Burger King in Rheine

03/16/25 Sunday evening. You might think it was prime time but it wasn't there, Burger King wasn't crowded and there were only 4 cars in the drive in front of me. Order was placed almost immediately, so far so good. After 50 minutes in the drive and 3/4 cars were occupied individually, I was finally able to pay, but I noticed that the order had been charged twice. Don't feel like waiting any longer, mistakes happen and both paid for and taken with you. In the meantime, the cars driving in front of me complained several times about things because they were simply prepared incorrectly or not packed correctly. My special request on the coupon (2x Long Chicken with extra cheese) was not taken into account, but of course I paid 4 times. Conclusion: in my Burger King career I have never seen such a disorganized store. Incredibly bad waiting times + paid twice and didn't even receive what was ordered.

The staff are really very respectful and the food is prepared quickly. It simply tasted amazing and I'm looking forward to eating there again next time. It was just amazing how very hygienic and clean. The store didn't matter where you looked. Thank you for treating us respectfully and for the good food!!

Were there on March 8, 2025 in the evening. Waiting time was probably 25 minutes and we weren't the only ones :( Burger had probably been there ready for 10 minutes and in the end the order was made incorrectly. Reaction to that? Just plain rude. And it was far too warm and stuffy in the Burger King. So anything but “fast food” It's a shame but really avoid it

Burger King visits on March 2nd, 2025 at 12 p.m. I was very disappointed with my last visit to Burger King. We had to wait over 30 minutes for our order and didn't even get everything we paid for. Unfortunately we didn't get our money back. The young lady at the reception seemed to have nothing to do other than sit on her cell phone, chatting and constantly eating instead of processing the orders. There was a very long queue and the service left a lot to be desired. I cannot recommend this location.

Had to wait forever. How can you work on a Sunday with 2 service staff? Stood on the drive for an unbelievable 30 minutes. It didn't move forward and unfortunately we couldn't turn around because there were cars behind us. Never again. :(

Even for a Burger King, the ambience is worse than bad. You are greeted by a broken window. Only one of the 4 order terminals works and there is an extremely unpleasant smell in the men's toilet. The food ordered at the terminal was ready after more than 10 minutes even though there was only one other table occupied and only 2 guests were waiting for their food. This has nothing to do with fast food anymore. Also, the burgers were almost cold. Conclusion: Burger King in Rheine: Unfortunately not a recommendation.

Ordered 2 burgers. One was straight up wrong.

It took a very long time. We had to wait 10 minutes for our order, only 2 Hamburgers. That in an empty case.... We thought it was quite pricey, but very tasty! Neat toilets.

What a BK. No ordering computer worked, the screens didn't show anything, so choosing was a bit difficult. The young lady wasn't particularly friendly but the icing on the cake was where she put her fingers into the chip bowl to eat one. Hello, something like that works. not. There was nothing going on and the waiting time was utopian.

The waiting time was incredibly long even though there was nothing going on. Collaboration went with his fingers in the fries to eat some. Disgusting and in front of customers.

Super friendly service! Even when I dropped something, I got a replacement without any problems. The food was delicious, the atmosphere was pleasant – I’d love to come back!

One star because it has to!!!! Honestly, it's now 8 p.m. closing time, you can tell that from the employees, very unfriendly, not for the first time. There were nice couples from the Netherlands next to me, the staff at BK couldn't understand the order in English, they had to try in German. The employee couldn't explain that you couldn't eat on site because it was 8 p.m. Once again I received wings that were too dark, bitter and dry. With a great barbecue sauce. Apparently just incompetent staff and expensive prices. The order was put together incorrectly twice and the burgers were cold and soggy. Just bad.

Didn't get fries with the menu, even after repeated requests. Receipt at the cash register machine without printing...couldn't even refer to the receipt. Paid but not received...absolute impudence

It was quiet. Order placed and only ours was first on the plate. Two burgers and a medium fries. This took more than 20 minutes. Next we got the burgers. Fries weren't even ready yet. I took a bite and it was just cold. So brought back. New burgers took another 10 minutes. Another customer who was after us saw us bring it back and also brought his food back. I won't come back here again. It was very slow and disorganized.

We had to wait an extremely long time for our order for a fast food restaurant. Presumably due to a lack of staff due to vacation. Food and ambience as usual.

Disappointing and disorganized Was at Burger King in Rheine Holsterfeld today and was really disappointed. Even though the store was completely empty, I had to wait over 20 minutes for my order. To make matters worse, my bag of finished burgers had already been sitting in the warming box for over 10 minutes without anyone giving them to me. Absolutely incomprehensible and a sign of poor organization. I'm definitely not coming back here.

Half the burgers were wrong. When I complained, each burger was remade individually. So one burger was replaced within 5 minutes and then asked what was wrong with the second burger and replaced 5 minutes later. Well, it takes time when every customer in the restaurant has to complain about incorrect or missing goods. The only employee at the counter had to ask what was in the foil for every burger from the kitchen. Not only did they have a bad day there, the employees are absolutely inadequately trained. The burgers themselves have seen better days. Meat as thin as cold cuts and dry bread without sauce. If you throw a tomato and lettuce on a normal hamburger, it's not a whopper jr for €4.99. Just cheeky

Once again something is missing from the order. It's stupid if you only notice it when you unpack it at home. This time the King's Beef Double King is missing, so it's not exactly a small thing. :-( If you place multiple orders, you probably have to unpack everything again on site.

Long waiting even when i am only one in restorant. 1 order!

