Unfortunately, zero stars isn't an option here... such a filthy place with incredibly unfriendly staff and a boss who's just awful. Hygiene is definitely not what it should be – everything was handled with bare hands, and the audacity of putting one's hand to one's mouth and then handling the food. We waited over an hour for our order, and then the burgers arrived cold and dry. They've clearly never heard of the sauce on a burger, and the fries were cold and soggy. It was like McDonald's Monopoly time, and we didn't even get a cup or any packaging. They should be ashamed of themselves; this place should be shut down. The health department should get involved, and McDonald's itself should be inspected. This place is completely damaging their reputation.

Disaster! I've never waited 45 minutes for an order that was cold and inedible. The ambiance was great, but the service wasn't to blame. €36 down the drain. What a shame, I've experienced much better.

If you're expecting fast food, this isn't the place for you! I'm there quite often and regularly have to wait a long time for my food. Nevertheless, the staff are very friendly.

Branch renovated on December 30, 2025. Two Big Macs were almost cold, the buns weren't fresh, and the raw food wasn't good. The box was already dirty and oily before we even opened it. Aren't the burgers freshly prepared here? Despite the many customers, we still get old, cold burgers? Never again...

The slowest McDonald's I have ever been. 30 minutes to get a take away order. It is always like this, regardless the day.

They have really great service now, it's always clean, the food is brought immediately (if you have table service), and the staff are great too. There's one particular employee who's really lovely, I don't know her name unfortunately, but she's an older lady, anyway, who always brings us the food, greets us, and cleans. Honestly, this McDonald's has really created people like that, no offense 😭 The food is always hot now, no matter what time it is. I've been there at different times, so I can confirm that. 😛

We ordered via table service and received our food within 5 minutes from a very friendly employee. Unfortunately, the burgers were very dry (meat and bun) and the fries were disastrous, even by McDonald's standards (cold, soggy, and unsalted). I suspect they'd been sitting there for an hour. None of the employees bothered to clean the trolley, which was overflowing with used trays and trash, so we could only leave ours next to it. To top it all off, we both got diarrhea... which makes you wonder about the hygiene there. Compared to other branches, I wouldn't go there again.

Absolutely disastrous! I went there today just to grab a quick bite – instead, I waited 30 minutes for cold fries and a lukewarm burger. When I politely inquired about it, the staff barked at me as if it were my fault. Then the best part: I had to wait another 15 minutes until they "remade" the food – only to get the exact same thing, but this time with even more attitude. The new portion was cold again, and they had forgotten to re-topping the burger – old lettuce leaves, dry meat, everything was still in there. The staff were consistently rude, yelling at each other and ignoring customers. No "sorry," no "thank you" – nothing. Never again! Go somewhere else where you at least get respect and hot food. McDonald's completely failed here.

I was at McDonald's while waiting for someone. Unfortunately, the atmosphere is getting worse and worse. Everything is kind of... blandly designed. Nothing to look at. Therefore, one star deducted. I don't feel comfortable with the restaurant's concept. The food and coffee were okay. I got exactly what I ordered. That's why I'm giving it the remaining four stars. The staff were consistently friendly and diligent in keeping all the tables clean afterward.

This Mac has low resource usage and plenty of free storage space.

They can't get anything done, numbers on the display disappear, table service runs back and forth with tablets countless times. Lots of people in casual clothes in the kitchen area, endless wait times for small orders.

You should think about your service staff and consider whether you want to keep them. The food has been sitting there for five minutes and hasn't been brought to us, despite table service.

I don't like giving negative reviews, but after this experience, I unfortunately have no other choice. The Diet Coke was fine, no complaints. The fries, however, were completely salty – it can happen, but that's the first disappointment. After the renovation, the McDonald's in Kalk, near the arcades and the Odysseum Museum, has become very clean and pleasant. The only thing that bothers me is that there are ashtrays on the tables outside right next to the slide and the children's playground where children play. This means that smoking is allowed there - and it is very smoky there. I can't understand that. If children are within 1.5 meters of each other, adults are allowed to smoke there. There should be a separate smoking area, but under no circumstances right next to the children. Management doesn't seem to pay any attention to this.

Of the eight ordering terminals, five were out of order, and we stood in line for 15 minutes (which stretched all the way to the front door) to order. At the counter, we were told that ordering was only possible at the terminal. Then, after ordering, we had to wait a really long time for the food. The service was disgusting, the employee didn't bring the whole order, there was a missing burger, dressing for the fries, cream and fear. And the sauce was different than in the order. It was relatively full but not overcrowded. 70% of the tables were free and there were 5-6 cars in the drive-thru. After waiting 10 minutes, my order still wasn't ready. While checking the kitchen, I saw about 10 cheeseburgers and 10 chicken burgers sitting in the tray. I asked for my order and noted it. They hastily packed up my burgers, which, of course, had been sitting there the whole time I was waiting. They had cooled down to a pleasantly warm temperature. Dear management, please do something about this – we want FAST food!!!

I ordered a coupon number 344 with a cheeseburger at around 2:45 p.m. Everything was fine, except the fries were almost completely lukewarm, probably because new fries were mixed with old ones. It can happen, but it shouldn't! Unfortunately, I kept having a huge problem with the Coke, which tasted completely like water. And the Coke carton wasn't changed in time. It takes a long time to get your order. It arrived half cold. No straws for Milschake. You had to stand behind them at the cash register for a good 10 minutes to get it. Sprite was just sparkling water without any taste. They changed the water for Sprite after about 10 minutes of standing at the cash register because they didn't have time. As a result, I ate cold food. There were a lot of people there, it was loud and crowded. Waiters were running around with orders. Noise and chaos.

We were there shortly after a concert and we got there at about 10:40 p.m. and we didn't have our food until just after 12:00 a.m. We waited over an hour for a crappy HappyMeal, which we only got after we complained, whereupon the employee made a fool of us and "accidentally" "forgot" the ketchup. Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes for a few burgers with a milkshake and ice cream. Madly misorganized joint ...
