Essen war maximal, die Pommes waren frisch und so wie aus Gold. Cola hat doppelt so gut geschmeckt als sonst. Ich hab reichlich Servietten bekommen. Die Mayonnaise ist raus gekommen wie im Traum. Traumhafte Musik!!!

Das ist wirklich der schlechteste Service, den ich je erlebt habe! Die Kuriere liefern ständig die falschen Bestellungen aus und bestätigen dann, dass alles in Ordnung ist, bevor sie gehen. Danach ist niemand mehr erreichbar. Bei meiner letzten Bestellung brachte der Kurier wieder den falschen Artikel und sagte: „Ich spreche kein Deutsch, Sie müssen sich selbst an den Kundenservice wenden und das klären.“ Er nahm die falsche Bestellung sogar wieder mit! Das ist jetzt schon die zweite falsche Bestellung diese Woche!

Die Putzfrau schrie mich mit aggressiven Gestiken an, als ich grade aus der Tür kam. Ich solle gefäligst den Euro bezahlen... Sehr unhöflich und unbedacht, ich habe mich total erschroken und über den Vorwurf, dass ich ohne Bezahlen auf die Toilette gehen würde, sehr geärgert da ich in dem augenblick nichtmals den Bezahl-Teller erreicht hatte!

Ich war letzten Freitag hier. Meine Bestellung wurde sehr schnell zubereitet und ich musste nicht lange warten. Leider war ich von meinem Cookie enttäuscht. Er war nicht verpackt und dadurch bereits sehr hart, sodass man ihn kaum essen konnte. Schade, denn ansonsten war der Service schnell. Ich hoffe, dass beim nächsten Besuch mehr auf die Frische und Qualität der Produkte geachtet wird.

Die Getränke sind nur halb gefüllt, was nicht dem Standard von McDonald’s entspricht. Der Service ist extrem langsam und widerspricht dem eigentlichen Konzept von Fast Food. Außerdem kommt ein unangenehmer Geruch aus den Toiletten, der das gesamte Restauranterlebnis beeinträchtigt.

Rechtswidrige Zustände und unverschämtes Personal! Ich bin fassungslos über den gestrigen Vorfall. Mir wurde der Toilettenzugang nur gegen Barzahlung gewährt, doch die Mitarbeiterin vor Ort weigerte sich strikt, mir eine Quittung auszustellen. Als ich auf mein Recht bestand, wurde ich von dem Mitarbeiter einfach vor die Tür gesetzt und der Filiale verwiesen. Ein solches Verhalten ist absolut inakzeptabel! Hierzu ein klarer Hinweis an die Betriebsleitung: In Deutschland gilt gemäß § 146a AO (Abgabenordnung) die Belegausgabepflicht. Wer gewerblich Geld einnimmt, MUSS einen Beleg erstellen. Zudem habe ich nach § 368 BGB einen gesetzlichen Anspruch auf eine Quittung gegen Zahlung. Anstatt den gesetzlichen Pflichten nachzukommen, wird man hier vom Personal wie ein Bittsteller behandelt und rausgeworfen. Wer Kunden so behandelt, hat in der Gastronomie nichts verloren. Menschlich unterste Schublade, rechtlich höchst fragwürdig. Ich werde diesen Vorfall nicht auf sich beruhen lassen. Meidet diesen Laden!

DEFEKTE BILDSCHIRME SEIT MEHREREN JAHREN !!! Wann werden die Bildschirme endlich repariert ? Es scheint die Mitarbeitenden einfach nicht zu interessieren. Seit einem Jahr müssen die Mitarbeitenden Bestellnummern laut aufrufen. Kann man endlich die Bildschirme reparieren ? Wenn Sie die Bildschirme und Hygiene nicht ändern, werde ich die Presse und TV informieren. Sie haben seit einem Jahr nicht reagiert

Lange Wartezeiten auf die Bestellung, fast immer, unabhängig von Tageszeit und Auslastung. Der Boden ist schmutzig, die Toiletten sind ebenfalls schmutzig. Das Essen ist schlecht zubereitet; bei Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen wird das Essen im Beutel durcheinandergeworfen. Die Pommes frites entsprechen nicht den 5 goldenen Standards von McDonald’s: Sie sind überfrittiert und gleichzeitig weich, außerdem gibt es sehr viele Pommesstücke, die faul sind oder Keime haben. Die Qualität des Essens entspricht nicht dem Preis.

Solangsam fühle ich mich verarscht zum 2 mal vergessen die , die 20 er nuggest wow es ist so schwer , 2 happy meals und ein 20er nuggest ein zu packen ? Dann machen die den milk shake zu erst fertig der is flüssig. Ich wohne Akazienweg, da denkt man könnte durch fahren von Venloer bis Akazienweg. Ihr wisst wie ihr die Kunden verarscht !!!!!!

