Anyone wanting to grab a quick bite at lunchtime should allow about 45 minutes; this is no longer fast food... The drive-thru is an absolute disaster. It has two order windows, but they're only staffed by one person (?). Ten or more cars quickly back up behind the payment window, and the parking area where you're supposed to "wait" is far too small... The whole concept is a complete failure!

Absolutely terrible! The wait time and the concept at the McDonald's drive-thru are catastrophic. It doesn't deserve a single star!

Two decent cheeseburgers, the place was calm and clean.

Disgusting place! I just ordered from the drive-thru, got home, and found black hairs in both long chicken burgers!!! Repulsive!!! I called and they hung up on me instead of apologizing!!! Never again!!!

Absolutely outrageous!!! First, they forgot two burgers from my order of nuggets and two burgers. When I pointed this out, they gave me the two burgers. Then, when I got home and went to eat the burger, I saw no patty and four layers of cheese! They're clearly deliberately ripping off their customers.

The staff tried their best to keep the store clean. It wasn't too dirty. However, I felt like I was in a kindergarten. There were endless screaming children playing tag in every aisle, climbing all over the place, running behind the counter, etc. The parents were sitting at tables thinking it was great and cute. Nothing against children, but that was unacceptable.

McDrive: 2 Happy Meals, 1 McMeal. Burgers in both meals were completely soggy, then they forgot the Diet Coke in the McMeal (unfortunately, I noticed too late) and the fries were unsalted. €18.98 completely wasted. Never again! This was today, November 16th, at approximately 6:00 PM.

Several items, such as the cheeseburger and chicken nuggets, were missing from the order. The ice cream wasn't even half full, and it was also missing the sauce. Even after pointing this out, they only added a little sauce. The restaurant wasn't particularly busy at the time, so it couldn't have been due to too many customers.

I'm sorry to say this, but it seems the staff can't get anything right… It wasn't busy, and we (two people) ordered takeout at the terminal. They packed the wrong burger for my meal, which was much cheaper (I only checked that everything was there, not the contents). My friend's order was forgotten, and this happened to other customers as well. Two guys who had been waiting for a long time went to the counter and asked when their order would arrive. They were simply told that the order had already been processed. (The staff had simply deleted all the order numbers from the display, and nothing else was packed after that.) Furthermore, the staff seemed very unfriendly.

Every time I go to Mac Drive and order, I always notice something, like when I just ordered a Mac Smart Meal, it only had two burgers in it without any fries. I'm really disappointed, I have to say.

I've never seen such a dirty McDonald's before. The tables were covered in trash, the tables and chairs were sticky with dirt, and the fries were inedible and hard as a rock.

I come here very rarely, usually only out of necessity. Fortunately, if you want a good burger, there are more than enough better alternatives these days. When I go to McD's, it's only because it's quick and the drive-thru is convenient if you want to keep driving. Making burgers isn't rocket science. Especially not at places like McD's, where you simply have to work exactly according to the recipe and schedule without any initiative. But if you're so confused that you can make two out of three burgers wrong, i.e., deliver two different burgers than the ones you ordered and charge more (!) for them, then you'd better look for an even less demanding job. From now on, I'd rather go to KFC. I've never experienced anything as miserable there as I did at McD's.

So there's really nothing "fast" about this fast food anymore. 13 minutes waiting for a cappuccino. And now 9 minutes waiting for four ice creams and a McChicken.

System failed. Many things were incorrectly determined or handed over. Had to wait 20 minutes for the food even though there weren't many people in front of me.

The food was great, but what's wrong with the drinks? Unfortunately, our Cokes tasted very stale and weren't even cold. I know they use syrup, but the drinks shouldn't be so low in carbonation.

I only ordered one ice cream, and it took over 20 minutes. First of all, the employees were so disrespectful. Also, the ice cream was made so strangely that you couldn't eat it. It was so full and so runny that it wasn't ice cream, it was a drink. Some employees worked very quickly, but others worked very slowly, which delayed everything. Unfortunately, it wasn't worth it.

Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it. We ordered two salads. One was well-filled. One was incredibly underfilled. When I commented, the manager threw the salad away (why would they throw it in the trash?) and made a new one. This one was full, but with a huge lettuce stem that, of course, shouldn't have belonged in the salad. A real shame.

Only go to Bürgerking! No Happy Meal toys, only the booklet was left, which no one wanted. Total chaos at the inside distribution station. McDonald's is no longer child-friendly, I only go to Bürgerking.

Simply disgusting and revolting. Leftover food everywhere, dirty tables. The restrooms are abysmal. The staff are beyond unappetizing. And just like the impression, the food is just like that. I left everything... Ugh. McDonald's is just garbage.

Everything was fine, they prepared and brought it quickly, but there was almost nowhere to sit because almost all the benches were dirty and no one cared about it.

The cashier, the mustache disrespectful

Two adults and two children ate different menus here. The service was good, but the quality of the food was abysmal. The fries were almost cold and tasted "old"—not crispy at all. The donuts, on the other hand, were really hard—old. The burgers were carelessly put together; everything was crooked and sideways, and the sauce was running down the side so you couldn't really touch it. I wouldn't go back.

I got meat twice, even though I ordered a vegetarian product! One vegan burger came with a meat patty. One of the veggie nuggets had meat in it!

