The food was really bad, I only got half of it, there were two net potatoes missing, it really turned out to be a soft shop

No, the food was totally bad and expensive.

Went to McDonalds today (9/24/24). Not only did we have 2 wrong burgers (we got the right ones after asking), but our waiting time was extremely long (we were also given a straw for our drink after asking). A few tables hadn't been wiped down and trash was still lying around. The staff were anything but hygienic. The gloves were missing and I saw a donut fall into the sink (the one for the pastry tongs) and then put back on a plate in the display (really disgusting)! I don't want to start with the burgers... there was hardly any sauce on the 2 chicken burgers and there was a lot less sauce on the MacRib than normal... All in all, really not a nice visit...:(

The citizens were squashed, then drinks were spilled but not cleaned up. Tables and generally very dirty.

With one of the few MC where it was clean and tidy. Beautifully decorated and well structured.

Nobody in this juice shop can speak a word of German.

It's a shame, I thought they might get it here. Everything that was ordered really had to be included in the order. I'm missing a small chip and the toy (Smurf) from the happy meal. Of course that caused a lot of crying 😑. I ordered mobile. And the gentleman asked me at the checkout. Whether it's to take away, and of course it wasn't packed

I was just standing in the MC Drive when an employee shouted that she had a meeting and it wasn't open, she didn't know how long it would last, but she was sipping her drink herself! This place is unbelievable! If you don't feel like working, stay home and work hard. Apart from hygiene. I'll probably contact the responsible authorities, what you're doing is more than just borderline! You're crazy!

I ordered food today, June 24th, around 2 p.m. There was a wannabe shift manager who played me for a fool. The office should terminate this. Unfriendly and rude. You don't have to go to this store. Either something is missing or you are treated like a homeless person by such people. 1 star is already too much

After repeated times, I would like to tell the nice, somewhat corpulent employee (I think she is the manager or shift leader) something... Could you please stop dressing down the employees in front of the customers all the time!!?!! Incredible !! Something like that is not appropriate! They are all just human and mistakes can be made!!! You too are not without errors

There is total chaos here. There are a bunch of employees there and one of them doesn't know what the other is doing. All tables inside were already closed at 9 p.m. yesterday on July 16, 2024 because everything had already been wiped down. And that despite being open until midnight. Apparently there weren't enough staff, so a blonde, older employee shouted at us. We saw a total of 7 employees, which should probably be enough for a week for a not very busy shop. We also had the wrong drinks on our tray, but they noticed that. Hygiene is not given very high priority in this branch. The employees in the kitchen don't have gloves on, they bleat their ears and then finish the burgers...that's weird. A hidden hygiene inspection would have to come and take a look at these conditions. Disgusting!!

Almost every order was missing something and I don't even want to start talking about the long waiting times.

Unfortunately there was total chaos when preparing the food and drinks. Something was always missing (had to complain about an order 3 times) Staff understands customers very poorly!

The food and service are top but the ambience leaves a lot to be desired. The prices are pretty high.

Best ice cream far and wide. Great value for money and very nice owners of the ice cream parlor.

We were there for breakfast on May 1st, 2024. It was well attended but not overly crowded. After 43 minutes we got our food to take away. To be on the safe side, we checked right away...there were 2 burgers missing, one piece of toast was wrong and the toppings or dips were wrong. Order complained about and you had to wait another 10 minutes. The absolute biggest impudence was only noticed at home... the pack of 12 mini pancakes ONLY CONTAINED 8!!! What's that supposed to mean? Do I have to count the individual products or what?

I don't know what's going on lately, it's happened several times that the order is not complete... Not checked today and incomplete again... thank you very much for nothing, the main thing is paid...!!

Because of the “friendly” service on May 1st, 2024 (in the morning) I take back all my good words. The queue of several people was simply completely ignored by employees for about 10 minutes. Yes, there are other orders, but you can say something, right?

Long waiting time at the McDrive...not all the things you ordered are in the bags...you have to check carefully...it's a shame

The food was actually good, but with an open kitchen you should make sure that all employees adhere to the hygiene rules. Unfortunately, one employee wasn't wearing gloves and was biting his fingernails. Then he touched the burger buns. Pretty gross.

You wait forever at the checkout, your food is incomplete, the machine doesn't work properly :/

We rarely go to MCDONALD'S anymore, but this time it was just right after the swimming pool. Despite it being very crowded, the service was really good and very quick. But I know why I almost never go to MCDONALD'S anymore, the food, well what can you say, it was good, but the double cheeseburger at the end just tasted disgusting. Took a bite twice and then threw it away. They're only in because of the children. If you think about it, after paying 90 euros, I might prefer to eat at the Chinese buffet next time.

If you place 3 orders in McDrive, you can assume that something is missing from at least 2 orders. At least complaints are dealt with without any problems, but it's still extremely annoying. Often we didn't look because the order was manageable, only to find out at home that something wasn't there.

A McDonald's, parking space is a bit tight, otherwise everything is OK.

Hello everyone, I'm now speaking out after many, many visits to the McDonalds in Saalfeld. It's crazy how often something goes wrong with a take-out order. Be it in the drive-thru or to take away from the restaurant... It is not even certain whether the order is correct on the second attempt. Based on our visit today, I am now writing this review. Even on the third attempt we couldn't get the order right, but then we had enough and left. Unfortunately, it has to be said that this only happens when there are a lot of foreign employees on shift together (please don't misunderstand, but it's noticeable that it is like that!). And given the extreme prices, that's just an outrage! I won't be seeing myself there again anytime soon.

Actually quite good, but there is a lot of deduction for the floor. It's so greasy that I almost fell several times.

Nothing to complain about. The ordering machine may be incorrectly placed, quite close to the entrance.

