Die Pommes haben leider nicht gut geschmeckt, eher wie ein zweites mal in altem Öl aufgewärmt.. Mag Mcs Pommes gerne aber dort waren sie leider nicht so gut. Gehe wieder zum anderen Mcs

Halbes Menü vergessen, Salz ist ein Fremdwort bei Pommes und Burger war auch nur ein Häufchen Elend....

Essen ungesalzen. Service unzuverlässig und langsam. Ambiente laut und schmutzig.

Ich habe bestellt die haben mir keine Eiswürfel gegeben in mein Getränk und immer fehlt etwas bei der Bestellung

Waren zu dritt dort. Sowohl einer meiner Kollegen und ich haben knapp eine halbe Stunde auf unsere Bestellung gewartet. Der andere Kollege hat über eine Stunde auf eine Bestellung von 2 Produkten gewartet. Das Personal in der Küche war unfassbar langsam und hat lieber miteinander gequatscht anstatt zu Arbeiten. Die arme Dame an der Ausgabe war verständlicherweise total überfordert. Fazit: Den Laden lieber meiden!

Obwohl kaum Betrieb war, dauert es ewig, dann ist die Bestellung unvollständig, Mitarbeiter stehen herum und quatschen, während sich der Müll stapelt und durchweg alle Tische komplett eingesaut sind. Highlight war dann, dass in der Rutsche Ketchup verteilt war und die Kinder allesamt die Hosen verschmutzt hatten.

Es ist immer sehr schmutzig, die Bänke, Tische und Stühle.

Sehr Kinderunfreundlich. Bewerben Spielzeug im Schaufenster und geben die Möglichkeit sich eins digital auszusuchen aber man bekommt ein völlig anderes. Sehr schade, da zusätzlich der Außenbereich mit der Rutsche auch gesperrt war. Zusätzlich keine Klimaanlage und man schwitzt beim Essen.

Die Bestellungen dauern extrem lange, die Mitarbeiter sind unfreundlich und die Filiale ist dreckig.

Die junge Dame am Schalter war sehr freundlich. Leider musste ich für 4 Cheesburger und ne kleine Fanta 15 Minuten im DriveIn warten. Update 15.05.26 Heute war mal wieder so ein Tag, wo ich dann doch mal wieder Bock auf McDonald's hatte. Schön alles vorher in der App eingestellt um mit Code schnell durch den DriveIn zu fahren. So dachte ich. Es war ein Auto vor mir. Ich hörte aus dem Lautsprecher nur "Gibs eine Problem", da war ich schon genervt. Ich dachte mir, dass ich hier ja nicht schon wieder so viel Pech haben kann. Der Kunde vor mir fragte dann noch ob er zum nächten Schalter vorfahren sollte. Keine Antwort. Schaltete sein Auto aus. Stand bestimmt schon einen Moment da. Ich hatte Glück, dass hinter mir noch keiner war. Hab noch 2 Minuten überlegt, dann den Rückwärtsgang eingelegt und bin gefahren. Aber... vielen Dank an die Mitarbeiter dort. 25€ gespart.

MC rolshoverstr. Völlig überforderte Personal , Bestellung für 4 Personen und Zuhause haben wir dann gemerkt das sogar Sachen fehlen, wo wir schon fast 20 min gewartet haben. Achso die Gläser werden auch nicht mit gegeben.

Tische voll mit Resten von anderen Gästen. Vieles nicht bestellbar weil ausverkauft. Und die Burger sehen nur schlecht aus, ohne den Burger auszupacken ist das Papier schon mit Soße und Ketchup verschmiert.

Leute!!! Die Toiletten sind abartig.. so noch nie bei McDonald's erlebt... Ja es ist Wochenende und nebenan ist eine Diskothek... Aber wir haben 15:30 Uhr... Da sollte putzen schon erledigt sein

Ich möchte mich über den schlechten Service in Ihrem Restaurant beschweren. Die Mitarbeiter arbeiten sehr langsam, ich musste sehr lange auf meine Bestellung warten und lange in der Schlange stehen. Das war sehr unangenehm. Außerdem wirkten die Mitarbeiter unaufmerksam und unprofessionell, alles fiel ihnen aus den Händen, und insgesamt machte das Personal einen sehr verantwortungslosen Eindruck. Nach dieser Erfahrung möchte ich Ihr Restaurant nicht mehr besuchen und kann es auch anderen nicht empfehlen. Ich bitte Sie, die Servicequalität und die Arbeit des Personals zu überprüfen und Maßnahmen zu ergreifen, damit so etwas nicht wieder vorkommt.

