- The food just gets smaller and more expensive every time. - Service is okay, the employees apparently communicate with each other mostly in Hindi and some can't speak German.

I was recently in the KFC branch in Cologne Central Station and I was really horrified. The staff was extremely unfriendly and couldn't speak a word of German, which made communication very difficult. The drink selection was minimal and the food was just terrible. It didn't taste like anything, was cold and anything but fresh. I've been sick for hours because the food was so disgusting. That was definitely the grossest thing I've ever eaten. If you're hoping to get decent food here, you should definitely look elsewhere. This branch should be better closed. I recommend everyone to visit another KFC branch instead. Absolutely disappointing!

I ordered my food here and several things were missing, plus I was sick all day (vomiting and diarrhea). I think they make the food way in advance and most of it just goes bad!

I must say, the people who work here have really nice personality. I was helped twice by them without me asking. That’s really valuable.

Been there many times now, probably 8-9 times and every time the chicken is cold to lukewarm. Nothing is made fresh here. They probably prepare the food hours beforehand, so I'll never go there to buy anything again. the worst KFC branch I have visited so far!!!!!!!!

I understand this is the branch in Hauptbahnhof, which could be overwhelmed by busy customers. But, still this is a service, that offer food. I paid over 10€ for Wrapper, and I had a terrible stomach ache. The food was already dry, that I couldn’t possibly swallow without water. And the portion was a joke, which was funnily enough better for me, that gave me just a couple of hours of nightmare. NEVER EVER visit this branch. Please go somewhere else.

Some dude hit a woman and the staff were 100% ready to throw hands with the guy, had the police not intervened im sure they would have sent this guy to meet the Colonel. That's 10/10 service right there.

This place remains close for atleast 2 months in a year , and rest of the time the cooling system does not work , really happy with the employees working here , they are doing their best to make this stupid place look good , they all deserve a pay raise for sure . Unhappy with the firm .

The boss treats the employees like slaves!! We just noticed this while waiting for our food. All guests noticed how badly the team leader treated her employees. That doesn't work at all!! We were all shocked

Very good KFC experience. Definitely better than many other chain branches. Especially with the high volume of customers, good service and fresh food are definitely not a given - but that's the case here. Clear recommendation in Cologne Central Station!

It's nice that there is a KFC in Cologne central station. Unfortunately, it is often very hectic here. The premises on site are small and are not kept clean. As usual, the food is relatively the same at every KFC.

I have eaten in restaurants in different countries around the world. But going to Cologne KFC felt like going to an Indian fast food joint. When I ordered from them, I saw them talking to each other in their Hindi language. I felt that people go there to buy food very sadly. Doesn't show the slightest bit of humanity. Laugh together. Customers have to stand and watch her laugh. Anyway, I had such a disappointing experience. Then I thought I should take some photos and post them. The two men in the photo are very nasty people. Thank you🤐🤐.

The service has recently become more customer-friendly. Specifically, a guy named Ahmed was exceptionally humble and customer-friendly.

One of the worst KFC I've ever been to. The cashier staff chatted in Hindi instead of answering customers. Worst behavior and third rate service. If there is an opportunity to leave a negative review, I would use it.

Disappointed with unfriendly service and use of Hindi language among staff while customers wait. The way they speak to customers gives the impression of rudeness. Communication leaves a lot to be desired and there is the impression that customers are not being treated appropriately. Improvements in customer approach would be desirable.

Ordered a portion of fries chili. And a large portion of fries with maio. Got fries plain (rather medium to small portion). Chili sauce and maio poured together in a bowl. KFC I remember that. (Never again KFC in Germany) I would also give zero points for the two sauces. I also had a burger that I would give a two out of five possible points.

Dear KFC team, Please pay your employees appropriately so that they enjoy doing their jobs. The lady at the checkout yesterday was loud, unfriendly, aggressive to every customer and let out her anger at everyone about her poor job. Especially the customers who spoke less German. As a paying customer, you don't come to get a dose of humiliation and a bad mood. Avoid this branch in the future and anyone who has any human dignity should do so.

