Vegan dishes continue to be served incorrectly here. This branch changes its management and the entire team every 3 months. Standards such as Zero-Cola or cash payment are not offered or discussed away.

Wish I had read the reviews. Although I would never think of checking out a fast food chain, I was so shocked that I was sure things were generally bad here. It's nothing like what I've ever eaten at Burger King. We don't work according to the standard here. By the way, I have never given a recession with such motivation. Trauma potential is a given😁😁😁😁

I order a vegan burger and get a "vegan" burger with cow's milk. So after the Burger King scandal, such poor service that doesn't understand the difference between vegetarian and vegan is really pathetic. Burger King is definitely losing a customer here. And I don't recommend it to any vegans, as vegan doesn't seem to be a big deal at Burger King.

When we picked it up, the food was one of the best things about the store, the toilet was locked. You didn't want to open the toilet so you had to go to the toilet elsewhere. Service underground. Panel didn't work, parking lot was dirty like a dump, great store really NOT!

Heaven help... Staff: Unmotivated and not even able to read an order completely from the screen. For example, if you tick "Without onion", there are onions on it. Burgers are missing... Load : It wasn't empty for nothing Eat : The Wopper tasted really strange and made my stomach churn! Conclusion: Absolutely not recommended!

Here they can't serve customers, they're completely unfriendly and don't know how to serve the orders. You wait for them to call up but don't do it or remove the menu again. The entire staff needs to be changed and employees who can speak and understand German better should be hired, please be kind.

Just a small fries instead of a large one and no dips

Incompetent employees at the checkout. Unfortunately I couldn't use the cash register. I didn't receive my order because she couldn't find the products on her checkout. Then I drove to another Burger King.

Today around 12:30 p.m.: Top unmotivated and unfriendly staff. It was empty, the staff - especially at the service counter - extremely unmotivated and overwhelmed. When my son ordered a dessert at the terminal and waited for it to be served, it was placed on a tablet without any comment and then the bespectacled lady was gone. Sorry, but if there's a child standing there, you can at least say a word. Or find a job that you enjoy. An elderly couple even asked for help at the terminal and was not helped by any staff. I took care of the couple. Sorry, but make sure you have motivated and friendly staff, otherwise customers will run away from you.

The reception staff go below the belt and try to flirt with the customers, even though they don't respond. They are also unfriendly. Employees should do their work and not waste their time doing it. Please change the staff!

Underground service! Products are often forgotten during delivery but are billed for. Hardly anyone there can be reached by phone and if so, it takes days and countless phone calls for the staff to respond or even understand what's going on. You just feel like you're being ripped off because you're actually being ripped off quite cheekily. Not recommended. Do yourself a favor and order from another branch, it's anything but competent and relaxed here.

One of the best Burger King experiences in a long time. The fries were super tasty, the best I've ever eaten at Burgerking & the plant based burger was also very tasty.

Moldy burgers (rolls) are regularly sold here. After a confrontation with the "boss", the burger was taken away from us and we were stupidly left standing in the shop. The health department has now been contacted.

I ordered delivery 2.5 hours ago and nothing arrived. Nobody can be reached by phone and I have now resigned myself to the fact that nothing will come. I hope that my payment isn't debited, but it's still very annoying when it doesn't deliver for no reason. If I had received a message or someone had been available, it wouldn't be so bad, but without information it's not possible to make customers wait for an order.

The food was okay, but we got the wrong bag when we ordered, so we ate it (instead of 4 fries there were 2 fries and 2 brownies) because we thought it was a compensation offer, the delivery person rang the bell the first time (1 At night!!!!) Says a few Wannabe funny sayings about the size of the order (4 burgers 4 fries) Then quickly peels off when checking the bag, we eat, 10 minutes later he rings again STORM "yes, we handed in the wrong bag "When we answered that we had already eaten some of them, the answer was "really cheeky of you" and our actual food was greeted at us. Actually, I could have almost saved myself the review because the guy now has to go back to Burgerking, fair punishment :)

Were there with children and it was very quiet, no one was standing in line. That's why I asked if I could order at the checkout so that it would be quicker. But the unfriendly employee said no, I had to order at the machine. So they left again .

