Usual McDonald's with drive-through. Often very crowded. Bad parking situation in the evening. Not particularly cozy, like almost all McDonald's. Always seems a bit like a train station hall. Relatively clean for so many people. You should still clean your table yourself beforehand. The food is brought to the table. The tables are cleared away quickly.

Everything tastes the same, only the fries are good

I put the money on the table to buy a pair of palm trees. The clerk took the money from the table and told me that she didn't take it even though I saw her but she said that she didn't take the money. I told the secretary he would open the camera to check but he refused. He said, “I can’t help you.”

Without voucher 706 (2x Hamburger Royal cheese for 3.79) there is no reason to go given the prices. However, what is positive compared to other branches is that at least enough sauce is used here. Citizen quality is definitely better here than in other branches.

As good as McDonald's gets! I get the impression that the staff here are part of a team and they are motivated to please the customers.

I've been there several times, the staff is always clean and friendly, sometimes I've experienced overwhelmed staff or had difficulty understanding the German language, but my order was always complete. At least according to the receipt, what's supposed to be on a burger isn't always true lately. This is the second time I've had a cheeseburger with hardly any mustard, no onions and no cucumber either🙄 Blackhead noticed very little salad on his but it wasn't dry or cold like others so it was edible. Maybe it depends on what time you order food there, which doesn't excuse the deficiencies. For sensitive noses I recommend eating inside, sometimes a smell similar to a sewer comes from the Euro Industrial Park😅

Vouchers are gone just like my will to live now

On Saturday (February 17th, 2024) around 5 p.m. my wife took me a double pack of menus with 2 BigMäc on the way home. After eating I felt that the food wasn't good for me and I hadn't eaten anything before or after. I knew there was something wrong with the food. Later I had nausea and severe diarrhea. Never again!

I ordered via Lieferando. They forgot one of my burgers, a double chilu cheeseburger. It was already paid online. When I called to let them know the guy hung up after a minute. They stole 4 euro from me and didn't wanna send the missing burger.

I ordered a burger without ketchup and got ketchup with a bit of burger on it

The restaurant was too crowded and dirty, but the service was fast. The staff was not nice.

Toilets are very clean... Otherwise there are better McDonald's but when there is criticism they take action

Counters only worked 2 out of 6 because the cash register was empty….

I had a mixed experience on my last visit to the local McDonald's restaurant. On one hand, I was impressed by the cleanliness and maintenance of the restaurant. It was inviting and well-kept, which isn't always a given at fast food chains. The quality of the food was also above average. The food tasted fresh and was nicely prepared, and the selection of menu options met my expectations. Unfortunately, there were aspects that didn't quite meet my expectations. The most striking point was the service. The wait for my order was longer than usual, even at a time when the restaurant wasn't particularly busy. This was a little disappointing as I'm usually used to fast service from McDonald's. Additionally, the interaction with the staff wasn't as pleasant as I would have liked. They seemed rather disinterested and not very friendly, which spoiled the entire experience a bit. A friendlier demeanor and more attention to customers would greatly improve the atmosphere and raise service to the level expected from McDonald's. In summary, while my visit to McDonald's was good overall, there are definitely areas where improvement would be possible and desirable. Faster service and friendlier staff would significantly enhance the experience. I hope these points will be addressed in the future to improve the overall experience for customers.

Always busy and my order was prepared incorrectly

I came over with a friend in the evening. There were long queues and luckily there were self-service checkouts. took something for the evening and went back.

Immer frische Sachen, bis auf 2 oder 3 mal waren die Pommes labbrig und kalt

Schöner, großer, sehr moderner McDonald's. Allerdings waren nicht alle Bestell-Terminals nutzbar aufgrund technischer Probleme. Essen war gut, aber der McDonald's könnte etwas sauberer sein. Alles in allem ein guter McDonald's. Parkplatz Suche war allerdings schwierig, da alles voll war.

McDrive ist ok wenn man auf das Essen steht. Ebenso drinnen. Personal ist freundlich.

Der Kaffee und der Kuchen waren gut. Der Preis war auch ok.

Handelsüblicher McDonalds man bekommt was man erwartet. Nuggets waren frisch ,der Laden sauber und die Bedienung super nett

Pretty good McDonald's, overall. Food usually good. Service in general fine, but they making small mistakes quite often (wrong sauces, missing order details). Not a big deal, because this place is almost always crowded and people working hard. Missing items are always given upon request. Coffee is fine, sweets also good. Especially cheesecake - liked it. One thing was constant and very disappointing - Fanta tasted like a sparkling water, barely with any syrup. Since my last review it was fixed. However, recently noticed that the tables are often not cleaned well with pieces of food on them. Otherwise still a firm 4 stars. Parking is always full, it's easier to park at the Baumarkt and walk.

Wenn man Hunger hat, kann man hingehen

Went twice during my short trip to Munich! The place is really great & comfy. Food was top and the coffee on the next morning as well!

Lt. Internet bis 10.30 Uhr Frühstückzeit, war um 10 Uhr da, und lt. der unfreundliche Dame am Schalter gibt's nur bis 10 Uhr Frühstück. Hab sie auf das im Internet angegebene Zeiten angesprochen, was sie auch nicht interessiert hat. Was jetzt? 10 Uhr oder 10.30 ? Oder hatten die Mitarbeiter keine Lust mehr Frühstück zuzubereiten?

Durch die beschädigten Orderterminals wirkt der Eingangsbereich etwas schäbig. Ansonsten alles Standard.

McDonald's, wie man es kennt... Mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern... Gerne wieder...

Sehr angenehmes Ambiente, der Service ist sehr gut hervorzuheben. Das Essen ist nach wie vor sehr lecker. Ich empfehle McDonald's auf jeden Fall weiter. Vielen Dank.

Eine absolute Empfehlung in München! Wir hatten kürzlich eine großartige Erfahrung bei McDonald's in der Maria Probst Straße! Wir entschieden uns, in der gemütlichen Lounge zu sitzen, was unserem Besuch eine entspannte Note verlieh. Das Essen war wie immer köstlich und frisch zubereitet. Die Mitarbeiter, insbesondere Akh, verdienen besondere Anerkennung. Akh gab wirklich Vollgas, um sicherzustellen, dass unser Besuch angenehm war. Sein freundlicher Service und seine Aufmerksamkeit machten unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas Besonderem. Das Ambiente in dieser Filiale ist einladend und gepflegt, was das Esserlebnis noch angenehmer macht. Es ist offensichtlich, dass das Team hier stolz darauf ist, eine saubere und einladende Umgebung zu schaffen. Einziger kleiner Wermutstropfen waren die lauten Autos, die in der Straße standen, aber das ist leider etwas, worüber das McDonald's-Team keine Kontrolle hat. Tatsächlich ziehen gute Läden oft eine lebhafte Umgebung an, und das spricht für die Beliebtheit dieses Ortes. A very fine branch of MacDonald's...Such a huge place...a very nice ambience...with a very nice outside sitting area...and the cherry on the top is that it is open for 24 hours, so that you can visit anytime... really a good place to spend some good time. Outside sitting is highly recommended.

Es wird immer schlimmer delux 🍔 ist da nur noch der Preis... total kalt und schon alt.. Netzkatoffeln gibt es in Mini... und zusammen gedrückt und auch nicht mehr frisch...
