I was in this McDonald's branch last night and I'm sorry to say that it was one of the most unpleasant experiences I've ever had in a fast food restaurant. The manager seemed extremely unfriendly towards both guests and staff. While I was standing at the screen to order, I observed him talking loudly to a member of staff, obviously in an aggressive tone, which was really inappropriate, especially in front of the customers. He was also curt with the guests and seemed annoyed when I had a question about my order. This spoiled the whole atmosphere in the restaurant. The rest of the staff tried their best to be friendly and helpful, but it was clear they were under pressure. I can only hope that management changes their attitude because this is not how anyone wants to be served, neither as a guest nor as an employee. I will avoid this branch for now.

Actually there is not much to rate in a McDonald's outlet as long as everything goes well. In this case it was all okay. Good day! I just came out of MacDonald's on Barbarossaplatz completely outraged! As I took my order, I was immediately approached by a homeless man who stood just inches away from me and persistently pointed out what I should buy for him. After I declined, I saw him walk up to a group of young teenage girls and then to a poor kid who bought a menu from him. All of this happened with the inaction of the waitress, who saw exactly what was going on. When I went out I found the child lying on the ground with his arms crossed looking at the ground. I didn't know that it was normal for children to be blackmailed here under the eyes of the staff. I understand that it is dangerous to intervene, but that is your job and your responsibility. That's a shame. P.S. Please excuse my German, I'm abroad.

I would prefer not to leave a single star! After we ordered at the terminal we saw mice running through the store and through the kitchen. Schon wieder: uralte burger von letzter woche bekommen. Nicht megr essbar und einfach nur unverschämt bei den preisen... Trotz Vorbestellung ewig gewartet und die Burger waren trotzdem trocken und super alt. Und das obwohl nichts los war.

Können nichts schlechtes sagen, vor allem über das Personal. Das es mal länger dauern kann, liegt auch am Mangel der Mitarbeiteranzahl. Trotzdem schaffen sie es, einem das Essen auch an den Tisch zu bringen. Stets freundlich. Essen und Ambiente typisch McDonalds. Nicht besser und schlechter als das, was man kennt. Am Schoko Milkshake darf gearbeitet werden, ist immer eher ein Vanille shake als alles andere.

Mäuse im Restaurant … Zum einen haben die Mitarbeiter es nicht hinbekommen in 25 Minuten meine Bestellung fertig zu machen obwohl sie die ganze Zeit dort schon stand es fehlte nur ein wrap. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir dann mein Essen gegeben und der wrap sollte mir zum Tisch gebracht werden . Dieser kam ca 30 Sekunden später dann KALT am Tisch an … Und zum anderen laufen im Restaurant Mäuse durch die Gegend , was absolut nicht dem hygienischen Standard entspricht … Hätte ich nicht so Hunger gehabt wäre ich sofort wieder gegangen ….

Leider fehlt es an der Beachtung grundlegender Hygieneregeln. Zwar trägt das Personal blaue, müllbeutelähnliche Handschuhe. Aber mit diesem Handschuhen wird alles angefasst: die Kasse, Einrichtungsgegenstände, Fritteuseneinsätze und schließlich die Nuggets.

Pub and bar hopping around this part of the city we decided to drop into this McDonald's outlet for a quick bite to eat and I must say we had another great visit here. A good looking McDonald's outlet, light and airy, modern decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this fast food outlet . We ordered a double cheeseburger, fries and cola, service was quick, we grabbed a table were we munched through our burger meals which I must say were totally delicious, the thing is you know what you're getting with a McDonald's burger meal, we left here happy and full ,its a McDonald's outlet easy to locate on Barbarossaplatz and well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Zum dritten Mal bestelle ich Pommes, Cheeseburger, ohne Getränk und bekomme wesentlich weniger als das Bestellte. Nice to have um die Ecke, der franchise Partner muss sich aber ändern.

Beim bestellten war ein Fleischpatty beim McPlant drauf und kein BeyondMeat Patty, sowas darf nicht passieren. Haben es nicht reklamiert, das nächste Mal werden wir das immer vorher kontrollieren.

Der schlimmste McDonalds Laden, den ich je besucht habe. Personal komplett inkompetent, es wird nicht das geliefert was bestellt wurde und in reden, geschweige von sprechen ist meine 7 jährige Enkelin besser. Dazu ist es dreckig, die Tische kleben und dort wimmelt es von farbigen, die dort laut Party machen.

In 20 Minuten keine Bestellung fertig bekommen obwohl nichts los war und der Zug fast verpasst wurde. Dumme Sprüche und dreck auf der Theke und auf dem Boden entsprechen bestimmt nicht dem Standard. Katastrophaler Besuch…

Teils unfreundlich und die Bestellungen an den Terminals kompliziert, reagieren teils gar nicht oder nur schwer, und hat die Bestellung nur verkompliziert
