Very weak......Hardly anyone in the store and it takes and takes....The ordering walls are way too slow.....and anyway, what's the point of this crap......

We ordered from the branch and ate there too, the tables were very dirty, the hamburgers were lukewarm and the fries were cold. Will avoid this branch in the future. Really a shame.

I have no idea what the other reviews are about or what you would expect at a McDonald's. I have never received such carefully prepared burgers at McDonald's as I did at this branch. Everything was fresh and prepared quickly. The service was good and friendly. In addition, dirt from other guests was removed and the floor was freshly mopped. The only drawback was the toilet, which was still good for McDonald's standards.

Ordered food to take away. Unfortunately, we discovered at home that some burgers were missing and the children were sad. Toys were usually missing from the happy meals. So we don't go there anymore. As a large family you already spend a lot and when something is missing for around 10 euros it is very annoying.

I had 21 chances to win the Monopoly Friendsbundle and I got 2. Since I paid for the stickers to be included, this constitutes the offense of embezzlement and is therefore punishable. Therefore, I feel compelled to file a police report and then initiate a lawsuit against the McDonalds company.

The last time I was here. Was ignored because the 4 ladies were first ordered to complain in their native language about an older lady who complained about cold fries! After my order was taken at some point I also received cold fries and when I complained I was just rejected and had to order new ones and then pay for them! I have never experienced such bad service.

What a shitty stable. Table clean, but the wall and socket directly at the table, simply unhygienic. It's not even wiped over with a cloth, everything is sprayed all over it. Staff, young woman was also impossible at the service counter.

Very long wait and mold on the fries and burgers. I ordered a cola and got a Fanta. Employees don't speak German and are very rude, ordering machines are permanently broken and food tastes like cardboard!!!

Just ordered there.Food was cold.Burger without salad.Sprite instead of the ordered Cola (nobody drinks here) and Capri-Sun (nobody drinks)<instead of the ordered orange juice.The request for a book instead of a toy for a happy time was also ignored Instead, two of the same toys, made for the garbage can, were included. We were in the drive in and ordered a happy meal and two chili cheeseburgers. The cheeseburger was so unappetizing, just disgusting, a slice of cheese, 2 jalapenos, two pieces of meat in the citizen.

I drove through the drive. I stood at the order phone for some time without any reaction, and after what felt like an eternity I was greeted with a snappy “Just a moment”. No good day, no request. Then I wanted to redeem a coupon. I had to announce it several times because the employee couldn't handle double-digit numbers. The next problem was that the products for the coupon were misunderstood and I was asked for a menu for a Big Tasty, even though I said a Ryal TS and a BigMac. It was then explained to me that the Big Tasty was not included in the coupon menu. After some back and forth, my burgers were on the menu and I was able to make my special request. I ordered sweet and sour with the fries. Without being told that sweet and sour was sold out, I was hissed at to choose a different sauce. At the second counter the lady couldn't count correctly and gave me 4 cents short of change. Actually, I'm not like that and like to let 5 be even. But since I was already angry, I got the 4 cents. Next, they forgot the Halloween Fanta and wanted to give me a second Colo in the cup instead. At home I noticed that they had squeezed a Big Tasty into a Royal TS packaging. I don't like the Tasty! I almost have the feeling that the employees here can neither read nor speak German and they don't seem to have any desire to work either.

One of the slowest drive-ins I have ever experienced in Germany, minimal operation and still a long waiting time (5-10 minutes) annoying if you are in a hurry, today again over 10 minutes. Not normal. Actually the goal from McDonalds is under a minute 👎

I've never seen such a crappy MacDonald, out of 4 ordering machines only 2 worked, I went there with a child specifically for a Happy Meal, and what surprises there are no. So I'll never set foot in the shot shop again

Yesterday there was a long wait and I had to ask 3 times about something I had forgotten because we preferred to talk to each other. On previous visits Something has been forgotten twice and it hasn't really been taken care of. Unfortunately it's on the way for me, otherwise I wouldn't have tried it so often. We ate here after we finally got back to the car after a long flight, which was parked in a nearby parking lot. After we had our food and walked through the branch, we first had to look for a place that was somewhat clean! At home we got the receipt - we really upset our stomachs and just hung on the toilet for three days! That's what you want after a relaxing vacation... The fact that the health department hasn't taken action here yet, given the previous reviews, is a mystery to me!