Food only arrived after a 3 hour wait even though it was 3:45 p.m. Shouldn't get very bad service until 5 p.m

You probably won't find more unmotivated employees anywhere. Handed order without even saying a word. Tables dirty. The employee walks past it and leaves the trash lying around. Service van full, no one cares even though there is enough time. Toilets dirty, store looks untidy.

Please get the ordering, the staff, the cleanliness and so on under control.

A little less pretty. Had to wait almost fifteen minutes for my order. Very listless staff who seemed almost arrogant to me. Definitely not a good Burger King.

Ok, that was the very last time. Order wrong for the 4th time. This time we have EXPLICIT 5!!!! I said that we wanted double sauce and no onions. We pay extra for it every time. Last time all burgers with fatty onions, this time all burgers without sauce, even though the guy still had 2!! We asked what extra requests we had. Dry and inedible without sauce. But always pay extra. The store is a disorganized mess and you should really close it down.

Ordered almost €30 worth of food and only a SINGLE burger in the order was correct, all others replaced with dry hamburger and a cheeseburger. The drink was also missing. The driver was super nice, but the delivery was a disaster. All you have to do is read a piece of paper and put things in a bag... And then the whole thing took almost 90 minutes instead of 30. I would have gotten there and back faster on foot.

Catastrophic! When we arrived with 3 people there was almost nothing going on, we chose and paid. (Eating in the restaurant). All customers who subsequently ordered takeaway were served quickly and with priority. We waited 50 minutes for our ordered burgers! Absolutely not recommended!! Only go if you really want to get annoyed.

Really rancid, Toilet is a mixture of women, men, disabled toilet completely dirty. The vegan chicken burger completely dry bread and patti, the vegan nuggets completely rubber. I can't say anything about service It's a disappointment

I ordered a King's Beef King menu. I thought it was bacon free, but there was bacon in it. When I wanted to change it, the employees were rude, and one of them told me he was the manager and we wouldn't exchange my burger. I don't recommend anyone to go here

Firstly, it was incredibly cold in the dining room, although I'm never cold. The tables were dirty. Instead of Fanta, our daughter got Cola. The plant nuggets were missing and the fries were too salty. I discovered slimy arugula under my salad. Would never eat here again!

Vegetarian patties just completely dried out and hard as a rock! They look like they are several days old - no exaggeration!

Unfortunately, this was the second time today that I encountered at two different Burger King locations that at least one burger was missing from an order. Since I actually trust the sellers, I usually only open the bag when I get home. What the seller put in my bag was delicious as always, but once again I was very disappointed not to find everything.

It can't be true if you order food there and still take away and don't give out any trays and you're supposed to feel comfortable there? The food was cold, the bread wasn't toasted, chili cheese nuggets were cold. Big King only had one piece of lettuce in it. The “eat here” selection is skillfully ignored. As a guest you pay more to eat in the restaurant and yet you are not given a tray and you have to eat out of a bag in a totally humiliating manner

Das mit weiten Abstand beste Burger King Restaurant in ganz Köln. Ich war hier schon häufiger und wurde noch nie enttäuscht. Hier bekommt man immer extrem frisches Essen. Leider scheint es im Sommer keine Klimaanlage zu geben - und deshalb schwitzt man sich hier zu Tode. Dafür einen Stern Abzug, aber sonst 1A.

Hatte grad vorm zu Bett gehen noch richtig Gelüste auf einen saftigen BK Burger-von wegen saftig. Nächstes Mal wird Mc Donalds dann wohl wieder herhalten. Schade!

29.12.2023 Burger King Ehrenfeld: Ein dünnes, schwarzes und langes Haar im Whopper Jr… Überarbeitet eure Hygienevorschriften. Die Mitarbeiter machen keinen kompetenten Eindruck um alleine eine Tüte zu geben für die Bestellungen. Das schlechteste Burger King in Köln obwohl eins sogar einen Rattenskandal hatte. Peinlich. Einige Wochen vorher habe ich schon bemerkt dass die Mitarbeiter nicht einmal beigebracht bekommen haben dass man sich in den Arm nießt. Einfach in die luft nießen wie ein Kind… Würde jedem eher empfehlen die paar Meter weiter zu fahren/gehen um richtiges Essen an der Venloer Str. zu essen.

