The shower never turned on and they didn't give me back the 4 euros.

The two stars are only because the owner personally took charge of my complaint and refunded my money. I ordered two burgers with fries and a drink. Both burgers were cold, and the cheese wasn't even remotely melted. The shift manager (who was wearing a different t-shirt than the others) told me, "It doesn't melt," even though the cheese is specially made from processed cheese. Anyway, I returned the burgers and received two "new" ones. Same story as before. I ate one because I was hungry. And by the time I got to the Big King, I was too annoyed to eat it cold. I was supposed to talk to the owner, who claimed both burgers had been freshly made, but I should have put some fries or something in the container. But apparently, this is normal here. It's a shame; for €10 for this "food," I at least expect hot burgers.

Not offering a single veggie burger option is simply embarrassing.

They only serve black coffee. According to Google and the sign outside, they open at 7:00, but they didn't open until 8:00. The toilets are absolutely appalling. How can something like this be allowed?