Kann wirklich aus keiner guten Erfahrung in diesem schnell Restaurant sprechen Tischen sind immer dreckig bestell Automaten funktionieren nicht und Bestellungen mit Tisch Nummern werden ignoriert darauf hin war das Essen kalt und es kam zu einer Diskussion mit dem unprofessionellen Schichtleiter der sehr unhöflich entgegen kam wo wir mit ihm noch etwas diskutieren mussten damit wir neues warmes Essen bekommen Kann diesen mc Donalds leider nicht empfehlen dann lieber doch zum nächsten fahren.

Tische sind echt dreckig! Schlimmer finde ich aber den schicht leiter vom 25.04.26 00:46. Habe am Handy bestellt und hatte die Tischnummer 22 eingegeben. Nach 10 min ruft einer 187 aber ich hab mich nicht angesprochen gefühlt, da diese 187 nicht auf dem Handy zu sehen ist. Angeblich gibts nach seiner aussage kein Tischservice. Am Ende hat sich das herraus gestellt das das meine Bestellung ist. Er wollte dann mir den Burger nicht neumachen obwohl der kalt war und das Essen da einfach stand. Sehr enttäuschend und sehr schwach. Der Schichtleiter konnte nichtmal richtig Deutsch. Echt traurig hier nochmal komme ich nicht zu diesem Mc‘s. Übrigens meine Cola hatte nichtmal Sprudel, schmeckt mega nach Sirup und am krassesten das die Cola Becher nichtmal gefüllt. Der war einfach halb voll.

1 Stern – absolute Katastrophe So einen schlechten Service habe ich wirklich selten erlebt. Der Schichtleiter war extrem unfreundlich, respektlos und absolut unprofessionell. Man hat das Gefühl, dass dort weder auf Kunden noch auf Mitarbeiter Rücksicht genommen wird – alle werden schlecht behandelt. Das Terminal hat nicht funktioniert, was schon nervig genug war. Dann wurde uns gesagt, dass der Tischservice angeblich nicht funktioniert. Trotzdem haben wir über 35 Minuten auf unser Essen gewartet, obwohl absolut nichts los war und das Restaurant fast leer war. Als das Essen dann endlich kam, war die Bestellung auch noch falsch. Für so einen schlechten Service und diese Wartezeit ist das einfach inakzeptabel. 1 Stern ist hier eigentlich noch zu viel. Absolute Katastrophe – nie wieder.

Habe über uber eats bestellt, ein mcmenü und ein wrap bei dem menü kam nur der tasty bacon an weder cola noch sonst irgendwas, als ich dort dann anrief wurde ich nicht mal begrüßt oder sonst was, habe dann gefragt wo der rest meiner bestellung ist woraufhin dann die dame am telefon einfach auflegte.

Burger haben nicht gut geschmeckt

Ich frage mich langsam, ob ich als Kunde ein Mitarbeiter sein muss um zu kontrollieren, was in meiner Tüte ist. Es fehlt immer gefühlt irgendwas und wenn man keine Zeit hat, direkt nachzuschauen, steht man zu Hause ohne die BEZAHLTEN Produkte da. In meinem Mario Menü war zum Beispiel auch die Münze nicht. Dann steht im Kinder Menü, das man gewissen Figuren von Mario auswählen kann, in der Vitrine sogar ausgestellt (außer zwei Stück), dann heißt es sie haben nur noch eine Figur … wieso werden dann nicht alle anderen auch rausgekommen die nicht da sind ? Genauso wie, man gibt Sonderwünsche an , was nicht auf den Burger soll, es wird NICHT berücksichtigt. Sorry aber ich werde diese McDonalds nicht mehr besuchen, weil für mich hat das nichts mit Service zutun, wenn ich selber nachschauen muss und nicht das kriege was ich möchte…

Ich kann mit Sicherheit sagen, dass dies die schlechteste Filiale von McDonald’s in ganz Köln ist. Der Service ist sehr schlecht, die Mitarbeiter sind unhöflich und lustlos. Obwohl die Bestellung am Automaten verfügbar ist, behaupten sie aus Bequemlichkeit, dass das Produkt nicht vorhanden sei. Wirklich enttäuschend und beschämend für diese Marke.

Ich esse selten bei McDonalds aber dieser Besuch war toll. Essen total frisch der Burger war echt lecker. Dankeschön

Mc Donalds ist halt Mc Donalds. Beim Essen weiß man was man bekommt, dieses Restaurant hat mich allerdings zum letzen Mal gesehen. Unfreundliches Personal, Toiletten die eines Restaurants unwürdig sind. Nie wieder !!!

