Tastes worse than other branches, takes longer and something is always missing.

So it's okay. Unfortunately, I have to ask the staff to clean my table and chairs almost every time I visit.

Incredibly slow. The bacon was missing on the double down. Fries cold as we had to wait for other things

This time everything was fresh because there were a lot of people in there. You had to wait about 10 minutes, but it was better that way than eating a piece of chicken that had already been kept warm for 120 minutes and of course tasted like warmed up socks

Food delicious as always. Staff helped redeem coupons and were very attentive.

Nice guy behind the counter but we had to wait 40 minutes for our order because the Drive took precedence. There were two of us with a fairly small order. Tasted fine. Hence three stars.

I like the food there. But when I order takeaway and when I get home I find that the waitress, who didn't even look at me or say hello, only packed half the chicken pieces, then I'm really upset. The service on 10/16/24 didn't deserve a single star!!!!!!

The food is fresh and tastes very tasty

We ended up late from work and this was the only KFC open late, it saved our lives because we were very hungry. It's the only fast food restaurant I go to from time to time because I can see the chicken pieces and of course, also because of the flavor. We ordered several buckets with different varieties of chicken. Unforgettable night with co-workers.

Worst store I've ever been to, wrong order 3 times, too expensive and smelly. Never again

I'm horrified! Completely uncoordinated, terminals don't work correctly, the drink dispensers are completely messed up and no employee feels compelled to clean them. Our order was left in the middle of being put together and only processed after about 10 minutes. Accordingly, everything is only lukewarm. Really not recommended...

Neither the burgers nor the fries nor the chicken bites tasted good. Everything was soggy and tasted like nothing. KFC already disappointed me in my hometown. I was hoping it would be different here. Unfortunately I was very disappointed. I won't visit KFC again for a long time.

I've always been really happy here but today I really don't see how you could do something so wrong. You order a crispy bucket and corn. You get a burger and corn. I thought it was stupid, but at least corn really has to be taken with humor. Then I bite the burger and spit it out because it's not even chicken. Just everything cold with bacon and egg on it, really disgusting.

The fries are a complete disaster. In the end, drinks that you ordered and paid for at the kiosk are not available. Staff calls out the numbers but it's hard to understand. Otherwise clean and like every KFC.

I've been struggling to buy something from a store like this for years...So I go in, go to the counter, want to order and then you're sent to a machine to order and then have to go back to the counter to pay.. ..seriously, what's the point of this shit? I drove back without buying anything. If I want to order from a vending machine, I go to the train station or buy online. Never again for me

Super dirty. The tables are sticky and there are leftover food and crumbs everywhere. You don't feel comfortable at all.

**Hygiene issues and poor management - absolutely disappointing!** This evening I went to KFC in Cologne with my cousin to get something to eat. As soon as we entered the store it was difficult to find a clean place. Most of the tables were completely dirty, and the toilets also left a lot to be desired, which almost made me gag. However, after we finally found a reasonably clean table, things got even worse! While we were waiting for our food, a mouse suddenly ran through the store! I immediately went to staff and reported the incident. At first I was completely ignored, and it was only when I got a little louder that the other guests noticed what had happened. Finally, an employee reluctantly made a move and came into the store just to take a quick look and then just go back to work as if nothing had happened. As if that wasn't enough, the bucket we ordered was also poorly prepared! Parts of the chicken were undercooked and one looked really questionable. As we were leaving the store we saw a mouse trap right at the entrance in the corner next to the trash cans. Overall, I am beyond disappointed and will definitely not visit this location again. Hygiene and customer service urgently need to be improved!

Last night I was at the drive-thru. I ordered a Zinger Bürger menu. The worker gave me the bag, I didn't even check to see if anything was forgotten. When he arrived home, the citizen was missing. The most important thing in the menu. Please work more concentratedly. In addition, many workers speak very poor German.

In the restaurant it takes forever to be picked up at the counter. DriveThru seems to be preferred. The processing seems unstructured...I saw several orders that were not complete and then something had to be entered. There don't seem to be enough employees there...I was there outside of peak time on Monday at 3:30 p.m. Unfortunately, my chicken pieces were too dry and not of the usual quality. Leather upholstery spoiled. Not a good impression overall.

Update: nothing has improved, 1 car in the drive in in front of us, ordered, sent to the parking lot to wait when paying, hot wings should take 4 minutes. After 15 minutes I went into the store and all I heard was, "Oh yeah, I'll finish it quickly." Service was just terrible. After a total of 19 minutes we left the drive in. ||| We get food here so often, it always takes a long time, the queue is long, it's ok, you can live with it if it's quick after ordering. But having to wait 31 minutes in the parking lot after ordering is too long and it was almost cold. That should be improved.

