McDonald's in Emstek

Nice €10.19 paid on the drive for a mcchicken menu. Come home and find the fries are missing. In the future we will check before setting off ✌️

All burgers without salad and cold. The shop is disgustingly dirty. An imposition.

How can you go so wrong with a small order? Wrong salad dressing, spicy nuggets instead of normal ones, mayonnaise that nobody ordered and wrong sauces in the nugget box

I ate there today and was shocked at what it looked like. I've been there often, but I've never seen this place so horribly dirty. The toilet was very dusty and dirty, the trash can was overflowing. In the store the same dirt everywhere. A customer spilled his cola and the employee just spread it on the floor instead of cleaning it up. Very sad, I always enjoyed going to this store.

If you want to redeem one or more coupons, forget about it 3 times in a row. If you're not able to pack everything you ordered, it's probably better to drive around 4 times and order each item individually.. or simply not at all

Limited Coke can, forgot. We picked ourselves up after refueling. Unfortunately it was only noticed again on the motorway: Mayonnaise, forgot. Plant nuggets dip, forgot. Pretty dry dr**k, all without dips and sauces. Then there are over-salted cheeseburgers. Quite a disappointment.

Short experience report: Order card half empty because we always “everything is defective”. The whole store was incredibly cold, just like the food. Half of it was missing and the complaint was simply not responded to. Only recommended for a drive visit. Tables are all dirty.

So we had to use the game alone to communicate. Buddy orders his 2 apple turnovers with points, the result of the discussion with me is rum even though he didn't even understand the problem. End of story my buddy lost his points and had to pay twice as bad for the bags, the shift manager just told me he would give us an apple bag for it on top, but that didn't even happen. Then I complain about what kind of car I drive and these points don't matter to me. Close the windows and we'll be left with no points or paid apple turnovers. I've never been treated so rudely...

OG Mecces in Cloppenburg. Everything is great

Yesterday I dinner there with a Mcmenu. Two hours later my stomach was destroy and I was in the bathroom with pain all the night. Never had this experience in any other McDonalds or Burger king before. The employees where talking and laughing instead doing their work. It is just 5 minutes from home, but I think I will not come back anymore.

It now seems to be standard that food is forgotten at the MC Drive. Once again a portion of fries and six nuggets are missing. But the main thing is that you are quickly chased out of the MC Drive so that they can continue serving you quickly... where half of them probably forget to pack up 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Fries were weak, burgers were packaged carelessly, lattice potatoes were cold. Service was nice and quick

Basically, we always stop here on the way north to have a coffee and have been satisfied so far. This time the waitress was unfortunately unable to prepare two coffees in a reasonable amount of time, and "cash payment" was only possible after queuing several times at different counters. In total it took almost 30 minutes until you had the coffee in your hands. UNREASONABLE!!!

Mc for Mc. Unhealthy but everyone knows that. I ordered a McFlury and received a yogurt-flavored ice cream, although I chose plain. It's difficult. Mistakes happen.

Since we don't have an MC Rib in the Netherlands, we have to eat it there, few staff at the moment, had to get food ourselves, staff was still friendly, but people weren't really happy because of the wait

My colleagues and I ordered, among other things, McFlurry's for 4 each and then each received a frozen yogurt in the MC Flurry packaging. So it couldn't be more brazen! There was also paper in my friend's cola.

The mc flurry tastes sour and like yoghurt DIRTY STORE!!!

We ordered a lot of McFlurry and got frozen yoghurt, after complaining we were sold another frozen yoghurt as McFlurry! Never again !

Ordered at the drive in. A bacan big mc. But only the normal one was made.

By far the worst MC's I've ever experienced. The tables and toilets were dirty. The former were not wiped down even when asked. The food was “not properly” prepared - the fries were not fully fried, the burgers were carelessly slapped together. The cup of coffee was missing milk, sugar and a spoon. Never again!

All the tables were dirty and I haven't seen toilets this dirty in decades. Absolutely terrible. You couldn't even disinfect them to prevent the worst. Dispenser empty. Everything is dusty and dirty there, terrible smell.

Very dirty toilets, unacceptable. Table service is offered in the ordering menu, but there are no numbers available and charges for trays are completely overloaded.

Everything is wonderful, but I hope that the cups will return to what they were, as they have become no longer good and cannot be held

Went there for breakfast shortly after 9 and picked it up at the drive. There was only one person in front of us and nothing else going on. And items worth ~€7.50 were forgotten AGAIN. Items are missing so often that you might think it's a scam. In addition, people in the drive will then be asked to drive up in order to improve waiting times.

