Kentucky Fried Chicken in München

I from India last time i visit there with my friends but there staff girl NAVREET ( KALPANA JAMBAL )she is very mad girl behaviour rudely and ask for money from my friend and play with him . Its very badly experience for us

The food I ordered had more breading than chicken... The fries were a 50/50 mix with potato wedges and were soggy... The cappuccino... not even sweetener in the place... The toilets were dirty, the trash cans were overflowing... Sorry, no thanks.

Unfortunately, the chicken pieces were a bit too dry. At the counter, they simply placed the food in front of us without a word.

My kids love it and are thrilled with it. It's not far from our route from Upper Franconia towards Garmisch. We take it with us, and the kids eat it in the car. However, the vanilla ice cream with chocolate was a disaster; the competition does it much better.

This is only for a stuff (or a manager) called kiftan, most unfriendly person. I asked this colleague for change a chicken piece, he command his colleagues not to do(????). I saw disgust in his eyes. He should be a king not working in a service industry.

For KFC fans... cool, relatively family-friendly food locally 😉

Great location, the service is super nice. But the fries are not with salt, they’re spicy — and that’s not mentioned when you order.

Loved the burger. Chips were alright. German KFC is pretty decent. Was a bit confused about why I was unable to order some wings without needing to have chips but maybe that was my fault!

It's a fast food restaurant. The food is like any KFC. However, everything is quite hectic. And now, for the second time, they simply forgot to order a burger. Annoying with a €2 burger. Even more annoying with a €6 burger.

The order was placed incorrectly. And they wouldn't give us what we paid for.

Standard KFC + Good chicken, meaning you won't get raw or undercooked chicken like at some other KFCs + Has a drink machine + Restrooms - The restaurant is moderately dirty - Sometimes the chicken is overcooked and a bit dry - When I was there, the drinks from the drink machine had a strange aftertaste Generally, it's fine for just eating and sitting alone.

It's nothing new that burgers are getting smaller and smaller. But the fact that the chicken in the Crispy Chili Cheeseburger doesn't even cover half of the burger bun anymore is really sad. Add a slice of jalapeno on top... Done... No, thank you, not anymore. The toilet was completely sticky, and the wastebasket was nowhere to be seen under the pile of tissues. Disgusting... In and out again straight away. When I pointed out what the restrooms looked like, I just glanced and said, "Yes, thanks." The Crispy Chili Cheeseburger to go was the second upset, but it was too late to complain, as we were already on our way... No thanks, KFC. The most positive thing was that the burgers were fresh and hot. The Classic Original was good, and that saves the 3rd star. Otherwise, there's definitely room for improvement...

Service quality is more cheaper than what we expect. Which far more better in Austria

Ordered food, half missing! Ordered a milkshake, but it was wrong again (strawberry instead of chocolate). Basically, the employees just have to read from the note, which somehow doesn't work...

I ordered something on the evening of September 14th and was completely ripped off. First, the wrong order arrived, then I couldn't reach them by phone, and finally, as an apology/excuse, they offered "sorry," and we have two or three new drivers! Absolutely no-go, never order from there again! KFC should be ashamed.

This KFC has plenty of parking, which is really convenient. The fried chicken wings here are among the better ones, and really tasty. The new naan, however, didn't impress me—both the dough and the meat were quite dry.

I haven't seen such nasty staff in a long time. I asked if they opened at 10:30, as the door said. It was 10:23, and the girl just waved me through the door. I waited six minutes, and then she came, unlocked the door, frowned, and just turned away. This person definitely doesn't know how to deal with people. I've lost my appetite, too.

Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant experience with the staff — who barely spoke any German. I received the wrong order, and instead of replacing it immediately, they continued touching my food while insisting it was correct. While I was speaking to an employee who claimed to be the manager, she began speaking in another language and laughing. Her name tag, however, clearly stated “Auszubildende”. I am 99% certain she spat in my fries, as her back was turned to me and my so-called “fresh” fries were wet when I received them. She also kept my receipt. In the end, I still ended up with the wrong burger. The food was not eaten — disgusting place.

I just visited this placed. And i can say very clearl, I got a awsome experience. Good food with good service. Staff having a smiley face and well dressed.

I ordered two classy cheeseburgers, and the cheese sauce honestly tasted like vomit—exactly that familiar vomit taste. A disaster. The rest was good, but this was really disgusting. Maybe I got two bad ones, but my colleague also had two and said exactly the same thing.

I would have given 0 Stars if I could. The Food was disgusting. It was cold and tasted like it was cocked yesterday morning. I mean the service and the atmosphere was alright but it's a restaurant, if the Food is bad I won't come a second time.

The pictures on the ordering machines are very misleading. I ordered a Zinger Tandoori Naan, thinking it would be the size of a kebab, but it's just a small, ridiculous burger. You pay a lot, you don't get full, and it's unhealthy, too.

