Dirty shop. First of all, they make you wait at the checkout for 15 minutes before you are even served and when I asked if they could help me with the app, they said no. never again!!! Worst service I've experienced so far

Hello... placed an order at McDonalds... it was delivered... well that doesn't sound right... fries were ice cold, barely fried... fish was just swimming... nothing was warm. .. . And there you have to pay for such crappy food? You can do better or provide better service... I'll go with it... Life is expensive enough... so either do it right... or go out of business

I come here very rarely, usually only out of necessity. Fortunately, if you want to eat good burgers, you have more than enough better alternatives these days. When I go to McDoof, it's only because it's quick and the drive-thru is convenient if you want to move on. Frying burgers really isn't rocket science or astrophysics. Especially not in shops like McDreck, where you just have to work exactly according to the recipe and schedule without any intelligence. But if you're stupid enough to prepare two out of three burgers incorrectly even in this shop, i.e. two different burgers were delivered than ordered and you paid more (!), then you'd better look for a much less demanding job. E.g. as a scraper of the woodchip from woodchip wallpaper. Or a professional paper airplane butterfly, but of course only for one airplane version. Or bottle squeezers at discounter disposable bottle machines. So any other completely intelligence-free job. I'd rather go to KFC from now on. I've never experienced anything as stupid as McDoof.

I tried the M for the first time today. On offer, of course. It was very tasty and powerful. I have to admit. However, in my opinion the M is what the BigMac once was. That's why I rarely go to McDonald's anymore and only when there are coupons. Price/performance (price/burger) is becoming less and less true. Here in Gremberghoven you have to expect an increased waiting time at the drive-in.

I went to this branch this afternoon and ordered from the machine and paid there too. Then I went to pick it up, my food was still on the “in preparation” list. The (I think) branch manager suddenly deleted all the orders that were visible on the screen, so they were first set for pickup and then deleted immediately afterwards. Among other things, mine, which I noticed I was still waiting for. Luckily, a nice employee asked me if she could help me. I told her my suspicions and she immediately went looking for the old bong that the store manager had printed out. And actually found him and served me my food within 5 minutes. Praise goes out to the lovely helpful employee, she understood how to help in a customer-oriented manner Corrected mistakes made by others. Overall the branch was fine. The food was up to typical McDonald’s standards, but the wait was a little longer than expected. Cleanliness could be improved, especially in the seating area. Friendly staff but service was average. Solid, but room for improvement.

Worst Mc's ever. We waited 25 minutes for 2 BicMäc menus, a double cheeseburger and fries. I had to change the double cheeseburger because it was cold and hard. Better go to someone else, the staff is simply incompetent!!!

I have to say that this McDonald's has developed a lot. The employees were very friendly, the burgers and fries were fresh and still really hot. Store seemed very clean and inviting. Drive-thru wasn't crowded either and orders seemed to be processed quickly.

I don't know why 1 citizen worth 8 euros should cost 15 euros after delivery and it takes so long to cook a menu. Then you call them and ask when the delivery will go out, of course no one answers the phone, either overwhelmed or no one is there. I ordered 20 plant nuggets and got chicken nuggets, which I only realized after the first bite. Then I got new 20 plant nuggets, three of which were meat nuggets. You can't rely on getting vegetarian products when you order them. Really outrageous!

I was at this McDonald’s branch before the renovation. The service was very slow and poor. After the renovation, I wanted to try it again. I wanted to pay at the checkout and waited for 5 minutes, but no one came. The employees walked around and didn't pay any attention to me. When I called someone, I had to wait again. The boss shouted at his employees and did nothing about the queue. The service is still very bad!

Ordered cappuccino grande in the restaurant. The cappuccino was served in a paper cup. No milk foam available. Been a regular customer there for 23 years. I will never visit this branch in Gremberghoven again.

Food wasn't tasty, fries were cold and tasteless. Unfortunately, service doesn't get anything done. No servings and there wasn't even a fork with the salad. We had to stand up and ask for a fork (more like shout because all the employees are driving out of sight) and the employee didn't even know what a fork was. By the way, the store wasn't even full but still 4 people complained and all within 30 minutes.

No disgusting smell, toilets are also well cleaned and maintained, nice staff, the Mc muffin with egg and bacon is quite good, you can taste the bacon well, the McMuffin Fresh chicken is very tasty, fresh lettuce, fresh tomato, the cheese is the same as almost every burger but that's not a bad thing, the chicken is relatively crispy, It's juicy and very appetizing. The latte macchiato is relatively warm, not hot, but good warm all in all, I would say for €7.50 (coupons) what you get is relatively good. Of course, you can go out for a much better meal with €7.50, but for a breakfast in between it's good. I wouldn't recommend it now, but I would recommend it to anyone!

