This is the best McDonalds Munich has to offer, in a very nice location. Sadly often full of crazy people.

Oh guys, what's going on? Toilet is comparable to a highway toilet and everyone knows it...but there are employees here and it's a restaurant. Why does it stink so much in here??? There are often no toys anymore (despite advertising). Happy meals and menus are often incomplete Burgers are often cold . Like the toilet and the kitchen? Said a saying? ALWAYS eat cold and unsalted. An open cash register apart from the machines where you are completely ignored. Just stood in line at the checkout for 10-20 minutes. Employees incredibly unfriendly. You just get hit on stupid and that's it.

It would be nice if you understood the language, unfortunately you can't get far with German. Otherwise everything is clean and despite the language barrier, friendliness is the top priority here. I just think it's great

Today I have no star! Order in the app arrives cold and without a drink after 25 minutes. The waitress on the upper floor neither understands my questions as to whether I have received my order nor my complaint, and I have to go downstairs myself. At least the replacement comes relatively quickly, this time two sauces are missing. It's no use anymore; when you get two glasses as a gift.

Not sure how is that possible, but 1 cheesburger was missing ingredients and 1 wrap was missing tomato. Generally food was also worse than in the other McDonalds around the world.

Hmm, I wanted a large cappuccino to go with lactose-free milk and 2 extra shots of espresso. The lady at the counter asked, “… an espresso grande?” and I said “Yes”, I don’t know all the products by heart. The 2 extra shots cost almost €2 less than the Espresso Grande. Was it a language barrier, was it intentional? You don't know. So I didn't pay attention and paid a good 2 euros too much. Now I also have stomach cramps and doubt that I was given lactose-free milk. I'm really pissed off. And not really tasty with the cardboard lid either.

Never going back, we waited over an hour and staff was so arrogant and unfriendly, especially the woman upstairs.

Once again the wrong order was delivered. Our anger was met with little understanding in the restaurant itself.

Since there is no longer a double pack menu, we hardly ever go to McDonald's, which is very poor and you can't even select all citizens via the app.

The previous time we went to pick up our food from store they gave as burgers without patties inside. We did not gave any attention that time. But 2 days ago in an order of 40 euro they forgot to put inside one large french fries and one chickenburger. We did not check every item when food was handled as it is impossible with a baby in our arms and as we got used from stores in other European cities with no mistakes. We even tried to communicate through the app after we got home but they do not provide instant help. Or you sent your complain in a contact form or you wait for a call after appointment.Nobody called us yet. I will wait for it and the response in order to finalize my review. Update: They call us back 45' after phone appointment and we expressed our problem.We wait for their answer.

Very bad cinema. Eating takes too long. Eat only hot at the core. Food is delivered to the table without napkins. Cola without ice. Tables not wiped down promptly and regularly. Still questions? And Google should mothball its AI and let people read and decide again

Hello! The Munich Stäblistraße branch is a whole bunch of chaotic people. Nobody can speak German, they even have problems communicating with each other and orders are rarely complete. The coolest thing was the cheeseburger without meat. Today we ordered using the app and had it delivered to the parking lot. The chicken/cheese parts were not counted correctly (one cheese was missing) and instead of two chicken burgers there was only one. A receipt was not included either. In the Filliale Stäblistraße (Isn't that the headquarters?) there is no place to spontaneously check and when you get home it's too late! Finally pull yourself together, the staff is unfriendly and incompetent.

There's no shame in eating breakfast at McDonald's and it has (almost) nothing to do with burgers. The pensioners who drive up in the Mercedes with the Spezl are sitting there in front of a nice big porcelain cup at 7 a.m. or earlier. The content: one of the good types of coffee brewed in an expensive machine. Every barista would be happy. The Muffin Sausage then reminds you that you are at McDonalds. But it combines the fried egg, the bratwurst and the cheese. We were almost at the breakfast buffet. Finally, a butter croisant that the baker Müller could only dream of. Sweetened with strawberry jam, it all costs around 9 euros. Price performance great. Atmosphere is usually no worse than at Rackl and Co.

The food is good, McDonalds as you know it. However, the distribution via the McDrive counter in the Stäblistraße branch is underground. It is rather the exception that the order is complete.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this branch at all. I've been here regularly because it's the most convenient location for me, but 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong - and today I've finally had enough. After I received another incorrect order, an employee wanted to argue with me instead of simply solving the problem. It was only after more than 10 minutes that she even understood what went wrong. But as if that wasn't enough, the new order was wrong again. In addition, the toilets are almost always in an unacceptable condition. It's really disappointing how little attention is paid to cleanliness and customer service here. From today on I will avoid this McDonald’s.