The dirtiest McDonald's I have ever entered. Have been here twice within a week, everything on and under the tables is dirty. There are fries under the cupboards behind the counter. Just disgusting. And when I read the reviews here that were written 4 months ago, for the same reasons I don't understand why nothing changes. If I could, I would give 0 stars!

The following products were not available at the ordering terminal: Wrap with scrambled eggs, dark chocolate, and decaffeinated coffee. In addition, the machines are very slow and do not work properly. The staff is unfriendly.

This McDonald's has a convenient location, I was there in the evening, and there is a large parking lot. It was dirty in the restroom and in the dining area. One of the kiosks has a broken screen. Overall, some of the decor elements show signs of vandalism. I don't know why no one seems to address this. There is quite a bit of cobwebs on the ceiling. The floor is sticky, you could get stuck and never leave McDonald's. I liked my order, everything was pretty normal, acceptable. The only complaint is cleanliness – it's very dirty there.

What a terrible branch. Starting with the fact that all self-service switches were damaged and didn't work properly. There was a single woman rotating behind the cash register, while other employees were playing on their cell phones in the back and then putting the nuggets into the box with their fingers without washing their hands. In the end, I couldn't eat the nuggets anyway because I was given chicken nuggets instead of plant-based nuggets, which of course I only noticed when I got home. Thanks for nothing...

Rude, rude and unable to put simple orders correctly in the bag! In the unfriendly manner of the lady at the drive in, who apparently didn't understand or want to speak German, there was no insight into her misbehavior! Several witnesses were even able to observe this at the drive in and in my vehicle! The shift manager wasn't interested and just walked away! I don't want to know how the food is prepared when even the manager behaves like that!

After very cold, limp fries that were far too light, they were probably fried briefly. And vegan nuggets that go into the same deep fryer as the meat products nuggets etc... I wanted my money back. Really disgusting. You're stuck to the floor, all the displays are smeared with grease. Coffee machine ancient, everything full of leftover milk. Luckily no coffee came out so I got my money back. I wouldn't have drunk the coffee anyway.

Worst McDonald's ever. We stood there for 25 minutes waiting for our food. People who came in much later than us got things before us. Completely disorganized and poorly executed. The ambience is also catastrophic because all the appliances in the kitchen are ringing loudly. Absolutely not recommended. The store stank and the hygiene was absolutely unconvincing. The waitress insulted us in Serbian because we told her that this wasn't our order.

The food is just typical McDonald's. Unfortunately, seasonal offers are rarely or not available at this branch. The service is just below average. To be fair, I don't want to judge the ambience badly since I was only in the Drive Inn this time. But this is definitely my last visit to this branch. I ordered a Mc Sundae, a hamburger and a cheeseburger at the Drive Inn and paid at the counter. To my surprise, I received the ice cream (usually the device is defective) and was told to wait on the side. After about 10 minutes the burgers were brought to me. Since I was under a bit of time pressure, I drove off straight away and ate my first burger at the first traffic light. FREEZING. The second burger too. After the waiting time, they should actually have been warm. If they're cold, why did I have to wait? I don't drive here anymore. Then I'd rather go to another burger restaurant, even if it's further away

Ordered Happy Meal, came without toys. When asked, we were told that there were no toys. This could have been said in advance at the machine or when picking up. All children disappointed. The food was pretty cold, no table service was possible, the machines took forever to get the order. Not so great here.

Were there today. Ordered food via terminal and brought food to the table. Since the branch was understaffed, the food was not brought to the table. Which wouldn't have been a bad thing if someone had told you. A customer then took over this for the branch, otherwise our food would still be at the counter. (The food was then lukewarm. THANK YOU) In the outside area behind the slide, the dirt from ketchup packets, mayonnaise packets... could be cleared away. It would also be nice if the tables outside were cleaned properly. I stopped myself from going to the toilet there.

Danger! Very very bad. Tables dirty. Chicken Nuggets Old, Cold, Dry. We were supposed to get new ones but it took a while even though there wasn't anything going on. We didn't get them at all and we just walked out even though we paid. Burgers also burnt, dry and cold. Fries just as bad. Minus five stars if that's not enough

By far the worst MC I know. Different staff every week, no one speaks the language, dirty as hell, ordering machines extremely slow and zero service in the store. Happy Meal keeps selling out??? No toys and you have to buy the expensive products individually for the kids. I have no idea why people still go here, including us.
