Food was delicious, but had to wait a long time

I ordered a family package, they waited a long time, they didn't deliver it, the staff is completely useless, they work slowly and not carefully, how long I waited for each order I saw that people brought it back or didn't deliver it and mixed it up... and after I ate 2 hours later I felt sick and got food poisoning

It took a very long time for the menu to arrive for my friend. He only had 1 fries, a burger and 2 nuggets and it took 30 minutes!!!!!

Filling station broken!!! You can't refill your drink anymore!!! I'll never come here again!!! Employees pour drinks from plastic bottles into paper cups because the filling stations are supposedly broken.

Unknown advertising poster: It's irritating that the staff isn't familiar with the large poster in front of KFC. When deals are advertised there, customers shouldn't be fobbed off with "I don't know." The ice cream machine is constantly broken: The ice cream machine has been out of service three times already during warm weather—that doesn't seem like a coincidence.

I placed an order online, but unfortunately, I couldn't complete it in the app. However, the order had already been paid for. The only way to cancel was via a phone number, but I couldn't reach anyone at that number. So I wrote an email. I received a call about a week later, saying I could either still get my order or get my money back. I still haven't seen my money.

First, we waited more than half an hour for the food we ordered. Then a burger was missing. We waited another 35 minutes for it. The Korean crispy burger and the fries were cold, and the Coke was really warm and still not carbonated. This is unacceptable!

Extremely long wait times and unfriendly staff! I won't be visiting this place again.

Certainly, yes. Service is better than at Burger King (but that doesn't mean much). Prices are now borderline exorbitant. Wings are still only "spicy" even after 20 years.

1: How is it possible that the employee doesn't recognize the poster on the grass between KFC and the street? Everyone drives by there?! When some deals are advertised there and people like me come by for them, I'm fobbed off with: "I have no idea what it says." 2: Whenever it's warm and I want ice cream for dessert, the machine is broken. I've experienced this three times.

Very dirty inside and we waited 20 minutes to order

Once again, we had to wait a very long time for our order, or rather, we were simply forgotten. After we complained about our order, it became a bit hectic. Apparently, a product was being freshly prepared, and that takes time. Unfortunately, several buckets had already been sent out before us, because they had placed their orders much later. And there were significant complaints because something was always missing or wrong, which we noticed during our wait.

Although the place was packed with customers, the service was good, and the staff were always ready to help. I came because I saw the specials in the advertisement, and so my family, my children, and I enjoyed the delicious food. 🫶🏻

1 star – and even that's just for the packaging. I don't know if I ended up at KFC or in an abandoned school cafeteria. The food was served with less love than my math teacher after sixth period. The sauce was either invisible or only present as a rumor – I had more taste for a spoonful of tap water. The "meat" (if you want to call it that) tasted like it had been briefly tossed in the drain, left to dry in the sun, and then served with a tired look. Crispy on the outside, existentially sad on the inside. And those bites?! I swear, I once accidentally tried a piece of rabbit droppings (don't ask...), and it was better seasoned. How do you manage to bread something so that it tastes of absolutely nothing – respect, that's almost an art. Service? Also great. The employees look at you like you'd just interrupted their lunch break with a megaphone. Kindness was probably deep-fried there at some point and washed down with a Coke. Bottom line: If you really want to get angry about your life, go to KFC. It's like fast food, only without the "fast" and the "food."

Waited 30 minutes for the order. The potatoes were cold. Instead of preparing orders, people chatted at their desks.

The food was standard KFC. Oily, crispy, chicken goodness. :-) The fries were better cooked than the other KFC branches I have visited. Although this branch needs someone to clean the tables and chairs more frequently because the customers are not so clean. Small kids, puberty kids, who spit ice on each other, etc. The toilets also need frequent checks for soap.

We waited a very long time for the order. And the toilet was dirty. But overall everything is good!

But the cleanliness here urgently needs to be checked by the public order office. 🤦🏻

The best KFC in Europe, and the workers are very friendly.

The breading of the classic bites was great! My order was ready within 2-3 minutes. Definitely recommended!

Service was very bad, they treated customers like dogs. An employee who worked there, who looked like Nutella, was very rude to us, even though we were friendly to him.

The chiken was verry good. De mash potato on point and the salad to.

1 crispy and 2 hot wings were missing from my bucket, the cheese was missing from my burger and the sauces that I had specially ordered were also missing. And this is not an isolated case. Chicken or something else is always missing. Really cheeky, especially given the expensive prices. 🥲 So you can't order anything to take away, just disappointing!!!!

Prices have generally increased but the burgers were ok. The service was very lifeless and unmotivated.

