McDonald's in Berlin

I had ice cream, that's all I wanted. I was wondering, though, if McFlurry isn't stirred anymore by default 🤔

We were satisfied with our visit. The food was prepared quickly and served hot. Our order was also taken correctly.

I ordered food thru wolt and it was terrible, the bread from The sandwiches was stale literally falling apart , the fries were old all the food was old , i dont know how can you have the nerve to serve this food !!!

I bite into it, it stays so flat, a McRip without it – what a silent disgrace. No spills, no drops, my fingers are clean, but without the sauce – what's that supposed to mean? It has the name, but it lacks the meaning, like a party in the rain – no one goes there.

The worst cheeseburger of my life. It was cold, and the bread was even hard. Small shop with limited seating.

The food is typical McDonald's, and the service and friendliness of the employees are particularly noteworthy for me. Ordering via mobile was also super fast.

Lieferando delivery in over an hour!

Horrible! I hurt my hand on that vending machine. The iron lid slammed on it. No one asked how I was. My hand got swollen, and I had to ask for ice cream myself. A mess.

I never write reviews, but it's enough. Something keeps coming up... Today I paid €48.03, and an €8.49 burger is falling apart again. Is that their work ethic, or just a rip-off? Of course, no compensation... 👎👎👎

A little bit of a mess, but I admire how they manage such crowds without any mistakes, something that many restaurants in Poland struggle with. Service in English is also impeccable.

One of the best McDonald’s experiences I’ve ever had! The staff at the Kantstraße location are incredibly friendly, fast, and always smiling. The food was fresh, the order was spot on, and everything was prepared super quickly. The place was clean, well-organized, and despite being busy, everything ran smoothly. You can tell this McDonald’s is managed with care and professionalism. Truly a place where you feel welcomed – I’ll definitely be coming back!

I came late at night, fries as dry as they could possibly get, burger was a brick, what to expect from staff that work at McDonald’s late at night… throw up worthy food served to me…

They forget my order and they laugh about it I was waiting 35 minutes for my menu…. No compensation nothing

Never had such unacceptable customer service from any McDonalds. I ordered a bunch of stuff including a Soft-Drink 0.4l for my 5 year old and a milkshake 0.4l for myself. I received a single straw. I went down and asked for another straw. Instead of giving me a straw a discussion was started what I had ordered and that they won’t give out straws for softdrink. I was berated if my kid doesn’t drink from cups at home. I was flabbergasted, like what has this to do with anything. After she told me she wasn’t discussing it, she handed me a straw. Overall terrible customer experience and not sure what that no-straws-for-Softdrinks is store specific or new to McDonald.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting McDonald’s and was thoroughly impressed by both the staff and the quality of the food. My food arrived promptly and exactly as ordered—hot, flavorful, and satisfying.

Update 07/13/25 McSundae with sauce. Cup half empty and the "ice cream" tastes like water. Disgusting. In the trash!!!! ********************************************** This place has never been good. Today, it's even worse. Cheeseburger cold, cheese ice cold. I complain, and the answer is: 'Huh?' No apology, nothing. New burgers arrive, same garbage. Cold! Tastes somewhere between rancid and stale. I've had enough! 🤮🤮🤮

The ice cream was quite watery for the second time, and the sauce was sparse. The staff were very unfriendly.

There is no soap in the restroom. The kitchen staff's oven has been beeping for 15 minutes, but they are not responding.

WARNING: Don't order the veggie nuggets! They're hours or days old. They'll sit around until someone buys them. Absolutely not recommended. Unfortunately, I've had this experience more than once.

I had a great experience at McDonald's! The employees were very friendly and accommodating, which made my visit even more enjoyable. Everything was clean and tidy – from the dining area to the restrooms. Service was fast and the food was fresh and hot. It's always nice to visit a place where cleanliness and good customer service are important. Definitely a good choice for a quick and enjoyable meal!

Absolute cheek – never again! I was at McDonald's the other day and thought to myself, "Treat yourself to an M Burger." The only problem was that I apparently ordered a raw burger. After waiting for over 30 (!) minutes, my food finally arrived – or rather, a health hazard in the bun. The patty? Raw on the inside, lukewarm on the outside – perfect if you want to collect salmonella. The burger tasted exactly like a wet sponge on cardboard. No apology, no refund, no clue about customer service. I also bought a box of 20 chicken nuggets, which only contained 18 nuggets. They couldn't count, so they couldn't count either. I doubt the chicken nuggets had even seen the inside of a deep fryer, they were so mushy. I'd also like to point out that the cashier was high as hell and there was smoking in the store.

Every time I walk in and see the manager—the one with the tattoos—I know I’m in good hands. He consistently goes above and beyond, and that kind of service really stands out. As an American, I’ve been to more McDonald’s locations than I can count, and I genuinely believe this is one of the best in all of Berlin. The food is always fresh, the quality is high, and the whole experience just hits the mark every time. Even today, everything was spot on—hot, tasty, and quick. If you’re in Berlin and craving your McDonald’s fix, Charlottenburg McDonald’s is where you want to be. I recommend it 199%!

