I visited this place yesterday. I come here often. Yesterday was the collapse of the system. Because there is no older blonde lady in service, the service is very slow and the toilet has never been dirtier. Chicken nuggets were too old and rancid.

I often come here with my son, order on the screen and get 90% of everything we ordered at the distribution point. If something is missing (we order a lot!) it will be added quickly if you point it out nicely. Only the atmosphere is not so nice because of the many young people, often drunk! But the staff was great!

The service is really good for a McDonald's; if something is forgotten, it is brought to you straight away. It often doesn't take long and the food is always fresh. The only drawback: it is very crowded at peak times in the evenings and on weekends, with lots of young people who don't clean up and misbehave. Mostly drunk and unpleasant.

A standard McDonalds, normal food quality, but often very busy, almost overcrowded. But what is a big problem with this location is the situation for the residents. When the weather is good, there are always loud customers, especially from Friday to Monday. Apparently serves as both a youth meeting place and a meeting point for all the drunk people after the party. There is absolutely no attention paid to appropriate volume or behavior. Cars honk for fun at the drive-in, laughter and music still playing at 2 a.m. Unfortunately, no one here falls asleep with the window open. The location is generally no longer suitable at all. There used to be an industrial area around the Paulaner Brewery, but today there are hundreds of new apartments in dozens of different new buildings next door. You could say this McDonalds is an ugly remnant of an old time and doesn't fit into the beautifully redesigned "Am Nockherberg". A location on Silberhornstraße or Rosenheimer Platz would be much more suitable.

We were there for the first time with our daughter, 6 years old. On a Sunday because she wanted fries after a trip. Well, we thought, because we don't usually eat at and from McDonalds. The fries were OK, although very salty. Our little one wanted ketchup. When I went to get it, I was told matter-of-factly and charmingly that it cost 50 cents. I think that's exaggerated. In many food stores or snack bars you can have as much ketchup as you want. But okay, I bought it. The environment is clean, the staff tries hard to help you more or less... but I realize again: For me, McDonalds is a provider of "empty" food. It may have its fans and the quality matches the price, but the future in food looks different. standstill. Nothing will change here, apart from the ordering process in the future.

The iceberg lettuce on the Bic Mac was still soaked in water and the burger was completely soggy. I ordered a large strawberry shake and got a small vanilla shake. The staff understands German very poorly.

Can't complain. Typical representative of the fast food chain. Everyone should do what they want. The constant construction site in front of the door doesn't make it easy, but there are parking spaces at the back, one of which is usually free.

Can you please - finally - make sure that the wheelies, parties, discos and the endless screaming (like now at 00:10 in the night from Sunday to Monday) ends in your parking lot??? e.g. with a security service or simply cracking down. Your night-time guests don't care about the information about quiet times after 10 p.m., but we in the residential area notice this, especially at night.

Idiotic worker gave me regular Coke instead of Coke Zero. Some people really have problem with sugar intake, I don’t get why are they so unserious about their job…

Best McDonald's, you never know what you're going to get here. Are there 26 chicken mcnuggets instead of the chicken burger I ordered? Or the salad without dressing? Here you eat what is on the table, just like with mom! Edit: just tried again. 8 out of 9 nuggets were there, but without sauces. There was a large salad instead of the small one we ordered. The employees here still care about your health.

The ice cream is becoming more and more expensive. The background (inflation etc) is understandable. But then also smaller portions? There are hardly any toppings in there. Then it's better to go to the ice cream parlor than spend 4 euros on a small MC flurry. It's a shame - I used to be a big Mc Flurry fan. The service etc. was completely fine

It's just a fast food place, but I get the impression that the employees here are pretty committed and friendly. Of course you won't find any culinary revelations, but it fits. Fast, hot, greasy.

This restaurant is really well organized. The employees are consistently friendly. The food was warm and tasty. It is clean and hygienic. Waiting times are good and there are almost no out of stocks. Nothing has been missing so far and I visit the restaurant several times a month. Keep it up! UPDATE: The restaurant now no longer gives out straws (they were made of cardboard) under the guise of sustainability! They cheekily claim that this is the case nationally - it is not. I've been to a few other restaurants since then and there were still straws. Quite embarrassing for the operator... actually also miserable greenwashing The burgers are excellent, hence the stars. UPDATE 04/14/2024 The restaurant could have saved itself on the one cash register, at least today. Huge queue and after 8 minutes of waiting and asking if orders would be taken here, they said "wait". I then went to eat pizza... Miserable service!!!!!