Mitarbeiter sind sehr unfreundlich und im Küchen Bereich ist die ganze Zeit ein Hund ??? Und die Mitarbeiter streicheln den und waschen nicht mals ihre Hände

Immer war er warm und lecker aber heute nicht! Das hat nix mit einem Whopper zu tun! Der Service ist komplett inkompetent. Die Kunden wurden in der Filiale eingesperrt damit keine neuen rein können weil totales Chaos herrschte und keine Bestellung fertig wurde 😂👍

Es hat sehr lange gedauert bis das Essen kam und wurde fehlerhaft übermittelt wurde Außerdem kam das Essen teilweise kalt

Der schlechteste BK den ich kenne Whopper war erst kalt, wurde dann kurz in die Mikrowelle gelegt, super 👎, schmeckt dann noch schlechter als ein kalter

Gestern war ich zum Abendessen da, heute Vormittag hab ich Durchfall :( Das kann natürlich auch Zufall sein..

Die Aufmerksamkeit erfolgt nur über Bildschirme, sodass es fast keine persönliche Interaktion gibt. Sie fügen Eis zu den Getränken hinzu, ohne zu fragen, und die Servietten sind nicht deutlich sichtbar, oder zumindest habe ich sie nicht gesehen. Während des Essens wird geputzt und sogar die Stühle an meinem Tisch wurden ohne ein Wort umgestellt, sie wurden einfach verschoben. Die Pommes waren etwas kalt und überhaupt nicht knusprig, es war, als wären sie von gestern und wurden nur aufgewärmt. Du findest diesen Kommentar vielleicht etwas empfindlich, aber die Summe von allem macht es zu keiner sehr guten Erfahrung, und nein, ich werde nicht zurückkehren und kann es nicht empfehlen.

Köstlicher Geschmack und exzellenter Service

Mein Kumpel hat so lange auf seinem Burger gewartet, dass er eingeschlafen ist... Als Schlafwandler konnte er dennoch noch seinen Burger essen... Der Typ hinter der Theke, Constatin (Ehrenmann) hat uns den Abend versüßt mit seiner sympathischen Art. Schade, dass der Hund zu müde war... er hätte es auch geliebt!

Wir waren nach einem Konzertbesuch hier und wollten noch einen kleinen Abendsnack zu uns nehmen. Ich hatte ein ganz normales Menü und meine Frau einen einzelnen Burger bestellt. Der Laden war nicht voll und auch so kam es nicht so rüber, dass viel los wäre. Leider hat sich das Warten sehr hingezogen, ich habe aber nicht die Minuten gestoppt. Dann durfte ich das Essen abholen und als erstes fehlten die Saucen (Ketchup+Mayo). Ich also wieder hin und die Saucen geholt. Die Servicekraft behandelt mich wie: "geh mir nicht auf den Keks!". Meine Frau macht ihren Burger auf und der Patty ist KALT, wirklich einfach kalt. Der Käse ist nicht geschmolzen oder weich, sondern einfach nur kalt da. Einfach lieblos zusammengeklatscht und vergessen, in die Welle zu legen. Also wieder reklamiert, wieder muss man fast entschuldigend hingehen und um einen halbwegs ordentlichen, warmen Burger bitten. Ich mache meine Packung auf und habe nicht den Burger, den ich bestellt habe, sondern einen anderen. Verzweiflung macht sich breit und ich weiss, dass ich keine Lust habe, ein drittes Mal zum Tresen zu gehen. Ich esse es einfach und hake diese Kette einfach mal ab.

