It doesn't get much worse. Waiting 30 minutes in the drive for food is outrageous!

We ate there a few days ago and got bad food poisoning. Unfortunately, this is not the first time; this happened in the same branch a few years ago, but before the renovation. We each ordered 6 hot wings menu and burgers. 5 days later we are still struggling with stomach cramps! This branch urgently needs to be checked out and I would advise anyone not to eat here!! In addition, it has become ridiculously expensive.

Man bestellt im Drive mit Coupons und wird dann „angemacht“ das andere Autos doch warten und man sich beeilen soll. Kundenfreundlichkeit gleich null. Drive Arbeiter verstehen die zählen und co. nicht und wir sollen uns beeilen bzw. nicht so viel bestellen.

Burger King in general has slowed down a lot and this one here in Lübeck has confirmed it. Burgers look like they are 2-3 days old and the nuggets taste like cardboard anyway. The meat patties look very dark at the edges and the burgers are not even lukewarm. I think it's a shame because I actually like Burger King.

In the evening it was very dirty, the tables were not wiped down.

It's getting worse and worse, unfriendly service, not listening properly, the wrong food being served. The parking lot was full of trash and dumps. Work on your staff. I prefer Burger King now.

Ice cream machine is ALWAYS broken!!! Tried 3 times in the last 2 weeks - broken every time. Others have also complained about this here and they claim that there are no known downtimes. Aha?? Then why don't you ever have ice cream? Update 04/2024 Ice cream maker is still broken hahaha
