Absolut furchtbar. Kann ich niemandem empfehlen! Der Service ist noch schlechter als das Essen!

Die langsamste Fast-Food-Filiale, die ich je erlebt habe. “Fast Food” ist hier leider alles andere als schnell. Während Kunden warten, stehen Mitarbeiter herum und unterhalten sich. Mehrere Bestellungen nach meiner wurden vorgezogen, während ich immer noch auf mein Essen warten musste. So verliert man Kunden. Kein Wunder, dass McDonald’s nebenan deutlich voller ist.

Die blonde/rothaarige Frau war unglaublich unhöflich und rassistisch. Ich bin als Kunde gekommen, um mit meinem Geld einzukaufen, nicht um respektlos und diskriminierend behandelt zu werden. So ein Verhalten ist absolut inakzeptabel. Ich werde definitiv nicht wiederkommen.

Schlechteste Pommes , die ich probiert aber nicht gegessen habe. Diese matschige Masse ging direkt in den Müll. Normalerweise werfe ich kein Essen weg. Der Burger war auch schon semi kalt. Am besten war das Kaltgetränk...der Laden erhält null Empfehlung , ein Stern ist noch zu viel...

Sehr Dreckig, ich weiß wann die Tische zuletzt mal gründlich gereinigt wurden auf jeden Fall unhygienic dass sind keine Krümel die man mit Lappen sauber machen kann sondern richtig dreckkruste die lange nicht sauber gemacht wurde. FOTO BEWEIS habe ich auch Die Mitarbeiter sind bestimmt nicht richtig unterwiesen sie verkaufen mittlerweile chiken Produkte mit scharfer Soße und behaupten es gäbe keine Feuchttücher Wenn man mit der fettigen, scharfen Soße in Berührung kommt, dann ans Gesicht oder an die Augen, dann Möchte ich gar nicht denken, was passieren kann.

Ich bin wirklich sprachlos. Ein solch respektloses und unprofessionelles Verhalten habe ich selten erlebt. Obwohl wir bereits bestellt hatten, wurde uns untersagt, Platz zu nehmen, bevor das Essen fertiggestellt war. Der Chef trat dabei äußerst unhöflich und aggressiv auf. Noch gravierender war jedoch der Zustand des Essens. Es wirkte keineswegs frisch, zudem befanden sich Haare in mehreren Gerichten. Auch der gesamte Laden hinterließ einen unhygienischen und ungepflegten Eindruck. Unter solchen Umständen stellt sich ernsthaft die Frage, weshalb bislang keine Kontrolle durch das Gesundheitsamt erfolgt ist. Insgesamt war das eine absolute Katastrophe und mit Abstand eine der schlechtesten Erfahrungen, die ich je in einem Restaurant gemacht habe. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Sehr, sehr, sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter. Der MA hat eine halbe Stunde rum gebrüllt wegen Ketchup. KETCHUP! KFC Zentrale null Reaktion auf meine Beschwerde. Macht lieber einen Bogen, um diese Filiale.

Der Service war super, die Jungs haben echt hart gearbeitet, und das um Mitternacht! Aber anscheinend haben sie die Soße vergessen. Die war zwar auch okay, aber etwas trocken, haha.

Werde im kfc die ganze Zeit angestarrt. Die Frau an der Tehke ist absolut respektlos, mach ich hier nicht nochmal

Alte Nuggets (Original Bites) wurden uns geschickt. Die Fries waren ebenfalls kalt, obwohl ich 2 € für Priorität bezahlt habe. Alles war extrem salzig und fettig, vermutlich weil es alt war. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Nie wieder.

Total überfüllte Filiale! Kein Platz frei, nicht mal nach 10 Minuten Wartezeit! Das Essen war wie erwartet bei KFC… allerdings gab es wegen einer defekten Maschine keine Chicken Bites… kann ja mal passieren und wurde gut gelöst. Habe das Essen irgendwo auf einem Bahnsteig gegessen… Leider werde ich so schnell nicht wiederkommen.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!! Literally got food poisoning from this KFC which cost me an additional night in a hotel as I couldn't travel due to throwing up for 24hrs and have "durchfall". Would never eat at this place ever again! It was the most hellish 24hrs my body has gone through!