A few months ago I gave it 5 stars, but now the Burger King has become so bad that I can only give it one star. I'm not really there often, but the last two times were a disaster. You order a menu, the side dishes or drinks took about 10 minutes. In an empty restaurant, the Plant Burger arrived again about 7 minutes later, with burnt edges, well, okay, that can happen. I then ate the burger and the side dishes separately, the side dishes as a starter ;-) But what really bothered me a lot and it was like that the last two times... the urinals in the toilet were so dirty and smelly that you had to hold your hand over your mouth and nose when you peed, I was, No joke, I was about to throw up, I hardly wanted to eat afterwards and that's really not an exaggeration. Overall the BK is very unclean. The restaurant is virtually empty and both carts for returning trays are completely full. In front of the counter, there were napkins on the floor, which was otherwise very dirty...etc. So honestly... Sorry, I won't eat there again in the future, even if it's only 3 times a year, I'm actually used to a slightly higher standard from BK.

Once and never again. The shop was incredibly dirty, from the dirty floor and tables to the toilets. Tables weren't cleaned, the return station was bursting at the seams, the floor was sticky and dirty, and the sanitary facilities were also dirty and unkempt. It hasn't been cleaned for a while. The staff does not clean up the return station nor does anyone wipe down the tables after use. Unfortunately the food was also tasteless.

I arrived at 11:20am and the door was closed, I signaled to an employee and he came to the door and motioned to the program on the door. a very ugly attitude considering that it was past 11 o'clock and the restaurant had to be open.

0.5h for a few things. The first donuts were placed under the hot fries. Then got new ones.

Dirty. Non-carbonated Cola and warm from piss. Burger dry. Fries ok.

Too small, with train entrances on both sides in the lounge area, unfortunately little German language skills available at the drive, thus increasing errors in the goods handed out.

After a long wait (fast food doesn't deserve the name here) we received our order. Items were missing and others were cold. The fries were no longer edible. We contacted customer service and would have been happy with any kind of improvement. Burger cold even though there were few guests present... not recommended

I can't understand the negative reviews. We put a lot of effort into serving every customer quickly despite the order screen failing. Food was top. The employees and boss were very friendly and the sauces on the citizens were finally in the right amount, not too much and not too little.

Unfortunately there was no receipt to receive the free coffee/fries through a review, but the staff reacted quickly and brought me a free fries instead! One star deducted because the waitress didn't know that the H in long-life milk does not stand for oats. This was noticed in time (by another guest), but it shouldn't happen if you have allergies.

A place for a quick bite to eat. Coziness and atmosphere are not to be expected. Place for truck drivers, wouldn't go there in the dark or alone as a woman. Food was as expected from fast food, as was the staff.

Got 20 minutes on Whopper and fries at Drive tonight! waited. The products were not assembled well and were also out of temperature range. Not recommended. The store was also understaffed.

I wanted to eat something. But the cash registers were not able to work at the moment and the lady at the cash register was still very young and inexperienced. I don't rate this either because the lady couldn't do anything about it. There was only one young man in production with his hands flying, trying to do his best. Juice shop, always diarrhea from food and the service is snot. Every order so far has been incomplete or incorrect. You can't give yourself. Hire decent people, your employees are incompetent.

My BK worst experience ever. I order the double burger “selection”, almost 15 euro, it was orribile and the thing most far far away from the photo. Incredibly Oil wet! Warm cola, no ice. Maybe is better they start to make kebab, maybe more experience in that stuff than about burgers

Opening times are changed every week... Sometimes the drive is closed, sometimes only card payment works, sometimes only cash. Worst Burger King within 200km...

We waited 25 minutes for our food. It was because there were only two of the employees. There was also a warm cola as there is no ice. The tables and floor were dirty. The employees also have to absorb this. That's why we won't go to BurgerKing anymore...

Little choice and sandwiches were three bites away. Double cheeseburger just as big and high as the regular one. Drink was warm. My husband had an ant on his cup. Only fries were hot. Then we drove back to McDonalds. This burger king is definitely not for next time.

Crazy...I was just at the drive-in (08/16/24 9:20 p.m.). The store was open but no one was inside. I waited 5 minutes until it was too stupid for me. As I was driving out I saw that the two (apparently the only) employees were sitting in the back yard and smoking. I could have cleared out the front of the shop 😅.

I actually wanted to eat a burger there... There seems to be a lack of staff, first I went to the drive counter and was told that the drive-in was closed... Ok, then I walk in. After I went to the toilet I lost my appetite... Extreme smell at the urinals, I really had to hold my breath, and then no soap or disinfectant... Don't you have a cleaner there? Sorry, but that doesn't work at all...

How about updating the current opening times on the internet and not just on a piece of paper at the store

12 o'clock in the drive and you are sent in because only 2 people are working. What's the point of the drive in? Employee planning grade 6. Maybe pay sensibly - then you also have staff.

The employees are respectful and cool. Unfortunately, sometimes something is forgotten when ordering, but that can happen if you ask and you get your food straight away.

I can't recommend it. There were no soft drinks, just Cola, no Fanta, Spezi or anything similar. Even after informing the waitress, the second cola was almost non-carbonated. You couldn't dry your hands in the toilet after washing. Everything was very unloving... It's a shame because the food was good.

Despite posted opening times both online and on site, we found the Burger King closed. We were also expelled from the place by their so-called “service employee” and were forced to go to another establishment.

Absolutely horrible experience! Half the order was wrong- both the cola and the ice tea was ROOM temperature!! We ended up no drinking it - it tasted strange. There was no ice in the ice tea either and one of the burgers was so greasy so it was DRIPPING from the paper! We paid 33 euros for this and we feel very cheated out of our money!

A Mini Burger King with some broken seats. After ordering onion rings at the terminal, I was told at the food counter that there were none. They then offered me something else. I don't understand why you can even order even though it's not available.