Meistens flotte Bedienung und das gewohnte Essen. Toiletten sind aber meistens schmutzig oder zu Teilen defekt und dann will man dafür auch noch einen Euro haben. Die (ausnahmslos dunkelhäutigen) WC-Mitarbeiter sitzen meist einfach nur da und telefonieren oder schlafen und zeigen auf den Euro, der in ihrer Schale liegt. Wurde hier schon des öfteren angebrüllt und beleidigt, sogar wenn ich meinen Kassenzettel vorgezeigt und bewiesen habe, dass ich dort gegessen habe. Sowas zerrt sehr am Gesamteindruck der Filiale. Ich schätze mal, dass die WC-Mitarbeiter ein Grundgehalt bekommen und nehmen wir mal an, es besuchen pro Stunde 50 Personen das WC, würde das ein Stundengehalt von zusätzlichen 50€ bedeuten, die direkt bar und steuerfrei in der Tasche landen. Fürs Rumsitzen, fürs Telefonieren, fürs Schlafen und fürs Leute anpöbeln. Dass es sowas überhaupt geben darf, ist für mich unverständlich. Es hat ja wohl jeder das Recht, vor oder nach einer Mahlzeit KOSTENLOS ein einigermaßen sauberes WC zu benutzen!

Das Mädchen hat einfach nicht gehört, dass ich einen Cappuccino bestellt hatte, und mir stattdessen einen großen schwarzen Kaffee verkauft. Als ich etwas dazu sagte, fing sie an zu streiten und meinte, es sei meine Schuld. Ich bot an, die Polizei zu rufen und mir die Aufnahmen der Überwachungskameras anzuhören, woraufhin ich sie darum bat. Erst danach machte sie mir einen Cappuccino. Unglaublich!

A pretty generic McDonalds breakfast - nothing special but still tasty. The manager was also probably the most active manager I've seen at a McDonalds - he was constantly moving about cleaning, serving etc.

There people asking money in the restroom

We arrived here in the middle of the night expecting at least warm, fresh fries. Instead, we got cold, soggy fries that had obviously been sitting around for ages. When I asked for fresh fries, the staff looked at me like I was an idiot, just for expecting edible food. No apology, no attempt to accommodate me – just annoyed stares and an unfriendly atmosphere. If you're open at night, you should at least be prepared to serve guests properly instead of making them feel like they're bothering you. Service was nonexistent, friendliness was nonexistent. Simply disappointing. Do your job better – or just close down.

If a mouse runs past your table at 1:30 a.m. on a Monday morning, you've made the right choice! It must taste good if a rodent comes by 🙃

Simply awful, no heating or toilets... Unacceptable at this time of year. If you try to bring these things up, forget it... you're completely ignored. It's a real shame, I used to enjoy spending my breaks there. (I'm a driver for the KVB [Cologne public transport company]) Better to go across the street to the Burger King.

The food was great and fresh, but it's freezing cold in the place, and it's unbearable for both the staff and the customers. On top of that, all the toilets seem to be broken, which I find absolutely unacceptable. The staff were very nice; I feel sorry for them. Whoever the franchisee of these McDonald's is, they should be ashamed of themselves.

After yesterday's ice cream, I spent the night with stomach cramps, vomiting, diarrhea, and chills. Furthermore, no one feels responsible for clearing the area with the sign "This area is for families" of rowdy, swearing, and insulting teenagers who sit there for hours playing mobile games. Sure, it's a supermarket, so I'll only mention the two complaints about incorrect products in passing, but that makes the food poisoning that definitely came from here all the more dramatic.

In the middle of winter, they set the air conditioning to cold, even though we pointed it out. They simply ignored it. Furthermore, the staff are very rude and disrespectful. This is a place where drunk people come after a night out when they're hungry. It's not recommended for regular guests.

I felt like having some soft serve ice cream today 🍦. I bought one for €2.00. I realize I didn't get a full ice cream cone for that, but the portion size was much smaller than the last few times. Maybe it's because there are a lot of new employees at the store and they need better training. The food service area needs a refresh or renovation; there are nicer stores in Cologne.

I waited 30-35 minutes for my only ice cream. There were power outlets, but none of them worked. The restrooms were filthy. The app marked my order as completed after just five minutes, but the ice cream never arrived. And there were hardly any people there.

