Opinions can differ on the quality, appearance, and taste of the food, as well as on the price and ambiance (our experience at KFC has been better so far). BUT what's absolutely unacceptable is that people with disabilities or in wheelchairs don't seem to be among the "desired customers." The order screens are very wheelchair-friendly and easy to use (the upper half of the screen is difficult to reach). In our case, we asked an employee for help. The employee simply asked, in a bored tone, what we wanted, saying all we had to do was type in pictures. Okay, we didn't let that deter us at first (everyone has a bad day sometimes). However, the employee clearly saw that someone was in a wheelchair and that we wanted to eat inside. We placed our order for "in-house," paid, and went to find a seat. We could barely get past the first table in our wheelchair, let alone reach the second table (built-in stools in the way). Okay, so we went back to the checkout/food counter and asked if there was a different area or path for wheelchair users, because the aisle wasn't wide enough. The employee's only comment was, "We know." Our food was then lovingly tossed into several smaller bags, which were then just as lovingly placed into a larger bag. We were speechless. The next joy came when we "unwrapped" our food: No forks for the salad!!!.... We think that says it all about this KFC branch...

Lady who was handing out the orders today was absolutely rude, she got an order from a lady before me wrong and didn't even apologise. Yelled at me for delaying to pick up my food, yet she was arguing with a customer prior, absolutely unacceptable!!!

Stopped by KFC at Cologne Main Station on a busy Friday – really impressed! The service was fast and the staff were friendly, even though it was quite crowded. My food was fresh and hot, just what I needed before catching my train. Great spot for a quick and tasty meal

I can't confirm the negative reviews in my case. The employee who served us was super friendly. The food was exactly as expected. The large order took less than 10 minutes and seemed to be freshly prepared. The only negative: the fries were under-salted, but that's just about acceptable. At a fast-food chain at a train station, you always have to expect a wait, as the crowds are usually quite large. It wasn't very busy in my case, so everything was fine.

Thanks to yesterday's shift manager for a fantastic meal. I'm allergic myself and have serious problems with food. I wanted to try the new Squid Game Burger, but because I couldn't adjust anything, it wasn't possible. The shift manager, Arfan Arshad, made it possible for me; it was simply fantastic. ♡ I was there only thanks to him, and I'll be back myself just because of him.

The best KFC in Germany is a good place to negotiate. Employee Karan likes to listen to customers. No fries, but more wings.

I had to wait at Köln Hbf due to train delays. KFC was one of the few options still available at 11pm. Service was quick. Food is about what you expect from a fast food chain. Prices are alright, especially compared to other ff chains. The automated terminals were not working.

Orders aren't processed correctly either via Uber or directly in the store. Something is always missing or incorrect. Besides, I've never seen such a disorganized KFC. It doesn't matter if the store is packed during rush hour or if you order alone, the problem of missing or incorrect items or employees ignoring questions remains.

I feel bad for even 1 star as it act has to get -100 stars. I was completely disappointed with the service along with the package. Every thing was a mess in the paper bag. We received our order extremely late and passed our train. There is an another one in front of the station. Pls go there. Those employees are horrible and not educated enough.

Vegetarian dishes generally take longer here because they're probably not ordered as often and are therefore freshly prepared. Otherwise, the staff was relatively quick and friendly in the evening – be sure to bring your receipt after paying, as it will be checked very briefly when you hand out your food.

The ambiance is relative, but it's also at the main station; it doesn't have to be perfectly beautiful, just practical and clean. What I really liked today (May 22, 2025) was the shift manager's reaction! Absolutely confident, competent, and customer-friendly. When I was very surprised by the portion size of the fries. Even though the employees there only follow guidelines, I was very surprised by this. Big fries for the price, absolutely overpriced!!!! But the manager really tried very hard to calm my stressful day, or rather, after work, and my hunger. I also come from a service background and have to say that the lady (unfortunately, I don't know her name) is an absolute asset to KFC. Rules are good, but humanity in the right place is perfect!

