and they were full I drank oil and because they were so big they weren't completely cooked, I had 3 chunks like that in my food

I really enjoyed the kebab and the selection of drinks was also impressive. The staff was very nice and accommodating and the ambience was a nice escape for a train station.

Unfortunately, the taste of the kebab was rather bland and the flatbread tasted burnt. Still relatively dry.

Not taking people in order, you could wait forever

A nice gentleman who saw the embarrassed tourists passing by told us to come over. When we took out the rest of the cents we had left after the trip, he offered to make us a kebab even though we were missing a lot🫶. Super friendly service and good food. Even though the kebab at the station is of a very high standard, it is still very high compared to what we normally get in Poland

Doner kebab box with little meat and it was cold and although it was clearly stated several times that it had fries and salad, the box came without fries. The amount of sauce was a joke. Fries were added and the amount was just as ridiculous and also cold. I ask I wonder whether I still live in Germany when you can't even speak the smallest things in the language. I would be much happier with a decent German snack bar in this "magical" space. Conclusion: Disgusting box that's in the Garbage was flying. Such mass processing locations should be boycotted. There are also black charges because the cash register is open. However, the whole thing had one effect, it even turned out in my favor when the total amount was added up by one of the qualified specialists 8.10€ charged. That at least compensates for something.

Good kebab shop at Südkreuz train station. Good and tasty quality. Fast service. Good selection of numerous toppings for kebabs and co. But the mini pizza is also recommended and there is a lot on offer for the price.

For a kebab plate 13.50 euros, Turkish pizza 8 euros. These are definitely train station prices, you probably think the guests will never come back anyway. Then it's better to go to Edeka around the corner and get something to eat there.

7 euro kebab, the seller was very rude, arrogant and his hands were dirty, as if he had previously removed an exhaust pipe. I don't recommend this store to anyone.

The food was hot and fresh, quick and nice service, it's good place for a quick bite while waiting for transfer.

Good place at the station. I remember having a soup as soon as I arrived from Prague that completely revived me. Spicy, strong, good flavor but doubtful about everything else. The attention was good.

Smallest kebab I've ever had for 6.50 EURO?? And why do you immediately become aggressive when you are asked about it? Invest money in your bar table on the wall, it hangs very crooked.

Kleinstes Dürüm je gekauft habe

Guter Döner. Das Fleisch war ein wenig kalt. Für einen Bahnhofsdönerladen, bei dem alles schnell gehen muss, aber noch im akzeptablen Bereich.

Der Döner war richtig lecker. Das Brot genau richtig getoastet, das Fleisch und die Saucen lecker gewürzt und das Gemüse frisch. Aber.... die Portionen sind ein Witz. Viel zu wenig von allem. Ich kenne sowas bei uns als Mini oder Schüler-Döner für einen viel geringeren Preis.

Super Dönerteller, freundlicher Service. Leider ist die Sauberkeit verbesserungsfähig.

Miesester Dürem den ich je hatte in Berlin. Gerade mal 4cm im Durchmesser, der Lappen war 3x mal um sich selbst gedreht. Das Fleisch war sehr salzig und zu stark gewürzt. Vielleicht lag es auch an dem kaum vorhanden Gemüse. 7.50€. Ich hätte ihn damit totschlagen sollen 😄. Nie wieder, minderwertig und Abzocke.

Megaa wenig fürs Geld! Zusätzlich ist der halloumi dürüm so gerollt, dass die Alufolie mega in der Lasche eingeklemmt ist und der ganze dürüm beim Entfernen der Alufolie aufgeht.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist hier katastrophal. Die Preise sind so schon teuer..doch die Größen machen alles noch mal schlimmer. Ein sehr dünner Dürum für 7,50€. Die Döner waren in Wirklichkeit Schülerdöner für den Normalpreis. Geschmacklich ist er in Ordnung, aber nicht wert.

Ich habe mir öfters mal Döner geholt …und habe immer 9 Euro bezahlt….für 2 Döner ! Heute habe ich wieder 2 vegetarische Döner geholt…nur Salat und streukäse….da wollte der Typ 11 Euro haben… Für dünne döner 😡sorry Werde da nicht mehr hin gehen !!!!

Der Beach-Body-Döner...für alle, die was Kleines zum Snacken zwischendurch suchen, der Gewohnheit wegen gerne Döner bestellen und sich nicht umständlich auf niedrigere Preise einstellen wollen - this is the place to be! 😄 Der Döner an sich war okay. Genug Fleisch, kross gebraten und nicht zu fettig. Der Röstgrad des Fladenbrots war exzellent. Gemüse gab es leider sehr wenig. Soße leider auch recht sparsam. Wenn das Fleisch nicht fett ist, darf man mit der Soße nicht geizen - sonst wirds schnell zu trocken. Service war in Ordnung. Macht euch halt nur drauf gefasst, dass ihr - ohne es zu wissen - einen Kinderdöner bestellt, aber dafür ohne dabei diese lästigen Kinderpreise zu zahlen.
