It was the first time I ate cold Dürüm, and it felt like the chicken was all leftovers from the previous meal. It wasn't fresh, I strongly don't recommend it, and I won't be back.

Very, very rude – I've never experienced anything like this before! I asked a completely normal question, and he replied, "Each question costs €2." At first, I thought he was just joking, but then he suddenly became really aggressive. I absolutely cannot recommend eating here! I only asked if they serve doner pizza – how could such a harmless question possibly annoy someone? I'd like to address your answer. My question was extremely polite, as was my tone. A doner pizza isn't listed on the menu, so I asked. However, I must emphasize that the owner was very rude from the start and his comments were not meant in a joking tone. At first, his reaction amused me, but when he continued his disrespectful behavior, I felt compelled to cancel my order. Even his colleague in the restaurant commented, "He's having a bad day." This clearly shows that this was not a harmless joke. To understand what kind of person you're dealing with here, I strongly recommend reading the other reviews. It's my right to make my purchases where I don't feel offended.

It is a restaurant but not fast

Great food, super friendly and humorous staff, fair prices. Unfortunately, the dining room was quite messy: tables not wiped, plates piled up at the hatch and at the counter, a very specific rap music was too loud and uninviting, and a garbage bag was smothered in front of the patio door – another thing guests don't want to see. Meanwhile, an employee was sitting outside, relaxed, even though some things were left lying around inside. It's a shame – it's not enough to convince me to come back. Hey guys, please keep things clean and tidy – wipe tables, put away dishes, keep trash bags out of sight, and play some more pleasant music – then I'm sure more guests will be happy to come back!

For €6.50, I expect considerably more than what's offered here. The doner kebab is unusually small, which is noticeable at first glance. Particularly annoying is the overstuffing with ingredients and the meager amount of bread. Clearly, they cut corners in the wrong places. This makes eating it a real challenge, as the doner kebab is practically impossible to handle and constantly falls apart. The rotisserie chicken leaves a lot to be desired. A separate tasting with a fork (without sauce) revealed extreme overseasoning, rendering the meat almost inedible. This aggressive seasoning seems like an attempt to mask other flavors. This is a clear warning sign regarding the quality of the meat. They urgently need to invest in higher-quality produce. On the other hand, the distribution of ingredients should also be revised; here, the first few bites present a huge layer of meat, followed by a mere layer of salad. The side dishes are also seriously lacking. The salad doesn't look very appetizing and appears to have been left over from the day before. The tomatoes have already absorbed water, which further calls their freshness into question. For a restaurant that's supposed to use fresh ingredients daily, this is completely unacceptable. On the positive side, the fact that they accept card payments is functional. However, it's noticeable that the staff don't ask for "eat in" or "takeaway" when ordering and presumably charge everything as a takeout order by default. This practice raises suspicions of VAT avoidance. Despite the attractive, modern interior, this kebab shop isn't convincing. Small portions, questionable meat quality, ingredients that are no longer fresh, and dubious business practices make this visit a huge disappointment. For €6.50, there are definitely better alternatives in the area. There's an urgent need to improve the quality and portion size. Not recommended. I may have to give this shop another chance to see if anything has improved.

I told the kebab man twice that they didn't want anything spicy (when paying and later after he wanted to fill my kebab). In the end I spoke to someone briefly and he put spicy pepper in my kebab, which I didn't realize until too late. Also, for some reason they put the vegetables in first and then the meat, which then oozes out and slides out everywhere and tries to escape. The last few bites of the kebab were just salad and bread. The bread completely fell apart while I was eating it. Half of my kebab ended up on the street where a few people looked at me as if I'd never had a kebab before and that's why I should drop half of it. The second worst kebab I've ever eaten - not because of the taste, but because of everything I described above. Maybe I was just having a bad day, but today was really an outrage.

Honestly the best place to eat in Munich. The service is always perfect! If you're lucky, you'll get the bread piping hot (I suspect they make it themselves). The location is also great for visiting museums or universities. Nothing fancy, everything cozy.

As a student I liked being here, the kebab was served to me lukewarm, little content, the bread was not fluffy but firm, the meat was not freshly cut from the kebab skewer. 7€ is definitely too much money for the performance

Once my favorite snack at university, now just average. In addition to some lettuce, tomatoes, sauce and onions, my kebab only contained some dry and firm meat that had been kept warm for a long time. And that for €6.50. Very unfortunate.

The food was good and the price was okay, but the service was disastrous. I stood in front of the employee for five minutes until she took my order, my friend was then ignored for another five minutes. The employee seriously started sighing when new customers came in even though the whole store was empty. You felt more like you were disturbing the store and not a paying customer.

Ambiance is good. You can also eat on site and it feels more like a Bitsro than a restaurant Snack. Service is underground. Been there twice and twice the guys behind the counter act like they're disturbed. I would like the kebab spicy, so he aggressively asks me what spicy means? He's never heard of spicy. The second time he asks me if I can pay with coins. I say no and he aggressively asks me why I don't have any coins? I have no idea what's going on with the boys. Doner kebab is ok but they mix a strong spice mixture with it.