Quickly everything solid but there are mice running around hahs

There are many bad KFCs, but this one is among my top 5 worst. The Double Crispy Burger was left in the warming rack for at least 2-3 hours... the bun was rock-hard and dried out. The staff is as friendly and service-oriented as a Belarusian border guard. The tables were probably last cleaned the day before. All in all, a special experience that no one needs.

I came to KFC and didn't have enough money. The staff were kind enough to let us take our order and pay with what we had. Other than that, the food is always fantastic.

Danger! Orders take far too long for a fast food restaurant……Please bring enough time! I just ordered and after 10 minutes only 2 orders were processed (no large orders)

On April 28th I bought a menu + 1 extra burger here before I started my trip. There was only a tiny piece of chicken on the chili cheese chicken burger that wouldn't even pass as a nugget. The bun was bone dry, as if the burger had been left in the warming area for far too long. Unfortunately the rest didn't taste good either. The chicken was dry, the burger was bland, the curly fries were soggy and not seasoned enough. And about €14 for that? Really doesn't work.

The hot wings are the best at this KFC. The newly introduced curly fries are also top-notch. I strongly recommend trying both the curly fries and hot wings. The service is quick, and the staff are very friendly.

Unfortunately not a good example for KFC. We didn't like the food. It was cold. The complaint resulted in us getting cold chicken again. We then got our money back. How can something like this happen?

Worst ever Kfc in my life. I ORDERD chicken Original 6 time and 2 times 3 Hot wings and received all the Hot wings and when I called the restaurant they said they packed all what we ordered "which is false". I am an Indian and I understand what they talked about us as we know the language hope KFC will takr action against it. Not at all datisfied with the service and behaviour of the employees of KFC.

My girlfriend and I ordered 2 menus late yesterday evening before the return trip, which were supposed to include coleslaw salad. Both salads were missing, even though we had already paid for everything. The twister potatoes were soggy and had more breading and fat than meat on the chicken legs or wings. So the whole package was very disappointing. We were so hungry for it.

Food was freshly prepared within a few minutes and also delicious. No matter what time I go there, the food is fresh. What the shop can't do is the fries. They really don't taste like anything, unfortunately. But the mashed potatoes and the gravy sauce are great.

In a mixed bucket you only get 2 instead of 3 hot wings. Doesn't it hurt when you're too stupid for even the simplest job and can't count to 3?

Always received quickly. Even with a descent time of 10 minutes... great, great, great... other users don't understand that. But overall I think the restaurant is great as an opportunity to eat something warm! ... of course sometimes (people) make mistakes, something is missing. But you can always catch up. So... keep going! Only thing...happened several times at despot. There are 20 orders in progress (which is not true) only the current show would be full of stars!

Ordered food via Uber Eats. Delivery was quick. However, the size of the chicken pieces was really an absolute joke for this price. Can't be beaten in terms of ridiculousness. This is maximum exploitation of the customer. That was the first and definitely last order!

I visited the KFC restaurant at Cologne Railway Station around 10 PM. The place wasn’t crowded, and the food was served hot, which I appreciated. However, I found it to be quite oily. One advantage of this location is that they accept KFC coupons, unlike the outlet in the main hall. It’s convenient to have a KFC inside the station, especially since it stays open until midnight. I’m writing this review at the request of the manager. While the experience was decent overall, I’m giving it three stars because of the excessive oiliness of the food. Also, keep in mind that this location doesn’t have restrooms.

Not worth a star! But since you have to give a star because you can't post anything else, please! Completely over-salted that you can hardly eat at all and then shell out €50 for it? A bit bold or not? And that's supposed to be a big box with 18 bites? Sorry, I've eaten half of it so far and that's not even 18 bites. Impudence!!! I really want at least some of my money back because the food is now going in the trash!

No KFC for years. I was so happy and I ordered as a menu and didn't get a drink. When I asked the operator replied your number please. (Invoice-receipt) I said you took that away from me. He replied NO! I haven't* I'll answer it* what? He then goes back and forth 3 times then I advised him to look in the trash can. because they always throw things in there. Found 2 minutes later! in the trash can. He gave me my drink but looked at me stupidly and didn't apologize. No problem, you will never see me here again. And there was only one guest behind me...

