It was quite pleasant to communicate with the visitors and the service, the food was not very tasty and the one where one of the cutlets in the burger was bitten, as soon as I noticed this I immediately complained to the staff, the burger was immediately replaced and they gave 1 in compensation for the fact that the burger was bitten, such an assessment

Actually there is not much to rate in a McDonald's outlet as long as everything goes well. In this case it was all okay. Except for the fact that this place had a digital beamer game for children, that my kids could use and play. The outlet itself was clean as clean as it gets in. McDonald's outlet. The staff was friendly.

The citizens were cold even though I ordered extra. And it wasn't very clean either.

Ordered food via Uber eats and seriously had meat nuggets instead of nuggets in a vegetarian Happy Meal. Gift was also missing. Incredible!!! And it wasn't a huge order. A happy meal and a McMenu. It still seems to have been too difficult to read the note correctly.

Finally I can experience this, this McDonalds gets a lot of praise. Finally a burger 🍔 🍔 what it looks like, the Mc Crispy BaconTs... Yes, I like it

Unfortunately, I have ordered food there several times via delivery services and picked it up from the branch and something has ALWAYS been missing. Most recently, out of an order of 2 menus, McNuggets and a few cheeseburgers (approx. 40€), only the two fries and 3 cheeseburgers arrived 😅

Good day! I just came out of MacDonald's on Barbarossaplatz completely outraged! As I took my order, I was immediately approached by a homeless man who stood just inches away from me and persistently pointed out what I should buy for him. After I declined, I saw him walk up to a group of young teenage girls and then to a poor kid who bought a menu from him. All of this happened with the inaction of the waitress, who saw exactly what was going on. When I went out I found the child lying on the ground with his arms crossed looking at the ground. I didn't know that it was normal for children to be blackmailed here under the eyes of the staff. I understand that it is dangerous to intervene, but that is your job and your responsibility. That's a shame. P.S. Please excuse my German, I'm abroad.

Typical McDonalds experience. You go there when nothing else is available and it's convenient. The cleanliness of the dining room/tables varies - the food is usually as expected.

Sprite tastes like water, burger put together incorrectly namely 2 bottom parts but no top with sesame - that's why unfortunately only 2 or 3 stars

I would prefer not to leave a single star! After we ordered at the terminal we saw mice running through the store and through the kitchen. We then passed it on to the staff who were working and had already seen the mice and they didn't do anything about it, as if the rodents were some kind of family or something... this store is incredible!

The service was pretty bad. Nothing to do, but you wait several minutes to be served. The restaurant is dirty. There is still rubbish on several tables and the tray trolley is overflowing. But no one is interested.

I was there and ordered from home via the app. The employee at the checkout just said something had been received but hadn't been paid yet. Then I ordered and paid myself via TouchTablet, but I was afraid that they would spit in my food or something because there were always looks coming from the kitchen. I asked the employee if I could go to the toilet 20 minutes before the store opened in the morning. Was very urgent. He didn't even allow this when I offered him 50 euros. There is a lack of humanity here.

There were problems with the order three times in a row: either it was the wrong order or something was missing. Even though the sealed package said it was supposed to contain burgers, they still weren't in it. When they called, they initially acted as if they had overlooked the problem, but at least the money was refunded. Nevertheless, I can only recommend that everyone always open the package and check it again, even if it is annoying. A driver didn't want to come up and argued, even though the only reason you ordered was to avoid having to go out the door. Plus, I always tip well. Other drivers don't bother at all and call if there are problems. This takes away the desire to eat. After all the trouble, we don't order there anymore.

The scheduled vote in your restaurant was really an unparalleled disappointment. My 3 friends and companions had to wait over 15 minutes for 9 McChickenNuggets and a café. I was looking forward to a Royal BBQ Bacon. It looked so delicious on the ordering terminal. What I got was total disappointment: bland, dry, just a hint of BBQ sauce, actually skimped on all the ingredients and that cost me 10.29 euros in the menu! Price/performance a disaster. Schon wieder: uralte burger von letzter woche bekommen. Nicht megr essbar und einfach nur unverschämt bei den preisen... Trotz Vorbestellung ewig gewartet und die Burger waren trotzdem trocken und super alt. Und das obwohl nichts los war.

Können nichts schlechtes sagen, vor allem über das Personal. Das es mal länger dauern kann, liegt auch am Mangel der Mitarbeiteranzahl. Trotzdem schaffen sie es, einem das Essen auch an den Tisch zu bringen. Stets freundlich. Essen und Ambiente typisch McDonalds. Nicht besser und schlechter als das, was man kennt. Am Schoko Milkshake darf gearbeitet werden, ist immer eher ein Vanille shake als alles andere.

