McDonald's in Berlin

The checkout area is far too small and there are not enough staff. You always have to wait a long time (last time 20 minutes) to feel sorry for the people behind the counter, they work like pigs

Dark and dingy place, limited menu when I was starving and no, I am not paying to empty my bladder. Ludicrous really.

Unfortunately, this branch has degenerated into a to-go McDonald's in the morning. Access to the upper seats is denied and there is often no option to have your meal ordered to the table. Only 2 stars for that.

You can never really sit there, people always sit in the front for hours and confuse it with an office. It's impossible for McDonald's workers to notice this and not say anything

A typical maczek, but with more customers than in other places. They have their hands full all the time. However, I was never there in the morning, always after 4 p.m. or later. There's one lady taking care of the tables upstairs, and she's not very nice to kids who eat their fill, but I'm not surprised at all 🤭 Today I tried Mr M and it was delicious, large and juicy. 😋 In comparison, Bic mac was crap, pale cutlets, kind of sad in taste. Crowded place, but organized on a regular basis.

I would also give 0 stars but unfortunately that's not possible. Is it normal to be threatened with a knife if you forget to put away a tray???? And I'm not talking from a distance, the worker wasn't even standing 10cm away. I think that's impossible, so something needs to be changed. Definitely stay away from this shop. We were afraid for our lives. Police have been informed and investigations are ongoing. Incredible.

Such a small shop in such a “big” shopping street. So child/stroller unfriendly. And three quarters of people sit here to charge their cell phones. Terrible

Food from the assembly line. Very crowded, a lot of hectic and no feel-good atmosphere. In extreme emergencies, only recommended for pure food consumption. However, coffee is quite tasty. 😶

I bought menus here every six months. The last time I was here, the fries tasted weirdly soggy and like they had been soaked in oil for too long. When I was halfway through, I discovered the mold 🤮 I'll never shop here again.

Typical Mac food. The staff rushes to the tables on the first floor. The only thing you can comment on is the cleaning. You can't count on the typical atmosphere of MC Donald's. for tightness. There are tables outside, but they overlook the bus stop and are not very pleasant in bad weather.

Mcdonald’s kantstrasse is the best here in Berlin. The manager is very friendly and responsible and so are the workers. It stays clean and you get food warm and fresh.

This Mc is not real Mc. Quality & service are very low. General Mc products do not taste at all. Please avoid this place.

Table service no longer exists. I tried to talk to an employee who couldn't speak German or English... The other employee wasn't particularly helpful when they made the order wrong...

There is less space on the first floor, so you have to go to the second floor to eat.

Never experienced such long waiting times, even for a small company

Unfortunately the service isn't that good anymore, I can't order from the machine then they help me but I take the kids menu then I don't get what I want. In the other branches this works without any problems at the checkout, but here you are not obliged to order from the machine, as it says in the statutes

Unfortunately I didn't find a gluten free sandwich in Berlin and for those with celiac disease it is a lifeline

The food is very good, but it really smells very bad, the bathroom toilet hahaha what toilet, there is simply no toilet, the smell of the bathroom comes out all over the place, I'm sorry but it had to be said, and it was said 😵‍ 💫

Better than others in Berlin, the M-Burger is big but boring, as it tastes very similar to the Bug Mac.

When I get tired of going to work, I bring a salad and sit for a few stops to eat French fries and chicken nuggets and drink Coke Zero. I am happy and healthy hahahahaha. There are often a lot of people who seem to be homeless people gathering at the door, which is a bit strange, but they have never been attacked.

Terrible service, only one employee was attending (plus probably 1 in the kitchen) and they clearly were overwhelmed as she mixed 3 times our order and took forever to get our food , visited at 10:00, the order came out wrong and at 10:30, eating started around 10:45

The food is typical McDonald's, the service is extremely bad and it is extremely loud on site

This is the fastest cafe in terms of service. You can always eat cheaply and quickly here. Everything is fresh. Good luck. And also the most delicious ice cream.

Communication with employees was very poor, since they didn't understand you, you had to wait until someone who understood you came...and I just wanted to go to the toilet

The staff were friendly and accommodating. There is the option of sitting outside. The offer met the expectations of the franchise and you could eat. There are enough parking spaces available.

Sometimes forgetful when ordering via Lieferando. Addition on 7/6/24 1:20 p.m.: I wanted to order at the checkout where there was no one standing and the employee said I should place my order at the ordering machine. If your employees don't feel like taking orders at the checkout, you can also save on staff.

You know McDonalds. Unfortunately, something from the order is almost always forgotten, but at least you get it if you ask...

The waffle fries were very delicious.

I personally felt the vibe was awesome and the staff service was great (on time). Food was super delicious.

My visit on June 5th, 2024 between 9:45 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. Unfortunately, McDonald's doesn't seem to care much about hygiene anymore. Despite having long hair and heavy beards, several employees do not wear hats or hairnets. One employee wore her braid half down and half up so that she looked like she had just gotten out of bed. The other employee constantly touches his nose and his long beard while packing the groceries. The end result was a longer beard on my burger. Unfortunately, I only noticed this at home and luckily before I ate the hair. Especially since two employees almost mated right at the front of the service counter. He grabbed her from behind and hugged her passionately. He kissed her neck. Basically, the employees were very loud and consistently spoke in a foreign language. There was an atmosphere as if you were a spectator at a private family celebration. There was constant laughter and people pushed each other back and forth several times. I have no problem when employees have fun at work. But the customer should feel comfortable and not have the feeling that they are at a party. Especially since the 10 minute wait for the food to be prepared wouldn't be so unpleasant. Because the employees were more concerned with themselves or their love affairs. I also forgot part of my order. Because I checked it in the store and noticed it. Luckily I was able to correct the error and receive the rest of my order. Last but not least, an employee or whoever it was was standing in the hygiene area and behind the cash registers, completely dressed in private clothing and shoes. There was therefore no black and white separation between clean work clothing and private clothing. The food itself was also rather mediocre and gets worse from year to year in all McDonald's restaurants, but is continually more expensive. I will avoid this branch in the future and can only recommend it to everyone else. The store appears to have different management than it did 10 years ago. The store was much quieter, more pleasant and more professional. The attached photos show the person in private clothing and the facial hair of one of the employees.

