McDonald's in München

The faucet in the women's toilet was running the whole time. It was broken and couldn't be turned off. That drove me crazy. I spent the whole day thinking about how much of a waste it was and when and if they would fix it. The woman at the toilet didn't care at all when I pointed it out to her.

Decent McDonald’s place nothing special only thing was good is the nuggets.

Workers are rude especially if you’re a foreigner!! We ordered on the screens which are placed at the entrance asked for a big tasty with no bacon it came with the bacon while queuing the workers are aggressively shouting numbers and then approaching you just to do it. The manager was probably the worst out of them all telling me to learn German as I showed him my order number beware of this place! Especially if your not German

In the center of Munich, well organized with totems for orders and payment by card or at the cash desk. MC coffee present. Clean bathrooms. Lots of seating. On two floors. Average prices for German MCs (more expensive than in Italy).

We went to this McDonald's. I don't agree with the fact that to go to the bathroom you are attacked by a gentleman who does the cleaning and demands 1 euro per person to go to the bathroom. I ate with a family of 4 people, they should allow you to go to the bathroom with the receipt for the drink with a bar code like other Mc's.

It is shameful to have to pay to access the toilets in a place where food is consumed. Usually in McDonald's throughout Europe, access to services is free or at most a receipt is requested or scanned as proof of the consumption made. Also the tables are not very clean.

The branch is always overcrowded and therefore not well maintained. Ordering process at the terminal complicated by countless unnecessary questions. But the most important thing: the burgers are really disgusting, sometimes stick to the cardboard and are actually inedible. Today there was another mistake in the order with Fanta instead of Coke. Maybe it's just me, who now eats at better burger joints in town. But actually no. Take a look at the branch on Regerstrasse to find out how to do it right.

But is it normal that to use the bathroom you have to pay a forced fee, to a guy who otherwise won't let you in? It doesn't belong to the staff and doesn't give you the receipt, the staff seems to be aware, but does nothing. It's strange, however, that no one has reported it yet.

We ordered a Big Mac, Happy Meal and Cappuccino coffee. Coffee: regular MacDonald coffee, delicious. Big Mac menu: the first time we saw a Big Mac as advertised, it tasted ordinary, the potatoes were green (see photo). Happy Meal (Cheeseburger): The food is great. But there was no toy, but when I approached the administration, they kindly told me to wait, checked the receipt and gave me a toy that was not included in the Happy Meal. In general: McDonald's is ordinary, a lot of people, but this is not surprising for its location. Overall 4/5.

I wouldn't want to go to this McDonald's again. Here's the story. My wife and I came there to have breakfast. After we had eaten we wanted to use the toilet and found that the staff there was cleaning/mopping. That in itself is a good thing. However, they told us that they needed another 10 minutes. After 20 minutes we wanted to go to the toilet again and were told it would take another 20 minutes or we would have to give him money. After we pointed this out to the manager and he told the service worker there that he wasn't allowed to do that, my wife was allowed to use the toilet. There she discovered that the cleaning staff had put the toilet brush and the container for it in every toilet and refused to remove it at my wife's request. All in all, the food there was good. And it was prepared quickly, but I have never experienced this story in my life I would like to make it clear that this is about the external cleaning company that was so disgustingly bold and disgusting. The manager was very nice and accommodating. The employees paid great attention to the cleanliness within the store and it showed. If you canceled the external company it would be a 5/5 for a McDonalds

Ordered through ubereats and 5 of my burgers are missing. Called the restaurant and they didn't seem to have any remorse whatsoever and just asked us to pick them up ourselves, not keeping in mind that we lived pretty far, hence the ubereats order and when I told them about it they just hung up on as like a person who has no heart or brain. When I called again and asked them for some responsibility, they just hung up right away. Is that how you treat your customers? So sad to experience as other Mcdonald branches has never treated me this way and would take accountability for any mistakes they did.

Fairly good food by McDonald's standards, but unpleasant service, there was a local security guard who was quite rude to everyone, at one point he stood in front of the toilet and checked if you had a receipt, otherwise he wouldn't let you in. Right after we finished eating, they almost wanted to kick us out of the table, which I find quite disrespectful and even insulting. I ordered a Sprite to drink, but all I got was a soda.

Super convenient ordering and location. Got a double Big Mac with salad and light cola for 10.99. Ironically cheaper than the kebabs nearby per calorie. It is a relatively cheaper alternative to consecutive days of traditional Bavarian food.

I order a "Big Tasty Bacon Chili Cheese", for €6.59, but they give me a burger without bacon (just "Tasty Chili Cheese"). Sadly, it's not the first time McDonald's forgets to put bacon in a bacon burger. Before leaving I go to the bathroom and I bump into a McDonald's employee on the stairs who asks me 1€ (without a receipt) to use the bathroom. Basically extortion. It always depends on the day and time. During the weekdays it is usually tidy. In the evening and especially on weekends, exactly the opposite. The toilets are downstairs and not particularly clean. Nuggets, fries or cappuccino always work.

These are the rudest McDonald’s workers I’ve ever seen.
