Very slow service. Food was good.

So, yeah, so. The Mac itself is great. I'm happy with how quickly they brought my order and overall, everything's fine, well, just like with other Macs. BUT!!!!! There's a woman sitting near the restroom, so to speak, supervising visits to the ladies' room. I really needed to take a leak, you know, so what happened? This woman stops me and says pay one euro. Thinking, "What a joke," I go back to my friend's table and start looking for euros. I know that if you place an order, you have a receipt and have the right to go to the restroom without paying. Eventually, this woman calls me over and says I can go without paying because she saw I have an order. So, I go and everything's fine. Then my friend and I are about to leave and she wants to go to the restroom. Anyway, this woman yells at my friend right there in the restroom, or rather, near the sinks, and starts demanding 50 cents from her. Well, in general, no one paid anything, of course, but somehow what the hell, as they say.

I'm not from Cologne, so it's unusual for me to pay for the toilet. It's a bit cheeky, even. And the lady at the toilet isn't exactly friendly either, with her phone to her ear the whole time.

Everything was delicious, I left with tears in my eyes. They wanted to charge me 50 cents for the toilet. I didn't have any cash, but I went to the toilet and this woman yelled at me in English. "Hello, I ate here for 12 euros, why the hell should I pay for the toilet? Get rid of this woman." It worked out with my friend; the woman told her she didn't see us, saying we had an order, but since we did, the toilet came out without a coin.

What a rudeness. I left my receipt on the table for less than two minutes because I was taking a call, and an employee immediately took it, even though the number on the receipt clearly showed that the order wasn't even ready. Before she ran away, I told her it was my receipt, but she threw it in the trash. The manager came over and immediately started telling me, in a rude, disrespectful tone, that I had to prove it. I explained the situation to him, and he asked me how much my order cost (€32). I said approximately €35, because unfortunately, I hadn't looked at the price very closely, to which he brazenly contradicted me and accused me of lying. He demanded I tell him what I ordered, and after I recited the entire order correctly, he shouted the number across the restaurant, asking if anyone had it. After several attempts without answering, he still didn't believe me and told me I had to prove my purchase by providing my payment method (card). I couldn't do that because I don't have a banking app. I explained the situation to him several times, and he finally relented and gave me the food. But it was cold, of poor quality, and even came with the wrong sauce; they gave me hot mustard instead of ketchup.

What can I say? It's fast food. We went to one of several in Cologne. The service was good, the staff very friendly and helpful with any questions. The food was hot, which is actually quite rare, and it tasted good.

An incredibly unpleasant place. The food I ordered on the screen arrived in two minutes during rush hour. It was accordingly cold and sticky. I felt nauseous afterward. Never. Again.

Hardly anything going on, the employee marks the order just placed as ready for pickup. But then says he'll call you, and that happens for all orders.

It's a bit cramped at the front, and there's no real seating if you're just waiting for your order. Often, the wrong orders are placed in the bag, the food is cold, and/or you have to wait forever. Friendliness is also a low priority here. The ordering machines often don't work, and occasionally you're not even allowed to use the restroom—for no good reason, mind you. I've rarely experienced such a bad branch in the city center.

Ordered two large fries and only got one small one. I saved for two weeks and got nothing.

So, of course, the food is the same as always, just like you'd expect from McDonald's. However, the employees should train their new colleagues better, otherwise you'd end up waiting 20 minutes for an order you specifically placed online. You could have ordered in person and it would have taken the same amount of time, although that's usually quicker.

Food as usual at McDonald's – you get what you expect. The staff was very friendly overall. The only criticism: using the restroom was a bit inconvenient, as payment was only possible in cash. In a restaurant that usually accepts digital payments, a similar option would be welcome.

If you order 2 Royal Cheese, 2 Cheeseburgers, 9 Nuggets with sweet and sour sauce and repeat the whole thing 3 times and then get 1 Royal, 1 crispy, 2 Double Cheeseburgers, and mayonnaise available, I wonder what kind of staff are employed there?

It's actually a reliable McDonald's, usually not that crowded, the food usually arrives relatively quickly and correctly, and it tastes good too. We once had the problem that we got the corresponding ice cream instead of a dragon's tongue milkshake, but otherwise, everything works fine here. The employees are usually friendly, and unlike some other branches, there are always signs for table service, so you can actually use it.

I love this Mc Donalds With this season’s Happy Meal, I am concentrated on getting all the version PlayMobil toys. I have been in the recent days in different Mc Donalds in Cologne, and this would say it is the best one. I try to go for my Happy Meal and the toy after work, I feel confident about asking the staff what toys they still have and all of them are very nice. Ancient, dirty furniture, you can't even touch the corners when you're sitting there. You pay for food, drinks, and dessert...but when you're no longer hungry...at the end you still have to pay for the toilet...simply embarrassing. The staff is very nice, though.

