Packages chicken burger and potatoes... For 4 people 22 uero

Massively understaffed, waited over 45 minutes for my food. Very dirty too and there wasn't even much going on.

The chicken was too fatty and greasy, the fries were too expensive for the amount and I had to pay €0.50 for a bag of Ketchup. At the bathroom there was also someone asking for money to use it and since I had no change I couldn't use it.

The personal worker is very unpolite und unprofessionell. Tablets was dirty and floor , and food cold .

Unfortunately, the female staff didn't help me at the ordering machine even though the store was absolutely empty and there were 3 service staff behind the counter. Since I, as an older person, made a mistake, the lady then became cheeky. Friendliness and customer proximity are probably unheard of in this store. The fries were also cold and no longer tasted good.

Food was too cold and says she has now been treated badly by work She just wants to talk to the cleaning lady. If you have renewed the shop, then replace your employees. She gave the wrong food. Respect to the employees here who manage to be friendly and work quickly when the whole place is full. The food was also properly prepared and was fresh.

No matter what time I go there, the food is fresh. Unlike other branches, I don't get any stomach pains or cramps after eating. I'd love to go there! What the store can't do is the fries. They really don't taste like anything, unfortunately. But the mashed potatoes and the gravy sauce are great.

Food can be ordered at terminals. It was then picked up surprisingly quickly within a few minutes. Sufficient seating options.

It was pleasant to eat there. It tasted good. Price was good for what I chose. I can recommend it.

Small and fine. We were probably there at the right time; here in Frankfurt all hell breaks loose around half past one. All the better that we enjoyed it better here in Cologne. Unfortunately, Cologne is too far away from home for a spontaneous visit. 😏

Ordered 6 times through Wolt and 4 times half was missing. Today, out of 5 menus ordered, 3 were completely missing, not to mention various side dishes. We received an order worth around €80: 1x menu, 2x corn on the cob, 3x fries, 1x kids menu and a few sauces. Completely cold and soggy. The fries were stuffed into a bag and could hardly be separated from each other. It wasn't the driver's fault, it took him less than 10 minutes. Unfortunately, there was no response from KFC when Wolt asked. At least I was reimbursed for part of the cost of this underground mess. I'm actually not that petty, but so much incompetence with almost every order is just pathetic. I can only advise everyone not to order there, they just can't manage it...

Very clean but service can't speak German or eat

Please give the staff some training! I ordered a simple chicken menu, which could have been served within a couple of minutes since the chicken were already fried. Over 10 minutes had passed and it was not served. I asked one of the staff and she asked me to wait for another 10 minutes. Apparently, she expected the staff in the kitchen to pick the chicken and put them in a box/paper tray, just as for most other delivery items to be collected by UberEat and the like. But I was dining in. Her colleague (superior) noticed my complaint, checked my order and told her to serve directly. I got finally the food, 15 minutes after I ordered. I have read some reviews by other customers who thought that some staff had no motivation to work. My impression is that they don't know what they should do.

Today I was there with a friend and bought 2 x 15 bites. The saleswoman didn't even greet us, just asked: pay? I received the bites in a small burger bag and I politely asked for a carrying bag. The African-born employee said to me: a carrier bag for something like that?? Soon we won't have any left. My friend also asked the other colleague for a bag, she looked at her colleague and rolled her eyes. Really unfriendly, if they had asked for money from us it wouldn't have been a problem, but the way they treat the customers is unacceptable!! The bites were extremely salty and I missed any sauce.

Here you wait 16 minutes for a cookie because the employees don't want to fetch them from behind. Only when you ask are you given a frozen cookie and told that it will thaw in 10 minutes. The 16 minute wait would have been enough to thaw if you had done your job correctly. Incomprehensible.

Great food and friendly staff! Always in context: Friday evenings at the Ring in Cologne I'm surprised at how good the food was. Would come back drunk.

Cheap class staff food is not healthy people are working there think owner of kfc no one wear cap there and groves . Food is not warm drinks cover with lots of ice

Half of it is missing during delivery and if you want your food delivered later you just get your money back and that too without a service fee.

I was at the restaurant today and have two comments. The first is a small matter. We ordered ketchup but only got mayonnaise with the fries. The second thing bothers me more. Since you can see into the kitchen, I saw that no one, NO ONE, was wearing gloves! And they prepare the food like that... I don't think that's right at all. I don't want to eat my food with someone else's skin cells or something even worse in it.

We recently visited a KFC and ordered a Zinger sandwich. Unfortunately the chicken on the sandwich was undercooked which is unacceptable. The tenders, on the other hand, were good, as was the chicken patty. We hope this cooking issue will be resolved quickly to ensure a better experience for all customers.

In the past, customers were greeted in a friendly manner and even given advice. Today you are just a “pick-up number” in the restaurant. Ambiance? None! The food is rather mediocre and bland because there is more breading than meat.

So I'm not usually a person who writes reviews, but here you can't help but criticize. The burgers were cold and dry, the bacon was almost raw, the fries were unsalted and tasted very similar to the napkins. In addition, the variety of sauces leaves something to be desired and the food was basically boring and not worth the €30 that had to be paid for it. If you're hoping to have a taste experience for little money, you've definitely come to the wrong place.

Today (June 6th, 2024) I ordered 2 chicken burgers, 3 hot wings, and 6 hot wings once and when I opened the bag there were only 3 hot wings in it. My order number was 203. The people who work there are stupid and always make mistakes; I'll never buy KFC again. KFC is ready for me...

I visited this location today. The food was great and the atmosphere was good! I did feel a bit out of sorts because I don’t speak German. We ordered via the screens because of our language barrier, no problem. However, I got my kids taken care of and seated and went up to see our numbers. I can’t read German unfortunately, but I do have the Google Translate app. So I tried to take pictures of the screen to translate what the items meant and the the agent at the counter got upset with me and told me no photos. To which I stopped taking photos. However, I do think there should be understanding to language issues.

