I've been to a lot of Burger King restaurants and I have to say I like this one the best so far. Nice restaurant, very clean and also great with the large play area for small children. It's especially nice to see a Burger King with clean toilets. The food was nice and warm and, above all, fresh. I don't think I've ever had such hot chili cheese nuggets anywhere before 😂 Employees are very friendly and have a great time laughing and singing together, which brings the least amount of melody into the store given the lack of music in the restaurant. The employee and supervisor were very helpful, we had to wait a bit, which we didn't think was a bad thing as the food was fresh and warm and we were still offered ice cream for dessert while we waited, which the children of course thought was great. So overall a positive experience and I can only recommend this Burger King. Wasn't the last time we come by 🥰

Even though it took me a bit longer to place my order, they were kind and never rushed me. The atmosphere was calm and friendly, but one small suggestion I’d make would be to add some background music. Without it, you can easily overhear other people’s conversations, which can make the space feel a bit less private. Adding light music would make the environment even more relaxed and cozy. Overall, my visit today was amazing, thanks to the clean and inviting space and the outstanding service. I would definitely recommend this Burger King location to anyone visiting Germany!

I ordered food there via the drive-thru, everything was normal. At the end a burger was missing from the order. I went back and let them know, the employee just said that I hadn't ordered it, even though that wasn't true at all. He even repeated the order at the counter. Then came the saying: 'Yes, if you two have to chat in the car, you can't hear it on the drive in' and that in a tone that was absolutely disgusting. When he gave me the receipt and I saw that the burger was on it, all I said was, 'I'm sorry, the burger is still here too.' I've never experienced anything like that in my entire life. They should shut down Burger King if they employ staff like that. Incompetent and unfriendly.

The drive was closed but not cordoned off so that you could back out because there was a car in front of us that apparently didn't understand that the drive was closed or maybe they were VIPs and could still order. Today October 7th, 2024 at around 11:30 I bought a burger at Burger King and noticed that I got a regular burger instead of a double burger. I brought it back and said that I just got a regular one instead of the double burger. The employee just wanted to put an extra piece of meat on the burger instead of making me a new one. I made it clear that I needed a new one. The employee then said I shouldn't have bitten into it, but I didn't realize until later that it was the wrong order. It wasn't a problem for me that the order was wrong - people can make mistakes. But the poor customer service and the unfriendliness of the employee were too much for me. I find it really disrespectful to not apologize and just put a piece of meat on the old burger instead of a new burger. Hygiene is really bad there too.

Dieser Laden ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Eigentlich mag ich Burger King sehr gerne. Das Essen schmeckt prima und ist frei von Geschmacksverstärkern und Konservierungsstoffen. Diese Filiale jedoch enttäuscht immer wieder aufs neue: Seit geraumer Zeit ist sie immer wieder wegen "technischer Probleme" auf unbestimmte Zeit geschlossen, was auch nicht von der Filialleitung an Google oder sonst wo online weitergeleitet wird. Das ist dann einfach nur frustrierend, wenn man sich die Aufwand macht, dorthin zu fahren und sich auf sein Essen freut, nur um vor einer geschlossenen Tür zu stehen. Ob diese Filiale jetzt tatsächlich binnen weniger Monate solch schwere technische Probleme hatte, oder vielleicht eher an Personalmangel leidet, da diese Filiale auch zum betroffenen Franchise der Wallraff-Doku gehört, steht jedem zur freien Spekulation frei. Darüber hinaus hatte die Filiale, wenn sie denn mal geöffnet war, unverschämte Öffnungszeiten, sodass es für die arbeitende Bevölkerung kaum möglich war, nach der Arbeit sich etwas zu essen zu besorgen. Ich hoffe, dass dieser Burger King bald unter neuem Management wiedereröffnet wird, sonst sehe ich ihn schon sehr bald dauerhaft geschlossen.

Wir waren mal bei Burger King statt beim großen M. Nach der Berichterstattung im Fernsehen über den Burgerking Scandal wollten wir uns selber wine Meinung bilden. Es war sauber, die Bedienung ein wenig hecktisch aber sehr freundlich und das Essen heiß und gut. Hinter die Kulissen konnte man ja nicht gucken aber alles in allem waren wir zufrieden und kommen wieder.

Het was rustig toen wij kwamen. Dus de bestelling was vlot klaar. Er zijn 3 bestel zuilen. Min puntje aan het eten was dat de broodjes enorm droog waren, ze vielen zelfs uit elkaar, zo droog.

Leider ist das hier eine der schlechtesten Bürger King Filialen die ich besucht habe . Das Essen wird lieblos zusammen geklatscht . Das Personal ist unfreundlich . Besonders der ältere Herr mit dem Lockenkopf .eine Bomben Stimmung ist hinter dem Tresen . Bei Bargeld Zahlung werden die Kunden angemault das diese doch vorher für Kleingeld sorgen sollten . Im Drive wird mitten in der Bestellung abgebrochen und man wartet und wartet...nichts passiert . Einfache Fragen sind in der Filiale zu viel . Da fahre ich lieber zu einer anderen Filiale . Sorry aber das sind die Eindrücke von mehreren besuchen ibei dieser Filiale. Gruß

Leider fehlt hin und wieder was beim Kauf im Drive In. Am Essen und der den freundlichen Mitarbeitern ist nichts auszusetzen. Nachtrag 2023 Leider hat die Qualität stark nachgelassen, so wie auch das Personal. Das wird heute mein letzter Besuch gewesen sein.

Das Essen war in Ordnung und wie bestellt, allerdings war mit der Hygiene nicht so gut bestellt. Tische waren schmutzig und die Oberflächen klebrig, obwohl wenig los war und das Personal sicherlich die Zeit gehabt hätte.

Update: Wallraff anschauen. Ehrlichweise muss ich gestehen, dass wir nur wegen des Spielzimmers hier her kommen, daher auch die 2 Sterne. Die Inneneinrichtung ist passabel, Standart Burger King Einrichtung, Hygenie ist normal, aber die Mitarbeiter sind MEGA unfreundlich, keine Begrüssung, kein Lächeln, kein Danke ,kein Bitte. Man sieht den Mitarbeitern die nicht vorhandene Motivation sichtlich an, davon ab wird man hier, dass Gefühl nicht los, dass die Arbeitsmoral ziemlich im keller liegt, dass definitiv unfreundlichste Burger King in dem ich je war.
