Ich wollte eine bereits bezahlte Bestellung abholen, aber sie haben sie jemand anderem gegeben und mir die Rückerstattung verweigert!

Also das waren die schlechtesten Pommes die ich je hatte und dann noch 5€ für eine Mikroportion da ist man leider bei der Konkurrenz besser aufgehoben

Mein Burger ist im Fett geschwommen,sau teuer der Spaß,aufpassen Leute.unhöfliches Personal.

Heute bin ich um ca. 20.00 Uhr mit einem Kollegen essen an der Kasse bestellt. Kaasierer war direkt unfreundlich als wir ihn drauf aufmerksam gemacht haben das wir getrennt zahlen weil er alles zusammen getippt hat. Ich habe gleich gemerkt das der noch irgendwie was vor hat mit dem essen. Und ja als er das essen mir gebracht hat ist mir 1. Aufgefallen das er die Wurst ohne Handschuhe im die Schale gelegt hat. 2. Die Wurst war Alt und wurde nachgebraten heißt der hat sie von nem Fach raus wahrscheinlich von ner alten Bestellung und mir dann kurz warm gebraten und mit den Finger in die Schale Soße drüber lauwarme Pommes. Ich habe es direkt angesprochen und mein geld zurück verlangt da man klar erkennen konnte das die Wurst nicht frisch geschnitten war sondern nach gebraten . Ich würde diesem Landen niemanden empfehlen.

Essen ist in Ordnung, jedoch viel zu überteuert. Bei den letzten malen hat immer irgendetwas bei der Bestellung gefehlt. Man wird dort nur abgezogen und betrogen. Bestellung unbedingt überprüfen! Mitarbeiter auch nicht gerade die freundlichsten und Motivation ist auch gleich null.

Ich habe ein Smash Burger Menu bestellt, aber im Burger waren schlussendlich nur ein Pattie und Sauce mehr nicht. Dazu noch zu salzige Pommes und das ganze für 14 EURO!?

Ich bin tief enttäuscht von meinem Besuch in dieser Filiale von Pommes Freunde. Ich habe einen Burger mit Rinder-Bacon bestellt und bezahlt (Kassenbon liegt vor). Meiner Ansicht nach wurde mir allerdings Schweine-Bacon serviert, was für mich absolut inakzeptabel ist. Zunächst zeigte sich der Kundenservice per E-Mail einsichtig und sicherte mir schriftlich eine Rückerstattung des Kaufbetrags iHv 16,45 € zu, auch wenn sie die Verwendung von Schweine-Bacon abgestritten haben. Seit dieser Zusage wird meine Angelegenheit jedoch komplett ignoriert. Auf mehrere Erinnerungsmails wurde bis heute nicht mehr geantwortet, und das Geld wurde nie ausgezahlt. Den Vorfall werde ich des Weiteren mitsamt den Beweisen an die zuständige Lebensmittelüberwachung melden. Auch der Zustand der Filiale vor Ort war mangelhaft: Die Tische waren klebrig und unhygienisch, und die Pommes hatten einen unappetitlichen, grauen Unterton. Ich kann diesen Laden absolut nicht empfehlen. Kassenbon, Fotos des Fleisches und der E-Mail-Verkehr mit der Zahlungszusage liegen mir für den Fall einer unberechtigten Löschung dieser Rezension lückenlos als Beweis vor.

Sehr enttäuschend!!! Ich bestellte ein komplettes Menü mit Spezialpommes mit Guacamole, Chicken Nuggets, Chili Nuggets und mehr für 23 Euro. Da ich auf dem Weg zum Zug war, habe ich die Speisekarte nicht überprüft und bin davon ausgegangen, dass ich meine Bestellung erhalten würde. Ich habe mich aber getäuscht – ich bekam kaum die Hälfte von dem, wofür ich bezahlt hatte. Wenn Sie hier bestellen, überprüfen Sie die Speisekarte unbedingt, bevor Sie zum Zug gehen!

Der letzte sch... über 10 Euro und bekommst ne kinder Portion Pommes und ne halbe Wurst. Nach meiner Ansage, es wäre Gesetz von dieser Kette. Lasst die Finger von

Heute mal nach längerer Zeit, endlich mal wieder nach Pasing zu Pommes Freunde, mit voller Vorfreude und Heißhunger bin ich in die Filiale gegangen, und war irritiert, Nix mehr vorhanden vom dem alten Flair. Wo Pommes Freunde noch Pommes Freunde waren, dicke Portionen, z.b Currywurst mit Zwei Würstchen und Pommes extra alles zum guten Preis. Dazu noch Coole entspannte Mitarbeiter, die mal lachen. All dies ist nicht mehr vorhanden. Es macht einen schon traurig, zu sehen wie der Rot Stift angesetzt worden ist. Die Currywurst z.b 1 Wurst mit paar Pommes als topping obendrauf, für fast 9 Euro. Die einen nicht wirklich satt macht. Geschmacklich war wirklich alles wunderbar, und ich hoffe ihre findet zum coolen Flair wie früher zurück.

