McDonald's in Köln

It's in the mall, and server was helpful, food took quite a while to arrive. They bring to your table, so you can kind of forget how long they take, as you look at your phone etc. Clean establishment

Dec 2024: Standard McDonald's with standard setup. The usual listless staff. So far nothing new. System catering, after all... But the prices are now knocking that out of the water. So expensive...I'd rather look for snack alternatives...it's a shame what the chain has become.

It was horrible waiting for my order for an hour, the staff told me to wait, in the end the order didn't arrive and the money wasn't refunded

The staff forces you to pay 50 cents to use the toilet, even though you ate at McDonald's. A sign indicates that you would be happy to receive a 'thank you' of 50 cents for the cleanliness. However, the Lord doesn't let anyone in who hasn't paid first. And a lady standing by checks it and nods that you are then 'allowed' to use the toilet. Now you have to think about how much money he is earning on the side and untaxed, especially during the Christmas season. In any case, more than lucrative for the cleaner. Nevertheless, incredibly bold and outrageous for me as a paying customer. Maybe appropriate for toilet tourists, but not if you've already left money in C&A or McDonalds.

This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to in my entire life, the employees are very unfriendly, you can't have a meaningful conversation, I ordered normally with my children and we just wanted to sit down where the employees told me that we should go out because they supposedly to open the shop where others had just sat down and eaten, we also mentioned this, they didn't care and we went out and apart from that so many things were missing and nothing was properly packed when we wanted to go back that was all already closed and didn't let us in. I can't recommend such an unfriendly and disrespectful McDonalds to anyone.

Food is food and fed me so I liked very much :)

Nice design, affordable price ...

From ordering via app to receiving the food at the table took less than 5 minutes, even though it was quite busy (1pm on Saturday). The food was very tasty and warm. The cleanliness was very positive. An employee worked tirelessly to clean the floor and tables and immediately empty the filled tray carts.

The service was good but the people were already cold

Die Shakes schmeckten nicht. Der vanillshake war eher schokolade. Die Verkäuferin bestritt das. Macht schlechte Laune.

A little slow service but all in all that was what you needed to satisfy your quick hunger.

The milkshake was supposed to be 0.4 Litre, but their machines seemed calibrated about 0.35 Litre.

Too long waiting times in general, recently at Mc Donalds, the restaurant is in the basement of C&A Today we were chased away from part of the restaurant, and at the end an employee put his fingers in my cola, when I asked for a new cola, he went behind the counter and brought the same cola back, not recommended!!!! !

Peculiar place for a MC, lvl -1 under C&A... but the usual food tastes just as expected. The toilet can only be used if you pay in cash (which I haven't used in more than 10 years), so tough luck...

The fries were cold and soggy, the burger had no sauce and the cheese was cold and not melted, the cheese had disgusting stains on me. That was the worst food I've ever eaten.

A trip to this McDonald's left only negative impressions. There were 6 of us, and we made a large order with the hope of a delicious meal. When we finally waited for the waiter who brought us the order, or rather brought only part of it, I said that it was not all, after 2 minutes he brought some more, but it was still not all. Then 5-10 minutes passed again, we went to ask where the rest of our order was, as it turned out they forgot about it, and we spent a long time figuring out what we received and what we didn't. Then we realized we didn't get the promo code stickers, they just weren't on our food. My boyfriend asked the staff, then the manager, and it took a long time to find out why we didn't get them, even though we should have. The manager, as well as the waiter, do not speak German well, which is also a big minus, but in the end we managed to get our stickers. The staff should definitely be more attentive. We will definitely never come to this establishment again. (I also forgot to add that much of the food received was cold)

Pretty standard affair, nothing special at all... Numerous items missing from order, "we'll bring to your table when ready." Order never completed, and food didn't arrive. No one knew anything about it when we went to complain, so just left.

This McDonalds is the worst I have ever been to, the service was terrible. When we wanted to report a problem, we were completely ignored by a young woman who had brought us food beforehand. In addition, the service was not fluent in German and their English was quite poor. I will never set foot in this McDonald's again.

The best fast food I've ever eaten in Cologne. I collected toys for the happy meal and explained to the cashier which toys I wanted, but she didn't quite understand. At this point, her boss poked his head out from between the two shelves, asked me to show him the bill, and then asked me what I wanted. I said I wanted an elephant toy, and the boss immediately ordered the cashier to get it for me. He said elephant five or six times in a row! Give her an elephant! The cashier very quickly found an elephant and a polar bear for me.

Actually a typical McDonald’s, food and drinks like everywhere else. I don't think it's nice that it's in the basement. The atmosphere is also not that inviting. At peak times you can hardly get a seat, it seems chaotic and the guests don't put their stuff away.

