Even at 11:30 p.m. and by bike we still received excellent service. This is how I always imagined a good McDrive to be.

Pretty nice for a McDonalds. You can sit well outside.

My personal experience: During my visit on the day of the DFB Cup, the restaurant seemed to me to be overwhelmed in organizational terms. In my experience the order was incomplete and contained errors; In addition, a burger was cold. However, once this was pointed out, the concern was dealt with in a friendly and correct manner.

Super nice staff and great view!

When I opened the BigMac packaging, there was a slightly unpleasant smell. After the first bite the burger was returned. There was a new burger here but it wasn't any better and was left behind after the first bite.

Plastic in my Big Mac got a new one. Still questionable how an employee could put such dirt into the burger. Burger delivery was at 2:10 p.m. here at the location, I hope the employee is fired.

Unfortunately, the staff is once again too stupid to completely pack up a normal order. That was the last visit. Always check your order directly at the counter!

Very incompetent staff at Mc Drive. A corpulent lady with a broken Russian accent. Communication is hardly possible. Constantly asking what exactly you ordered via the app. I guess I didn't understand the system behind it. Extremely rude and unfriendly! Please train when it comes to customer friendliness or, better yet, replace it straight away!

I've been there a few times now and each time I've received a friendly welcome. The staff is really nice and tries to stay calm and helpful even when it's busy. You can tell that the team is well coordinated. What strikes me as particularly positive is that the food is served quickly, even if several people order. Even special requests are accepted without much discussion, and the food comes quickly and fresh. The branch is clean, tidy and pleasantly furnished - ideal for a quick stop in between. The only reason one star is deducted is because the atmosphere is sometimes a bit restless, especially at peak times. But that's almost normal at a centrally located McDonald's. All in all, a solid location where the service is just right.

I think it's the best McDonald's in Cologne. There is a very nice and large play area for children upstairs.

Clean toilets. That alone deserves 5 stars.

Drive-in with potential for frustration – unfortunately disappointing I was recently at the McDonald's on Widdersdorfer Straße - the one opposite the FC stadium, directly in the direction of the A4 to Aachen. Actually a practical spot for a quick stop on the way, but unfortunately my visit resulted in more frustration than fast food. My experience (drive-in): I got to the first drive-thru station – you know, the intercom for ordering. Nobody spoke. No “Hello, just a second please” – nothing. I waited a moment, but when there was still no response, I slowly rolled forward, assuming I could order right up front. And then it happens: The lady in front completely ignores me and prefers to take the car behind me. I sit there, a little confused, and when I point this out to her, she gets a pretty mushy comment. No apology, nothing. When it's finally my turn, I have to wait another good five minutes in front of station 10. It wouldn't have been so crazy if the food had at least been good. But: – The ice cream had already melted when I got it. – There was no sugar in the coffee, even though I specifically requested it. – And the long-awaited chocolate pockets were... well, lukewarm to cold. For a quick breakfast or a sweet snack on the way through - unfortunately a failure. Other reviews (summarized): I also read through some other reviews on Google and Maps and similar complaints keep coming up: – Long waiting times, even when there is little activity. – Unfriendly staff in the drive-thru. – Incorrect or incomplete orders. – Some people praise the good location and the mostly clean interiors, but what's the point if you're driving and just want a quick, correct order? Conclusion: Sure, it’s “just” a McDonald’s – but even for fast food there should be a certain standard. Especially in such a convenient location, you expect at least a functioning drive-in and friendly service. Unfortunately, my visit was anything but satisfactory. I hope that was an exception - but at the moment I definitely can't recommend this location.

Mc drive microphone didn't work

Very clean, while we were there, the girl wiped everything 3 times. The food is delicious, the service is polite.

Was there around 2 p.m. Food came to the table quickly and warm. Even though I made a mistake when ordering, the staff remained friendly and accommodating. The team leader lovingly took care to correct my mistake. That's what I call good service. Cleanliness is very important here. The whole restaurant was clean. There was nothing lying around anywhere. 5 stars are still not enough. That's why there's ⭐️⭐️⭐️ extra. I would love to come back to eat here. We can recommend this McDonald Fiale.

One of the nicer, more stylish McDonald's branches, definitely worth the trip from the city center. Unfortunately, the yellow-marked parking spaces for app orders have been blocked more often lately with people parking all the time, forcing you to stand behind them like a complete idiot. The staff (employees with Indian-sounding accents) get annoyed when they have to walk the few meters into the parking lot to bring your food to your car and tell you that they don't want to, saying you can come inside or use the drive-thru. Very cheeky! No sign of service! Inexplicably, the front entrance has simply been closed, so you have to enter from the back via the terrace. Also unnecessary

Finally you can order and pay in advance using the app. No more annoying queuing. Order via app, walk in, sit down and the food is delivered. Mostly clean. Especially compared to another large fast food chain. Now freshly remodeled in a new design.