Ich gehe hier immer gerne essen. Wenn wenig los ist, ist das Essen auch sofort da. Die Mitarbeiter sind auch immer freundlich.

Ich war am 10.04 gegen 12:15 dort und möchte anmerken das der Mitarbeiter mit der Brille an der Theke sehr freundlich ist was mir wirklich gefallen hat, außerdem ist mir aufgefallen das er Bestellungen sehr strukturiert abarbeiten sodass ich nicht lange auf mein Essen warten musste.

Geschmäcker sind verschieden. War für mich eher enttäuschend. Selten einen so fettigen Burger erlebt wie diesen: Double Bacon. Pommes waren ganz okay. Bestellung war super schnell und die Angestellten auch super nett, nurs Essen .. naja.

Habe einen Burger, Süßkartoffel Pommes mit Currywurst und Nuggets und filetbites bestellt für 33€. Die Pommes waren in der selben Box mit der Currywurst, was so nicht sein sollte, sondern man sollte sie getrennt bekommen wenn es schon so Fettig ist. Der Burger hat vor Fett getrieft. Haben es zum mitnehmen bestellt und kein besteck und Servietten dazu bekommen. Der Service war in Ordnung.

Ich habe über Lieferando bestellt und es kam nie was an, meine App sagte mir dass meine Bestellung zu einer bestimmten Zeit bereits zugeliefert worden sei; an meiner Tür hat keiner geläutet.

Das essen hier ist erstklassig vor allem wenn adnan es zubereitet ein sehr netter Mitarbeiter mit viel Respekt und verständniss

Seitdem die Dip Auswahl um die Hälfte reduziert wurde geht’s Bergab. Die Pommes sind quasi ungenießbar salzig! Aber da kommt der Retter in Not ins Spiel… 3,50€ für ein Getränke. Vor ein paar Jahren waren auch die Mitarbeiter noch nett

Ich habe zwei Burger bestellt, aber nur einer wurde geliefert! Und der war auch noch eiskalt. Die Meldung fehlender Burger in der App ist unklar, und das Restaurant ist telefonisch nicht erreichbar. Sehr enttäuschend.

Bestellt niemals zur Lieferung dort es war jetzt bei mir jedes mal einfach nur die Hälfte da. Wenn ich 2x Dinner für two bestelle dann kommt garaniert nur 1 an

Pommes lauwarm, also nicht frisch. Sossen mittlerweile auf 4 reduziert, früher eine üppige Auswahl.

Tische schmutzig und nicht abgeräumt Gerade eben dort alte fast kalte Pommes bekommen, einige waren kalt,.andere mal noch ao warm, nicht mal lauwarm. Ich werde aufgrund der schlechten Erfahrungen mit schlechter Qualität an mehr Standorten nie wieder bei Pommes Freunde essen. Lieber günstiger und heiße frische Pommes woanders. Wie kann man nur solche Pommes für fast 5 Euro anbieten? Unverschämt...

Ich habe zwei Doppelburger-Menüs bestellt. Geliefert wurden jedoch Burger mit nur einer Fleischscheibe. Damit entsprach die Lieferung nicht der Bestellung. Sehr enttäuschend.

Wir waren seit langer Zeit mal wieder hier. Mitarbeiter überlastet und unhöflich. Die Currywurst ist absolut lieblos und Geschmacklich leider nicht mehr das was sie mal war.

I had currywurst and fries! It starts with the fork, it's a complete joke. You can't even spear anything with it, it just gets torn apart and falls right back down 🤷. Why doesn't anyone complain about that? 🤔 The sausage is just a Bockwurst and the fries are, well, meh. I think a currywurst should be a bratwurst. The portion size is also a joke, especially for almost €10 🤦🏻‍♂️. The material costs must be less than €2 🤷

The attendants are not nice, the guacamole in my fries was not good at all, so I told them, they were very rude about this. Don't order anything with avocado.

Good burgers and good people and good halal options

We recently ordered takeout, and it was a complete disaster and an absolute rip-off! We paid over €30 for burgers with nothing else on them – they just slapped meat on them, nothing else. The fries tasted like nothing. We'll never order from there again! McDonald's is a thousand times better than that fast-food joint…

The store is good, but how come the orders are always incomplete?

What a shame - we used to have good currywurst here... My wife is from Berlin and knows what a good currywurst should taste like. As is traditional in Berlin, the birthplace of the currywurst, we tried to get a currywurst with a bread roll during a visit after a long absence. Since this traditional dish wasn't available at the digital ordering machine, we tried to ask the man at the counter. He didn't understand us at first; once we had partially overcome the language barrier that had stood between us, his response was: "No way!" You could only order a currywurst hot dog (currywurst in a sliced ​​bun... aha. My wife did, too. I ordered a currywurst with fries. The result: - flavorless currywurst (a sliced ​​bockwurst of inferior quality), - fries with no flavor of their own (even adding more salt couldn't salvage it), - a varied self-service sauce selection, - the presentation and provision of sauces and accessories (napkins, sauce bowls, disposable forks) was irritating, chaotic, and unhygienic. Our advice: If you want to eat good, authentic currywurst, go somewhere else.

