Short waiting times and the typical food at McDonald’s, all good.

If I could, I would give 0 stars. Food, hygiene, cleanliness, professionalism - I've never seen it so bad at this chain. Drive somewhere else.

After very cold, limp fries that were far too light, they were probably fried briefly. And vegan nuggets that go into the same deep fryer as the meat products nuggets etc... I wanted my money back. Mr. Hamadi wasn't able to refund me a cent of my money. Impudence like that And a small remark on the side, I noticed that the devices such as coffee and shake machines were hit hard several times. I've never experienced anything like that before. It's a shame, the employees seemed more than intimidated and scared

No napkins. Fries were cold and hard "roasted", burger was relatively well topped and not as heartless as at some other fast food places. Despite all this, I wouldn't visit it again

Really disgusting. You're stuck to the floor, all the displays are smeared with grease. Coffee machine ancient, everything full of leftover milk. Luckily no coffee came out so I got my money back. I wouldn't have drunk the coffee anyway.

This work attitude and the management in this branch is repeatedly subterranean... But from now on without me!

I had to wait 20 minutes for two breakfast burgers and a coffee, the employees were just busy with themselves and last but not least there was a dirty, slippery floor

Worst and unfriendly McDonald's restaurant. The branch employees are rude and unfriendly and insult the guests in their own language. I can only advise against this branch, especially for families with children.

Worst McDonald's ever. We stood there for 25 minutes waiting for our food. People who came in much later than us got things before us. Completely disorganized and poorly executed. The ambience is also catastrophic because all the appliances in the kitchen are ringing loudly. Absolutely not recommended. It would have been better to drive 2 hours further to Frankfurt to McDonald's.

After what felt like an interminably long wait, I got the ugliest 3 cheese burgers in my life.

The staff doesn't even speak German and because I understand Serbian, I overheard them insulting customers. Never experienced anything so disrespectful.

Totally dissatisfied! The staff insults you because of their language and when you ask them about it they just shrug their shoulders. Food is served incorrectly and cold.

The store stank and the hygiene was absolutely unconvincing. The waitress insulted us in Serbian because we told her that this wasn't our order.

Dirty everywhere, no clean places

The staff does NOT understand German!!! A boundless impudence. How can people be employed there who don't speak any or very bad German, who don't understand the customers' concerns!!!!

Unfortunately, you have to wait several minutes for the cashier to serve you. German is apparently a foreign language in the restaurant.

Portions are getting smaller and prices are getting more and more expensive. Way too expensive

The food is just typical McDonald's. Unfortunately, seasonal offers are rarely or not available at this branch. The service is just below average. No matter what time, you always have to expect waiting times. The staff is neither attentive nor customer focused. Every takeaway order should always be checked before leaving the restaurant or McDrive.

I had stomach/intestinal problems 3 times!! Hygiene is a catastrophe, I saw how new patis were put in an old patisserie with old patis and not even cleaned!!! Disgusting

Waited 40 minutes for food and got nothing. Had two crying children standing behind the cash register and apologizing The branch manager only heard a stupid comment. I'll never go to this dirty store again. Unfriendly customers and bad “cold” food are very important here. Close this branch!!!!

Ordered Happy Meal, came without toys. When asked, we were told that there were no toys. This could have been said in advance at the machine or when picking up. All children disappointed. The food was pretty cold, no table service was possible, the machines took forever to get the order. Not so great here.

To be fair, I don't want to judge the ambience badly since I was only in the Drive Inn this time. But this is definitely my last visit to this branch. I ordered a Mc Sundae, a hamburger and a cheeseburger at the Drive Inn and paid at the counter. To my surprise, I received the ice cream (usually the device is defective) and was told to wait on the side. After about 10 minutes the burgers were brought to me. Since I was under a bit of time pressure, I drove off straight away and ate my first burger at the first traffic light. FREEZING. The second burger too. After the waiting time, they should actually have been warm. If they're cold, why did I have to wait? I don't drive here anymore. Then I'd rather go to another burger restaurant, even if it's further away

Were there today. Ordered food via terminal and brought food to the table. Since the branch was understaffed, the food was not brought to the table. Which wouldn't have been a bad thing if someone had told you. A customer then took over this for the branch, otherwise our food would still be at the counter. (The food was then lukewarm. THANK YOU) In the outside area behind the slide, the dirt from ketchup packets, mayonnaise packets... could be cleared away. It would also be nice if the tables outside were cleaned properly. I stopped myself from going to the toilet there.

