If I could give this minus stars I would definitely do it! The visit to the McDonald's at Stäblistraße 16 was an absolute disaster. The woman at the counter took my order completely wrong and then gave me the wrong thing. She responded to my comment not only unprofessionally, but also extremely unfriendly and disrespectful. Such behavior is simply unacceptable! However, the real problem lies deeper: the employees here hardly speak any German! It is an absolute disgrace that in Germany you are not able to order in German and be understood. If employees don't have even the most basic language skills, they shouldn't work here at all. It is simply an outrage that something like this is tolerated. The quality of the staff is ridiculous and management should be ashamed of allowing something like this to happen. This store is a prime example of how things shouldn't be run. Anyone who works in Germany has to know the language - anything else is unacceptable.

I have been a regular customer here for many years... As of today it is suddenly no longer possible to order a double pack menu... nor a 20 nuggets menu... in my opinion, a poor achievement in Munich's main headquarters... Unfortunately, the fries have often been cold on the tray... although you get a replacement without hesitation, it's still a shame. And I would only recommend the men's toilet in an urgent emergency, without wanting to elaborate further.

Experienced the worst service ever at a McDonald's today and the quality was also below average today. After waiting for over an hour, the food came…cold. The tray was probably simply forgotten to be handed out (table service), as the drinks had already been at the table for more than 20 minutes. It was only when we asked that an employee realized with shock that a second tray had been included. The Curly Fries only consisted of fat, which just ran out when we bit into them and after there was also a large piece of lint with hair in the package, we lost our appetite. I've never experienced anything this bad in a McDonald's.

Merchandise is always missing at McDrive!!!! I always go there with children and order a lot. Unfortunately, when I get home after a 30-minute drive, I notice that a lot of things are missing several times. What's missing at home is a McWrap menu for €9, a cheeseburger or toys from Happymeal.

I'm very disappointed with the shop staff today, otherwise they always had good service, but today we just didn't get any burgers for our order number 290. We ordered 4 fries, 20 ChickenMcNuggets, 2 cheeseburgers and a Hamburger Royal TS and a Hamburger Double Cheese Ts and neither of us were given any hamburgers. It was so full, but I think it's hard not to pack us burgers where we paid. The lady with the long braid was simply completely overwhelmed :(.

Unfortunately it's because of politics. Staff work for low wages, so you can immediately become unemployed, which is what many do. Today it is mostly new citizens who have to work hard for a year until they have the right to unemployment benefits, etc. The entire policy in our country is based on basic security. At least that's the case here, in the USA and most other countries people have no chance except to work for starvation wages and stay poor. That's why nobody tries here anymore! And making people sick is the order of the day, and the doctors immediately pull out their signatures. The whole system is going down the drain in the division. Only the well-earning academics in large companies can still live decently. Sad.

I recently stopped by McDonald's for a quick bite. The atmosphere was pretty relaxed, almost peaceful. However, the seating wasn't the most comfortable, designed more for a quick meal than lingering. There was plenty of parking available, which was convenient. The staff were friendly and my order was ready in no time! While the food quality wasn't the best, it certainly hit the spot and prevented any rumbling stomachs. It's definitely an affordable option, but I wouldn't recommend it unless you're truly hungry. The location was easily accessible and wheelchair-friendly, which is always a plus.

Today was my worst experience, HERE at McDonald's!!! I paid for my order at 11:47 a.m. and received it at 12:08 p.m., so a wait of over 20 minutes, despite moderately hungry visitors. You only have space for at least 80-150 people inside and you only have one toilet for disabled people downstairs and only one bowl upstairs (men's toilet), which is not enough for a restaurant of this size is a case in itself, What is much more important is that although there is a bowl, it looks like hell, the entire toilet smells like it has never been cleaned, there is a SitzClean container in the toilet, but it is empty/not functional and the toilet paper is sandpaper equals. Actually, you should act according to the motto here: Anyone who doesn't honor my bottom isn't worth my money. Incompetent staff who are unable to carry out an online order for the umpteenth time. Every time something is missing. Nobody answers the phone, even though it says it's not too busy. Of course, you can also make money if you always leave something out of your orders. Outrageous.

I was in the store recently and was happy with my visit. The staff was friendly and looked after me well. I didn't have to wait long for my food to be ready and it was served fresh and hot. The taste was good - the burger was properly prepared, the ingredients were fresh and well balanced. The side dishes were also exactly to my taste, nice and crispy and tasty. What I also liked was the cleanliness of the entire area. Everything was neat and well maintained, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Overall I had a positive experience and will definitely come back when I'm in the mood for a quick but tasty bite.

