We ordered a Minecraft menu, a Mc Plants menu and a Minecraft milkshake. The milkshake was a normal vanilla milkshake, in the Minecraft menu the fries were raw and the wrong sauce was included. At the McPlant, two of the 9 nuggets had already been bitten and the straws had been forgotten.

My son wanted to buy a Happy Meal with Minecraft toys. I specifically asked if they still had the toy. The cashier told me that all the Minecraft toys were there. After I paid I received two animal books. I spoke to the saleswoman and she told me that there were no Minecraft toys. When I said I wouldn't take the two Happy Meals, she gave me two Minecraft toys. The staff behaves as if they own the McDonalds. They lie to the customers by giving them random books so that they take the good toy for themselves. Otherwise I can't understand her behavior. After opening, I asked the manager to be present and explain my consumption and complaint. Mac Donalds is not doing its customers any favors!
