I went to Italia in Emstek yesterday and had a truly wonderful evening! The pizza was absolutely delicious – one of the best I've had in a long time. The service was first-class, incredibly attentive, and there was no long wait. The atmosphere is also very pleasant and inviting. One small point for improvement would be the cutlery: the knife was a bit dull, so it squeaked when cutting on the plate, making the pizza difficult to slice. I absolutely can't stand that noise, and I even had to cover my ears when eating at the next table. If that's improved, it will be perfect! I'll definitely be back. 😊

Sehr sauber, bestes Essen, toller Service. Nur zu empfehlen. Wohnmobile können auf dem Parkplatz auf dem Nachbargrundstück bequem parken.

A spontaneous ice cream on a rainy Sunday. Super friendly service and great sundaes at reasonable prices. The cappuccino is also highly recommended! I'd be happy to go back. Great!

We had a delicious meal there in a pleasant atmosphere. The service was excellent and very helpful. In the case of alcohol in our dessert, they asked if we still needed to drive. It was the first time I'd heard this asked in a restaurant 👍👌👏😋

Even though we arrived without a reservation, we received a very warm welcome. The service was attentive from the start: We were served immediately and received our drinks and food in a surprisingly short time. The attentive staff deserves special mention – as soon as a glass was empty, they immediately and kindly asked if we wanted anything else. The entire restaurant made a very well-maintained impression, including the restrooms, which were also spotlessly clean. We were not disappointed with the food either: The food was excellent and left nothing to be desired. We can wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant – an all-round successful visit!

Simply amazing! There's nothing more to say. The cleanliness, even the restrooms, are absolutely perfect. The pizza? Mmm, so delicious!

I ate at Italia today and was simply ignored! My friend ordered and I was completely ignored. After I asked again, no one came so I could order. 1 star for the service! The ice cream is mediocre so there is better and the rest is not that good either, there are only 2 stars! And the ambience is not that good either as it looks a bit rancid and doesn't look that good outside either. There is only 1 star for that! Almost everything should be better, but you have to know.

I haven't had such good Italian food in a long time. We had pizza 🍕 although one didn't have the classic tomato sauce but with cheese. Extremely delicious 😋. Super friendly.Dogs welcome. We will dine there again.

A good Italian restaurant and ice cream parlor. We tried both at the weekend. Both the ice cream sundae and the dishes (pizza, pasta & grill) were very good. We'd love to come back.

Highly recommended. Pizza was very tasty. The staff really feel like they are always there. We've never stopped for dinner so quickly before. The children were also able to charge their cell phones. Then everything was perfect. Praise to the staff!

You get good ice cream and the price is right

The food is always top. The simple tomato sauce in particular is a dream and highly recommended! Of course you can eat out cheaper, but quality has its price.

It doesn't often happen that I feel like I'm a nuisance to the staff, instead of a welcome guest. Upon arrival we were sent to the worst table with a dismissive nod, because we had not made a reservation, while there were tables left. That could be friendlier. When we wanted to order an extra round of drinks, we were simply ignored: the woman, after an affirmative nod, simply went to help others and never came back. When I said something about it, I was told that it was my fault, the customer. The second star for service was saved by the waiter who helped us well and friendly, thank you! A shame, because the food was delicious. Too bad the experience was so ruined.

So unfortunately the quality is no longer as good as it was a year ago. First the good; the food was hot and the pizza is good too! Now for the rest; Once there was chicken with green pepper cream sauce, there was hollandaise where a few peppercorns were thrown in, that was nothing, in addition to that, with breaded meat the sauce goes under the meat and not over it, so you can also save yourself the breading. Then once schnitzel with mushrooms and onions from the pan. I didn't want to get any mushrooms, I didn't have any mushrooms or onions, just the dry schnitzel. Once gyros with tzatziki, this was a finished product and not even cucumber or garlic in the tzatziki. It's a shame about the prices. In my opinion, an Italian should specialize in Italian cuisine and completely remove gyros, wiener schnitzel or burgers from the menu. In general, the map is much too big and a lot of things often get left behind. Some pizza, some pasta, focaccia, salads, tiramisu ready. That was the menu but homemade and fresh ;)

An Italian restaurant that should exist everywhere. Family business, everything is a mess, everyone helps everyone. The food is delicious and freshly prepared. As always, the furnishings are a matter of opinion... mine isn't, but I come to eat, I don't want to live there. Price/performance is great.

Be careful when paying, the waitress often miscalculates!!!!!

Food is always delicious. Service is always friendly. Ice cream good too. Very clean toilets. Everything is tip top. Ambience very appealing. Minuses: Outdoor seating is far too noisy, it's a shame that there is no inner courtyard. That's very disturbing. The landlord can't help it, the municipality's transport policy... Smoking tables should be designated separately. The tables are too narrow and today we were hit with so much nicotine from both sides that I had breathing problems and all of our things had to be washed straight away. We actually wanted to order three more wines, but then left because the table next door was smoking and smoking and smoking... New waitresses should be welcome to learn, but rudimentary (language) skills should be available... draft beer = on tap. Dry wine...=???. You don't put down plates of leftover food from the next table and ask what you would like to drink.

Wir sind schon mehrfach hier gewesen und haben immer lecker gegessen. Das Personal ist freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Karte ist umfangreich und es ist für jeden was dabei. Als Nachtisch empfiehlt es Sich, die Eisdiele zu nutzen, besonders für die Kinder, wegen der großen Auswahl ist immer für jeden was dabei. Das einzige was ich zu Bemängeln habe, ist das auf der Homepage, eine veraltete Karte zu finden ist, wo die Preise falsch sind.

Erster Besuch nach Empfehlung von Freunden. Es hat sich gelohnt. Die Karte hält für jeden Geschmack etwas Leckeres bereit. Der Service ist sehr aufmerksam und präsent. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Essen ist immer sehr lecker und der Service ist unschlagbar. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen.