There were no towels when I ordered. I was then allowed to go to the toilet with greasy fingers to wash my hands. Otherwise it was a very euphoric and gentle experience. Almost like a trip to the Maldives, only without Maldives and water.

Unfortunately it took a very long time, although it could have been managed. Slow communication. Food was completely cold!!!! It wasn't complete either... There's a lot of room for improvement.

Staff can't keep up with orders. Already at 11 a.m. you could see 13 orders on the monitor... I don't want to know how long you have to wait for your food at 1 p.m. Unfortunately, after waiting 20 minutes, I discovered that the fries tasted absolutely inedible, like old deep fryer grease. The cheeseburgers weren't fresh either. I'm annoyed about the 10 euros, which was an absolute waste of money. They don't believe in cup holders, serving dishes or ice cubes on a hot day...

Things are forgotten with every order. No matter how often you come. I've never experienced anything like this anywhere. People also tend to forget the salad or the sauce on burgers. Staff are always completely overwhelmed no matter when you come.

Really unfriendly people at the checkout

Sunday mornings at breakfast time. Employees completely overwhelmed, waiting time over 30 minutes. The latte macchiato was only lukewarm and the cocoa was not drinkable at all. Instead of the twelve pancakes we ordered, there were only ten, but they were cold and hard. The McWrap Scrambled Egg experience was also cold. Lukewarm scrambled eggs with ice-cold salad rolled into a cold wrap. After seeing how the employees react to questions and criticism, we decided not to talk to them and will avoid McDonald's in the future.

Food OK Drinks terribly bad. Iced tea is similar to chlorinated water from the indoor wave pool.

Very cheeky employees are not possible, we are customers and not enemies

It was okay, but the waiting time was longer! Very crowded and unfortunately very inexperienced users at the e-charging stations who can't even drive a car. Have been here several times!

Service was catastrophic, we waited forever and then I unfortunately discovered that half of my order had been forgotten when I got home.

Food and location are fine! However, there can be no question of fast food; you wait forever!!!! And then is insulted by completely unfriendly staff! Not recommendable!!!

Unfortunately, the service here has plummeted recently. When ordering to take away, not all of the products ordered are often included. The preparation and end result does not correspond to the actual offer.

Were there at around 11:45 a.m. during the week. Nothing going on. Many employees. Ordered at the terminal but no table numbers available. So forced self-collection. Toilets dirty and !slippery! Restaurant itself: floor sticky, tables dirty, leftover food on the table, under the table. There is a real layer of dust on the facilities above the benches. The tray cart was full even though there was nothing going on in the store. Food cold, especially the curly fries. The crispy chicken wasn't crispy, but modernly "deconstructed" in the packaging. Lettuce wilted. So it's a real booze shop with bad food and no service. Now the standard at McDonald's. Because in Diepholz it is absolutely identical. But expensive.

Cold, carelessly slapped together burgers, soft fries and a cold espresso. Plus dirty tables and benches. The very friendly lady with the broom is of no use either. But, an incorrectly delivered burger was exchanged without any problems for the correct, but also cold, burger.

We waited over half an hour for a small order and the order was wrong.

The worst McDonald's I know. ALL free tables were dirty, the toilet was dirty, the return service cart was fuller than full, the bun was dry and hard on the edge, the meat was overly salty and the employee was totally unfriendly and basically slammed the food on the table for us

Almost all of the tables were dirty and the time on my apple bag was 2 hours off. I then exchanged it and got a new one with the same time. They would all be fresh, only the times wouldn't be right. It definitely didn't taste fresh. One of the two tomato slices on the Royal TS was the cap with stem.

The burgers were squished into the packaging very carelessly. Three boxes were already dirty from the outside. Toilets were - well, it's better not to touch anything. At least there was soap and towels in the women's toilet - but not in the men's toilet, and the cleanliness there left a lot to be desired. The service at the checkout was friendly and helpful. We always like to use McDonald's branches when we travel, but we will never stop here again.

Food was only lukewarm even though there wasn't much going on. Since a lot of staff stood around and watched their colleagues, it might have made sense to check the dirty toilets. They didn't work at all for both women and men.

