Good McDonald's. The order is put together without errors. There is a drive-thru and a few self-ordering screens in the store. The opening times are great and the staff is nice.

I had one of the best McDonald’s experiences at this location. The restaurant offers plenty of seating both inside and outside. Real trees and flower decorations outside, add a surprisingly charming touch. The playground for children is also great. The food was fresh, with crispy fries and Big Mac’s that tasted great. What really stood out was the service wich was very efficient, with my meal delivered in less than two minutes. Overall, a solid McDonald’s experience that exceeded my expectations!

We tried the large latte macchiato for breakfast, with mini pancakes, muffins, cookies. Unfortunately the quality of the products is not great, in fact they leave a strange sensation in the mouth. The 12 pancakes seem to be less lethal, they are light and also served with sauces, in a combo menu they cost €5.90. While as far as muffins are concerned it depends on whether they are baked or rather whether they are thawed, some are incredibly hard, like bricks. The chocolate cookies instead have chocolate inside which is really sweet, but good. Dirty tables and chairs, nice environment, too bad it's not clean. Ample parking space and availability of tables inside and outside.

Saturday midnight in Neukölln, you don't expect much and that's exactly what it was like. Lukewarm food, overwhelmed staff and dirty tables.

This normally quite good branch was exceptionally bad today. The burgers were not stacked neatly and the lattice potatoes were old and cold. The displays for delivery to the table were collected behind the counter, and the two stickers per menu (promotion with points and instant wins) advertised throughout the store and in the terminals could not be found. When I asked, I was told that the campaign ends tomorrow and that the stickers are no longer available. Mind you, tomorrow, not today. Since no one knew where the boss was, there was neither an apology nor a small compensation. My comment that the dining room was unacceptably dirty was also answered with the excuse that they didn't have enough staff and would clean it when there was time. However, there were no orders to process at the moment, and the entire staff had plenty of time to goof around as a group or smoke in front of the drive-thru counter. There is a clear menu on these touch things. 2 out of 4 were broken, the others had a snake in front of them. poorly organized, restaurant (for me the word is not suitable, even a snack bar would be too high) confusing, loud, dirty tables... the bad reviews, like parking lot rip-off, dirty shop, etc. don't seem to be interested. Classic McDonald's spot, where there is a drive-in and parking spaces. It's manageable, enough space both in the store and outside. There are always a lot of employees on site who are all hard at work. So far I haven't had anything negative, except on my last visit the app deducted 2000 points instead of 1000 points. Since it's hard for the points to accumulate, this has annoyed me. I asked the shift manager about it and she was nice and tried to help. I found out that no Mcs Spot is the person to contact for points or any problems. Otherwise it's a quiet spot by Mc's standards, where you're welcome to take a detour. My only criticism is directed at McDonald's in general. Please have this revised so that no excess sauces are added to the cheeseburgers and burgers in general. I've often had cheeseburgers where every bite tasted like ketchup, apart from the fact that ketchup flowed everywhere.

Food comes quickly... Employees could still work on being friendlier and the floor sticks with every step... Everywhere in the restaurant...

Ingredients are often missing and employees rarely know how to behave politely. You often have the feeling that you are disturbing your employees and that's the height of it all. On July 7th, 2024, I invited guests to McDonald's for my daughter and because we celebrated and ate for two hours, all guests are now allowed to pay a fine for parking too long... whatever the concept is, it is customer-friendly not. Maybe it should be clear to the employees that the guests come there and help finance their jobs, no guests no income and something like extra requests shouldn't be a debate either, because the employees should want the guest to be happy to spend their money there. Since it became a franchise, things have only gone downhill with these McDs.

The employee (Steve) at McDonald's was rude, slow and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers.

Turkanen's restaurant served ice in the drinks even though you chose no ice (chlorinated water doesn't taste good). It also took a while for the food to arrive. The beverage counter worker should now have a blast.

Just ordered and received a double cheeseburger. The burger Opened it straight away and wanted to devour it straight away, but.....The cheese wasn't melted and the burger was ice cold. It is important to be able to use a portafilter machine and the wand for frothing milk correctly. Simply putting the wand in and running it at full speed will not produce a good result. In the evening, however, the service was impeccable. I was initially worried that my small order (a cheeseburger and a small Fanta) might go missing, but the two ladies behind the counter were very attentive and flew back and forth behind the counter and had everything perfectly under control. Big praise for that.
