Please avoid! Extremely unfriendly and ill-tempered staff. The curry fries were mediocre, the portions small, and the price was way overpriced.

Got the wrong food. Instead of a double white currywurst, there was a single red sausage. Children don't have a surprise on the kids' menu, which is why there should have been a surprise. No apology and no compensation. Absolutely no understanding!!! Outrageous. Absolutely not a recommendation.

The extremely high price doesn't justify the food delivered. The price/performance ratio is completely out of proportion.

I was at the Isartor location at 10:40 p.m. and when I asked if they still had a simple cheeseburger, I got a bored "no." The branch was open until 11 p.m., and neither the grill nor anything else had been cleaned yet. I couldn't afford that kind of attitude at work. I hope for a proper apology.

The only place worse is probably McDonald's.

I was ripped off, unfortunately. We were there on a Saturday evening and ordered our burgers at one of the ordering kiosks. After paying, my kiosk froze, and no receipt came out. The employees said the order hadn't gone through and I should order again, which I did. The next day, I saw that both orders had been debited, even though I only received one, and the other, according to the employees, "wasn't in the system." Unfortunately, the company didn't respond to attempts to contact them and explain the incident.

The environment is very cramped. The tables are dirty. The staff is indifferent.

Could the waitress or the owner of the burger joint please show more reluctance, annoyance, and lack of motivation and let the customers really feel it?! That's a good way to scare customers away. The burger was good, but the fries were actually rather disappointing because they weren't cooked properly. (Even though they were fried twice?) The price-performance ratio is absolutely not right here. We definitely won't be going there again.

Expensive fries, cold food and very unfriendly

Rip-off! Never again! Bad food, unfriendly service, and every customer is a burden... We ordered a chicken burger, currywurst, and fries. The chicken burger was raw and cold inside, the fries cold and soggy. The currywurst was first forgotten (despite a terminal order), then they delivered a red one instead of a white one. Our complaint triggered further unfriendliness and noticeable dislike, even contempt, for us customers. We wanted our money back. But we didn't get it... So, €18 wasted and we were insulted. That's what great service is all about! No more fries "friends" anywhere!

The cashier charged me twice for my order on Friday, July 18, 2025. He lied and told me the first amount hadn't been transferred, even though I had the receipt! They told me to pay another time. Now I called them, and they hung up on me.

A complete rip-off. We wanted to buy a water, which normally costs €3. We gave them €10 and only got €2 back. €8 for a water?! When we asked them about it, they just laughed stupidly. They knew full well they were ripping us off.

Addendum: I was there today - but it wasn't as great as it used to be. 0.3 l of Fuzetea for €3.30 - I think that's pretty steep. And when I returned the bottle, I didn't get my deposit back. The portion of fries was also manageable. Everything was tasty - but the price/performance ratio isn't quite right for me anymore. I liked it and I'll go there again tomorrow 👍😉! August 22, 2023 - approx. 6:00 p.m. I had a cheeseburger meal with a drink (lager beer). About 10 people ordered before me. I thought: Well, this is going to take a while. But the young guy absolutely rocked it on his own. I thought the burger was great! Simply brilliant. The fries were among the best I've ever had. Highlight: plenty of different kinds of sauces available - fantastic. Wooden forks and picks, and the napkins made from recycled material. Perfect. But I also needed some napkins—burgers, after all. 😉 As mentioned above: I'll go there again tomorrow. 👍

Halal food. Tastes delicious. Better than McDonald's and many others. The hamburgers here are juicy and freshly fried, simply delicious. The fries are the same; I've tried all three varieties. I'm always satisfied with Frimes Freunde.

I just bought a hot dog. The cashier took the money with unwashed hands and without gloves. He then handled the sausage and bun without gloves, adding sauce and onions. I politely asked him to wear gloves, but he instead passed the task on to his colleague and continued working without gloves. That's not very hygienic, in my opinion!

I placed an order, but after two hours, it still hasn't arrived. I've tried contacting them by phone several times, but to no avail; no one answers. Very disappointing.

