There are better ones, fries taste like old fat.

I seem to be the victim of poorly/wrongly made dishes. This is by far not the first time that has prompted me to write a recession. So here we go: The thing I'm most longing for is the Frape caramel, which I was promptly handed over at the drive through, but unfortunately without a lid and the caramel is slowly running down the plastic cup. Well... not so bad despite the risk of completely messing up my car and myself. Unfortunately, what I got and didn't see was NOT a frape but rather lumps of ice with ingredients. I congratulate! I looked into the bag to check everything was complete. I already had hope. But the guys at the Gremberhofen McDonald's seem to be getting more and more creative when it comes to messing up my order. Hats off to you, very ambitious again and successfully breaking through the basement floor. 2 stars. The Börger was delicious.

Lately we've been ordering more often here via the app and going to the drive-thru. The service has always been optimal, the quality of the food is impeccable, the excellent strawberry shakes, if things continue like this, it will become our regular McDonald's!

Still closed at 7:25 on Monday, leaving customers waiting without any information.

I would like to describe an extremely disappointing and disrespectful experience at this branch. When I requested a simple adjustment to my order - just one item should be removed - the employee deleted the entire order without consulting me. When I politely pointed out to him that this was incorrect, he started speaking to me in an aggressive and excessively loud tone, as if I were his subordinate. Not only was it unprofessional, it was demeaning and completely inappropriate. I not only felt badly treated in the situation, but downright harassed. Such behavior is completely unacceptable and clearly shows that your employees urgently need training in how to treat customers respectfully. It's the worst customer experience I've ever had. After this incident, I will never shop at this restaurant or McDonald's in general again. I would also not recommend McDonald's to anyone - on the contrary.

It used to be delicious there. There were three of us there today. People are chosen over my partner all the time. This caused a very long wait. Then we ordered cheeseburgers. I've never experienced anything like what we got there. Totally over salted, bread totally greasy and so much pepper on it that I almost didn't taste anything else. One star for the ambience because the floor was completely sticky and the benches were full of crumbs and leftover food. Unfortunately, I couldn't get down from the toilet at first. Never this store again.

A PC that works like the ordering machines simply belongs in the trash. It's better to go to the checkout.

Waiting times were far too long, food was cold, staff seemed to be a bit overwhelmed, which was a shame because it was supposed to be an experience as always suggested to us, we'll be curious to see what it will be like next time 😉🍔

It's officially open until 4 a.m. but the employees closed at 3 a.m. and refused us service. When asked, the employees said that they had already cleaned the shop and therefore couldn't prepare anything anymore despite it being open until 4 a.m.

You always have to go to the little place in the drive-in and wait. I don't know why and the person you pay never looks at you as if you weren't even there because they're already talking to the next person, I feel so alone

Waited 15 minutes in the drive in to put 4 burgers together. Burger carelessly squeezed into a bag.

Almost always pretty crowded and loud. I don't find the staff particularly friendly. Food and drinks were mostly good, but I didn't like the ice cream (McSundae) at all. I found it to be too firm and watery, as if it had been stretched with water. Of course that didn't have to be the case, but that's how it tasted to me. I recommend the cappuccino, which I like better here than in some other McDonald's (nice Italian portafilter machine for manual service in the McCafé).

Complete juice shop nothing works as it should! The controls and the employees there, some of whom can't even speak German, work like sleeping pills. Food simply thrown into the box.

I was there with my daughter at MC drive, I asked the employee and the boss to give me a straw because the child in the car couldn't drink from the cup. They refused to give me a straw and discussed it for a long time and explained to me that it would only be with milk shakes and not with soft drinks. I offered an extra €1 for it and explained it was because of my daughter. They didn't want to understand and still continued to refuse. Totally inhumane and after we left, we noticed that the order was wrong and they gave us the cheapest products even though I had paid for the expensive ones. Never again, here are disrespectful, unfriendly and inhumane.

Went there for breakfast. Unfortunately, they forgot the bacon on my scrambled egg and bacon wrap. The sugar I ordered wasn't brought with my coffee either. In addition, my coffee ended up with all the coffee grounds in it, some of which I drank with it. Unfortunately I was disappointed.

Chicken nuggets and fries were cold. With the Filet O Fish, the sauce was in one place on the edge (instead of the middle), so there was no sauce left after one bite. (Mc)Stupid.

