McDonald's in München

First time scammed at McDonalds! Went to the toilet and somebody shouted at us and pointed to go back up the stairs and pay one dollar. It was the toilet attendant who came out of a room. Offended at his behaviour we walked out and he then pretended to be nice and friendly and say we could go in without paying. Tourists beware!

Located in the city center, it's perfect for a quick lunch break. Ideal for those visiting Munich.

Best toilet-and-lunch experience in all of Munich. The time between the first bite and the moment your butt touches the toilet seat is estimated to be about 5 minutes. But don't worry, aside from one man (who I think is pretending to be an employee) who will try to block your path by asking for coins, the experience will be pleasant. I'm not suggesting a correlation between sandwiches and defecation, but I'm simply saying that the queue for the bathroom far exceeds the one for the cash register. Posterity will be the judge. P.S. My friend points out with disappointment, and several curses, that water has reached the value of gold prices on the stock exchange.

They had a Crispy Spicy meal that was absolutely delicious, but suddenly they stopped producing it, and the crispy chicken and hamburgers became tasteless. I never went back. It was a terrible marketing ploy.

McDonald's is open late at night, making it the only option for late-night dining in Munich. Located near the Old Farmers Market, it's considered centrally located and highly recommended for a late-night meal!

Lots of walk-in customers, tourists, and groups. Not a place to linger, but clearly designed for quick eating and moving on. Prices: Typical McDonald's prices, which are rather borderline for the quality offered at this location. Promotions and coupons help to improve the value for money somewhat. Location & Accessibility: Extremely centrally located in the old town, very easily accessible on foot and by public transport. Parking in the area is limited and expensive. Accessibility: Generally accessible, but the narrow space and large crowds often make it impractical for wheelchairs or strollers. Conclusion: A McDonald's for a quick bite in the city center. Convenient location, but noticeably lower quality and little comfort due to the constant high volume of customers. Functional, but definitely not a recommended location if you're looking for a better McDonald's experience.

It's okay, but always packed. The food is the same as everywhere else at McDonald's. I wanted my coffee to go in my own reusable cup, but apparently that wasn't allowed. They gave it to me in a regular disposable cup (even with a lid! 🤦🏼), and told me to transfer it to another container. So environmentally conscious...! 🤦🏼

McDonald's is centrally located and offers a large number of self-service kiosks. Thanks to the franchise system, the food and drinks are good, and the selection is extensive. The restrooms are relatively clean. Due to its location, this branch is a good spot for inexpensive food and drinks.

McDonald's, where I got a small coffee for €1.50, which is a bargain for Munich 😁. It was actually an Americano, and I have to say I enjoyed it overall. It definitely exceeded my expectations. I took the opportunity to take a quick break and charge my phone, but I didn't need to use the restroom. I had no trouble getting a seat, even though it was practically the only "hole" available in sight 😁. As you might expect from these places when they're centrally located...there's a lot of hustle and bustle and the background noise isn't exactly relaxing, especially since it was 4 PM on a Thursday near the Christmas holidays.

Because of its good location, this place is usually crowded, but I really don’t understand why customers have to pay extra to use the restroom. No matter how much you spend, you still have to pay 1 euro per person, including each child, to use the toilet. This policy is enforced very strictly, which feels unpleasant. The food is not better than other places, and the potatoes often have defects or dark spots. Sometimes you also have to wait a long time for a free table. On the positive side, the staff are kind and helpful.

The experience was extremely negative. Prices have risen exorbitantly, the service is inadequate, and the premises are unhygienic. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.

A classic McDonald's, but they serve the food piping hot, which is a real plus. The layout isn't great, so there's not much seating and lots of people trying to find a place to sit. The restrooms are pay-to-use; they want a tip, but if you're eating in, you can use them without paying extra. Restroom cleaning is inconsistent. I went to the same restroom twice, and once it was spotless, the next time it was filthy. The Monopoly system is really cool; we got free fries, drinks, ice cream, and even a cheeseburger.

Went to use the toilet. A black man outside trying to charge you to use the toilets. Asked staff if this was right and they agreed. So we have left without ordering food.

The staff was catastrophically unfriendly! I ordered food to eat in... I received a to-go bag, and when I asked for a tablet, she sent me away to the table without answering, sighing and rolling her eyes... The entire place was filthy, no table had been wiped, and you're supposed to eat on that?! But they were standing behind the counter chatting away. Absolutely unacceptable! Take a look at the branch in Brunnthal – everything is clean, the staff is friendly, there are fresh flowers on the tables, and the atmosphere is great!

Every year, McDonald's pulls the same old stunt at Monopoly. When you call up the ice cream coupon, the ice cream selection is blocked! If you go to the cashier's counter, you get ice cream. So the ice cream machine isn't broken. You can't redeem the coupons at Stachus or Götzenplatz because of their completely outdated cash register system. At other branches, they work perfectly. The McDonald's in Tal has truly earned the title of McDonald's Monopoly Cheater! Maybe if everyone complains to the cashier, something will finally be done...

The visit was very disappointing overall. The food was prepared without care, tasted bad, and the wait was far too long. For me, it was one of the worst McDonald's visits ever, therefore I cannot recommend it.