The service employee was friendly. The guest room is relatively clean. The food was ok, unfortunately the breading wasn't crispy. It was relatively loud.

I recently ate at KFC and had a really great experience! The restaurant was clean, ordering was quick and the food was fresh and tasty. A very special thank you goes to the shift manager Mohamed - he was incredibly friendly, professional and made sure everything ran smoothly. Today, I visited the KFC restaurant on Frankfurter Straße. The restaurant was very clean, and all the employees were extremely friendly. Were just in this branch and wanted to order. 2 machines didn't work. We wanted to order at the counter. The employees were extremely unfriendly. They said only on the computer. 'We then said we'd rather go to McDonalds. The employee at the counter just shrugged his shoulders and turned around. We've had bad experiences with this branch the last few times, but we've never been treated so rudely. That was the last time.

Horrible! My husband and I spent 32 Euros on food here using uber eats and when we got the food a lot of our food was missing. Opened the bag we only had 2 pieces of chicken and fries. The uber driver didn’t not open the bag at all it was sealed so I know this was the store’s doing. Probably because we ordered 1hr before the store closed but that shouldn’t even matter. Also the drinks that we asked for are not even the drinks that they gave us..Everything was correct on the receipt not sure how anything was wrong or missing and now they are closed. Very upset !

Absolutely top service! I would like to give high praise: The branch manager Intisay Khader is exceptionally helpful and extremely service-oriented. Terribly long waiting times. We stood in the drive-thru for 30 minutes today and no other person was in front of us. A totally incompetent team.

The employees have no experience. I waited about 25-30 minutes just for a great deals box. The entire staff doesn't know what to do.

The food was initially satisfactory until we discovered that two burgers were no longer fresh. When we complained, we were assured that the burgers had just been prepared. However, this statement turned out to be incorrect as a colleague of mine, who works in management at KFC, was able to confirm that the burgers were not fresh. We then received two replacement burgers. In addition, we had to wait a disproportionately long time to order, even though employees noticed us but paid us no attention.

This is the only KFC I've been to so far. I've always been satisfied. The crowd isn't the best, but that's just the location. The portions are somehow smaller than before, though 😅

The staff is very friendly and helpful. I have special dietary requirements and these are also taken into account. In particular, the employee Intisar Kheder was very helpful and changed my order with 4 burgers that were not what I wanted.

You can't ask questions in the store because no one spoke German or English. I had problems with my order at the terminal. I wanted to order at the counter. It wasn't possible. Food is becoming more and more expensive at the same time it is becoming less and less. Service is almost nonexistent anymore. If everything runs through the terminals here, you can look for a wolf yourself. I think that was the last time. There aren't even any prices on the counter anymore.

So be honest! Am so disappointed. We ordered a classic burger in the menu with mayonnaise and once a burger box also with sprite and mayonnaise and 3 wings not spicy. The burger was cold for both of us and tasted bitter and the chicken was so small that I had more rolls than chicken. The wings were spicy! And the Sprite tasted like water for both of us. We also only had 1x mayonnaise. Horrible!

I was in this restaurant today. The service was excellent, especially the blonde haired woman who served me. She had a wonderful demeanor, thank you very much for that. The only thing I didn't like was that the toilets were very dirty.

I had dinner here with my friends at the beginning of the year. In the evening around 8:00 p.m. Young people with a migrant background were sitting in the corner of the restaurant and consuming laughing gas. I felt very disturbed by this and informed the restaurant. I was brushed off and nothing was done.

Embarrassing store again, 40% of the order is missing when you get home and find out, you have to call for an hour to even reach anyone in the store and in the end you are portrayed as stupid when you pay. The health department should also urgently take a look at the store. Given the prices, go somewhere else.

The seating area could benefit from a more welcoming design, but the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, which made the experience pleasant. Unfortunately, the chips I received were lukewarm at best, which was disappointing. I admit I forgot to check the temperature before leaving, but this is a detail that takeaway establishments should prioritise to ensure customer satisfaction.

We liked the chicken, Only minus was that the fries were cold. Service was alright but a little slow. The drinkstation wasn't very inviting and the drinks were absolutely watered down and cleanliness was in desperate need! Tables were downright dirty, washrooms were stinky and dirty, no paper towels, only a really dirty blow dryer and the stalls were disgusting and one door didn't even close.

It's just fast food. But if you like eating fried chicken, you'll get your money's worth here. Plus delicious sides such as the bacon cheese fries.

Forgot to add 12 Bites to a bucket order. How can you forget half your order? Not here again.

Unfortunately, the fast food restaurant has the charm of a train station waiting hall. We ordered food to go. We later discovered that there was less in the bag than what we ordered and paid for. The portions for the mashed potatoes and coleslaw were very manageable.
