Tables dirty, food cold because of the long wait in the elevator, never again here, absolutely disgusting

The food was good. Most orders are placed via self-service kiosks. A cash register is open for cash payments.

Absolutely nothing worked at that place. Our first order came as takeout, even though we'd ordered to eat in. For our second order, they called out our number instead of offering table service. Yeah, no wonder I couldn't hear it sitting outside… Then one of the burgers was prepared terribly. And guess what? The ice cream machine was broken, just like the rest of the experience.

McDonald's, you either love it or you hate it 😉 I didn't give it 5 stars because I've seen better... Still, I have no complaints 🍔🍟

I got a terrible case of food poisoning here. I've never had so much vomiting and diarrhea in my life. Hygiene standards are clearly nonexistent here.

The staff was completely overwhelmed when there were a large number of people. And unfortunately, you don't get what you order. Bacon TS was sorely missed. I will avoid this place in the future.

Completely disappointed. Yes, it was a concert, which isn't unusual for that location, but the staff was helplessly overwhelmed, the food was cold, and the staff were unfriendly. We wanted to eat there and were given takeaway. Sorry, you'll never see me again.

Unfriendly, no coffee after 2 a.m.

I ordered a large cappuccino but received a medium one. When I asked, they said I'd get a new one, but then they just poured the medium one into a large cup and gave it to me. They think people are stupid and don't get it. And to top it off, the cappuccino was cold. It's a shame money doesn't have any value these days.

We arrived late at the drive-thru, and the team was once again incredibly friendly and kind. They even gave us a lovely gift! We've encountered this team a few times now, and they're always so welcoming and attentive. Truly top-notch – thank you so much to the whole team!

This McDonald's was clean. The order arrived quite quickly. However, the rösti was missing from the Big Rösti I ordered. Access to the restroom upstairs was blocked even though there were still three hours until closing time!

There were even flowers on the table. And the staff were super friendly.

There is an employee, I believe he is Arab and his name is Imad. He is very friendly and his manner is truly excellent.

We waited a long time for our order to be delivered, today at 8:20 pm - iced coffee, until they showed us the number themselves. On the way, we discovered that it was a cheap vanilla milkshake. The child was very disappointed.

I ordered something, half of it was missing, and everything was really cold and completely disgusting. I called them because this wasn't the first time, but the second time, and they didn't care. I paid for two Big Macs and two chicken burgers, but received one Big Mac and one chicken burger.

We picked up five items. It took almost 15 minutes to get them. Then my clever grandson said, "Check if everything's in there." And guess what? Of course, one burger was missing! They can't even count to five! Then they rummaged around in the bag so hard that some nuggets fell out. Forget about that place; the burgers are getting smaller and smaller, aren't they???

I was at this McDonald's in Munich on July 22, 2017, and the food was really good. However, there was a young man, I'd guess still a teenager, who was setting off fireworks outside with a toy gun (Glock). I would rate the food and service 5 stars, but someone should please tell this boy to stop.

Absolutely awful. Nobody speaks German! Shut the place down!!!

Always very loud. The first time they forgot a burger, the second time they forgot the entire order and we had to wait like idiots until an employee realized they'd forgotten to prepare our food. No apology or voucher of any kind.

Things are often forgotten at the McDrive and you only notice it at home.

Their main guy is good, but the rest of the employees and their irresponsibility are already driving me crazy. They give me burgers without sauce, or they give me expired apple pie, or we ordered nuggets with secret sauces (we ordered them because of the sauces), they took our order and then said, "Oh, sorry, there's no sauce" (it's very annoying because I ordered it purely because of them). And today I was completely done in, they gave me dried cucumber peels in a pita bread. Please fix this problem because I have a lot of good memories with this McDonald's, but the last few months have been a disaster.

Unfortunately, it's always the same thing. At the McColl's drive-thru, something is always "accidentally" forgotten. If you check it on-site, they can request it. Otherwise, things are always missing. This definitely needs to be improved.

Absolutely indifferent customer service; I'll probably leave more than one review. This company should be subjected to strict inspection by the relevant authorities. Five times in a row, I've been missing a product I've already paid for. This isn't a simple mistake, which I understand can happen, but a disrespectful scam without end. I'm also not convinced that this happens to hundreds of customers without anyone intervening. I recommend checking your order to make sure nothing you paid for is missing.