Want to take the menu it says 13 euros, after I chose all the items from the menu without any additions it says 18 euros, just a scam out of nowhere, and this eatery is not worth the money. I do not advise anyone to go to McDonald's to eat. By the way, the burgers are not tasty, only the sweet potato is tasty.

There's hardly any space due to the huge ordering machines, and you're forced to use them. On top of that, not all of the menus offered online (e.g., a two-person menu with two burgers and fries each) are listed, which further lowers the rating. The quality and taste are good, though. Ordered for takeout due to the aforementioned issues.

I ordered currywurst and unfortunately only got one without sauce. But I got two points because the white sausage was grilled.

Horrible!! Really bad! The sausage was terrible and quite burnt; the waiter actually chose the most burnt one. The fries were cold. The waiter started to pick up the sausage with his hand, as I couldn't see it from where I was standing, but he realized my husband saw it and went to put on a glove. The worst sausage I've ever eaten.

Very disappointed, I'm not a fan of fries... Ordered two large fries with cheese sauce and hot sauce. Fries were already cold 5 minutes after picking them up. Not crispy at all, quite the opposite. Little to no seasoning; I haven't had many worse fries. The sauces didn't seem particularly tasty, more like standard Metro stuff. Charging just under €14 for two fries with one sauce each is outrageous. So never again...

I ordered dinner for 2 which consists of 2 burgers, 2 fries , i paid also for some extras. The extras were not there, one burger had burned meat, and 1 fries was missing. The missing fries or extras can be forgiven, but to burn meat and see that you burned the meat yet put it in the burger and give it to a customer, that is a very low standard! Money wasted and food thrown away.

Very good. I was looking for a hot dog to end the day and I searched on Google. Among the 3 options this one was open on Sunday so I went there to check it out. I ordered the classic German hot dog but with curry and it was great, with very dry fries and a classic bottled Coke. All for €12.60.

Cold fries, cold toppings Ate there but still was just given a small box without any tray The table where the sauces were was dirty, ketchup dispenser was faulty. Dirty and cramped, flies were there. Everyone else's trash was on display where the trays were returned. Super cramped order space, order screens don't have options to remove things from the order I don't want. I hope this was a one time experience and the store can improve. God bless.

Delicious currywurst with fries. There are even sweet potato fries. Definitely recommended for a quick snack. The service is good and nice. The prices are just okay, but it's not cheap. But you get full and it tastes good. The ambience is okay, don't expect anything out of the ordinary.

Totally overwhelmed team. Employs the Lieferando people to supply. 8.45 a burger without lettuce, tomatoes or co. A joke, the place! Never ever!

Expensive compared to what you get

1. Saw bratwurst while walking past and ordered it. 2. Paid €3.50 to the service person who was not very informative 3. Got the bratwurst in a cardboard box (and ONLY the bratwurst, no mustard, no bun). 4. Bratwurst was cold, taste solid with full aromatic chemistry 5. Found to be bad and immediately thrown away. Risk of cancer. 😅Buy something healthy instead.

Ordering process a little chaotic but good burgers and fries.

I will never order there again. I ordered for myself and friends to eat something before a concert. The order was initially “In preparation” for ages (approx. 45 minutes) and was only then delivered. That also took another while, even though the restaurant was 10 minutes away by bike. After it finally arrived, we noticed that a burger was missing. When I called the restaurant, the employee just said that the burger was already ready and the courier had probably forgotten to take it with him. He would send a new courier. Unfortunately it never came, even after calling again. Unreliable and money wasted, unfortunately that doesn't make up for the delicious food. I won't be ordering there again.

It's great that halal meat is offered, that's also the reason why we wanted to satisfy our hunger atFrench Fries -BUT- if everything is fried in the same place, then it's not as effective. If at least one corner of the cooking area were reserved for this, it would be better. Otherwise nice and fast staff, atmosphere is nice. We were so cheeky and filled 5 containers with different sauces for 2 menus because we couldn't decide. One was better than the other. Edit: Unfortunately, I can't respond to French friends' answer. Hopefully you see the edit. I stood at the counter and watched everything being prepared on the same stove. I also asked the nice employee about it, he said that separation was not possible if there was only one cooking area available. As I said, what's on offer is awesome, but the execution still needs a few improvements.