It's a nice place with two floors, the second of which has a large window from which you can see the road. While the second floor is pretty spaceous and usually pretty empty, there often are a lot of people at the first floor ordering food, waiting for it or just eating, making it pretty crowded at about noon, so I'd recommend visiting this place outside of peak hours, otherwise the wait time can be pretty long. The food itself is what you'd expect from a McDonalds, I never had any issues aside some missing souces a few times.

I threw up on the train on the way home. Previously I was with you and had a chicken and cheeseburger as well as a Fanta. Something isn't right here... I often go to your chain, but the first time was at Kantstrasse 111, Berlin. Result = puke

The only thing that was ok was that the food was warm but the service was absolutely terrible. We wanted to use the McDonald's app to order a free large fries using the points we had collected, but we didn't have enough money on the card and then wanted to pay in cash. The 600 points for the free fries had already been deducted from our McDonald's account and were not sent back. When we asked for help so that we could at least get back the 600 points we had collected, we first had to get over the language barrier until a person with a little better knowledge of German could "help" us. But she only said that the points would be refunded within 10 minutes to 24 hours. Now this didn't happen. We couldn't even collect new points on our almost 20 euro order because the machines no longer wanted to accept the code.

I ordered zari mil and the menu that comes with a glass as a gift; they didn’t put anything in Herriman mil; they didn’t even bother to collect; they didn’t put in half the ingredients

I ordered a sundae and they gave me some horrible thing which they claimed was "Frozen Yogurt" but tasted just like rancid milk. When I asked for an iced cream instead they just shrugged at me. Germany still has not learn d what customer service is, I see. I left the rancid yogurt on the counter and walked out 2 Euro poorer and vowing never to go to McDonald's again until you make this right.

A normal branch. Fast service/processing of my order. The branch appeared clean and well-maintained. At the time I was there there wasn't a particularly big rush. What can you say about the food at MC. Quality as expected.

Beware of fraud: lukewarm cola, want my money back. Food and staff as usual, not enough seats. There were more of those.

I went to this McDonald's with distrust, because in other countries it has deteriorated considerably in terms of the quality of the menu, the number of servings and the expensive cost. But since I was with my son and needed to feed him before the long journey, we decided to go. Moreover, it is located relatively not very far from the bus station. In Germany, McDonald's has outdone itself! Service, presentation, quantity and quality! Everything is just perfect, delicious food, clean and accessible toilets, without any codes or tokens that you need to ask the staff (in another country). I was especially struck by the size of the ketchup packets, three times larger, the glasses with cola are paper, not plastic, from which it is not clear who drank before you, and there are enough napkins. Not only that, but napkins are freely available throughout the hall. For such an approach and quality, it’s even indecent to talk about prices. Berlin - thank you for a delicious lunch!

Probably won't eat there again... My son wanted it. After waiting at the table for half an hour, then politely asking where the order was, the order came with a quiet "sorry". Eating as usual... It just smelled like a toilet all the time

I waited a long time for my order and it never arrived They didn’t even give me coupons for the long wait.

We felt sick afterwards and had a stomach ache. The burger didn't really taste fresh or like you're used to. The employees are pretty unfriendly. Very crowded shop, dirty, loud and shabby. Only out for profit. It smelled like manure in the lafen. The grease separator probably hasn't been cleaned for a while. Better go to your fellow competitor.

Not the prettiest branch but really damn fast and reliable for the number of customers... Even the ice cream machine was never broken during my visits.

I have known this branch since I was a child. Just got there at 10 on Sunday morning and was looking forward to breakfast. Unfortunately there is no more breakfast there, which is a shame! Unfortunately, no one speaks German anymore.

We were here on Sunday, 11 o’clock perhaps and the staff was really slow. We didn’t mind because we weren’t in a rush but could be little faster. The food was plain. We had Mc Wrap and Ribs and we weren’t satisfied and fulfilled after the food. Toilettes are nice

Naja…. Bestellung ging schnell… allerdings hat mein bestellautomat keinen bon ausgespuckt… einladend ist der Laden allerdings gar nicht. Es war sehr dreckig muss ich zugeben…

Der Umgang der Kundschaft untereinander, Ruppig , Agro . Traditionell gewachsen. Bei der heutigen Einkehr eine neue Variante. Eine Tresen Kraft. Rookie. Und eine Pro Aktive APP . Am Terminal Bestellt, zahle an der Kasse. Der Junge Mann eilt herbei um mich nicht länger warten zu lassen, zeige ihm den Abhol Code meiner Bestellung, der Bildschirm ist Schwarz,und bleibt schwarz. Fast habe ich geschaft das Smartphone zu entsperren ....Ruft Er , mich beim Namen und zählt meine Bestellung auf . Die ZahlZiffern folge hatte ich ihm noch gar nicht genannt. Ulkige Geschichte das .
