Die Bestellung über Wolt war absolut enttäuschend. 18 Euro für eine Schüssel Reis in der sich hin und wieder ein Stück Hähnchen oder Kartoffel verlaufen hat.

Ich weiß nicht, was mit diesem Laden passiert ist. Ich habe schon öfter dort bestellt und hatte nie Probleme, aber meine letzte Bestellung war… einfach nur schrecklich. Es sah aus, als hätte jemand die Speisekarte nicht gekannt und einfach wahllos irgendetwas in meine Bowl geklatscht. Es fehlten unzählige Zutaten, und obwohl ich die XL-Portion bestellt hatte, waren nur drei winzige Fleischstückchen drin. Ich bestelle hier nie wieder. Einfach nur faul.

Es wird wohl gerade umgebaut, aber das Essen ist frisch und lecker. Obwohl sie kurz vor der Schließung standen, durften wir unsere Salate noch draußen auf der Terrasse essen. Vielen Dank! 😊

Es war hauptsächlich Reis. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht. Ich habe extra Hühnchen bestellt, aber die Menge war sehr gering. Die Süßkartoffel fehlte. Ich werde dort nicht mehr bestellen.

Mein Verlobter und ich sind Amerikaner auf einer Touristenreise und suchten nach einem langen Reisetag nach einer gesunden Mahlzeit. Wir betraten das Restaurant etwa 15 Minuten vor Ladenschluss, und die Angestellten waren sehr freundlich und bedienten uns freundlich, sprachen hervorragend Englisch und nahmen unsere Bestellung schnell auf. Das Essen war fantastisch, besonders für jemanden, der etwas Gesundes sucht, und der Service war erstklassig. Hoffentlich schaffen wir es noch einmal dorthin, bevor wir die Stadt verlassen.

Die Bowl an sich war lecker, der Service jedoch eine Katastrophe. Wir haben extra rechtzeitig angerufen, um unsere Bestellung aufzugeben. Am Telefon hieß es, wir sollen/ müssen vor Ort bestellen. Die Zubereitung dauert „nur 2min“. Jetzt warten wir seit 15min auf unsere Bestellung…. Obwohl nichts los ist. Schade, dass der Service so mangelhaft ist. Vor Ort auch ist das Personal auch noch unfreundlich und lügt einen an. Kann ich nicht weiter empfehlen

Ich finde das Konzept super und das Essen schmeckt mir. Zwei Dinge hätte ich aber gerne verbessert: Erstens, den Schutz der Marke vor unseriösen Restaurants, bei denen ich versehentlich bestellt habe und die wirklich schlecht sind. Und da eure Zielgruppe Fitnessbegeisterte sind, wäre eine Nährwerttabelle (Kalorien, Fett, Eiweiß) eurer Gerichte viel ansprechender und seriöser.

Haben über uber eats bestellt und bei beiden bowls haben fast alle Zutaten gefehlt. Hatten dann im Prinzip Reis mit etwas Salat/Rucola, vegan chicken und Dressing! Uber eats wollte uns nicht weiterhelfen, keine Erstattung, Gutschein oder sonstiges... sehr enttäuschend!

Sehr leckere chicken bowl, wenn man die Mayo die dazugeliefert wird weglässt sollte es auch ganz gute Nährwerte haben!

Ich bestelle schon seit Längerem bei diesem Laden (genauer gesagt in der Filiale in Nymphenburg) und bin in letzter Zeit sehr enttäuscht. Die Portionen sind klein, der Reis ist alt und hart, wie von vor Tagen. Es sind nur wenige Süßkartoffelstücke drin, und das Hähnchen schmeckt zäh und alt. Ich muss sagen, ich bin wirklich enttäuscht von der schlechten Qualität der Bowls. Ich bestelle immer die Protein-Chicken-Bowl, und die war in letzter Zeit wirklich schlecht. Früher hat sie viel besser geschmeckt, und die Portionen waren größer. Die Bowls sind nicht frisch, und alle Zutaten wurden reduziert.