After a long time, I decided to order from KFC again because the queues at the bakery were simply too long and I was in a hurry. My expectations weren't particularly high and I ordered a set menu with a crispy chicken burger. The staff seemed understaffed, so it took a relatively long time to receive my take-out order. Unfortunately I made the mistake of not looking in the bag until I got to the train stop. The burger looked more than unappetizing. The meat was discolored, almost faded and gave me fears of salmonella poisoning, the lettuce was completely wilted and limp. Also, the burger bread was quite hard in some places. The fries weren't the best either. Maybe I got the samonella burger because I ordered takeout. O stars and I couldn't eat more than two or three fries. Just wasted money.

I am contacting you to express my dissatisfaction with a visit to your branch at Cologne Central Station. Unfortunately, I discovered that both the quality of the food and the hygiene on site did not meet the standards that I have come to expect from KFC. 1. Poor quality of food: The temperature of the food was insufficient, which significantly affected the taste and consistency. 2. Inadequate hygiene standards: The cleanliness of the tables and the floor left a lot to be desired. The hygiene in the distribution area was also poor, which left a bad impression.

I wanted to eat there while waiting for my train but was told the seating area was closed at that time (it was a bit past 10pm). So that was a disappointment, but otherwise the Original Bites tasted the same as the last KFC I had been to in another city.

If you order online, show your cell phone to employee A, then check your order in confusion because there isn't actually a drink, so far, so good. However, if employee B snatches the drink away and yells at you with “I have to see that (cell phone)” and then just walks away, then all in all it is very confusing and rude.

I was in KFC koln central station on Saturday 7th of December at 11.50 am, I asked if I can buy a cup of ice, they told me no ( the manger who was there ) I spoke to her but she doesn’t speak English, so I told the lady who is working there that I want to buy a bottle of water and get a cup of ice with it, the manger had a very bad attitude and she was very nervous, she doesn’t want to give me the cup of ice, the lady who is working there was very kind, she told me that I can get a very little ice in the cup with water, I agreed and told her ok I will have some little ice in the cup and will buy the water, and I thanked her then went to the manger to pay and get my order, she was still insisted to don’t gave me the cup of ice with the bottle!!!! She kept shouting and she was very nervous and told me ( I won’t give you the cup of ice ) in German What is this customer service!!!?? I’m talking about the manger who is supposing to be a role model for her teem and a good image for KFC costumers!!! She was very bad image, acting very bad for no reason, she made me loose maybe 30 minutes of my vacation for nothing, made me feel very angry and upset!! What a shame! I’m very disappointed, I won’t never deal with this branch next time when I come to koln as I’m regally come every Christmas.

I recently dined at your establishment and paid €38 for two sit-down meals. Unfortunately, my experience left me disappointed. Shortly after sitting down with our food, I was told that we needed to leave within 20 minutes. This was both unexpected and stressful, as we were trying to eat quickly while staff members were cleaning around us and making us feel rushed. While the food was okay, the service and atmosphere were not what I expected for a sit-down meal. If there are time limits for dining, these should be communicated clearly before taking orders to avoid such unpleasant situations. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future customers.

I would definitely not recommend

Poco después de sentarnos con nuestra comida, me dijeron que necesitábamos irnos en 20 minutos. Esto fue inesperado y estresante, ya que estábamos tratando de comer rápidamente mientras los miembros del personal estaban limpiando a nuestro alrededor y nos hizo sentir apresurados. Si bien la comida estaba bien, el servicio y el ambiente no eran lo que esperaba para una comida sentada. Si hay límites de tiempo para cenar, estos deben comunicarse claramente antes de tomar órdenes para evitar situaciones tan desagradables. So I don't know what's wrong there, I ordered wings and fillet bites, the taste of the fillet bites seemed very strange, as if they had been thawed and left there for a long time. There were 2 pieces of the wings that weren't wings and were completely made of bones without meat, almost a tooth was damaged.

Nuggets kalt und schmecken nach nix, zäh wie Gummi Pommes ebenfalls kalt war nix los bestimmt übrig und kalt gewordene Ware. 😡