Typical food for KFC. Unfortunately you can't seem to order fries without salt at the "kiosk". At least not found by 3 people. Ask the staff immediately after ordering. Of course it didn't work. I then ordered again. Waited almost 10 minutes until I got another chip with salt. Conversation with the employee (too much to write) was unsuccessful and the rest of my food was cold. There is no table service. Overall, the staff seemed overwhelmed, very unmotivated and uncoordinated.

KFC has a problem with the systemic processing of incoming orders. At McDonald's this process is much better designed. 35 minutes to put together a meal for a family of 4 is clearly too long. Orders from 1 to 2 people are repeatedly brought forward and the “large” orders are left behind. In the end you have to check everything and there is ALWAYS something missing. I had already had the same (bad) experience in Hanau. For this type of "service" the food from KFC is too expensive. KFC also does not offer table service. I'd rather go to McDonald's. The problems mentioned above do not exist there.

Unfortunately, after complaining twice and explaining that they were unable to prepare the fries without salt. They became quite unfriendly and it took a long time. Hygiene toilet area was very nasty and smelly, according to the hygiene list, the last time it was cleaned was 4 1/2 hours before our visit.

UPDATE: Revisited after a year and still disgusting. Everything from the chicken to the toilets is disgusting. How can you make chicken wings so bad? Just completely oily and half of all the wings are dark brown, hard and cold. They definitely stay there longer. The hot wings simply taste disgusting every time. Really inedible even after replacement. First they're just completely soaked and then they look like they've been left in the deep fryer for a few hours.

A pure disaster, worked for over 30 minutes, staff does NOT understand GERMAN, toilets are very dirty, and staff does NOT wash their hands after a bowel movement and immediately grab groceries. Never again!!!

We just ordered via Uber Eats, it was delivered to us but some parts were missing. We ordered the Big Home Bundle for 4 people. At first everything seemed ok, but we noticed that there were fewer chicken crispies in the bucket than were ordered. There should be 8 Crispies in the bucket, among other items. But there were only 4 of them inside. We paid €50 for the entire order, so not that little money. We think it's cheeky that no one really pays attention to the order and they just hand it over without checking whether everything is correct. If I could, I would give 0 stars.

Today I had order number 307 and today I ate the worst burgers of my life. The bread was so hard you thought it had been in the cupboard for 2 years. Straw was thrown into my car when I dived in. Simply incredible.

I visit KFC regularly and have always been satisfied, but my last visit was really disappointing. I ordered a menu via the app that, according to the restaurant staff, doesn't even exist. When I placed the order online again to make sure, it said again that it wasn't available. They refused to cancel my order and the worst thing was the behavior of the staff: they laughed at me and were extremely rude. I have never experienced such unprofessional and disrespectful behavior! Normally the staff here are always friendly, but this time it was really bad. I hope KFC takes care of things like this so that something like this doesn't happen again.

The two of us used the drive-thru and ordered a bucket menu. At the payment window we were promised a timely delivery to the car. After about 15 minutes I went to the counter and based on the number already displayed, which corresponded to the receipt, the delivery should have already been made. After I was able to speak to an employee about it, the paper bag with our order was found inside other paper bags. The food was no longer completely fresh, the fries were already soggy. The team probably had a bad day and the employee apologized for the missed delivery. An offer for a refill for the drinks would have been better, after all, the fries should come to the customer fresh. I would like the team to have the opportunity to handle such errors in a more customer-friendly manner, but I am sure from positive experiences with KFC that this negative experience is very rare.

Burger was cold after waiting forever

10 euros for two fries you are crazy, the quality is getting worse and worse, everything is overpriced and no longer tastes good at all, we are out as customers. Poor Germany!!

We were there on August 4th, 2024 after the reopening in the evening. Ordered at the drive in. So far everything is good. But.......waited almost 50 minutes for the order. Went in every now and then. The entire staff was completely overwhelmed. When our food finally came, half of it was missing. The salad for 8.90 is a joke. The leaves are partly wilted. The chicken not crispy. It was definitely the last time there for us.

Constantly forgetting parts of the order. You have to run after it to get everything.

You can see that reviews can't be right. They've been closed for over a week, but they still receive positive reviews... Very questionable.

Unfortunately the employees seem very unprofessional and uninterested. The hygiene in this branch is very bad. Mice run around freely despite the traps being set up and the employees don't seem to be interested in that at all. In the summer there are too many flies in the store, it would be unimaginable if they laid their eggs on food. At the moment the store is closed, I hope it's due to a mouse clearance.