Save your money, don't come here! If I could give negative points, I would. Yes I know. It's tiring working at a train station and dealing with drunk people late into the night. What right you still don't have is to behave in an absolutely arrogant and disgustingly unfriendly manner. And apparently as a branch manager. When I place an order online and apparently 10% of the things are not there, I ask about the burger selection, I see 3 different types in the background and she tells me there is just one more, I say 'and what are they other varieties there" and she says "that's something different" I wonder what else might be in these burger-shaped packages. If I then place my order and PAY for it and then when I hand it over I am told that xyz are spontaneously sold out and that random, absolutely incomparable things are being put in my bag, then something has probably gone wrong. And now we come to the most important thing: the food. Cold, and disgusting. As I said. Save your money. And to the manager: you won't have heard the last from me (:

I ordered a piece of chicken and they gave me bones with very little chicken meat. Furthermore, the entire menu was excessively salty.

I would prefer to give zero stars to what I experienced there. I ordered a Chrunch Burger to take away. It was ice cold. When I said I wanted a new one, they first wanted me to pay for it again. So, I'm ordering a completely new one. I didn't see that and they started arguing with me in broken German until someone else came and then got a new burger. But then he went over, took the burger from the shelf and simply stuffed it with paper into a sandwich maker. The paper was half burned, as was the burger. I can't describe how stunned I am by this store. But you could also see that they didn't want their job and were pretty annoyed. The whole time. I normally like to eat at KFC but this train station KFC is really disgusting. Hygiene is not a priority there either.

Ich habe immer gedacht so schlechte Bewertung sind Fake aber das was in dieser Filiale abgeht unfassbar. Für 2 kleine Burger beinahe 35 min gewartet, Personals wurde unfreundlich nachdem man nachgefragt hat wie lange es noch dauert. Das Essen war zur Abholung bereit deklariert nach 15 min verschwand die Bestellung auf der Tafel und auf frage hieß es die wurden extra entfernt damit das System weiß das die Bestellung raus ging obwohl dies nicht der Fall war einmal und nie wieder

Mega unfreundliches Personal, falsche Burger bekommen, die Cheese Crunch konnte man auf den Tisch hauen, so hart waren diese.. die Hot Wings waren kalt und schluff.. auch für ein Bahnhof Restaurant muss das nicht sein!

Essen: Das Essen war wie immer. Da kann man nicht viel falsch machen. Allerdings bemängel ich noch immer, das es die Hähnchenteile nicht mehr in der Variante "Hot&Spicy" gibt. Service: Das SB-Terminal ist nicht durchdacht. Wenn man mehr bestellen, bricht es hier ab. Oder die Software hatte an dem Terminal ein Bug. Ambiente: Schneidet hier am schlechtesten ab. KFC kann nichts dafür, dass die Räumlichkeiten zu klein ausfallen. Da kann man aber etwas machen: Gäste, die bereits gegessen haben, und meinen, noch gemütlich auf ihren Zug hier sitzen zu bleiben, vom Personal bitten, für andere die Plätze zu räumen. Kommen wir zu diesen... Die Plätze sind nicht gerade sauber. Gelegentlich wird drüber gewischt (hoffe ich). Während wir hier waren (gute 30 Minuten) wurde zumindest nicht gesäubert.

Wenn ich könnte, dann null Sterne. Essen war kalt, warten musste ich fast 20 Minuten, was für sogennantes fast food zu lange ist. Leider gab es an dem Tag einen Gast, der meinte, Unruhe stiften zu müssen. Er schrie das Personal an, sie hätten den burger falsch zubereitet. Daraufhin stritt sich das Personal lautstark darüber und in der Zeit war mein Essen fertig. Dieses wurde mir dann regelrecht auf den tresen "geknallt". So gern man bei kfc isst, Finger weg von dieser Filiale.

Ich wurde von deren zinger burger vergiftet. Habe gerade 39 grad fieber und kotze mir meinem magen raus... Nicht empfohlen...

