McDonald's in Rheine

When visiting Egypt and visiting Senzo Mall, a visit to McDonald’s is essential. It tastes much fresher here than in Germany and there is even a Big Mac made from chicken here. It's always very, very crowded and there are very, very, very many tourists here, but that doesn't matter. It tastes good and the prices are simply amazing. You don't even pay ten euros for two extra large menus. But it tastes 100 times better than at McDonald’s in Germany.

Anyone who wants cold food at an expensive price will always want to go back. Two of the 20 nuggets were warm and the rest were cold and inedible. If this had happened for the first time I would not have given a rating, but since this has happened three times now, here is my rating.

It's ok but the quality, not of the food but of the staff, leaves a lot to be desired... Burgers come slapped down and are not set up properly. At night it's often the only opportunity to chill somewhere during the week.

Today we arrived at 2:55pm, paid the order at 3:00pm and finally received it at 3:17pm. That's a very long time for a fast food restaurant, we had to run to the train very quickly and eat, they took the children's food with them. This is the worst McDonald's experience of my life. This can't take that long!!!!! Rating 1🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I've been on the 3rd drive 3 times now and every time the nuggets are as cold as the fries are mushy and old shit is being sold for a lot of money. Service is quite nice though. But when handing over the drinks, it's nice if the lid is put on properly and the entire contents don't end up in the vehicle!! Doesn't work at all.

Clean; you can sit on 2 floors; very fast, friendly table service; Burger actually still very warm, almost hot; Toilet with birdsong background music

A bit dingy as usual, toilets weren't clean. The restaurant facilities were better. Don't invite people to stay there, order, pick up and go seems to be the motto

As always, if you want fast food, that's exactly what you get. The store isn't always clean and, depending on the shift, the employees aren't that quick to process an order. Ordered via the app, scored for it in the parking lot and took quite a long time.

Very unclean! All tablet return stations overcrowded, toilets very dirty. I don't want to eat there anymore.

I'll just describe what a catastrophe happened today. - Was the first and absolutely last order from this store. We ordered via Lieferando at 9:21 p.m. Delivery didn't arrive until 10:55 p.m. SIX PARTS. The cheesecake is just as big as an asthma spray, but you pay €3.79 for it??? The cookie dough pieces in my McFlurry were hard, I've never experienced anything like that at BK. My muffin was rock hard too. Here you get your delivery bluntly delivered without anyone coming to meet you. At Burger King in Ibbenbüren, we waited in the branch for an hour this year because all hell was going on and over 20 orders were piling up at the same time. There we got two milkshakes for FREE on top. Another reason why we only ever go there and avoid Mccs as much as we can. And for a circus like that, €2 delivery, ridiculous. Once and never again. Thanks for nothing :) 0 stars would be absolutely appropriate here.

Cleanliness is terrible. We ordered to eat here with table service, an unfriendly employee came with packed bags and threw them on the table when we asked, then only came, no more clean tablets. I then went downstairs and asked for the shift manager, whereupon the unfriendly employee insulted his colleague in a foreign language. You shouldn't actually, there are customers who understand the foreign language 😉 The shift manager blamed it on the lack of staff, where this excuse doesn't work at all when it comes to cleanliness. Cleanliness and hygiene are the be-all and end-all in the catering industry

It's nice and big and the waiting time is great.

My food was made with a lot of love, I watched as they simply slapped everything on it and threw it away. As disrespectful as if someone had spit on my food.

As a vegetarian, I ordered 20 plant nuggets and realized at home that they were normal... it's a shame I spent 1000 points not to be able to eat them

I ordered my order with table service and after 45 minutes I had to go and report myself because no one came. There was only one “sorry” and that. I've never had to experience that before and I don't associate the word "fast" with the McDonald's in Rheine.

Facilities are not bad for a McDonald's, but the basic structure of the building is unsatisfactory. Especially during rush hour, between 12:40 and 1:10 p.m., the store is overflowing with students and the store is literally overflowing With my McFlurry the spoon would be forgotten and the price-performance ratio would be completely ignored. Very rude, employee came to us and we had to clear away the trash from others even though we only drank a coffee and didn't eat a menu!!!! We can't wait for our drinks for almost 2 hours and then half of it is still missing! The McDonald's in Rheine used to be much better!!!!

It's been a long time since I've eaten something there while passing through. I liked being able to charge the empty cell phone battery and the fact that the food was still really hot. Otherwise I would like to receive the burgers as they appear in the pictures, instead you get a completely different minimal looking burger. The staff, the women behind the counter were friendly.

I used a coupon for €2 and noticed on the receipt that the original price was there. I also paid too much when the food was handed out. I asked the staff about it. She said she had nothing to do with it and took the receipt away from me, i.e I can no longer prove that it was really like that, I feel ripped off, the staff is very unfriendly and the wifi is shit slow and doesn't come here

We waited a good 40 minutes for our food. When I ordered, half of it was missing. Very disappointed, and the employees weren't able to call up the appropriate order numbers, so the food sometimes sat on the counter for 15 minutes and got cold.

