I always loved going to Kochlöffel when I was at school, 15 years ago. Now, almost 15 years later, I've been back, and it's just as good as it used to be. The best chicken with fries is a real classic! It was a bite-sized throwback to my childhood. They used to serve tartar sauce, but unfortunately, not anymore. I'll definitely be back! Thank you, Kochlöffel, for this trip back to my childhood.

The meat is not fresh, and they save a lot, make small portions, and the meat smells rotten, I strongly advise not to go to this institution.

They just never have red sauce.. 33 euros in Nov 2024 for: 1×Pizza Margherita with 10 pieces of pineapple (far too few and far too big pieces) 1x Pizza Funghi (It was well topped) 1×Yufca (here the wish “With spicy” was forgotten. 1xLahmacun. Overall, I was shocked at the price. Had pre-ordered and picked up. Previously we always paid 21.50 euros for 1 pizza, 1 lahmacun and 1 yufca as well as 1 thirst quencher. Now 1 more pizza cost 12 euros more. I don't like the white sauce as much as the red one. Which is a reason not to eat kebab there anymore, BUT sometimes I turn a blind eye. The staff has always been very friendly. You can park opposite.

Everything is terrible! I paid 20 euros for the menu, and when I went to the toilet they decided to charge me 50 cents. When I refused to pay and tried to get through, they used physical force on me, despite the fact that the last time I went in without any problems, when I went to the administration to figure it out, they told me that this is Germany and here you have to pay for everything!!!

Toilet dirty. No towel paper. Wait 10 minutes for a coffee even though there is no one in front of you.

An absolute chaotic shop. The staff is completely overwhelmed and the shift manager doesn't seem to have a plan either. The employees wander around randomly and without structure. The result is long wart rites of 30 minutes or longer. Then the order is cold and, to make matters worse, incomplete (and this is not an isolated case). You are always forced to control. The preparation is also a disaster. The burgers almost never have any structure (salad is always next to the burger and the McRib is far dry, i.e. it has missed the sauce at most). Unfortunately, the new ambience after the recent renovation doesn't outweigh the whole dilemma. So avoid this store if possible.

The parking lot is currently being renovated. Cleanliness isn't exactly a top priority here. The restrooms leave a lot to be desired.

The milkshake was okay. Unfortunately the cup was completely stuck together.

Man bestellt im Drive mit Coupons und wird dann „angemacht“ das andere Autos doch warten und man sich beeilen soll. Kundenfreundlichkeit gleich null. Drive Arbeiter verstehen die zählen und co. nicht und wir sollen uns beeilen bzw. nicht so viel bestellen.

Location great, staff could be friendlier

There was a time when this branch was really bad. That hasn't been the case for a while. The food is always complete and hot. We have always received very friendly service. The ambience: it's just a McDonald's.

In the evening it was very dirty, the tables were not wiped down.