Erst musste ich über 15 Minuten auf mein Essen warten, obwohl niemand vor mir war und war das Essen kalt. Auf meine Beschwerde gab es zwar neues Essen, aber die Reaktion war ziemlich unfreundlich. Richtig sauber ist die Filiale leider auch nicht.

Das ist ein schöner Ort. Als ich mit dem Zug kam, war ich sehr hungrig. Dieser Ort war sehr hilfreich für mich. Die schnelle Bearbeitung der Bestellungen und das freundliche Personal waren ein positiver Bonus. Die bequemen Stühle und die allgemeine Atmosphäre trugen ebenfalls zu dem guten Eindruck bei. Ich werde gerne wieder hierher kommen.

Ist halt ein Bahnhof kfc, deshalb ignoriere ich vieles. Alle Knochen in meinen Wings waren gebrochen und ich bin fast daran erstickt weil die Knochen klein und spitzt sind. *sitze seit ca 1 Stunde auf Klo und fühle mich nicht gut. Ist jetzt der nächste Tag. Aber egal, es hat sich ein wenig gelohnt.

Ich habe über das Terminal bestellt. Es war sehr laut, sodass ich froh war, nur nach der Nummer auf dem Display zu warten. Es dauerte eine Weile bis ich jemanden auf englisch meine Nummer schreien höre. Auf dem Display wird meine Nummer weiterhin nicht angezeigt. Die Bedienung ist genervt. Eine Frechheit nach über 4 Stunden ICE fahr isst man FAST alles aber das sicherlich nicht!!! Hartes trockenes Brot mit 2 hänchen teilen sonst nichts alles fehlte eine Freiheit!!!

Schade es so bewerten zu müssen, wir sind schon so oft enttäuscht wurden. Hähnchen und Püree fehlen, lange warte Zeit und wenn man Hähnchen Teile bestellen. Im 8 Hähnchen Teile und nicht billig, dafür nur Brust, statt verschiedene Teile. Jedesmal immer wieder 😞

Drecksladen. Bestellung nur über Terminals, an denen bestimmte Bestellungen nicht möglich sind. Hot Wings und Gravy bestellen impossible. Dann eben woanders essen. Komisch, dass McDoof funktionierende Terminals hinbekommt, nur KFC ist mal wieder zu doof. Und den Unterschied zwischen "im Restaurant" und "zum Mitnehmen" bekommt man da auch nicht auf die Kette. Die Ruckelbutze kann man nur meiden.

Sehr unfreundliches Personal. Schlechte Kommunikation und ich fühlte mich nicht ernst genommen. Ich wurde teilweise längere Zeit ignoriert und am Ende gab es das was ich bestellte plötzlich nicht mehr. Eine andere Person hat aber das gleiche noch bekommen. Ich fühlte mich etwas verarscht hab aber auch nicht bestellt nach der Erfahrung.

Habe noch nie bei Kentucky gegessen, war mega schlecht. Tut mir leid um die Tiere die wegen diesem Essens sterben mussten.

Ich würde ja gerne das Essen bewerten, aber nachdem ich ca. 10 Minuten alleine und gut sichtbar am Bestelltresen stand und von den Privatgespräche führenden Mitarbeiter*innen ignoriert wurde, bin ich dann gegangen.

Einfach nur abartig. Hätte ich auch gegenüber bei Sanifair nach Klopapier zum futtern fragen können. Wäre mindestens ebenso trocken und geschmacklos gewesen. Die Pommes haben nach kalten, traurigen Kartoffeln geschmeckt und hätten so nicht enden dürfen. Ebenso wie die Hähnchen, welche auf den Burgern ein idealer Backsteinersatz sind, falls mal wieder im Garten was bröckeln sollte. Alles in allem ist hungern empfehlenswerter.

Das Essen ist mega trocken und einfach ekelhaft. Die Mitarbeiter bekommen keine Bestellung richtig hin und kommt auch so rüber als ob die keinen Bock auf deren Job hätten. Hatte eine Rechnung von ungefähr 20€ musste aber nur 5€ bezahlen also man kann sich eigentlich nicht beschweren.