Deduction because of the toilet is terrible, everything wet on the floor, pee and paper everywhere, it's not enough to clean it once a day. Otherwise, citizens just keep everything warm like with the other MCs

We were passing through here today and were hungry. But we won't be driving to this Mecces again anytime soon, even though we don't live very far away. Toilets: ok. Personnel: only the third person understood what I wanted from him and then in a cheeky tone. The others couldn't even speak German. The food: fries cold, burger cold (the bacon is already rock hard) When asked, I wanted ice cubes in the drink (even though they were included), but they weren't available anymore?! I don't think anyone wanted to bother anymore. And unfortunately it looked pretty dirty in the service area. But I've read this here several times now...

Ein ganz normaler McDonald, Autohof Hoyer A1. Zwei E-Ladesäulen! Nachdem die Ladesäulen am Autohof Vechta nicht funktioniert haben, waren wir froh über diese Alternative, wenige Kilometer weiter.

Die Toiletten waren ziemlich Schmutzig 🙈 Eine Toilette komplett verstopft und vollgelaufen, kein Papier im Spender und Wände und Fußboden länger nicht gereinigt. Kein Tischservice. Dementsprechend kannten die Mitarbeiter/innen auch nicht den Zustand der Tische. Ich konnte überall sehen, was der Vorgänger dort gegessen hat. Das Essen kam definitiv nicht frisch. Es war kalt und labrig! Da ist definitiv Handlungsbedarf!

We stopped for something hit to drink in a cold Christmas day. Unfortunately the hot chocolate was served cold and we had to clean the area ourselves where we were sitting as always with McDonald's in Germany they are dirty in general toilets are disgusting. Don't know why they don't invest in cleaning staff.

Nach der Bestellung am Automaten werden die Bürger so in die Tüten gestopft, dass man am Tresen alles auspacken müsste um zu prüfen ob alles dabei ist. Unterwegs dann, mal wieder, festgestellt: Es fehlen Burger.

Ich melde mich jetzt hier zu Wort wir waren gerade hier bei McDonald's am Essen mein Mann kriegt dann Essen kalt dann bringe ich das zurück dann gehe ich nach 10 Minuten wieder hin was essen immer noch nicht da dann kriege ich zur Antwort zu hören ja das dauert noch eine Zeit das ist ein drecksladen hier Leute geht hier nicht mehr essen

Kaum im Restaurant stolziert eine wutentbrannte Kundin zur Theke und beschwert sich auf so eine herablassende und unfreundliche Art und Weise, dass wir den Laden am liebsten direkt wieder verlassen hätten! Man kann gerne etwas zu meckern haben, aber bleibt doch einfach respektvoll zu den Menschen, dann ist dein Tag nicht gelaufen und die anderen Gäste können in Ruhe essen. Und großes Lob an das Personal hinter der Theke! Ihr seid absolut ruhig geblieben und habt einen tollen Job gemacht!

Cheeseburger 5x kalt und auf dem Mac Rib keine sosse, das geht leider gar nicht..... Wahren zu dritt da und leider endtäuscht.

15 min vor Restaurant schließen trotz das mc Drive geöffnet tat wurde ich rausgebeten meine Kumpel haben was bekommen zu mitnehmen voll überfordert daher bin ich wo anders gefahren zum essen würde da selber nie wieder hin gehen voll unfreundlich Empfehlen würde ich den nicht Mit freundlichen Grüßen

Menü bestellt am mc drive. Essen bestellt. Pommes labrig. Burger nur mittelwarm bis kalt. Cola Zero kein Geschmack nur Wasser. Enttäuschend

Essen war frisch und heiz. Wurde uns sehr freundlich an den Tisch gebracht. Leider waren die Tische durchgehend sehr verschmutzt.

Man muss ja sich die Tische selber abräumen hier :)

Sauberes Restaurant, Personal könnte etwas freundlicher sein wirkten sehr gestresst obwohl nicht viele Gäste waren. Schnelle war das essen am Platz nur leider nicht besonders warm

Alles war ok. freundlicher und schneller Service. Essen war heiß und entsprach völlig dem gängigen Standard. Salat sehr frisch.

Essen wie immer gut und Service auch Gut Leider ist der Speisebereich sehr schmutzig und die Schlappen hat man auf dem klebrigen Boden verloren… Schlimmer waren die Toiletten… ich sage nur Dresden45

3,05 Euro für eine kleine Tüte Pommes mit Ketchup halte ich für eine Unverschämtheit