Dies ist ein verifizierter Kauf, und ich möchte diese Bewertung nicht entfernen lassen. Ich habe heute um 20:30 Uhr bei Gymcook bestellt, und um 21:20 Uhr wurde die Bestellung ohne Vorwarnung storniert. So habe ich im Grunde eine Stunde mit Warten auf mein Abendessen verschwendet, anstatt eine vernünftige Alternative zu nutzen. Es wurde keine Nachricht hinterlassen, warum die Bestellung storniert wurde. Mir ist klar geworden, dass die Mitarbeiter, obwohl sie die Bestellung um 20:30 Uhr angenommen hatten, sich wohl dachten: „Egal, wir schließen in einer halben Stunde.“

Meiner Erfahrung nach waren Essen und Service dort früher hervorragend, doch im letzten Jahr hat die Qualität stark nachgelassen. Der Hummus und die Soßen schmecken jetzt wässrig, und die Portionen sind merklich kleiner geworden – von allem ist weniger drin, vom Hähnchen bis zur Ricotta. Auch der Service hat nachgelassen, mit mehreren falschen Bestellungen und fehlenden Artikeln (einmal wurde sogar das vegane Hähnchen vergessen!). Ich finde das enttäuschend, denn dieses Restaurant hat großes Potenzial, der perfekte Ort für gesunde, proteinreiche Mahlzeiten zu sein. Sie müssen nur wieder die Qualität und Beständigkeit zurückgewinnen. Vorläufig gebe ich einen Stern, um die Gesamtbewertung auszugleichen.

Sehr leckere und gesunde Bowls als die bessere Alternative, statt Burger, Pizza, Frittierte Hähnchenteile. Preis ist einfach an die heutige Zeit angepasst. Dafür passt die Menge. Man wird satt.

Früher war Gym Cook wirklich sehr gut und war dort fast täglich aber seit geraumer Zeit, hat die Qualität extrem nachgelassen, ständig wird das Rezept umgestellt, nicht immer zum besseren und wenn man es liefern lässt kannst du eher einen 2 Stunden Film zu Ende schauen bevor es ankommt, leider viele schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht was wirklich schade ist.

Richtig leckeres Essen und super Service! Bestelle öfter über Uber und kommt immer sehr frisch an.

Update 06.01.2026 Privat bestellt. Protein chicken bowl. Was soll ich sagen? Es fehlten hier an jedem Ende..mal wieder. Kein Pulled chicken sondern vertrocknete Streifen von vor 2,3 Tagen?, keine Kichererbsen, kein Mango, keine Süßkartoffeln..dafür eine habe Kartoffeln die mindestens auch schon ein paar Stunden alt ist. Fühl mich echt verarscht.. Wir haben in der Arbeit bestellt. Ich habe den Earth Salat bestellt in dem unter anderem Kürbis, rote Bete, Gurke drin sind. Nichts davon war in meinem Salat, neben dem Burrata lagen 2 traurige Blumenkohl Röschen. Auf Nachfrage hin wurde behauptet, dass das Gemüse sehr wohl enthalten wäre. Kein entgegenkommen,keine Entschuldigung…nichts. Schade, aber bestellen werden wir hier nicht mehr

Experience: On-site I had little time between two appointments at the nearby regional court, and after a brief inquiry, this was taken into special consideration. The food arrived quickly, was very good, and the service was super friendly and attentive. I will gladly come back next time.

We just ordered two chicken supreme burritos via uber eats. Both were extremely underwhelming. The wrong and much less ingredients were used. We got beef meatballs, rice and broccoli. No sauces, no cheese, no sour cream, just meatballs rice and broccoli. The tortillas were not even really filled (very small burrito in a large tortilla). The broccoli was disgusting, sour, and doesn't fit into a burrito (entire broccoli pieces). Just absolutely no love at all, seemed like they were missing the ingredients and just threw together some scraps. Thankfully, uber eats reimbursed our order.

I used to love this place for their tasty and nutritious food and always ordered from them. During the last couple of months, the portion sizes have been getting smaller and especially my last two orders have been comically small. I got one tiny piece of sweet potato in the entire bowl and I couldn't believe my eyes. Definitely will never order again, its ridicilous.

Absolutely not at all what is pictured when you order delivery. It's a complete joke. There were no chickpeas as listed, like 3 leaves of arugula, and maybe 3 pieces of sweet potato.

Absolute disappointment, once again. There were four small pieces of chicken in a "protein chicken bowl." It came with half a potato. For €15, I could have cooked myself some rice.

