Service, ambience OK. However, the food was terrible... there were four of us there and everyone had diarrhea/vomiting for 1-2 days afterwards. The health department has been informed and is waiting for feedback.

‼️DO NOT ORDER‼️ We ordered three bowls through Lieferando and waited expectantly in the rain for our food. Spoiler, it never arrived. We then tried to contact the restaurant several times and failed. There was never any attempt from the restaurant to contact us. Absolute failure! 0/5 stars!

Unfortunately, my experience at Gymcook was very disappointing (for the second time). I ordered the Vitamin Salad to pick up, the main ingredient of which was supposed to be the burrata. Much to my dismay, the burrata was completely missing and not even anything alternative was added. Almost all other ingredients were also missing. For 15 euros I would have expected a lot more. I ended up making a pizza and the salad barely served as an expensive side salad. It really can't be! I definitely won't order here again.

Food was ok. Price-performance could be better. Employee disinterested and only on her cell phone. Place not entirely clean.

The store started strong, but declined just as much. This is the third time I've had something raw in the bowl (potatoes) or completely overcooked (rice) or inedible (rock hard vegan chicken). Things are often forgotten when placing orders. Too bad!

Order not delivered as stated for the second time. Instead of pulled chicken, rock-hard vegan chicken was delivered (probably had been there for a few days). Fresh is different.

I have to change my good rating here too. The quality is now subpar and the waiting times are unacceptable.

Ordered through Wolt. Delivery went well. Had a Green Bowl and it was ok. The vegan chicken sometimes had a rubbery texture. Otherwise I was satisfied but I wouldn't order from here again for the price.

Very tasty, although not cheap. Apparently the opening hours that were supposedly updated two weeks ago do not apply. I'm standing in front of closed doors right now. It's a shame that they can't be kept up to date, or at least posted on the door.

We decided to stop by Gymcook again today but unfortunately this time it seemed different. Unfortunately, it was no longer possible to go to the toilet again because the shop was simply locked at around 4 p.m. and there was no employee on site, although the opening times say otherwise. Unfortunately, this led to dissatisfaction among us and arriving guests.

The food is always good when you eat locally. Unfortunately, we had to find out for the second time that the employees weren't there at all or were put off with the statement "it would now take at least a quarter of an hour until an order can be accepted".

So if it's important to support a company that treats its employees fairly, you should give Gym Cook a wide berth. Group chat instead of a private employee meeting? Never seen a more unprofessional company.

After visiting Proper Foods in the USA, we looked for healthy bowl shops in Munich and were very pleasantly surprised! The selection is really crazy. There are not only the typical things like falafel bowl, salmon bowl or chicken bowl and a few curries, but really cool creations with exciting ingredients. You also get the feeling that there is no unnecessary fat when frying and the dressing is served separately, which is really great for fitness-conscious people! The atmosphere is really relaxed, there are power sockets and the furnishings and lighting concept are very well thought out. We will be back!

0 service - after waiting almost 2 hours for our order via Lieferando, I tried to reach the restaurant by phone. Then it was said that all employees were in discussion and I should write via WhatsApp. I did that too, my messages were read - but I didn't receive a reply (not even afterwards). Absolute disgrace. The food came about 2 hours after ordering and consisted of 80% rice. The wait wasn't even worth it.

Theyre super friendly and I love their salads - always super delicious!

I went to Gym Cook for the first time today. To be honest...I absolutely can't understand the recent negative reviews. The food is incredibly tasty, the service was super nice and quick (the girl was perhaps a bit reserved and quiet, but definitely not unfriendly!). I also think the prices are absolutely reasonable and comparable to the restaurants in the area. I'll definitely be back 👍.

Unfortunately, we also have to confirm some points from the most recent reviews: - Dishes are simply too expensive as portions are very small - Ingredients don't seem particularly fresh - There can be no talk of service. As with Subway, even if you eat in the restaurant you have to order at the counter and wait until it is ready. If the food has to be picked up at the counter despite these prices, at least a beeper similar to Vapiano would be desirable - Even though there was a yawning emptiness, the tables were not cleared and not a single table in the outdoor area was clean Overall, very disappointing and definitely not a recommendation for us 👎🏻 PS: Before this review is deleted: We have kept the receipt and can provide proof of our visit.

I have only ever ordered via Uber eats, so will only provide 5 Star rating for the food. The boss j is a really bad fraudster who takes money out of his employees' pockets, who processes payroll and pays the employees less whether they only get minimum wage anyway and he transfers the money later and later, which means you can end up in rent arrears. This shop is absolutely abrupt They sell spoiled meat and expired salad

The food itself is good, but if 3 ingredients are missing from a bowl, this should be pointed out or asked for a replacement. Definitely too expensive given the price and the missing ingredients!!! I had the feeling I was eating rice with dressing and a few ingredients. Waiting time was an hour!