My friend and I were at KFC (again) after such a long time. We decided to try this Georg-Brauchle-Ring branch since we have never dined here before. While he opted for 6 hot bites (9,99€), I've chosen 3 original chicken for only 8,99€. For someone who comes from the Southeast Asian region, we need to be brought rice and spicy chili sauce. Overall, everything was tasty and can fill up our hunger.

Ordered for almost 70 euros and only received half the amount. When asked by phone, they referred me to the Uber driver, who, as is well known, only picks up the sealed bag and has nothing to do with the contents. The KFC employee's German language skills and motivation weren't sufficient for anything more.

They simply forgot to pack a whole bucket worth 25 euros. This is nothing but fraud.

For the third time in a row, I've really, really—sorry, I can't put it any other way—got the worst filth in the bag. Bites fried to a crisp and fries completely oversalted... If I'd been inside, I would have slapped the staff in the face. So, people, absolutely avoid this rat-eating place... There are good alternatives nearby!!!

Picked up food, but unfortunately forgot the sauce for the mashed potatoes. Only noticed it was missing when I got home. Otherwise, it was good and tasty.

KFC with relatively fast service. Generally relatively clean. At the end of the day, it's a KFC; you get what you expect.

Absolutely bottomless - chicken has less meat on its bones than a mini top model, and when you find some, it's drier than the humor of the East Frisians. The 8-piece bucket is barely half full because the chicken pieces are so small - see picture. It used to be better, and I would even pay more for what it used to be. But that's it for me. Never again KFC in Munich - because the other branches are no better either.

We have already been there twice, each time before a concert on the Olympic grounds. Ordering via the kiosk worked without any problems, the food was good and came quite quickly. Ambiance typical of a fast food restaurant, but everything kept very clean.

Accompanied by my family, I visited your KFC branch in Munich, Hanauer Straße 44, on December 28th, 2024 at 11:16 p.m. and placed the order number 660. However, I paid an amount of 53.67 euros, including 0.25 euros deposit for the PET bottle. As can be seen in the attachment, I purchased and paid for a Volvic bottle. However, I was given Aqua Panna water instead, including a 0.25 euro deposit. When I finished the bottle and wanted to return the deposit, I was informed that the deposit would not be refunded. The branch manager was personally present and very rudely pointed out to me that the bottle would definitely not be taken back and the money would not be refunded. He suggested that I return the bottle to a supermarket to get my money. As a consumer, I find this behavior from KFC very disappointing. The food was good, the service was friendly and quick, but I think the price-performance ratio could be better. There are only corresponding offers on Tuesdays.

We like going here. Tesla Supercharger is nearby. Every now and then a change from other fast food chains. The atmosphere is clean and not too crowded. Service one star because it is self-service.

What I found best was that there are still these refill things, you only have to buy a drink once and you can refill your cup as often as you want! 👍

Actually a disgrace: Burger: lukewarm (not even the cheese has melted) Corn on the cob: costs €3.87 for half of one!!! Without butter! Crispy parts: lukewarm Fries: Ok and warm Mashed potatoes: ok The whole thing for a good €25 🤬 We'd rather go back to the competition next time

They mess up orders very frequently, especially if ordered on the app.

Parking in front of the door, online ordering including card payment in seconds. Less than 3 minutes later my perfectly hot and very tasty spicy chicken wings were there. If you can live with the fact that there is almost no personal contact between customers and employees, it is a very well-functioning concept. I'll definitely come back.

Ordering is a bit complicated to start with

Despite promotions from the website, it is very expensive and the service is rather poor. Often changing quality. Often eat cold. You have to eat quickly and get away. There are enough parking spaces, toilets weren't that clean. There are fewer staff and the food has become more expensive, it's only getting worse. Why do sauces cost extra? Who wants to enjoy chicken without everything, of course no one. Fast food is one, it should be easy, quick and cheap.

Really bad food and very unfriendly staff. The hamburger and the chips tasted as if someone had heated it up in a microwave. Won't be going there ever again!

I like going to KFC, but unfortunately my preference for ordering machines bothers me. For example, in the past you were asked about the sauce... Nowadays you go to the machine again and order... otherwise it's clean, it's always tidy and the employees are friendly. Many menus on the app do not provide Nowadays, I also use air fryer for chicken wings, which is not as good as making them at home.

The food is nice and up to standards of a regular KFC (still too salty for me but that's the German way) but the WC was bad - no soap, pretty filthy (but it got better the second time I visited). The whole place was like a giant oven - super hot with no A/C running, just a big fan fanning so sitting outside is 100% better. The staff were friendly - when I noticed they messed up my order, they apologized and made it up for me.
