Das Essen ist teurer als bei anderen BK, es gibt weniger Auswahl und ist schlechter zubereitet. Außerdem muss man Geld für die Toilette bezahlen, obwohl man Kund:in ist und für Essen gezahlt hat.

Beim Betreten des Restaurants macht es einen guten ersten Eindruck, bis man bestellt. Es gibt zwei Köche, von denen eine telefonierte, sodass wir warten mussten. Das Essen war schnell zubereitet und nur lauwarm, schmeckte aber nicht besonders gut.

Nachdem ich mit einem anderen Burger King in Köln leider schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht hatte, war ich von dieser Filiale am Rudolfplatz umso positiver überrascht. Das Personal war durchweg unglaublich freundlich – besonders (Herr) Sherzad, der sich wirklich viel Mühe gegeben hat. Zwar wurden bei unserer Bestellung ein paar Fehler gemacht, diese wurden aber sofort und sehr kulant gelöst. Die vergessenen Rostzwiebeln wurden uns zum Beispiel direkt in einem kleinen Becher nachgereicht, sogar mehr als normalerweise auf den Burger kommt. Auch für den Plant Based Long BBQ meiner Freundin wurde, weil die länglichen Patties aus waren, direkt eine gute Alternative angeboten. Fehler sind menschlich. Entscheidend ist, wie man damit umgeht – und das war hier wirklich top. Vielen Dank an das ganze Team, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Am Freitag den 26.6 hatte ich 50€ Bar gezahlt bekam jedoch nur 31€ zurück. Von der kleinen Mädchen mit schwarzen Haaren seit wann kostet Menü 19€ 😅 Wollt mir vielleicht heimzahlen wegen der Familie denke ich mal naja egall sind nur paar € hattet Ihr gedacht ich höre euch nicht gäh das ihr hinter meinen rücken über mein Konto wird überprüft gelästert habt und merkt hoffentlich nicht 😊

Scammers are operating in Cologne's civil war at Hohenzollering 38-40. After placing your order at the vending machine and paying by card, and waiting for your food, you're asked if you can scan the code to leave a review and get a free drink. I said yes, and then everything was clicked with 5 stars and written that the cooperation here is very good. And I clicked €10-20, even though it was only €6.87 🤣.

We went to Burger King an hour before closing time and were immediately disrespectfully sent out because they were supposedly "closed," even though they were supposed to be open for another hour. A bit annoying, of course, when you'd planned to get something to eat.

I ordered 7 things, of which 3 were missing and two were incorrect (wrong sauce and wrong burger). I got the missing items after some back and forth. However, since I only noticed the incorrect burger later, they refused to give me the correct one. I even ignored the incorrect sauce, but they still accused me of coming by "every ten minutes" to complain. SO, dude, of course you screw everything up, then I'll complain. What can I do about it?????? That was even the manager, a very unpleasant and, above all, unprofessional fellow. If I owned a business and an employee spoke to customers like that, I'd fire him immediately. We then bought a new burger, and it was delicious, though.

The place gives more good expectations than it actually is. The food is not tasty and tastes like artificial. Very expensive but only cola matches the quality. In Happy meal, despite the promise, they did not add ice cream and my girlfriend was left upset. The only good thing was the Naruto figurines.

I ordered a plant-based chili cheese burger to takeaway. When I got home, I realized they were meat patties. When I called, they just told me, "Okay, come over, we'll make you some new ones!" When I returned, I was yelled at for not bringing the burgers with me, saying they had to check, and it's easy to confuse the flavors! Only when I reminded them that they had to close two months ago because RTL's Team Wallraff had uncovered exactly this kind of fake burger (not to mention the ongoing lawsuits...) did they quickly make new burgers for me! All in all, there are still clear problems and confusion between meat patties and plant-based burgers!

The food was good. It was quick, too. There were plenty of seating and ordering kiosks.

As a guest, you're not allowed to use the restroom there. At least not without paying. BK isn't good anyway. Really bad, in fact. But even though you've eaten there, you're only allowed to use the restroom if you pay, otherwise the cleaning staff will block your way. Neither the reminder that they have a contract with BK and not with the guests, nor the presentation of the receipt, helps to understand. Even when the BK cashier is asked for assistance, she replies that there's nothing she can do. Extremely unpleasant and incredibly nasty! Yes, exactly, nasty! BK knows a thing or two about rats...

Great Burger King, nice employees

I was there on July 23rd, 2025. We ordered food so we could sit there and eat, but unfortunately they put us in a bag and when I asked if I could get a tray, there was a woman at the cash register who was very cheeky and unfriendly. She said we should eat as it looks in the photo.

I was in the branch this morning and ordered a meal with mineral water. Instead of the bottle shown, I only got a cup of water. When I spoke to the employee about it, I was treated very disrespectfully and unprofessionally, and he even became aggressive and insulting. The employee introduced himself as the branch manager and couldn't even speak proper German. In other words, the Burger King on the rings is a complete disaster. I am really disappointed in Burger King. One more reason to go to the competition who are particularly responsive to customer requests. It's such a shame that Burger King employs incompetent workers. If you want to be treated disrespectfully, you are welcome to go to the branch and experience it for yourself if you have special requests as a customer.

Are you serious? Ordered churros with cinnamon and sugar and dipping sauce. And got a pile of mush without cinnamon and sugar, swimming in sauce instead. Never again!

The worst restaurant in the world and the worst service

Worst burger joint ever. The staff are extremely unfriendly and unhappy with their lives. When I asked for mayo, they simply grabbed it and aggressively threw it into my bag as if I were an animal. I ordered a LARGE fry, but was clearly given a small one and told that it was normal? Stay away from this place and avoid eating here. It's a disgrace that this place is even allowed to be open!
