You only go here because/when everything else is closed. 90% of the employees are rude. Eating takes forever.

Very good McDonald's, everything is tasty, fast, and most importantly clean (compared to others in Germany). I liked it very much, if we are in Munich we will definitely visit again :-)

Ordered through ubereats and 5 of my burgers are missing. Called the restaurant and they didn't seem to have any remorse whatsoever and just asked us to pick them up ourselves, not keeping in mind that we lived pretty far, hence the ubereats order and when I told them about it they just hung up on as like a person who has no heart or brain. When I called again and asked them for some responsibility, they just hung up right away. Is that how you treat your customers? So sad to experience as other Mcdonald branches has never treated me this way and would take accountability for any mistakes they did.

Fairly good food by McDonald's standards, but unpleasant service, there was a local security guard who was quite rude to everyone, at one point he stood in front of the toilet and checked if you had a receipt, otherwise he wouldn't let you in. Right after we finished eating, they almost wanted to kick us out of the table, which I find quite disrespectful and even insulting. I ordered a Sprite to drink, but all I got was a soda.

Well, it's just a Mac Donalds. You meet the whole world in MunichMaci:)^^ The food is not for me. The service, I don't want to comment on that in more detail. Munich is a cosmopolitan city (monarchy) and working at MacDonalds is certainly absolutely stressful.

I ordered takeaway and unfortunately didn't check the contents on site for completeness. When I got home I discovered that an apple turnover was missing. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time this has happened at this McDonald's in the valley. Paid and not received. This is extremely annoying and is now adding up. Super convenient ordering and location. Got a double Big Mac with salad and light cola for 10.99. Ironically cheaper than the kebabs nearby per calorie. It is a relatively cheaper alternative to consecutive days of traditional Bavarian food.

I order a "Big Tasty Bacon Chili Cheese", for €6.59, but they give me a burger without bacon (just "Tasty Chili Cheese"). Sadly, it's not the first time McDonald's forgets to put bacon in a bacon burger. Before leaving I go to the bathroom and I bump into a McDonald's employee on the stairs who asks me 1€ (without a receipt) to use the bathroom. Basically extortion. It always depends on the day and time. During the weekdays it is usually tidy. In the evening and especially on weekends, exactly the opposite. The toilets are downstairs and not particularly clean. Nuggets, fries or cappuccino always work.

These are the rudest McDonald’s workers I’ve ever seen. They were scoffing and laughing at us, have no manners or customer service what so ever and it was generally the worst experience I’ve had in a McDonald’s I don’t ever appreciate being spoke to by someone who seems to have a management role (particularly the lady wearing a blue shirt working today, (16/8/24). Mc Donald is always the same almost everywhere, I don't recommend popcorn flavored coca cola, otherwise it's ok. Open late it was the only place we could eat after midnight.

Great. McDonald's at Munich Central Station. Fast food temple of the night creatures. It's wonderful to see everyone coming together here, between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. at night. Add a McPlant with barbecue sauce, curly fries with sour cream and life relaxes...
