McDonald's in München

I ordered fries without salt, but they made them with extra salt. One of the servers was very unfriendly and disrespectful. Despite that, I didn't get a replacement. 😂

I went to McDonald's just to grab a bite with my friends, but unfortunately, it wasn't a good experience. We ordered 20 nuggets that were overcooked; with every bite, I thought it was a cement block. I also ordered a McSmart and specifically asked for no ice cubes, which was noted on the receipt, yet I still got more ice cubes than Coke. And finally, with the cheeseburger, I specifically ordered it without onions, and guess what? The burger had onions! I definitely don't recommend this McDonald's; it's the worst I've ever been to. Never again.

A really nice, modern McDonald's. You can order your food directly to your car without having to go through the drive-thru. Unfortunately, the parking spaces are incredibly tight, especially in the evenings. If necessary, you can park on the street or at the V-Market next door. Inside, I found it very clean for a McDonald's, and the staff were friendly. I can definitely recommend it.

The worst McDonald's in Munich. The nuggets were burnt, the fries were just hard. Yes, it's just a McDonald's, but getting completely burnt nuggets is an outrage.

Ordered on Lieferando at 10 PM. After almost 2 hours, nothing has arrived and there was no response when we called.

Extremely limited selection. Almost everything sold out. No veggie burgers. McCafé only had four coffee options available. All specials sold out. It took a long time even though no one was at the coffee machines.

I think they also sell warehouse stock. 🤔 Because the burger is definitely two weeks old.

Fries never salted, according to the sign they're always salted, but after the McDrive there wasn't a single grain of salt on them. Staff unfriendly.

The staff are abusing the pickup system. Every time my number appears on the screen as ready for pickup, it takes another 5-10 minutes until the order is actually ready.

Ordered from Lieferando. Delivery was promised within two hours. We wanted to cancel, but that wasn't possible, and the phone number was unreachable. The food arrived two hours later, cold, and with the wrong drinks.

Quick service. Courteous staff, but they don't speak English. The place is quiet and clean. We ordered several sandwiches, but none of them were hot. The fries were too salty. Thank you for your hospitality.

We went there after a party, the food was good but they forgot 4 items from our order, we had to keep going back to the counter with the receipt to pick up the items.

The play area is currently closed and renovations are still ongoing. As with other McDonald's restaurants, there is hardly any heating here during the winter.

My friend and I were just getting our nails glued on, and we were immediately tattled on by little kids. Then a blonde employee came up to us and told us to get out and be ashamed of ourselves. She threatened to call the police just because we were doing our nails. We're never going there again. Worst McDonald's ever!!! I wish I could give it negative stars. If that were possible, it would be a -10.

It turned out that we had accidentally ordered a chicken burger with sauce for our children instead of one without. However, the manager was so kind that we immediately received a new chicken burger without sauce. That's not something you can take for granted and was very nice.

Ordered vegetarian nuggets again and got regular ones... It's just annoying. Never again from this place.

What terrible service! We waited half an hour for breakfast, and then they completely forgot about us. You could take their shoes off while walking and they wouldn't notice. Three people staring at a tray and they couldn't finish it. I've never experienced such an incompetent McDonald's team. Fast food? Not in Munich, apparently.

Ordered takeout: discovered at work: Burger ordered without onions > received with onions 🙄, I was already annoyed. Two wrong sauces with the nuggets 😨who the hell wants mustard sauce with the nuggets 🙄. And then, last but not least, the apple turnover I ordered wasn't there... It's not like eating it is cheap these days.

Already rated about 2 months ago, today only 1 star, today only zero stars. Incompetent team. They always forget to pack something, and yes, sorry, when you're sitting in the car and ordering more, it's harder to keep track of everything. Especially since you don't want to hold up the ridiculously long line behind you any longer to check your order. How is it possible that products are forgotten every time? Kindergarten children could probably do a better job of this. Horrible, you don't get what you pay for.

Families with small children will find a play area that's more reminiscent of an indoor paradise than a fast-food add-on – large, colorful, loud, but welcome. Conclusion: A McDonald's with room for more—breakfast, family time, short meetings, or simply a moment's break in northeast Munich. It's not an insider tip, but a place that demonstrates how chain restaurants can also create a quality dining experience.

Great service, everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and the food came to the table extremely quickly. BUT, please, folks, if you're going to offer "New York Cheesecake," then it HAS to be this. But what you get is just regular, baked cheesecake. Yes, OK, it tastes good, but NY Cheesecake is NOT baked. The one you get is baked.

A nice older gentleman with glasses and a mustache is truly the best employee. He does his job very conscientiously and tries to help everyone quickly. He's truly a fantastic employee; he deserves a raise!

Ordered food, but the staff themselves messed up orders. Spent money on extra sauces, nowhere to be found. Warm cheeseburger, no luck. It was like it was just taken out of the fridge. Napkins cost extra these days, right? Luckily I was wearing socks. The nuggets were warm, but probably from the day before, oh well. And compared to the fries, I could have chewed on my shoelaces. Going to bed hungry now, too bad :(

The hygiene leaves a lot to be desired, as is the case in any fast-food restaurant or in many restaurants, of course. But what can you do? You almost never get what you order (wrong drink, missing sauces, no sugar in your coffee, etc.). Tables are often dirty from food and cigarettes. Otherwise, the location is good and the atmosphere is nice, but the staff is unprofessional.

