The food ALWAYS tastes fantastic and is so, so authentic – you know that every bite is prepared with love. It's our favorite restaurant, and for good reason!!! ♥️ The hospitality you experience here is truly unique. You can immediately tell that this place is run with a smile. It's simply wonderful to see our son Jamie now also part of this wonderful team and learn from such great people as Biene and Soto. A very special moment was today, when Dimi – Sabine's son – served us – Happy Birthday, Dimi! On your 16th birthday! Thank you for your outstanding work once again. The food was, as always, absolutely world-class, and the atmosphere is simply vibrant and inviting. Biene, you are not only a wonderful hostess, but also a friend who shines like the sun. ♥️ No matter how long it's been since we last saw each other, it always feels like it was just yesterday. Received a gift voucher? Be careful! Restaurants issue vouchers that have no expiration date! – meaning they are legally valid for three years – but then they no longer redeem them after a certain period. It's a shame and questionable. Since a visit to the restaurant was impossible due to health reasons, people thought the voucher would still be valid after a good two years. Unfortunately, that was wrong. It's a shame to waste such an expensive gift. So just eat well here 👍, but please don't get vouchers issued 👎. A real shame and not good advertising!

I had a special request for the food, but it wasn't accommodated... The boss's comment...we do it the way we do it... I had to get a different dish...I think...I won't need to go there again...but the boss doesn't like people who criticize...

Wat een leuk en zeer gastvriendelijk echtpaar die dit restaurant leiden! Maar daar houdt het wel mee op. Borden vol eten maar droog vlees en onduidelijk sausjes. Nee, dat moet veel beter kunnen. Maar of dat het ook wordt…..? Het echtpaar gaf te kennen dat ze nog vier jaar hard wilde werken en dan terug te verkassen naar Griekenland. Wellicht dat ze daar dan leren hoe je echt lekker Grieks eten maakt….

Unfortunately I have to report today about a failed evening. The atmosphere is really nice, the service is really friendly and attentive, but... unfortunately the chef/owner of the restaurant is very boorish and unapproachably unfriendly. The following happened... we arrived at the restaurant unannounced, but were still greeted very hospitably and immediately got a very nice table. The restaurant was half busy. The drinks were there very quickly and also very good. Since I was on carbohydrates in the evening Foregoing, I also discussed this with the waitress (the boss's wife), and it wasn't a problem to put together a plate from the dishes on offer. Everything was really very friendly and accommodating and also really good advice on what else was possible to meet my wishes. Everything was really great so far!! The recommended starter salad was really very successful, fresh and tasty. So far so good... then came the main course. My companion's food was really nicely prepared, plentiful and appetizing. Unfortunately, my food was completely burnt. I had ordered grilled liver with Mediterranean vegetables and tzatziki. When the food arrived, the burnt smell was immediately present. Nevertheless, I tried the liver and found that it was not possible to detect any nuance of meat taste. It Everything smelled and tasted really burnt. The vegetables were there and there were plenty of them, but they were completely burnt and couldn't really be defined. We immediately told the conditions and they said that it was probably because of the sauces and that it would be served like that here in this restaurant. The thing is, I didn't have any sauce on my food. It was just grilled liver and grilled vegetables. Tzatziki was separately in a small bowl. Well, okay. The boss/cook was called, came and took the food again. I was also offered something else but I decided to eat something with my companion first. That was ok so far and we were told that my meal would be taken off the bill. Everything was ok... we had a fun evening and were both well full and so we asked for the bill. It came promptly and I paid... after I had paid, without even thinking about it, I and my companion noticed that the bill was a bit high and we looked at the receipt. That

If it absolutely has to be Greek....yes then you have arrived at a standard Greek restaurant....the bar is full of ouzo and the food tastes like that of any Greek restaurant. I didn't find side dishes and the general way the food was served really appealing. I think the salad before was bought or sugared. The staff was very committed but didn't manage to convince me to give it 4 stars. I didn't think it was appropriate in terms of price-performance ratio. I almost fell in the entrance area because the paving stones have a hole or depression in that area.

Besonders der Grillteller und die hausgemachten Vorspeisen haben mich überzeugt. Auch der Service war erstklassig: Freundlich, aufmerksam und zuvorkommend. Man fühlt sich hier rundum wohl und willkommen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist wirklich unschlagbar. Für die Qualität und Menge der Speisen zahlt man einen fairen Preis. Ich kann Yiamas Mühle uneingeschränkt empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen! Ein absoluter Geheimtipp für alle, die gutes Essen und herzlichen Service schätzen. 5 Sterne! Top!

Unfortunately I have to write this review even though the food at this restaurant has always been excellent. But after our last visit we definitely won't be coming back. We had reserved a table and were traveling with a small child. It's understandable that it takes a little longer in a full restaurant. When we finally asked, after 2 hours, when we could expect to eat, we were immediately brushed off in an unfriendly manner. The “boss” himself finally came to our table, obviously already annoyed, and insulted us in a completely unprofessional and disrespectful way. The whole thing happened in front of a packed restaurant, and as if that wasn't enough, he even shouted the insults at us as we were already walking outside. A birthday was supposed to be celebrated there, which was completely ruined. Such behavior is absolutely not possible. In the catering industry, criticism or comments should not almost lead to physical arguments if the insults were addressed, but rather should be treated professionally and with respect. It is already clear how likely this review will be responded to. It's a shame about the good food, but under these circumstances I can't recommend this restaurant.

