Kentucky Fried Chicken in München

I am a KFC fan and have tried various branches all over Germany. I really have to say that this was the tastiest KFC food I've tried so far. Very big cinema

It's perfect for a quick snack.

Absolute cheek/rip off from kfc.. I ordered a burger and got bread with cheese and a strip of meat, so for the price I expect a reasonable burger... The last time I ordered something there.

Absolutely bottomless - chicken has less meat on its bones than a mini top model, and when you find some, it's drier than the humor of the East Frisians. The 8-piece bucket is barely half full because the chicken pieces are so small - see picture. It used to be better, and I would even pay more for what it used to be. But that's it for me. Never again KFC in Munich - because the other branches are no better either.

We have already been there twice, each time before a concert on the Olympic grounds. Ordering via the kiosk worked without any problems, the food was good and came quite quickly. Ambiance typical of a fast food restaurant, but everything kept very clean.

Its worst food I have ever eat in KFC Need to Improve. In my all meal every thing is cold even cold drink is hotter Fries are just like they cook in morning and serve in evening Sorry but its really bad

I ordered from a kiosk or PC. I just wanted to pay in cash up front, but the staff simply didn't feel like it, or there were fewer staff, so I had to pay again on the PC with a card.

Food was dry with a lot of oil. I ordered Family Bouquet. Stuff managers sleep

Service staff very friendly and competent at the drive in. Very rarely have I been served so well. Thank you!

Fries are always cold and the crispies are significantly smaller than in other KFCs. Toilets not really clean

Finally, learn how to serve freshly cooked chicken))) there was a KFC in the center of Munich, there were a lot of people, but for some reason it was old chicken that had been lying around for a long time and had been soaked in a lot of oil, but here it’s decent and fast, I recommend it to everyone who wants and loves KFC fried chicken

Accompanied by my family, I visited your KFC branch in Munich, Hanauer Straße 44, on December 28th, 2024 at 11:16 p.m. and placed the order number 660. However, I paid an amount of 53.67 euros, including 0.25 euros deposit for the PET bottle. As can be seen in the attachment, I purchased and paid for a Volvic bottle. However, I was given Aqua Panna water instead, including a 0.25 euro deposit. When I finished the bottle and wanted to return the deposit, I was informed that the deposit would not be refunded. The branch manager was personally present and very rudely pointed out to me that the bottle would definitely not be taken back and the money would not be refunded. He suggested that I return the bottle to a supermarket to get my money. As a consumer, I find this behavior from KFC very disappointing. The food was good, the service was friendly and quick, but I think the price-performance ratio could be better. There are only corresponding offers on Tuesdays.

Much more pleasant since the renovation. The original chicken pieces are always very tasty. But also burgers and wraps.

We like going here. Tesla Supercharger is nearby. Every now and then a change from other fast food chains. The atmosphere is clean and not too crowded. Service one star because it is self-service.

What I found best was that there are still these refill things, you only have to buy a drink once and you can refill your cup as often as you want! 👍

Actually a disgrace: Burger: lukewarm (not even the cheese has melted) Corn on the cob: costs €3.87 for half of one!!! Without butter! Crispy parts: lukewarm Fries: Ok and warm Mashed potatoes: ok The whole thing for a good €25 🤬 We'd rather go back to the competition next time

They mess up orders very frequently, especially if ordered on the app.

Parking in front of the door, online ordering including card payment in seconds. Less than 3 minutes later my perfectly hot and very tasty spicy chicken wings were there. If you can live with the fact that there is almost no personal contact between customers and employees, it is a very well-functioning concept. I'll definitely come back.

Ordering is a bit complicated to start with

Despite promotions from the website, it is very expensive and the service is rather poor. Often changing quality. Often eat cold. You have to eat quickly and get away. But burgers were surprisingly good. It's best to use the drive-in, because if you eat in there, you smell like a whole chip shop. Even when you pick it up, you smell like old grease.

There are enough parking spaces, toilets weren't that clean. There are fewer staff and the food has become more expensive, it's only getting worse. Why do sauces cost extra? Who wants to enjoy chicken without everything, of course no one. Fast food is one, it should be easy, quick and cheap.

Really bad food and very unfriendly staff. The hamburger and the chips tasted as if someone had heated it up in a microwave. Won't be going there ever again!

After the modernization, it is much nicer and more attractive, and everything looks cleaner and tidier. I'm happy to be here again now!

Very poor service, I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes at 10 p.m. at night when there was very little activity because I was overwhelmed with the electronic order 😂 no one thought it was necessary to take my order and it was just ignored despite asking!😡 Laziness at its best!! I like going to KFC, but unfortunately my preference for ordering machines bothers me. For example, in the past you were asked about the sauce... Nowadays you go to the machine again and order... otherwise it's clean, it's always tidy and the employees are friendly. Only the side dish of chili cheese fries, well, strange box with dip inside or whatever that means. Please take a look at your competitors.

