Absoluter Drecksladen , Tische voll mit Müll , Toiletten unsauber, Rückgabewagen überfüllt… Pommes kalt . Da fahr ich lieber 2 km nach Bergisch Gladbach. Für uns hat sich Dellbrück erledigt 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Bestellung ungenügend , das gibt es nicht 2 Hamburger fehlen bei kaum Kundenverkehr und einfacher Bestellung. Betrug

Very winding and quite small shop. There are much more comfortable ones. Very loud and crowded. The constant beeping drives you crazy. It's coming from all corners like pike soup. The food was ok. But I had the impression that it tasted better in other branches. The McCafé donut was rock hard. I wouldn't call something like that a donut.

Kalte Pommes/Der MBurger war kalt/kaum sosse/der Käse war nur drauf gelegt nicht geschmolzen.Beim MC Drive fehlte ein Burger (ist schon 2mal vorgekommen)gut das ich wiedermal reingeschaut habe.Freundlichkeit lässt auch zu wünschen übrig.

To get food there in a bag (apparently no more trays). The board with the order numbers didn't work, we waited 20 minutes for the food, the burgers were cold and the fries weren't cooked through.

I was just a guest there, everything was clean, toilets were OK, staff was nice. Food came quickly and was fresh in my opinion. Additionally, there was nothing going on when I visited, so I can't say anything if it's busy. I was very satisfied!!!

I often come here as a delivery courier and many of the employees here are very friendly and respectful. Sometimes I see guests speaking very disrespectfully to the employees because they don't yet speak perfect German. We should be happy that people from other countries work here and help themselves and society. VG

Coffee is way too hot, tastes like broth and I don't understand how it can be made so badly. Tables dirty, some puddles of water on the benches.

There is no service, everyone is unhappy and slow. The display shows that the order is ready, in fact you need to wait another 10 minutes. Burnt coffee, machine not cleaned. McPlant - a bun with mayonnaise, no vegetables, and cold. Terrible establishment.

Sorry, the fries were undercooked and therefore not crispy. The two Big Rösti were too dry, so almost no sauce. Unfortunately the Rösti was too fatty. All tables were not clean. The service was nice. This is certainly a snapshot. Of course we also had a good meal there.

Good evening Today we ordered food from the super good provider Lieferrando, unfortunately the waiting time was extended by 7 times, resulting in a total waiting time of 2 hours. Accordingly, the food was completely cold and the meat was hard when you tapped on it. I find something like this to be absolutely unsellable or offerable if you don't have time to do it.

The barcode scanner for coupons in the drive is too short, so you almost have to give up the phone. It was not clear why the employee could not simply type in the letter code, as is common practice in other branches.

There were no numbers on the terminal. ALL seats and tables were dirty. I first wiped down a table and seats myself with wet wipes so that we could even sit down. The floor in the entire restaurant is DISGUSTING, as if it hadn't been mopped for 3 days. I don't understand how anyone can't be able to maintain basic cleanliness. The food is just the usual from Mcs. So if the operator reads this, please ensure more cleanliness.

We were there this evening and were absolutely disappointed!! Of course you can't compare McDonalds with a 5 star restaurant but for the abstract prices they charge you can still expect reasonable food and above all good service!!. The McRib was an absolute disgrace because I had ordered extra western sauce on the burger at an additional cost but of course no attention was paid to that!!. When the waitress asked if he could put some more sauce on it, he obliged. Now here's the thing, the sauce was completely diluted, you couldn't even call it sauce anymore but rather water with a bit of flavor. Another burger was just thrown into the packaging, so I had to put it together again myself. The waiting time was also incredible, probably close to 20 minutes. The citizen tray was also completely overfilled, which is why every single burger was cold. So all I can say is that I would love to ask for my money back, but unfortunately that's not possible. In summary you can say: service ❌ food ❌ but the ambience and the technology ✅

What should you capitalize on is McDonalds. After 4 years, we unfortunately have to say that this branch has significantly deteriorated in terms of service. We ordered on site in the branch and had to wait 45 minutes. Waiting for our food wasn't that crazy but the food was cold and several things were missing. Plus, my fiancée's chicken burgers were almost raw on the inside. Hope it's a bad day, otherwise not recommended.

Typical McDonald's, unfortunately no exception. The burgers are only lukewarm and the fries are not crispy.

I ordered via drive in and wanted 2* fries instead of drink + fries with the menu, but this was not accepted even though McDonalds advertised it and it was otherwise possible at other branches. In the end I took the menu without a drink and had to pay the full normal price. Other than that the food was lukewarm.

The deals on billboards directly next to the McDonald's are not even honored. Rude staff and very slow. People will sadly still eat there, but this is without a doubt the worst McDonald's I've ever been to.

Nur 3 Bestellterminals, 1 Defekt. Dann wurden mal wieder Inhalte der Bestellung vergessen, beim Happy Meal einfach mal nur Pommes reingetan…Bei einer Bestellung von 2 Personen schwach. Da kann man immer wieder froh sein, wenn man nicht schon wieder im Auto sitzt.

Naja was soll man sagen, Qualität ist leider nicht vorhanden. Werde auch MC wieder lange meiden.

Es ist zwar "nur" ein Mäckes, aber hier ist alles sauber und das Essen liegt nicht stundenlang auf der Warmhalteplatte. Das ist leider eine Ausnahme und verdient deshalb auch eine gute Note.

Vor 2 Tagen war ich da und hab ich essen bestellt, bin dann nach Hause ader 20 chicken Nuggets fehlen, bin dann hin gegangen und hab ganz freundlich geklärt wie ist da passiert ist ader der Mitarbeiter oder schichtleiter redet als ob ich wiege 20 chicken Nuggets Lüge ganz unhöflich ehrlich gesagt. Kann doch nicht wahr sein. Ich brauche euer McDonald's nicht mehr.

Dieser McDonald’s ist echt eine Frechheit, jedes Mal ist das Essen EISKALT, selbst die Apfeltasche, wo man sich normalerweise den Mund verbrennt, war kalt. JEDES Mal wird eine Sache vergessen, manchmal glaube ich das wird extra gemacht!!!

Meiner Erfahrung nach ist der McDonald's in Köln Dellbrück der beste in Umkreis: Die Produkte schmecken irgendwie besser als bei den anderen McDonald's-Restaurants und der Service ist einwandfrei, da beim Abholen nichts in der Tüte vergessen wird

Die pommes sind fast immer kalt . Außerdem die solten mal Handschuhe benützen, bevor die ,das Fleisch, domaten, sanat anfassen es ist echt eckelhaft

Burger nur lauwarm in der Filiale. Wurden wohl auf Vorrat fertig gemacht. War aber nicht viel los. Komme nicht wieder.