The price on the board didn't match the one at the checkout. I complained and received the stated price. The cashier seemed overwhelmed and started crying. She touched her face and nose several times with the hygiene gloves. She then prepared my salad with these gloves. When I criticized this, I was insulted and when I said goodbye I was spat on on the way out. Not necessarily the service you expect in a restaurant. I canceled my order.

Watch out! We ordered for work yesterday and all the people who had dishes with chicken had a stomach ache 🤢 and other similar complaints. That is not how it works.

I was a big fan of Gym Cook but unfortunately the quality of the food is no longer that good and it often takes forever. 1 or 2 years ago it was great food with a good ratio between rice and toppings but neither the ratio is good nor the quality of the toppings… it's a shame. Maybe you want to take another look at what you can do to reach your previous standard again?

Only bad! Long delivery times, declining quality, annoyed, unfriendly employees and also too expensive for the quality offered. Tip: It's better to order somewhere else... Update: dear Gymcook complained about my review. This is just as true and I can only continue to confirm it.

One of my favourite places to grab a proper healthy dish on the go (for years), great staff, food quality and vibes. For the first time ever I am suuuuuuper disappointed about the service. Probably it was a long day for the guy at the cashier, but he was rather unprofessional, texting someone while taking the order, I had to repeat everything 3x times. At some point ALL the guys left. Completely empty restaurant. We waited for food 20+ min, being pretty much the only guests. While cooking our wonderful host was also swearing. I will keep visiting this place no matter what, but pleeeeease ask the dude to be a bit more positive.

Food is great but unfortunately it takes far too long! The ladies and gentlemen complain to Google that the reviews are not correct so that they will then be removed. 😂 If it works faster then you get better reviews. I recently placed the order by phone and was told I could come in 10 minutes. The food arrived 30 minutes after arrival.

We ordered here several times because the food was (was!) really good. We recently ordered again and this time there was simply too much rice (500g) and few toppings or some ingredients were not included at all. A burrito was also missing, which we also ordered. After a call we got everything new and it tasted better too. Today we ordered again and this time a whole bowl was missing!! Nobody answers the phone (tried 20 times) and UberEats now thinks we're not doing something right! Can't they just pack what you order? And then the GymCook employees also blame the people who pick them up!

Ordered three bowls. Got two bowls. None of the bowls were included in our original order. So the entire order was wrong. The supplier then promised that he would come back with the correct order and then didn't get in touch again. The order is still missing. The restaurant is now closed. We couldn't reach anyone by phone beforehand. Unfortunately, it's not the first time either. The last time we ordered here our order was simply canceled after two hours of waiting.

I ordered food via Lieferando. The delivery time was originally stated as 35 minutes. Actual delivery time was 2 hours. The food delivered was cold. For the first time, Lieferando did not provide a review link, otherwise I would have rated the late delivery directly with Lieferando. The only plus point was that the food tasted okay, just cold and way too late. One more point: there was only a tiny piece of chicken in the chicken curry!

We often reorder the bowls in the office to be able to eat healthy. The taste is great and they are still delicious even lukewarm. Only the sizes vary and for €15 I expect a decent portion. I understand the cost of high-quality ingredients, but then at least fill up with rice, it's cheap and your customers will be full. For 15€ you'll think twice about ordering again if you need two more snickers afterwards ;-)

Biggest garbage I've ever had. In the burrito, the rice was completely raw. The salad was just slapped on and a meal wasn't delivered at all even though it was paid for. Nobody answered the phone either.

It's getting worse and worse, I ordered the Harlem Truffle Bowl, when I got home and stirred the dressing, the disappointment was that instead of quinoa, everything was full of rice, other ingredients such as fried onions and kidney beans were completely missing, it was a shame to pay the entire amount for this

Unfortunately, I have often had the experience that the order was made incorrectly (ingredients were missing or the wrong ones were in there) but yesterday the service exceeded everything. I was not allowed to eat my food in a ToGo box and wooden fork because they no longer had any plates or clean cutlery. The napkins were also empty. There were exactly 3 types of drinks to choose from, everything else couldn't be made available to us despite our request. The tables were also dirty. I finally got feta cheese on my parmesan butter chicken. A pity! The food itself, when you get it as ordered, is super tasty, but the service ruins everything.

I ate here twice - once to take away and once on site. Both bowls were really tasty and the portions were more than fair for the price. I also think the large selection is great and the combinations are really something different. The ambience for sitting is quite nice, but nothing special :)

It's just a disgrace. The store started so well and then slowed down so much. To Go The food box is not even half full. There is a waiting time of sometimes 45 minutes to 1 hour. Today I waited again for 40 minutes for two boxes and then to have €3.50 deducted. When I pointed this out to the employee, there was no apology and a rude three euro cash payment. In addition, it felt like half of the food was no longer available. So what can I say… Long waiting times, half-filled boxes, price fraud and bad service….. Never again!!! Far too expensive for that