Danger! Very very bad. Tables dirty. Chicken Nuggets Old, Cold, Dry. We were supposed to get new ones but it took a while even though there wasn't anything going on. We didn't get them at all and we just walked out even though we paid. Burgers also burnt, dry and cold. Fries just as bad. Minus five stars if that's not enough

The burgers were surprisingly hot. Unfortunately, the entire floor in the store was sticky, which was very unpleasant. There is no option to use table service in this store.

The toilet is like a sauna. Damp inside. Floor is more than peed. Is really not acceptable for MC Donald s. The waiting time for an order was too long for me.

By far the worst MC I know. Different staff every week, no one speaks the language, dirty as hell, ordering machines extremely slow and zero service in the store. Happy Meal keeps selling out??? No toys and you have to buy the expensive products individually for the kids. I have no idea why people still go here, including us.

Workers are annoyed they give the order wrong and complain when you want it right. Everything is dirty, they don't put anything away. 3 menus are brought out and no glasses were given. We don't even need to talk about the toilets.

The worst McDonald's I have ever visited along with the worst McDonald's expierience ever. The overall McDonald's expierience has gone down the drain over the past few years. McDonald's used to be a place where one can go to get FOOD! FAST and affordable. However as in many businesses the customer and product have lost in importance. Instead of having someone work the cash register they have opted out to setting up kiosks / order terminals, which often malfunction and take a long time to load, anyone at the register should be able to take an order quicker then any of these kiosks. The French fries 🍟 (disgrace that the emoji is red) are always half empty and this even though the prices keep going up. ... Long story short, or not. I went to McDonald's today on my lunch break, it took me about 3 minutes from my place of work. I entered saw 👀 that the place was packed especially around the register and went to the kiosk, after finally getting my big Mac menu order placed after about 3-4 minutes I stood and waited to pay, and waited and waited. While I was waiting to pay, that my order would even start to be processed, a gentleman came up to the counter and asked where his food was he had ordered 20 minutes ago. The young man working at the front of the store was clearly overwhelmed with all of these customers (obviously not a good work environment with negative effects on the overall motivation of anyone employee in such establishment) I tried to be patient but i was on my lunch break, after standing there at the counter first in line for 10 minutes I tried asking if I could pay and was brushed off with a one moment, the same 5 minutes later. This is when I looked at my watch and realized that I need to get back to work. So I left.... still had my money and my hunger, when I got back to work I smoked a cigarette to finish off my break and got back to work. I was livid thus prompting me to share this on here. Also considering 🤔 starting a Germany wide boycott on this bogus business which is in the burger / real-estate business but doesn't value its employees or customers and because they're cheap and greedy try to replace humans with IT solutions even though they making Hella margin on every one product they sell. A few tips ✨️ fill the fries 🍟 to the top , it's only potatoes and stop charging 4 euros for a half empty portion. Bring back the euro / dollar menu and get rid of these digital kiosks it's a burger shop not best buy or comp. usa. . Sincerely a hungry customer that wanted to get some lunch but instead got a long stand in a busy place where everyone was agitated. I will not be visiting this location again. Also stop telling people in the drive through to pull up and that you will bring the order out to them to cook your drive through numbers ..... it's a burger shop !

Completely overwhelmed, one machine was broken (no notice) and practically every 3 guests had to complain about a missing product. In addition, the employees hardly got around to cleaning up the customers' messes.

If there was a list of the worst McD branches, this one would definitely be at the top. You order something, get something else. When you notice it, “the sauce is out” comes out. But you can't just give me what you want, especially when I realize afterwards that this menu costs 50 cents less, which of course I didn't get paid. I was then told that I should order at the checkout because the terminals weren't good. Fries are almost always cold, you can only get burgers hot with tricks (special requests), but it can happen that more is missing than you chose. In many cases you can really see how much love the burgers are prepared with, I've attached a picture... Today I was "creatively" cheated out of my money again, but it's probably my own fault, why am I going there? Let's see if other branches are as bad.

