Burger King in Köln

Besser nicht hingehen ! 🤮🤮Ich habe diesem Burger King mehrfach eine Chance gegeben, aber die Erfahrung war wiederholt enttäuschend. Mehrmals habe ich Burger bekommen, die kalt, alt und alles andere als frisch wirkten. Auch die Beilagen waren teilweise labbrig, teilweise hart — insgesamt machte das Essen keinen frischen oder sorgfältig zubereiteten Eindruck. Besonders negativ war jedoch der Umgang mit meiner Beschwerde. Statt die Kritik ernst zu nehmen, wurde diskutiert und der Fehler konsequent beim Kunden gesucht. Es wirkte, als sei man dort felsenfest davon überzeugt, dass nicht die Qualität, der Service oder die Abläufe das Problem sind, sondern die Person, die sich beschwert. Mit dem Personal war in dieser Situation kaum vernünftig zu reden. Keine echte Entschuldigung, kein professioneller Umgang, kein Interesse daran, das Problem zu lösen. Gerade bei Lebensmitteln sollte Frische, Sorgfalt und ein respektvoller Umgang mit Kunden selbstverständlich sein. Für mich ist dieser Standort leider ein klares Beispiel dafür, wie man es nicht machen sollte. Wer frisches Essen und guten Service erwartet, sollte sich gut überlegen, ob er hier bestellt.

Gestern wollten wir im Burger King essen. Dank der Bullenhitze und der fehlenden Klimaanlage leider unmachbar. Warum der Filialleiter zu geizig ist dahingehend zu investieren ist in Zeiten von 32 Grad in Deutschland geradezu unfassbar!!

Ich finde den Kollegen, der am 11. und 12. Juni gearbeitet hat, super! Gebt ihm eine Gehaltserhöhung!!! Er hat so viel positive Energie mitgebracht ❤️

⛔️⛔️⛔️ Hey Bock auf beharrte Burger Patties??? 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Dann ist das die richtige Filiale. Obwohl ich das Haar auf dem Pattie gezeigt habe, kam noch nicht einmal eine Entschuldigung. Anstelle einer Wiedergutmachung gab es nur Blicke von 3 Schafen. So ein Haar im Essen sollte zwar nicht, aber kann ja mal passieren, wir sind alle Menschen, aber wenigstens eine Entschuldigung wäre sehr angemessen. Ich hatte leider nicht mehr Zeit um dort den Geschäftsführer zu bestellen aber eins ist sehr sicher, meine Kollegen und ich werden dort NICHTS mehr essen. Sehr schade in der heutigen Zeit. Services null!!!!!!!!

So was freundliches habe ich in einem Burger-Restaurant noch nie erlebt. 3 Daumen hoch

Will Burger King überleben? Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen, dass es so auf ewig weitergehen kann. Fast egal bei welcher Filiale mittlerweile. Ab sofort nur noch Döner! Früher fand ich BK immer cool, mittlerweile ist es nur noch ekelhaft. Es stinkt im Klo, alles ist voller Müll und die Burger sind kalt und lieblos zusammengeworfen. Ich musste lange warten und habe mich deshalb draussen hingesetzt. Dann kam ein Abschleppwagen und wollte mein Auto mitnehmen. Auf einem fast leerem Parkplatz.... kennen sich da Mitarbeiter und Abschleppdienst? Äußerst merkwürdig. Zum Glück war ich zufällig draussen und konnte es verhindern. Hab ich hier nämlich gerade auch von anderen Kunden gelesen. Glaub da ist was im Busch.

