It always depends on the day and time. During the weekdays it is usually tidy. In the evening and especially on weekends, exactly the opposite. The toilets are downstairs and not particularly clean. Nuggets, fries or cappuccino always work.

It's a McDonald's like most others. Was very busy but we managed to get a table to eat in. Some nice different food choices from our UK McDonald's.

Very kids friendly. I was dining alone with my 2 year old and the staff helped me get the tray and took it away when I left. My don likes the free balloon very much. Thank you. It was enjoyable to have lunch here.

A very clean, efficient, and orderly McDonalds located in Old Town. Same as any other MCD you would find all over the world.

Shopkeepers discriminating against Asian tourists. If you use the restroom, they get angry and don't explain what's going on. The delivery of foods is messy. The degree of low quality is not what you would expect to find in a developed country. I have concerns about the treatment of Asian tourists by some shopkeepers. These are the rudest McDonald’s workers I’ve ever seen. They were scoffing and laughing at us, have no manners or customer service what so ever and it was generally the worst experience I’ve had in a McDonald’s I don’t ever appreciate being spoke to by someone who seems to have a management role (particularly the lady wearing a blue shirt working today, (16/8/24). Mc Donald is always the same almost everywhere, I don't recommend popcorn flavored coca cola, otherwise it's ok. Open late it was the only place we could eat after midnight.

Food is like regular McDonalds. The employees aren't exactly friendly, but I can understand that given the stress. The toilet is always different depending on the person, and that bothers me. On the first day you could go for free, no receipt and no entry, just a tip. On the second day, my colleagues were able to go for free and I was forced to pay entry even though I had already bought food there. I find it disgraceful. Let your customers use the toilet for free.

Of the five menus we ordered, there was something wrong or something was missing. The boy wasn't a boy at all. The lift (we were with a baby carriage) was occupied with a cargo trolley and boxes. The air conditioner blew excessively. Staff unfriendly. Payable toilet.

There is a man (that doesn’t seem to officially work there but staff haven’t removed) that stands at the bottom of the stairs and demands payment for you to use the hand towels that he’s obviously taken out of the holder in the bathroom and the hand dryer is broken

Unfortunately there are almost no free places to sit down.

The food was actually quite good but the staff is very rude and they immediately insult you if you stand in the way for a moment. Most of the service staff speak poor or no German and you really don't understand everything. The cleanliness is also quite ok, it could be better!

Great. McDonald's at Munich Central Station. Fast food temple of the night creatures. It's wonderful to see everyone coming together here, between 2 a.m. and 5 a.m. at night. Add a McPlant with barbecue sauce, curly fries with sour cream and life relaxes...

Please do something with either the barista or the coffee machine. Cappuccino, latte and even hot chocolate are not drinkable. The milk is very very very hot. Terrible. Even more so for breakfast. Minus minus minus.

Terrible service! I wouldn't recommend this McDonald's to anyone! When our food was ready for pickup, the woman at the counter simply gave it to the wrong people and didn't let us know. When we complained, we were rudely insulted by one cashier and completely ignored by the other. Even though we had already paid! We then had to wait three times as long as for our original, stolen order! If we had been treated more kindly, it would have been okay. Everyone makes mistakes at work sometimes. But I have rarely met such unfriendly people in a restaurant. Never again!

Really lousy McDonald's, especially the clientele there is terrible and the operator doesn't seem to care at all. It is also extremely unclean and very loud. It's best to avoid this place. The burgers were also extremely poorly made and very crooked, you could hardly handle them.

Service so bad that One star is even too much. Probably someone had stollen our order but they just didn’t care and they just showed they were pissed even though we were supposed to. I love the vegetarian burgers at McDonalds. Incredibly delicious and I can only recommend it. The burgers themselves were rather small, so I ordered two. In addition to the tables, there are also sockets and wireless cell phone charging, which is particularly practical as a tourist.

