We are stunned. We have been visiting this McDonald's regularly for years and have always looked forward to our beloved yoghurt ice cream at McFlurry. But for months we have been confronted with a shocking realization: yogurt ice cream is simply no longer available. Without warning, without explanation - as if loyal customers didn't matter at all! We are two older ladies who have always looked forward to this one highlight. We trusted McDonald’s. And now? Now here we are, forced to choose between plain vanilla ice cream or no ice cream at all. It is a bottomless impudence and an unparalleled step backwards. How can it be that a globally known chain simply eliminates such an essential choice? Have customers been taken into consideration here at all? Or is it just about savings again, no matter the cost? We will spend our money elsewhere in the future. Maybe there are still companies somewhere that value their loyal regular customers.

Food is cold. So I'm dissatisfied

I ordered a Mc Flurry with 4 scoops of Oreo and chocolate sauce, but only 1.5 scoops and a small splash of the black aged sauce came. Employee refused to give me my order and the manager tried to grab me by the collar. This Hampel Club is transferable

The location invites you to linger. The seating areas are suitable for a coffee ☕️ or by the window panes to spend time there with a larger group.

No more drinks vending machines

Super fast, not overcrowded, really good prices for the price, friendly staff, and excellent vegetarian options. The burgers could have been a bit warmer, though, as the cheese probably would have melted. Overall, good.

It's a nice place and the food tastes good.

The last thing you will do is get yelled at at the terminal because the management is in a bad mood!!! The unfriendliness personified became the direction I've never experienced anything like that to this day 🤦🏻‍♂️ Boss supposedly on vacation... A tip to the management: try a sensible line, that should help!!

Not very cleanly kept. Edition after 4 years And the floor still sticks to the shoes, or the shoes stick to the floor. 🤷‍♂️ Maybe the food has changed a bit for the better, but the cleanliness still needs improvement.

Very friendly and reliable employees, the colleague at the checkout apologized for the missing fries and quickly made me a new one and gave me a little something. Super accommodating and sweet

Portions are now ridiculously small. Fries are soggy. Price/performance 4- And the toilet smells awful. No soap or disinfectant.

Unfortunately, this is by far the worst Burger King in the area I ever was