Die Burger waren kalt, die Bestellung wurde nicht aufgenommen, der Tisch war schmutzig

Ich war gestern Abend gegen 22 Uhr noch schnell bei BK um mir etwas zum Mitnehmen zu bestellen. Normalerweise kontrolliere ich IMMER, ob alle Soßen, Burger etc. auch wirklich eingepackt worden sind. Dieses Mal natürlich nicht und musste zu Hause feststellen, dass meine 6er Nuggets fehlen. Und naja es war jetzt auch keine immens große Bestellung, dass man da mal etwas hätte vergessen können … 2 Burger, 1 Pommes und eigentlich 6er Nuggets … die Soße war sogar dabei, die Nuggets nicht. Und es war auch nichts mehr los im Laden … sehr schade, Fehler passieren, aber grade abends hab ich schon oft gelesen, dass Produkte unterschlagen werden, damit die Mitarbeiter diese einfach für sich behalten und essen können. Traurige Umstände, aber dafür solle der Kunde am Ende nicht zahlen müssen.

Ich möchte ein großes Lob an den Mitarbeiter Lauden aussprechen! Sein Service war einfach hervorragend. Er war sehr freundlich, aufmerksam und hat sich wirklich Zeit genommen, um sicherzustellen, dass alles perfekt ist. Man merkt sofort, dass er seinen Job mit Engagement und guter Laune macht. So ein Kundenservice ist heutzutage nicht selbstverständlich – vielen Dank dafür! Wegen Mitarbeitern wie Lauden komme ich gerne wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Der Mitarbeiter Lauden war super freundlich und hat eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre erzeugt, ich wurde noch nie in meinem leben so gut bedient und dieser Mann muss Mitarbeiter des Monats werden. Lauden wenn du das liest ich küss dein Herz. 5 Sterne

Der große Soßen Becher war nicht so gut wie erwartet und es war qualitativ nicht wirklich sehr gut, aber Lauden hat mir wirklich meinen Tag gemacht. Schon an dem bestell Terminal im Drive through war er wirklich viel motivierter als man es je erwarten würde und das hörte auch nicht am Fenster auf. Wir sind noch einmal extra durchgefahren um nochmal mit ihm zu reden Ich küss dein Herz Lauden

Der Mitarbeiter Lauden beim drive in hat einen Atemberaubenen service an den Tag gelegt und hat mich und meine Freunde ein lächeln ins gesicht gezaubert ( Lauden ich bin einer der 4 jungs die bei dir des öfteren vorbeigeschaut haben )

Richtig Müll, schon zum zweiten Mal bestellt und die Bestellung ist zwei mal nicht angekommen. Bei den anderen malen kam es zwar an aber mit 2+ Stunden Verspätung. Keine Ahnung wer dass da alles managed, aber der managed das NICHT gut.

Essen über Lieferando bestellt, habe nach 1,5 Std Wartezeit, BurgerKing telefonisch nicht erreichbar, Zahlung storniert. Essen kam dann kalt nach 2Stunden, Lieferung wurde nicht angenommen. Da es bei diesem Restaurant bei der Bestellung schon öfters Probleme gab, werde ich diesen Laden in Zukunft meiden.

Ein widerlicher Ort, nie wieder.

Mitarbeiter het nicht viel zu tun und langweilen sich. Ohne Herz und Liebe. Der Ort ist groß daher sieht man alles. Parkplatz ist kostenlos aber unbeleuchtet

Leider ist der Laden in KL meiner Meinung nach sehr ungepflegt. Handläufe, Treppenaufgang und Spender sind dreckig (klebrig) und werden über Tage hinweg nicht gereinigt bzw. aufgefüllt.

Der Mitarbeiter beim Drive ist der Hammer. Hat mir ein Lächeln ins Gesicht gezaubert!!!

Super netter Service am Burger King Drive! Der Mitarbeiter Lauden war total freundlich, aufmerksam und hat richtig gute Laune verbreitet. So ein toller Service macht den Unterschied vielen Dank dafür! Kommen gerne wieder.