I redeemed a coupon at the easy order counter for a wrap with a 0.5l drink and an extra small fries, which I picked up myself when I picked it up. When I noticed the employee wanted to give me a 0.25l drink, I apologized and pointed out that it was the wrong size. The older gentleman serving me rolled his eyes in annoyance and reluctantly gave me the correct size. There wasn't a proper hello, let alone a goodbye, and having to endure an eye roll isn't nice either. In retrospect, the fries were more like chips/pretzel sticks, and the wrap wasn't hot, let alone even remotely warm. Despite there being few customers, the tables and floor were dirty.

I've never been to such an incredibly bad McDonald's. The employees were extremely unfriendly. My friend ordered a chocolate shake. After receiving her food half an hour later, even though the entire store was empty, she received a vanilla shake. After an unfriendly return, during which the employees were already completely annoyed, even though it was their fault, she was given a new one. After arriving at the table with the new "chocolate shake" and trying it, she noticed that it wasn't a chocolate shake, but a strawberry shake. So she went to the counter again to complain. There, she was very rudely turned away, even though she remained polite the whole time. When she told us about the rejection, the employees listened to us and, for some inexplicable reason, threatened to ban us from the premises. Finally, I would like to say that the mistake wasn't ours, but the employees', even though we remained polite throughout.

Unable to take a single order. If you want to order a single burger, you're referred to the Beatell vending machines. Just sell something like orange or apple juice, and preferably self-service 🤌🏻 Get rid of the cash registers altogether, and you can save yourself the hassle of your crappy system if it's only used to meet quotas instead of informing customers that their order is ready. At night, around 1:00, I ordered a burger. They brought it to me immediately, without cooking it, a stale, cold burger. When I asked to replace it, they gave me a very salty burger that was impossible to eat. I threw it away. Terrible food. I do not recommend it.

We got a regular milkshake instead of the purple Grimace Shake. The waitress was definitely aware of this, as she added whipped cream to it. She was generally unfriendly and seemed more concerned with her child than with our order.

Visit to this particular McDonald's store on Friday evening. It wasn’t too crowded, we ordered easily, and after a short wait, our food was ready. We sat at a table of our choice. The restaurant is in a central location, relatively clean, without being overwhelmingly busy. We opted for a few cheeseburgers—the same plastic burger found in every McDonald's across the planet. Generally, I recommend visiting only if there's no other open option and it's the only choice available. Overall, I consider it a necessity rather than an enjoyable option

I went in at 12 noon today for two burgers. I got them after a minute, but the burgers weren't fish, the bread was hard, and the cheese on both sides was frozen. Don't go there!!!!

May 23, 2025, at around 5:40 a.m. on a Sunday, I went in to grab a quick bite to eat before work. Luckily, they still had burgers and the like to choose from, so I ordered the Chicken Nugget Big Mac as part of the meal. I don't recommend the burger, by the way. After I took my order, I was clearly not given a drink. After I'd eaten my food, I was entitled to ask for a drink, after all, I paid for it. At the cash register, they asked me when I ordered and with my number, which I couldn't remember right away. What nonsense is that, asking for the number? The fact is: I didn't get a drink, not even in a cone. After a five-minute discussion, I finally got my Coke. But I'll never go there again.

The first order came quickly, but they didn't give the sauces that were in the order, we had to go to the cashier to ask. We waited 20 minutes for the second order, which was just a burger and fries. If you visit this establishment, expect that you will have to pay 1 euro separately for the toilet, because otherwise you won't be allowed there.

All the staff were friendly apart from one cleaner who was in charge of the toilet. I was very disappointed because when I entered the toilet there was no sign of a fee anywhere. A dark-skinned cleaner suddenly started demanding money from me. I gave her 5 euros and she gave me 4.50 euros back. Behind me, two strangers went into the toilet with whom I had only exchanged a few words. She stopped me, snatched another euro out of my hand and claimed that I had paid for these people too. She didn't even ask for my permission! Everyone should have paid themselves, but she simply used my money. This is absolutely unacceptable, especially since she receives a salary anyway and there was no mention of a toilet fee. I only give two stars because the other employees were friendly and nice.

Very unfriendly staff. We ordered mc plant nuggets but got normal ones, since we are vegetarians we said so. We were just told that this wasn't true, that we had probably ordered normal ones and that they didn't make any mistakes. No understanding shown, no compensation or apology, no solution given. We are upset and more than disappointed. I also once ordered mc plant nuggets and there were two normal ones in them. I also raised this problem when we only got normal nuggets, but I was just brushed off and told, as before, that they didn't make any mistakes and that we had ordered normal ones this time. When I asked the McDonald's staff whether I could use the toilet for free after my purchase, I only got a stammering answer that it was a private company that ran the toilet and they didn't know that, it wasn't McDonald's responsibility. Unhygienic. The toilet is guarded and 50ct is recommended as payment. The toilet staff clears the tables and takes away the trays.