Very good shop, food is tasty and kebab men are very friendly!! However, sometimes there is a bald man floating around who occasionally tells the kebab men how he fucks various “sluts”. As a customer, I always found it a bit unpleasant. But the employees can probably only influence it to a limited extent. Therefore still 4 stars 😄

One of my favorite places in Munich! The food is actually very tasty, fresh ingredients and love the herbs and the rice they use. But the staff are amazing , incredibly genuine people. Great atmosphere and kind staff!!

If you want to order kebab with fries, an option comes later: kebab with vegetables, kebab with salad - I thought it would work if you don't want fries, but you have to choose something otherwise you can't go any further. In the end I actually got kebab meat with vegetables without fries. Salad is ok but warm meat and Roma salad? Doesn't fit 🤢 Zero cabbage, tomatoes etc that otherwise come with kebab. But there was Broklli haha. Probably everything that was left was simply thrown away. 2 Order was wrong - instead of salad with cheese and kebab meat, pita bread came. Meat wasn't that bad but there was an incredible amount of ready-made spice mix sprinkled on top (a la Italian herbs) that you couldn't really eat it! That's how much it was![ In addition, the delivery time was postponed 3 times from 40 minutes to 1.5 hours, so the place has nothing to do with "fast restaurant".

Ordered 4 donner pizzas. 2 without, 2 with onions, but 3 were delivered to us with onions. The pizza had minimal meat on it, no sauce and no jalapeños. We've ordered here several times in the past, but this time it was just bottomless.

Very nice option for hungry university students in the area. Portions are big enough to fill up your stomach, the nice interior also allows you to stay to relax and eat on the spot. The prices are well balanced, you can afford most (if not all) menu items even on the low budget.

This place used to be one of my favourites, but they got a lot more expensive and it shouldn't call itself a "schnell" restaurant anymore. I called beforehand and ordered, and when I came to pick up, they haven't even started with it! When they did start, they had to change my order to falafel because they burnt the pizza's dough.

The bread was dry and old, the salad was bitter and old, the kebab had hardly any vegetables and the meat was barely edible. It's a rip-off to sell something like that for €6.5. Worst kebab of my life.

Instructions about the Dürüm were ignored, even though they were included in the song instructions (no salad, no rocket, extra spicy). It arrived with lots of lettuce and not a bit spicy. Because the food (fries and dürüm) were wrapped in paper and in the same plastic bag as the cold drink, everything arrived ice cold. The taste of the Dürüm was extremely curry-heavy and simply disgusting. I also ordered karniyarik with minced meat. This is actually a felt eggplant. Two slices of potato arrived with chicken and rice. The telephone contact was unfriendly and unprofessional. They are trying to pass everything on to the delivery service. I'll never order here again.

By far my favorite place to eat kebab. The price of €6.50 is unbeatable and it tastes very good too. Fresh products are also always used. Boss is very personable. You can tell he cares about his customers and wants to give you the best for a reasonable price. A clear recommendation!

Falafel sandwich tasted quite good thanks to the sauces. I was almost alone in the store and the salespeople noticed me after 10 minutes. He didn't even toast the bread and the falafel lay in cold fat for an eternity. Really disgusting. When he wanted to give me the sandwich, he let go way too early and it flew onto the counter. Afterwards he looked at me with a smile as if it was my fault. I've eaten there a few times now, it tastes good and the food is relatively fresh. But basically you also feel uncomfortable there. Salesman jokes with you all the time in an uncomfortable way.

Unfreundliches Personal, man hat den Eindruck die haben null Bock. Wissen nicht mal was sie für Soßen anbieten. Wechselgeld gibt es leider keins, also soll man drauf zahlen. Ganze Salatblätter drin, Zwiebel und Tomate. Kein Kraut oder ähnliches mehr als Inhalt. Brot kalt und letschert. Geschmacklich ist der Döner in Ordnung.

Der beste Döner sowie Dürüm, die ich kenne, sehr gutes Fleisch, leckere Soßen und frische Zutaten. Generell sehr gutes Essen, cooles Ambiente und sehr nettes Personal. Hier zu essen ist auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert!

Falafel sind wirklich mehr als Quatsch, nicht selbstgemacht und lieblos für unter eine Minute in die Fritteuse geworfen, schmecken auch dementsprechend. Bei den Bestellungen wird nicht gut hingehört, Wünsche bzw auch Entscheidungen, wie scharf es sein soll, oder was dem Dürüm hinzugefügt wird, werden überhört oder ignoriert. Insgesamt bei dann auch noch nicht einmal günstigen Preisen zumindest für Falafel in keinster Weise zu empfehlen.

Der Döner ist sehr lecker und das Personal sehr freundlich. Manchmal ist ein wenig viel Soße dabei und dann weicht er durch. Trotzdem fühlt man sich sehr wohl und das Preis Leistung Verhältnis ist Top

Nette Mitarbeiter und leckeres Essen. Alles ist frisch und schmeckt so wie es sein sollte. Lecker. Nur zu empfehlen. Komme öfter weil das Preis Leistungs Verhältnis stimmt und jedesmal jemand einen mit einem Grinsen begrüßt. Die schlechten Bewertungen kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. Der Mitarbeiter ist freundlich und tanzt immer. Immer wieder gerne.
