Ich bestelle oft bei McDonald's und hatte nie Probleme, nach Hause zu bestellen. Ich hatte immer alle Produkte, aber seit einiger Zeit gibt es keine Saucen und keine Pommes mehr.

Food was okay. Order processing was great. But the edition mixed up a few things and forgot something.

Got meat nuggets instead of the plant based ones. Disgusting.

I'm sitting here and the boss comes around and asks how it tastes and then he gives out little sweets. I haven't experienced that yet. Really nice 👍🏼

I didn't expect anything like this from a McDonalds and have never experienced it before: clean, courteous, friendly staff, a large, clean toilet. There are even REAL roses in vases as decoration :)

Read online, the most modern McDonald's :D The same one has been around for a long time somewhere else, I think it was Dormagen. But whatever. Service was a disaster, unfriendly and annoyed. We have a whopping 50 minutes. Waited for our order (3 drinks 3 McMuffin Bacon & Egg) The store was full of waiting customers, but nothing was happening. Except that the employees were very unfriendly and annoyed. Escapes loudly in their local languages. There was all the dirt on the floor in the kitchen and no one was using gloves. Our Bacon and Egg McMuffin was missing cheese. Complain down again? No thanks, so we have to wait another hour or get yelled at? Sad. Things were better before the renovation. Disaster here, won't come back. If you like to wait a long time and be annoyed by being served, you can visit McDonald's.

Clean shop, quick service and really clean toilets. The latter is rarely found at Mc D. So recommended. Small drawback: few parking spaces!

Today I lost a regular customer, stood there for a few minutes without being served, several people saw me standing there but nothing happened. After a few minutes it was too much for me and I left. Maybe it's better that way, I should rethink my diet.

During our visit on September 21st. Unfortunately that was nothing. Bicycles can only be connected to outdated “rim breakers”. Inside, the first floor was closed. Something was wrong with the ordering system: the numbers were only displayed for a few seconds as "ready for pickup" and then disappeared. Was the staff unable to handle the system properly, or is this a problem with the system? Unfortunately, it took a long time to prepare and my M completely fell apart in the box. Unfortunately they had also forgotten the napkins :-(

Quick and easy, good location and the drive is very fast! Employees are ok but the ice machine always works :)

Apparently new staff, quite slow but ok. What's worse is that the nacho cheeseballs were forgotten when we ordered.

One of the best McDonald’s restaurants in Cologne, now also with charging options for electric cars. Just a little overpriced for non-member.

Very central location with lots of space. Friendly service and great atmosphere ideal for families and a good meeting place with friends I recommend. Good rail connection available and long opening times

Very bad staff, no one can speak German. Very unfriendly all dirty shop. Extremely long waiting times. Not recommended!

Bad service, uncomfortable and a very long waiting time

Finally you can order and pay in advance using the app. No more annoying queuing. Order via app, walk in, sit down and the food is delivered. Mostly clean. Especially compared to another large fast food chain. Now freshly remodeled in a new design.

I recently ate at McDonald's with my kids yesterday and overall we were very pleased. The children were particularly happy about the attention of the staff. They were both given large balloons. Personally, I was pleased that there was also sugar-free yogurt on offer.

Fits, ordered and paid for beforehand, was ready as soon as I came in.

What do you want to say about MC? Everyone knows it. It was full, we got our order quickly and completely. It was constantly cleaned

Clean is different, on the surface it looks clean. The entire floor sticks with every step. The tables look like they have been freshly cleaned, "whistled", apparently the cleaning bucket is filled once in the morning and used all day and the cloth for wiping the tables is probably not changed all week. There were crumbs and dried stains on the benches. But the BigMac was fresh and hot!

The app says that the voucher can be redeemed indefinitely and can be redeemed up to 100 times on the same day, but this is not accepted at the counter!

Der schlimmste MC Donalds in dem ich bisher war. Die Mitarbeiter haben mir gedroht mich zu schlagen nachdem ich mich über einen Gast beschwert habe. Das Person ist respektlos und unhöflich und geht nicht auf die Wünsche der Kunden ein. Keine Empfehlung.

My 3 year old son got a squeeze from the Happy Meal today that was spoiled. The packaging was open or the opening was torn and it smelled terrible. It would be nice if in the future the employees could take a look at the condition of the packaging when the food is served. After all, it's about children's food and something like that shouldn't happen

Absolute rubbish. Came twice and they tried me twice with the price and products. They only sell products but earn like double, and burgers too small for a cat. And when you prepare the food, do everything directly with your hands without gloves; But of course, smoke a cigarette afterwards and continue to manipulate food with unwashed hands. ABSOLUTE CRAP. No longer.

