KFC in Berlin

The waiting time is absurd. Especially since there were almost no people. The staff has time for everything but serving food. If you want to eat quickly, this is definitely not the place.

I always love to have KFC chicken from time to time, at least once a month, but I was completely disappointed with this experience. 1. Food: The chicken was just soggy—not even crispy—but cooked enough. There was salt unevenly spread in the chicken bucket, with some pieces not salty at all, while others were too salty to eat. The strawberry shake I ordered tasted just like flavored yogurt with a tonic-like taste-yuck! The french fries were soggy as always. Still, I tried to eat most of it since I don’t want to waste food. 2. Service: The employees at the counter were smiling and happy to serve, but they seemed more interested in chatting with each other rather than paying attention to customers. However, the cleaning lady was very polite and happy to help. 3. Atmosphere: The ambience at KFC Zoo was good—the cleanliness, the glass walls, everything was perfect—if only the food had been enjoyable. I've been here before, and it was good, but not this time. The meal was actually quick - quickly out again, I have never eaten anything more disgusting in 26 years of my life. I don't know where it comes out, front or back. The meat was cold and gristly, it had probably been there for 3-4 working days, which is why we got the food 30 seconds after ordering. I tell you every toenail is healthier and easier to digest than what is offered there.
