Very bad KFC. Poor quality and unfriendly staff, especially the lady at the cash register (I guess of Indian origin).

That was the first and last time! The food was cold, the cheese on the burger was hard and old, and the service was unfriendly!

The food was typical KFC fare. However, the server was incredibly annoyed and didn't even greet us. She took our order rudely and then forgot the cup for the self-service drinks. If you get angry when you ask for the cup, maybe you should find another job. The tables and the floor were also in terrible condition. On the plus side, the online order was processed quickly.

€8 for a half-empty salad box, dried-out tomatoes, missing sauce and aphids… absolutely not recommended!

I got food poisoning yesterday. Never again will I eat at that restaurant.

Sometimes it's lucky, sometimes it's not. It strongly depends on the staff. They're often understaffed and can't cope with the number of customers. They hand out the wrong burgers, forget the cheese, etc. It's best to avoid peak hours.

The best thing about the "food" is probably the Pepsi, to wash it down, if you even bother to eat it. Unfortunately, I've never seen such a bad fast-food meal. KFC Gremberghoven is definitely off my list of fast-food restaurants in the future.

It was simply awful, the food was cold, my brother got a stomachache because of it, and the order was wrong.

Very disappointing! The food at the KFC on Frankfurter Straße was cold, greasy, and simply disgusting. Furthermore, my order was wrong, and my son had a stomachache afterward. This should absolutely not happen!

What can I say? 🤔 The food is like everywhere else at KFC. The service is nice and friendly, and the restaurant is clean.

I used the drive-thru, and the point of pre-ordering online is beyond me. We went the official route and had to wait half an hour for our order. Once home, we discovered that all the extras we ordered were missing: two burgers without cheese and bacon, two orders of fries without cheese, and a veggie twister without cheese. In total, we overpaid by €6.90. A complaint submitted immediately via the website has gone completely unanswered since October 3rd. No one answered the phone. I find this unacceptable on several levels! This is not what service should be! Things can go wrong, and items can be missing from an order, but to completely ignore a complaint is simply unacceptable.

Very disappointing! We waited for over half an hour without anything happening. When we inquired, we only received an unfriendly response that the staff were "new"—but that's no excuse for such poor service. Nobody seems to take responsibility, and the wait is simply infuriating. It's a shame, we used to enjoy KFC, but we certainly won't be going back to the Porz location!

Completely overwhelmed and unfriendly staff. You wait forever only to find out that the drink you ordered is just water. Instead of getting help, you get rude and insulted. Never again.

We placed an order with delivery, the receipt did not match the amount paid, they did not add products to each item, that is, instead of 6 pieces they had 5 and so for each item, instead of 2 sauces they gave only one, very dissatisfied

My boyfriend bought us something to take home, and when we got home, he noticed that half of it was missing. I don't think there's anything else to say.

It takes over 30 minutes to prepare "fast food." No one speaks proper German, and especially if you have questions, you simply won't be understood. You're treated accusatory if you say you didn't get your drink, and it feels like a vehicle inspection is being conducted. Then they bring you the bag with trash gloves. VERY HYGIENIC!!!!!! Awkward, that was the last time.

We ordered two Gutscheins. Two veggie Twisters and a Veggie Colonel, along with three Tenders. The employee checked to make sure everything was veggie, and in the end, I got three pieces of chicken. What a disaster. If I order veggie, it means I don't eat chicken. The burger was dry. 2 centimeters of lettuce, a drop of sauce, and half a tomato slice.

Very good. I would always choose it over McDonald's and Burger King. You don't have to wait too long for the food, and it's usually delicious.

I've never had such bad KFC in my life! The fries were soggy, really soggy. The wings weren't crispy and somehow tasted weird. The chili cheeseburger wasn't even tasty; it looked rotten, but the Pepsi was drinkable :)

One star is way too many. Just disgusting. The hygiene throughout the entire room, right down to the food, was just disgusting. The burger bun was tough, but the meat was even tougher. It was probably older and had been microwaved several times throughout the day. Never again!!!!!