What nice service! Super friendly and makes you feel really welcome. It really makes me happy to know that there are such nice people here. The dog was another plus point :3 However, I don't like the atmosphere. It feels like a train station. But that's my personal opinion :3 The food was good as always. However, I would be interested to know why the lettuce is shredded like this. Why don't you put a whole leaf on the burgers? All in all, it is a well-located restaurant.

I had a really positive experience at the McDonald’s on Aachener Straße in Cologne. The food was served super quickly and very warm, which was really impressive. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. I found the sockets in the McCafé particularly practical, perfect for working or charging your cell phone. Clear recommendation!

I've been here several times since the renovation and at different times. As usual at McDonald’s, the food is nothing earth-shattering and everything else is reasonably clean. However, the staff urgently needs to be trained or replaced. During my last visit, both guests and delivery services had to wait a long time for their orders. In addition, the staff did not seem to be familiar with the app or the ordering function. Instead of getting help from colleagues or superiors, the employee made me wait around 10 minutes until someone took my order - even though the store was not busy at midnight.

Central location and beautiful building

Spacious parking lot with 2 electric car charging stations. Inside, modern and bright furnishings. Service friendly. Unfortunately, the food was once again almost cold... my complaint was met in silence but accepted. The restaurant seemed clean and tidy. Toilets were ok. but they had an unpleasant smell.

We waited an hour for food in the restaurant. I've never experienced anything like this before.

I would particularly like to praise the older gentleman who often works in the Mcdrive in the evenings. He is always courteous, polite, very capable and professional. I'm always happy when his voice comes out of the loudspeaker. All in all, I think this McDonalds is one of the best in Cologne. Update: Tried to order three times using the new parking order function. Never worked. We ended up having to go to the restaurant and order normally and wait forever. That's not really the point, since you're supposed to save time and not have to go into the restaurant. Staff seems overburdened by high workloads and language barriers. The lady in customer service only speaks broken German. Stressful for everyone.

I didn't expect anything like this from a McDonalds and have never experienced it before: clean, courteous, friendly staff, a large, clean toilet. There are even REAL roses in vases as decoration :)

Read online, the most modern McDonald's :D The same one has been around for a long time somewhere else, I think it was Dormagen. But whatever. Service was a disaster, unfriendly and annoyed. We have a whopping 50 minutes. Waited for our order (3 drinks 3 McMuffin Bacon & Egg) The store was full of waiting customers, but nothing was happening. Except that the employees were very unfriendly and annoyed. Escapes loudly in their local languages. There was all the dirt on the floor in the kitchen and no one was using gloves. Our Bacon and Egg McMuffin was missing cheese. Complain down again? No thanks, so we have to wait another hour or get yelled at? Sad. Things were better before the renovation. Disaster here, won't come back. If you like to wait a long time and be annoyed by being served, you can visit McDonald's.

Today I lost a regular customer, stood there for a few minutes without being served, several people saw me standing there but nothing happened. After a few minutes it was too much for me and I left. Maybe it's better that way, I should rethink my diet.

During our visit on September 21st. Unfortunately that was nothing. Bicycles can only be connected to outdated “rim breakers”. Inside, the first floor was closed. Something was wrong with the ordering system: the numbers were only displayed for a few seconds as "ready for pickup" and then disappeared. Was the staff unable to handle the system properly, or is this a problem with the system? Unfortunately, it took a long time to prepare and my M completely fell apart in the box. Unfortunately they had also forgotten the napkins :-(

I recently ate at McDonald's with my kids yesterday and overall we were very pleased. The children were particularly happy about the attention of the staff. They were both given large balloons. Personally, I was pleased that there was also sugar-free yogurt on offer.

Fits, ordered and paid for beforehand, was ready as soon as I came in.

Clean is different, on the surface it looks clean. The entire floor sticks with every step. The tables look like they have been freshly cleaned, "whistled", apparently the cleaning bucket is filled once in the morning and used all day and the cloth for wiping the tables is probably not changed all week. There were crumbs and dried stains on the benches. But the BigMac was fresh and hot!

The app says that the voucher can be redeemed indefinitely and can be redeemed up to 100 times on the same day, but this is not accepted at the counter!

My 3 year old son got a squeeze from the Happy Meal today that was spoiled. The packaging was open or the opening was torn and it smelled terrible. It would be nice if in the future the employees could take a look at the condition of the packaging when the food is served. After all, it's about children's food and something like that shouldn't happen

Just stopped for coffee and a cookie. Outside area was very comfortable. Didn't have to wait long after ordering. Unfortunately one of us spilled her coffee. Response from staff was immediate. We were guided to another table and reassured that it wasn't a problem. The area was cleaned quickly and we were served with more coffee and cookies free of charge. This was above and beyond great service and kindness.

Absolute rubbish. Came twice and they tried me twice with the price and products. They only sell products but earn like double, and burgers too small for a cat. And when you prepare the food, do everything directly with your hands without gloves; But of course, smoke a cigarette afterwards and continue to manipulate food with unwashed hands. ABSOLUTE CRAP.