So the food is just like at KFC, but I regularly get the wrong food here. Nowhere does this happen more often, regardless of the chain, than here at this KFC

Then rats tend to run around in front of the restaurant. The tables are actually always dirty and you have to clean them as best you can before sitting down. Yesterday I looked in vain for staff to walk around and clean. You seem to save money on it and the disgust of cleanliness in a restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. The chicken burger I ordered was good to eat but, as expected from a chain of this type, not a culinary enrichment. Like the competitors, the prices have skyrocketed and are disproportionate to what a snack bar chain offers. The modern touch displays for ordering and payment create an atmosphere of soulless cold. Waiting time bearable but not fast. The outside area was not particularly inviting, there was leftover food and packaging everywhere. In any case, look for promotions and offers beforehand as you can save a lot. For the price of a regular menu (around €15) you can also get handmade food elsewhere.

Just when I thought that the majority of bad KFC's had ended up here in Hanover like hell, I came across this one. I had a chicken menu with crispy, fillet bites, hot wings and a chicken portion. All of it was dry and cold. There was only Pepsi zero, at schwip schwap there was a strange orange soda. But there were chili cheese fries here, which unfortunately we haven't had for a long time and at least the toilet was clean, which I don't know about here either. I would actually give 1 star for food but the chili cheese fries were delicious.

Service was a disaster...very unfriendly...and chaotic...why can't you pay at the terminal?no lids and no drinking straws...chicken partly raw...buckets taste more like breading than chicken. Toilet should also be cleaned sometimes...

So first of all, 1 star is too much. It would be best for employees to be trained again on how to deal with customers and to recognize their own guilt. So… My food was ready and my partner then heard one guy say “you should have let me know earlier” hey no, that’s not possible. I will definitely complain to the boss again!!! So rude, slow and unable to be competent.

The place is getting worse and worse. Most of the tables are dirty. Last time I was there, every single table was dirty except for one. The toilets are a no-go zone. Urine pools, dirt of all kinds and a bad smell are actually normal in toilets. The food is okay, but considering the cleanliness of the place, I don't know if it's safe to eat. The preparation takes far too long. A waiting time of up to 30 minutes is conceivable. Unfortunately, the order is usually never complete. Drive-in should be used with caution. There are more things missing when ordering here than when you order in a restaurant. Therefore, a trip to the restaurant to get the missing items is unavoidable. Outside the "restaurant" it is also dirty. Whether in the outdoor area or in the parking lot, there is an abnormal amount of rubbish lying around. If you could get rid of that, maybe you wouldn't have such a rat problem around the store 😉

Rarely have I seen such a dirty toilet. Where is the health department? Given the understanding of hygiene, the kitchen cannot be cleaner. I decided not to order there.

We were at the KFC drive-thru at 5:40pm today and experienced an altercation. We were at the drive-thru and wanted to order something, which unfortunately wasn't offered. When we tried to see what we could take instead, we were treated rudely and disrespectfully. We had to endure very bad disrespect and being yelled at. There was no car behind us and we just wanted to take a quick look to see what we could take instead as we rarely go to KFC and were unsure. There was no advice, no "customer is king", but rather immediate complaining from the woman that we should hurry up. When we tried to speak to the manager, the man yelled at us and was verbally disrespectful. Where do you experience something like that? Never again to this KFC and not recommended.

Well, it's just a fast food chain. Go in, eat an appetite suppressant and then quickly go again. Doesn't invite you to linger for long.

If I could give zero stars, I would give zero stars. I was just there and ordered using the touch pad. Unfortunately I didn't receive a receipt. When I went to the checkout to order again, the cashier couldn't speak German. He called a colleague, who couldn't help either because he didn't speak German either. Another employee was then called, but he was busy as he was serving drive-thru customers. Meanwhile, I was held up for 1-2 minutes and then sent aside so other customers could be served. There was a couple standing behind me. As they began to place their order, the cashier asked if they could perhaps order via the tablet. However, the woman wanted to order on the spot, but since the cashier didn't really respond, they went to the tablet. I also heard that cups were forgotten here and there. After 10 minutes I was served but the third employee somehow couldn't help me as he was busy and asked me to queue again...

At the drive-in you are rudely and pressured to drive up to the waiting bay. Apparently because you can't hear the next customer when the sensor is turned off. In fact, this happens even when no one is behind me. You dawdle during the preparation and don't want it to be registered on the sensor. You probably have to fulfill a quota that you are not able to do here. The food here is not “fast”. Quality is typically good for KFC.