Basically, it's exactly what you'd expect from a fast-food joint: dirty tables, unhealthy food, unfriendly staff, ridiculous prices. I found this €6 portion of cheese bacon fries with uncooked, flaky bacon particularly disgusting. When I asked for it, I was slammed down on the dirty counter.

I thought it couldn't get any worse, until I got to KFC. Unfriendly staff with no respect for the customer, food is delivered cold. If you complain, you just get a rude response. It's just so bad. I simply can't recommend this branch. The service is simply abysmal.

We stopped by today on our way to eat. Unfortunately, the employee didn't understand us properly and packed the exact items we didn't want on the menu, instead of something else. The fries weren't cooked all the way through, there was no mayo or ketchup to be found, we got spicy wings instead of Filet Bites, and the burgers were horribly smashed together. And then we were charged €28 for two meals. More than what was on the menu. Unfortunately, we realized that too late. Then we only got two napkins—that's supposed to be enough for a drive-thru. What happened to the wipes? Poor quality, didn't really taste good.

A regular KFC, if you like chicken, you'll go in. The service is fine, but the order pickup monitor doesn't work, so there's a lot of confusion.

Unfortunately not customer friendly and especially not for Dutch people

I was at KFC today, and it was definitely my last time. I ordered a meal with a burger, three hot wings, and two sides. However, the burger was so old and rancid that the hamburger bun was completely hard. The mayonnaise and chicken didn't look very appetizing either. Resulting in the burger being inedible. It took away my appetite for the rest of the sides. I advise against this KFC; hygiene and proper food handling are not a priority here.

Well, a long wait, screaming teenagers, and the wrong food, just like many guests before... Hygiene? Well,

I've been there four times now and was disappointed each time. My meal was charged twice, even though I only ordered one and only received one. Another time I ate in the restaurant, and the staff accused me of having already received my food, which wasn't the case. Overall, the atmosphere is extremely unprofessional and not at all inviting. All of this is done to ensure that the food is served with very little seasoning, but at least it's warm. McDonald's is right around the corner anyway.

Unbelievable. This is absolutely unacceptable. A glaringly rude man didn't give me all my remaining change several times. It seemed like the men there were staring at all the women, including me. The service there was generally awful, and you could tell they all hated each other. The food was good and all, but the atmosphere there was completely dead.

Filling station broken!!! You can't refill your drink anymore!!! I'll never come here again!!! Employees pour drinks from plastic bottles into paper cups because the filling stations are supposedly broken.

I was there yesterday and bought dinner for around €35. It tasted amazing, was super fresh and delicious, and the service from the shift manager, Intisar Abdullah, was excellent. I'm very satisfied and will definitely come back.

We waited for a very long time, we stood in line for about 40 minutes, then we waited for our order for 30 minutes, they took away our cups to drink, then after about 2 hours I got food poisoning.

Colonel Sanders would turn in his grave. This branch is the worst I've ever visited. Unfriendly employees, blatant hygiene deficiencies, and even pests (discovered mouse traps in the store). I turned around straight away and left without eating anything... you've lost me as a customer forever. With these exorbitant prices, you can at least expect the basics like hygiene and good service.

Oh my goodness, how could we possibly want to eat there! Pure disappointment when you think of KFC in the old days at other places...Lukewarm fries, Coleslaw appears in all the pictures, but you can't find it on any menu or in the side orders at the ordering kiosks...The regular sloppy slop we ordered turns out to be a disgustingly sweet "Art Mirinda Zero" after pressing the button (something's wrong with the mixer!!), and the restrooms stink of urine. Luckily, we're just passing through! See you never again 👋👋

I have no idea if the store has a manager. Ordered at 10:50 p.m. Wednesday, received the food at 11:25 p.m. You could count the customers on two hands. I only wanted two Double Crispy Burgers, a fries, and a milkshake. Burgers were okay, fries were half-raw inside, and I didn't get a milkshake because the ice cream machine was broken. I wonder why the option wasn't disabled at the kiosk. I wanted mashed potatoes as a substitute, but they were also out of ice cream. So I paid for the shake and didn't get anything. I waited 35 minutes for that. I couldn't return my tray either because all the carts were full. Apparently, they don't check the restrooms either. There were just so many negative experiences in such a short time that it just has to be said. If possible: avoid this store.