Horrible place! This place should be closed by the health authorities! Extremely dirty! We had to clean also our table! We bought a bucket, the meat tasted old and was extremely oily. I asked for wet tissues and I was told they don't have, I asked for the bathroom to wash my hands they said they don't have. If you can avoid please go somewhere else to eat. For 22.60 euros which is a bucket of chichen, you can find better places! Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Hat nicht Mals 1 Stern verdient. Die Managerin behandelt die Mitarbeiter wie Tiere und das vor allen Kunden. Sie sorgt für schlechte Atmosphäre im Restaurant (beim Kunden und bei dem Mitarbeitern selber). Ich verstehe nicht, wieso Sie noch Ihren Job behalten darf. Ich hätte sie persönlich rausgeworfen wenn ich das sagen hätte!

Gestern Abend habe ich Burger Menü bestellt aber es hat über 20 Minuten gedauert Im Zug habe ich bemerkt, dass die Portion nicht stimmt. Ich habe noch Chicken Nugget und zwei Chili Cheese Pommes bestellt aber es gab nur zwei normale Pommes. :/ Diese KFC Laden ist einfach schlecht

Sehr schlecht. Burger ohne Gurken bestellt, mit gurken bekommen. Soßen waren falsch und der Milchshake ebenfalls.

War schon Ewigkeiten nicht mehr bei KFC und weiß jetzt wieder warum. Für 6€ gibt es ein Mini-Wrap mit genau 1 Salatblatt. Ich finde das vollkommen überteuert. Abgesehen davon ist das Restaurant aber sauber und es gibt gute und viele Sitzmöglichkeiten.

Ich wurde von einer Mitarbeiterin grundlos angeschrien, sie fing an zu fluchen obwohl ich nur was fragen wollte. Bei meiner Frage bzgl. meiner Bestellung fiel sie mir ins Wort und sagte sowas wie „Warten Sie doch meine Fresse.“ Fluch drauf auf einer Fremdsprache und verdrehte dabei die Augen. Ich sah schon davor, wie sie eine andere Kundin angemotzt hat. Ob fast Food oder in gewöhnlichen Restaurants, man hat ein respektvollen Umarmung und Service zu erwarten. Das ist das letzte mal das ich bei KFC bestelle. Als damalige Kellerin versteh diese Situation. Ein guter Rat. Eurer Verhalten ist die Visitenkarte eures Restaurant.

Chicken is good, a bit expensive compared to what you get. Service is kinda trash, we didn't get our full order and when I pointed this out the lady behind the desk yelled at me in german... Still didn't get the bbq sauce :( 4/10 would visit again.

Der schlechteste Service, den ich je erlebt habe! Ich habe ihnen gesagt, zum heir essen, aber sie machen es für mitnehmen! und nachdem ich ihnen gesagt habe, dass ich ihnen gesagt habe, dass ich hier essen möchte, hat er die Bestellung überprüft und gesehen, dass er etwas falsch gemacht hat, danach hat er einfach die gleiche Bestellung wie sie ist (mit Lieferpaket) auf Essenstablett gestellt!!! Außerdem war die Pepsi sehr warm und mit ein bisschen Soda! auf keinen Fall wieder dorthin gehen!

Leider hat der Service am KFC im Kölner HBF sehr stark nachgelassen. Die Angestellte die mich bediente war gelangweilt, und es wurde alles andere gemacht als meine Bestellung fertig zu stellen. Leute die anscheinend Bekannte der kompletten Schicht dort waren, wurde wild umarmt begrüßt und bevorzugt. Wir hatten eine Bestellung für ca.30 Euro und stellten dann auf dem Heimweg im Zug fest das ein komplett bestelltes und bezahltes Menü fehlte. Ich vermute das ich dort nicht noch einmal etwas holen werde, auch wenn ich KFC eigentlich gelegentlich recht gern esse. War heute so ca. gegen 17 Uhr. Schade!