Wollte an der Kasse meine Bestellung aufgeben, wurde unfreundlich von dem Kassenmitarneiter darauf hingewiesen das nur über das Bestellungstool Essen und Trinken bestellt werden kann. Musste mir anschließend vorwerfen lassen das ich doch bitte mit mehr Respekt Ihm gegenüber anzubringen hätte!!Der Anlass dafür war, weil ich Ihn da nachgefragt habe welche Funktion er den ausführe ,dann könnte Burger King genau so gut alles auf Roboter umstellen, zumindest aber die Barzahlung dann auch abschaffen und somit Personalkosten sparen Nur noch zur Info die Filiale stellt nur einen Bestellautomat zur Verfügung wo nur zwei Personen gleichzeitig Ihre Bestellung auf geben können!!!Frage mich dann noch wie lange die Schlange wird wenn innerhalb 15 Minuten 30 Personen in die Filiale kommen?

Ich wollte essen bestellen(vor null Uhr) habe dann aber die falsche Adresse angegeben und habe mich darauf hin mit dem Kundin Service geschrieben der meinte das er meine Bestellung ruhig stornieren kann und ich danach problemlos mein Essen auf die neue Adresse liefern lassen kann das geht jz aber nicht weil es nach null Uhr ist obwohl dieser Burger King noch bis 3:00 Uhr offen hat und erreichen kann ich auch niemandem!

Hier bekommt man noch frische heiße Produkte die man bestellt .

Standard Burger King. Bei unserem Besuch gab es aber keine Tabletts mehr für das Essen im Restaurant, alles in Tüten bekommen. Oben gab es keine Stühle an den Tische.

Nachdem man 8 Minuten an der Kasse gewartet hat, teilt einem nicht etwa der Mitarbeiter hinter der Theke, sondern ein anderer Kunde mit, dass man an den Terminals bestellen muss (was der MA dann bestätigte). Offenbar ist die Personaldecke so dünn gestaltet, dass die 3 Mitarbeiter zu ausgelastet sind, Bestellungen anzunehmen. An den Terminals stehen natürlich dann je 5-7 Kunden, so dass man locker weitere 10 Minuten hätte warten müssen - von wegen "Fast Food". Nein danke, so nicht.

Der schnelle Hunger 🍟🍔 trieb mich zu Burger King nach Köln-Ehrenfeld. Der Service war unterirdisch 🤨 und dauerte für 2 Burger, Pommes und Cola ewig lange... obwohl nichts los war. Die 2 Burger waren nicht mehr heiss, aber egal, der Hunger war zu groß. Keine Empfehlung!!! 🤑

Die Bürger werden ohne Handschuhe vorbereitet habe daraufhin eine Mitarbeiterin gefragt ob das normal wäre sie meinte ja ohne Handschuhe ist okay jede stunde waschen sie ihre Hände lachhaft finde ich sowas sodass ich mein essen dort ließ und das Restaurant verlassen habe schade einfach nur traurig oder was meint ihr mitten in Ehrenfeld noch

Normalerweise gehe ich BK Ketten aus dem Weg da ich es nicht gerne unterstützte aber die Bürger die wir hier gegessen haben waren seit langem mal wieder sehr gut zubereitet bei der Sicht in die Küche war es auch klar ! Eine Dame hat sie mit sehr viel Aufmerksamkeit zubereitet und das hat man auch geschmeckt Der Service war auch sehr nett und es ging echt schnell

Der Mitarbeiter war nicht professionell und und unfreundlich. Er hat sich sehr viel Zeit für unsere Bestellung gelassen, obwohl keiner eine Bestellung vor uns hatte. Wir wissen nicht wie er heißt aber er nennt Jalapeños dschalapeños und hat uns keine gegeben, obwohl wir welche wollten!

Sehr cooler Burger King mit netten Mitarbeitern, die einen nicht rausschicken wenn man nur aufs Klo möchte. Essen war auch sehr frisch.

Falscher Burger in der Tüte. Gucke ja schon nach ob alles drin ist aber ich wickle die Burger nicht auch noch aus... Salat war nicht frisch. Chili Cheese Nuggets aufgewärmt.

Cibo migliore del Mc Donalds ma servizio pessimo. Sono andato al Burger King in Ehrenfeld. Ordine sbagliato: patatine piccole anziché medie, aranciata anziché Cola. Il tipo sembrava quasi infastidito che fossi lì. Per kon parlare di una ragazzina, sicuramente minorenne, che disturbava i clienti con mosse e parole da "adulta" (chi vuol intendere, intenda).