I seem to be the victim of poorly/wrongly made dishes. This is by far not the first time that has prompted me to write a recession. So here we go: The thing I'm most longing for is the Frape caramel, which I was promptly handed over at the drive through, but unfortunately without a lid and the caramel is slowly running down the plastic cup. Well... not so bad despite the risk of completely messing up my car and myself. Unfortunately, what I got and didn't see was NOT a frape but rather lumps of ice with ingredients. I congratulate! I looked into the bag to check everything was complete. I already had hope. But the guys at the Gremberhofen McDonald's seem to be getting more and more creative when it comes to messing up my order. Hats off to you, very ambitious again and successfully breaking through the basement floor. 2 stars. The Börger was delicious.

Lately we've been ordering more often here via the app and going to the drive-thru. The service has always been optimal, the quality of the food is impeccable, the excellent strawberry shakes, if things continue like this, it will become our regular McDonald's!

I would like to describe an extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience at this branch. When I requested a simple adjustment to my order - just one item should be removed - the employee deleted the entire order without consulting me. When I politely pointed out to him that this was incorrect, he started speaking to me in an aggressive and excessively loud tone, as if I were his subordinate. Not only was it unprofessional, it was demeaning and completely inappropriate. I not only felt badly treated in the situation, but downright harassed. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and clearly shows that your employees urgently need training in how to treat customers respectfully. It's the worst customer experience I've ever had. After this incident, I will never shop at this restaurant or McDonald's in general again. I would also not recommend McDonald's to anyone - on the contrary.

It used to be delicious there. There were three of us there today. People are chosen over my partner all the time. This caused a very long wait. Then we ordered cheeseburgers. I've never experienced anything like what we got there. Totally over salted, bread totally greasy and so much pepper on it that I almost didn't taste anything else. One star for the ambience because the floor was completely sticky and the benches were full of crumbs and leftover food. Unfortunately, I couldn't get down from the toilet at first. Never this store again.

A PC that works like the ordering machines simply belongs in the trash. It's better to go to the checkout.

Almost always pretty crowded and loud. I don't find the staff particularly friendly. Food and drinks were mostly good, but I didn't like the ice cream (McSundae) at all. I found it to be too firm and watery, as if it had been stretched with water. Of course that didn't have to be the case, but that's how it tasted to me. I recommend the cappuccino, which I like better here than in some other McDonald's (nice Italian portafilter machine for manual service in the McCafé).

I was there with my daughter at MC drive, I asked the employee and the boss to give me a straw because the child in the car couldn't drink from the cup. They refused to give me a straw and discussed it for a long time and explained to me that it would only be with milk shakes and not with soft drinks. Went there for breakfast. Unfortunately, they forgot the bacon on my scrambled egg and bacon wrap. The sugar I ordered wasn't brought with my coffee either. In addition, my coffee ended up with all the coffee grounds in it, some of which I drank with it. Unfortunately I was disappointed.

The reviews here on Google are - as you can see - ignored. Now to the actual topic: Apparently the entire staff was replaced 'a few' months ago. The only people working here now are those who have little to no knowledge of the German language. Since I only order via app, this doesn't usually affect me. Most of the time they can at least speak English. However, what now leads me to the negative rating is the fact that since the change in personnel (?) every order I have received has been incorrect. Either products are missing, incorrect products are issued, you receive an order from another customer or you receive meat products instead of the plant ones. Today not only were the plant products wrong, for example by putting the nuggets in meat, but burgers were also missing. Since this is not an isolated case for me, the review follows. I have visited this place many times and I can hardly complain about the food. The service is excellent, quick and friendly. I would particularly like to highlight an employee named Ennes. Such employees should really be rewarded. Very nice.

Horror McDonald's!!! NEVER AGAIN. Truly one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. First of all, no self-service checkouts worked and when I asked for help it was politely declined in a very rude tone. When I went to the normal cash register I was treated in a really demeaning manner because I mentioned that the monitor cash registers were defective. Then next I was supposed to order it using my cell phone using my coupon because it was scanned and then apparently it was the manager of the branch who took my cell phone and gave a 5 star rating on my app!!! I thought I wasn't seeing properly, after this whole story I was!!! I took the phone and corrected it to 1 star and he said: No, now you won't get any more food because you only gave 1 star in a super rude tone!! I walked right out and will NEVER visit this restaurant AGAIN. Even though I love McDonalds so much, I'll never do it again. Extremely unfriendly, Added to this is the disrespectful treatment and the harshness of the shop, it was simply very unclean!!!! CONCLUSION: DISASTER!!!!
