MC Donald but this shop is always kept clean and if you eat your food there it is brought to the table very quickly.

I was at the drive in and bought a MC Flurry. The toppings were forgotten. So I had to queue again. After a total of 25 minutes I received my mc flurry with toppings. There was no apology or anything.

One of the best MC. Donald branches that I know. Clean, Mc Coffee, nicely decorated, full selection of products, spacious outdoor seating area, clear Mc Drive and parking spaces in front. Tip top

Saturday midnight in Neukölln, you don't expect much and that's exactly what it was like. Lukewarm food, overwhelmed staff and dirty tables.

So far very neat and clean. Very nice staff. If you eat on site, it will be served to you at your seat. Eating a hot drink with ice cubes is just right in the heat. We would be happy to come back :-)

This normally quite good branch was exceptionally bad today. The burgers were not stacked neatly and the lattice potatoes were old and cold. The displays for delivery to the table were collected behind the counter, and the two stickers per menu (promotion with points and instant wins) advertised throughout the store and in the terminals could not be found. When I asked, I was told that the campaign ends tomorrow and that the stickers are no longer available. Mind you, tomorrow, not today. Since no one knew where the boss was, there was neither an apology nor a small compensation. My comment that the dining room was unacceptably dirty was also answered with the excuse that they didn't have enough staff and would clean it when there was time. However, there were no orders to process at the moment, and the entire staff had plenty of time to goof around as a group or smoke in front of the drive-thru counter. Nobody came up with the idea of ​​cleaning the guest room. Today's experience was as far from McDonald's standards as possible. Really remarkably bad.

Please please keep it up and make sure I maintain this quality.

Food not rated because I couldn't order anything. The display changes every 5 seconds. There is a clear menu on these touch things. 2 out of 4 were broken, the others had a snake in front of them. poorly organized, restaurant (for me the word is not suitable, even a snack bar would be too high) confusing, loud, dirty tables... the bad reviews, like parking lot rip-off, dirty shop, etc. don't seem to be interested. I don't eat there anymore

Classic McDonald's spot, where there is a drive-in and parking spaces. It's manageable, enough space both in the store and outside. There are always a lot of employees on site who are all hard at work. So far I haven't had anything negative, except on my last visit the app deducted 2000 points instead of 1000 points. Since it's hard for the points to accumulate, this has annoyed me. I asked the shift manager about it and she was nice and tried to help. I found out that no Mcs Spot is the person to contact for points or any problems. Otherwise it's a quiet spot by Mc's standards, where you're welcome to take a detour. My only criticism is directed at McDonald's in general. Please have this revised so that no excess sauces are added to the cheeseburgers and burgers in general. I've often had cheeseburgers where every bite tasted like ketchup, apart from the fact that ketchup flowed everywhere.

Food comes quickly... Employees could still work on being friendlier and the floor sticks with every step... Everywhere in the restaurant...

Ingredients are often missing and employees rarely know how to behave politely. You often have the feeling that you are disturbing your employees and that's the height of it all. On July 7th, 2024, I invited guests to McDonald's for my daughter and because we celebrated and ate for two hours, all guests are now allowed to pay a fine for parking too long... whatever the concept is, it is customer-friendly not. Maybe it should be clear to the employees that the guests come there and help finance their jobs, no guests no income and something like extra requests shouldn't be a debate either, because the employees should want the guest to be happy to spend their money there. Since it became a franchise, things have only gone downhill with these McDs.

The employee (Steve) at McDonald's was rude, slow and seemed completely uninterested in helping customers.

Coffee doesn't taste good at all. Croissant was half raw inside.

It is a very nice McDonald's, there is a wide variety of products, there are both cash registers and screens to place orders, and the delivery time for orders does not exceed 5 minutes.

Turkanen's restaurant served ice in the drinks even though you chose no ice (chlorinated water doesn't taste good). It also took a while for the food to arrive. The beverage counter worker should now have a blast.

All drinks had ice, even though we ordered them without ice. Service was friendly but slow.

Parking rip-off. Parking is allowed for a maximum of 90 minutes, after which a payment request from the parking depot will be sent to your door. I had a meeting there and was there a little longer than the 90 minutes, but I ordered several times during that time. In the afternoon, empty restaurant, empty parking lot. I hadn't seen this restriction, so it can't be particularly noticeable (or it can't, otherwise it won't work financially for the operator. No goodwill... of course you can treat your customers that way too.

After 15 minutes of waiting at the drive in, 2 cars in front of us, we left again. When driving past the counters, not a single car was standing waiting for food. I can also save myself a drive in there.