I find the food like any other McDonald's but the condition is very bad and I ordered a mcplant but got the mcplant nuggets. You don't have to talk about hygiene at all. The tables are always dirty. I wouldn't come here if I was in Cologne, they can't even begin to speak German here. Womp womp ☝🏿

They ordered Fanta and I got a simple mineral water We threw in a vitamin with lemon flavor.. 😉 They didn’t throw in napkins or the sauce that I ordered, at least they threw quite a bit of cabbage into the burger!

A McDonald's like any other. It's okay with the kids for a change. But not cheap, good if you want to go quickly. Otherwise it's better to go to a restaurant.

Man hat für einen Capucino, eine Cola und ein Big Mac 25min gewertet. Der Tisch Service hat auch nicht geklappt.

Zo'n slechte Mc Donalds heb ik nog nooit meegemaakt. Het was ontzettend druk, vies, en het eten was niet lekker. Overal lagen gebruikte dienbladen met etensresten en rommel, je kon nergens fatsoenlijk zitten, vieze tafels. Zeer lange wachtrij tijdens bestellen, geen bon in de selfservice aanwezig. Eten was mwoa, en de ice tea peach die wij hadden zat een hele rare / vieze smaak aan, en rook erg vreemd, deze heb ik niet opgedronken, mijn puber dacht dat er niets mis mee was, en dronk deze beker "gewoon" leeg, zij eindigde met heftige buikkrampen op het gore Mc donalds toilet waar je ook nog eens €0,50 cent voor moet betalen. De toilet (2) was enorm vies, zeer lange wacht rij. Al met al geen succes

Neumark McDonald's ist nicht sehr gut. 4 Sie bestellen ein Menü, 10 Prozent der Bestellung fehlen. Am Ende haben sie meinen Gegenstand gestohlen. Überprüfen Sie nach der Bestellung und dem Erhalt des Menüs anhand des Schecks, dass sie die Leute täuschen.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren Wenn sie bei diesem Restaurant etwas zu sich nehmen möchten würde ich ihnen schonmal das nächstgelegene Krankenhaus empfehlen.Ich hatte einen Milchshake der schon etwas sauer gerochen hat. 2 Stunden später hatte ich dann die Magenkrämpfe meines Lebens. Bis ich dann vor denn nächsten Laden gekotzt habe.Ich würde diesen Laden keinesfalls wieder besuchen. Müsst ihr Wissen…

Ich war das erste Mal da und auch zur Mittagszeit der laden war voll die wenigen freien Plätze waren dreckig bzw die Tische nass von Getränken die nicht sauber gemacht wurden natürlich gab es jemanden der die Tische abgeräumt hat wo die gäste zu faul waren ihre Tablets selber weg zu räumen aber sauber machen stand nicht oben auf dem Zettel im großen und ganzen war ich vielleicht zur falschen Zeit da bzw bin ich in anderen Filialen etwas anderes gewohnt

Schrecklich!Die Toilette war schrecklich man muss für so ein unsauberes Klo sogar noch bezahlen,dazu habe ich fast eine Stunde auf 1 Pommes mit majo gewartet!!!! Von den Mitarbeitern nur blöd angemacht worden.Sehr sehr unhöflich.Dazu Luft zum ersticken,bei der Wartezeit fast umgekippt…nie wieder!

Der Service ist an sich noch in Ordnung, aber das essen hingegen ist katastrophal. Mein bestellter Burger war so gut wie zerlegt und in mein McFlurry war die Schoko Soße am Boden. Nie wieder.

Хорошее место и атмосфера, здесь часто и даже стандартно можно купить капучино в чашке, что очень приятно. Schöner Ort und Atmosphäre, hier kann man oft und sogar standardmäßig Cappuccino in einer Tasse kaufen, was sehr schön ist.

Unangenehme Angestellte und das Essen ist lau! Pommes nicht durch, schwabbelig! Beim Hamburger außer dem bisschen Fleisch nichts drauf! Und der Höhepunkt, die Toiletten um die Ecke, da musste trotz Kunde für bezahlen und wenn man an der Mc Donalds Theke bittet als Kunde bei der Toilette nicht bezahlen zu müssen, so wird man vom Toilettenmeister in einer fremden Sprache beschimpft. Nein, mich seht Ihr hier nie wieder!

Alles war in Ordnung, aber es war sehr dreckig! Der Restaurantangestellte wischte den Tisch ab und warf die Reste auf den Boden!

Ich fand es nicht schlecht wir waren 45 Minuten vor Schließung von c&a da. Was mir nicht gefallen hat war dass die nur noch zum mitnehmen hatten. Das haben die nicht auch den anderen Kunden obwohl noch genug Zeit wäre dass wir am Tisch essen da bekommt ihr nicht die volle Punktzahl

Es war sauber und das Essen haben wir auch schnell bekommen.Der Geschmack war halt wie man es von Mc Donalds erwartet. Leider ist es mittlerweile sehr teuer geworden.
