Every time you order from there – whether via Uber or directly on site – you end up with something completely different than what you ordered. It's simply outrageous.

One Sunday morning, my husband and I wanted to have breakfast, specifically wraps. My wrap with omelet was cold and half empty. I've had a completely different experience at another branch. Our drinks (a latte and a matcha latte) arrived lukewarm and in different sizes, even though we ordered both 0.3 liters. The foam disappeared immediately after we picked them up at the counter. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this branch.

Everyone knows McDonald's. And that's exactly how it is. Simply brilliant.

Unfortunately, even by McDonald's standards, I've repeatedly had poor quality food. Over-fried chili cheese poppers that were just breaded balls with the cheese fried out, a Sausage McMuffin with a dry, hard bun that seemed to have been toasted several times, some of it heavily blackened...

First visit to the store. Few customers at the tables. A few customers ordering takeaways. The food is prepared fresh and quickly, and packaged and delivered with courtesy. Service - friendly Food - standard McDonald's flavor

Absolutely horrible store you can only shake your head at what is going on in Germany these days hardly anyone can speak German properly then you want to order a salad and want to have two dressings which of course is not possible the salad is of course only available with one dressing so much to blunt

We like eating at McDonald's, but every time we order something is missing!! I complained and the manager replied, "Sorry!!! But if something is missing every time, I won't go there anymore!! A really friendly response!! In my opinion, the employees should work more properly and carefully!

A complete disaster. The staff gave my order to another guest, then didn't acknowledge it (even though I heard it), and then started talking about freshly prepared food, while I ended up waiting 25 minutes (with three guests present). Sensible chain restaurants work differently, with good service and effective problem-solving, of course...

Ordered from Lieferando. Order confirmed. Canceled after an hour. And money was still debited. Never again will I stay away from that store.

We picked up food from McDonald's again today and were unfortunately disappointed again. Instead of the Soulshmallows we ordered, our child's Happy Meal contained a Smurf toy from an older promotion. This, of course, disappointed the child, and we had to go back. They did find the right toy there, but the employee seemed annoyed. My tip: Always check orders immediately to avoid such mistakes. Reading orders correctly and packing them correctly isn't for everyone. The food was also more bad than good. The ice cream was already more liquid than solid when it was handed over. The McDonald's machine probably needs another break...

The food was fresh and the restaurant was very clean, the toilets were also perfect and that at half past one in the morning, top ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I am very satisfied with my visit to this restaurant. When we arrived, we were asked to pay because all the vending machines were occupied. We received a very friendly welcome at the cashier and were given the table service sign (as if it were only natural). Unfortunately, something went wrong with my order, and I was served regular nuggets instead of plant-based nuggets. This, however, was no problem at all, and it was immediately exchanged. I have never experienced such friendly McDonald's staff in my entire life. The food was also delicious. Overall, I am very satisfied with my visit to this restaurant!

I've never been to such a bad McDonald's. The fries and burgers were all cold, and the chicken wasn't freshly cooked either. The staff were unfriendly, so we don't recommend going to this McDonald's!!!!

The changing room is a disaster. Restrooms are clean, though. Service was very friendly. The food was okay, but prices were extremely expensive. Cleanliness was satisfactory.

Regular Mc'i. The order at the terminal didn't work, and I didn't get any points because I had already registered. What a shame.

This is the best McDonald's in all of Munich. The fries are always fresh, and the cheeseburger tastes amazing. My best friend and I come here often and always meet very friendly employees. Last time, we even got free drinks because the woman at the drive-thru had misunderstood something. The restrooms are always very clean. I've never worked there and don't know any of the employees—I just love being here.

After everything was built around it, the quality really dropped.

I actually really enjoy going there, but since the incident with the blonde cashier, I've felt very uncomfortable (because she was very unfriendly, made us wait a long time at the checkout, and it was obvious she didn't enjoy her job). Even if you don't feel like it, you should still be professional and not let it show on the customers.

It's like any other McDonald's. There's no playground, if that's of interest. There should be plenty of parking. Otherwise, nothing negative to mention.

To expand your mind, YES The best thing is the coffee, but have you ever opened a burger? A slice of cucumber and 10 crumbs of onion. As an owner, I would do the same if I skipped the mirror for dinner. If I spend ten times as much, the amount stays the same, but my mind definitely feels more full.

Parking, very good, enough space. Toilet, inconveniently on the second floor, but at least stick signs along the way. Promotion, but it is not always pleasant! The promotion included a beautiful cup of various colors, but here it was not available at all in any color and the workers were not very worried, not to mention the management! With the playground for children, it also did not work out very well.

All McDonald's fill the ice cream to the top, but here it looks like they're giving it away—it's so small! What's the point? Everywhere else, you can fill the cup, and here you almost have to help yourself!"

I actually went here regularly, you could call me a regular customer, it was my favorite McDonald's for a long time. Unfortunately, no glasses were given on my last visit despite the glasses promotion. I specifically chose a higher-priced menu in order to get a glass, the digital order display also said that I would get one, there was no indication anywhere that they might be out or something like that, then I would have taken something else, nothing was communicated in writing or verbally. This actually borders on fraud. Oh well, WHEN I've ordered a drink in the store, it's generally always been very slightly carbonated. But that's not so bad. I wanted my glass!