The food is good and the staff is mostly friendly. In my opinion, the cleanliness in the restaurant and outside leaves a lot to be desired in Saalfeld, and I'm not alone in my opinion. I'm very surprised that the "hygiene" hasn't been criticized yet. This should definitely be worked on. Personally, I try to touch it as little as possible.

Nothing going on. And you wait forever for food. 😞

The restaurant made an unclean impression.

Egal wie kurz/lang man am McDrive wartet, man soll jedes mal "vor fahren" wegen der Zeiten. Was ist das für ein Blödsinn? Eine heiße Tasche wird prinzipiell kalt serviert. Und am McDrive ist an der Ausfahrt eine Schwelle, wo ich mitm 911er aufgesessen bin und so tief ist der echt nicht!! Darauf sollte man vor dem Einfahren hinweisen, kann ja schlecht rückwärts wieder raus...

Wasn't there for a long time for health reasons. The prices have risen quite significantly. Food was good as expected and quick.

Ordered ice cream with chocolate sauce, it was just covered with three dollops of sauce on the bottom.

Die Bestellung kam schnell aber das Essen war nur lauwarm.

Die Bedienungen sind recht freundlich, der Rest ist typisch MC

Wo soll ich anfangen? Ich hatte eher das Gefühl ein Roboter bringt mir das Essen. Wo bleibt da die Menschlichkeit? Der Burger war für mc Donald‘s nicht schlecht, dennoch war es gut, dass die burger in einer Verpackung sind. Denn ich glaube sonst würden die Burger quer auf dem ganzen Tablett verteilt liegen.

Immer McDonalds Standard. Nur der Bestellungsannehmer spricht zu wenig Deutsch. Immer Probleme beim Bestellen.

Schöner Mc Donalds. Essen war gut. Wartezeit auch.

Sehr schmutzig und unansehnlich. Tische und Plätze nicht sauber obwohl wenig Kundschaft da ist.

War ok, essen gut, aber Personal sehr distanziert

Not bad, although it's hit and miss with the service... but a convenient location and lots of seating, including outside. And a separate room for kids, good for everyone.

Man muss sehr drauf achten was man bestellt und was man am Ende bekommt. Im Mc Drive einfach paar Minuten langer stehen und kontrollieren. Da man eh so gut wie immer warten muss kann man sich auch die paar Minuten nehmen und kontrollieren. Ansonsten vergleichbar mit anderen McDonald's Filialen.

Für einen MC Donalds voll in Ordnung.

Unorganisiert ohne Ende, 20 Min im McDrive eine Qual, geht man rein, sind Tische, Stühle und Böden völlig verdreckt. Noch kaum einer versteht deutsch, in jeder Bestellung ist entweder was falsch oder fehlt vollständig. Vielleicht sollte man dort mal ein Qualitätsmanagement einschalten - jeder macht alles, keiner hat scheinbar eine genaue Aufgabenverteilung, dabei ist es nicht mal ein Autobahn-MD, wo wirklich Stress herrscht und das Essen in 5 Min fehlerfrei vor einem steht.

Wird immer teurer, Sauberkeit nimmt stetig ab oder gibt es gar nicht mehr. Ich geh dort nicht mehr hin.

Diesmal war das Essen deutlich besser als das letzte mal, und auch war der Aussenbereich deutlich sauberer. Es scheint es gibt Besserung.

Klasický MD. Vzhled, kvalita a chuť stejná, jako v ČR. Prostě klasika. Nepotěší, neurazí.

Ich würde mir mehr Sauberkeit wünschen, die Tische sind meistens schmutzig. Ansonsten ist es ok.

Modern eingerichtet mit Ladestation bzw. Steckdosen an einigen Tischen. Super.

A barlang látogatás után igazán jól esett leülni, enni valamit.

Es ist schade das man keine Gläser mehr bekommen hat obwohl man 5 menüs hatte. Der Laden war total versifft es gab keine Servietten und Strohhalme. Keine schöne mcc Donalds Filiale

Eine Person vom Personal musste alles erledigen, von Kasse bis Bringen zum Tisch. Dadurch hat alles sehr lange gedauert. Aber da muss ich leider sagen das ich das mittlerweile gewohnt bin bei diesem MC Donalds.

Vom Tellerwäscher zum Millionär wird wohl nichts mehr - höchstens schafft man es bis zum Müllionär

Die letzten beiden Besuche um die Mittagszeit waren schon mit viel Wartezeit, aufgrund von überforderten Personal verbunden, aber diesmal haben sie das tatsächlich noch getoppt. Zwischen Bestellvorgang am Terminal, Bezahlung an der Kasse (Kartenzahlung war am Terminal nicht möglich) und aushändigen eines simplen Mc Menüs ohne extra Wünsche sind über 15 Minuten vergangen. Mindestens sechs Kunden die nach mir bestellt und bezahlt haben, bekamen ihr Essen vorher. Ohne nachfragen meinerseits, wieso die anderen Kunden vorher bedient wurden, hätte es sicher auch noch länger gedauert. Eine Antwort auf die Frage habe ich natürlich nicht bekommen.

Koordinierung von Bestellungen läuft besser, jedoch hatten wir eine verlängerte Wartezeit bei 4 Menüs.

Alles soweit normaler Standard was McDonalds betrifft. Leider immer sehr überfüllt und demnach etwas Wartezeit. Allerdings sind die Burger trotzdem super und auch ordentlich.

Waren heute gegen 18.00 Uhr da. Sehr viele Leute am MC Drive. Ansonsten alles Gut

Mc'Donald's halt. Essen ging schnell, Platz war (trotz vieler Gäste) ausreichend vorhanden (drinnen und draußen). Personal war sehr freundlich.