This is the second time!!! I ordered two burgers but was only given one!!!!

For some time now I have noticed that the chicken pieces are soaked in oil, whereas before they were very dry. Today I went to serve myself at the place and the available tables had leftover food. I hope they improve.

No personal order possible. Everything via computer terminals or app. A pity. I like being advised and talking about recommendations or offers, but that will probably die out. The food used to be of a higher quality with the chicken parts. (No parts of wing pieces probe only club or breast)

The food is really tasty but the value for money is really expensive

It was quite okay. I know the quality of the food much better. The fries were lukewarm. The breadings are not very crispy, but the meat is juicy. There is only a limited amount of ambience.

Hmm, four weeks ago the company confirmed that it would open daily at 11:00 a.m. I went there with my little son this week and found out that the whole KFC is a huge construction site......absolute misinformation that is being spread here by KFC. Further information about an expected reopening cannot be found anywhere on the internet. Very poor communication management and far from customer friendly.

The service is unsatisfactory, the cashier does not speak or understand German well. They couldn’t accept the order for a long time until the administrator arrived. This establishment is not recommended.

Food was good , no ice in the drinks which is unfortunate.

The employees in this restaurant are a complete disaster. Not only that, even though the restaurant is empty, you still have to wait 15 minutes if you order yourself at the machine because the employees think it's more important to use your cell phone or have a loud conversation. Then not even in German. When you are served at some point, you are completely overwhelmed with fried cold meat and the fries are not freshly made but also served cold. For this price range that's a real shame. If you could rate without a star, it would be zero stars. In the future I will eat next door at McDonald's because everything is usually freshly prepared there.

I don't think the food is necessarily tasty. But it also fills you up well. Well, the service leaves a lot to be desired. We waited 10 minutes in a local branch for a burger and two small fries (they were cold). I expect value for my money something more than that.

Viel zu überlaufen und zu voll! Wollten uns mit Freunden rein setzten und mussten ne halbe Stunde warten bis ein Platz frei wurde. Personal ist aber nett.

Normalerweise gebe ich fastfood restaurant 4 bis 5 Sterne, dieser KFC war leider nicht alllzu sauber.

Pentru români și moldoveni , în special . NU! 😄 A fost groaznic , prima și ultima dată . Poate pentru cei de aici e gustos și apetisant , dacă e să compari cu KFC de la noi din țară …. Groaznic pur și simplu 🤢🤮 Vă recomand să evitați pur și simplu , am cheltui 30€ și am mincat doar cartofii dintr-un meniu gigantic , pentru ca doar ei păreau comestibili . 🙂

Das Lokal beschäftigt nur Leute mit orientalischem Aussehen und kocht ekliges Hühnchen. Meine Stimmung verschlechterte sich nach dem Besuch. Ich bestellte eine Hühnerbox für 20 Euro, sie gaben mir Fleisch im Wert von 3 Euro und es war kalt. Sehr dreckig, die Musik ist schrecklich, an der Kasse steht eine verhüllte Frau, die unhörbar spricht, als hätte sie Essen im Mund und möchte etwas sagen. Wenn es möglich wäre 0 Sterne zu vergeben, dann wäre es 0.

Nicht wirklich der Horror, aber definitiv schlechter als andere Restaurants der Kette. Im Restaurant ist es absolut muffig. Man fühlt sich, aufgrund des Klimas, wie das Hähnchen, das in den Fritteusen brutzelt. Stiltechnisch auch eher ungenügend, man fühlt sich wie in einer Zeitreise nach 2010. Essen war absolutes Mittelmaß, das kenne ich von anderen KFC-Restaurants eigentlich anders. Außerdem befinden sich im Lokal kaum Sitzplätze, was in solch einer zentralen Lage mystisch ist. Ich würde eher in einer anderen Filiale einkehren.

Esse dort jetzt schon seid 11 Jahren und es ist immernoch einfach TOP!

Вышло чувство что я находусь где нибудь в Центральноафриканской Республике где дефицит мяса и электроенергии,лампочки мигают и кажется будто сидишь где то в психиатрической больнице. Честно,сравнивая MC и KFC выберу MC,за 30€ в MC я мог бы сходить два раза если не три. Был я как то в Латвии,так вот там мясо не жалели, за 20€ наложили так что я еще домой забирал и доедал. Не советую,если кушать охота прям что кожу рвёте и лень дойти до нормального заведения то Ласкаво Просимо у Кэфээс) Гамно Еще на кассе стояла "покрытая" женщина, естественно из неизвестной мне арабской или мусульманской страны,3 раза назвала номер с моим заказом. Естественно я не понял на арабском и подошел к ней что бы она соизволила сказать мне что это мой заказ (мышиная порция куриного мясца) После трёхсекундного недоумевания и признания я все таки решился продегустировать,а иначе это никак не назовешь. 👎🏻 Вкусно но по африкански

Das Essen wurde nicht richtig zubereitet in meinem crispy Bürger war ein hotwing drinnen und das Essen hat garnicht mehr richtig geschmeckt da es zu lange dort war. Schlechter Service nie wieder mehr

Haben über Uber eats bestellt. Bei der Bestellung war alles falsch am Telefon wurde mir pampig Entgegen gebracht, dass es nicht deren Problem sei und ich mich bei Uber melden soll. Mehrere Produkte fehlten andere waren falsch. Einen Burger haben sie richtig hinbekommen ansonsten der Rest falsch.

Dauert ewig online Bestellung kommt nicht an. Zeit Verschwendung geht lieber zu mcs