The food depends on how motivated the employees are, sometimes you only get it all pure and cold and rarely very well warm. The tables are clean and you don't want to know what the kitchen looks like.

I'm very satisfied. It's very clean and the food is mostly warm and fresh. It is probably one of the few branches where hardly any mistakes are made when ordering. There are even flowers on the tables. It's big enough to find a seat. The ice cream machine works most of the time. I've never had any problems when I wanted ice cream. I can recommend this branch.

I honestly have to admit that this McDonald's is one of the best we've been to. Neat, clean, well maintained, the staff is friendly and helpful. There are even real flowers on the tables. The food came very quickly, which is quite unusual. Even the toilets are clean.

The experience was not really good. We bought in total four burgers and three of them were put together wrong. We also didn't got our fries and two sauces.

I was there shortly before closing time and was served promptly and very nicely without any fuss. Everything prepared fresh and without the after-work mentality.

DO NOT ORDER IN THE RESTAURANT!!! Far too few employees for a correspondingly high number of customers. In my opinion, order processing is not carried out properly in this branch. The order is: drive-in, orders from the online delivery portals and then the customer in the restaurant. When I wanted to order in the store, I stood at the checkout for 10 minutes and no one came to take orders. There were also several customers behind me. After about 15 minutes, I left the restaurant and canceled my order online. The staff really did their best. But the restaurant was filling up more and more. What I can say about this restaurant is that the quality of the soft drinks is no longer that great. The competition has better quality. This time I actually brought my own drink. The burgers etc. basically taste good. The tables were cleaned once. Now things are looking very bad again. The tables are full of tablets and greasy. Unfortunately, the impetus for cleanliness that has been gained in the meantime has been lost. How is it supposed to work with cleanliness, friendliness and fast service if the team is not enough for the actual number of customers. It's a shame that this restaurant has such ups and downs with the general quality. It's like in school: getting an A grade is easy. Maintaining this is difficult.

War seit fast 20 Jahren Stammkunde hier und habe hunderte € ausgegeben, aber heute mache ich eine Zäsur. Ich stand auf und ließ mein Tablett auf dem Tisch und wollte gehen. Die Abräumerin (Ende 50, blondierte Haare, vollschlank, vermutl. Russin) schnauzte mich an, weil ich das Tablett nicht weggeräumt hatte. Da gehe ich nicht mehr hin.

5 von 5. Immer da wenn man ihn braucht. Für Late night besuche unter der woche besonders gut geeignet. und und während dessen Late Night genauso leer wie. brunch am abend. so leer wie ein saxophon.

Wow, Heute war (fast) alles unter aller Kanone! Die PcPlant Nuggets waren alt und trocken, alle Burger waren allesamt nichtmal lauwarm und alles andere als frisch! Die Pommes waren zwar (relativ!) warm, aber heute sehr ungesalzen. Und das alles beschreibe ich als direkter Nachbar und langjähriger Stammkunde! Ich war wirklich immer positiv überrascht von diesem einst besten McDonald’s Münchens, aber davon ist leider anscheinend von heute auf morgen nichts mehr übrig. Scheinbar liegt es auch an dem Führungspersonal, dass zur jeweiligen Zeit tätig ist. Vor einer Woche hatte ich gefühlt die besten Nuggets weltweit, und sogar noch einen netten Smalltalk mit dem Schichtleiter. Heute war das Essen einfach nur für die Tonne! Nichtmal den Obdachlosen würde ich sowas spenden! Die Bedienung war weder sonderlich nett, noch besonders unfreundlich, an diese ist meine negative Bewertung hierbei ausdrücklich nicht gerichtet. Dass McDonalds nach gewissen Standards arbeitet, und ungenießbares aussortiert, glaube ich mit dem heutigen Tag definitiv nicht mehr! Und gerade in der aktuell angespannten politischen Situation und der steigenden Inflation, ist solch ein schlechter Qualitätsstandard gegenüber zahlungsfreudiger Kunden einfach nur noch unbegreiflich und unverzeihlich! Ich werde mich ab heute von diesem Unternehmen schlichtweg abwenden. Lieber selber etwas kochen, als für so ein schlechtes Essen überhaupt Geld zu bezahlen..