On December 22, 2025, between approximately 2:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m., I placed an order via Lieferando with the KFC branch at Cologne Central Station. Since the order status hadn't changed for over an hour, I called the branch to inquire about the current status and the estimated delivery time. Unfortunately, the phone call was extremely unprofessional. The employee reacted angrily, raised her voice, and essentially said something like, "How about a 'good afternoon' and 'goodbye' first?" The call was then ended without further explanation, even though we remained polite and professional. I find such behavior unacceptable and not customer-oriented. Because of this incident, I immediately canceled the order through Lieferando. I expect a company of this size to treat its customers with respect and professionalism—especially when there are legitimate inquiries about an ongoing order. Unbelievable behavior!

We were hungry and thought we'd go to KFC, but when we got there the floor was dirty. We bought 10 crispy chickens with 2 spicy creams and a BBQ dip. When we got our order, we noticed they'd given us a different sauce, so I went to the register and said we'd received a different sauce. Then the woman's voice got louder and said we'd received BBQ sauce, but since I didn't want to argue with them, I just said okay. The food wasn't the best, but it was okay. However, I would recommend you don't go there.

Avoid if possible. Limp fries, cramped seating. Got confronted by 2 homeless people and a drugged out woman at the front. Probably just a central train station thing though. If possible, go to the one at Rudolphplatz. Way nicer.

They wouldn't give us our food. We ordered it within a reasonable timeframe, in my opinion, but unfortunately it wasn't ready. I'm not blaming anyone for that, but we asked them to give us what was ready, and everything except one burger was. Unfortunately, that wasn't possible, so the staff decided we shouldn't get anything from our order at all. So stupid!

Food was standard. Service was as usual. The atmosphere was disturbed by constantly annoying people approaching you.

This KFC branch was a complete disaster, especially the staff. They were playing with the food before handing it to customers, and you don't play with food. After 10 minutes, I asked about my order, and then I received a burger that had been ready for 10 minutes and was practically cold by then – inedible. When I saw that, I completely lost my appetite. I've never experienced anything like this at other branches.

I ordered from them twice and found hair in my food both times.

No toilet for washing hands and not enough seating.

So I'm not giving any stars here unless you can go negative... the tables haven't been cleaned in 127 years. Greasy, salty sauces, leftover food and not from an hour yesterday. The first burger was kept warm for about 2 hours, the bun is great for breadcrumbs, so cold. Yes, the meat is cold, the cheese is hard. Then I complained and I can hardly believe it because I get yelled at and in other languages ​​too. What do they say to me now? ..... yes, burger number 2 ... worse than the first. Completely cold, raw cheese. And as I said, worse than the first. We got our money back but were insulted in other languages.

Very disappointing and absolutely unacceptable! We ordered two XXL meals and two burgers with strips at the KFC in Cologne Central Station. In the end, we didn't get what we paid for: • One burger was completely missing. • Instead of XXL meals, we were given the regular version. This is simply outrageous. It's not just about the money, but also about the spoiled atmosphere – we had to board the train disappointed afterward. An international company like KFC shouldn't allow this to happen. Never again at this location!

A very bad experience! The fried chicken is very fatty and tasteless, the finger-sucking original chicken is pitifully small, or simply a chicken breast full of bones. Most of the time, your number is still on the electronic display, but it doesn't update at all!! You just rely on the staff shouting. If you happen to be wearing headphones and can't hear them, you've hit the jackpot: they'll very rudely blame you. I'd rather choose McDonald's or Burger King at the train station, or just buy two sandwiches, than come here to add to the frustration of my travels!!!

I don't know if the monitor was broken or if the employees couldn't operate it. My number was in the "Preparing" section the whole time, so I waited patiently at my seat. Suddenly, however, an employee came over and shouted at me loudly in very broken German: "Why don't you pick it up?!" When I replied, "Why are you so angry?" and "It's obviously not my fault," I got no response. After a tiring day in Cologne, I was actually planning to treat myself with a visit to KFC – but this incident ruined all my anticipation. Thank you so much for this!
