Wrong order delivered and they refuse to deliver a complete, warm order. Never again.

This service is outrageous! We walked in when there were no other customers, and the staff were just chilling. We ordered and sat down at our table. Ten minutes later, more customers arrived and received their food another ten minutes later. By then, we hadn't received anything (which was still acceptable). Another twenty minutes passed, and we received part of our order, but the nuggets were missing. After another fifteen minutes, I finally got my food, but my burger was missing the bacon. When I asked, they made the burger again. Ten minutes later, I received it again, but without bacon. So, they made it again. Five minutes later, my burger came back cold with bacon. We waited over an hour for our food. The staff simply said they were "very busy." So why were the customers before and after us getting their food if they were so busy, and why were the staff still chilling? Visited on: December 10, 2025, 11:20 AM

This McDonald's isn't really my thing. The atmosphere is cold and overall it feels uncomfortable to me. The food was okay though! See for yourself.

Wow! I'm speechless. In a bad way. I ate there four days ago and have been suffering from terrible stomach pains, diarrhea, and nausea ever since. This place clearly doesn't care about hygiene. You can see it as soon as you walk in. Everyone touches everything, whether it's a dirty kitchen rag or just removing a pebble from under someone's shoe. Then they cheerfully assemble their burgers. Oh, and if a potato happens to fall on the floor, they check it left and right, and if no one's looking, they put it back. I should never have accepted my food, but unfortunately, I was naive and thought, "Oh, it won't matter." Well, I was wrong. I'm now extremely ill. I've never had diarrhea like this before! And it can only be from McDonald's, since I hadn't eaten anything for 12 hours before and haven't eaten anything since. Avoid this place if your health is worth anything to you. Ms. Muslima and Mr. Ali clearly don't understand German hygiene standards! What a shame. Looks like we need some new staff.

Thank you in advance for the food poisoning I got here. Unfortunately, negative stars aren't possible, but they would be truly appropriate. I would strongly recommend avoiding this McDonald's; serving bad food is one thing, but serving food that makes you sick is absolutely unacceptable.

Why deliver a burger with hard, cold cheese sauce, as if it had just come out of the fridge, when the rest of the food is at least lukewarm? Delivery route is in the same neighborhood. How little can you care about your job?

The food was cold, and when we complained to the staff, they reacted irritably and sometimes didn't bring us anything new. The burgers were completely squashed, and the fries were so hard you could use them as a hammer. Most of the staff couldn't speak German or English. Next time, I'm going to Burger King for warm, soft fries and clean burgers.

It took forever to order at the drive-thru. The server didn't understand a word we said. Then they completely forgot our sauces. We ordered meals, and all our soft drinks tasted awful. They were flat and just tasted like water. It's not exactly high quality there anyway. Everyone knows that. But today it was just completely terrible.

It takes them 10-15 minutes every time to process my order; this is supposed to be a fast food place.

Unfortunately, consistently disappointing – inattentive, slow, and unreliable. I've ordered from McDonald's in Delbrück several times in recent months – both at the counter and the drive-thru – and unfortunately, the negative experiences are piling up. It regularly happens that orders aren't prepared as ordered. Even simple requests like "no pickle slices" result in pickles being added to the burgers. There also seems to be a lack of attention when it comes to drinks and desserts. For example, I've been given a caramel milkshake instead of a chocolate milkshake on several occasions – and when I asked for a replacement, I wasn't offered the correct one. This is disappointing, especially when you pay full price for the items. Another problem is the extremely long wait times. Even at the order counter inside the restaurant, you sometimes have to wait 5 to 7 minutes without anyone responding or taking your order – even when there are hardly any customers. The staff often seems disorganized and inattentive. Overall, the impression is one of a lack of organization, diligence, and customer focus. I'm generally not one to write a negative review for minor mistakes, but the misconduct here is too recurring to be considered a mere slip-up. I would like to see the team receive better training, place more emphasis on correct orders, and take customer service more seriously. Currently, I cannot recommend this location.

Extremely long waiting times and unfriendly staff.

I ordered plant-based nuggets and a plant-based wrap. When I got home, I discovered that both had meat in them. Also, the Happy Meal was missing the toy.

No 3G checks, tables not cleaned after use. The burger wasn't fresh, and after complaining about the fries, which were lukewarm at best, they took them back, but the new ones that were brought out later were no better. Definitely not worth another visit. It's gotten steadily worse over the past few years!