Nice McDonald's branch with a pleasant outdoor area - with a slide and climbing frame for children. The staff is quick and capable and you get your food quite quickly even when there is a lot of traffic. The number of parking spaces is a bit tight. If necessary, you can park at the nearby discount stores and then walk a few meters.

It can't be the case that you have to check everything individually every time you order online and take the food with you from the car. Every time a BigMac or McChicken is missing. It's expensive enough to eat there and then you're paying for something you don't even get.

Great to sit outside and eat burgers

Just ordered and received a double cheeseburger. The burger Opened it straight away and wanted to devour it straight away, but.....The cheese wasn't melted and the burger was ice cold. I immediately told the saleswoman and showed the burger, which was absolutely not warm and the cheese was in its original shape like it was in the fridge... the nice lady's statement was... here it comes... cheese doesn't melt!! !!! I immediately took out my phone and showed the burger on the McDonald's site where you can see that the cheeseburger contains melted cheese!!! The next qualified employee just said...that's fotoshop! This is fake!!! A monument should be erected in front of the branch to these two employees. Being taught so much in one day. Hats off to you

First of all, I would unfortunately like to describe a negative experience. The cappuccino I received on Easter Sunday morning was very hot and not well prepared. It is important to be able to use a portafilter machine and the wand for frothing milk correctly. Simply putting the wand in and running it at full speed will not produce a good result. In the evening, however, the service was impeccable. I was initially worried that my small order (a cheeseburger and a small Fanta) might go missing, but the two ladies behind the counter were very attentive and flew back and forth behind the counter and had everything perfectly under control. Big praise for that.

also normalerweise sind wir immer zufrieden gewesen mit dem Restaurant. Heute aber, haben wir wieder etwas bestellt und nachgefragt ob alles drin sei. Wir haben sogar etwas EXTRA bestellt und auch bei dem nachgefragt, ob das drin sei und alles kontrolliert wurde. Wir waren sehr in Eile und konnten nicht selbst kontrollieren, deswegen auch das öftere Nachfragen. Er sagte, ja alles sei drin. Zu Hause angekommen, war weder die Bestellung richtig, noch wurde unsere Extra Sache reingepackt. Sehr Schade weil ich sonst zufrieden war. Wenn man nicht kontrolliert, sollte man nicht versuchen zu Lügen.

Nach ewiger Zeit an diesen bestellautomaten nahm er meinen code, dann ging alles normal weiter.

Bei McDrive sollte man seine Bestellung auf jeden Fall immer kontrollieren. Es wird ständig etwas vergessen.

Der schlimmste McDonald’s sie vergessen immer alles im Laden gib’s Ratten die einfach rum rennen die Leute die da arbeiten sind wahrscheinlich zur sonder schule gegangen wie dumm die sind und nichts verstehen nichts schmeckt und ich habe mit eigenen Augen gesehen wie die Mitarbeiter bei manchen Kunden in die Burger gespuckt haben nicht hingehen

Das beste Mc Donalds Resturant in Berlin. Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sehr sauber und sehr kinder freundlich.

Abzocke mit den Parkstrafzettel. Anfangs wurde uns gesagt man kann es löschen dann ging es aufeinmal doch nicht.

Wäre schön, wenn auf einem McRösti zum mitnehmen auch Röstis drauf wären! Und das bei dem Preis - sehr ärgerlich!

Es wird immer schlimmer. Lange Wartezeiten, und dafür gibt es kalte und überlagerte Burger, zu überteuerten Preisen. Für mich nicht mehr. Die läden gehören strenger überwacht.

Unterirdisch! Bestellungen im Lokal und auch im Drive In, sind fast alle fehlerhaft. Hier weiß die Linke nicht, was die Rechte Hand tut. Gruselig. Da ich mir nun die Besuche ersparen wollte, habe ich Online bestellt. Diese Bestellungen sind im Nirwana verschwunden - also kein Mittagessen und man erklärte mir, dass ich mich hierzu mit Uber Eats in Verbindung und auseinandersetzen muss. Auch meine Zahlung müsste ich allein klären (Paypal) von einem Entgegenkommen - keine Spur. Ich habe diesen Beitrag auch mal an MC D Deutschland geschickt, mal schauen, wie die reagieren. Auch die Lieferpreise über Uber sind nicht gerechtfertigt. Ein kleines Menü knapp 20 EURO. Dafür gehe ich demnächst ins Restaurant und lasse mich bedienen. Ich bin hier weg und nehme den Burger-Laden um die Ecke. Besten Gruß Michael
