Miserably long queue, about 25 minutes waiting time at the drive-in.

Juice shop, always diarrhea from food and the service is snot. Every order so far has been incomplete or incorrect. You can't give yourself. Hire decent people, your employees are incompetent.

My BK worst experience ever. I order the double burger “selection”, almost 15 euro, it was orribile and the thing most far far away from the photo. Incredibly Oil wet! Warm cola, no ice. Maybe is better they start to make kebab, maybe more experience in that stuff than about burgers

Opening times are changed every week... Sometimes the drive is closed, sometimes only card payment works, sometimes only cash. Worst Burger King within 200km...

Were there and the internet says 11 p.m. and unfortunately it was already closed at 8 p.m. Something like this only exists in Rheine BK.. sorry, but next time I'll visit the competition from the start.

We waited 25 minutes for our food. It was because there were only two of the employees. There was also a warm cola as there is no ice. The tables and floor were dirty. The employees also have to absorb this. That's why we won't go to BurgerKing anymore...

Little choice and sandwiches were three bites away. Double cheeseburger just as big and high as the regular one. Drink was warm. My husband had an ant on his cup. Only fries were hot. Then we drove back to McDonalds. This burger king is definitely not for next time.

Crazy...I was just at the drive-in (08/16/24 9:20 p.m.). The store was open but no one was inside. I waited 5 minutes until it was too stupid for me. As I was driving out I saw that the two (apparently the only) employees were sitting in the back yard and smoking. I could have cleared out the front of the shop 😅.

I actually wanted to eat a burger there... There seems to be a lack of staff, first I went to the drive counter and was told that the drive-in was closed... Ok, then I walk in. After I went to the toilet I lost my appetite... Extreme smell at the urinals, I really had to hold my breath, and then no soap or disinfectant... Don't you have a cleaner there? Sorry, but that doesn't work at all...

How about updating the current opening times on the internet and not just on a piece of paper at the store

12 o'clock in the drive and you are sent in because only 2 people are working. What's the point of the drive in? Employee planning grade 6. Maybe pay sensibly - then you also have staff.

The employees are respectful and cool. Unfortunately, sometimes something is forgotten when ordering, but that can happen if you ask and you get your food straight away.

I can't recommend it. There were no soft drinks, just Cola, no Fanta, Spezi or anything similar. Even after informing the waitress, the second cola was almost non-carbonated. You couldn't dry your hands in the toilet after washing. Everything was very unloving... It's a shame because the food was good.

Despite posted opening times both online and on site, we found the Burger King closed. We were also expelled from the place by their so-called “service employee” and were forced to go to another establishment.

Understaffed, half the order was wrong, very greasy burger, luke-warm cola and milkshake machine broken.

Absolutely horrible experience! Half the order was wrong- both the cola and the ice tea was ROOM temperature!! We ended up no drinking it - it tasted strange. There was no ice in the ice tea either and one of the burgers was so greasy so it was DRIPPING from the paper! We paid 33 euros for this and we feel very cheated out of our money!

Orders will no longer be accepted 30 minutes before closing time, with opening hours already shortened. They only tell you this after waiting 10 minutes in the drive. An absolute disgrace.

My last visit to Burger King was another disaster, and unfortunately this is not the first time I have experienced such problems here. The employees were completely overwhelmed and helpless, and they reacted extremely rudely at the drive-in counter. My food was cold and even though I only ordered two simple burgers, I had to wait an incredible 20 minutes at the drive-thru. When I discovered that my burgers were incorrect, the employee didn't even recognize it and responded very stroppily by claiming they were correct. When I asked the branch manager, he simply walked away with what he thought were the right burgers. Luckily, the store manager apologized to me and prepared two new burgers. In addition, it happened to me several times that I was given cheaper burgers and when I wanted to complain about this, I was suggested to simply swap, even though there was a big price difference and a difference between beef and chicken burgers. The general service at this branch is absolutely unacceptable and I will definitely not be returning.

Highlight coupons are available on match days for the German national team. During the first game, it was not possible to log into MyBurgerKing on site. At the second game, the store was already closed when I arrived at 9:30 p.m. For technical reasons, as they say. Very weak, BK!

A great shop like no other. a) Employees are slow, unfriendly and unable to take an order after three explanations. b) for 2 king menus 20 minutes preparation time for a medium number of guests c) Sanitary facilities are so dirty that only fire renovation can help. No soap or towels. Once and never again.

Drove into the drive-in on June 13th, 2024 at around 9:30 p.m., employees said that the branch was already closed. Official opening times stated until 11 p.m. When we left, all employees were standing outside the door and seemed to be taking a break. Not very customer oriented in terms of correct opening hours or staff management.

Lazy staff not customer oriented

Went there at 10:40 a.m. on a Friday - it said it was open from 10:00 a.m. The light was on, but the door and drive were still closed.

The staff are really very respectful and the food is prepared quickly. It simply tasted amazing and I'm looking forward to eating there again next time. Burger with ice-cold limp bacon from the fridge. After my complaint, it was warmed up in a microwave. It didn't taste good, next time I'll throw the thing behind the counter, then at least I'll have something to laugh about.

I waited 20 minutes for my food, which ended up being cold. I had ordered a menu with extra nuggets and a hot brownie. I only had my menu, the rest was simply missing.

The order did not meet expectations. The burgers are very small and not the same as in other branches. Cola without warm and without gases. Advice: drive to the next branch.

The order does not match what was ordered! What could have been confused was confused. They gave someone else's. They didn't add ours. They didn't give me any cola. Milkshake is not tasty - just ice cream diluted with water. There is no strawberry taste at all. Chocolate - slightly.

Always delicious warm food (better than at Mcs because the burgers also taste like burgers) nice service, good offers in the app, often 20 nuggets for 5 euros that taste really good there. Only the drinks aren't ice cold.

So the food is much better than at McDonalds, you get a lot more for your money. Since I've been going there, I feel like I've been ripped off at Mc's. Always nice service and 4 stars for the ambience because of the crowns.

Unprofessionalism is very important here! If the employees behind the counter have their own disco with music and you are treated like animals, you don't necessarily have to come here!

I was there with my children. The staff was very patient with the children and very friendly. The order was processed quickly and the food was really fresh. It was clean. What I was most excited about was the interaction with the children and the fresh food. We will be back.