Ordered there briefly, ate in peace on the 1st floor - then ordered again via the app and took something with you for those at home. Everything worked twice. Quality impeccable. Immediately found a parking space at 7 p.m. What more could you want? Staff seemed a bit stressed but well-rehearsed and friendly. This branch has actually gotten better. Only the Fish Mac was really sad today. Here the price-performance ratio doesn't work at all. Very bland and a small blob of remoulade. The service is friendly, quick and very obnoxious when disrespectful teenagers just leave all their rubbish on the table.

Considering we're next to McDonald's headquarters, this is the worst branch I know of. The branch is visually very chic, but service for A... we live around the corner, so we've been there several times, but we've never had an order in all these years (mcDrive, restaurant) that wasn't missing something or something an incorrect item was delivered. Never. Today instead of water for my daughter, there was cola. And the MC Rib was completely sauceless. And that, after 20 minutes of waiting. And we go there again and again. Not consistent either.

Before the modernization/renovation, the food was served much more promptly (as it should be with a fast food chain). Nowadays you sometimes wait 30 - 40 minutes, regardless of whether you eat there or order take-away. When you pick it up you will see your order number on the display. A few minutes later you don't see them at all, even though the food is still being prepared. Sometimes the order numbers are no longer read out loud when there is a lot going on. Through the glass wall you can see how employees pre-tap the drinks and leave them standing. You lose track (what is Cola, what is Cola Light, what is Cola Zero?). In addition, the carbon dioxide is lost and other particles can get into the drink when you scream/roar. Special orders are offered at the terminal, but are ignored by the staff (sometimes, not always!). Still stupid if you are either a) allergic; or b) paid extra more just to still get the product in normal condition.

Food good so far. Sometimes it could be a little warmer. But something was missing from several take-away orders. And it's really annoying when you only find out when you get home. Today was particularly annoying. We noticed on site that the sauces were completely missing and then received them when we asked. At home we noticed that the netted potatoes were also missing. I drove back to the branch to complain. The woman at the checkout disappeared somewhere behind and I waited and waited. Saturday October 12th - 9:50 p.m Really unacceptable how the service at the McDrive went here. The woman who took the order was extremely unfriendly. I ordered double cheese for my Hamburger Royal Cheese and a total of 5(!!!) slices were slapped on it. Really impossible. The 20 Chicken McNuggets were missing all sauces. The ketchup was also missing. A total of just under 35 euros for an order where the burger is inedible and there is no sauce for the nuggets.

Now it's just (if at all) the cheapest standard food you can get here, the burgers fall into pieces even before eating, the salad only around it instead of on top... I already know why I no longer eat it every month, but at most once quarter...

Of course I looked in the bag first, sometimes the second half of the fries is hidden there. But no, yawning emptiness. I weighed it: a whole 81g The nice lady at the drive counter is very positive and worth mentioning. I have never seen her unfriendly or in a bad mood. I go there often and am always happy to be served by her.

It should be the most modern McDonald's. Had the second bad experience within 4 weeks. Today after 45 minutes of waiting for a cheeseburger, chicken burger with fries and cola without ice, the cold burgers and the cola WITH ice were served. This is one of the nicest McDonald's stores around Munich. Even the outside is kept nicely. We were looking for the happy-meal toys to collect, and the staff were super nice and helpful. Great experience overall.

I placed my order as usual via the McDonald's app and paid with PayPal, which has always worked smoothly so far. However, today there was a problem and the digital payment was not accepted. This left me spending about 15 minutes in the McDrive as I was told at the first post that no payment had been received. In order not to further hinder the traffic behind me, I finally drove on without my order. This experience showed me that relying solely on digital payment methods can be problematic. A return to accepting cash could avoid such situations and significantly speed up the ordering process. Unfortunately, I didn't have any cash or a debit card with me at that moment and was therefore dependent on PayPal. I don't care whether there are problems with the app or not, I just want to be able to pay for my order and pay normally. I have nothing to do with the app, it just has to work, otherwise you just have to leave it alone with modern technology

All the employees don't speak German and don't even bring everything you ordered. And, for example, you want to pay in cash at the checkout and that is usually not possible for 10-60 minutes because there is simply no one working at the checkout!

I wanted to redeem vouchers that were in the mailbox the day before. Suddenly this was only possible in the app... Strangely, the desired product was not available there. For 10 euros more I ordered the individual products to take away. When we got home, the cola was totally watery, the cola mix was an iced tea, and there weren't even any napkins in the bag! Go often there . Ordered kids meal for my kid ( chips and burger ) , was a long hair in the burger . I complained about it . The reaction in answer was (ooo das kann nicht sein) no sorry nothing. Not even a 1 Euro burger in return . It was for a kid . Really devastating.

A large McDonald's on the sidelines, mainly residential houses in the area. Interesting layout, possibility to go to the upper floor and the garden. The food was served quickly.