Waited 45 mins for my food. Tried to ask the person upstairs delivering orders if there was way to check the order. She literally just ignored me like I wasn't even there. I asked her multiple times and she ignored me every time completely expression less.

I ordered on my phone and selected "delivery to table." I've been waiting here for half an hour and still haven't received anything. This is supposed to be fast food—everything is slow and completely incomprehensible.

What a mess... This is the second time I've ordered, they've told me there'll be a 35-minute wait, and I've been waiting for two hours. And the best part is, every time an item is missing. Once I received a completely wrong order, and the driver said they just handed it to him... Disgraceful.

I ordered an espresso and was standing next to the McCafe counter. The portafilter was probably just there for show! I got cheap espresso from some other (junk-quality) machine in the background, even though I was paying well over €2 for the McCafe one. I find that a complete disgrace! I politely asked the staff about it, but they didn't know anything. I'm reporting today's McDonald's.

The store is supposedly open until 2:00 a.m., and at 11:30 p.m. you're not even allowed to use the restroom.

Shitty staff so unfriendly long waiting times

Very, very disappointing. We had two orders and received one, and it was completely wrong. I then asked about it, and they had to justify that they had only received one order (we also had two receipts). After a lot of back and forth and almost 30 minutes of waiting, we received the second order, and unfortunately, they discovered that several things were missing. Eventually, everything was together, and when we got home, we realized that the burgers weren't even fully cooked. The cheese wasn't even remotely melted. I have to say, they're really charging a lot of money these days, and then something like that??? The staff weren't exactly friendly either. It's not our fault if they can't pack properly and pack the wrong thing or nothing at all. Never again!!! Something might be missing or something, but that's the way it is!

It was absolutely unacceptable. I waited two hours, and then they canceled my order without comment, without any notification. I ended up standing there hungry. That didn't even deserve a star.

worst of all! my burger came with the bun broken and all badly assembled, I didn't even have the courage to eat it! the employees with a bad will to work seemed like they did something bad on purpose, maybe worse than it seemed.

McDonald's, Hanauer Str. 83 in Munich, was unfortunately a very disappointing visit. We had to wait an unusually long time for our food, and on top of that, our order was incorrect. When we asked about it, we received an unfriendly response saying that this is simply unacceptable; after all, we're customers. Minor things can certainly be overlooked, but in this case, the service was truly terrible. There's definitely room for improvement here!

Disaster! I ordered three meals at the drive-thru, but they charged me for four. Immediately after paying (when I received the receipt), I pointed out that I had overpaid for one meal without actually ordering it. I was told it couldn't be canceled—I'd get a voucher instead. I wasn't happy about that, but... oh well. The voucher is only valid for 20 days, though! We eat at McDonald's maybe once every two to three months. That means I have to order there again within the next 20 days, or I'll lose €13. Outrageous!

Impossible! I order an apple turnover, but get a yuzu turnover. When I ask, I'm cheekily told they don't have any apple turnovers. Later, I order again – and suddenly they give me a real apple turnover. This is simply a customer rip-off. As if that weren't enough, I also discovered small black hairs in my food. Disgusting and absolutely unacceptable! Hygiene, honesty, and service = zero.

Place is good to eat, has a great balcony

The numbered ordering system is completely undermined here. Orders are marked as ready for pickup even though they aren't ready yet. Upon inquiry, the answer is that it's the system's fault, but you can see employees manually clicking through the orders. This is likely an order from above to meet internal (time) targets. It's also common for orders to be incomplete or incorrect.

It's always packed here, and finding parking is really difficult. Hopefully, they'll continue to serve chicken wings regularly—I love ordering them every time.

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, the food and potatoes were like something out of the fridge.

What can I say? It's just McDonald's. Unfriendly employees mark the food as ready even though nothing is ready (probably to keep their restaurant's statistics high). I waited 30 minutes for table service, but no one came. When I asked, he said he had already delivered the order. Where to? Then finally, after 40 minutes, I got the food, which was slapped down. Communication with the employees was also very difficult.

Very dirty, the feeling that this place is not maintained at all. Tables, chairs, floor sticky. When I went into the toilet, I almost threw up from the smell. The floor was floating, probably from measles. The worst MC I have ever been to anywhere in the world.