It's a shame that you can't give 0 stars. Cleanliness is a foreign concept, as is a decent vocabulary. Employees loudly insult each other in front of the customers, you have to wait over 30 minutes for your food, even if it's just a burger. And then the burger buns are rock hard. Unfortunately you couldn't get your money back with your EC card! For me, this company should have its franchise license revoked!

This morning at 9:30. Ordered and paid for breakfast from the machine. Everything is empty in the kitchen area. After waiting for 5 minutes, a young woman in a bad mood comes and fills up bags. There was no answer to my question when my order would arrive. After spending another few minutes filling up, she finally takes care of my food.

I was often given too little change (€2+).

Mc drive: It's best to check that everything that comes with it is correct, I paid the full price and when we got home, not everything was there. We had to drive back

Absolutely unfriendly, disgusting, the branch has to be closed. Staff speak zero German and are cheeky. The terminals are slowly no3 ordering is possible neither at the terminal nor at the terminal. Ridiculously high 10.

I had ordered the new MC flurry to take away and it was a complete disappointment instead of frozen yoghurt there was vanilla ice cream in it (no sauce, I was cheekily told) but I still had to pay the full price and the ice cream was full of ice chips disgusting that's why I don't recommend the Magic MC flurry. Actually, the cup of frozen yoghurt is supposed to contain cherry sauce and crispy stars (but I had far too many of them) and I will never buy anything there again.

I am withdrawing my positive review. Apparently the store is pursuing a new concept. Long waiting times at drive counters. (almost 20 min) As well as non-fresh food. And unfortunately not an isolated case. Sorry but an absolute no go when it comes to fast food. You used to be much better.

Absolutely dirty restaurant, the tables are not cleaned. The seats and tables are full of oil, crumbs and leftovers. The employees are incompetent to the 10th degree. Something is constantly forgotten, and when you want to reorder something you are told in good German that you will be “pushed in the face”. Especially the little corpulent lady and the shift/branch manager?! My 5 year old son remembered that he didn't want onions and the lady yelled at a small child!!! that you say that beforehand. Of course I won't let my child be treated like that!!!! Then he comes over and says we shouldn't scream? Do you really think I'm going to let my child get attacked? These people urgently need a portion of brains and training!!!!

The McDonald's is really a total disaster. Toilets are dirty everywhere with stuff smeared on them. No toilet paper is available. The people there are very disrespectful and incompetent. Orders are made wrong every time. Sometimes the sauce is missing. Sometimes the citizen is completely different. Sometimes a French fry is missing. Sometimes a citizen is missing . To get the (WRONG) order you have to wait 30-50 minutes during which you chat or play on your cell phone instead of working, thank you never again

Ich war heute nach längerer Zeit wieder da und habe vegane Nuggets bestellt, jedoch Chicken Nuggets bekommen. Leider ist es mir erst zu Hause aufgefallen. Dann hatte ich versucht anzurufen, es ging jedoch zehn Minuten keiner ran. Echt ein schlechter Service. Auch Fleisch als vegan auszugeben ist eine pure Frechheit.

Sehr ungepflegtes Fast Food Restaurant. Mein Burger war mit so viel Sauce eingeschmiert, dass ich ihn zurück gegeben habe. Personal äußerst unmotiviert.

Also so ist der Laden nicht schlecht der Service ist auch nicht schlecht was mir nicht so gefällt ist die Sitz Gelegenheiten und die Inneneinrichtung selbst sehr lieblos und langweilig.

Essen teilweise lauwarm, Bedienung sehr langsam. Es gab kein Tischservice. Auf dem WC keine Seife und kein Handtuchpapier. Schild am Eingang: "Wegen Personalmangel schließen wir um 19.30 Uhr".

