Go often there . Ordered kids meal for my kid ( chips and burger ) , was a long hair in the burger . I complained about it . The reaction in answer was (ooo das kann nicht sein) no sorry nothing. Not even a 1 Euro burger in return . It was for a kid . Really devastating.

Not very busy, ordering still took a long time. Fries ice cold, obviously not freshly made. We complained politely. The lady at the counter just looked at us angrily, didn't say anything about it and gave us a new portion. Without saying a word and with an evil eye. I'm writing a review after my 25th visit and we hope for improvement every time! On my first visit they brought me a Big Tasty with the salad missing, they regretted the sauce. Ice cream, water and caramel are always a drop in the ocean. We order triple caramel, put a teaspoon on top and that's it. The only Mac in the area and we won't be returning. Today we bought 4 ice creams and everyone went to the toilet. Sour water and a drop of caramel with Twix. Change your attitude towards the buyer and stop saving on products!

Even though it's the German branch, it's the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Totally chaotic. The employees don't speak German, at least the ones I spoke to. Two pieces were missing when I ordered and I had planned nuggets in a normal package of chicken nuggets. But I didn't feel like getting up for a third time and ate them. The burger was thrown together so carelessly, the cheese was melted and you had to put it together somehow. For the price, this is an absolute disgrace.

Unfortunately, service and quality have deteriorated extremely here. In 5 out of 5 cases something wasn't right when ordering. Various items are missing or look as if they were randomly thrown into the packaging, making them inedible. On Sundays I would recommend avoiding these McDonalds completely, indoor service and McDrive. Eating takes an incredibly long time for fast food (we had to wait an hour for our food here twice because they apparently couldn't find us). The last visit to McDrive was completely catastrophic: the wrong order was received and a complaint was not possible because the store was far too crowded. Running service was also completely uncomprehending. Considering that this is a headquarters, it is one of the worst branches!
