McDonald's in München

They didn't put toys in my 2 Happy Meals. This is simply an outrage!

The food is good for my taste but the bathrooms at 9 in the morning dirty like a pig stable

Food was super tasty and freshly prepared, crispy fries and wrap very soft. Unfortunately, the service and cash register were terribly unpleasant, hectic and at full speed. Loses the desire to eat. Otherwise everything is fine.

Just went there because of the Minecraft figure, ordered the Minecraft menu and discovered at home that there wasn't one...😖

I'm sorry but you guys got half my order wrong. Chicken nuggets instead of veggie nuggets, vanilla milkshake instead of chocolate, the toy in the happy meal was different (I caught that one as it was outside the box). This was the first bad experience I had here

Today I ordered a Happy Meal with a burger, fries and nuggets. When I got home I opened the Happy Meal and there was only one burger! Inattention of the staff!

Hi, from Inspector Maxinkaa! I took a closer look at the legendary first McDonald's from Munich. The hamburger? Well yeah...let's just say nostalgia can't save everything. In terms of taste it was more of a journey into the past BUT then came the SURPRISE: the toilets!! Sparkling clean, almost luxurious, a real experience. Who would have thought??? 4.3 I'll come again ;]

The main thing is to turn on music and talk like you're drinking coffee at home but it's a headache to prepare 2 orders.

I ate a Big Tasty yesterday, it was too cold, that's not normal, that was yesterday evening 🤦‍♂️

The chocolate bag at McDonald's tastes good, but why is there no best before date?

I ordered through a delivery service, the first delivery was completely wrong, the second delivery was incomplete, MC Chicken looked like someone had sat on it, fries were soggy and cold, never again.

There was nothing going on in the store and I had to wait 30 minutes for a cappuccino. When I pointed out to the employees after 15 minutes that I was waiting for my cappuccino, they told me yes, it was being processed and they didn't have any at that time Orders service disaster 2/10

2.43 stars. 6 Chicken McNuggets - apparently due to inflation - now only consist of 5 chicken nuggets. Sad development. Even McDonald's Monopoly is no longer what it used to be. ⅚ 6 Chicken McNuggets and BigMac no longer give McDonals-Monopoly competition stickers. Very sad development.

But the other mces at Carl Amery Platz tastes good every time but I can't let you get away with it. limp unsalted fries, Big Mac salad was bitter and the whole order was actually driven to me only to end up in the trash can. You better listen to me and go to Carl Amery Platz MCES or have it delivered to you from there. could only enjoy the pet fanta.

Everything is great. Lots of kiosk and responsible employees. The food came to the table very quickly and tasted as I expected. Unfortunately it's not that big but it's really nice if it's the first McDonalds in Germany. Again and again.

Awfully slow in the morning. Had to wait for 15 mins when there was just 2-3 customers there. Was this fast food or not? Disappointed!!

First class McDonald's near the 60er Stadium (the first in Munich in 1971), not as crowded as many others, so no long waiting times - except before and after a home game from 1860. The staff is friendly and the food is carefully prepared. Nice atmosphere.

I accidentally ordered a meal with a cheeseburger without having to pay for it. I asked the man at the front desk if he could convert it into a chicken burger. He said that wasn't possible, which was normal because the deal was with a cheeseburger, and after that I asked him if he could cancel my order so I could choose a different menu and he said that wasn't possible, At McDonalds you can't cancel an order (without having had time to pay... as if I could leave, thank you) and here I am, I paid for an order of which I only drank one coke, the rest I left the menu to the nice gentleman at home. Thank you very much!

That Turkish man and the lady with the glasses are so disrespectful and unfriendly, they make you feel like you work for them .

I ordered 2 lattes plus espresso shot and sugar to take away! I got 2 cold latte macchiatos without an espresso shot, after asking for the sugar and after further asking for the lid and cup holder. I also got a stupidly annoyed look with an attitude that said you weren't interested in the job!

Ordered via Lieferando. Nothing ever arrived. Unfortunately, “The 1st McDonalds Germany” is also the WORST.

The opening time is 7:00 a.m. When we left there the door was closed and it was Thursday. The employee then said that the opening time was 8:00 a.m. instead of 7:00 a.m. I don't know if it was a personal decision on the part of the employee. But that was annoying and the opening hours on the door should be changed when the opening hours change

They give us small Geschenk out of nowhere and everyone in restaurant got their own Geschenk

The men's toilets hadn't been cleaned for a long time and were so dirty, and when the outside temperature was 34 degrees, the air conditioning was broken or turned off. The food was ok and the staff was very friendly.

Delivery time of over 1:15 hours for a fast food restaurant is simply ridiculous, what can you choose as quickly as possible when after 30 minutes the timer goes back up from 12 minutes to 35 minutes

The most disgusting McDonald's in the boss comes along and picks leftover food out of his teeth with his fingernails in the customer area when picking up money from the cash register.... Without words...

If you pre-order with the app, you save a lot of time; the coupons in the app are always worth it. The modernization has been very good, the McDonald's is always clean and well maintained. A clear recommendation from me 👍🏼 In winter and midsummer I definitely recommend pre-ordering. Otherwise you could be unlucky and have travel groups in front of you and if there are several coaches it can take 30 minutes before you can order. By ordering in advance you save yourself the long wait and receive your order within a maximum of 5 minutes.

