I was there today around 12 p.m. and ordered something to eat. I found it very, very tasty and can only recommend it. The staff was so so nice to me. Many thanks again to both of them for making my wishes come true the way I wanted them!!!!

I was there for lunch today and the food was very tasty. Employees were super friendly! I haven't seen such nice employees in a long time. Keep it up!

This was our first time here at Kochlöffel. We arrived hungry 😊 My husband ordered a menu... currywurst, fries and cola. I had a chicken burger and spring rolls. Even though there wasn't much to do, the wait felt long. Our number was called... with the message that the currywurst was coming soon. My burger was good... a little too much otherwise... but otherwise good. As are the roles. Everything was hot. My husband's fries were okay but unfortunately only lukewarm. Really annoying. The currywurst didn't come until we had finished all of the food. My husband ate half of me. I think a menu should be delivered together and not a 10/15 minute difference.

The staff is nice and the food is tasty. But the waiting time you always have here is no longer normal. Sometimes 30 minutes for a small menu...

Today my daughter wanted chicken wings and fries. It only takes a child, the chicken wings were way too spicy, you could hardly eat them, there is no warning, I personally find it annoying, I mentioned it on site, I can't recommend it to anyone.

We haven't had such bad food at Kochlöffel in a long time. Since the new staff came in, it has become horrible. The fries are completely hard and darkly fried, and they only come warm and the nuggets are sometimes cold. Yes, we have complained several times now and it has not been addressed. We used to love being here, but that's over now!!!! For that kind of money I can eat somewhere else

Super nice team, apparently the performance is new. You can see that the employees enjoy their work and love their job. Keep it up and I'll be happy to come back 👍👍

The employees are very nice. I particularly noticed the young man; he seems to love this job. In any case, you can say that the food here in the cooking spoon tastes very good. Highly recommended!👍

Well, cold drinks are often lacking

Unfriendly treatment of the guests, some of the food was cold and unappetizing. No reasonable agreement between the staff. All in all, I am very, very dissatisfied and will never eat there again.

Unfortunately we were disappointed. After an acceptable waiting time, the food was unfortunately only lukewarm. Quality and taste also left a lot to be desired. We won't be going back there any time soon.

Staff very unfriendly, had ordered 2 extra portions of ketchup, which both ended up on the fries, then wanted the extra portions of ketchup, which I told them again, then she started discussing with me, which I found very cheeky. In the end I only got one portion of ketchup even though I paid for two. I think it's cheeky!!!

Unfriendly and very slow. If I worked that slowly, I would have lost my job long ago. I wait 20 minutes for 2 burgers that are ready and warmed up all the time

I would prefer not to give a star at all for this unfriendly behavior, I wanted to order something at the checkout and was pointed out to the machines, but both of them were already occupied and there was nothing to do at the checkout and nothing was going on. It's hard to believe with what a stroppy tone the woman in the black uniform (everyone else is wearing light blue, I think that's a kind of shift manager) replied that I should kindly use the machines for this. I was here the last time.

The biggest bummer! I ordered and paid for 2 cheeseburgers and a fries without anything at the terminal. After 15 minutes, the first person left in a rage. She ordered at the terminal and wanted to pay in cash. None of the 3 employees managed to collect the order during this time. After 20 minutes I asked where my order would be. By “FAST” food I mean something different. The only answer you got was that you see what's going on here. However, there were a maximum of 5-6 customers on site at the time. When I told one of the employees that I would have to wait over 20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a fries, she said that I shouldn't be so rude and handed me my money. So I was the next one to leave in a rage. I hope that these "capable" employees get the amount that I paid by card and gave me in cash correctly recorded. 👍🏻

Chicken leg was very fatty on the outside, dry and gristly on the inside, tasted just like older fat like mine no longer had, or not yet hot, somewhat limp fries. With two drinks together for almost 13 (!!) euros, it's unfortunately far too expensive. I would have happily paid the price for excellent quality. That was nothing

This is my 5th time here at different times. I could never get chicken!

If you have no expectations, you won't be disappointed There were three of us eating there and I had a burger menu. Fries were served in a cardboard container. The burger sandwich was wrapped in paper and the soft drink was in a paper cup. Fries and burger sandwich were good, nothing special, but the mayonnaise with the fries was not tasty. Personally, I would have preferred if everything had been neatly served on a plate. Unfortunately not worth repeating.

We got churros. It was freshly prepared and the service was extremely nice.