We were treated very badly by the gentleman outside who perhaps previously worked as a restaurant manager at the Ritz... we occupied two small tables because there were six of us with a dog while the others went to order inside. He complained to us that we occupied the tables without the order number and we only fit on one, I took out the water bottle to give the dog a drink and he objected to that too. All in a hard-nosed and rude way, I think because they are Italians. Since he was smiling at the table next to the same scene.

My experience at McDonald's was disappointing as they forgot to add the coffee and sugar to my order. This was a bit of a tragedy as I was expecting a full menu. I hope the service will be more attentive in the future.

01/04/2024 After about 12 years of bad experiences: Today around 5:00 a.m. and everything went smoothly! The sandwich was perfectly assembled/garnished and tasty enough rose sauce., curls fries was in a perfect Miami brown. Perfect team and management 🏆🏆🏆🏆🏆 and no bad mood “in the air” or strange tone from employees BIG COMPLIMENT 🍔

Never had this happened to me at McDonald’s. I ordered 2 happy meals, but 2 things were missing, one salad and 1 fruit puree. Instead of saying sorry, she was giving an attitude. I was vlogging so I even have a video as proof, but instead being apologetic she makes it like we were annoying her work.

This McDonald's is situated in the heart of the city, so the atmosphere is usually always crowded. The best way to go about getting your food is to order from the Kiosk, where you are recommended to collect and then use your points from the McDonald's app. The Kiosk is hassle free and convenient. I dined in and collected my order myself. The coupons from the app are really worth it.

After placing our order at the terminal, we typically received a receipt with the order number. We then waited for our order. After 15 minutes we became suspicious and asked about the status after our number was no longer visible on the monitor. We were then told that the order had already been completed. But since we didn't receive any food, we naturally expected that we would get food that had already been paid for. This was fundamentally denied and we were accused of wanting to pick up food that we had ordered/paid for once and several times. Our employees therefore accused us of committing a CRIME. This resulted from the statement of an employee who claimed to have already seen us picking up food. When the security staff said that there were cameras, we were of course cooperative and wanted to refer to the cameras, as they would clearly prove that these allegations are completely false. Unfortunately, these recordings were ultimately refused to be viewed. Outraged by this, we wanted to speak to the manager, who came to us after more than 15 minutes and only devalued the expertise. Finally, after a long discussion, we got our paid meal. Therefore, I would strongly advise against going to the restaurant unless you want to accept an accusation of a crime innocently and without any objective evidence. Which even when defended is treated condescendingly.

A normal, normal self-service McDonald's. I ate well, but the place is quite difficult to find. Although the toilet is officially free, there is a woman standing next to it on a chair and asking for money (which she then puts on a saucer). When you ask how much, she says "how much you will give." Strange, very strange.

When we finally saw the golden M after a long walk and drive, our empty and hungry stomachs were happy. My friends and I wanted to order a small lunch snack for little money because we wanted to eat out later. After we looked around there was a lot of space. It was really great that there were a lot of tables and that they were relatively clean. Sat down, got up, ordered the Mc-Smart menu and waited a quick 4 minutes. The food didn't look great, but it tasted normal. We were able to enjoy our meal under the rattling air conditioning. A little annoying, but it was okay. Toilets were the most disgusting toilets I have ever visited. Ironically, you even HAVE to pay money for the fact that they have never been cleaned. (At least that's the impression). In addition, more than 4 signs for table service would not be a bad idea. Overall 3 stars from me and my friends.🌟

Quite okay, eat like at all McDonalds, but I find it very tragic that mayo costs extra😔 so you're almost finished with the fries but all of them are majo and you're not allowed to get some more mayo.. things have to change, it can't be like that moving on, in all other countries where I was, mayo was free in McDonalds AND in some the portions were bigger and cheaper.. (+ rather a few seats, look around before you order)

Staff is nice. Food is normal McDonalds standard. I'm usually here around breakfast time. I'm wondering what I need to do to get my coffee in a regular cup. If I select “to drink here,” I get a paper cup. If I select "reusable" I get one of the reusable cups with a lid. Can someone please enlighten me? I take the time to drink in the restaurant, so why do I only get the “ToGo” versions? Is this because of breakfast time, or is that generally the case here?
