After placing your order at the vending machine and paying by card, and waiting for your food, you're asked if you can scan the code to leave a review and get a free drink. I said yes, and then everything was clicked with 5 stars and written that the cooperation here is very good. And I clicked €10-20, even though it was only €6.87 🤣.

We went to Burger King an hour before closing time and were immediately disrespectfully sent out because they were supposedly "closed," even though they were supposed to be open for another hour. A bit annoying, of course, when you'd planned to get something to eat.

I ordered 7 things, of which 3 were missing and two were incorrect (wrong sauce and wrong burger). I got the missing items after some back and forth. However, since I only noticed the incorrect burger later, they refused to give me the correct one. I even ignored the incorrect sauce, but they still accused me of coming by "every ten minutes" to complain. SO, dude, of course you screw everything up, then I'll complain. What can I do about it?????? That was even the manager, a very unpleasant and, above all, unprofessional fellow. If I owned a business and an employee spoke to customers like that, I'd fire him immediately. We then bought a new burger, and it was delicious, though.

The place gives more good expectations than it actually is. The food is not tasty and tastes like artificial. Very expensive but only cola matches the quality. In Happy meal, despite the promise, they did not add ice cream and my girlfriend was left upset. The only good thing was the Naruto figurines.

I ordered a plant-based chili cheese burger to takeaway. When I got home, I realized they were meat patties. When I called, they just told me, "Okay, come over, we'll make you some new ones!" When I returned, I was yelled at for not bringing the burgers with me, saying they had to check, and it's easy to confuse the flavors! Only when I reminded them that they had to close two months ago because RTL's Team Wallraff had uncovered exactly this kind of fake burger (not to mention the ongoing lawsuits...) did they quickly make new burgers for me! All in all, there are still clear problems and confusion between meat patties and plant-based burgers!

As a guest, you're not allowed to use the restroom there. At least not without paying. BK isn't good anyway. Really bad, in fact. But even though you've eaten there, you're only allowed to use the restroom if you pay, otherwise the cleaning staff will block your way. Neither the reminder that they have a contract with BK and not with the guests, nor the presentation of the receipt, helps to understand. Even when the BK cashier is asked for assistance, she replies that there's nothing she can do. Extremely unpleasant and incredibly nasty! Yes, exactly, nasty! BK knows a thing or two about rats...

I was there on July 23rd, 2025. We ordered food so we could sit there and eat, but unfortunately they put us in a bag and when I asked if I could get a tray, there was a woman at the cash register who was very cheeky and unfriendly. She said we should eat as it looks in the photo.

I was in the branch this morning and ordered a meal with mineral water. Instead of the bottle shown, I only got a cup of water. When I spoke to the employee about it, I was treated very disrespectfully and unprofessionally, and he even became aggressive and insulting. The employee introduced himself as the branch manager and couldn't even speak proper German. In other words, the Burger King on the rings is a complete disaster. I am really disappointed in Burger King. One more reason to go to the competition who are particularly responsive to customer requests. It's such a shame that Burger King employs incompetent workers. If you want to be treated disrespectfully, you are welcome to go to the branch and experience it for yourself if you have special requests as a customer.

Worst burger joint ever. The staff are extremely unfriendly and unhappy with their lives. When I asked for mayo, they simply grabbed it and aggressively threw it into my bag as if I were an animal. I ordered a LARGE fry, but was clearly given a small one and told that it was normal? Stay away from this place and avoid eating here. It's a disgrace that this place is even allowed to be open!

"I was very hungry and walked seven kilometers to get something to eat. When I arrived, the door was locked and the employees were still inside. I called them, and they said they were closing early today. But according to the app, they should be open until 6:00 PM. You must adhere to the official working hours.

Tuesday at 1 p.m. was surprisingly quiet, which was quite pleasant. The staff was friendly. The restaurant was clean, and the burger was fresh, hot, and delicious.

We went in on Friday and there was no one, no line. We bought something to eat at the table, but they gave us takeout because they didn't have the trays. The crispy burgers weren't that delicious.

Unfortunately there was no parking space and we were just passing through.

We wanted to quickly grab something to eat on Thursday, May 22nd. We knocked, the employee saw us, and simply turned away. Closing the store 20 minutes earlier and putting everything away was an absolute disgrace. What are opening hours for?

I stayed silent for a long time, but after countless bad experiences in this branch it is clear to me: enough is enough. The conditions at Burger King on Hohenzollernring are, to say the least, alarming - especially if you know the background. After the major hygiene scandal that Team Wallraff uncovered a few years ago, one would have expected Burger King to finally wake up. It seemed that way for a short time. But today it becomes clear that not much has been learned. The branch on Hohenzollernring is a prime example of how you can ignore hygiene, service and basic working standards. I'm not speaking as a layperson - I worked in a Burger King establishment myself. I know the hygiene guidelines, instructions, and the process. And that's exactly why I notice all the more what's going wrong here. The employees: mostly disinterested, unfriendly, sometimes unhygienic in their demeanor. Chewing gum is chewed openly – with your mouth open, of course. In between, parts of the body are scratched, the cell phone is pulled out, and shortly afterwards the food is prepared with the same hands. An employee - regularly on site, small, with glasses - consistently appears annoyed, unfocused and visibly distances herself from everything that has to do with customer friendliness or care. Even more worrying: Friends and acquaintances of employees enter the kitchen area freely, in everyday clothes, without washing their hands - and sometimes even use it there themselves. Nobody intervenes. Instead, people laugh and chat while customers wait in the dining room. The tables are regularly dirty and the staff is disinterested - despite there being minimal customer traffic during the week. There can no longer be any talk of “fast food” here – at least not when it comes to speed or efficiency. Even with two or three orders, the employees seem stressed, overwhelmed and without a plan. The attitude: “The main thing is to appear cool” - but what remains is a shocking lack of professionalism, hygiene and respect for the customer. My patience is exhausted. If the management really wants to change something, they should take a close look at this branch unannounced - or better yet: invite Team Wallraff again. There is now more than enough material that shows how little there is still control or management there. A franchise business cannot and should not be run like this - at least not if the brand still has any claim to quality and credibility.

Unbelievable. As if there were just monkeys eating food and then simply leaving any rubbish that was generated lying around. It no longer has anything to do with civilization. It really shocked me that people can't even manage to dispose of their garbage for a short time anymore. The tables were stacked so full that you had to clear away loads of strangers' rubbish before you could sit down at a dirty table.

Everything was good, it was delicious!
