The worst McDonald's delivery service ever. Over two hours of waiting. I'm getting my money back. Never order from them. A complete joke. The woman on the phone was clueless. Ordered at 5:30 PM. Called at 6:30 PM. "Coming right up." Called again at 7:30 PM. "Coming right up." And this was at McDonald's headquarters! You can tell how little you care about your customers.

ABSOLUTE DISASTER – this McDonald's is an outrage! What happened here is truly beyond belief. Our food was carried all over the place for 40 minutes – up, down, every which way – because no one could see that our order number was clearly displayed on the table. Meanwhile, all the customers who arrived long after us were cheerfully served first. Unbelievable. When I politely said, "Excuse me?", I was just stared at like a nuisance and ignored. The employees apparently had better things to do – like giving away coffee to other customers instead of doing their jobs properly. And yes, I understood perfectly well what was going on, as I speak the language spoken there. The food, which finally arrived after what felt like forever? Ice cold. The drinks? Flat – not a trace of carbonation. When I complained, they even laughed. Laughed! A complete lack of respect. Then they half-heartedly said, "We'll exchange it," and even that took another 10 pointless minutes. I have rarely experienced such miserable, disrespectful, and chaotic "service" in my life. NEVER. AGAIN. This McDonald's should be ashamed. Do something about this place—this is no way to treat paying customers.

In 2024, I found this McDonald's to be one of the best in Munich and the surrounding area, but during my recent visit (November 2025), I was utterly appalled. Everything was filthy. There seemed to be no staff at the register for those who couldn't get around the self-service checkout, and they didn't speak German or English. The upper level seemed to be closed off, even though the lower level was overcrowded with hardly any space. The restrooms were also closed. A complete disaster; I've never seen anything like it in Germany.

The female staff were very unfriendly. We were given a table number. I told her we were sitting upstairs, and she said she didn't care where we sat. I only meant well so they wouldn't have to search for us... and yet the food still arrived cold! This McDonald's wasn't even full at that time today, which is hard to understand.

I don't know what's going wrong here, but there are 10 people standing here in the evening who have all ordered and paid, and it's been going on for over 30 minutes. Disaster.

I ordered a cake and a cappuccino. They brought it without a saucer, and the cake was sitting on a cardboard box without a fork, just with a small espresso spoon. Either they don't have enough dishes or they don't wash them often. How awful! I didn't enjoy the meal at all. The service and the atmosphere were terrible.

It was quite some tome I wasn't at this place. And to tell the truth it did degrad a lot. Toilets weren't clean. Floor was sticky, no paper to dry the hands. The floor of the restaurant was really dirty like my table with some dried ketchup on it. Also to dump the rest it was 21h and still a lot of cup from cappuccino or coffee probably from the afternoon. My fries were cold when they were served and my burger was with pickles even if I order without and the box labeled without. Really disappointed...

I ordered from McDonald's drive-thru and then two burgers were missing 🍔... now I always ask for the receipt 🧾... why do they do that?? It's defamation.

I ordered two cheeseburgers without pickles and one order of fries, and what did I get? Two cold, stale, and dry burgers where the pickles had simply been removed (you could still see the imprint on the cheese slice), and stale, dry fries that were practically unsellable. That was the last time I'll be going there. This branch has gone downhill so drastically that I'll be avoiding it in the future and recommend everyone else do the same. Thanks for the stomachache :)

Ordered 20 nuggets with a triple chance of winning. The nuggets were cold and soggy. They tasted exactly like I'd just put some in the package in the morning, let them thaw, and then eaten them. Brutal! (Diarrhea guaranteed!) Never again!!!

My visit to this McDonald's was an absolute disgrace. The floor was littered with trash, food scraps, and spilled drinks. The tables were dirty, the restroom was filthy, and garbage was overflowing everywhere in the restaurant. The burgers looked carelessly thrown together and were simply disgusting. For me, this was one of the most unhygienic McDonald's locations I have ever experienced. It's completely unacceptable. The delivery entrance was wide open, allowing rats and mice to easily get in. And as a welcome for these animals, the garbage cans were placed right there – their lids not even closed.

Some things are good, some aren't. I once had to wait AN HOUR for my food. Staff is ignorant but also good. I miss the old version of this McDonald's. 2.5 stars. Food is good tho

The iced tea I ordered was watery, tasteless, and had white hairs in it, and the Monopoly code was removed by the kitchen staff. The apple turnover I bought wasn't warm and was also broken. This McDonald's is also very dirty, and the terminals weren't working because the touchscreens weren't functioning. I found this McDonald's dirty and smelly. Since everything tasted bad, it cost an extra €6.