I went through the drive-thru today. My order was one large cappuccino and one small strawberry milkshake. The cappuccino was lukewarm, and the cup was half full at best. The milkshake was a lumpy mess with ice crystals. There was no taste of strawberry. This cup was also only half full. I didn't notice until I was already at the office. Guys, that was really disappointing.

The language there isn't good. Ordered online and then half of it wasn't there. I'd rather take the ferry 3 km further and get what I ordered. You're standing peacefully at the checkout when the hearty roar of the store/shift manager comes from the kitchen, motivating his employees with a mixture of humiliation and racism. This leadership style is truly inspiring! It makes you feel welcome as a customer.

We've received the wrong order three times in a row, and after 20 calls, no one answers.

Today, everything in the order was wrong except for the drinks. Who eats fries and a milkshake? Twice before, something was missing, too. It's not a big deal if a fry is missing, but it's always the main course. Of course, no one could be reached by phone.

Loud, hectic, and uncomfortable. The toilet was disgusting, and the changing mat was unusably dirty! The electric charging station was occupied by a combustion engine.

It's rather the exception that I eat McDonald's; the burgers are always smaller and the quality is lukewarm.

That's fine in itself. However, you can tell from the food that there's little enthusiasm for it. First, our food wasn't brought, and then after half an hour, they asked what was wrong with it, and the joy of preparing it was lacking.

Our first order was taken incorrectly. We didn't order extra fries, but they charged us. When this was corrected, they also forgot that we didn't want ice in our drinks. After 15 minutes of discussion, we got fed up with the situation and left. When we got home, we noticed that the fries had been forgotten from the menu. Pay particular attention to what you get and what you don't get, especially on the night shift. The place is a disaster. Then they even badmouth mistakes made by the employees in front of the customers. Simply rude.

🕛 Disappointing experience due to early closing According to the opening hours posted on the door, this McDonald's was supposed to be open until midnight. I was there on July 7th around 11:45 PM, but the cash registers had already been cleared and the self-service machines were deactivated. The store manager essentially said there would be no more service – even though it was still officially open. This is not only disappointing, but also legally questionable, as restaurants are required to provide service within their advertised opening hours. It seems as if they've prematurely abandoned their working hours – at the expense of their customers. The company should urgently work on adhering to its opening hours! It's not reliable and I would not recommend it!

This is the second time we've ordered through Uber Eats and a burger was missing... The first time, we called what felt like a thousand times, but no one was available! Today, someone answered the phone but explained that they weren't coming in because of one more burger, and we owed one! Hello?!?!?!! I'm still speechless.

Unfortunately, it was very messy and the burgers weren't very good. First I got the wrong order, then when I complained, I got the wrong burger again, along with the other wrong one. Because the employees were very busy, I ate the wrong burgers, and unfortunately, they weren't very good. But the staff tried their best to keep the store clean and process all orders. However, since it was very early in the morning, that might have had something to do with it. The McD's is a bit better during the day, but it does take quite a while to get your order.

One of the best McDonald’s around Well located, clean, lots of seats, great service and efficiently ran. I cannot recommend enough. There are both indoor and outdoor seats, can order via machines or at the counter. It’s excellent.

I went to McDonald's with my two kids today. Since they were having problems with the app, I ordered at the counter. The lady was very rude and simply said that the app wasn't her problem. The order I took was incorrect several times because the menu items were incorrectly arranged, and instead of enjoying a leisurely meal, I just walked back and forth. The staff isn't friendly to me as an adult or to children; I can't recommend this McDonald's!

I went to McDonald’s with my wife’s family and two small children. We wanted to order something. We wanted to eat something. I politely looked for employees and asked if it was possible to get chairs for the children where I could sit the children down so that the children could eat in peace and we too. Then they said no, we didn't. The boss isn't there but the boss goes through the whole time, then told the boss and asked what's going on, the employees don't care, screw it. Said there are no high chairs where you can sit with children in there or there are but they don't give them out for whatever reason, not recommended if you want to go with the family.

Good, everything according to PS. They always have some special offers so there is something for everyone. There is also a toilet. There is plenty of free parking as well as chargers for electric cars. Everything is there, this is a very good McDonald's and it is well organized and also the staff is very friendly. Where to start? Not only is everything messed up, the numbers displayed for collection do not match the current status at all. Numbers are called that are not ready and then they disappear completely. There is a garbage can outside, it smells like crap, we bought ice cream. After 5 minutes we got ice cream. That wasn't ice, it was water ice. Real vanilla ice cream used to be 100%. But now the ice cream doesn't taste good at all.

Went there yesterday - ate cheeseburger, fishmac and double cheeseburger. Everything was top notch, hot and fresh. Gladly again!