Lange Wartezeit, sehr schmutzig überall, nicht einladend

Update 20.02.2026. Wieder nach Frust auf der Kfz-Zulassungsstelle nach Stresskalorien gesucht. Diesmal näherte man sich dem McDonalds Standard. Doublecheese mit kaltem Käse, McRib okay, jedoch ohne Reinigungstücher. Daher eine neue Bewertung. ‐--‐---------------------------- Ich war seit vielen Monaten mal wieder bei McDonald's. Nach der ewigen Wartezeit auf der Kfz-Zulassungsstelle kann schon mal der kleine Hunger kommen. Großer Parkplatz, freundliche Bedienung und noch die Möglichkeit auch an der Kasse zu bestellen und nicht an dem nervenden elektronischen Bildschirm (sehr positiv). Essen war auch so, wie ich es erwartet habe. Nichts zu meckern.

Der Service bei McDonald's Drive ist jedes Mal furchtbar. Man muss stundenlang warten, um zu bestellen, und dann noch einmal ewig, bis man das Essen bekommt. Ich habe es schon mehrmals versucht, aber es wird einfach nicht besser.

**Vorsicht vor diesem McDonald’s! besonders am Drive-In!** Zum dritten Mal in Folge war meine Bestellung am Drive-In unvollständig. Das kann kein Zufall mehr sein zumal viele ähnliche Erfahrungen in den Google Bewertungen zu lesen sind. Es scheint hier System zu haben, dass Artikel „vergessen“ werden. Hinzu kommt ein durchweg unfreundlicher Umgangston des Personals. Auch bei einer Bestellung in der Filiale wurde mein Essen trotz Tischservice nicht gebracht. Auf Nachfrage wurde schnippisch **behauptet**, man habe mich „nicht gefunden“ , statt sich einfach zu entschuldigen. Meine Beschwerde beim Kundenservice blieb zudem tagelang unbeantwortet (außer einer automatischen Eingangsbestätigung). Ich kann hier jedem nur dringend empfehlen, seine Bestellung am Drive-In *sofort* vor Ort vollständig zu prüfen oder besser ganz darauf zu verzichten. Kundenservice und Zuverlässigkeit sind hier leider mangelhaft.

Ständig ist angeblich der grosse Kaffevollautomat kaputt und es gibt dann keine Kaffee-Spezialitäten wie Latte Macchiato und auch keinen Kakao. Nur Filterkaffee. Beim Duo ärgerlich. Trotzdem muss der volle Preis gezahlt werden. Oft sind zur Frühstückszeit auch Eierspeisen aus ... Toll 😡 Und obwohl es ein McCafe ist gibt es dort nur Pappbecher... Gestern waren die Mitarbeiterinnen der Sprache nach aus dem Ostblock, sprachen schlecht Deutsch und hatten einen KasernenhofkommandoTon drauf .... Achtung, Kunde droht mit Kauf 🙄 Es war auch sehr leer. Tischservice ' schön wär's... Es gibt dort eine Mitarbeiterin klein dunkelhaarig, schon älter, die ist soooo nett und immer fleissig. Leider hat sie kein Namensschild an. Während der Rest rumsteht + quatscht, ist sie immer zusätzlich am wegräumen , saubermachen, sortieren und immer freundlich. Der einzige Lichtblick dort! Ich bin nur noch so alle 2 Monate mal dort + versuche immer mal wieder, aber es wird nicht besser. Ne Beschwerde ist sinnlos, es kommt nie ein feedback. Aber es gibt ja Gott sei Dank auch andere Filialen. Wo es anders ist!

Mc Donalds ist halt MC Donalds. Alle gleich, gibt es nicht viel zu zu sagen. Jedoch seit Monaten offenbar der Monitor defekt worauf die Nummern erscheinen soll, zur Menü Abholung. Die nummer ruft jemand, der aber gegen die Lautstärke im Lokal ankämpfen muss, Kunden, Musik und lauter Hintergrund. Schade!

Der Besuch bei diesem McDonald’s war leider sehr enttäuschend. Die Mitarbeitenden wirken durchweg maximal unfreundlich, besonders der vermutlich verantwortliche Chef mit grün-orangener Weste. Er spricht kaum Deutsch und reagiert auf Nachfragen sehr abweisend. Die Eismaschine ist seit über sechs Monaten angeblich kaputt – bei jedem Besuch bekommt man dieselbe Ausrede zu hören. Auch Klassiker wie die Apfeltasche sind dort scheinbar dauerhaft nicht verfügbar. Hinzu kommt, dass häufig Saucen fehlen und meine Bestellung dieses Mal sogar unvollständig war. Insgesamt entsteht der Eindruck von schlechter Organisation, mangelndem Service und wenig Interesse an Kundenzufriedenheit. Sehr schade.

