The food was as usual, but hot and fresh, the employee at the drive-thru was very friendly, the ambiance is a bit difficult with the tunnel system.

There was a long brown hair in my cheeseburger—don't eat that! And there were also a lot of homeless people inside, all screaming.

To its credit, everything is hot because it's freshly fried. It tastes like standard fast food. But the prices are outrageously high. And then there are these details: The cheapest cups you get with your drinks are plastic ones. - The menu with "Capri Sun," which we managed to get, is the Aldi equivalent. Not bad so far, but misleading. The portions in the menu aren't exactly generous either. You get full, but you won't come back for more. All in all, it's just not worth it.

I completely agree with the previous comments. Even if this snack bar were a "fine dining establishment," the prices would still be completely exorbitant. Interestingly, even the swimming pool staff themselves say that they don't buy anything there and deliberately avoid this snack bar. Unfortunately, this is the worst and most expensive snack bar in all of Cologne. It's truly unacceptable that something like this continues to operate. The tenant should be replaced urgently; this cannot continue.

Tables dirty, only the third table was clean to some extent🫣. What happened to me once 😂 I wanted to get a cafe. There was a sign in the door that was on the street, the employee said to me it's still closed... okay, no problem, I'll come back straight away... half an hour later the sign is still in the door, no one can get through. The employee can't be disturbed. Hello, they should be open already, employee yes, come in... yes How? The sign is in the way...she really says then they'll put it out🤐? I asked..what? She then came to me...I replied I should do your job now? Employee told me I should have just forced myself through it...🫣🤣🤣🤣 I've never experienced anything like that either