It was a regular pop-up shop, where visitors could always wash their hands and use the restroom freely, but here someone brazenly demands one euro to pass through in a rude manner.

Under the pressure, I burst into tears, ordered matcha with regular milk, and went back to my table. None of the staff paid any attention to me after that. I'm very disappointed with this McDonald's, as this location used to be my favorite restaurant. Update: Yesterday, after my meal, the manager approached me and suggested I come back the next day with the receipt and ask for a cup. They might have it by then. I did, and today she remembered yesterday's situation. She was very polite and kind. Honestly, she was the only nice and friendly employee in the entire restaurant. She must be the manager, because she's wearing a yellow T-shirt with the McDonald's logo, which is different from the other employees' uniforms. Thank you so much for helping me resolve the situation!

This is the worst service I've ever seen at McDonald's. It looked like the supervisor was practically tossing straws at customers. If you don't want to work here, quit. Customers don't deserve to be treated like this.🤮🤮💩💩

The ice cream was spilling over the edges, they poured so much, they brought the order very quickly, it was very clean, there were plenty of seats, the potatoes were fresh and crispy

Me and my friends were insulted (race related) by a worker of this company... The worker is not even of European origine and he felt like the owner of the country when me and my friends just wanted to get some food before going home.

This spot (as a “cliffhanger“) may just be traveler‘s cup of tea in Munich downtown. (Spoiler alert:) The latter mentioned has a more affordable price in contrast to a McDonald’s in Lower Bavaria, Germany (!) Based on a fluent accomplishment of the coloured, bright-looking drinks, consisting of disposable paper and served with boiled water to those cautiously carried-along vessels, struck the visitor‘s expectation right away at “Tal 6“ (adresse), 80331 (German postal code) after 10 pm yesterday. In effect, wireless charging of iphone at a table at one corner, near within the pickup location, or rather beside the checkstand for cash payment, has shown each minute and increasing percentage of the loading status. To this extent, the former two winter-dressed ladies, made seemingly a temporary “comeback“ due to a possible feeling of their appreciation to find out more, if applicable.

So, if you manage to screw up the Golf 4 among fast food meals, that's truly an achievement in itself. Even Ronald himself wouldn't be able to stand up to a cheeseburger without a meatball. So whoever put that thing together either hasn't been allowed to use it for a long time or just wanted to ruin my evening. So, thanks for nothing, it's a shame there's also a stupid excuse.

Rude staff! We were threatened and had our personal belongings touched during our stay! The guy cleaning the tables dared to push us and try to kick us out. Such a person should absolutely be removed and fired, as his job isn't to attack people, but to clean!

What a shumble! This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever visited. I went for breakfast at 10:00. Despite not having that many customers, it took almost fifteen minutes to get my order. I was eating in, but they served my food in a take away bag and my coffee in a paper cup, which is not environmentally friendly. What really annoyed me was finding bacon in my egg muffin. I like McDonald’s coffee, but the one I was served here had a bitter taste. Also, it is very unusual to have to pay 1 euro to go to the restroom in a restaurant

Disgraceful McDonald's. I bought early grey tea and coffee as take away. They said they didn't have black tea, so they gave me green tea. I told them I didn't want it. The officer looks at my face. He told me there was mint or fruit tea and I said I didn't like it. When he insisted, early grey tea was found. There was no cream in the coffee even though I asked for it. I do not recommend it. If you want to eat according to the staff's taste, you can of course choose.

Today is the Feast of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, so almost all the shops and restaurants are closed, so the McDonald's I went to... was just a typical McDonald's. It was crowded, though.

There is always no chocolate shake or chocolate latte. When they don't have a certain topping, they don't write about it. I ordered a cheesecake with chocolate topping, they brought me a regular one. Then when I went to sort it out, they said there was simply no topping. In the end, they returned my money and I was left hungry. There are always no seats and huge lines. I once waited 40 minutes for one potato. It's either too stuffy here or the air conditioning is on full blast, you can easily catch a cold, which is what happened. I'm very angry, I don't recommend it🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬👎👎👎👎👎👎🤢

It's really annoying. I was there really quickly to get something to eat, and on top of that, it takes so long for the food to be served. It wasn't new, it looked like it was from yesterday or something. Also, the people there are angry for no reason.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed this time. I placed my order via the McDonald's app and upon pickup, I realized that both the milkshake and the cheeseburger were missing – two key components of my order. When I pre-order via mobile, I expect everything to be fully and accurately prepared. It's really frustrating to invest extra time and money only to find out at home that important parts of my order are missing.

After the first McDonald's didn't serve breakfast, we visited this one. There was a lot of selection and the atmosphere was decent.

A typical fast-food restaurant, the food is unpredictable, with no surprises, just the usual quality. Table service is good. However, the restaurant is rather small and at lunchtime is mercilessly overrun by hordes of students and tourists. Conclusion: Outside of peak hours, it's quite okay.

Came here to get the elusive McRib - Germany is one of only 2 countries in the world to have it permanently - after over a year of waiting for the opportunity. And let me say, it didn't disappoint! Other than that, it's a McDonald's location like any other.