The fries were unsalted and cold. The staff was very unfriendly and clearly showed that they weren't interested in their work.

The food is good. But it's just not nice to see the employees biting their nails and then preparing my food. Even if they wear gloves afterward, it's not a pretty sight. Negligent treatment of customers and orders. Fatty and very oily food. Ordered sweet potato fries with the burger to find out that sweet potato ran out. The solution was to replace it with regular fries without taking into account the additional cost incurred for ordering sweet potato fries. Orders are prepared in random sequence, not necessarily first-come first-serve.

There are two terminals available for ordering. No sooner said than done. After paying for my order (two burger meals with thick fries and Coke Zero), I was immediately told: no thick fries, only thin ones. Okay, then thin fries if you have to. My order was handed to me with the words: "Take drinks from the fridge." After looking in the fridge, I couldn't see any Coke Zero. So I asked if there were any left and was told again that there weren't any left, since it was Sunday after all. What kind of statement is that? Then you have to calculate better. I was then cheekily told to get water if we didn't want to drink sugar. Mind you, I paid €5 for the drinks and a total of just under €40. When I wanted my money back, I was told it wasn't possible, otherwise they would make a loss. Not only humanly but also taste-wise, it was rubbish: fries without salt, chicken undercooked, burger boring. I can 100% agree with the bad reviews and will advise everyone to stay away from this crappy shop.

The clerk was rude. He didn't want to accept cash. And when he did do the math, he gave the wrong change and claimed everything was correct. Then he admitted his mistake and apologized. The resulting order didn't match what was ordered, and the portions were intentionally small. And all of this would have been understandable if only one thing had happened. Pommes Freunde in Pasing – the name says it all! The classic currywurst with fries is always a hit here. What's particularly cool is that you can choose between red and white currywurst – a small detail that adds to the fun. In addition to sausages, there's also a good selection of burgers, some with sweet potato toppings, which is definitely something different. The fries come in thick and thin – depending on your mood. The highlight: the self-serve sauce station. Here, you can indulge a little more than elsewhere, without getting any strange looks. My only wish: a few more sauce options would round things out. The takeaway portions seem larger than the ones you get in-store, which is fair – especially if you're not exactly hungry. However, it's important to note that there are no customer restrooms, which can sometimes be inconvenient. The bottom line: If you love currywurst and fries, you're in good hands here.

Well, I used to come here often because I think burgers and fries are quite good. After you switched to "Smashed Cheeseburger" it's all really nothing anymore. Surely you can slap some lettuce and a tomato on your burger? Maybe a few onions or at least a pickle? There's nothing smashed about it at all, in the end it's the same burger for the same price but only consists of meat and cheese. Once again a shop in Pasing that has become so shitty that you can't go there anymore...

Dishes marked as clearly gluten-free are definitely not processed properly in a separate deep fryer. I reacted immediately after eating and started feeling pain. Not recommended for celiacs or allergy sufferers.

I've rarely experienced such an unfriendly experience. A 5-euro voucher was rejected because you can only order at the vending machine and only pay by card there. They'd rather send the customers away in a huff. Unbelievable, never experienced that before.

Had a currywurst for six euros. It only had disgusting dried onions on it and some curry sauce. The bread was a thin flatbread that was burnt. Very expensive and disgusting.

The fries were fried way too short. They had no color at all, were still half raw and very greasy. I've rarely eaten such bad fries. Unfortunately, the quality is no longer as good as it used to be.

I’ve bought from here multiple times but this time the worker was extremely rude, i insisted i didn’t have a card but they rudely told me to go to the machine. 3 people after me also bought their food and left, i wasted 20 minutes standing. He finally asked me for my order, i said it, he ignored me and went on working for 5 minutes again. I had to say excuse me 3 times until he answered annoyedly saying ‘just give me a minute just give me a minute’, he finally turned, i repeated, specifically saying no beef, but he added beef, i pointed it out and he said that i should have told him at the counter (which i did, twice). He tossed it aside and went on ranting, he packed another with barely any cheese sauce threw 4 small pieces of jalapeno in and closed the box, not even closing the paper bag and tossing jt on the counter like i am some beggar. I would give negative rating if possible. Never going back. Shame on that employee.

The food tastes good here. Good for a lunch break. However, the employees are not customer-oriented. Don't answer simple questions, just nod, prepare burgers and play on your cell phone... that's not possible! The employees here don’t know the words like “Hello,” “Thank you,” “Here you go,” “Thank you for being here.” A man comes in and waits until the employee interviews are finished. Man is hardly noticed. Orders are taken “in between”.… bad!!!

Disaster... only 1 employee more than 6 customers who have to stand there and wait a long time for their food. Money is not refunded and the employee is extra slow and unfriendly.

So if you're hungry, eat anything but fries, the fries are from the freezer (possibly from Lidl or Aldi) for that money, you can definitely get something edible elsewhere.

I visited Fries Freund today because Google said they were open until 8:30 p.m. However, when I arrived at 7:50pm I was informed that they are already closed. This was very disappointing and inconvenient. Please update opening hours on Google to help customers plan better.