Many menus on the app do not provide Nowadays, I also use air fryer for chicken wings, which is not as good as making them at home.

The food is nice and up to standards of a regular KFC (still too salty for me but that's the German way) but the WC was bad - no soap, pretty filthy (but it got better the second time I visited). The whole place was like a giant oven - super hot with no A/C running, just a big fan fanning so sitting outside is 100% better. The staff were friendly - when I noticed they messed up my order, they apologized and made it up for me.

Very unfriendly staff who obviously have problems with reading, as I had to point my finger at my bill three times that something was missing. The only praise here goes to the cleanliness, the man is constantly on the go and does his job

I was at the store today. and I'm still horrified by what happened in the store.. it was 10:50 p.m. and there was a child's birthday.. The service was, apart from one, not good.. I will never eat or order anything in this store again. . KFC I won't write in detail about what was offered to me.. close the shop !!!!!!

I am personally not satisfied with the kiosk. If you leave so much money behind, you at least expect that the right person will get food. Ordered: Chicken mix with salad. Salad is missing and also the 3 pieces in the chicken box. Hot wings weren't there. Very unfortunate. Charging used to be much better.

The real KFC taste was missing. Had stomach problems after eating the food. Don't recommend here.

Only ordering machines, no personal order acceptance. The displays also reflect and are full of fat fingers. Very hygienic...

Went to KFC again today. Everything was renovated and the equipment was completely new. I like the more open concept. There is a new checkout system, everything is now digital and you order at terminals, as is usual at McD/BK. I decided to pay in cash, this is possible despite digitalization and the employee at the checkout was super nice (I think her name was Lua or something). The order was delicious. Thanks to the new design, it's a great feeling to sit there. I will come more often.

You can't really say much about it, but it's pretty clean, the staff are very nice and accommodating, I think it's great.

It was funny...me with my broken German...the waitress with her broken German. In the end I got what I wanted. Had to laugh so much.

I’m not too fond of KFC at the best of times, but it was the only place open near me as I arrived at my hotel. This means I have scant reference, but suffice to say neither food nor ambiance increased the likelihood I’d go KFC given a choice.

Never had such bad chicken parts! Not even remotely crispy, more mushy. For the first time they didn't taste the least bit bad at a KFC.

Staff was very accommodating. I wanted to order 18 Hotwings, but was told that on Tuesdays I could get 20 for less money, which would actually be 4 x 5 Hotwings, was then packed into a single bucket, which is something to be happy about. Food was tasty and ready in a reasonable time. Mashed potatoes were nice and hot, as they should be. A visit is worth recommending. So far the best KFC I have ever visited in Munich.

Unfortunately, the restaurant is relatively small and not exactly inviting. You feel like you're at the train station. Lots of people, pretty dirty. The food is so-so. Fries in particular don't taste good at all. There are better fast food options.

Very unprofessional service from the shift manager, Ms. Yvonne Budich, simply disrespectful and impudent, as a customer you just feel uncomfortable. I came into the restaurant and was able to order directly. I also told the voucher number directly to Mrs. Budich, and then I got a cheeky and loud answer. “I have to see the offer in the app first” Since I worked at KFC myself and know that you have an overview of all the vouchers and can also select them, Ms. Budich's answer was completely irrelevant and outrageous. With a loud, aggressive tone from Ms. Budich, the discussion continued because I said that I didn't need the app for this because the vouchers were available as normal, as I know from other KFCs. Ms. Budich insisted that I install the KFC app and myself I registered so I had to release my data against my will and only to be able to eat. I was here at KFC and wanted to order something. I told the shift manager named: Yvonne Budich a voucher number as normal. She then said in a loud, rude tone that she wanted to see it on the app and took the order in a very derogatory way works at kfc and talks to me in a derogatory way that I have to listen to such a strange thing. I find it very disrespectful and I hardly recommend anything here. The food is good and I think it's the only good thing here

Wieder mal in der Hanauerstr essen geholt und es war super 👍. Teile frisch und heiß, Servicekräfte nett und schnell. Bin ich bei Kentucky in München nicht gewohnt. Hanauerstr. Ist nur zu empfehlen. Bleibt so. Bitte nicht wie Euroindustrie Park,grausam!

KFC halt... Kosten waren 19,99 EUR, die Servicekraft gab uns zuerst auf einen 100 EUR Schein nur 30,01 EUR anstatt 80,01 EUR raus... auf dem Beleg standen nur 50 EUR als Zahlung... ob Versehen oder versuchter Betrug ist leider schwer zu sagen... 🤷‍♂️