Hello dear McDonald's team, I really enjoyed my stay in your McDonald's restaurant. I followed the newsletter and advertising and found a very nice centralized McDonald's building that was open until 3am for me and us. On the way back from skiing in Tyrol we left the motorway for lunch in this MCi near the motorway. We cannot understand the bad reviews from previous visitors. All of our employees were friendly and the fresh food was even brought up to the place by the staff. Everything was very clean and we also really liked the architecture of the building with the great panoramic view from above. Full marks, we would love to come back!

It's unbelievable what you can get as a "large portion of fries" these days! And no: I hadn't eaten any fries yet. - And as a drive-in customer, you only notice this when you've already left. This is Inspector Maxinkaa! I put the most modern McDonald's through its paces. AND the hamburger? STABLE. Then I went to the toilet... and let me put it this way: my nose had a hard time. But just when I thought my experience was ruined, rescue came: THE SLIDES!!! Therefore 4.4 stars.

The cappuccino was served without foam (basically just coffee with milk and a thin layer of white). When it was served, some of it was spilled on the serving tray, but no one seemed to care

The worst McDonalds of all. We ordered online yesterday at 8 p.m., delivery came at 11:30 p.m. Ordered 40 euros for a children's Happy Meal, everything was paid for and everything was thrown away in the trash until the children fell asleep and yesterday wasn't the first time. Was there often but now never again and no recommendation for anyone there anymore, it's up there with that.

Lots of space inside and outside. There is a ground floor and an upper floor, with a bathroom on each floor. Outside there is a slide for children.

The restaurant is well run, if you eat on site everything is good. We had it delivered several times and each time it took over 90 minutes for the food to arrive cold and defective. So the restaurant was great, the delivery service was a mega flop.

Today we went to the restaurant with our little daughter. She urgently needed to go to the toilet, but both the ones on the ground floor and those upstairs were marked as "broken". My husband asked the staff if there was another option as it was urgent for a child. He then received an arrogant response from an employee, presumably the store manager since he was wearing a suit, that there was no other option. In the end he said that we could use the toilet upstairs. As I walked away, I heard him comment behind my husband's back that they weren't a public restroom. This behavior was extremely rude and arrogant towards paying guests. We weren't there to simply use the toilet, but as guests of the restaurant. Interestingly, a few minutes later the "broken" sign disappeared without the store manager even checking to see if the toilet was actually not working. The rest of the staff was friendly, but the branch manager was arrogant and condescending towards his guests.

If I could give this minus stars I would definitely do it! The visit to the McDonald's at Stäblistraße 16 was an absolute disaster. The woman at the counter took my order completely wrong and then gave me the wrong thing. She responded to my comment not only unprofessionally, but also extremely unfriendly and disrespectful. Such behavior is simply unacceptable! However, the real problem lies deeper: the employees here hardly speak any German! It is an absolute disgrace that in Germany you are not able to order in German and be understood. If employees don't have even the most basic language skills, they shouldn't work here at all. It is simply an outrage that something like this is tolerated. The quality of the staff is ridiculous and management should be ashamed of allowing something like this to happen. This store is a prime example of how things shouldn't be run. Anyone who works in Germany has to know the language - anything else is unacceptable.

I have been a regular customer here for many years... As of today it is suddenly no longer possible to order a double pack menu... nor a 20 nuggets menu... in my opinion, a poor achievement in Munich's main headquarters... Unfortunately, the fries have often been cold on the tray... although you get a replacement without hesitation, it's still a shame. And I would only recommend the men's toilet in an urgent emergency, without wanting to elaborate further.

Experienced the worst service ever at a McDonald's today and the quality was also below average today. After waiting for over an hour, the food came…cold. The tray was probably simply forgotten to be handed out (table service), as the drinks had already been at the table for more than 20 minutes. It was only when we asked that an employee realized with shock that a second tray had been included. The Curly Fries only consisted of fat, which just ran out when we bit into them and after there was also a large piece of lint with hair in the package, we lost our appetite. I've never experienced anything this bad in a McDonald's.

Merchandise is always missing at McDrive!!!! I always go there with children and order a lot. Unfortunately, when I get home after a 30-minute drive, I notice that a lot of things are missing several times. What's missing at home is a McWrap menu for €9, a cheeseburger or toys from Happymeal.

I'm very disappointed with the shop staff today, otherwise they always had good service, but today we just didn't get any burgers for our order number 290. We ordered 4 fries, 20 ChickenMcNuggets, 2 cheeseburgers and a Hamburger Royal TS and a Hamburger Double Cheese Ts and neither of us were given any hamburgers. It was so full, but I think it's hard not to pack us burgers where we paid. The lady with the long braid was simply completely overwhelmed :(.

