Disgusting experience after seeing how the worker was touching food without gloves at all and at the same time touching his mouth and cash! I was shocked…

I've rarely experienced such unfriendly behavior. A 5-euro voucher was rejected because you can only order at the vending machine and only pay by card there. They'd rather send the customers away in a huff. Unbelievable, never experienced that before.

The employee is an absolute disgrace. I was looked at aggressively. He said something that I didn't understand. When I said “excuse me,” he literally scolded me back. As if I could do something about his lack of German. He had a greasy glove on. He accepted the bill with the glove. He also gave me the feedback with the greasy glove. The coins were so greasy that I had to clean them off with a napkin. And the best. Using the same glove he used to give and spend the money, he then reached into the fries and put them in the bowl with his hand. Again! Hygiene is probably unknown there.

Waited 15 minutes for someone to come and serve me. Totally overpriced

Had a currywurst for six euros. It only had disgusting dried onions on it and some curry sauce. The bread was a thin flatbread that was burnt. Very expensive and disgusting.

The fries were fried way too short. They had no color at all, were still half raw and very greasy. I've rarely eaten such bad fries. Unfortunately, the quality is no longer as good as it used to be.

I’ve bought from here multiple times but this time the worker was extremely rude, i insisted i didn’t have a card but they rudely told me to go to the machine. 3 people after me also bought their food and left, i wasted 20 minutes standing. He finally asked me for my order, i said it, he ignored me and went on working for 5 minutes again. I had to say excuse me 3 times until he answered annoyedly saying ‘just give me a minute just give me a minute’, he finally turned, i repeated, specifically saying no beef, but he added beef, i pointed it out and he said that i should have told him at the counter (which i did, twice). He tossed it aside and went on ranting, he packed another with barely any cheese sauce threw 4 small pieces of jalapeno in and closed the box, not even closing the paper bag and tossing jt on the counter like i am some beggar. I would give negative rating if possible. Never going back. Shame on that employee.

The food tastes good here. Good for a lunch break. However, the employees are not customer-oriented. Don't answer simple questions, just nod, prepare burgers and play on your cell phone... that's not possible! The employees here don’t know the words like “Hello,” “Thank you,” “Here you go,” “Thank you for being here.” A man comes in and waits until the employee interviews are finished. Man is hardly noticed. Orders are taken “in between”.… bad!!!

Disaster... only 1 employee more than 6 customers who have to stand there and wait a long time for their food. Money is not refunded and the employee is extra slow and unfriendly.

So if you're hungry, eat anything but fries, the fries are from the freezer (possibly from Lidl or Aldi) for that money, you can definitely get something edible elsewhere.

This is not a burger, completely disappointed!

I visited Fries Freund today because Google said they were open until 8:30 p.m. However, when I arrived at 7:50pm I was informed that they are already closed. This was very disappointing and inconvenient. Please update opening hours on Google to help customers plan better.

The offer is not so good that you can do without being friendly towards the customer. If I wanted to order food at the counter, I was told “I should do it on the electronic board”. Occurred on December 27th, 24 evening. Then not, French fries friends.

Fries were tasty and a good portion. Unfortunately, the currywurst was a bit small for the price. Additionally, it wasn't cut well, so some pieces stuck together, which made it difficult to eat. There was enough sauce and you could get dips for free.

Burger tastes like cheese foot, can't recommend the burgers

As a foodie, I rarely write reviews on Google, but I just can’t keep quiet this time. I felt both angry and humiliated 😭 This is now the second time I’ve ordered here, and once again, they completely messed it up. The first time, I paid nearly 20€ for a double currywurst and extra chili cheese fries. And what did I get? Just a normal currywurst (which costs less!) with a tiny bit of chili cheese on top. And where were my extra fries? Hello? But I let it go, thinking it was just a size issue 🙃 But today? I ordered TWO loaded currywursts, and this time I checked carefully before I left (lesson learned!). When I opened the boxes (because one felt way too light) and sure enough… it was just loaded fries (which I DID NOT ORDER). So, I went back and asked for the order I actually paid for. They gave me one sausage, BUT instead of apologizing, the staff laughed and started talking in their language, like they were mocking me. Why? Just because I don’t speak German? Is this appropriate, or am I overreacting? 😌 But here’s the real kicker. When I got home, I had a bad feeling about that other box, and guess what? It was also just LOADED FRIES, NOT loaded currywurst 😭😭😭. So basically I PAID for 2 LOADED CURRY WURST BUT WHAT I GOT? 2 LOADED FRIES. I almost cried from frustration, especially since it was made by the SAME person who got my last order wrong!! 😭😭 And I wasn’t the only ONE—another customer even came back because his order was wrong, too. Oh, and get this: other customers got a RECEIPT for their order, but NOT me. Was this on purpose? Hoping I wouldn’t double-check my order? GOSH thus would be illegal😭 Long story short, what frustrated me the most was that two people were working, yet they somehow got ALMOST EVERY order wrong and acted completely unprofessionally. I used to like Pommes Freunde, but this experience was just AWFUL. All I wanted was my correct order, but instead of a simple “sorry,” I got laughed at. Unbelievable 👏🏻 @Owner, please take a close look at your staff and invest in employee training. I’m literally begging you.