Before I get to the actual topic, I would like to ask everyone: Complain to customer service about the chatbot. https://www.mcdonalds.com/de/de-de/kontakt.html I have been told that the complaints will be taken seriously and that this could lead to unpleasant consequences for the branch. The reviews here on Google are - as you can see - ignored. Now to the actual topic: Apparently the entire staff was replaced 'a few' months ago. The only people working here now are those who have little to no knowledge of the German language. Since I only order via app, this doesn't usually affect me. Most of the time they can at least speak English. However, what now leads me to the negative rating is the fact that since the change in personnel (?) every order I have received has been incorrect. Either products are missing, incorrect products are issued, you receive an order from another customer or you receive meat products instead of the plant ones. Today not only were the plant products wrong, for example by putting the nuggets in meat, but burgers were also missing. Since this is not an isolated case for me, the review follows. If you have had similar experiences, then definitely don't forget to submit a complaint using the link above.

Visited drive in, the cashier was great, advised on a menu because it was much cheaper, great, I'll do it again soon.

The ambience like at MC is just too crowded, too loud. I thought the playground was outside, why do the kids have to race around the tables?

The burgers weren't fresh. The ordering machines do not work properly and urgently need to be replaced. Some of the benches were not cleaned. There's a lot going on here.

The worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Far too few parking spaces, eternal queue at the drive-in that was processed in slow motion. Employees are extremely unfriendly and the food is subpar even by fast food standards.

I have visited this place many times and I can hardly complain about the food. The service is excellent, quick and friendly. I would particularly like to highlight an employee named Ennes. Such employees should really be rewarded. Very nice.

Horror McDonald's!!! NEVER AGAIN. Truly one of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. First of all, no self-service checkouts worked and when I asked for help it was politely declined in a very rude tone. When I went to the normal cash register I was treated in a really demeaning manner because I mentioned that the monitor cash registers were defective. Then next I was supposed to order it using my cell phone using my coupon because it was scanned and then apparently it was the manager of the branch who took my cell phone and gave a 5 star rating on my app!!! I thought I wasn't seeing properly, after this whole story I was!!! I took the phone and corrected it to 1 star and he said: No, now you won't get any more food because you only gave 1 star in a super rude tone!! I walked right out and will NEVER visit this restaurant AGAIN. Even though I love McDonalds so much, I'll never do it again. Extremely unfriendly, Added to this is the disrespectful treatment and the harshness of the shop, it was simply very unclean!!!! CONCLUSION: DISASTER!!!!

Yesterday, February 8th, I ordered the McSmart menu with a chicken burger, there was a long hair in one of them, extremely disgusting, when I complained I was insulted. Ordered chicken burgers today on February 9th, both cold, the cheese had already hardened. Also heard stupid comments at the checkout. Here you pay to be portrayed as stupid. Service zero points, tables were dirty, leftover food and juice on them. I hope something happens and things get better!!!

Katastrophale Mitarbeiter, fast keiner konnte richtig Deutsch. Sehr unfreundlich und beachten fast aus trotz die Kunden nicht !! Tische dreckig, der Boden in der Küche sah so aus , als ob es vorgestern erst geputzt worden ist ! Ekelhaft.

Der türkische Mitarbeiter mit dem Schnauzer war MEGA unfreundlich hat uns die ne halbe Stunde früher raus geschmissen und uns beleidigt weil wir am Silvester Abend Pommes essen wollten auf Türkisch obwohl wir alle auch türkisch reden können

Würde am liebsten null Sterne geben! Unfassbar unfreundlich, Mega unverschämt. Sehr harte Sachen gesprochen, gehört sich alles einfach nicht. Würde freiwillig nicht nochmal rein! Ps: der türkische ältere Typ ist sehr respeklos. Lg

Typischer McDonalds jedoch ziemlich unordentlich mit Pfütze in der Kinderecke. Den Kindersitz musste ich auch einmal gründlich säubern

Leider ist das eine der Filialen, die anscheinend nicht viel Wert auf Sauberkeit legt. Auch wenn das Restaurant stark frequentiert ist, sollte es ganz obligatorisch sein, dass Tische und Fußböden in einem ordentlichen Zustand sind. Die Böden sahen aber schon länger nicht gewischt aus. Wir haben keinen einzigen sauberen Tisch gefunden. Es gab keine Papierhandtücher auf den Toiletten. Das einzige was positiv war, war die Geschwindigkeit der Zubereitung des Essens. Das ging wirklich flott und wurde auch recht freundlich an den Tisch gebracht.

Total unfreundliches Personal. Lieblos draufgeknalltes Essen.

Bei Bestellungen zum Mitnehmen werden regelmäßig bezahlte Produkte nicht eingepackt.

