McDonald's in München

That was the first McDonald's in Germany. And it looks like it. Service and food are the same as in all McDonald's restaurants worldwide.

Slow, unorganized, extremely awful staff

It's a regular McDonald's restaurant, but it was the FIRST one in Germany. That's why it's special.

Honestly, the young woman who worked yesterday evening, November 22nd, deserves a raise. Long hair, slim, wonderful service right from the moment she walked in. She asked if everything was okay, cleaned, and she truly excels at her job. Keep it up!

A rather small McDonald's. Unfortunately, there are hardly any parking spaces and it's usually overcrowded! The food has become expensive (like everywhere else). Too expensive for fast food.

A horrible experience; I only wanted a cheeseburger and had to wait 15 minutes without a queue, and to top it off, the vendors couldn't speak German.

I drink my coffee there every day before work, and there aren't any good employees. Nobody speaks German, and nobody understands me. The employees speak very loudly in their own language, and there's one guy who's always insulting people. I wouldn't bring my children there. The only competent employee who also speaks German is the lady with the dark brown curls. I really like going to her; she understands me, and I wish they had more employees like her.

The dirtiest McDonald's restaurant I have ever visited in the world. There wasn't a single table that wasn't completely sticky. The food was actually good, but unfortunately, it completely put me off my food.

I've ordered several times through Wolt, and each time something is missing from my order. This was my last order, and I absolutely cannot recommend it.

Ordered online and all the sauces were missing. I won't order anything from here again!

Only half of the order was delivered, and the whole thing was ice cold....

Unfortunately, I had to attend a birthday party with at least 10 screaming women and crying children who had brought their own food, cookies, and cake. Like many other customers, I paid for the food at the restaurant, and we had to endure this incredibly loud noise for hours. What kind of manager allows this? I'm going to complain to McDonald's headquarters.

You can’t beat the experience of visiting the first McDonald’s in Germany! It’s a unique looking location with some fun memorabilia and photos on the wall. The food is standard but the location was very clean and things came out quickly. I think it’s worth going out of your way to visit if you are in Munich!

At exactly 10:30 a.m. on a public holiday, you don't get breakfast anymore. What normal person eats a normal burger or fries at 10:30 a.m.???

Disaster Everything needs to be thoroughly cleaned first

Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I had the McPlant and was served with sweet chili sauce, which wasn't the right size. Had table service and was ignored. The ice cream machine here is always broken... Generally speaking, it's always been super dirty every time we've been here.

Even one star was too much on our visit! Extremely dirty! Despite there not being an excessive number of guests, the McDonald's employees were not even able to clear the fries, nuggets and other rubbish from the floor. Let alone the tables... every single table was covered in waste packaging. In all the decades we have never seen anything so disgusting and dirty in a McDonald's. We then cleared one table of the rubbish. On top of that, a homeless person was walking around and went to every table (except ours because we were sitting there) and rummaged through every food bin looking for food and he didn't even bother to pick out the leftovers. Leftovers lying around, mind you. The man smelled so bad it would put you off even eating fast food! Then a second homeless person was lying on a bench and was asleep. Even an employee couldn't wake him up after half an hour when he finally noticed it. An imposition on any guest - this is simply unacceptable. Even if these people are looking for warmth, food, and shelter, there are other places to go! Our two McMenu (Big Tasty Bacon and McCrispy) were completely lost at that moment. On top of that, the food took an incredibly long time to arrive at our table; such a long wait isn't normal. Incidentally, the McCrispy was so hard and dry that I suspect it had already been reheated once and then reheated for me. I haven't had such a bad burger in years. We'll never see that place again, and we strongly advise everyone not to eat there.

Unfortunately, I only noticed on the way that half was missing. I ordered two meals and only got one, and there was no gift in the Happy Meal.

The McFlurry with Smarties had almost completely melted right off the counter. It wasn't ice cream anymore, but rather a sweet liquid with Smarties. Absolutely unacceptable, and you should get your money back.

I placed an order last week via Wollt, and 50% of the order was missing. The store manager, Selim O. Celim, spoke to me and asked for a positive review on Google. I ordered again today, and half the order is missing again... why can't he get his team's "position" under control, so this keeps happening???

Unfortunately, we were not satisfied because we could not get tea for breakfast, only coffee or hot drinks could be ordered! Incomprehensible!

Incomplete order, the salesperson doesn't even look at the customer and pushes to move on to the next one, mac nuggets not delivered, sauces not delivered, hamburger not finished, scandalous and nothing to do since paid in advance. Absolutely avoid.

The one you see on the billboard is definitely not what you get. When you order, you receive the wrong menu because the staff speaks poor German. The location is nice, the drinks are good, and the burger arrived hot. Other than that, I would never go there again and I would not recommend it.

Right next to the 1860 football stadium in Munich's Obergiesing district is the first McDonald's branch in Germany! Frequently visited and always well supplied with delicious products.

I ordered through a delivery service. According to the tracking information, the courier drove halfway across town with the food. After the city tour and a 90-minute wait, the order was canceled.

I find it really sad that the fish mac only has half a slice of cedar cheese on it. Crazy.

Well the usual stuff at McDonald's... foid is never really hot but that's expected tbh However drinks or other items are just missing. After calling them, they just tell that they would contact the delivery person. After half an hour still no response. Also at some point they just end the call without saying anything.

Were there today around 4 p.m., a super nice employee served us, and our burgers were hot and freshly prepared, I've never had such good burgers in any other branch.