Went to the PF at Pasinger Bahnhofsplatz for the first time today. You could order via the terminal or from the employees. Food was prepared quickly. Had a hot dog, currywurst & fries “big friends”. We then feasted on the S-Bahn. Really delicious fast food. The fries were so hot that you had to be careful not to burn your food hole. No, but honestly we were thrilled and will get something there again. Oh and don't forget the friendly staff. You were allowed to take your own ketchup and mayo. But since I'm sitting in a wheelchair, it was filled for me and put in the bag. This is how customer service works

Waited forever, finally got a burger but it was cold, then a burger without salad, until finally, without apology, the correct order came warm but unfortunately with greasy fries.

Worst food quality ever. I ordered sweet potatoes and grilled chicken sandwich, the potatoes were extremely oily that you feel eating oil in your mouth! I ordered an extra patty for the sandwich, which was super undercooked that you can’t even bite it. Not worth a penny I’d say!

Poor service. Its written 100%halal but you have to mention and precise that you want halal food. If you not mention the guy is over counter behave like a nonsense , disrespectful and aggressive towards ladies for no reason . I can really advise anyone not to ever eat there! I ordered my food at the terminal, fries with currywurst and paid for them with a card. Luckily, I didn't throw away the receipt straight away. Because the gentleman who prepared the food didn't want to hand me my food, even though I had paid and after waiting in the restaurant, I didn't get anything. The gentleman didn't want to give me my food despite the receipt and took the receipt countless times to look at it and it definitely said approved. He constantly wanted me to show my online banking…. After a long discussion about why I didn't get my food even though I had already paid, it was finally handed to me in a rude manner. Content was just as disrespectful as the whole situation. Never again!

According to the opening times, it should be open until 10 p.m., but I found the doors closed at 8:30 p.m. The lights were on and there were still customers inside who had just placed their orders and were now receiving their food. There was no notice or notice as to why it was closed earlier. If you close earlier, please change the opening hours accordingly! Very disappointing and unprofessional.

The fries are always crispy and delicious. I absolutely can't complain about that. I work nearby and come here every now and then when I feel like eating something unhealthy during my break. But the employees are such a thing... mostly really unfriendly and extremely listless. I come from a service background myself and I understand when you're having a bad day, but anyone who makes such a face and speaks in such a tone, no matter what customer and no matter what time period, simply has absolutely no interest in what they're doing. That's ok, but I have to say that it makes me avoid the store now. I don't have to be put in a bad mood by the employees every time. It's a pity.

Price-performance is not right. Burger ok, fries too. But just ok. For just under 16.00 for a menu I expect more. I can go straight to a big burger chain.

Wanted to order first instead of reviewing… good sign. When I was there (the first time) even normal pommesfritz :) were sufficient without anything, by that I just mean the feeling of hunger. The fries were “seto grande” because there is just an endless amount of sauce with 8-10 different types. it was really creamy!

Unfortunately no toilet and too much sauce on the burger. At least you were allowed to wash your hands at the kitchen sink (which is, however, rather questionable in terms of hygiene). The fries didn't really taste good either.

Unfortunately, despite the generally very good fries, I can only give this one star. My girlfriend and I each had a portion of veg via Lieferando. Ordered currywurst. In both portions there were a few pieces of sausage, which tasted different, looked different and had a different consistency than the rest. So there was obviously animal meat in both portions. That is not how it works! Unfortunately I couldn't be reached by phone either.

The food is OK, nothing special. Relative expensive. Service is unfriendly, which is nothing new these days.

They sell beer but it's not allowed to drink it inside! Unbelievable!

It's a terrible place with terrible service. We bought two burgers and a bottle of beer, then I opened it and after it they told me that I can't drink beer inside. Why they didn't tell me before?

Ambience is OK for me. Just a snack. Food and service (sometimes gutter slang) has deteriorated considerably. At least you have a free choice of sauces (they taste good, hence 3 stars). The guys behind the counter certainly try hard, but it's often not enough. I remembered it differently. There are better "food places" in the arcades, but unfortunately they have also declined. Corona sends greetings.

