Overall a good fast food restaurant. The best thing is the grilled chicken, very tasty and definitely a recommendation. Drive-in available. The toilet facilities aren't quite as nice anymore. Otherwise nice staff and good service. Frozen yogurt is now also available. Order terminals have also been introduced.

I was pleasantly surprised. Very nicely decorated. You immediately feel at home. Food was prepared quickly and it tasted good. The service was very friendly and well organized. The prices are ok. There are enough parking spaces. You can also use the McDrive. I am satisfied and would like to come back 🙂👍

Half a chicken - that's 1/4 of the order - apart from hunger and a bad mood, it's more or less €8 that's simply missing - that's a 20% increase in profit - that's what every restaurateur would want!

The pricing has evolved very much. A snack and drink in the evening, almost 35€ are gone!!! The fries are no longer cross.

I've never experienced anything like this! An error in the Lieferando app meant that 2 large fries cost me a total of 14 euros - i.e. the menu was incomplete. After my review at Lieferando, the issue was settled for me. Now it comes: So on Monday I get a call asking when I'm home this evening that I would get a double currywurst. We agreed on Friday at 5 p.m. And right now, at exactly 5 p.m., I not only get a double currywurst, but the entire menu again! I really say thank you! This was by far the best service! Someone is actually reading the reviews and thinking about it! Really great! I recommend you!

Wait 15 minutes for half a chicken even though there are no customers. Addendum: After 2 years I tried again and bought 3 half grilled chickens. When we got home we discovered that they were not cooked through but rather half raw. So we threw the chicken away because it couldn't be eaten!

Yesterday I went to Kochlöffel to eat a Starburger menu. The burger and fries were freshly prepared for me. The food was very tasty. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The shop and toilets were clean and warm. All in all, the new management of Kochlöffel has improved a lot. I will gladly come again

Für ein Fastfood-Restaurant sehr gut. In der Weihnachtszeit durch die Deko sogar richtiggehend gemütlich. Nicht überlaufen und daher auch schön ruhig. Die Kinderecke ist sinnvoll gestaltet, der Kicker ein Highlight.

Überragend in seiner Klasse. Bequeme moderne Sitze, Kicker umsonst, leckerste Fastfoodpommes und Majo. Meine Bewertung berücksichtigt das es sich um ein Schnellrestaurant handelt, und die Konkurrenz wie McD BK KFC zur Zeit alles tun um in allen Punkten immer schlechter zu werden.

Essen war gut und frisch, leider mussten wir obwohl man zu zweit war, relativ lange warten bis wir bedient wurden, anbei sei gesagt, es war nichts los!

War mal wieder lecker bei Kochlöffel. Burger und Pommes waren gut und frisch zubereitet.

Schmeckt gut. Kein Grund zu meckern.

Für den Preis wird man satt, manche Burger sind sogar meiner Ansicht nach besser, als die der amerikanischen Mitbewerber. Ich mag den 90er Jahre Charme der Filiale, aber es könnte sauberer sein und die Bestellungen, ob im Restaurant oder Drive in werden öfters nicht richtig verarbeitet. So erhielt ich bereits öfters das falsche Essen oder es wurde falsch abgerechnet - glücklicherweise habe ich dies sofort bemerkt und mit den Mitarbeitern problemlos klären können. Leider nur 3 Sterne, hier ist noch Luft nach oben - was Organisation und Sauberkeit betrifft.

Leckeres Essen gutes Personal aber wird immer teurer leider

Ich finde Kochlöffel super, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und ganz wichtig es ist sauber. Das Essen ist auch sehr lecker. Kochlöffel ist für jedermann absolut empfehlenswert, ob Familien oder Singles, für jeden ist was dabei!!!!

Bin eigentlich kein Fan von gängigem Fastfood und wollte daher nach Jahren Mal wieder Kochlöffel ausprobieren, als ich hier vorbei kam. Zuerst zum positiven: die Mitarbeiterin war sehr freundlich und hat das Essen zügig zubereitet. Geschmacklich hat es auch meine Erwartungen erfüllt und war halt was anderes als der Kram der Konkurrenz. Allerdings war es im Lokal wirklich kalt, was beim Essen nicht wirklich angenehm ist. Zudem wirkt der Raum sehr vernachlässigt, verlassen und ungemütlich. Ein bisschen Deko und Sauberkeit würden den Besuch zusammen mit einer angemessenen Temperatur durchaus aufwerten.

Super Service im Drive. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und es erfolgt eine schnelle Bedienung. Die Bestellungen werden frisch und lecker rausgegeben. War heute Nachmittag noch da, und es war wie immer alles super. Fahre immer wieder gerne durch den Drive.

Vor Ort gegessen. Essen sehr gut und richtig heiß. Pommes knackig. Freundliche Mitarbeiter.

Hier wird man freundlich bedient und es schmeckt gut. Es gibt einen Drive-in und auch der I ist nnenbereich gemütlich.
