15 minutes in the drive in, they don't get caught up here, not the first time! Thank you, that's it for this outing. I'll look for alternatives!!

First I received a cheeseburger without cheese and then I got the same burgers back with a dry slice of cheese.

August 26, 2024 The tables were clean. We didn't have to wait that long for the food. The hamburger royal cheese, chicken mc nuggets, fries, netted potatoes, everything was fresh and delicious. We always like to come here when we are traveling on the highway

I rarely go to McDonald's, but I have to. And I still prefer to eat a Big Mac with fries 😋 and that comes with a Coke 😂

You get what you expect. But good food looks different. Unfortunately the prices are totally off the charts.

Unfortunately, I had to wait forever for my chicken nuggets, so the milkshake I ordered for someone else had already melted completely, and the fries and the burger were completely cold.

Like every time, you first have to check in the MC Drive whether everything is there. Burgers in the wrong packaging make things more difficult. Employees completely overwhelmed and unstructured. I really don't know why they always put so much pressure on themselves. Even if nothing is going on: Fast Faster Even faster and in the end everyone is dissatisfied. The management needs to be fired!

Food was very fresh. This McDonald's is very hygienic the tables are disinfected.

Ordered several times in drive. Incomplete in several cases. Complaints are not responded to. This wouldn't have existed when secret shoppers still existed. The employees should also be properly trained so that they would not be so overwhelmed. It's a shame, but it's too expensive for that.

People often forget to pack food after ordering. But that's really annoying. Forgot to pack another burger even though I paid for it.

Quality makes the burgers look like they've already been eaten at home. Sauces and mayo aren't there. You should get better staff. They hardly speak any German

Half of the order was forgotten, not very clean and none of the staff spoke German well…. Toilets weren't clean either. No recommendation from me.

Goods are always missing when you take them away. I now believe there is a method to this. It's also brilliant: cash in and deliver nothing. You can't make that much profit with anything else.

Ordered something to take away four times, purchased goods were missing twice and once cold goods were definitely packed. The last time was the highlight: what was never bought was packed up. I'll never have enough again, my complaint hasn't been responded to.

Vegan nuggets were ordered. When we got home we noticed that the nuggets could not be cruelty-free and were probably made from dead animals. I called and the employee said you should always check the products you receive as a customer at the checkout. The packaging shows that they are not vegan, the employee in charge is sure that he made them vegan! 100% just put it in the “wrong packaging”. I wonder if the seller who packed it or the man in the kitchen made the mistake. And how the seller can be 100% sure of the thing.

We ordered 2 classics of our choice in the MC Drive app, as well as the apple turnovers from the app range. Apart from that the change was first forgotten and there was a big mess with other customers. At the end, when we had already moved on, we noticed that we had paid more than we calculated for both orders. In total we paid 4 euros too much that day. Unfortunately no receipt and nothing more, just annoying...

Air conditioning was set super cold, a bit uncomfortable. Food was ok.... Breakfast pancakes were more dry biscuits than pancakes.

Had Tom Kaulitz's new burger. It was really tasty. I can only recommend. The fries were super fresh and had a real bite.

Typical MCD. Staff seemed unmotivated during our visit (but that's a snapshot). We couldn't find a place in the building where the air conditioning didn't blow too cold.

Too cold. Daughter has been sick for two weeks now. Do you run the air conditioning so cold to keep the time spent sitting short? Really very uncomfortable.

The ambience was the most beautiful. This McDonald’s really makes you wonder, how much do you hate your customers? The food comes incomplete and absolutely carelessly prepared. I knew that at McDonald's you have to check every time whether everything is in the bag. But I didn't think that next time I would have to check every burger to make sure it had the right number of pettis on it. I and two citizens ordered a double chili, a cheeseburger and a hamburger royal cheese. Both citizens were missing a patti each. And I think it shouldn't be like that...

Breakfast was almost cold before we sat down. It felt colder inside than outside and that was on March 24th Minus temperatures outside.

Positive: It was clean and there wasn't much going on. Negative: Our order, which was quite leisurely, took over 20 minutes. However, the burgers and fries were cold. It was also very, very cold inside without a jacket. Apparently the air conditioning was on. You could feel it clearly. With a general outside temperature of 13 degrees, it's actually not necessary.

Ambiance? It's just like all McD's. Waiting times are appropriate depending on the number of visitors. But the food is always fresh.

Totally annoying the endless queues at the drive inn to get to the main street!!! Also dangerous!!! Because there are always too few or incompetent employees!? There's only something like this in Overath, I've never seen anything like it!!! The quality is also mostly bad. This time it took 45 minutes!( Still no improvement in sight!!!