Formerly a restaurant, now a train station restroom with a grimy ambiance. Tables cleared, leftovers smearing even the front eater's seats. Climate: cold. At least the Eiswind brand of fresh air supply is adequate. I envy the smokers on the covered terrace in the pouring rain. Thanks to natural self-cleaning, they sit on clean furniture. I go and wash my hands. The aroma of the place compels me to return as quickly as possible, but I fail at the doorknob. I manage to open the door with my feet anyway. Passing the entrance door, I'm overcome by the temptation to leave the place, but hunger drives me back to the table. I shook the fries off the soles of my shoes. Water drips from my hands onto the table. I grab the napkins and wipe the table clean. Enjoy.

Even if you order two burgers, the wrong burgers are packed.

Unfriendly staff, food brought to the table without a word. Four fries with absolutely no salt, completely tasteless. No kitchen towels provided, and even a thank you from us was met with a strange look.

I got my food 30 minutes after ordering at the terminal. When I asked why it took so long even though it wasn't busy, instead of an apology, I got the reply: The potatoes took longer... !?

Bad, just bad. The black-haired Albanian employee is very disrespectful to customers and shouts at them. The food isn't even brought upstairs and they don't tell us that they can't bring it upstairs for whatever reason. And the food just sits down there and gets cold. The only nice person is the tall, thin boy with glasses and brown hair. It was only brought upstairs after we complained. Am I your mother or why do I have to say this? I understand if you've had a stressful day or not, but to make someone look "blind" or stupid isn't nice and you shouldn't treat each other badly, even if you're stressed.

I'm only giving the food one star because out of 10 drive-thru orders, 9 of them have to complain about some missing product. The most outrageous thing, however, is that for weeks now, at least in the evening (I can't comment on the daytime), there's been no ice cream whenever we go there. Sorry, folks, but that's completely unacceptable. We hear a different excuse every time, sometimes from very unfriendly employees.

So, sorry, but how can it be that it takes 20 minutes to make two ice-shaked caramel cans, and then they serve it to us as soup that's completely melted? When we tried to complain, we were simply ignored and not taken seriously, and then there was no lid or straw, so please.

I got chicken nuggets, a Royal TS hamburger, and a hot pineapple sandwich. Royal TS hamburger. Eh, my bread was hard, the salad was already very soft, and the meat was cold anyway. The hot pineapple sandwich wasn't even included. The nuggets were okay, but very greasy and cold. Unfortunately, a disappointment today.

Espresso ☕️ 2.49€ ..like soup 😔, always like that!!! They never use the nice portafilter coffee machine at the front! What a shame! The coffee comes from the kitchen, and they're swearing/chatting in Albanian..I was with my boyfriend, that's why I know. We are guests in Germany, me too, a bit of motivation.

We ordered a hamburger and fries at McDonald's at Hanauerstrasse 83. Unfortunately, the fries weren't cooked properly and tasted raw. That was very disappointing.

I ordered three cookies but only got two. The milkshake tasted like coffee. They should clean that place up. It's truly disgusting, a complete rip-off. I'd rather go to the McDonald's at the main train station.

Where should I begin... The table is sticky. Despite table service, no one comes. You have to get your own tray. A 0.4 litre drink instead of the 0.5 litre you ordered. No ice cubes in June. I forgot the Big Mac but got it after asking. The curly fries were half full and lukewarm at best. I'm not surprised by the low star ratings in the other reviews... There's a lot of room for improvement here.

Fast food nothing special just quick

No straws, no promotional glasses, no McTasty bacon, no Coca-Cola (only black water), unsalted fries. Better to close the place than this... Edit: Next visit on June 15th, SERVICE=0 Placed and paid online in the app and booked the parking option. After waiting 20 minutes, I walked into the restaurant and no one knew about my order. It's simply outrageous how this place is run!!!

Ordered Uber Eats. They got my order wrong. 20 euros wasted. I modified a burger, as in I asked for ingredients to be removed. Some were, others weren't. What use is there to the option to remove certain ingredients if it isn't taken seriously ?

Every time at MC Drive, it takes forever. If someone orders an extra 20 kilos, just let them sit in the parking lot! That's it, and then it's on to the next one! I don't understand why MCD can't get this sorted. Insane!!

The ordering system does not work, my number was gone but not called, the boss was stressed and said money back or wait

I always get the wrong food, for example, instead of Coke I get Fanta, or just veggie nuggets instead of regular chicken nuggets, and much more. There are almost never toys for the happy meal. My kids are always so disappointed! I've also experienced the burger patty falling apart. I won't be coming here again.