The store was supposed to be called “French FriesFeinde”. Not one of the fries was even remotely crispy or tasty. The burger had nothing to do with a burger. Disaster!!! The guys on site were nice. But sorry, never again

I enjoyed going here for lunch almost every day, but now I haven't been there for 3 months and was slightly shocked by the amount of humor I got. That looked different and was twice as much and where the hell did the mince in the sauce go? Sorry, but I can no longer get service

When we were eating there, the owner allowed me to use the restroom, but when my biracial daughter wanted to use the restroom, the owner grabbed her and said it was for employees only. I was angry that he touched my 15-year-old daughter, and in the United States we are used to restrooms being available to all paying customers.

Amazing food quality and all made in a reasonable time. The team didn't speak much English but helped a lot with options and directions. The fries were perfect, loads and loads of sauce options. Recommend trying each one as they were amazing! Would highly recommend this place.

Highly recommended shop, the food was reasonably priced, tasted very good and was ready quickly. I would eat here again and again and recommend it to anyone who likes hot dogs, burgers, currywurst and the like.

The burger was fine, but the fries were pretty much raw. Also the portion of fries is very small for the price you pay. You can get a better deal for the price you pay, at pretty much any other major fast-food joint.

There were many gluten-free alternatives and almost everything was vegetarian. It was also really delicious. I also thought the portion was really big. The only drawback was that the fries were difficult to spear with a fork because they were so thin.

The ordering machine has an English interface, so ordering in English is not a problem. The clerk may not be able to understand my unfamiliar English, but I feel that his service attitude is good. For fast food, it is a good choice. The taste is good. I use it internally. There are not many places on site.

I don't normally rate bad! But we ordered currywurst and beer! paid and then the guy said BEER is not allowed to be drink! Why do you sell it then? There is a small sign which says Beer to go only , and why no body told at the time of selling? We had to eat our food in a park This is just crazy Never been to a place where you can't drink beer and eat . Are we living in some Muslim country or what?

I recently visited this restaurant and was quite disappointed. I paid 5€ for a large portion of fries, but the serving size was far from large. Additionally, the staff member who served me seemed to be in a bad mood, which made the experience even less enjoyable. To top it off, the loud German rap music playing in the background was quite distracting. Overall, it was not a pleasant visit.

We were passing through Munich and wanted to grab a bite to eat here. The food looked appealing, but it didn't taste like anything. The cheeseburger was super dry, hardly any cheese was noticeable. I ordered thick fries and got the thin ones. The portion size for the price is more than bad. The ambience itself was nice to see, but if you want to go to the toilet, you'd better save yourself here. Dirty and self-made, not at all in keeping with the rest. No thanks, never again!

At first he wanted to give us the wrong (cheaper) sausages even though we ordered something else. Probably because they had been ready for a while and were on the grill. When asked, he acted as if a red and white were the same. And when we waited 10 minutes for our food, they were completely cold and the fries were very hard and stale. And the prices are still quite expensive. So I wouldn't come back for that or recommend it. A pity!

I thought that with the name Fries Friends there would be great fries. For a mere €4.49 we had almost cold fries and then a portion without salt. Sauces were also rather lame. Was a disappointment

The food was good but the service not so much.

I just like the thick fries. But there don't seem to be many who see it the same way. Unfortunately, sometimes the thin ones are foisted on you. They would have to make the thick ones separately. Or they simply don't understand German. The thin ones are just as bad as those at McDonald's. Prices are high, waiting time, staff in this branch are not good.

Was there with family.. the children's menu with chicken nuggets and fries was just terrible, nuggets were rubber, fries were lukewarm and soggy.. and the fries are supposed to be the best thing there.. I had a chilli cheese burger for 9.5 €, a hefty price for this oily thing...etc. The guest room is ok, but the toilet is super disgusting and dirty... and I'm not particularly sensitive or picky...