Really bad! Once again! Unfortunately. Rooms are cold, dingy, service was okay. Once again the surprise in the Happy Meal was forgotten, the fries were upside down in the box and the drink was placed on top of the fries and nuggets. Completely unnecessary. The menus were all incomplete. The advertised Royal TS with warm liquid cheese sauce was a total failure: we received a cold burger and the cheese sauce was chilled. The fries were good.

This BK already has a new design and therefore appears very bright and somewhat clinical. The old US style design was more comfortable. Food and service are good here.

Mc Drive Taktik ist eine Zumutung. Teils Rückstau bis an die Kreuzung. In der McDrive Schleife stehen maximal 2 Autos

Hervorragender Service und Personal. Abzug weil es extrem kalt im Lokal gewesen ist und die Heizung abgeschaltet aua war. Im WINTER! Heizkosten sparen ok aber ich möchte nicht frieren bei der Essensaufnahme. Dann kann ich auch zu einer Wurstbude fahren.

MCD halt, wer es kennt der weiß was er findet. Alles ok, sauber,nett, freundlich und schnell. Da gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Ohhhh ich hatte mich sehr auf die Shrimps gefreut. Leider nicht mal Ansatzweise wie Sie früher mal gewesen sind. Eine gefühlte dreifache Menge an Teig, wobei nur das äußere dann etwas knusprig wird. Aber selbst das war hier nicht der Fall. Sorry das war gelinde gesagt für die Tonne. Naja am Ambiente ist halt auch der Gast mit Schuld, wenn er seine benutzten Tabletts stehen lässt. Die ältere Dame versucht glaube ich ihr bestes zu geben. Fazit, wird wohl erstmal mein letzter Besuch dort gewesen, bis ich mal wieder Heißhunger bekomme. Für knapp 17 Euro kann ich viel besser Essen gehen

Wir gehen gerne zu McDonalds, aber ich war etwas Enttäuscht, dass nur bis 10 Uhr Frühstück ist 😆 Wenn man vor Ort isst, klappt alles gut. Im Drive In muss man für Gewöhnlich sehr lange anstehen und wenn man Pech hat, ist es schwer zu bestellen wenn der jenige am Drive In nicht so gut Deutsch kann bzw. Versteht. Aber nichts was unlösbar ist 😆 Wir waren bis jetzt immer relativ zufrieden mit diesem McDonalds

bei meinen heutigen Besuch möchte ich besonders ihren Kompetenzen und überaus freundlichen, charmanten Mitarbeiter Herr Stenz loben. Merkt man, dass er eine sehr große Bereicherung für das Team ist. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall noch mal und bedanken uns für diesen freundlichen Service.

Kann diese Filiale nicht empfehlen, da für uns in selber Distanz eine absolut empfehlenswerte liegt. Die Overather Filiale vergisst oft etwas, es dauert lange, das Personal wirkt sehr gestresst. Oft sind Produlte nicht verfügbar oder als Coupon nur in der Mehrwegvariante vorhanden. Dass man damals bei den Coupon-Aktionen nicht mitgemacht hat setzte dem ganzen die Krone auf. Insgesamt also okay wenns nicht anders geht oder man auf der Durchreise ist. Wenn man die Wahl hat, lieber woanders hin..

Freundliches Personal, gutes Essen ( wieder vor 12 Uhr) ein Stern Abzug da bei den Klos weder Papier war noch jemand den Müll weggeräumt hatte der in der Toilette lag.

McD wie üblich. Service und qualität fallen jährlich leider. Insgesamt zu teuer.

Mcces halt. Da gehen wir nur im Notfall hin und wenn nix anderes in der Nähe ist.

Ist eben ein McDonald's früher eine Größe. Aber heute absolut nichts besonderes mehr die Burger schmecken so gut wie alle nicht. Auch Aktionsburger sind oft nichts tolles. Leider nur die Basics essbar wie Hamburg oder Chicken Nuggets.

Ambiente ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig. Das wir nicht mit Eiszapfen an der Nase ins Auto gegangen sind, war alles.

Insgesamt einer der besten MDs, die ich bisher besucht habe. Der Service ist zügig, es ist in der Regel (außer wenn sehr viel los ist) alles sauber. Nebenan ist direkt eine Tankstelle bei der auch CNG verfügbar ist. Vor dem MD gibt es seit neuestem auch eine E-Ladesäule.

Wer war jemals hier und hat eine vollständige Bestellung erhalten?! Wir noch NIE! DIE Krönung war, 3x zurück an den Schalter weil für 6 Personen 3x etwas gefehlt hat...

Mal endlich ein McDonald wo nicht immer die Hälfte fehlt über die App habe da schon ganz andere Erfahrungen gemacht