I know my review will not make so sense to this business as it’s convenient food at a convenient location and people here seem not care much abt food service but still I decided to write. Me and my colleague ordered together and planned to take away. While we were waiting we saw a customer came back with their take away bag and it seems there was sth wrong with their oder (probably missing sth). We should expect it happened to us too 😅Good thing was that we decided to eat there and didnt mind to come back to the counter to claim (in the nice way) as our pommes frites were missing. Then we recognized that there was no ketchup and mayonnaise included as usual ( I was confused as it’s often included or I need to order it but I always got them when ordering for taking away), and with those things we ordered we couldn’t eat well without the sauce. I came back to ask again and the guy just seemed annoyed throw one ketchup on the counter for me. I tried to understand as it might be busy at the moment but felt offended if he did it to German too regarding his style of service or just racist to me. I didn’t do anything wrong. In the end of course it’s not a restaurant but still need a bare minimum of standard.

I can't rate the food because I didn't receive it. We were on our way to an appointment and had a few minutes to spare, so we figured we'd grab two chicken burgers to go and go! It shouldn't take that long. Haha... After about 20 minutes, our order number was displayed on the monitor as 'ready for pickup,' after two or three people who had ordered after us at the terminal had already been given priority. After another 10 minutes, I asked how long it would take, since it was only two chicken burgers. "Yes, right away! Just a moment," and two people were ahead of us again. We were already late for our appointment anyway. We then decided to leave, without a burger and without a refund. One employee obviously made an effort and was quick, but unfortunately, she seemed a bit rushed. The other lady was... well... even a step slower, and she could have been sleeping on her feet. I've never experienced such a bad McDonald's branch!

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to! The fries were cold and the burger was also cold. The wraps were done wrong. The table was completely dirty and was only roughly wiped down with a cloth after being requested and rather reluctantly... which actually only spread the sauce residue around, but did not remove it. In response to the complaint (initially the gentleman behind the counter ignored us and simply talked past us to the guest behind us as if we weren't even there and hadn't said anything) at least the correct wrap was delivered and an apple turnover as compensation... also cold again. No ten horses would get me in there again!!

Unfortunately, this company appears to have been massively understaffed for at least a year now. An order that was supposed to be brought to the table wasn't there after 25 minutes. I went to the counter and asked that the food be brought to the table in a bag because so much time had passed that I had to take the food with me. I go back to the table where the food was ordered. After another 5 minutes I go to the front again only to see that the food was placed on the counter and had already cooled down. There was neither an apology nor an explanation as to why the items were not brought to the agreed table as stated in the order. Fortunately, there are friendlier employees in the branch than the one who “served” me today. But after the developments of the past few months, one can unfortunately only say: Your service is really lousy.

I'm really disappointed. I actually have a positive attitude towards McDonald's branches. A friend and I wanted to order the Minecraft menu from this branch after the Minecraft film. We asked before we ordered whether the toys were still there. We were told yes. The only ad on the Minecraft menu was the Happy Meal. “That makes sense,” we thought and ordered it. Instead of the toys that are advertised everywhere, we got strange plastic cubes. We respectfully asked at the checkout if we could exchange at least two of the actual toys for one. We were harshly rejected because we were simply “unlucky”. Nowhere was the actual menu signposted, which included the toys from the advertisement. Why did we even come to this store... What a shame.

I came to McDonald's to pick up a toy from the collection, but they only give out the HappyMeal ones. Bad attitude and bad service. The first day these toys were delivered, no one told us they were running out and we only got what was left.

Burgers are always cold and dry. Drinks are not carbonated or cola only tastes like water. Fries are never fresh. Totally labyrinthine. There is a laundry man who seems to be an old manager who treated customers badly and it feels like he is the one paying the money not us customers. I was waiting for my food, a young man who appeared to work in food delivery came in, shouting and talking to him in a really provocative way.

The day the burger flew I went to McDonald's, happy and cheerful, but my Big Mac just stayed there. I politely asked, “Where’s my menu?” The employee looks – I don’t know why – so grimly. I ordered 2 take out menus and they got them both wrong. In one case, a completely different order was even placed and an entire burger was missing. Also when I picked up my order they tried to take my receipt which is illegal.

The burgers are pure chemistry -Shakes and ice cream only half full -Partial total technical failures at the terminal -Hygiene needs improvement -All in all, it's often a bum hangout -Employees look completely overworked and sad, which dampens the mood in the store. Maybe better pay here?

I was in this McDonald's branch last night and I'm sorry to say that it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. The manager seemed extremely unfriendly towards both guests and staff. While I was standing at the screen to order, I observed him talking loudly to a member of staff, obviously in an aggressive tone, which was really inappropriate, especially in front of the customers. He was also curt with the guests and seemed annoyed when I had a question about my order. This spoiled the whole atmosphere in the restaurant. The rest of the staff tried their best to be friendly and helpful, but it was clear they were under pressure. I can only hope that management changes their attitude because this is not how anyone wants to be served, neither as a guest nor as an employee. I will avoid this branch for now.

Actually there is not much to rate in a McDonald's outlet as long as everything goes well. In this case it was all okay. Citizens and fries were slightly warm

Ordered food via Uber eats and seriously had meat nuggets instead of nuggets in a vegetarian Happy Meal. Gift was also missing. Incredible!!! And it wasn't a huge order. A happy meal and a McMenu. It still seems to have been too difficult to read the note correctly.