Just stopped for coffee and a cookie. Outside area was very comfortable. Didn't have to wait long after ordering. Unfortunately one of us spilled her coffee. Response from staff was immediate. We were guided to another table and reassured that it wasn't a problem. The area was cleaned quickly and we were served with more coffee and cookies free of charge. This was above and beyond great service and kindness.

Die Dame am zweiten Schalter mit Akzent leicht blonde Haare mittleren Alters war sehr unhöflich wir fragten nach einem Strohhalm da unsere 3 jährige Tochter nicht aus den riesigen Pappbechern trinken kann darauf hin meinte sie das keine vorhanden wären nur die für milkshakes wir baten sie drum uns einen davon zu geben sie antwortete patzig das diese nur für Shakes sind und das man ohne Strohhalm besser trinken könnte und das sie dafür keinen Grund braucht uns keinen zu geben und machte die Klappe von dem Schalter zu 09.06.24 15:50 Uhr

45 min wait for one small burger, it was calm too, Sunday at 10.

On the last visit everything was perfect, no missing products, and the staff were friendly too

The order arrived quickly, I liked the taste of bacon, just as I expected, staff polite and friendly, except for the cleaning lady in the toilet, she said I had to pay 1 euro for the toilet and I said why. She answered loudly, for the Cologne football fans. I then showed her my Köllner scarf and the Köllner ticket that I was a guest when she played against vfl Bochum that day. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️I'm sure she'll take the money off for herself. To all Cologne fans. My advice. If you order some food from McDonald's and go to the toilet, don't give the cleaning lady any money, even if they're wearing fantriko. That's why I deduct one star. I would particularly like to praise the older gentleman who often works in the Mcdrive in the evenings. He is always courteous, polite, very capable and professional. I'm always happy when his voice comes out of the loudspeaker. All in all, I think this McDonalds is one of the best in Cologne.

A regular McDonalds, however, if it is a football day at the stadium there can be huge crowds and no dine in option. Something to keep in mind

Underground. Cup of McSundae only half full. Staff and especially the branch manager are extremely unfriendly. Never again....

Just McDonald's. But at least with friendly staff.

Just sitting outside with the boys in the evening, having a smoke and eating a few nuggets is very good here thanks to the outdoor area. Although the branch has two floors, the upper floor was never open when I was there. The young guy at McDrive in particular is great and always up for a laugh, even when he's playing taxi for his friends who are no longer completely sane at 2 a.m.

Here's a very bipolar review, born from my recent Mc-Drive visit. First of all, I would like to mention that the incredibly friendly (probably of Indian descent) gentleman deserves a medal. Literally every time I'm there and see him, he's absolutely personable, professional, reliable and even cross-sells in a very unobtrusive way. If I were you, I would let the gentleman take over the employee training. Thanks for having it! But now to my underground experience, which was about 20 minutes ago. How can it be that someone hands me a cola in the window and it completely implodes shortly after it is handed over to me (because the lid is either broken or not on properly) and spreads all over the interior?! I was soaked down to my underpants with cola and the employee in charge couldn't think of anything better than “I'll make you another cola”🥸 Thanks for nothing. How about a little compassion and proactivity in terms of support in a moment like this... Damage was caused and they didn't even offer me a voucher🤦‍♂️ bottomless... To be fair, it has to be said that the colleague, who understood my displeasure, did offer potential culinary compensation: I still politely declined because I was served and was flabbergasted. In my opinion, the whole thing on the part of the serving employee is not compatible with common sense. Please learn from this!!! So now again: give the man a medal🥇

A little slow, but otherwise good

It was busier than usual, but the wait was bearable at just 5 minutes.

McDonalds always forgets something. Despite the large screen and the order, they can't pack properly. Again I have almost 5€, given as a gift without receiving any goods.

McWrap is inedible. There's nothing about simply putting McNuggets in instead of chicken. The cheesecake is tasteless and tastes rather artificial.

I've never seen staff so bad. Instead of apologizing, they speak arrogantly and aggressively, ironically. Even meneger. Old kitchens brought twice and said it would be this morning. Kitchen was old, dry and strawberries were completely rotten. They also calculated the change incorrectly. MacDonald should do something to educate his staff on how to deal with customers.

Der McDrive ist eine Katastrophe. Ich weiß nicht, was das noch mit einem Schnellrestaurant zu tun haben soll, obwohl per App bestellt und bezahlt wurde. Da ist das Aggressionspotenzial bei manchen in der Warteschleife ziemlich groß. Und dies ist mir nun das dritte Mal passiert. Das Personal ist sehr nett, jedoch sehr schwer zu verstehen.

