I actually went here regularly, you could call me a regular customer, it was my favorite McDonald's for a long time. Unfortunately, no glasses were given on my last visit despite the glasses promotion. I specifically chose a higher-priced menu in order to get a glass, the digital order display also said that I would get one, there was no indication anywhere that they might be out or something like that, then I would have taken something else, nothing was communicated in writing or verbally. This actually borders on fraud. Oh well, WHEN I've ordered a drink in the store, it's generally always been very slightly carbonated. But that's not so bad. I wanted my glass!

I was here recently and am also a regular customer, but not anymore after the action. I ordered a Minecraft McFlurry through the app and paid at the checkout (€4). Then the order came with the quantity that can be seen in the first 2 pictures. Surprised, I ask why there is so little and the blonde employee, who always has a lot of ham, tells me that it's standard for them. I accepted it very surprised and horrified and just thought to myself that McDobalds are now losing their customers. A few days later I went out to eat with my sister and went to another restaurant where they ordered exactly the same ice cream, you can see that in the last picture for comparison, and she got a lot more ice cream than I did, twice or three times more. So really very bold of the Regerstrasse Filliale, I definitely won't go there again and I don't recommend anyone to go there either.

I hate this McDonald's... No one is ever at the checkout! And you wait forever and have to bring in the employees

There is now a quantum leap when it comes to innovation in system catering. Clean, good ambience, staff friendly and trained, table service, fresh flowers on every table (!), the offer is varied. However, the vegan offering at the well-known competitor tastes better, but the rest is subpar.

I go to this McDonald's quite often and I've noticed that they often don't prepare the food correctly or confuse the cola with another drink. I always take it with me and only notice it when I get home and it's pretty sad, And it's pretty sad not to see your food or have another drink

Waited over an hour for the food...even though the McDonald's hasn't even been gone for 10 minutes...fries were cold and soggy...burgers were lukewarm and the fish mac had fallen apart and the spicy chicken burger was cold and dry...never again

I ordered a Happy Meal and a McMenu Small to take away on site: the toy was missing from the Happymeal and when asked they wouldn't give it for the time being; Then I see the onion in my burger, even though I selected "without onion" when ordering... and the fries taste a lot like frying oil...

McDrive. The employees are in the most bad mood. The orders always come out wrong, they forget to put the receipts in the bag, they don't give you straws anymore, they say the straws are only for milkshakes. That's a shame 😡

It's tasty, but you can feel and understand the employees, not even one of them can speak German properly. Service GooooooooT. I had a large order and ordered 2 burgers but only received 1. (Has happened several times!).

Yes, there's no need to argue about the quality of the food at McDonalds, it's poor to subpar. The rating is therefore based on very low expectations regarding the products specifically for the performance of this branch, which ultimately cannot change the product sold. You will find a clean, modern, tidy branch here with very fast table service despite special requests in my menu. No uncleared tables, no overcrowded return stations, all tables very clean and with real (!) flowers in vases, that's worth noting and mentioning. Toilet upstairs just as clean. Overall, a flagship McDonalds branch during my visit.

Ordered a Happy Meal at the drive-thru and didn't get a toy, unforgivable! Wasn't the only one that day.

The employee was a man of honor and treated himself to ice cream

Straws have not been available for months. You have to stop the ice cubes with your teeth. Completely overwhelmed shop on Sunday, the quality of the burgers immediately suffers as soon as a few more guests are there. Bread was hard and simple. Maybe get rid of the tissues then you'll save even more money and I'll just wipe away the leftover food with my clothes.

Something is often missing when you order it in a restaurant. The tables are not cleaned or only cleaned infrequently. Staff seems listless. The floor sticks because you don't wipe it properly.

The food itself is always fresh, but the service is good, but some of the cashiers and the nice ladies who pack the food are a disaster. I don't understand, out of 10 orders, 7 are wrong and the 3 are packed correctly, they can't read them properly or the employees there don't feel like it to work? It's sad when you have to check your bag of food every time. I used to work at McDonald's 20 years ago, but I've never had something like that where you have to give the wrong orders to customers every time. It's not possible

A place of joy & culture in a residential area , blessing those around with parking-lot parties, wheelies and gatherings of young scholars enjoying meals in the surrounding public areas (people are paying 30€/m2 to wake up this every day). A dream come true in urban planning and cultural enrichment.

Unfortunately it wasn't a good experience... everything tasted like it had been sitting there for 2 days. Fries and chicken nuggets were like rubber. Burger half fell apart, not put together well at all. I was there to pick it up and the employee dropped the bag with my order on the floor. He picked it up and put it in my hand - that's probably why everything fell apart so much. No recommendation!

Sunday, 17th september 2017, ~18h. After a beautiful family afternoon, my 3 years old son, my wife and I were very hungry and decided to eat in McDo, Regerstr. After payment and waiting about 30mn, I saw a part of my order and just asked :"Is my order ready ? I prefer to not eat cold..." The manager, Mr Mukitz, or Mokwitz, nevermind, seemed to be in stress, upset, edgy...And he asked me to understand his problems (coffee problem apparently...) and that if he was not, he could give me my money back... How damn this guy is a manager ? Could he not said "sorry, we have a problem, we make a new and fresh order for you..." ??? NO ! He wast just angry against his colleagues and US ! He wanted me to understand his problem but the truth is, as a customer, I don't mind! I just wanted to eat in a Mcdo, like I do sometimes since 20 years ! Result: we had our money back, and we don't eat there, and my son was crying in the car because he was hungry. SO thank you Mr Mokitz, you are a miserable manager: we tried to discuss with you but you looks too pissed off for...I advise you to change your job because gastro is obviously not for you.