Habe einen Cheeseburger bestellt, kein Patty drauf, ich habe einmal reingebissen und es direkt an der Kasse gezeigt, weiß zwar nicht wie aber kann von mir aus mal passieren, statt sich einfach zu entschuldigen möchte mir die unfreundliche Mitarbeiterin an der Kasse nicht glauben. Die dazugerufene Filialleitung ist wenigstens freundlich und glaubt mir, aber da sich die unfreundliche Kassiererin kümmert dauert es mindestens nochmal 10 Minuten bis ich meinen neuen Cheeseburger bekomme ohne Entschuldigung natürlich…

Achtung, es wird grundlos vom Parkplatz abgeschleppt. Falschparker Notdienst guckt sogar komisch wenn man einen der ampido Parkplätze bezahlt hat und dort steht.

We ate there yesterday afternoon. As soon as we walked in, we noticed how extremely cold it was; one of the employees was even wearing a thick jacket. Either there was no heating or it was broken, because we were sitting in the cold while we ate, which wasn't very pleasant. After ordering at the kiosk, we had to wait a while because the burgers and fries still needed to be prepared, which was to our advantage, as the food was at least fresh. Otherwise, the two servers seemed rather unenthusiastic; one of them was busy cleaning tables, and the other was taking orders for both the drive-thru and the restaurant. The restaurant's restrooms are on the first floor, but I didn't see any signs indicating their location, so I had to ask where they were. According to my companion, the women's restrooms were in poor condition and not very clean. If we ever go to a Burger King in Cologne again, we'll definitely find a different restaurant.

Terrible experience, not recommended

The staff only spoke English? The lettuce on all the burgers was rotten, and the fries outside were cold. Very poor customer service. We paid €44 for three people. We're usually always satisfied. What's going on at this branch?

Charging €3.29 for a small portion of fries, especially with 7% VAT, is quite a lot. The competition sells the same fries for €2.

The two stars are only because the owner personally took charge of my complaint and refunded my money. I ordered two burgers with fries and a drink. Both burgers were cold, and the cheese wasn't even remotely melted. The shift manager (who was wearing a different t-shirt than the others) told me, "It doesn't melt," even though the cheese is specially made from processed cheese. Anyway, I returned the burgers and received two "new" ones. Same story as before. I ate one because I was hungry. And by the time I got to the Big King, I was too annoyed to eat it cold. I was supposed to talk to the owner, who claimed both burgers had been freshly made, but I should have put some fries or something in the container. But apparently, this is normal here. It's a shame; for €10 for this "food," I at least expect hot burgers.

We ordered 4 menu items, the hamburger buns were ice cold, fresh from the box. Hamburgers are best eaten hot, not iced...

I really enjoy going to this Burger King branch. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is friendly. The food is always hot and fresh.

My girlfriend and I parked in the Burger King parking lot in the evening and ate there. Shortly afterward, our car was gone without us seeing any indication of its disappearance. In the dark, with barely visible signage and a very isolated parking situation, the whole thing was extremely disconcerting. We then stood there in the rain, our car battery was almost dead, and it took us a long time to figure out what had happened. The combination of the remote location, the darkness, and the way the towing was handled was very stressful for us and gave the impression that procedures are anything but transparent for customers. The entire process seemed very unprofessional and left us with the impression that the focus is more on making a quick profit than on treating people fairly. For us, it was an extremely frustrating and stressful experience that urgently requires more transparency and a more professional approach.

Watch out here. We were eating dinner when our car was towed. The staff said they had nothing to do with it, and the towing service didn't seem interested. Either pay up or leave the car and file a complaint. Stay away from this place.

I went to Burger King with my husband today and was served by an employee named Loudan. He was incredibly friendly, cheerful, and clearly enjoyed his work. His positive attitude made my visit much more pleasant. You don't often see such dedicated and warm-hearted employees – a big compliment to him! Keep it up!

I'm always surprised by how friendly and efficient the service is. I only drink coffee, so I have the time to soak up the atmosphere. The accompaniments to the coffee are added according to my wishes: two milks and four sweeteners, now automatically. They notice that my dog ​​is waiting for me outside, and I'm served very quickly. I can't comment on the food itself, but it's nicely presented and smells pleasant. The atmosphere is calm, friendly, and overall pleasant, and the surroundings are very clean. The tray container never fills up because it's emptied so often. Unused trays are cleared away, and the tables are cleaned, even outside, where they pick up spills from the ground. Unfortunately, the price for a small coffee has increased from €1 to 169 cents in the last two weeks 🤭. This was to be expected, as the price was extremely low compared to other places and still in the lower price range for good quality.

