Just normal Burger King. Visited several times and never noticed anything negative👍

Unfortunately you can't rate with zero stars or minus stars, but that would reflect it, not getting what was ordered, no exchange for the desired product, cold burgers, cold fries and soggy onion rings. DISASTER

I got everything I wanted after initial difficulties when ordering, but the staff solved it well.

Ordered a burger for €6, then there was one in the bag for €3, which tasted pretty boring and was exactly the one I DIDN'T want, the ketchup for the fries was also forgotten. The chili cheese fries were sour instead of spicy. Extremely unpleasant experience this time... definitely just an oversight that they stuffed the cheaper burger in (and hidden it well with napkins on top).

Order via terminal ok, but no printout, so no proof, no invoice. However, the staff was able to say the order number based on the order. Waiting time quite long despite fewer customers. Staff but friendly.

Bottomless impudence on Bodenseestrasse! There were 4 of us there. We had to wait almost half an hour for our 4 burgers. 3 out of 4 burgers were ice cold. A written complaint was responded to. Of course, extremely complicated with the request that I have to call the branch. Then I did that. No one answered the phone when I called. I left the answering machine with a callback request. This was not complied with. There was no response to further emails. Extremely unprofessional and directly cheeky.

The machine where you order food does not issue a receipt. Waited for food for more than 30 minutes and the staff are very rude and it turns out they call your number and if you don't answer they take the food back 🤦‍♂️

Everything is overcrowded and total incompetence. Burger King has really changed for the better! After the extensive renovations, the difference is clearly noticeable. The service is much better now: the staff are attentive and friendly. The cleanliness is also at a new level; everything looks neat and well maintained. I was really pleasantly surprised by these improvements. Burger King has shown that they are constantly evolving and taking the customer experience seriously.

This store is a disaster. The ordering machines didn't work and no one wanted to take the order in person. We then drove through the drive in. Fries were given out without salt, forgot mayo and ketchup, instead of 1x chocolate and 1x caramel sauce, 2x caramel sauce was given out. There were also no bowls for the sauces. The lady wanted to pour the sauces directly over the churros. I wanted the sauce in a bowl, as shown in the picture. She shakes her head and says, "I've never experienced anything like that before"

Wow. Two attempts (via the BK komepage and then directly by email) are apparently ignored. Apart from an automatic "YOUR CONCERN blah blah blah" NOTHING has come from the head office even after weeks. They don't seem to give a damn about the service disaster there. If there were minus asterisks I would have chosen -10 As a customer you feel like you are in good hands. I will continue to avoid the place

Boss yells at customers (12:54 a.m.) that we customers always come 2 minutes before closing time and that we shouldn't order (we've already paid) and was very rude. You don't treat customers like that. You talk calmly and explain that you should just come earlier next time. Tables were dirty too.

Decent Burger King that is often busy in the evenings. There can be a good five minute wait at the drive-in. I think it's great that all burgers are also offered vegetarian and recup cups 👍🏻.

This is the second time I've had an incredibly bad experience with the plant-based long chicken (before the breading was marked with parsley) and the plant-based nuggets. At the first I bit on a dark blue plastic tube and was then given a second burger as an apology, which of course I didn't want to eat anymore. I ate the nuggets half a week ago. They didn't taste anything like usual and were very soggy. A short time later I threw up so bad. It's definitely not always the branch's fault, but for me BK and especially this branch are dead.

I was looking forward to it, took a bite and realized halfway through that you are unfortunately incapable of making a cheeseburger. There were jalapenios on it, so I asked AGAIN at the checkout for a CHEESEBURGER and then an unfriendly man who didn't make eye contact or a smile or even an APOLOGY came to me with a cheeseburger and opened it in front of me with his bare hands WITHOUT gloves , to show me that the INcompetent people in there finally managed to make a cheeseburger! So thank you Burger King, this really shows why you should go to your competition, they can at least serve the customers in a friendly way and get a simple cheeseburger on the go!

Ambiance is good, only if you want to sit outside it is a bit loud. Burger King or at least decor is very new and it was pretty clean too. Service would actually be 5 stars because it was very quick, but the staff is sometimes unfriendly. Food was warm and tasted good for fast food.

Four star for a burger king. Cleanish, screen games for the kids to play, food came at normal fast pace, and the staff were friendly. We also appreciated the coke machine which isn't as common in Germany. The bathrooms could use paper towels or something besides the splatter maker.

Das ist nen Burger King - das fällt bei mir nicht in die Kategorie "schön essen gehen". Es geht schnell und die Bestellung am Computer klappt problemlos. Die Burger machen Satt und sind lecker - besser als beim McDonald's und auch vielen Restaurants, selbst einigen Burger Restaurants. Normal sind die Pommes besser. Manchmal könnten sie nen paar Sekunden länger im Fett schwimmen.

Das Ambiente hat mir gut gefallen. Ich habe per SB Terminal bestellt. Leider ging der Drucker nicht. War aber kein Problem. Der freundliche Mitarbeiter gab mir mein Essen.

Sauber, Mitarbeiter freundlich, Service fix, Ambiente innen halt BK aber nett, Außenbereich an einer Hauptstraße neben einer Tankstelle - für romantische Absichten nicht so geeignet.

Sehr tolles Ambiente und freundlich eingerichtetes Restaurant. Essen war wie immer und auch mein extra Wunsch wurde erfüllt. Parkplätze gibt es sind kostenlos. Kann ich weiterempfehlen