We placed a large order with this restaurant via Lieferando Business. The food was good, but unfortunately, all our requests for an invoice were ignored. Since we ordered as a business customer, this is really important to us. The service was unfortunately abysmal – a shame, because we enjoyed the food. For this reason, we unfortunately won't order again.

Ordered 2 for 1 banana bread - it was 1 and a half with breadcrumbs... The bowls weren't great either, with some ingredients missing, like fried onions. Basically, it was just a bowl of rice with a few ingredients...

Tasty and healthy but honestly it doesn't cost the money they charge. A bowl of quinoa with a few salad leaves isn't worth 14 eur

We ordered 6x office lunch on 01.07.25 and it was never delivered (option: local delivery). The nr cannot be called, there was no reply per Mail or Chat as well. After two hours trying to contact Gym Cook we gave up. On the 6th of July the order was cancelled per mail. The credit card was charged though and actions need to be taken to reclaim it back. Overall it is not acceptable and we strongly urge to order food via Uber eats, Lieferando etc. The other Gym Cook location in Maximilianstr. was not able to help, as they are not connected. This was a very negative experience.

The food was excellent, but unfortunately, you have to wait an extra 15-20 minutes even if you pre-ordered. In my opinion, there's room for improvement here.

Somehow I don't understand the bad reviews. But there's really far too little vegan chicken in it? 2 mini strips?? I always get the vegan protein bowl, and it's a decent size. It's easy to make, and delivery is always quick for me.

Disappointing experience – not recommended I ordered through Lieferando and was unfortunately very disappointed. The portions were extremely small – the bottom of the delivery package was clearly visible. The apple in the "High Level Bowl" was completely missing, and the meat was so sparse that I could have just ordered vegetarian. Absolutely not justified for the hefty price. To make matters worse, the food arrived 49 minutes late. Ordering like this is no fun.

A total disaster. The coffee was watery and bitter, the service was unfriendly, and the place was very uncomfortable and far too quiet. The interior design is reminiscent of a doctor's office!! Also, the terrace is not wheelchair accessible. Far too expensive for such poor quality. I won't be back.

Delivery was ordered for 12:20. So that we can eat on time during our meeting break at 12:30. Now, at 1:00 p.m., the delivery has not yet arrived. This is very annoying because it completely destroys our schedule. Delivery delays of more than 40 minutes are an absolute no go!

Tastes good. But portions are too small. As a man, you won't get full from one portion and 2x for 30€ is too expensive.... An xl version for a 5€ surcharge would be good. Unfortunately the sauce has now been changed. Before it was brown, now it's orange. Not really good for me.

Unfortunately, the people who work there aren't attentive and couldn't help with complications, so we had to drive 30 minutes to the nearest Cook gym. So be careful when ordering. Food delicious!

Ordered via Lieferando. The order only came after 1.5 hours instead of the announced 40 minutes. But what's much worse is that I have to bill for the food, it was a larger order and I'm failing to get an invoice. Nobody responds to emails or calls. Really super annoying. I don't order here anymore.

Este es un restaurante de tazones con comida saludable y sabrosa. Lamentablemente, hay tiempos de espera muy largos, incluso cuando se ordena por teléfono y se dice de otra manera. Pedimos dos tazones y nos dijeron que lo recogiéramos en 20 minutos. Pero después de ese tiempo, tuvimos que esperar otros 30 minutos. Esto fue decepcionante, pero los largos tiempos de espera sucedían regularmente. Además, los tazones regularmente no se llenan y obtienen cada vez menos al mismo precio alto, de manera que nos vamos a otro lugar en el futuro.

I am absolutely disappointed with my order. The portion I got delivered was an absolute joke compared to the portions on site. It was pitifully small and to charge such a high price for it is just a disgrace - I'm really disappointed! I ordered a bowl and there were three pieces of sweet potatoes in it. If you already offer deliveries, the quality and quantity should be comparable to going to a restaurant. That was definitely the last time

It was my first visit to GYM COOK today and it was a bit sobering. In summer you can clearly see through the garden chairs that it is open and you can dine there. Now at this time you can't tell from the outside that it's open. At first I thought that GYM COOK was closed forever. Please put up a board that is clearly visible to all customers and write the following on it We are open Quite simply, it's so hard... OK. It is a minimalist restaurant with no frills. That's okay too. But it can't be the case that a guest first has to walk around the house in order to then recognize that GYM COOK still exists by looking at a piece of cake in the display case. As for the food itself, I say okay. You can't say much about one time. Portions are ok. but a bit too expensive for this price and ingredients. I was the only customer in this restaurant, when I left two more guests came. The cleanliness of this facility is clearly visible at first glance. The service staff was very friendly and helpful. Important to know for guests It cannot be paid with cash, only with card.