The worst and dirtiest McDonald's I have ever seen. There are trays everywhere, trash cans overflowing and no one feels responsible. Simply disgusting.

Mei is just McDonald's. They're doing their job OK. They seemed a bit unfriendly during my last visit to this branch. Put too many ice cubes in mccafe or forget an ingredient. Of course I noticed it too late because I had to drink first. It's happened to me three times now.

They are becoming slower and slower and friendly is something else too!

Every time I go there the same incredibly inflexible and unfriendly young lady at the checkout. By the way, the rest of the restaurant was full and dirty. Today there was actually no more Coke and they brought me an iced tea without comment. The woman at the checkout in question didn't want to take it back. Really disgraceful. When I read through the comments, that's not the only brilliant achievement of this young lady. A case for the next employee review if there is anything like that there at all.

This has been my branch since I was a child and I really enjoy coming here. The only thing I don't like is ordering from the machines, since then it takes a lot longer, but this particular branch can't do anything about that.

Habe über Lieferando bestellt und die Lieferzeit wird immer verlängert.. Mittlerweile warte ich seit 1,5 Stunden auf meine Bestellung.. Vorhin hiess es „Lieferung in 17 Minuten“, jetzt sind wir bei 27 Minuten.. Wenn die Lieferzeit bei 45-60 Minuten auf Lieferando steht, sollte das auch eingehalten werden! Einfach frech..!

ABSOLUTE FRECHHEIT!!! Warte jetzt seid 3 Stunden auf mein Essen, obwohl eine Lieferzeit von 30 Minuten beworben wurde! Telefonisch niemand erreichbar. Bei einer anderen Bestellung kam was komplett falsches an! NIE WIEDER!

Was soll das kein Big-Mäc mehr als Gutschein. App läuft nicht mehr unter Android 7. Und auch auf diesem Handy mit Android 13, läuft es nur mit Trick, App 2x schließen unter Einstellung und dann geht es. Das App war immer schon schlecht in Zukunft gehe Ich woanders hin

Meine kleine Bestellung wurde wegen einem Systemfehler falsch bearbeitet. Als ich allerdings den Fehler bemerkte und es angesprochen habe, hat die Dame einfach Soße draufgeklatscht und den Käse drangelassen, den durfte ich selber rauspulen. Das war ein Fehler vom Personal. Das geht gar nicht.

Essen ist in Ordnung. Sauberkeit lässt im Lokal und auf den Toiletten zu wünschen übrig.

Super Macdonald, sehr Ikonische Filiale! Ist ja das erste McDonald’s, welches in Deutschland aufgemacht wurde. Anbei noch die Jubiläumsfotos zum Geburtstag. Eine sehr schöne Filiale. Ich hoffe, dass diese noch sehr lange bestehen bleibt.

Ok it's a McDonalds but it is the oldest McDs in Germany, having recently marked their 50th anniversary. It's open late and they often get roudy fans from the TSV 1860 fußball stadium across the street or Oktoberfest guests staying in nearby hotels. They are used to colourful customers and are friendly about it. They have picnic tables outside too.

Schlechtester McFlurry ever. Die Toppings, die eingerührt werden sollten, wurden nur oben drauf serviert. Die Mitarbeiter haben nicht verstanden, warum das McFlurry heißt. Selbst auf Nachfrage haben sie es nicht wirklich hinbekommen. Ich musste mir die Oreos selbst in das Softeis rühren. OMG.

Personal okay das draussen Sitzen ist mit Wespenbesuch bestückt . 😱 Bitte nur drinnen Platz nehmen, schade 😜

Ich habe mich gefreut den ersten Mc in Deutschland zufällig gefunden zu haben. Leider gibt es nichts, außer der Beklebung der Fenster (2021) das darauf hinweist. Lieblos und uninspiriert

Ein sehr kleiner McDonald's mit Toiletten im Keller und wenigen Sitzmöglichkeiten draußen. Er ist stark besucht und dann muss man lange warten bis man dran ist oder die Geräte zum Bestellen frei sind - davon gibt es nur drei. Die Mitarbeiter geben sich viel Mühe und sind freundlich. 👍

Naja, ein McDonald's... Aber. Ein historischer Ort - der erste jemals in Deutschland eröffnete. Und sie machen immer noch Burger... neben anderen Angeboten.

1. McDonalds Deutschlands. Immer noch ein wenig Flair von damals😊 freundliches kompetentes und hilfsbereites Personal. Einziges Manko - Toiletten im Untergeschoss die leider nicht barierrefrei erreichbar sind. Dennoch gerne wieder

Der erste McD in Deutschland. Im Restaurant hängen noch einige oldschool Werbeposter aus den 70ern, 80ern & 90ern. Ziemlich geil. Großes Manko: der Laden macht erst um 10 auf und bietet KEIN FRÜHSTÜCK (hatte mega Bock auf einen McMuffin). Dafür war der McChicken gut gemacht und besser als bei anderen Filialen in Deutschland. Ich war morgens um 10 da und hab die Bestellung am Terminal aufgegeben, das nur als Info.

Für einen McDonalds war es besser als man ich es erwartet habe