Die Bedienung ist sehr aufmerksam und regelmäßig den Tisch. Im Restaurant gibt es nur wenig Plätze mit Steckdosen.

Leider komplizierte erfahrung… Die Nuggets schmeckten leider nur aufgewärmt und nicht frisch. Außerdem habe ich 2 Haarsträhnen zwischen meinen Zähnen wieder gefunden….

5 Sterne Ich war heute im McDonald's in der Regerstraße 25 in München und war sehr zufrieden. Das Essen war frisch und lecker, die Bedienung war freundlich und aufmerksam und das Ambiente war sauber und gepflegt. Ich habe einen Big Mac mit Pommes frites und Fanta bestellt. Der Burger war perfekt gebraten und die Pommes frites waren knusprig und goldbraun. Die Fanta war kalt und erfrischend. Die Bedienung war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie hat sich die Zeit genommen, meine Fragen zu beantworten und mir bei der Bestellung zu helfen. Das Ambiente war sauber und gepflegt. Die Tische und Stühle waren sauber und die Toiletten waren in einem guten Zustand. Ich kann den McDonald's in der Regerstraße 25 uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Kürzlich hatte ich das Vergnügen, mit meiner Familie einen Besuch bei McDonald's zu machen und ich muss sagen, dass es ein außergewöhnliches Erlebnis war. Von der Atmosphäre bis zur Freundlichkeit des Personals hat uns McDonald's wirklich beeindruckt. Als wir das Restaurant betraten, wurden wir von einer einladenden und freundlichen Atmosphäre begrüßt. Die fröhliche Musik im Hintergrund und das lebhafte Ambiente sorgten sofort für gute Laune. Es war schön zu sehen, wie sauber und gepflegt das Restaurant war. Das hat uns gleich ein gutes Gefühl gegeben. Beim Bestellen unserer Mahlzeiten wurden wir von einem der Mitarbeiter unterstützt, der sehr geduldig und hilfsbereit war. Er beantwortete alle unsere Fragen und half uns, die richtigen Entscheidungen zu treffen. Es war toll zu sehen, wie engagiert er war, um sicherzustellen, dass wir eine positive Erfahrung hatten. Was mich am meisten beeindruckt hat, war der Chef persönlich, der uns das Essen an den Tisch brachte und uns herzlich begrüßte. Es fühlte sich wirklich besonders an, dass sich der Chef persönlich um die Gäste kümmerte. Das Essen selbst war frisch zubereitet und lecker. Es war offensichtlich, dass viel Wert auf Qualität gelegt wird. Unsere Burger waren perfekt zubereitet und die Pommes waren knusprig und heiß. Das Personal war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Sie sorgten dafür, dass wir alles hatten, was wir brauchten, und waren immer bereit, uns zu helfen. Es war deutlich zu spüren, dass ihnen das Wohl der Gäste sehr am Herzen liegt. Alles in allem war unser Besuch bei McDonald's ein wirklich positives Erlebnis. Die Atmosphäre war einladend, das Essen frisch und lecker und das Personal äußerst freundlich. Wir haben uns wirklich willkommen und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. McDonald's hat bewiesen, dass Gastronomie mehr sein kann als nur Essen servieren - es kann ein unvergessliches Erlebnis schaffen. Ich kann einen Besuch bei McDonald's nur wärmstens empfehlen!

Typisches McDonalds Essen halt doch kommt es heiß und frisch am tablett und Services Kräfte wenn Ihr selbst zu den Menschen seit werdet ihr auch so behandelt! Sonst top zufrieden. Doch müssten die PC mal neu konfiguriert werden da sie ausfälle haben!

Der beste McDonald’s in München. Das Essen ist immer sehr frisch und warm. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich. Das Restaurant ist sehr sauber und durch die neue große Terrasse sehr schön und gemütlich.

Sehr nettes Personal, sauber und wenn was kalt ist wird es gleich ausgetauscht. Da merkt man das sie sich bemühen.

Gemessen an ähnlichen Fastfood Restaurants ist dieses MC Donalds ganz ordentlich