Unfortunately my visit was disappointing. The portions were far too small, the quality of the food was poor, and the price-performance ratio was not justified.

I have been a fan for quite a while, but I must say I was very disappointed with the last order. The Protein Chilli Bowl was my go-to dish, but I was negatively surprised today. The delicious barbacoa pulled beef was substituted for pieces of tasteless meat and with huge chunks (I mean two halves) of soggy paprika. I am not sure why or who decided that this change was a good idea, but I have to say that I’ll not be ordering again.

It's actually always been my favorite shop for healthy bowls. But lately I've only been disappointed. The sizes are a disgrace. The bowls are only half full and for this really outrageous price! Often the ingredients are no longer available, but you are only told this after the ordering and payment process and you have to be content with alternatives. I will avoid this shop in the future, although I have to say that it is still really tasty..

Very helpful and nice service from staff member Juktha Prashad Saha! Just had the protein chicken bowl served super quickly (Sunday)! On top of that there was a charging cable to borrow for my smartphone... I can only recommend it to everyone! Very tasty bowls and very friendly and polite service!

We were in the store around 6 p.m. and there was no one there, so we were able to order in a relaxed manner and our bowls arrived relatively quickly. Extra chicken costs €4.90! In a normal protein bowl there is only 90g of chicken, which means around 18g of protein, so relatively little for a protein bowl, if you take the other components into account you get around 30g of protein. 20€ for 30g is way too much. In addition, only English is spoken. Nevertheless, the food was good and the atmosphere was great.

I ordered some food on Wolt at 8pm last night and the order was taken with an estimated delivery time of 40 minutes. At around 9 p.m. the app said that a driver was on the way to pick up my order. At 9:45 p.m. I was informed via the app that my order had been rejected and I was left without anything to eat.

Absolutely recommended for all fitness enthusiasts, real gym rats and health-conscious “normal people”. Super delicious!! Price-performance could be better, but it's okay for Munich. Please keep the price stable. Keep it up!

For the price, the food was semi-good... I was more than disappointed with the service, an employee who barely got a decent hello and otherwise didn't leave a friendly impression... certainly not again!

Ordered online today and didn't receive an order confirmation by email so I didn't know whether my order went through. You can't reach anyone there by phone. Food came half an hour late. Bowls were ok, good quantity. In all Garden Eden bowls the Hokkaido pumpkin was RAW!!!

Service, ambience okay. However, the food was terrible... there were four of us there and everyone had diarrhea/vomiting for 1-2 days afterwards. The health department has been informed and is waiting for feedback.

Unfortunately, my experience at Gymcook was very disappointing (for the second time). I ordered the Vitamin Salad to pick up, the main ingredient of which was supposed to be the burrata. Much to my dismay, the burrata was completely missing and not even anything alternative was added. Almost all other ingredients were also missing. For 15 euros I would have expected a lot more. I ended up making a pizza and the salad barely served as an expensive side salad. It really can't be! I definitely won't order here again.

The store started strong, but declined just as much. This is the third time I've had something raw in the bowl (potatoes) or completely overcooked (rice) or inedible (rock hard vegan chicken). Things are often forgotten when placing orders. Too bad!

Very tasty, although not cheap. Apparently the opening hours that were supposedly updated two weeks ago do not apply. I'm standing in front of closed doors right now. It's a shame that they can't be kept up to date, or at least posted on the door.

We decided to stop by Gymcook again today but unfortunately this time it seemed different. Unfortunately, it was no longer possible to go to the toilet again because the shop was simply locked at around 4 p.m. and there was no employee on site, although the opening times say otherwise. Unfortunately, this led to dissatisfaction among us and arriving guests.

The food is always good when you eat locally. Unfortunately, we had to find out for the second time that the employees weren't there at all or were put off with the statement "it would now take at least a quarter of an hour until an order can be accepted".