My girlfriend always orders hot cocoa but it's always lukewarm to cold. When my girlfriend goes in to get a new one she just gets laughed at. not recommended

Ordering here is a disaster. Sauces are regularly missing, like today. Even though I opted out of tomatoes, there were some on it and to top it all off, a Diet Coke instead of the normal one I ordered. Read through what you order ey..

The delivery is a joke, usually something is missing from the order or was not prepared or packaged properly. The vouchers they promise cannot be redeemed afterwards and let's be honest, 10 percent on an order value of almost 60 euros? Even bigger joke.

I visited this place yesterday. I come here often. Yesterday was the collapse of the system. Because there is no older blonde lady in service, the service is very slow and the toilet has never been dirtier. Chicken nuggets were too old and rancid.

I often come here with my son, order on the screen and get 90% of everything we ordered at the distribution point. If something is missing (we order a lot!) it will be added quickly if you point it out nicely. Only the atmosphere is not so nice because of the many young people, often drunk! But the staff was great!

The service is really good for a McDonald's; if something is forgotten, it is brought to you straight away. It often doesn't take long and the food is always fresh. The only drawback: it is very crowded at peak times in the evenings and on weekends, with lots of young people who don't clean up and misbehave. Mostly drunk and unpleasant.

A standard McDonalds, normal food quality, but often very busy, almost overcrowded. But what is a big problem with this location is the situation for the residents. When the weather is good, there are always loud customers, especially from Friday to Monday. Apparently serves as both a youth meeting place and a meeting point for all the drunk people after the party. There is absolutely no attention paid to appropriate volume or behavior. Cars honk for fun at the drive-in, laughter and music still playing at 2 a.m. Unfortunately, no one here falls asleep with the window open. The location is generally no longer suitable at all. There used to be an industrial area around the Paulaner Brewery, but today there are hundreds of new apartments in dozens of different new buildings next door. You could say this McDonalds is an ugly remnant of an old time and doesn't fit into the beautifully redesigned "Am Nockherberg". A location on Silberhornstraße or Rosenheimer Platz would be much more suitable.

We were there for the first time with our daughter, 6 years old. On a Sunday because she wanted fries after a trip. Well, we thought, because we don't usually eat at and from McDonalds. The fries were OK, although very salty. Our little one wanted ketchup. When I went to get it, I was told matter-of-factly and charmingly that it cost 50 cents. I think that's exaggerated. In many food stores or snack bars you can have as much ketchup as you want. But okay, I bought it. The environment is clean, the staff tries hard to help you more or less... but I realize again: For me, McDonalds is a provider of "empty" food. It may have its fans and the quality matches the price, but the future in food looks different. standstill. Nothing will change here, apart from the ordering process in the future.

The iceberg lettuce on the Bic Mac was still soaked in water and the burger was completely soggy. I ordered a large strawberry shake and got a small vanilla shake. The staff understands German very poorly.

Best McDonald's, you never know what you're going to get here. Are there 26 chicken mcnuggets instead of the chicken burger I ordered? Or the salad without dressing? Here you eat what is on the table, just like with mom! Edit: just tried again. 8 out of 9 nuggets were there, but without sauces. There was a large salad instead of the small one we ordered. The employees here still care about your health.

Quite normal, rather small McDonalds with the usual offerings. It's nice to sit outside in the evening. Unfortunately, my burger was only lukewarm.

The ice cream is becoming more and more expensive. The background (inflation etc) is understandable. But then also smaller portions? There are hardly any toppings in there. Then it's better to go to the ice cream parlor than spend 4 euros on a small MC flurry. It's a shame - I used to be a big Mc Flurry fan. The service etc. was completely fine

Manager not very helpful in case of problems

Unfortunately, the male “would-be” managers here have apparently not heard of equal rights and do not treat their female staff appropriately in front of the customers and are condescending/disrespectful.

I was recently there at lunchtime and was very pleasantly surprised. Even though I'm not a big fan of ordering via the screen, everything went very quickly and I could even choose whether the food was brought to my table or whether I picked it up myself. Food was of the usual quality. There are even flowers on the tables. Top 👍🏻

It's just a fast food place, but I get the impression that the employees here are pretty committed and friendly. Of course you won't find any culinary revelations, but it fits. Fast, hot, greasy.

This restaurant is really well organized. The employees are consistently friendly. The food was warm and tasty. It is clean and hygienic. Waiting times are good and there are almost no out of stocks. Nothing has been missing so far and I visit the restaurant several times a month. Keep it up! UPDATE: The restaurant now no longer gives out straws (they were made of cardboard) under the guise of sustainability! They cheekily claim that this is the case nationally - it is not. I've been to a few other restaurants since then and there were still straws. Quite embarrassing for the operator... actually also miserable greenwashing The burgers are excellent, hence the stars. UPDATE 04/14/2024 The restaurant could have saved itself on the one cash register, at least today. Huge queue and after 8 minutes of waiting and asking if orders would be taken here, they said "wait". I then went to eat pizza... Miserable service!!!!!

The food depends on how motivated the employees are, sometimes you only get it all pure and cold and rarely very well warm. The tables are clean and you don't want to know what the kitchen looks like.
