Hey. I left my bag and wallet in the restaurant. They kept it and gave it back to me after I called. All my money and documents were still there. With the words, "Everything's fine, you're here at Burger King." Love goes out. The people who work there are fantastic.

I tried to complain on-site because it wasn't possible over the phone: I should have come by to get the food as proof. The pictures aren't enough. €18 order is rubbish.

Unfortunately, the quality is consistently very mixed: dry buns and cold burgers. The next burger is again of decent quality. It's pure roulette, and the complaint rate is too high. The music in the restaurant itself is often very loud. Conversation is impossible.

There are no trays for food. I don't know if this is just for one day or permanently. There was no chair at first.

Rather disappointing – the cheese sauce hardly tastes like cheese, but rather sour. The caramel ice cream is over 50% liquid and hardly worthy of being called "ice cream." This new lemon-lime drink also tastes way too heavy on limes and contains a lot of ice cubes, presumably so they can save some of the drink and still fill the cup. At least there are free restrooms, hence the second star.

A horror shop, complete with a brazen towing service. A quick bite to eat and then headed over to the health food store. Less than 30 minutes later, the vehicle was supposed to be towed. €250 was paid in cash! That's how the shop makes money. Absolutely never again. 0/10 + sharing this info in my network.

The toilet was dirty, and we waited almost 20 minutes for the wrong food. Once again, the place was completely understaffed for a Friday night.

Simply disgusting. We were there briefly yesterday. I ordered a Long Chili Cheese, but what I got was an ice-cold burger. Only one side was lukewarm. The fries were fresh, at least. I went to the counter and asked for a new, freshly prepared burger. The employee claimed the burger was fresh. I said, "Touch it, it's cold." His reply: "They're all like that." Then he took the burger and threw it in the trash without comment. I briefly went to tell my friend about it, and when I returned, an employee tried to bring me the new burger. But her colleague just said, "Leave it there, let her get it herself." The new burger? Cold again. Not only is the quality of the food abysmal, but the behavior of the employees is also an absolute disgrace. Never again.

The staff is nice. I got two cold burgers. When I asked if I could get new, warm ones, I saw the same burger being heated up. Unfortunately, it's very disgusting when the cheese is dry instead of melted.

Unfortunately only one star, the terminal is a disaster... for many guests the terminals are too few... and too complicated.

I urgently needed to use the restroom. I was told it's for customers only, so I bought a small bottle of water, which cost €4.10. I think that's a really ridiculous price. Conclusion: I'll never be a Burger King customer.

I've been there a few times, and apart from a few strange characters, who were customers and not employees, everything was always good. Orders were always complete and in good condition. The store was never really dirty, and it was quickly cleaned up when guests left something behind.

There is no air conditioning, it's like a sauna.

I ordered chili cheese fries with extra sauce twice. Both orders had so few fries that you could see the bottom of the wrapper. The sauce also didn't match what I paid for. When I confronted the employee about it, he reacted aggressively, with a threatening look, and said it was the standard size. Never again at Burger King Ehrenfeld.

The staff is friendly but extremely sluggish. The food was okay. But the mozzarella patty, which cost a whopping €2, was rock-hard and fried beyond recognition. The restrooms are borderline unhygienic. The floor is shimmering with unidentifiable substances and is also sticky. When you handwash, you get a bit of a shower because of the splashing water from the faucet.

The food was okay, as was the service. One burger was initially cooked incorrectly, but we got a new one without any problems. The restrooms are a disgrace. Very dirty. It seems like they haven't been cleaned in a very long time.

Ordered through Lieferando, never again. They forgot a burger for €13.29. I reported it immediately, but no one got back to me. The order that arrived wasn't even lukewarm, the cheese wasn't melted at all, and it was as dry as a desert. I've never experienced such a bad Burger King experience. NEVER AGAIN.

I didn't find it as extreme as is often described here! The place was clean, the people behind the counter were a bit grumpy but still within reason. The burger was fresh and delicious. I had nothing to complain about. Maybe it depends on what time of day you go there!

Ordered through Uber Eats. The fries were cold and looked like leftovers. The burger was cold and dry. Will never order from here again.