If you're looking for disappointment, this store is for you. Products are constantly missing. They can't even fix the coffee machine so customers can order cappuccino. The wait times are ridiculous. The staff are asleep when they leave. This place is a dump!

Coke without ice, fries without salt. And of course, they forgot to order. I wouldn't recommend eating here again.

Just got my Lieferando order! The McRib was so drenched in sauce it was leaking out of the package! The Big Mac was pitifully small; where the McRib was swimming in sauce, the Big Mac was practically dry, and I could count the lettuce leaves on one hand! Both burgers were cold, and to top it all off, they were offering two chicken burgers for the price of one—well, what do you know, of course there was only one!

That was awful, sorry. First, I waited 20 minutes at the drive-thru. Then I ordered a McSmart Meal and a Royal Cheese. I got a lukewarm Coke, fries, and some kind of McPlant Nuggets. So far, so good—mistakes happen. I went inside, complained, and the employee was relatively friendly. The colleague who had to remake it seemed annoyed because there was no receipt. He also unfortunately "slapped" the burger together. I wanted to describe it properly, but I'm keeping my opinions to myself. Sorry, folks, I don't expect much. But selling these things at such high prices and then just throwing them in the bag with such care is unacceptable. It tasted terrible; I threw it straight in the bin. That was by far the worst burger I've ever been served. Oversalted, strangely seasoned, absolutely inedible! I don't want any contact, a voucher, or anything else. You'll never see me again. I think you should be ashamed of yourselves for selling something like this as food. Best of luck with everything.

Unfortunately, not everything offered in the regular product range is available (MCRib). That's annoying when you have to make a special trip just for that!

Hello, I went to McDonald's on Rolshover Street in Cologne with my son today. One of my worst experiences. You should be able to get two meals out of a fast-food restaurant relatively quickly, especially if it's not too busy. Negative impressions: - The employees were speaking their native language (probably Romanian; I'm not sure) at the checkout, and the customers were waiting for their food. - My burger sat on the tray for a very long time and eventually got cold. I didn't want to complain, as that would probably have delayed everything even more. - My son's curly fries were still in the fryer and were supposed to be brought to the table. When he had almost finished his burger, they still hadn't arrived. I politely asked at the register, and they rudely handed over the bag that was already there, and no one bothered to bring it. - I don't even want to start on the restrooms... Even one star is too much! But unfortunately, I have to click something! A very unpleasant experience, which means I won't be visiting this restaurant again. What a shame...

Absolutely awful... even for McDonald's. Four of us ordered and items were missing, the wait times for 11 am were a bad joke, and there was a hair on one of the burgers... you can't even tell anyone this.

For the umpteenth time, I've been told "we don't have it" or "it's broken." The store is dirty, and the staff is neither fast nor friendly. Only after the order was ready did I hear yet again, "it's out of stock." Unfortunately, I can only give this place one star – five would be better! This chain is dead to me. This is how you lose customers!

I eat here regularly because I live practically next door, but they're constantly missing items. They also leave out the table stands, deliberately so the staff don't have to bring the food to the table. All but one of the terminals don't work, and that one poor thing runs like it's from the 90s. The staff are incredibly slow; sometimes it takes 20 minutes for a smart meal when there are, no joke, only three people in the restaurant. Orders are constantly missing, and it's not even clean. I'm serious; I advise everyone to avoid eating there.

They only serve black coffee. According to Google and the sign outside, they open at 7:00, but they didn't open until 8:00. The toilets are absolutely appalling. How can something like this be allowed?

Not very tidy and not very clean. Many products were sold out. Very long wait. Loud music and something was constantly beeping. Everyone knows McDonald's. But this one isn't very pleasant. There are better ones of this kind.

All the self-service kiosks were broken, and there was no one at the till again. After waiting for 10 minutes, a mouse scurried across the kitchen – disgusting. I left immediately; vermin in the kitchen are unacceptable.

You have to wait forever for your order to be accepted, until someone answers! The fact that both positions are unmanned shows that they're cutting back on staff. And paying €4 for a vanilla milkshake, which is more like liquid vanilla, is a disgrace!

Fast food takes on a whole new meaning at this McDonald's. I've never seen such a lame place, and it wasn't my first time there, but this will be my last.

