I can't recommend it, the service is at the worst level. They waited 20 minutes for their order. They didn't spend all the food, they forgot to put half of the products in the children's Happy Meal, later they forgot to bring water and juices at all, and they didn't give out sauces at all. A shop with poor hygiene and when I go out to eat I always see the kitchen staff working without gloves and in unhygienic conditions. McDonald's should control its stores more and also the hygiene department.

I'm often in the branch. But things are getting worse there. Actually it should be 24 hours. Open.... But maybe the opening hours should be changed. In the morning, before 6 a.m., you will be looked at and ignored when you are there. Ordering takes time, when it's ready you eat it cold. Some staff unfriendly. There is a gentleman who always cleans there. He's the only one who's friendly. The order terminals are deactivated for “technical reasons”. But 20 minutes ago they were still working. App ordering no longer works either. It's a shame that you're no longer seen as a paying customer, but rather as a troublemaker.

Worst McDonald’s of my life: The fries were cold, the burger patties were okay. The waiting time for newly ordered/exchanged fries was easily 5 minutes. I often ordered beef burgers from McDonald's, but each time I noticed an unusual smell that did not correspond to the typical taste of beef. When I asked the staff about it, I learned that the beef burgers are cooked on the same grill that was previously used to grill bacon or other pork products. This is unacceptable to me as it does not correspond to the information on the product description. McDonald’s should serve its customers correctly and ensure that such contamination is avoided. I am very disappointed and will not eat here again in the future.

A very good McDonald's. Everything freshly prepared. This is how it tastes best. The facility is newly renovated and has a nice ambience. I'm thrilled because that's often not the case elsewhere.

Food came very quickly. Toilets are very dirty. Fries were fresh, burger unfortunately not that warm. You can see that it has been prepared for a long time. At €30 for 3 menus it wasn't worth it. Mcdonalds in Croatia during our vacation despite a higher number of people, the food was top.

The staff took the wrong toy and put it in the happy meal but was very impatient

This time the burger was warm and so were the fries. We were brought to the table quickly at around 10:30 p.m. The food is still one star less because, as always, a meal without cutlery and plates creates an enormous amount of waste and you will rarely be able to get by without a second table to put rubbish on. This time the service only gets 3 points because no napkins were given out with the food and there were no displays in the guest room, and there wasn't even a station to be found, like before. So you had to run to the cash register with smeared fingers and mouth and get extra napkins. That shouldn't happen at all in a restaurant with finger food. An improvement here would be if additional wet wipes could be handed out, as is common practice in some places. In any case, this would make it easier to reach older and more demanding target groups. The service staff in the lobby also didn't understand German or English and couldn't help at first. With sign language I reached my goal 😉. After the renovation, we like the new facility, especially because it is very spacious and looks new. 4 stars for that. We didn't go to the toilets.

I would like to give 0, but that's not possible. Food doesn't taste good at all since the renovation. We got 2 stale burgers with hard bread and the meat had already solidified. No fresh ingredients. Meat was almost black and cheese was also hard. Drinks just don't taste like anything. Not recommended. You can't sell something like that!

We took a huge detour at night because we wanted to get a coffee here. Restaurant and McDrive closed between 12:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. due to sewer work. Thanks for nothing.

We are actually satisfied. Unfortunately our order went wrong at the drift today. It could be because the nice woman who took our order was looking at her cell phone a little too much. I've never experienced a Maggi who so consistently forgets to pack things. You have to do that sometimes 😂. It's nothing new that fries go out unsalted or that the burgers stay stale for ages.

I'm not a big McD fan anyway, but you can't do anything for your family who like it. We haven't been to the Euro Industrial Park for years. But our visit is the last straw. I've never seen such a dirty McD. There was NO clean table. So we had to at least take the least dirty table. Even when the food was brought to us, it wasn't wiped down! Yes, McD is a family restaurant. But that means it's normal for several smaller children to run around the restaurant screaming and jumping around on all the seats. Yes, it would be the parents’ turn first. But if they don't have to say anything, management or employees have to intervene. The burgers weren't anything special either. All burgers and filet o fish with cheese were assembled crookedly. In order to straighten them out so that they can be eaten without them falling apart, the cheese naturally sticks so that it tears the bun. I will CERTAINLY not go into this McD again and if my wife and child turn upside down...

Well located McDonalds with great green space. The staff were friendly; the food and coffee are hot and fresh. Then why only 3 stars? Because the table next to me and mine weren't even cleaned during my 40 minute stay, even though it was extremely dirty. But there were enough FTEs unemployed. That's better! Since there was no other space available, this was the only option I had to accept.

Usual McDonald's with drive-through. Often very crowded. Bad parking situation in the evening. Not particularly cozy, like almost all McDonald's. Always seems a bit like a train station hall. Relatively clean for so many people. You should still clean your table yourself beforehand. The food is brought to the table. The tables are cleared away quickly.

Without voucher 706 (2x Hamburger Royal cheese for 3.79) there is no reason to go given the prices. However, what is positive compared to other branches is that at least enough sauce is used here. Citizen quality is definitely better here than in other branches.

I've been there several times, the staff is always clean and friendly, sometimes I've experienced overwhelmed staff or had difficulty understanding the German language, but my order was always complete. At least according to the receipt, what's supposed to be on a burger isn't always true lately. This is the second time I've had a cheeseburger with hardly any mustard, no onions and no cucumber either🙄 Blackhead noticed very little salad on his but it wasn't dry or cold like others so it was edible. Maybe it depends on what time you order food there, which doesn't excuse the deficiencies. For sensitive noses I recommend eating inside, sometimes a smell similar to a sewer comes from the Euro Industrial Park😅