Unfortunately I have to agree with the negative reviews here 100%! I guess we weren't the only ones who were treated badly! It wasn't our first time eating here. But what we have experienced here can hardly be put into words. The food was OK but the portions were quite small. The price-performance ratio doesn't fit here, even compared to the past or to other Greeks in other cities. Prices are extremely high and portions are smaller. Doesn't suit me. But well, until the end everything was okay for us and the mood was good so far. When we asked what the food was like, we kindly shared our perception that the portions were mostly small. The boss then came and surprisingly took this very aggressively. He then became loud and aggressive towards us, so that the whole restaurant noticed this. A good host should always be open to criticism. We definitely won't be coming back, especially as people from Emste who have always enjoyed coming here. The other staff was great!

The restaurant doesn't even deserve one star because the boss repeatedly deliberately rips off his guests. Drinks are listed on the bill that should be “on the house”. In addition, the waiting time for the food to arrive was a full 1.5 hours, and the drinks were only delivered after the third order. Guests were also thrown out of the restaurant by the boss in a very unfriendly tone, although we couldn't understand the reason for this.

We were here with a larger group. The food was okay, but the portions were far too small for the significantly inflated price. We mentioned this to the boss. Unfortunately, as the reviews have already noted, the boss didn't react properly. He became very loud, abusive and aggressive, so much so that the whole restaurant noticed. The boss cannot handle constructive criticism - he feels directly personally attacked and simply becomes loud and insulting. A very unpleasant experience for us, but also for all the neighboring tables. Unjustifiably we had to pay the full price. In addition, the billing was incorrect. BTW: The European Championship games were also broadcast, but on a very puny TV. It's a shame that the supposed restaurateur/boss can't handle constructive criticism. We won't be coming back!

Family-run service team with infectiously warm friendliness. The quality of the food is excellent. What counts here is class rather than quantity. The prices are a little higher than elsewhere, but that is absolutely justified because of the good quality. Because it was quite well attended and therefore took “some time” (it was about 10 minutes) we got p.p. 3 ouzo. Gladly again.

Wie schon von so einigen Gästen geschrieben, kann der Chef keine Kritik vertragen und/oder weiß nicht wie man damit umgeht. Er wurde ausfallend laut und beschimpfte mich in einem sehr pampigen Ton. Dadurch, haben alle anderen Gäste "ERST" mitbekommen, das an unserem Essen etwas nicht o.k. war. Seinen lauten Spruch: "Dann hätten wir das nicht bestellen müssen" fand ich ganz unpassend, denn wenn in der Karte steht, frische Champions und wir im FETT TRIEFENDE, VERSCHMORTE, UNGENIEßBARE nicht nach Champions schmeckende Pilze bekommen, sollte man sich dafür entschuldigen und vielleicht mit dem Spruch, "Entschuldigung, das werde ich an die Küche weitergeben" das ganze freundlich kommentieren, dann wäre es für mich damit auch abgeharkt gewesen. Nur durch dieses Auftreten schreibe ich diese Kritik. Schade das Ambiente war sehr schön und die weibliche Bedienung war sehr freundlich. Nur der Chef........ Wir werden nicht wieder kommen.

Wir waren gestern Abend da und möchte gerne sagen dass schon beim Eintreten werden wir von sehr freundlichen Chef empfangen. Chef ist einfach Mega sympathisch! Wir hatten spontan über WhatsApp den Inhaber angeschrieben und er hatte prompt geantwortet. Es war noch ein Tisch frei. Das Restaurant war für ein Mittwoch Abend sehr gut besucht. Das Ambiente war sehr schön. Die Mühle ist einfach ein Blickfang für ein Restaurant. Wir wurden herzlich begrüßt und es gab sofort ein Ouzo aufs Haus. Yiamas. Die Bedienung Chef und Chefin waren super freundlich, einfach klasse. Das Essen war sehr lecker. Und der Tzaziki erst. Göttlich. Wir kommen wieder, ganz sicher. Leider habe ich kein Foto vom Essen gemacht. Aber glaubt mir, es ist super lecker. Schon lange nicht mehr bei so einem guten Griechen gewesen👍🏽👍🏽

Top Service - Köstliche griechische Küche

Ich war gestern mit meinem Team zum Essen in der Mühle. Die Bedienung war sehr bemüht und alles könnte etwas optimiert werden, damit es ein schöner Abend wird. - Die Musik war so, dass wir uns nur sehr laut unterhalten konnten. Nach meiner Frage, ob man diese leiser drehen könnte, war die Antwort : " in griechischen Lokalen muss die Musik sein,- ja aber nicht so laut-kann ich nicht muss der Chef machen". Hat der Chef netterweise gemacht und wir konnten uns in normaler Lautstärke unterhalten. - Das Essen wurde über den Kopf der Gäste hinweg gereicht. Besser wäre es sich an das Ende eines Tisches oder an einen freien Platz des Tisches zu stellen und die Teller weiterreichen zu lassen. Der direkte Kontakt der Teller auf dem Kopf des Gastes ist unangenehm und erhöht die Unfallgefahr. - Das Essen war okay. Pommes waren leider nur warm und der Reis zu scharf. Obwohl ich gebeten hatte die Lammkoteletts gut durch zu braten, waren diese ok, aber meinem Wunsch nicht entsprechend. - Beim Nachtisch gab es keine extra Servietten gereicht. Hätte ich natürlich erfragen können, aber war dann auch egal. Trotzdem hatte mein Team und ich einen schönen Abend, weil mein Team toll ist und das geschilderte-bis auf die Lautstärke der Musik- wahrscheinlich nur mich störte?!

Schöner Außenbereich wo man gut sitzen kann im Sommer. Das Essen war wirklich lecker und ein sehr gutes Preis Leistung Verhältnis. Der Service war sympathisch und locker drauf, man musste nie lange warten.