2h 10 min waiting time for 6 burgers (2 hamburgers, 2 cheeseburgers, 2 chicken burgers). Unavailable by telephone. Has nothing to do with fast food. Every kindergarten group prepares me a three-course meal more quickly before they have finished a burger.

Despite the fact that a burger was forgotten and I called by phone and was then given two ice creams as compensation, I have to say that I highly recommend it, very nice and without discussion and the food was also good. Update 2024: Been back after 2 years. Ordered the new “Der M”, without onions. OF COURSE there were onions on it again. Nothing has changed about the fries either. How can a franchisee have such different restaurants under their control? There is more!!!! Update 2022: Bought something here for ages. Fries cold and limp. Cheeseburger cold. My other burger was completely forgotten. 2019: I had already complained to McDonalds Germany a year ago. There was a short-term improvement... but it's the same nonsense as before. Same as I already wrote about Holsterfeld...

The staff takes a long time and is sometimes very unfriendly. For 2 small coffees, you wait on average about 20 minutes. I've noticed several times that the customers are almost piling up because they're all waiting for their orders.

I ordered 20 nuggets and only received 15... I actually think it's a shame. Unfortunately I only noticed it when I got home. The service was substandard, unfriendly and ignorant. Sorry, I'm really disappointed 😔

The burgers are dry and I ordered Cola and Cola Ziro because my son has diabetes, but you couldn't tell what was what went in the trash. The service didn't know which cup was without sugar, and the toilets are really dirty cleaned once a day.

Unfortunately, the order was incomplete today and after a very, very long wait even though there wasn't that much going on. Instead of processing my order, the employees were more busy staring at me. Not exactly very friendly.

It would be nice if you could find a parking space. Five people in the restaurant, no parking space available. It would be nice if McDonalds did something about the people who park their cars here and stroll around town.

If you do not review your order immediately, you may not receive a complete order. We ordered two BigMag meals, two coffees and two Happy Mills. We didn't get any coffee or toys for the children. Over coffee we remembered it and said it, and only then did we get it. We didn't immediately see that there were no toys for the children. The service is terrible.

Why on earth is there a big mirror in the men's room? What is vision protection for? Never heard of privacy? Such a construction fail. And the cheeseburger wasn't tasty!

So far it's a normal McDonald's branch, but the staff and their customer friendliness leave a lot to be desired. The restaurant itself is quite nice, but unfortunately too often (due to some customers) it is too dirty and there are full trays of rubbish and leftover food standing around. There are supposedly problems with the shake machine all the time, so that in 7 out of 10 cases we couldn't get a shake.

You shouldn't talk badly, so saying "never again" has to be enough.

It was a disappointment, the music was very loud, but we found a spot where you could talk normally. When the food arrived I turned out to have received a big taste of bacon without bacon. My son had a bigmac with 1 hamburger. When we walked to the cash register to indicate this, the hamburgers were taken to the back with a sigh and while I looked at them, the missing ones were thrown on top and slammed together from the side, pressed back into my hands, you weren't even looked at. I'll just keep driving next time

I ordered two fresh chicken (breakfast) without tomatoes and cheese. The kitchen employee probably wasn't interested. No hello, no please and no goodbye either. Being friendly is different.

I made an order at 10:30 p.m. and still not there at 12:00 a.m. I called 15 times and no one answered.

Beautiful and modern branch, men's toilet with an unusual urinal with a large and deep mirror wall, which makes visiting the toilet seem unpleasant.

Service couldn't be worse. Feel free to ask, it would be far too much here. Ordering from Lieferando is NOT recommended.

Guy with a white Nike shirt without a uniform, throws you out right after dinner. Told us to go out after 10 minutes in a rude and unprofessional manner. Had 2 menus and spent money......cheeky!!!

Food very cold and dry. Disabled toilet very unhygienic. Water came out of the toilet. I complained twice and the toilet still looked the same after 30 minutes. Staff just said go home to the toilet. Very rude and impolite staff.

Language is huge barrier in Germany

When I asked for help because the machine didn't give out a receipt, I was processed very quickly and that was that. I have not received a refund or my money back.

Unfortunately completely overwhelmed, very long waiting time, I wanted to eat an ice cream while I waited (about half an hour) for my train, unfortunately it didn't come during that time.

I always go here for coffee. I had a hard time ordering from the machine at first, but it's working now.

Unbelievable. I know that people have a lot to do but the fact that they don't even pay attention to hygiene and cleanliness is a no-go! You don't feel comfortable at all! I can't recommend it, it was the first and last time there!!

Hamburger Royal TS was bone dry, I've never experienced anything like it before. Since it was quite full in the lower area, I ate upstairs. Benches are completely worn out, you basically sink into them. It's also quite expensive these days, but that's a different topic. I can't judge the service, the waiting time was still reasonable.

Food is good as you are used to from MCs. Unfortunately the shop is very small and not that tidy. Too many customers and a bit too few staff. There's little you can do about it.