We parked in the BK parking lot and got a shake, so we went to the restaurant. We left BK's property for 30-45 minutes, and my car was towed, which cost us €250. Embarrassing! I'll never visit their store again. Watch your cars, people. They're crazy. Go to McDonald's across the street instead.

I've been to Burger King several times before, but this visit was by far the worst. The branch was dirty - there were napkins and empty packaging everywhere and no one from the staff cared. The tables were sticky and the floor was full of crumbs. The food? Disaster. The burger was lukewarm and completely carelessly cobbled together, the bun was crushed, the salad was dry. The fries were soggy and definitely not fresh. I felt like everything was just thrown out quickly without even a hint of quality. The staff was unfriendly and visibly annoyed - no greeting, no friendliness, not even a “please” or “thank you”. Customer service? None. I don't expect star cuisine from fast food, but there should be a minimum of cleanliness, freshness and friendliness. For me that was definitely the last time. I'd rather spend my money elsewhere. If I could I would give 0 stars!

In Cologne for work, was there in the evening - super nice service. Tables clean and employees in a good mood.. my food was good except for the whopper jr. Fresh and hot. So everything is great so far!

Selling normal burger as a Big king 🤷 They sell normal cheeseburger as a kings beef. Even when you go in and explain they are selling the wrong thing, show them the difference they tell you this is a kings beef. Yeah 15 euro for a 2 euro burger.. don't waste your time here, staff are completely incompetent and uncooperative when presented with an error. If this saves one person a depressed visit, I will be happy. So many good burger kings in cologne, go elsewhere!

Have It Your Way - but without the “Your Way”. Due to a sesame allergy, I wanted to order a cheeseburger on site, specifying that I would use a sesame-free bun instead of one with sesame. Apparently the employees in Ehrenfeld have never heard the term "Have It Your Way" because I was told by my colleagues and the manager that this was not possible and that I had to order a burger without a sasam roll (additional charge of €3). I can understand if the employees don't want to make any special requests (custom burgers), but simply exchanging 2 types of buns should at least be possible according to Burger King policies.

Unfriendly staff, long wait times despite it being empty. They gave me the wrong burger and refused to take it back as I already had a bite from it. But only refused to take it back after they took the burger to the back where I did not see what they did with it… avoid this place at all cost!!!

Dear Burger King team, every time I drive into the drive in Cologne Ehrenfeld, something is missing. I've probably already lost at least 200 euros simply because something is always missing and I don't feel like checking the bags for completeness. That's not my job. The burgers were also cold and the meat was so dry, which corresponds to the chef's loud statements of "I'm alone" to his colleagues. I really don't understand, how can it be that something is always missing? Why is this store so bad and why doesn't anyone see it? Please get the place back in shape... Burger King tastes much better than Mcdonals but what use is it?! I'm really tired of it and only go there because there's a goddamn drive-in in crowded Cologne.

The orders were completely failed, any sauces were missing and the wrong drinks were delivered. When asked, we were told that this sauce was not available, but no alternative was offered. In addition, the staff was extremely unfriendly and completely ignored us. And during our visit we were not an isolated case who was treated like this. It is not recommended to visit under any circumstances.

You go in, order some food to eat there and get thrown out even though there are other people eating outside. If you briefly mention that you want to finish your burger inside, you are subjectively threatened with forcible removal from the restaurant. Even if the kitchen closes at 2 o'clock, there's no reason to treat customers like that!

Everything is great, but the parking lot is pretty rancid and the DriveThru lane is pretty narrow.

Horror! Unfriendly staff and vomit in the restaurant. The employee probably didn't feel like serving guests and told everyone that orders only work at the terminal. It took me 5 minutes to try to redeem my coupon from the Burger King app in the terminal without success. When I complained, I was suddenly able to order and pay at the checkout. I had to wait almost 15 minutes for my burger and fries and it wasn't too crowded. When I got to the table, I noticed an acrid smell, I looked under the table and found vomit. It didn't look very fresh either, as no one thought it was necessary to wipe up the vomit in the restaurant. Then I implemented myself. After eating I had severe cramps and diarrhea. NEVER AGAIN!