Ordered a table reservation, but it wasn't carried out and instead we were given a whole list of McDonald's. The wrong burgers were in the wrong packaging. We arrived at 11:55 PM (opening hours were 12:59 AM). All the chairs were already taken. And the Coke tasted like it had been stale for three days. Never seen such a bad McDonald's.

The screens for ordering are all broken, my food from a week ago is still on the table, tables and floor are all sticky and the workers just look stupid and do nothing

Unfortunately, this McDonald's never disappoints. I've been there several times, never written a review, even though it was chaos every time – hence this. The McDonald's is always full, so you have to be prepared to wait, which isn't an issue. However, the staff is incompetent and sometimes extremely unfriendly. At the McDrive counter in the evening, there's usually a woman pulling a face and signaling that she's not interested. You have to wait at least 10 minutes every time at the McDrive, even if it's just for one burger! This keeps the line getting longer, as only three cars can pull over at the right at the same time. The burgers are often cold. When you order ice cream, the ice cream arrives first, followed 10 minutes later by the burger – the ice cream has melted in the meantime. Speaking of ice cream: 99% of the time, the machine is broken. How can that be? This McDonald's shouldn't serve ice cream, since they don't have any anyway due to an allegedly defective machine, over and over again for over a year? The McDonald's is located in a parking lot. Everything around McDonald's is always littered, and the inside isn't even optimally clean.

The most antisocial and rudest McDs I've ever seen! After an hour and a half of waiting at the McDrive, I was ignored at the counter even though my daughter's blood sugar had dropped significantly! Absolutely outrageous, and they're filing a complaint.

We're just here, and a mouse is crawling all over our feet at McDonald's! We alerted the employees that there was a mouse running around, and they all shrugged their shoulders!! Disgusting!

I was at MCS today and was very disappointed: • The restrooms were extremely dirty and unkempt. • I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order, even though the store was completely empty – absolutely incomprehensible. Definitely not a good impression; they urgently need to improve their cleanliness and service.

It's so annoying that with every order, no matter how small, something is forgotten. We're always missing either a burger, fries, a toy, or something else. The place isn't even full at the time. The coffee machine has been broken for several weeks, there's no milk available, and the staff aren't flexible. Products are constantly out of stock. What's worse is using the restrooms before or after eating... if there's one, it's better not to use them at all. The floor is also sticky everywhere in the restaurant. The McDrive takes forever. Unfortunately, I still come here too often.

He bangs on the front door and just keeps yelling, "Please, please give me your PIN." I have to move on. And he leaves. They try to reach you, but nobody answers the phone. A rip-off!

Unfortunately, there isn't a single clean table, chair, or bench. Not to mention the floor.

"Extremely disappointing! Only half of my order arrived, and what was delivered was completely wrong. The food was unusable for me, and yet I'm not getting my money back. Absolutely unacceptable—this seems like fraud. No reliability, no customer service."

I ordered food. First, it was canceled after ages, then I ordered again after a while, paying both times in advance. Then, suddenly, with the second order, they said it had already been delivered. With such quality and food, and especially at such prices, making such films is truly pathetic. I wouldn't recommend anyone ordering from there.

The food was really bad. The burger simply fell apart in my hands, the fries weren't fresh, and the Coke was almost completely deflated and tasted absolutely nothing. The place was terrible – very dirty everywhere, the floor was sticky, the walls filthy, completely unsanitary. No air conditioning, it was hot, stuffy, and smelly. Outside, there was sun and wasps, and the umbrellas barely provided any shade. We had to throw away all the food. On top of that, we waited a very long time for our order. Just awful.

We ordered takeaway food today, August 15, 2025, at 3:33 PM. Our order number is 185. It was barely busy, so we assume everything is running smoothly. Our order was processed by three people. Unfortunately, they forgot to include the large fries with my Big Tasty Bacon meal and a cheeseburger from the kids' McSmart meal. So we paid for food we didn't get. That's incredibly annoying! We paid almost €50 and didn't even get all of it. Normally, I would go there immediately and complain, but the kids were hungry and wanted to finally eat. By the way, you can't even use the restroom there without feeling like burning your shoes! That place really needs a clean!

The cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. This applies to the tables, the restaurant, and the restrooms. Unfortunately, there were no cups for the coffee, only paper cups. I've seen this differently at other McCafes.

The way they treat the food is a disgrace. The food was delicious, but we tried the new burgers, but my burger had a single slice of bacon on it and the cheese was sitting next to the burger. We pay a lot of money for this, and then we get such crap... It's truly the worst. Never again at this restaurant. Even the lady we had just slammed the food into the bag.

Could be better again like before

Terrible location, men's toilet was dirty, women's toilet was clean, but the food was tasty!