Essen war erst nach einer stunde fertig und dann kam das Essen noch ohne Soße an. Inkompetente Mitarbeiter werden anscheinend gerne angenommen. Fahrt lieber ein paar hundert Meter weiter zum nächsten McDonald’s dann habt ihr vielleicht nicht ganz so viele graue Haare nach dem Besuch!

Als großer Brot- und Frühstücksliebhaber hatte ich mich heute Morgen sehr auf ein köstliches Frühstück bei McDonald's auf der Rolshover Str in Köln gefreut. Mit großen Erwartungen auf einen leckeren Mc Muffin Fresh Chicken und einen guten Kaffee fuhr ich früh los, da ich kurz geschlafen hatte und meine tägliche Kohlenhydrateinheit noch nicht zu mir genommen hatte. Enttäuschenderweise stand ich um 8:10 Uhr vor verschlossenen Türen, obwohl die Filiale laut offiziellen Öffnungszeiten um 8 Uhr öffnen sollte. Trotz meiner Vorfreude musste ich ohne Frühstück wieder gehen. Hoffentlich wird die Pünktlichkeit verbessert, damit andere Frühstücksliebhaber nicht vor verschlossenen Türen stehen. Sorry, Katastrophe.....Das ist der Schlechteste McDonalds den ich je gesehen habe! Unmögliches respektloses Mitarbeiter, dazu noch unhygienisch. Bin einfach nur enttäuscht und schockiert das in Deutschland sowas noch geduldet wird. Schmutzig, überwiegend extrem unmotiviertes und unfreundliches Team, lange Wartezeiten, Unglaublich, dass man sich heutzutage noch so einen Service leisten kann. selbst 1 Stern ist schon zu gut

Das Essen war heiß und kam zügig und komplett an. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Restaurant sehr sauber.

Egal wann ich dort bin, ich brauche im MC Drive ca. 10-15 Minuten um alles zu haben. Und ich bestelle IMMER so was simples wie 9er MC Nuggets oder Hamburger, etc. Ich verstehe es nicht... und die Mitarbeiter mich in den seltensten Fällen ohne 2-3 Mal nachzufragen.

Es war der 22.12 und wir haben extra auf die Öffnungszeiten geschaut. Dieser McDonald’s sollte bis 1 Uhr offen haben. Um 23:05 Uhr wurde bereits von der Mitarbeiterin abgeschlossen. Andere Kunden wurden nicht reingelassen, obwohl deutlich zu sehen war, dass diese rein wollten. Die Bestellung wollten wir im Restaurant essen. Obwohl kaum Kundschaft war, waren fast alle Tische dreckig. Als wir unsere Bestellung bekommen haben, wurde diese eingepackt und unfreundlich übergeben. Wir sprachen daraufhin die Mitarbeiterin an, dass wir angegeben haben unser Essen im Restaurant zu essen. Daraufhin kam nur die unfreundliche Antwort das sie jetzt geschlossen haben. Sie folgte uns hinaus und schloss direkt die Türe wieder ab. Was sie sichtlich genervt hatte. Wir haben erneut auf die Öffnungszeiten geschaut, doch für den 22.12 blieben die regulären Öffnungszeiten. 2 Stunden vor Ladenschluss die Kundschaft rauszuschmeissen und nicht mehr rein zulassen ist schon mehr als frech. Die Burger fielen auseinander und waren ungenießbar. Die Chicken Nuggets verdorben. Sticker zu Monopoly Zeit fehlten. Keine Servierten. Nie wieder.

Ich bin extra nach einem langen Arbeitstag zu Mc Donalds gefahren, da ich unbedingt einen Erdbeermilchshake wollte. Gutmütig wie ich war, habe ich meine Bestellung einfach entgegen genommen und erst zuhause den Becher aufgemacht. Es war Vanille. Dabei habe ich mich die ganze Zeit drauf gefreut. Wie kann man eine so kleine Bestellung, obwohl sehr wenig los war vermasseln. Reinste Enttäuschung.

- Pommes ohne Salz - Monopoly Marken vergessen - keine Strohhalme - kalte burger - burger komplett schief und fast auseinander fallend ...und das alles mit 20 Minuten Wartezeit