Alles gut verlaufen Guter Service freundliches Personal.

Naja, wenn schnell gehen muss, aber kein Vergleich zu anderen, vor allem kleinen Burgerschmieden.

Hat bisschen lange gedauert bis wir unsere apfeltaschen bekommen heben , das essen war ganz gut und der laden sieht richtig gut aus , besonders im vergleich zu anderen mcdonalds filialen

Wer braucht schon fine dining wenn man labberige Pommes mit curry dip haben kann. 😍

Ich komme sehr gerne in diesen McDonald's. Das Ambiente ist toll, schön dekoriert zu Anlässen wie Weihnachten und normalerweise sehr sauber. Es gibt darüber hinaus einen integrierten McCafe mit hervorragendem Cappuccino. Kann ich nur empfehlen.

Ми завітали сюди випадково 2 грудня.....і нам все дуже сподобалось! В цей день в цьому закладі було абсолютно чисто, панувала затишна атмосфера, персонал був привітний, а наша вечеря була надзвичайно смачною..... ми залишилися ситі та щасливі, з бажанням завітати сюди ще раз. Надіємось наступного разу все буде так само ідеально. Дякуємо!❤

Personal unfreundlich, keinen guten Tag / bitte / danke. Es ist bestimmt nicht im Preis inbegriffen. Ich wollte schnell essen aber war das Gegenteil. Zum Glück hatte ich nachgefragt, sonst wäre ich noch vor Ort.

Normaler Mc Donalds halt. Ambiente Modern und dauber. Toilette Männer echt stinki. Dafür ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten und Tische. Essen wird jedes mal sehr schnell aufgetischt. Das ist wirklich schneller als sonst. An sich ein guter Mc`es

Ich weiß nicht warum, aber ich war hier 3 Mal schon und jedes Mal hatte ich Bauchschmerzen danach.

Boden auf den Toiletten klebrig und nicht wirklich sauber. Löffel an der Kaffeetasse war dreckig. Burger komplett auseinandergefallen und nicht richtig eingepackt. Parkplätze sind gut. Personal war freundlich. Burger war nicht mehr als ok. Kenne ich besser.

Schöner McDonalds, ganz modern!

Ausschließlich zum Trinken von Cappuccino und Kaffee dort gewesen also nicht unbedingt was üblich ist aber diese Getränke sind seltenst zu schlagen wirklich köstlich zu schlafen und sowohl die Bedienung an der Kasse wie ebenfalls die netten Damen die den Kaffee zum Tisch bringen erstens ein recht seltener Service im DIY- Restaurant und dann auch von einer Freundlichkeit wow und €3,99 ist <auf diesem Markt> nicht unüblich - also... jedeR Kaffeefreund:in sei MCs empfohlen¡!

Haben uns schon einige Male im Mc Drive etwas geholt und bisher hat IMMER etwas gefehlt. Wie kann das sein? Leute, CHECKT EURE BESTELLUNG!

Sauberkeit & Hygiene lassen zu wünschen übrig. Toiletten sind unsauber und ungenügend ausgestattet. Viel Luft nach oben. ➖️ EMPFEHLUNG...(+55%)

Aus meiner Sicht Bester MCs in Deutschland. Mein Highlight: der ältere Mann bei Mcdrive ist der Grund, warum ich immer wieder gerne zu diesem MCs komme. Ein unglaublich höflicher Mann, Charmant und zuvorkommend. Danke für den tollen Service! Ich fühle mich immer willkommen.

Das ist der beste und schönste MC Donalds den ich kenne. Immer sehr sauber. Hier kann man auch noch bei Menschen bestellen und nicht nur am computer

Habe nach einem Strohhalm gefragt. Wurde sehr unfreundlich abgewiesen. Die sind nur für „Shakes“. Ist ja ok das die aus Pappe sind. Aber warum krieg ich nicht mal einen um ne Cola zu trinken? Das tut nun echt keiner Schildkröte weh.

Leider war das Restaurant sehr dreckig. Die Tische waren klebrig, und der Boden wirkte unaufgeräumt. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, und das hat unser Esserlebnis negativ beeinflusst.

Gut, Toiletten sauber essen wie jeder mcs schmeckt halt normal gut. Mitarbeiter ein paar freundlich paar auch nicht. Von sich an gutes mccdonals

Hat leider keine Klima Anlage und das Personal ist unfreundlich musste um einen Strohhalm für meine Cola 5 min diskutieren um einen dazu zu bekommen kann man sich garnicht aus malen

Used this McDs while staying near the sports university. It was friendly and clean. The menu is massively better than ours in the UK so kids loved coming