For being in the station area it's also a nice place but I don't understand why the clerks are in a hurry to serve even if the place is LITERALLY empty! Basically the cheese was still cold and not even remotely melted and the chips were just fried but not perfectly cooked! .. Not to mention the way I was looked at during the 35 seconds in which I was looking at the menu to make my choice... OH MY GOODNESS guys, what bad vibes... and what a bad existence one leads by doing so! Furthermore, I find it shameful that in 2024 there are still people (mostly young) who cannot communicate in English... especially if you operate in a tourist area like the train station.

Hello everyone, Everything was just rubbish. Very unfriendly and cold fries 🍟 The fries were like straw. 05/15/2024 It's not possible.

Unfortunately, the store is very bad, the employee is unfriendly. I had hair in my food in 2 of 3 portions of fries.... You have to pay extra for ketchup and mayo. The seller said 80 cents per cup..... the sausage was cold and the portion was So small that not even the child could get enough. There was still half the space in the box and it was empty.... I definitely won't go there again.

Very bad food!! the worst fries burnt with a lot of salt.The climate is incredibly negative!! The tables are very dirty and not even a glass to drink your drink!! Never again!!

If you love fresh fries, this is the place for you. Maybe they're a tad too salty, but they're fresh and delicious. Regarding the comments regarding friendliness, all I can say is that people are under a lot of pressure these days and "As you shout into the forest, it rings out". People behind the counter in sales also deserve respect. And not every day is the same. Therefore, it requires some self-reflection before making a statement. I received friendly service and will be back. It wasn't my first visit either.

You order food. Fries for €0.00 on Uber Eats. Then just cancel after 1 hour. It's not my problem if they put it in for the wrong price. Really never order again. If you order there you have to know for yourself

The store was a real disappointment. Ordered a "premium" double cheeseburger for €15 which was on sale and then cost €20 on the menu. The cashier had little knowledge of German and couldn't understand my question about the weight of the meat in the patty. Still, I asked for an additional patty to be added to enhance the burger. After painfully slow communication, a second piece of meat was added and charged at a disproportionate price. The patties were estimated to weigh barely 60 grams and were as thin as paper. Despite the promise of premium quality, the meat was overcooked and tasteless. The fries came in a tiny bowl, seemed to have been ready for ages, and I only counted 20 of them. After spending €25, my stomach remained unsatisfied. The portions are ridiculously small and the value for money is simply absurd.

Unpleasantly bad shop... As part of the Monday offer, I ordered a cheeseburger for €6 and I added it to the menu for €10. I asked the cashier how many grams of beef are in a patty, unfortunately he didn't understand me because he didn't seem to speak much German and was the only one in the room. I then asked to order an extra patty so that the burger would have a little more content. After a laborious communication, he then added a second meat to it and invoiced it. The patties each weighed an estimated less than 80 grams. McDonald's patties are thicker, among other things. Although the store advertises premium quality, you can't even get the meat on medium heat. The fries were prepared in a tiny bowl several minutes before arrival and only amount to 25 pieces. At this size I was still hungry after spending a whopping €15.50 I think the portions are absolutely inadequate and the price is absolutely grotesque

Not bad in taste, currywurst was already small. Freshly made fries. The employee at the service was very annoyed, addressed like he was at the train station. A pity. Ambiance is OK. You can do it, but you don't have to.

Double cheeseburger was very tasty. Really recommended for the price! The fries needed a little more in the deep fryer, and a little more salt. Particularly positive: refreshing towel to clean your hands. Small shop, door is open all the time in the cold. But that's ok for a quick snack too.

Currywurst with fries is always delicious here and the service is quick and friendly. Personally, preparing a burger takes too long for me. As is the case everywhere, prices are now relatively high, even for fast food. Nevertheless, my recommendation if you would like to eat a currywurst here.

Will be put together quite quickly on site, nice guys. Take your job very seriously, have a friendly smile on your face, and make delicious food! Overall very inviting! Can only recommend👍

Leider habe den Mitarbeiter nicht wirklich verstanden weil er sich weggedreht als er mit mir gesprochen hat die Menü Auswahl sollte meines Erachtens selbsterklärend sein sprich wenn man einen single Burger (ohne Menü) sollte es schon am Anschlag ersichtlich sein dass es eine Möglichkeit ist. Der Burger (Cheeseburger) allerdings war super lecker 🤤 kommt schon an MC ran Und ab der Schnelligkeit müsst ihr arbeiten wenn ihr an MC oder King ran wollt King habt ihr schon beim Burger überholt meines Erachtens

Die pommes waren,wie soll ich es beschreiben, wie gummi,,die Currywurst war lecker und die sauce auch. Ich besuche den Laden nochmals ,ich gebe erstmals zwei Sterne .