It was the most horrible burger of my life. I also ordered a caramel macchiato. It just tasted like water, so there are certain standards that McDonald's has to meet, but I don't know what's wrong with this location.

A pretty good McDonald's. Parking is easy. It's pretty clean, and there's even a small outdoor area.

I ordered through Lieferando and, due to a Lieferando error, didn't receive my order. The employee on the phone took care of it immediately, and I got my money back via PayPal. Despite the failure, it was a positive service experience. The food here is usually fresh and hot for McDonald's. Special requests are always honored 👍

The whole place is absolute garbage. Placing an order was impossible. They don't speak German, they ask ten times, then you wait a really long time at the window until you get your order. Everyone is asleep, totally uncontrolled, standing around doing nothing, and when you finally get your order, it's cold. The food isn't prepared properly; everything is flying around and not packaged properly. They can't do math either. They give out the wrong money. I've NEVER experienced anything like that at a McDonald's before. NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER AGAIN!

I'd rather not give this shitty place any stars at all! The staff is awful! Unfriendly, lazy, and the preparation is a joke. Apparently, the employees aren't properly trained on how to properly prepare a burger. Unfortunately, I threw my burgers away before taking a picture. I felt like throwing it in their faces! Cheese was everywhere but where it should have been. It wasn't packaged properly. I waited 10 minutes for two cheeseburgers and a coffee! I had to repeat my order four times! Apparently, everyone is slow on the uptake! This was my third time there, and the first two times I thought, well, it happens sometimes, but I can't recommend this place at all! I'll NEVER BE AGAIN! You really should work on your staff and maybe send them for burger preparation training! I won't recommend this place at all and advise everyone not to eat there! 🤢 🤮

It's not really any different from other branches. The food is just like the service, and I think MC is no longer a "fast food restaurant" like it used to be; you didn't have to wait as long. It's a shame times have changed so much.

Sorry, unfortunately I can't really give this a star. This McDonald's is by far the worst. I know that no matter when I've been there for takeaway food, one or two items in my order are always missing. If you tell the staff, they act like it's the norm. It's a shame, but maybe they make more money that way.

Very winding and quite small shop. There are much more comfortable ones. Very loud and crowded. The constant beeping drives you crazy. It's coming from all corners like pike soup. The food was ok. But I had the impression that it tasted better in other branches. The McCafé donut was rock hard. I wouldn't call something like that a donut.

To get food there in a bag (apparently no more trays). The board with the order numbers didn't work, we waited 20 minutes for the food, the burgers were cold and the fries weren't cooked through.

I was just a guest there, everything was clean, toilets were OK, staff was nice. Food came quickly and was fresh in my opinion. Additionally, there was nothing going on when I visited, so I can't say anything if it's busy. I was very satisfied!!!

Sometimes I see guests speaking very disrespectfully to the employees because they don't yet speak perfect German. Good evening Today we ordered food from the super good provider Lieferrando, unfortunately the waiting time was extended by 7 times, resulting in a total waiting time of 2 hours. There were no numbers on the terminal. ALL seats and tables were dirty. I first wiped down a table and seats myself with wet wipes so that we could even sit down. The food is just the usual from Mcs. So if the operator reads this, please ensure more cleanliness.

We were there this evening and were absolutely disappointed!! Of course you can't compare McDonalds with a 5 star restaurant but for the abstract prices they charge you can still expect reasonable food and above all good service!!. The McRib was an absolute disgrace because I had ordered extra western sauce on the burger at an additional cost but of course no attention was paid to that!!. When the waitress asked if he could put some more sauce on it, he obliged. Now here's the thing, the sauce was completely diluted, you couldn't even call it sauce anymore but rather water with a bit of flavor. Another burger was just thrown into the packaging, so I had to put it together again myself. The waiting time was also incredible, probably close to 20 minutes. The citizen tray was also completely overfilled, which is why every single burger was cold. So all I can say is that I would love to ask for my money back, but unfortunately that's not possible. What should you capitalize on is McDonalds. After 4 years, we unfortunately have to say that this branch has significantly deteriorated in terms of service. Unfortunately, my 20 “McPlant Nuggets” contained 2 chicken nuggets. Since this wasn't the first time I've been given chicken nuggets by mistake, I'm now a pro at telling the difference. With MC Drive, always check whether everything has been packed correctly. Lots of mistakes happen here. Almost every time. Now an entire order was wrong and we had to turn back.