Waiting 30 minutes for an order, half of the order is no longer available, the other half is completely disgusting and old, employees are obviously untrained and completely inept, the toilet hasn't been checked all day according to the list, the soap dispenser is broken, a soap sachet is lying loose on the sink, tables and floors are dirty, and the staff is unfriendly. No idea what the store manager does for a living.

Simply disgusting!! First, the condition... I asked about the order four times and still got everything wrong: wrong burgers, wrong sauces, hot drinks, and wrong side dishes... But the worst is yet to come (see picture) - the meat was only half-breaded and undercooked, so it was still tough and slightly raw inside. Bottom line: never again in my life!

Once again, the quality is extremely poor. The chicken wings are dry, some are burnt, and only 4-6 cm long. We specifically requested fresh produce when ordering. Even though we only ordered two takeaway meals, the curry sauce that comes with the crispies was missing three times. We drive 13 km each way and back. It's incredibly annoying. We won't be coming here again; management has been contacted. On top of that, we had to wait a good 17 minutes.

I had a Bites Salad and Original Bites. Unfortunately, the salad was no longer crisp, and the chicken pieces were rather mushy and peppery. It's a shame. I remembered the same meal being better at another KFC.

Quite possibly the worst KFC in Germany. Terrible service, slow delivery, consistently forgets items in orders, and even cancels order later than an hour after they're received. Just inexcusably terrible. Save your time and money.

We waited 30 minutes for our order (today, July 20th at 9 p.m.). The staff is completely overwhelmed. Four employees are wandering around aimlessly. Three racks of numbers don't know how to pronounce. Trash cans are overflowing. My request to speak to the store manager was ignored three times. Only on the fourth request, the first of which I made very loudly, was my request heard. She told me that it's not unusual to wait 20 minutes for an order.

Unknown advertising poster: It's irritating that the staff isn't familiar with the large poster in front of KFC. When deals are advertised there, customers shouldn't be fobbed off with "I don't know." The ice cream machine is constantly broken: The ice cream machine has been out of service three times already during warm weather—that doesn't seem like a coincidence.

I placed an order online, but unfortunately, I couldn't complete it in the app. However, the order had already been paid for. The only way to cancel was via a phone number, but I couldn't reach anyone at that number. So I wrote an email. I received a call about a week later, saying I could either still get my order or get my money back. I still haven't seen my money.

Certainly, yes. Service is better than at Burger King (but that doesn't mean much). Prices are now borderline exorbitant. Wings are still only "spicy" even after 20 years.

1: How is it possible that the employee doesn't recognize the poster on the grass between KFC and the street? Everyone drives by there?! When some deals are advertised there and people like me come by for them, I'm fobbed off with: "I have no idea what it says." 2: Whenever it's warm and I want ice cream for dessert, the machine is broken. I've experienced this three times.

1 star – and even that's just for the packaging. I don't know if I ended up at KFC or in an abandoned school cafeteria. The food was served with less love than my math teacher after sixth period. The sauce was either invisible or only present as a rumor – I had more taste for a spoonful of tap water. The "meat" (if you want to call it that) tasted like it had been briefly tossed in the drain, left to dry in the sun, and then served with a tired look. Crispy on the outside, existentially sad on the inside. And those bites?! I swear, I once accidentally tried a piece of rabbit droppings (don't ask...), and it was better seasoned. How do you manage to bread something so that it tastes of absolutely nothing – respect, that's almost an art. Service? Also great. The employees look at you like you'd just interrupted their lunch break with a megaphone. Kindness was probably deep-fried there at some point and washed down with a Coke. Bottom line: If you really want to get angry about your life, go to KFC. It's like fast food, only without the "fast" and the "food."