This McDonald's used to be the preview McDonald's in Munich. However, it's now incredibly littered! It's unacceptable that 10 tables are covered in trash. The food wasn't freshly prepared and was already cold. The potatoes were dry and not freshly cooked. Why do you prepare everything in advance? Then it just sits around and loses its flavor. Cook it only after the order is placed, not in advance. I'm happy to wait longer for hot and fresh food.

This is the nicest McDonald's in Munich. I love eating there. The staff is super friendly and helpful. But the people... people, please clear your trays! I don't understand why people just leave and abandon everything. Poor people who have to clean it up afterward.

Odd service. Hopefully this was a one time thing or some kind of mistake. We had to wait more than 30 minutes for our simple order and when we asked where it was, they refused to acknowledge that it was missing. We had to ask three separate times in order to get the food prepared. The taste was good, but that’s to be expected from a fast food chain. They gave us an extra cookie with our order as some sort of apology (which I appreciate bc I love cookies), but after ignoring me twice I don’t think that’s enough.

There's plenty of space inside and out. There's a ground floor and an upper floor, with bathrooms on each floor. There's a designated children's area on the first floor. There's a children's slide outside. The food is often cold (even when you order on-site) or doesn't match the menu. You have to check to make sure everything is correct and nothing is missing. Waiting time for pickup is long, sometimes up to 40 minutes.

I ordered peppermint tea. I only received hot water. No tea. Thanks for nothing. :)

The food takes way to long to be fast food I was waiting for half an hour not good service

I'm not a fan, but my kid is. What I was not expected is a dirty and smelly men's toilet and this despite quitet time in in the morning/before noon.

The new system is awful; whether you're using the drive-thru or eating in, you often wait over 20 minutes for something like a cheeseburger. The order menu doesn't even remotely work, and the interior is basically always one giant waiting room. It used to be so much better, what's the point of this?

This restaurant actually has a good atmosphere, and I've always been satisfied with it. But today, unfortunately, I have to leave a bad review because of the inappropriate behavior of one of the employees, the woman in black with a walkie-talkie. I collect the Friends figurines, and after shopping, I simply wanted to exchange one. This employee said that wasn't allowed and even suggested I had to buy another coffee or something similar. Honestly, do you even know what you're saying? Instead of uttering so many unnecessary words, you could have exchanged the figurine long ago. In the past, with the Friends mugs and other figurines, the other employees here were always friendly and tried to accommodate customers' requests. This time, too—after I asked another employee—he immediately helped without saying a word and exchanged the figurine for me without any problems. To the aforementioned employee in black: I want to emphasize that I have never experienced an employee refusing to fulfill such a simple request at any other McDonald's in Germany. This branch is right next to McDonald’s Germany headquarters and training center, and to have such an unpleasant experience here is truly disappointing.

Well, parking for one hour is allowed. But by the time you've ordered at one of the two terminals (only two out of eight were actually working) and the food finally arrives, you have to wait a good half hour. While waiting, you notice the sticky, unmopped floor. Once the food finally arrives, the search begins for a table that isn't blocked by the previous customer's tablet. And while my first thought was – typical young crowd in Gucci caps… I have to defend them a little. Even I had to be careful not to trigger an avalanche of trash when I saw the completely overcrowded drop-off station. And at the table, I discovered that none of my food was even warm anymore. Everything was lukewarm. Even the apple turnover I ordered to go at the end. How is that even possible?!? Absolutely not recommended; I will never set foot in this branch again.

Relatively cheap and delicious food

One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been to!!! I placed my order and waited for 5 minutes, then 10 minutes, and after 15 minutes I asked where my order was! They then realized my order had gone to another table. So the young woman took the order from that table and tried to hand it to me!!! First of all, the food was cold by then, and secondly, how disgusting is that? I demanded my money back and left. Unbelievable!!!

A McDonald's like any other! It doesn't taste good, our fries were cold, and after we complained, they brought us new, hot fries. The burgers were only lukewarm! The stores are filthy, and the fast food never looks like the pictures.

Employees often don't understand simple questions and quickly become loud and irritated. 80% of the time, items are missing from the bag. Fries are usually inedible because they put so much prep work in, which then, of course, sits for ages.

