The cheeseburger was delicious.

It's really annoying. I was there really quickly to get something to eat, and on top of that, it takes so long for the food to be served. It wasn't new, it looked like it was from yesterday or something. Also, the people there are angry for no reason.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed this time. I placed my order via the McDonald's app and upon pickup, I realized that both the milkshake and the cheeseburger were missing – two key components of my order. When I pre-order via mobile, I expect everything to be fully and accurately prepared. It's really frustrating to invest extra time and money only to find out at home that important parts of my order are missing.

After the first McDonald's didn't serve breakfast, we visited this one. There was a lot of selection and the atmosphere was decent.

A typical fast-food restaurant, the food is unpredictable, with no surprises, just the usual quality. Table service is good. However, the restaurant is rather small and at lunchtime is mercilessly overrun by hordes of students and tourists. Conclusion: Outside of peak hours, it's quite okay.

Came here to get the elusive McRib - Germany is one of only 2 countries in the world to have it permanently - after over a year of waiting for the opportunity. And let me say, it didn't disappoint! Other than that, it's a McDonald's location like any other.

Overall - not bad, but expected more. Food - standard for a chain, but nothing special, everything seemed a bit dry. Service - friendly staff, took the order quickly and gave everything out. Atmosphere - crowded, noisy, feels rushed, hard to enjoy lunch. Good if you want a quick bite, but don't expect anything special. Price - slightly higher than expected.

The floor was so dirty that our feet stuck to the floor with every step. Table service wasn't offered either. There were no signs available. The ice machine was broken again. The tables were also very dirty and sticky. The food wasn't bad and didn't take long to serve.

Centrally located, ideal for a quick snack in Munich's Old Town. Staff mostly friendly, food as usual good. Unfortunately, it's a bit crowded at peak times and sometimes not entirely clean, but overall, it's solid.

A larger McDonald's in the heart of the city center. Very easy to find. Unassuming from the outside, but attractively designed. The interior is also very pleasantly decorated. Due to its location, it's often busy. This means you have to wait a bit longer. Of course, the cleanliness suffers somewhat because it's so busy, but the staff try hard. The employees are friendly. Of course, there are no parking spaces due to the location.

Me and my boyfriend ordered from this place at 11:27 pm. Only ordered 3 things. They prolonged the preparing of the food and the delivery for over 3 hours. We called them and they kept hanging up on us. We don't know who is answering these calls but every time he picks up the phone and hears we ordered he hangs up. And no, our delivery hasn't arrived. So disrespectful.

One of the worst McDonald's branches in Munich. The fries are cold and not salty. The burgers are poorly prepared. The tables are dirty and not cleaned regularly. The employees are extremely rude and slow. Personal conversations are more important than serving customers. And if you want to order something directly at the checkout, you're yelled at and told to place your order on the screen.

The food came very quickly and everything was hot and all the tables were occupied, a big compliment for the speed.

I don't recommend it; stay away from them. They don't pre-order the entire order, but instead tell you to bring the entire order, which the kids have already started eating because they have to keep an eye on it. And all this for a cheeseburger. Order returned, no refund.

The double cheeseburger is half the size advertised. Instead of two napkins, you get eight. The prices haven't been updated on Maps yet.

I went to McDonald's today and was very disappointed with the service and food preparation at this restaurant. The burger was dry and thin – it had nothing on a Big Tasty. The fries were completely over-fried and hard. The employee simply handed over the food without any emotion – no friendliness, no effort to serve it attractively. I really didn't feel like eating it. This is not what you imagine a visit to McDonald's to be like.

Cool McDonald's with many seating spots. I put sugar in my coffee order and it tasted like there was no sugar at all, the only thing that kinda sucked. The food is okay, just like you'd expect.

The fries were soggy soft. The Hamburger Royal dried out with tomato. That was better. Lack of quality control. Too bad!

To use the bathroom, you basically have to tip the guy standing by the stairs. He had his earphones in and didn’t even bother to say thank you after I tipped him. Pretty disappointing. That said, the woman at the register really friendly and super quick.

This Mac Donald's is very busy at the mornings. Thought l made a mistake last time with my order as our number didn't show on monitor but when l asked a young guy at the counter he said it was ok and had already noted our order. Also asked the young man to clean our table and did so very quickly. Thank you.

Air conditioning is defective. It felt like 35 degrees in the restaurant. It is April outside temperature 23 degrees. Very uncomfortable to sit here for any length of time.

The worst McDonald's I've ever visited. After we received our food, we wanted to sit at the outside tables on the street and eat it. Garbage on the floor, garbage on the table, so there was no space. When I asked the staff to kindly remove the rubbish, I was told by the lady at the entrance that I should remove it myself. What a disgrace!! If I were the manager of this restaurant, I would terminate Dame immediately. I have never experienced a juice shop like this McDonald's.

I order a "Big Tasty Bacon Chili Cheese", for €6.59, but they give me a burger without bacon (just "Tasty Chili Cheese"). Sadly, it's not the first time McDonald's forgets to put bacon in a bacon burger. Before leaving I go to the bathroom and I bump into a McDonald's employee on the stairs who asks me 1€ (without a receipt) to use the bathroom. Basically extortion. It is absolutely not a McDonald's behavior and standard. On another occasion I got a fairly paltry €3.59 burger, as shown in the photo. Back in April 2025, they are abrupt at the desk: I show up with my number waiting for confirmation to take away the sandwich, the sales assistant doesn't even check that the number matches and tells me to leave. Anyone could go there and get my meal without confirmation. At the table I unwrap the package and find something horrible, with the hamburger detached from the bun: they aren't even capable of assembling the components.

Visited to buy chicken nuggets for the kids. They have 3 types of nuggets, but I have never seen that in the UAE. The have an elevator inside which is amazing for the kids trolley.

The service at McDonald's is very efficient first of all. We were served quickly (Thursday and Friday). I give this McDonald's 5 stars because one employee even gave me a hole in the toilet. She even put my magic wand in her mouth and sucked on it. I was very at peace and am the proud father of three children, although the other two are dark brown.
