We ordered from KFC for the first time...Never again...things were missing and sometimes it was cold...really disappointed...because for the money (we are 5 people) you can eat cheaper...

Since I had my small dog with me - calm, on a leash and not disruptive - and had not had any problems in similar situations, I assumed that I could pop in and pick up my food as usual. After ordering and paying, I waited with my dog ​​in the area where the other guests were also waiting for their orders. Suddenly I was shown the door by an employee in an extremely rude, almost aggressive manner. Without warning or explanation, I was addressed with a dismissive hand gesture and the words “Get out immediately.” My attempt to point out that a more polite tone would be more appropriate was met with even greater acrimony. A dialogue was apparently undesirable. I respect regulations, especially those regarding hygiene and safety, and would of course have accepted a friendly tip. What horrifies me, however, is the way this employee treated me - condescending, disrespectful and completely inappropriate for dealing with paying customers. The situation got even worse: after I had left the branch when asked to do so, I waited outside the door with my dog ​​for my order. The employee noticed me through the window panes - I couldn't be missed with my eye-catching red hat. But she completely ignored me and didn't inform any other employees that I was waiting outside for my food. So I stood there, in the cold, with my shivering dog, watching my order still on the counter. It was only another employee who recognized the situation, asked for my order number and brought me my food - unfortunately it was cold because it had been sitting there untouched for so long. This experience is unacceptable to me in several ways. Not only was I treated disrespectfully, but my order was literally refused due to the employee's ignorance. Such behavior reflects extremely negatively on your branch and reinforces the already poor impression I have had of the service at KFC. What is particularly disturbing is that the employee in question appeared to be in a leadership position because she wore different clothing and appeared very authoritarian. When someone with such an attitude sets an example for the rest of the team, it poses a significant problem for your store's overall customer service experience. I urge you to seriously examine this incident and take appropriate action. In my opinion, this includes both training in how to deal with customers and a review of whether this employee actually represents KFC's values ​​and standards. Customers have the right to be treated with respect - regardless of the personal whims of your employees.

There is nothing much to review on KFC as everyone knew about it for quality and quantity. But the people who work here works with lot of confusion and do-not care whose food is been given to whom. And, they miss some times listed on the bill and we have to check ourselves and ask them for that again. They intend to do everything on fast pace but they miss out realizing that they are not perfect. Unfortunately had a bad experience. Queues are long (maybe because of Saturday).

This KFC is located in the middle of Cologne. Everything was clean and tidy as expected. Orders are mainly placed at digital terminals, which avoids long waiting times. The food was tasty, but not special. It didn't look really appealing and the portion couldn't be described as gigantic either. What was annoying was that the number whose food was ready was blared loudly throughout the store. This alone is annoying enough, but not too bad. What was really a problem, however, was that the employee who called out the numbers didn't speak German or English in a way that was remotely understandable. Due to the language barrier, there were also misunderstandings with several customers. All in all, the usual fast food experience.

It's actually delicious, but for years now I've had completely different sauces on every Zinger Burger and it's just starting to annoy me. Normally there's a mayo sauce on it, but for several years now there's always something in the kitchen, from saziki sauce to ketchup, and I only ever go to KFC for the zinger burgers and can never get one right Normal zinger burger here, frustrating for the price alone…

Ordered 6 times through Wolt and 4 times half was missing. Today, out of 5 menus ordered, 3 were completely missing, not to mention various side dishes. We received an order worth around €80: 1x menu, 2x corn on the cob, 3x fries, 1x kids menu and a few sauces. Completely cold and soggy. The fries were stuffed into a bag and could hardly be separated from each other. It wasn't the driver's fault, it took him less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, there was no response from KFC when Wolt asked. At least I was reimbursed for part of the cost of this underground mess. I'm actually not that petty, but so much incompetence with almost every order is just pathetic. I can only advise everyone not to order there, they just can't manage it...

Please give the staff some training! I ordered a simple chicken menu, which could have been served within a couple of minutes since the chicken were already fried. Over 10 minutes had passed and it was not served. I asked one of the staff and she asked me to wait for another 10 minutes. Apparently, she expected the staff in the kitchen to pick the chicken and put them in a box/paper tray, just as for most other delivery items to be collected by UberEat and the like. But I was dining in. Her colleague (superior) noticed my complaint, checked my order and told her to serve directly. I got finally the food, 15 minutes after I ordered. I have read some reviews by other customers who thought that some staff had no motivation to work. My impression is that they don't know what they should do.

Today I was there with a friend and bought 2 x 15 bites. The saleswoman didn't even greet us, just asked: pay? I received the bites in a small burger bag and I politely asked for a carrying bag. The African-born employee said to me: a carrier bag for something like that?? Soon we won't have any left. Really unfriendly, if they had asked for money from us it wouldn't have been a problem, but the way they treat the customers is unacceptable!! The bites were extremely salty and I missed any sauce.

Here you wait 16 minutes for a cookie because the employees don't want to fetch them from behind. Only when you ask are you given a frozen cookie and told that it will thaw in 10 minutes. The 16 minute wait would have been enough to thaw if you had done your job correctly. Incomprehensible.

I visited this location today. The food was great and the atmosphere was good! I did feel a bit out of sorts because I don’t speak German. We ordered via the screens because of our language barrier, no problem. However, I got my kids taken care of and seated and went up to see our numbers. I can’t read German unfortunately, but I do have the Google Translate app. So I tried to take pictures of the screen to translate what the items meant and the the agent at the counter got upset with me and told me no photos. To which I stopped taking photos. However, I do think there should be understanding to language issues.

Ich bestellte eine Hühnerbox für 20 Euro, sie gaben mir Fleisch im Wert von 3 Euro und es war kalt. Sehr dreckig, die Musik ist schrecklich, an der Kasse steht eine verhüllte Frau, die unhörbar spricht, als hätte sie Essen im Mund und möchte etwas sagen. Wenn es möglich wäre 0 Sterne zu vergeben, dann wäre es 0.

Nicht wirklich der Horror, aber definitiv schlechter als andere Restaurants der Kette. Im Restaurant ist es absolut muffig. Man fühlt sich, aufgrund des Klimas, wie das Hähnchen, das in den Fritteusen brutzelt. Stiltechnisch auch eher ungenügend, man fühlt sich wie in einer Zeitreise nach 2010. Essen war absolutes Mittelmaß, das kenne ich von anderen KFC-Restaurants eigentlich anders. Außerdem befinden sich im Lokal kaum Sitzplätze, was in solch einer zentralen Lage mystisch ist. Ich würde eher in einer anderen Filiale einkehren.

Честно,сравнивая MC и KFC выберу MC,за 30€ в MC я мог бы сходить два раза если не три. Был я как то в Латвии,так вот там мясо не жалели, за 20€ наложили так что я еще домой забирал и доедал. Не советую,если кушать охота прям что кожу рвёте и лень дойти до нормального заведения то Ласкаво Просимо у Кэфээс) Гамно Еще на кассе стояла "покрытая" женщина, естественно из неизвестной мне арабской или мусульманской страны,3 раза назвала номер с моим заказом. Das Essen wurde nicht richtig zubereitet in meinem crispy Bürger war ein hotwing drinnen und das Essen hat garnicht mehr richtig geschmeckt da es zu lange dort war. Schlechter Service nie wieder mehr