It was very dirty; the tables weren't cleared for hours. There was trash everywhere. The trash cans were also completely overflowing. The staff were a cross between a snail and a tortoise, even though the place was almost empty. The clean upstairs area was cordoned off because they apparently had even less desire to clean it up. The burgers and fries were very dry. At least the ice cream machine wasn't broken. The outside area also looked like a garbage dump, but the employee seemed more concerned with chatting with his friends and offering them free burgers.

I went to McDonald's today and was unfortunately very disappointed. My burger was cold, and the cheese wasn't melted at all – it not only looks unappetizing, but also tastes bad. I actually expect McDonald's food to be served fresh and hot. It's a shame – I hope they pay more attention to quality and temperature next time. I placed a takeout order at the terminal at McDonald's. After about three minutes, my number appeared on the display, but my food wasn't ready. Apparently, numbers are called out in advance, presumably to make the wait seem shorter. I find that quite unfair. I've been going to this McDonald's for years and unfortunately have to agree with the negative reviews. I've always enjoyed the branch, but unfortunately, I've noticed several times now that the cleanliness and service have deteriorated significantly. Employee training in service skills is urgently needed at this branch.

It was terrible for a long time, but now the store has returned to normal. I don't really like the store concept, though. I find it annoying that there are almost no bike racks, and the few that exist are blocked by stupid boards that are supposed to be tables.

It's very disappointing to want to pay in cash, but no one serves you at the counter. Instead, they speak a different language and giggle instead of serving the customers. I ask that you please pay attention to whether someone is waiting at the counter to avoid a 20-minute wait.

Before the modernization/renovation, food arrived much more promptly (as you would expect from a fast-food chain). Now, you sometimes wait 30-40 minutes, whether you eat in or order takeout. When you pick up, you see your order number on the display. A few minutes later, you don't see it at all, even though the food is still being prepared. Sometimes, when the food is busy, the order numbers aren't read out loud at all. Through the glass wall, you can see employees pouring drinks and leaving them standing. This makes it difficult to keep track (what's Coke, what's Diet Coke, what's Zero Coke?). Furthermore, the carbonation is lost, and other particles can get into the drink when you shout or yell. Special orders are offered at the terminal, but the staff ignore them (sometimes, not always!). Still, it's annoying if you either a) have allergies; or b) pay extra just to get the product in its normal state.

Since I eat at this McDonald's often, I have something to say. All summer long, no matter what time of day, your tables outside are never clean. Everything's left lying around, the tables are sticky, the trash stinks and is always full. Sorry, but this is completely unacceptable. This is the third time my food has been passed on to someone else, and I'm fed up. If the staff isn't bothered to check on me, I have to waste my money and time. Plus, the wait times are sometimes extreme, even though the store isn't busy.

The fries too, but the burgers were really, really cold. I was really embarrassed, but it was inedible. The saleswoman, who only speaks a foreign language, by the way, was also extremely unfriendly and quite bored by my behavior. I think that's a no-go, and on Stabilstrasse???! When you're supposed to be role models??? I deliberately didn't go to the main station... very disappointed. It's a shame. The second time, I was afraid to complain.

A large and spacious branch of McDonald's, with ordering machines on the ground floor and first floor. I often come here but I have never received my order in full. Every time something is missing and I have to explain it to the staff, it is irritating to say the least.

I was there today and yesterday. Yesterday afternoon, my children didn't get any toys. They had been forgotten. When I went in and pointed it out, they said she had brought the toys. She went back in annoyed and only brought me one fry. Then I said two fries were missing. She became increasingly unfriendly and said I was having a break right now. To which I replied that it was her job and if she did it right from the start, she would have had a break right now. She brought me the second fry in an annoyed manner. The general staff are just rude and impolite. One more thing about the toilets: the toilets are absolutely disgusting. They stink, there is feces residue all over the bowl. The sink is dirty. When you go into the toilet, you want to get out straight away and feel the impression you're going to the toilet. Very sad, it used to be better.

And you can forget the fries. They're almost always cold and soggy, sometimes even unsalted. You really shouldn't order any at all.

In my opinion, this is the best and, above all, the most well-maintained McDonald's for miles around. On all my visits, it was always spotlessly clean, despite the high volume of customers, and the food was always delivered very quickly. The only drawback is that sometimes the order wasn't brought correctly (the Big Mac was wrong, the sauce was a different flavor) – which can happen when you're in a hurry.