I was here recently and am also a regular customer, but not anymore after the action. I ordered a Minecraft McFlurry through the app and paid at the checkout (€4). Then the order came with the quantity that can be seen in the first 2 pictures. Surprised, I ask why there is so little and the blonde employee, who always has a lot of ham, tells me that it's standard for them. I accepted it very surprised and horrified and just thought to myself that McDobalds are now losing their customers. A few days later I went out to eat with my sister and went to another restaurant where they ordered exactly the same ice cream, you can see that in the last picture for comparison, and she got a lot more ice cream than I did, twice or three times more. So really very bold of the Regerstrasse Filliale, I definitely won't go there again and I don't recommend anyone to go there either.

There is now a quantum leap when it comes to innovation in system catering. Clean, good ambience, staff friendly and trained, table service, fresh flowers on every table (!), the offer is varied. However, the vegan offering at the well-known competitor tastes better, but the rest is subpar.

I go to this McDonald's quite often and I've noticed that they often don't prepare the food correctly or confuse the cola with another drink. I always take it with me and only notice it when I get home and it's pretty sad, And it's pretty sad not to see your food or have another drink

Waited over an hour for the food...even though the McDonald's hasn't even been gone for 10 minutes...fries were cold and soggy...burgers were lukewarm and the fish mac had fallen apart and the spicy chicken burger was cold and dry...never again

I ordered a Happy Meal and a McMenu Small to take away on site: the toy was missing from the Happymeal and when asked they wouldn't give it for the time being; Then I see the onion in my burger, even though I selected "without onion" when ordering... and the fries taste a lot like frying oil...

McDrive. The employees are in the most bad mood. The orders always come out wrong, they forget to put the receipts in the bag, they don't give you straws anymore, they say the straws are only for milkshakes. That's a shame 😡

Yes, there's no need to argue about the quality of the food at McDonalds, it's poor to subpar. The rating is therefore based on very low expectations regarding the products specifically for the performance of this branch, which ultimately cannot change the product sold. You will find a clean, modern, tidy branch here with very fast table service despite special requests in my menu. No uncleared tables, no overcrowded return stations, all tables very clean and with real (!) flowers in vases, that's worth noting and mentioning. Toilet upstairs just as clean. Overall, a flagship McDonalds branch during my visit.

Straws have not been available for months. You have to stop the ice cubes with your teeth. Completely overwhelmed shop on Sunday, the quality of the burgers immediately suffers as soon as a few more guests are there. Bread was hard and simple. Maybe get rid of the tissues then you'll save even more money and I'll just wipe away the leftover food with my clothes.

Something is often missing when you order it in a restaurant. The tables are not cleaned or only cleaned infrequently. Staff seems listless. The floor sticks because you don't wipe it properly.

The food itself is always fresh, but the service is good, but some of the cashiers and the nice ladies who pack the food are a disaster. I don't understand, out of 10 orders, 7 are wrong and the 3 are packed correctly, they can't read them properly or the employees there don't feel like it to work? It's sad when you have to check your bag of food every time. I used to work at McDonald's 20 years ago, but I've never had something like that where you have to give the wrong orders to customers every time. It's not possible

A place of joy & culture in a residential area , blessing those around with parking-lot parties, wheelies and gatherings of young scholars enjoying meals in the surrounding public areas (people are paying 30€/m2 to wake up this every day). A dream come true in urban planning and cultural enrichment.

Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience... everything tasted like it had been sitting there for 2 days. Fries and chicken nuggets were like rubber. Burger half fell apart, not put together well at all. I was there to pick it up and the employee dropped the bag with my order on the floor. He picked it up and put it in my hand - that's probably why everything fell apart so much. No recommendation!

Sunday, 17th september 2017, ~18h. After a beautiful family afternoon, my 3 years old son, my wife and I were very hungry and decided to eat in McDo, Regerstr. After payment and waiting about 30mn, I saw a part of my order and just asked :"Is my order ready ? I prefer to not eat cold..." The manager, Mr Mukitz, or Mokwitz, nevermind, seemed to be in stress, upset, edgy...And he asked me to understand his problems (coffee problem apparently...) and that if he was not, he could give me my money back... How damn this guy is a manager ? Could he not said "sorry, we have a problem, we make a new and fresh order for you..." ??? NO ! He wast just angry against his colleagues and US ! He wanted me to understand his problem but the truth is, as a customer, I don't mind! I just wanted to eat in a Mcdo, like I do sometimes since 20 years ! Result: we had our money back, and we don't eat there, and my son was crying in the car because he was hungry. SO thank you Mr Mokitz, you are a miserable manager: we tried to discuss with you but you looks too pissed off for...I advise you to change your job because gastro is obviously not for you.

The delivery is a joke, usually something is missing from the order or was not prepared or packaged properly. The vouchers they promise cannot be redeemed afterwards and let's be honest, 10 percent on an order value of almost 60 euros? Even bigger joke.

I visited this place yesterday. I come here often. Yesterday was the collapse of the system. Because there is no older blonde lady in service, the service is very slow and the toilet has never been dirtier. Chicken nuggets were too old and rancid.

I often come here with my son, order on the screen and get 90% of everything we ordered at the distribution point. If something is missing (we order a lot!) it will be added quickly if you point it out nicely. Only the atmosphere is not so nice because of the many young people, often drunk! But the staff was great!

The service is really good for a McDonald's; if something is forgotten, it is brought to you straight away. It often doesn't take long and the food is always fresh. The only drawback: it is very crowded at peak times in the evenings and on weekends, with lots of young people who don't clean up and misbehave. Mostly drunk and unpleasant.