Portion of regular fries €3.80 with ketchup €4.20 but inedible!

Officially open until 4:00 on weekdays, but it was already closed at 3:00. Employees didn't respond to knocking. Sorry, but that's not possible.

Food was cold even though I had to wait 30 minutes for it. Manager very rude to delivery drivers. Tables don't have enough chairs.

Catastrophe, I ordered an ice cream and after 10 minutes I didn't get it. When I asked her about it, she threatened me with the police because I had supposedly already received it, everything was full of mold

I placed an order and received two Big Tasties that smell like they came from a garbage can that hasn't been emptied in a week. I have no idea how you're supposed to eat something like that.

Food is poor.. The toilets are terrible, there is a lot of urine there and cleanliness seems to be a foreign concept there...

It’s a bit dirty, the workers are not particularly friendly, but the order was made quickly, everything was delicious, especially the Minecraft Menu and Minecraft Eiscreme Schoko

Service top. Had a latte macchiato and a NY cheese cake. Unfortunately the cheesecake was still partially frozen, but it was manageable.

I have ordered takeout many times and the taste is very stable. The food has never deteriorated or tasted bad. Each paper bag received has a seal to ensure safety during delivery. The only slight drawback is that the sauces ordered were not included twice, so I probably forgot because I was busy.

As someone who once worked for this company, I recommend everyone stay away from this branch unless you have time, lots of it... I just waited 15 minutes for two items and the store was empty, so it seems the kitchen is asleep or everyone is taking a break at the same time. Either way, go to the Burger King across the street instead.

The checkout area is far too small and there are not enough staff. You always have to wait a long time (last time 20 minutes) to feel sorry for the people behind the counter, they work like pigs

Ich denke also vielleicht nur an McDonald's Kant Str. Ich mache buchstäblich meine eigenen Pommes und ihr könnt für mein Geschäft pfeifen, wenn ihr somit Kunden umgeht. You can never really sit there, people always sit in the front for hours and confuse it with an office. It's impossible for McDonald's workers to notice this and not say anything

Unfortunately, this branch has degenerated into a to-go McDonald's in the morning. Access to the upper seats is denied and there is often no option to have your meal ordered to the table. Only 2 stars for that.

A typical maczek, but with more customers than in other places. They have their hands full all the time. However, I was never there in the morning, always after 4 p.m. or later. There's one lady taking care of the tables upstairs, and she's not very nice to kids who eat their fill, but I'm not surprised at all 🤭 Today I tried Mr M and it was delicious, large and juicy. 😋 In comparison, Bic mac was crap, pale cutlets, kind of sad in taste. Crowded place, but organized on a regular basis.

I would also give 0 stars but unfortunately that's not possible. Is it normal to be threatened with a knife if you forget to put away a tray???? And I'm not talking from a distance, the worker wasn't even standing 10cm away. I think that's impossible, so something needs to be changed. Definitely stay away from this shop. We were afraid for our lives. Police have been informed and investigations are ongoing. Incredible.

Such a small shop in such a “big” shopping street. So child/stroller unfriendly. And three quarters of people sit here to charge their cell phones. Terrible

Food from the assembly line. Very crowded, a lot of hectic and no feel-good atmosphere. In extreme emergencies, only recommended for pure food consumption. However, coffee is quite tasty. 😶

I bought menus here every six months. The last time I was here, the fries tasted weirdly soggy and like they had been soaked in oil for too long. When I was halfway through, I discovered the mold 🤮 I'll never shop here again.

Typical Mac food. The staff rushes to the tables on the first floor. The only thing you can comment on is the cleaning. You can't count on the typical atmosphere of MC Donald's. for tightness. There are tables outside, but they overlook the bus stop and are not very pleasant in bad weather.

Mcdonald’s kantstrasse is the best here in Berlin. The manager is very friendly and responsible and so are the workers. It stays clean and you get food warm and fresh.

Table service no longer exists. I tried to talk to an employee who couldn't speak German or English... The other employee wasn't particularly helpful when they made the order wrong...

There is less space on the first floor, so you have to go to the second floor to eat.

Unfortunately the service isn't that good anymore, I can't order from the machine then they help me but I take the kids menu then I don't get what I want. In the other branches this works without any problems at the checkout, but here you are not obliged to order from the machine, as it says in the statutes

Unfortunately I didn't find a gluten free sandwich in Berlin and for those with celiac disease it is a lifeline

When I get tired of going to work, I bring a salad and sit for a few stops to eat French fries and chicken nuggets and drink Coke Zero. I am happy and healthy hahahahaha. There are often a lot of people who seem to be homeless people gathering at the door, which is a bit strange, but they have never been attacked.

Terrible service, only one employee was attending (plus probably 1 in the kitchen) and they clearly were overwhelmed as she mixed 3 times our order and took forever to get our food , visited at 10:00, the order came out wrong and at 10:30, eating started around 10:45