Today we ate at lunchtime in the Ems Gallery. We were asked very friendly what we wanted even though it was very busy. We ordered the Currywurst menu and Bratwurst menu. I was irritated to discover that my bratwurst menu included a roll. I was able to unsubscribe from this but had to tell you about it. For whatever reason, the bratwurst is only available with buns on the menu and there is no longer a bratwurst menu. Furthermore, we didn't understand why we couldn't redeem our food vouchers. This is possible on Hansstrasse and also in Lingen.

We ordered two chicken boxes and two drinks for a whopping €25. In the box there was a handful of fries and 4 small nuggets. I really wonder why you need such a large cardboard box for this, it would have easily fit into a small cardboard bowl. The lettuce on my husband's burger was already browned. Unfortunately I only saw it very late. So what you get for €25 is an outrage. That was the last time for us, we are absolutely disappointed.

Last dirty shop 11.20 and no one goes to the counter

Today 01/18/24 4:50 p.m. We were served by a completely annoyed waitress, with a...you have to order from me right now... expression on her face.

You can really save on eating there, waited half an hour and still arrived cold and stuffy.

Fresh is something else! The lettuce from the burger was already brown. I would like to know how long the burgers have been in the warm-up phase. Extremely disappointed. It's a shame I can't add a photo. I think 40 cents extra for mayo from the tube is excessive. This was so little that it wasn't even enough for the fries....

Not recommended, didn't even have chicken ready at lunchtime. Won't go there anymore. I'd rather go to Hansaallee, the staff is friendlier there too😉

Very very very slow service. The waiting time was endless and by the time we got our food, they only served half of it and we had to wait for the rest. The sausage was not even hot, more like lukewarm.

Natürlich ist alles teurer geworden, aber hier passen der hohe Preis und die Qualität sowie die Portionsgröße nicht zusammen. Die Burger waren leider schon länger frisch, der Salat darauf welk und die Pattys trocken.

Die churros kann und sollte man sich getrost sparen. Kein Vergleich zu dem, was man sonst auf Märkten bekommt. Klein, traurig und das schlimmste, total ölig. Als wäre das fett nicht heiß genug und die churros deshalb voll gesogen. Und nach Hänchen hab sie auch etwas geschmeckt, vermutlich kurz davor ein chicken frittiert gehabt.. Warten musste man auch ewig, weil Personal nicht wirklich ausgebildet

Chickenburger schmeckt wie immer top

Soweit ok. Bedingung nur etwas verbesserungswürdig.

Mal ganz ehrlich, welcher Imbiss hat denn bessere gegrillte Hähnchen? Sonst wo gibt es die häufig nur aus der Fritteuse.

Essen vom Geschmack ganz okay aber viel zu teuer nicht zu empfehlen geht lieber zu Backwerk da gibt's für 1.90€ nen Donut und nen Käsebrötchen

De meningen over Kochlöffel zijn verdeeld maar wij hebben er heerlijk zitten eten, alles was goed warm (lees heet!) en we zijn zeer vriendelijk geholpen, voor herhaling vatbaar!

Die Burger sind sehr lecker. Und auch die anderen Produkte sind ganz gut.

Wie früher, als ich klein war 😊

Große Auswahl, die Qualität der Produkte ist nach heutigen Standards allerdings eher unterdurchschnittlich.

Erinnert mich sehr an McD, der Double Cheeseburger hat auch genauso geschmeckt, die Currywurst war echt lecker und die Pommes knusprig und gut gewürzt.

Die Burger sind echt nicht so lecker der salat war Braun das Fleisch trocken und das Brötchen pappig. Und das ist nicht das erste mal so gewesen...

Ganz gut man mus nicht lange warten

Absolutely fabulously fantastically amazing

Leider hatten sie zum wiederholten Male um 12 Uhr keine Currywurst da, es war bestimmt schon das 4 mal. ich bin sehr enttäuscht da ich mit kochlöffel in anderen Restaurants diese Probleme noch nicht hatte. Ich hoffe das sie das sobald ändern werden. Aber so kann ich leider nur 2 Sterne geben.

Kleiner Snack für zwischendurch....

Heute Abend mit meiner Freundin das erste mal dort essen gewesen. Sehr freundlicher Mitarbeiter. Er hat uns das warten durch ein nettes Gespräch echt verkürzt. Wir wurden gut beraten und das Essen hat wunderbar geschmeckt. Da kommen wir gerne wieder hin. :-)

Also die wartezeit war gut ... allerdings waren die chicken nugget trocken umd der best chicken kalt ..... die pommes waren stellenweise ziemlich überwürzt