I ordered a simple breakfast menu early in the morning. There were only three other customers in the store, yet the staff seemed overwhelmed and annoyed with my order. Instead of apologizing, they offered me an ice cream. The service was disappointing: no apology, no explanation. The system said my order was ready for pickup, but I actually received it 12 minutes later. Overall, a very poor impression.

What's that about? The wrap costs €4 and is more than half empty. The staff aren't exactly friendly but €4 for that is a rip-off. They look good in other places. That was my last time here. The only good thing is the look of the shop, only because of the renovation. Now I understand why nothing happens here. It's embarrassing. McDonald's is just embarrassing. By the way, the kakow only tastes of water and even that costs around €3.50 for normal. How can the shop still be there and why are there no negative stars? As you can see from the photo, there's hardly any color and the foam looks more like bath foam than milk. They probably use as little milk as possible.

I was there today, it was full, there was an employee there who was really thin and had blonde hair in two braids. This lady simply pushed me away, it wasn't a jostling, she literally shoved me. When I wanted to speak to her about it, she cheekily told me to wait. When she came back, she just walked past me, looked at me stupidly and just carried on walking. Then I wanted to speak to her about it a second time when we were at the checkout and she just ignored me.

Newly renovated and totally uncomfortable. A real cheap cafeteria vibe. They could definitely have done better, McDonald's! Definitely not a place to linger.

I ordered once via Lieferando. Half of it was missing. No one was available by phone. So I had to drive there myself. Today, now that the reviews are better, I ordered again via UBER EATS. This time, NOTHING from our order arrived. The correct receipt was attached to the sealed bag, but the contents were completely wrong. As expected, no one was available by phone. Photos were sent to UBER as evidence, and luckily, I'm getting my money back. Still annoying, because we don't like anything in the bag. So it's going in the trash, and we're left with nothing but stress. Thank you for nothing. Never again.

Smart menu, delicious, crispy fries, cold Coke, so everything was fine! Friendly, attentive staff. Unfortunately, the table was sticky. Otherwise, the branch is new and attractively designed. Plenty of parking.

Always unnecessarily long waiting times just for the food to be cold and when it comes to fries you always get a small/medium one instead of a large one in the packaging of a large frie and something is almost always forgotten when you take it away. I really don't want to badmouth this shop, but it can't be that way. Especially for the prices you pay these days. There are perhaps only 2-3 competent employees in the entire restaurant.

McDrive: Incompetent employees, hardly understand and speak German. Forgot half of the order. Inside the MCD/service: Said that the glasses were not part of the menu (which was not the case, proof: receipt), avoided going to the warehouse to get the glasses because there were apparently no more glasses of the desired color (that wasn't the case either, there were still enough glasses available), reluctantly went to the warehouse after being asked to talk to the manager. Afterwards, he forgot the second glass and was annoyed when he asked me again about the second missing glass. Service as always very unfriendly and rude. Food is cold as always and the ice is given out with the drinks first at the drive in, so after a 2 minute drive and a 20 minute delay due to forgotten glasses, the ice melted.

We ordered 3 Happy Meals to be delivered, with gifts, and the gift wasn't included in all three. After calling them, they said we should pick up the gifts ourselves, there was no car available, but I ordered kixht for delivery. And then they hung up. My son was super sad.

Ambience, well MC. The food is the same as always, the service doesn't notice anything and they are just busy with themselves or fooling around and accept their own mistakes and the customer has to argue with these employees.

I ordered two small menus with my girlfriend. After 20 minutes I see that one of the employees has simply deleted a few numbers, including my number, from the waiting list (preparation/collection). After a few minutes I go to the front to ask him about my order. He then said I should give him my piece of paper so he can do it. After 30 minutes I went to the front to ask again... this time he claimed that he had already given me the order. He then said that several times. When I said no, he said I should just discuss it with his manager. The manager then said that it was currently being prepared. Another 30 minutes and 3 questions later, tons of orders went out except ours. The manager always said that my order was being prepared. After waiting for over an hour, another employee finally managed to get everything ready. I wouldn't be surprised if, after asking about all this, the first employee spit on my burger. After just an hour I ran out of patience. I just find it incredibly disrespectful, especially as a manager, to make a customer wait so long. There was also a man in front of us who also had to wait an hour. I don't expect great service, but having to wait so long and constantly hear that it's being done while 100 other orders are being completed I find it a bit annoying.

Wat slecht! We waren met 15 personen,en er waren ongeveer 7 bestellingen niet compleet of met verkeerde ingrediënten. Het personeel in de keuken schreeuwde tegen elkaar, de dame die de bestelling bracht zei helemaal niets, leek geen Duits te begrijpen en keek allen maar raar. Verkeerde saus op de burgers. Helemaal geen burgers. Geen frietjes erbij enz. Toen wij binnenkwamen was het niet zo druk en we moesten al voor een McDonalds ongewoon lang wachten. Na ons werd het druk en begonnen er ook klanten te schreeuwen dat ze zo lang moesten wachten. Nee, echt geen aanrader om even te stoppen na een lange reis.

Here in Gremberghoven you have to expect an increased waiting time at the drive-in. The new system is miserable. Every vehicle had to drive into the parking bay after payment. The employees are slow, speak bad or hardly any German.

I went to this branch this afternoon and ordered from the machine and paid there too. Then I went to pick it up, my food was still on the “in preparation” list. The (I think) branch manager suddenly deleted all the orders that were visible on the screen, so they were first set for pickup and then deleted immediately afterwards.