Had 2x mc rib, it's a shame I didn't take a photo. Totally wrong in terms of taste and appearance. It had nothing to do with the usual. Not again for now 🤨

Um 14:18Uhr das Essen bestellt und ca. 20min später das Essen bekommen. Alle Schilder für den Tischservice sind weg, somit darf man die ganze Zeit vor der Kasse warten. Das Essen ist nur lau warm und die Pommes sind labberig. Der McDonalds Rheine ist der schlechteste McDonalds wo ich die letzten 2 Jahre war.

Ich war heute gegen 16:25 Uhr den Sonntag den 14.1.2024 hier Ich habe eigentlich den Big Rösti Cranberry bestellt dann habe ich gewartet da kam Nummer 295 das habe ich erst am Im Bahnhof Rheine gemerkt das ein normaler Big Rösti war deswegen nur die 3 Sterne das heißt nächsten Sonntag den 21 Januar komme ich gegen Mittag ab ca. 14:00 nochmal nach McDonalds und werde nochmal den Big Rösti Cranberry zu bestellen Liebe Grüße Christian

Essen ist wie immer bei McDonald's. Wenn man nach 12 Uhr abends etwas dort essen will kann die Wartezeit auch bei wenig Kundschaft sehr hoch sein. Service ist meist nett, je nachdem von wem man bedient wird. Ambiente ist wie bei den meisten McDonalds. Hier gibt es aber ein ersten Stock wo man. Mit einer Gruppe für sich sein kann

Das Essen ist soweit mit Zeit verbunden aber gut . service ausreichend nicht immer schnell. Kinder freundlich Ja aber nur spiel möglichkeit in sommerzeit

Der McDonalds, welcher neben dem Bahnhof in Rheine steht, hat mich wirklich positiv überrascht. . Von Außen wirkte diese relativ sauber und im Inneren wirkte der McDonalds recht sauber. . Das Bestellen an den Geräten war für mich problemlos und die Wartezeiten waren, obwohl es recht voll war auch in Ordnung. . Das Personal war freundlich. . Das Essen war in ordnung und hat mich zufriedengestellt. . Insgesamt ist die McDonalds Filiale eine relativ gute und ich kann den McDonalds in Rheine weiterempfehlen.

Da bekommt der Begriff Fast Food eine andere Bedeutung. Habe 20 min auf mein Essen gewartet und ich hatte nur ein Menü...also keine große Bestellung. Der Burger war ok obwohl ich das erstmal wieder alles zusammen basteln musste da alles seitlich vom Burger lag, Cola ohne Eis bestellt aber mit Eis bekommen.Bedienung unfreundlich und überfordert. War kein Vergnügen.

Habe ein happy meal bestellt mit plant based chicken Nuggets. Bekomme welche mit Hähnchen, die müssen dann leider weggeworfen werden.... Echt ärgerlich für den Preis

Waren mit unserem Enkelkind da es war super schön und wir hatten alle Spaß.

Toiletten sehr dreckig. Schwarze Haare in der Halterung für das Toilettenpapier? Personal auf die Situation aufmerksam gemacht. Mitarbeiter gibt an, dass er kein Deutsch versteht, wobei sich vorher sehr gut auf deutsch unterhalten wurde. Auch scheinen private Besuche wichtiger zu sein, als sich um die Kunden zu kümmern.

Die Hälfte vergessen. Die Mitarbeiter waren überfordert obwohl nicht viel los war.

Herşey otomatik bir makineden ödeniyor, kendin seçiyorsun sipariş verip onaylıyorsun, sıran gelince alıp keyfine bakıyorsun o kadar.

Absoluter Saftladen. Von den letzten 4 bestellten Junior Tüten wurde nicht eine Einzige richtig gepackt. Ständig wird das Spielzeug vergessen oder das Getränk oder die Mayo. Denke das hat Methode, um noch etwas mehr aus den überteuerten Preisen raus zu schlagen.

Im Aussen bereich liefen 3 Ra.... was nicht schön.

Das Essen ist gut jedoch bisschen teuer für den Preis, viele Arbeiter sind nett doch es gibt viele unfreundliche. Die Ambiente ist nicht die beste aufgrund von vielen Jugendlichen die rumschreien oder einen beleidigen ohne Grund. Sonst aber sehr toll. Empfehlenswert

Guter Service und relativ sauber für die Besuchsfrequenz in der Innenstadt. Ich kann allerdings absolut nicht nachvollziehen, dass solch ein internationaler Riese es nicht schafft für 30€ einen Wickeltisch an die Wand zu schrauben.

Das Restaurant ist sehr nah am Bahnhof und für lange Wartezeiten auf den Zug eine willkommene Gelegenheit etwas zu essen. Für mich ist es der schönste MC Donald's den ich kenne. Die Bestellung m Tisch war schnell und korrekt. Das Essen war wir immer. Die Toiletten waren sehr sauber und geräumig. Ich komme gerne wieder.

Im großen und ganzen immer recht sauber Außenbereich und Parkplatz auch gepflegt. Wartezeit ist für Mc auch normal und im Rahmen

Sehr modern eingerichtet mit eleganten tischservice. Das man die Tischkarten abends wegpackt ist das letzte.