Unfortunately it's because of politics. Staff work for low wages, so you can immediately become unemployed, which is what many do. Today it is mostly new citizens who have to work hard for a year until they have the right to unemployment benefits, etc. The entire policy in our country is based on basic security. At least that's the case here, in the USA and most other countries people have no chance except to work for starvation wages and stay poor. That's why nobody tries here anymore! And making people sick is the order of the day, and the doctors immediately pull out their signatures. The whole system is going down the drain in the division. Only the well-earning academics in large companies can still live decently. Sad.

I recently stopped by McDonald's for a quick bite. The atmosphere was pretty relaxed, almost peaceful. However, the seating wasn't the most comfortable, designed more for a quick meal than lingering. There was plenty of parking available, which was convenient. The staff were friendly and my order was ready in no time! While the food quality wasn't the best, it certainly hit the spot and prevented any rumbling stomachs. It's definitely an affordable option, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you're truly hungry. The location was easily accessible and wheelchair-friendly, which is always a plus.

Lots of great memories and great service. Don't forget that this is a European McDonald's center!

Something is always forgotten/mixed up. Today, for example, my Double Big Mac was forgotten. Update: today (December 21st, 2024) I forgot 2 shock bags. Everyone in the kitchen just watches. Nobody comes out for 5 minutes. Didn't say sorry or sorry to anyone. Simply cheeky.

Today was my worst experience, HERE at McDonald's!!! I paid for my order at 11:47 a.m. and received it at 12:08 p.m., so a wait of over 20 minutes, despite moderately hungry visitors. Furthermore, both of my cheeseburgers were cold, not lukewarm, but cold!!!! It was truly my worst McDonald's experience, which made me think about McDonald's in the future! - I will stay away from McDonald's!!! Quality is no longer right!!! Cold burger, long wait. You only have space for at least 80-150 people inside and you only have one toilet for disabled people downstairs and only one bowl upstairs (men's toilet), which is not enough for a restaurant of this size is a case in itself, What is much more important is that although there is a bowl, it looks like hell, the entire toilet smells like it has never been cleaned, there is a SitzClean container in the toilet, but it is empty/not functional and the toilet paper is sandpaper equals. Incompetent staff who are unable to carry out an online order for the umpteenth time. Every time something is missing. Nobody answers the phone, even though it says it's not too busy. Of course, you can also make money if you always leave something out of your orders. Outrageous.

I was in the store recently and was happy with my visit. The staff was friendly and looked after me well. I didn't have to wait long for my food to be ready and it was served fresh and hot. The taste was good - the burger was properly prepared, the ingredients were fresh and well balanced. The side dishes were also exactly to my taste, nice and crispy and tasty. What I also liked was the cleanliness of the entire area. Everything was neat and well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Overall I had a positive experience and will definitely come back when I'm in the mood for a quick but tasty bite.

Dirty terminals, cold food, Zero instead of regular Coke, four women in service outfits talking in the kitchen while no one is standing at the front. AND they don't give out the winning codes for Christmas!!! Embezzled from the café, ripped off from the salad! Fraudsters all the way through!

Ordered there briefly, ate in peace on the 1st floor - then ordered again via the app and took something with you for those at home. Everything worked twice. Quality impeccable. Immediately found a parking space at 7 p.m. What more could you want? Staff seemed a bit stressed but well-rehearsed and friendly. Nurture and care for your people and take care of them, then they will be motivated to do their best!

One of the worse McDonald's in Germany. When you order a menu they always forget to deliver something (drink, fries, ice cream, cheeseburger). The food often arrives cold, dry and old. It's very dirty - all in all really bad.

We were there on the weekend, the fries were brown, inedible and disgusting. One of the nuggets was missing and the mayo was also forgotten. Dirty tables, bored staff. Unbelievable!

I ordered a menu and an ice cream online. I then picked it up at the drive through and only received the menu. When I asked, they said they couldn't help me any further and I had to order again. I think it's an absolute disgrace that McDonald's doesn't have your app under control and employees then treat you like that!

This branch has actually gotten better. Only the Fish Mac was really sad today. Here the price-performance ratio doesn't work at all. Very bland and a small blob of remoulade. The service is friendly, quick and very obnoxious when disrespectful teenagers just leave all their rubbish on the table.

A McDonalds like all the others. You order at the screens and at the end you have the choice of delivering at the table or picking up at the counter. Courage the toilets don't work here. They have already been sealed twice and broken once.

Something was forgotten on three of the last four visits. In the summer the ice cream with the Happy Meal, on another visit a burger and today the book with the Happy Meal. If it happens to us on three out of four visits, what should the general rate be... Pretty embarrassing.