When we came back and wanted to go in (it took less than 15 minutes) we noticed that my car was no longer there. The store had it towed because we didn't go in right away. Thanks for nothing. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my visit to Burger King in Ehrenfeld. The burger I ordered was neither fresh nor edible. When I politely asked the seller to exchange the burger or get an alternative, I was turned away with an extremely unfriendly response. I was told that it was “my decision” to buy the burger and that I was “unlucky”. Not only is this behavior unprofessional, it also shows a lack of respect for customers. I expect better quality from a company like Burger King - both in products and service. Unfortunately that wasn't the case here. I hope that this incident will be taken seriously and that such experiences will not be repeated in the future. I don't recommend anyone to go there!!!

We were completely disappointed on the way because we wanted to eat fancy, but unfortunately these shops were closed. Alternatively, UNFORTUNATELY we had to go to this Burger King. We ordered it first and it worked perfectly. Since the order was already full of suspicion and took a bit of a long time, we went to the toilet, which I don't really want to talk about right now, but since it's a review here I'll report on it. The squat toilets were full of scrotum hair and oak cheese, we didn't even want to talk about the smell. After the extremely tasty trip to the toilet, we waited a long time for the order, after which I was really annoyed. Thank you for that!

DISASTER: The worst and worst Burger King in all of Cologne! That was definitely my last visit to this branch today. Customers who order after you, and the entire menu, are given priority (several times). After 15 minutes I was allowed to leave the store with coffee and a plant based burger, only for a subtly aggressive guy to "nudge" me at the exit just because we were going through it at the same time Exit are (space for 2-3 people) What does the staff do? Yelling something at me because I asked this man if you can't go in and out normally? THEN: If you are friendly as a woman, certain male people think there Employees you would "flirt" with them (classic) If you set clear BOUNDARIES, you will simply be ignored by the affected employees. Never again!! I hope your branch is FINALLY closed. I have never experienced anything so incompetent in a fast food restaurant.

Would never visit this branch again. Tables dirty, employees unmotivated and unfriendly. An incorrectly prepared burger was returned to the kitchen for correction. Here an employee was allowed to scrape the tomatoes off the burger with his fingers. Next door, I saw another employee wiping his sauce fingers on the burger bun. If that had been my order, I would not have accepted it.

I picked up my order at the driveway, waited 40 minutes to pick it up which is ridiculous, I paid cash, I didn't have a receipt, I paid for 4 sandwiches and got 3, I paid for a large fries and I got a small received, never again

I was there today with friends, unfortunately a self-service machine didn't work so we wanted to order via app. The staff's answer was (no, no idea) unfortunately the machine can't print a bong either because the bong roll is empty. The answer is yes, so I know Please, I've never seen such filth.

In fact, the employee who worked here tonight was perhaps the nicest fast food employee we've met. Very friendly. Disgustingly dirty, all tables full of rubbish despite as many staff as customers. It was so cold inside that you froze even with a jacket on. Without exaggerating, well below 15 degrees, rather significantly less. On the fries and nuggets menu, there is no ketchup or sauce with the nuggets, only for an additional charge. The burger patty was so thin it was almost translucent. Never again, even for Burger King absolutely inferior and cruel service, disgusting tables and the food is a disgrace. I order a vegan burger and get a "vegan" burger with cow's milk. So after the Burger King scandal, such poor service that doesn't understand the difference between vegetarian and vegan is really pathetic. Burger King is definitely losing a customer here. And I don't recommend it to any vegans, as vegan doesn't seem to be a big deal at Burger King.

Just a small fries instead of a large one and no dips

Here they can't serve customers, they're completely unfriendly and don't know how to serve the orders. You wait for them to call up but don't do it or remove the menu again. The entire staff needs to be changed and employees who can speak and understand German better should be hired, please be kind.

I took care of the couple. Sorry, but make sure you have motivated and friendly staff, otherwise customers will run away from you.

Underground service! Products are often forgotten during delivery but are billed for. Hardly anyone there can be reached by phone and if so, it takes days and countless phone calls for the staff to respond or even understand what's going on. You just feel like you're being ripped off because you're actually being ripped off quite cheekily. Not recommended. Do yourself a favor and order from another branch, it's anything but competent and relaxed here.