Ich hatte auch keinen Stern gegeben aber das ging nicht ES WAR SCHRECKLICH DAS ESSEN WAR FURCHTBAR ICH MUSSTE 1H AUF TOILETE UND HOFFE DARAUF DAS ICH KEINE ESSENS VERGIFTUNG BEKOMMEN WERDE. Das Öl ist ranzig und der ganze Ort auch. Mäuse im Restaurant … Zum einen haben die Mitarbeiter es nicht hinbekommen in 25 Minuten meine Bestellung fertig zu machen obwohl sie die ganze Zeit dort schon stand es fehlte nur ein wrap. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir dann mein Essen gegeben und der wrap sollte mir zum Tisch gebracht werden . Dieser kam ca 30 Sekunden später dann KALT am Tisch an … Und zum anderen laufen im Restaurant Mäuse durch die Gegend , was absolut nicht dem hygienischen Standard entspricht … Hätte ich nicht so Hunger gehabt wäre ich sofort wieder gegangen ….

Wie jeder Mc Donalds. Leider gab es nur aufgehangene Mülltüten. Optisch nicht sehr schön.

Leider fehlt es an der Beachtung grundlegender Hygieneregeln. Zwar trägt das Personal blaue, müllbeutelähnliche Handschuhe. Aber mit diesem Handschuhen wird alles angefasst: die Kasse, Einrichtungsgegenstände, Fritteuseneinsätze und schließlich die Nuggets.

Pub and bar hopping around this part of the city we decided to drop into this McDonald's outlet for a quick bite to eat and I must say we had another great visit here. A good looking McDonald's outlet, light and airy, modern decor and furnishings and plenty of seating options spread throughout this fast food outlet . We ordered a double cheeseburger, fries and cola, service was quick, we grabbed a table were we munched through our burger meals which I must say were totally delicious, the thing is you know what you're getting with a McDonald's burger meal, we left here happy and full ,its a McDonald's outlet easy to locate on Barbarossaplatz and well worth checking out if you're in the area.

Zum dritten Mal bestelle ich Pommes, Cheeseburger, ohne Getränk und bekomme wesentlich weniger als das Bestellte. Nice to have um die Ecke, der franchise Partner muss sich aber ändern.

Beim bestellten war ein Fleischpatty beim McPlant drauf und kein BeyondMeat Patty, sowas darf nicht passieren. Haben es nicht reklamiert, das nächste Mal werden wir das immer vorher kontrollieren.

Der schlimmste McDonalds Laden, den ich je besucht habe. Personal komplett inkompetent, es wird nicht das geliefert was bestellt wurde und in reden, geschweige von sprechen ist meine 7 jährige Enkelin besser. Dazu ist es dreckig, die Tische kleben und dort wimmelt es von farbigen, die dort laut Party machen.

In 20 Minuten keine Bestellung fertig bekommen obwohl nichts los war und der Zug fast verpasst wurde. Dumme Sprüche und dreck auf der Theke und auf dem Boden entsprechen bestimmt nicht dem Standard. Katastrophaler Besuch…

Dieser Mc Donalds ist sehr sehr schlecht nicht nur das hier das Essen teilweise kalt ankommt muss man sich dabei auch Leute angucken die hier rumschreien und rumhusten und hier sich gleichzeitig 2 Leute prügeln 1stern jedoch bekommt die Toilette von mir aber grundsätzlich geht hier nicht hin

Gegen 23 Uhr dort gewesen. 2 bestelltterminals waren kaputt. Hat bei der geringen Anzahl an Terminals gravierende Auswirkungen. Hinter dem Tresen war auch kein Personal zu sehen. Nach 5min Wartezeit auf Personal oder auf ein freies Terminal sind wir gegangen. Einfach indiskutabel!!

Eigentlich hat das Restaurant nicht einmal den einen Stern verdient. Zunächst fehlte das Getränk der Bestellung. Dann fanden wir ein dickes schwarzes Haar im Essen. Beim Versuch der telefonischen Reklamation wird man erstmal weggedrückt. Als doch jemand ans Telefon ging, wurden wir angeschrien. Man sollte ja meinen, dass es das Mindeste ist, dass die ungenießbaren/fehlenden Teile anstandslos ersetzt werden. Fehlanzeige. Geld hat man komplett aus dem Fenster geworfen, denn ganz ehrlich, wer möchte nach so einem Fund noch das andere Essen anrühren.

Bisschen Eng vorne und keine wirkliche Sitzmöglichkeit, wenn man nur auf seine Bestellung wartet. Oft falsche Bestellungen in der Tüte, dass Essen ist kalt und/oder man muss ewig warten. Freundlichkeit wird hier auch eher klein geschrieben. Die Bestellautomaten funktionieren auch des öfteren nicht und auf Toilette darf man gelegentlich auch nicht drauf; grundlos wohlbemerkt. Habe selten so eine schlechte Filiale im Zentrum erlebt.