I think the employee with short dark hair would be better suited to a facility for people with intellectual disabilities. Unfortunately, out of five items, we only received one that we actually ordered.

Unfriendly staff, waited forever for three regular items, no napkins included in the bag. Employees were practically asleep when the place was quiet. The parking lot and drive-thru entrance were poorly lit. Maybe they don't want any customers.

For the umpteenth time, the staff directed me to the self-service kiosk to order, even though I didn't want to. They preferred to chat about personal matters instead of acknowledging that there was a customer at the register. It's pathetic that the restaurant only wants to make money through the kiosk. Burger King will never see me again.

I ordered some food and parked here briefly – less than an hour later, my car was towed. When I asked for help, the staff treated me extremely rudely. Instead of help or at least an explanation, I was simply told to "call 911." Honestly, this kind of behavior is disrespectful and completely unacceptable. Being treated like this as a paying customer shows that service and friendliness are absolutely irrelevant here. I'll definitely never come back.

Hey. I left my bag and wallet in the restaurant. They kept it and gave it back to me after I called. All my money and documents were still there. With the words, "Everything's fine, you're here at Burger King." Love goes out. The people who work there are fantastic.

Because you can't assign a 0. I placed an order via the app. I received exactly what I ordered; they just carelessly packed something in a bag. The burgers were all wrongly packaged. I tried to complain on-site because it wasn't possible over the phone: I should have come by to get the food as proof. The pictures aren't enough. €18 order is rubbish.

Unfortunately, the quality is consistently very mixed: dry buns and cold burgers. The next burger is again of decent quality. It's pure roulette, and the complaint rate is too high. The music in the restaurant itself is often very loud. Conversation is impossible.

Rather disappointing – the cheese sauce hardly tastes like cheese, but rather sour. The caramel ice cream is over 50% liquid and hardly worthy of being called "ice cream." This new lemon-lime drink also tastes way too heavy on limes and contains a lot of ice cubes, presumably so they can save some of the drink and still fill the cup. At least there are free restrooms, hence the second star.

There are no trays for food. I don't know if this is just for one day or permanently. There was no chair at first.

A horror shop, complete with a brazen towing service. A quick bite to eat and then headed over to the health food store. Less than 30 minutes later, the vehicle was supposed to be towed. €250 was paid in cash! That's how the shop makes money. Absolutely never again. 0/10 + sharing this info in my network.

The toilet was dirty, and we waited almost 20 minutes for the wrong food. Once again, the place was completely understaffed for a Friday night.

Simply disgusting. We were there briefly yesterday. I ordered a Long Chili Cheese, but what I got was an ice-cold burger. Only one side was lukewarm. The fries were fresh, at least. I went to the counter and asked for a new, freshly prepared burger. The employee claimed the burger was fresh. I said, "Touch it, it's cold." His reply: "They're all like that." Then he took the burger and threw it in the trash without comment. I briefly went to tell my friend about it, and when I returned, an employee tried to bring me the new burger. But her colleague just said, "Leave it there, let her get it herself." The new burger? Cold again. Not only is the quality of the food abysmal, but the behavior of the employees is also an absolute disgrace. Never again.

The staff is nice. I got two cold burgers. When I asked if I could get new, warm ones, I saw the same burger being heated up. Unfortunately, it's very disgusting when the cheese is dry instead of melted.

Terrible atmosphere, shady characters. First time I've had warm fries at a burger joint. A friendly employee, however, gives the little ones free candy. Clean restaurant.

Unfortunately only one star, the terminal is a disaster... for many guests the terminals are too few... and too complicated.