Ziemlich übler Laden. Sonntags nachts da gewesen. Kein Eis, Big Mac eher kalt, Pommes umgestalzen, als wir gegen wollten, würde uns gesagt, die Hauptausgangstüre sei geschlossen und wir sollten durch einen Nebenausgang gehen. Der führte durch einen versifften Wirtschaftsraum. Nie wieder.

Bestellung über App und Paypal bestellt. Essen wurde im Drive abgeholt, normale Wartezeit obwohl nichts los war. In der kleinen Bestellung, 5 Burger und Pommes, wurde erneut ein Burger vergessen (zweite Mal innerhalb von 3 Monaten an zwei verschiedenen Standorten). Angerufen und Burger kann abgeholt werden, 10km Wegstrecke! Gutschrift zurück über Paypal nicht möglich, da man keine Bank sei! Klasse! Wir lieben Mc Donalds…

Keine lange Wartezeit und freundliches Personal!

Ich habe Plant Nuggets bestellt und Chicken Nuggets bekommen.

Leider arbeiten in dem McDoof nur "Profis" zweites mal in einer Woche. Es fehlt was! letztens war es nur eine Sauce...heute war es die Sauce und einmal 6er Chicken Mc Nuggets....fällt leider einem auf, wenn man erst zu Hause ist. Und dann zurückfahren. Ich gönne es euch. Ich komme nicht mehr wieder. unf es bestellen genug meiner bekannten bei euch...die werden es auch nicht mehr. Danke für nix....p.s. mich hat der Manager von dem Laden bedient

Das essen war kalt, und ich habe Menü mit Sprite bestellt, aber ich hab Mineralwasser bekommen

Bedienung schien Ordersystem nicht zu verstehen und war auch nicht sonderlich freundlich. Produkte waren nach üblichen Standards.

Haben über Lieferando bestellt, Premium Menü. Die Big Tasty Bacon Bürger waren versalzen!!! Dadurch ungenießbar. Der 20 Chicken war kalt, die Pommes kalt, Apfeltasche war noch warm, Pizzataschen haben gefehlt, Ketchup hat gefehlt. Getränke haben gestimmt. Nicht noch mal!!! Für das Geld, gehen wir lieber zum Italiener.

So einen unorganisierten McDonalds habe ich im Leben noch nicht gesehen. Die Angestellten stehen nach jedem Handgriff plötzlich an einer anderen Station, Kundenservice absolut inakzeptabel… Dann wurde meine Bestellung bei „Abholbereit“ angezeigt, allerdings stand sie nicht da zum abholen bereit. Nach fünf min. verschwand meine Nummer von der Anzeige, noch immer nichts an der Ausgabe…. Daraufhin fragte ich die zwei Herren an der Ausgabe was da passiert ist, nachdem ich die Frage gestellt hatte drehten sich beide wortlos weg und verschwanden wieder an anderen Stationen. Einen solch desolaten Ablauf habe ich in ganz Deutschland noch in keinem McDonalds gesehen. 40min gewartet (in den USA gibt es bei einer Wartezeit von mehr als 5min die Bestellung umsonst ;-)) für einen 20er Nuggets, einen Doppelcheeseburger und einen McRib (auf dem ist übrigens nur ein Tropfen Sauce)…. Es lag evtl. Auch an meiner Herkunft, denn Kunden aus dem gleichen oder augenscheinlich gleichen Herkunftsland wurde um Welten besser bedient. Das war das erste und letzte mal im McDonalds in Gremberghoven. (Und bei meinem Arbeitskollegen fehlt die halbe Bestellung) Danke für alles 👎🏻

Essen war lauwarm und die Tische müssten auch mal öfters gereinigt werden, sonst okay

Sorry, lauwarme Fritten, lauwarme Bürger, die Cola ohne Kohlensäure, das einzig Gute war die Apfeltasche. Die war heiss. Obwohl der Laden so leer war, war das Essen fast ungenießbar. Ich war schon ein paarmal hier, aber so schlecht war es noch nie. Auch der Zustand der Toiletten ist katastrophal. Das geht wesentlich besser, schade für das Geld.

Vollkatastrophe. Toiletten absolut schäbig, wann dort das letzte mal geputzt wurde ist unklar und ob überhaupt. Dreckiges Restaurant, Terminals funktionieren nur teilweise.

Viel zu voll und zu laut. Das Abends um 19:30.

Fast Food man bekommt was man erwartet. An dem Umgang mit Kunden kann man noch arbeiten.