I recently tried the McCrispy Spicy menu and was unfortunately disappointed. Half of the burger was just bread, the chicken fillet was far too small for the bun, so I ended up biting the air. The mouthfeel was unpleasantly dry because the roll didn't seem fluffy but also dry. The cheese that was on the burger was a bit musty and didn't help improve the taste. The fries weren't much better either. They had excessive browning and therefore also appeared dry. Even with dip she couldn't save what was supposed to be a treat. Overall, the McCrispy Spicy Menu experience was disappointing and did not live up to what I have come to expect from McDonald's. And don't market it as spicy if it isn't spicy.

The service it’s ok but they always forget to give you a straw anytime you need it to drink your cola full of ice, and it’s annoying🙄🙄

Food was super tasty and freshly prepared, crispy fries and wrap very soft. Unfortunately, the service and cash register were terribly unpleasant, hectic and at full speed. Loses the desire to eat. Otherwise everything is fine.

Just went there because of the Minecraft figure, ordered the Minecraft menu and discovered at home that there wasn't one...😖

I'm sorry but you guys got half my order wrong. Chicken nuggets instead of veggie nuggets, vanilla milkshake instead of chocolate, the toy in the happy meal was different (I caught that one as it was outside the box). This was the first bad experience I had here

Today I ordered a Happy Meal with a burger, fries and nuggets. When I got home I opened the Happy Meal and there was only one burger! Inattention of the staff!

Hi, from Inspector Maxinkaa! I took a closer look at the legendary first McDonald's from Munich. The hamburger? Well yeah...let's just say nostalgia can't save everything. In terms of taste it was more of a journey into the past BUT then came the SURPRISE: the toilets!! Sparkling clean, almost luxurious, a real experience. Who would have thought??? 4.3 I'll come again ;]

The main thing is to turn on music and talk like you're drinking coffee at home but it's a headache to prepare 2 orders.

I ate a Big Tasty yesterday, it was too cold, that's not normal, that was yesterday evening 🤦‍♂️

I ordered through a delivery service, the first delivery was completely wrong, the second delivery was incomplete, MC Chicken looked like someone had sat on it, fries were soggy and cold, never again.

There was nothing going on in the store and I had to wait 30 minutes for a cappuccino. When I pointed out to the employees after 15 minutes that I was waiting for my cappuccino, they told me yes, it was being processed and they didn't have any at that time Orders service disaster 2/10

2.43 stars. 6 Chicken McNuggets - apparently due to inflation - now only consist of 5 chicken nuggets. Sad development. Even McDonald's Monopoly is no longer what it used to be. ⅚ 6 Chicken McNuggets and BigMac no longer give McDonals-Monopoly competition stickers. Very sad development.

But the other mces at Carl Amery Platz tastes good every time but I can't let you get away with it. limp unsalted fries, Big Mac salad was bitter and the whole order was actually driven to me only to end up in the trash can. You better listen to me and go to Carl Amery Platz MCES or have it delivered to you from there. could only enjoy the pet fanta.

Everything is great. Lots of kiosk and responsible employees. The food came to the table very quickly and tasted as I expected. Unfortunately it's not that big but it's really nice if it's the first McDonalds in Germany. Again and again.

Awfully slow in the morning. Had to wait for 15 mins when there was just 2-3 customers there. Was this fast food or not? Disappointed!!

First class McDonald's near the 60er Stadium (the first in Munich in 1971), not as crowded as many others, so no long waiting times - except before and after a home game from 1860. The staff is friendly and the food is carefully prepared. Nice atmosphere.

I accidentally ordered a meal with a cheeseburger without having to pay for it. I asked the man at the front desk if he could convert it into a chicken burger. He said that wasn't possible, which was normal because the deal was with a cheeseburger, and after that I asked him if he could cancel my order so I could choose a different menu and he said that wasn't possible, At McDonalds you can't cancel an order (without having had time to pay... as if I could leave, thank you) and here I am, I paid for an order of which I only drank one coke, the rest I left the menu to the nice gentleman at home. Thank you very much!

That Turkish man and the lady with the glasses are so disrespectful and unfriendly, they make you feel like you work for them .

I ordered 2 lattes plus espresso shot and sugar to take away! I got 2 cold latte macchiatos without an espresso shot, after asking for the sugar and after further asking for the lid and cup holder. I also got a stupidly annoyed look with an attitude that said you weren't interested in the job!

Ordered via Lieferando. Nothing ever arrived. Unfortunately, “The 1st McDonalds Germany” is also the WORST.

The opening time is 7:00 a.m. When we left there the door was closed and it was Thursday. The employee then said that the opening time was 8:00 a.m. instead of 7:00 a.m. I don't know if it was a personal decision on the part of the employee. But that was annoying and the opening hours on the door should be changed when the opening hours change

They give us small Geschenk out of nowhere and everyone in restaurant got their own Geschenk

The men's toilets hadn't been cleaned for a long time and were so dirty, and when the outside temperature was 34 degrees, the air conditioning was broken or turned off. The food was ok and the staff was very friendly.

Delivery time of over 1:15 hours for a fast food restaurant is simply ridiculous, what can you choose as quickly as possible when after 30 minutes the timer goes back up from 12 minutes to 35 minutes

The most disgusting McDonald's in the boss comes along and picks leftover food out of his teeth with his fingernails in the customer area when picking up money from the cash register.... Without words...