Hatte eine Currywurst mit Pommes die besonders gut geschmeckt hat und sehr günstig war. Auch TOP ist das es dort verschiedene Soßen kostenfrei gab. Personal war auch sehr freundlich. Die Lage am Bahnhof Pasing und an denn Arcaden ist ja sowieso TOP. Komme sehr gerne wieder :)

Schöne kleine Fastfood Bude! Das Essen war super schnell fertig, alles scheint frisch gemacht worden zu sein, es war heiß, lecker gut gesalzen und würzige Soßen. Leider kam mir das Personal etwas lustlos rüber was ich schade für den Laden finde denn es wertet den Laden etwas ab.

Das Essen ist ok. Der Burger war gut. Die Pommes trotz des Namens nichts besonderes. Man bestellt, bekommt einen Piepser, der Bescheid geben soll, wenn die Bestellung fertig ist. Meine Bestellung wurde vergessen oder vertauscht. Auf Nachfrage habe ich sie dann noch bekommen. Dort Essen ist wegen dem Frittierfettgeruch nicht empfehlenswert.

Ich spreche nur für diese Filiale. Das war leider nix. Der Angestellte war ziemlich lustlos, die Pommes zu früh rausgeholt, waren größtenteils nicht fertig. Für den Preis lieber nen Döner holen und satt werden. Das Topping war leider auch enttäuschend. Chili con carne bedeutet mit Fleisch, davon war nix zu sehen. Genauso auch der Mangel an Speckstreifen. Einziger Pluspunkt: man kann sich gratis Saucen holen zum Probieren. Das unbedingt beibehalten.

Pommes und Saucen einwandfrei, Service freundlich, hat allerdings die Musik superlaut aufgedreht und den Laden verlassen...

Fand den Laden die letzten zwei, drei Jahre eigentlich recht toll, haben definitiv die besten Pommes in ganz München, aber gestern bei der Bestellung hatte die Bedienung nicht so wirklich verstanden, was wir bestellen wollten...war ein bissl Theater... und als jemand eine Colaflasche vom Tisch gefegt hat, wurden auch keine Scherben aufgekehrt.

Hygiene Fehlanzeige. Der Herr der mich kurz zuvor bediente ging raus zum Rauchen, nach der Rückkehr Hände waschen? Fehlanzeige! Zwischendurch immer wieder am Handy oder Leergut umräumen oder Hände in den Taschen. Sauberkeit sollte das kleine 1x1 der Gastronomie sein, besonders wenn praktisch alles vor den Kunden geschieht. Mich sieht man hier nicht mehr!

Es mag ja sein, über Geschmäcker lässt es sich streiten! 1.Bestell - Vorgang - 1 Currywurst (Weiß) dazu nur Brötchen und ein kleines "Giesinger" 9,10 €, soweit ok! Im Nachgang als Order auf dem selben Pappteller eine rote "Wurscht" ohne weitere Beilagen für 5, 45 € ist schon etwas übertrieben! Ich war das letzte Mal hier!!! Der Begriff "Currywurst" bedarf so mancher Orts eine neue Definition?!

Ich bin sehr enttäuscht! Ich komme regelmäßig vorbei, da es einfach lecker schmeckt. Neben dem, wie es schmeckt, ist aber auch die Organisation ein Thema. Ich standen schon zum zweiten Mal in Pasing bei Pommes Freunde und obwohl geöffnet sein sollte, und es war nicht geöffnet. Das ist sehr schade, da ich in dem Fall extra für Pommes Freunde von zu Hause hin gefahren bin. Sinnlos nach Pasing fahren hätte ich mir schenken können wenn die Angaben zu den Öffnungszeiten auf der Webseite und Google passen würden. Auch auf Facebook und co stand nichts. Schade!

Drei mal dort gewesen und jedes Mal ein Reinfall. - Süßigkartoffelpommes kurz vor verkohlt (wurde öfter bemängelt, scheint dort also Standard zu sein) - Bestellungen jedes Mal falsch oder unvollständig (nicht mal "zum Mitnehmen" wird registriert, bei "veggie" sollte man auf jeden Fall öfter nachfragen) - sinnlose Diskussion, warum ich eine Wurst "Single" bestelle (wie es an der Tafel steht) - ich soll einfach "ohne Getränk" oder "nicht als Menü" sagen (??) - ganze Familie Bauchweh nach dem letzten Besuch Positiv: die dicken Pommes schmecken lecker und die Soßenauswahl ist groß. Hilft dann aber halt auch nicht viel, wenn man andere Sachen bekommt, als man bestellt hat, und danach alle Bauchweh haben. Echt schade! Standort ist nämlich echt gut für einen GUTEN Imbiss.

Super Burger, sehr luftig aber auch knusprig. Pommes sind immer lecker und man kann sich so viele Soßen nehmen wie man will!
