It's just a KFC. Very big, very loud, broken screens but good, albeit expensive, food. But you sit very centrally, which isn't always a bad ambience

Dear manager, I wanted to let you know something. Today i visisted in kFC.I have a question about the management of KFC in europecenter ( Tauentzienstraße 9, 10789 Berlin ).I paid more than 40 euros for my order, but I wanted to mention something about it - if we need to use the restroom, we must pay 50 cents every time. Is this normal? Tjus is not first time , i had experience more than 7 times. I have never seen this in any other country, like the UK or USA. When I go to other fast food chains like McDonald's or Burger King, I have never had this experience. I think the cleaning lady is making more than 2000 euros in black money from this. We really need to investigate this matter. Because of this, I don't want to come to KFC anymore. I asked a worker about this incident, but he said it's a KFC rule. Is this really the case? I find it hard to believe.

The worst KFC in my life….. there is a woman sitting at the entrance to the toilet who takes 50c from everyone and puts it in her pocket 😑

Very nice service place service cold drinks hot food lots of options lots of parking spaces outside you can also sit inside there are lots of seats the prices are also okay if you have coupons very tasty

Cleaning lady sits on the table where people are eating in her finest Sunday outfit. She didn't look at the toilets once in the 20 minutes I was there but asked for 50 cents. Please put people there who know what their job is.

Since the terminals have been in operation, the waiting time has finally been great. Addendum: Since the vouchers cannot be redeemed at the terminal here, I won't go there anymore!

Lovely place with helpful and kind staff that sometimes suggest the more beneficial offers, less expensive ones.

Better than any MacDonald you would eat in. DONT GET THE NORMAL TENDERS, get the hot wings. The fryes were dry ( get them from the macdonalds nearby and the meal is perfect). The pepsi is ok. I would eat here everyday.

Unfortunately I got a stomach ache from eating. In addition, the service was a disaster! The employees forgot a lot of things and took a long time to correct the order.

Disappointment across the board – cooking yourself is the better choice We were hoping to get a quick and tasty chicken meal at this fast food restaurant, but the experience was simply disappointing. I ordered full of expectations, but what I had to pick up was a far cry from the beautiful pictures on the boards. - order yourself, - unclear lure offers, - Sauces cost extra, - Cola too sweet, - pick up food yourself, - clear up yourself The chicken was too dry, too spicy and had an unnaturally breaded taste. Even at a fast food restaurant you can expect more. If you value good, fresh food, you should avoid this restaurant and instead try your hand at it yourself. All that's left here is a bad aftertaste - in every respect.

I have never experienced such unfriendly service in my life. You shouldn't expect a greeting here. Luckily there are enough alternatives in this area.

We ordered a bucket, which was supposed to contain 8 hot wings. Didn’t think of checking the food at the counter. Later it turned out that there was no hot wings at all but 8 small pieces of chicken of another kind. The bucket is pretty standard and contains only two types of chicken. Hard to imagine how they made the mistake.

KFC has taken my criticism about employees' damaged receipts to heart and employees will no longer damage customers' receipts. At least that was my experience the last time I visited + ate there. Unfortunately, I discovered that several empty tables had not been cleaned (including mine) and there was a lot of rubbish lying around. My fries weren't salted. Unfortunately not an isolated case. A few days later I had them delivered to my home and the fries were again not salted. I would be happy if KFC also accepts this criticism and my feedback will help to make this KFC branch even more pleasant for customers. I will remain your regular customer. ❤👍

Low quality of food and service

The standard non-quality of food in a very large and spacious establishment. Nice separation of indoors seating and large open outdoors seating very convenient location.

It's a matter of taste but more breading than chicken isn't our thing and paying for mayonnaise isn't that great either.

I have a bad experience, here it was, warm Pepsi and no ice cubes. I asked and they said the device was defective.

Unfortunately the quality of the chicken pieces was not good. Tiny pieces of meat with a lot of salty breading. Very disappointing.

Absolutely horrible experience for the whole family, ordered food for 3 children and 2 adults, don't know what happened behind the counter there. But this was completely incomprehensible. Stood and waited patiently for the food and had number 57. The list had reached well into the 80s when I started asking about the food and was actually quite polite to begin with. Told the staff that you could just fix the order and come out to my table with it, but you just rushed together some of the order to send with me. I sat down at the table and saw that more than half the order was missing, there was no help at all, so I made the children eat what was there and went to another place to buy myself food.

One star only because 0 is not possible. Either it's the store or I have no idea... it was the first and last time I went to KFC... the burger was dry, the fries were too salty, the cola was warm... the taste was below average!

Fast and satisfying service, great fries

Incredibly dirty, no table was clean, flies everywhere. Employee couldn't speak German. You can't choose a drink via the terminals, you just get a cola. There is no ice cream. Toilet lady talks to her friend so loudly that your ears fall off. The bacon was simply completely raw and the burger was carelessly mashed together. Boy Boy.

Good impression, clean and tidy but lots of customer requests. Staff are very friendly, good offers. Somehow there were no napkins or wet wipes to clean your hands after eating. Paper straws are terrible for me.

That Indian lady ( supervisor or something) at the counter has a stinky attitude. The till is for people with good customer services not a place to practice mood swings. Please get her off the till she is a terrible person duh.

Auf dem Heimweg zum Hotel ne schelle Pommes bestellt. Es war später am Abend. Die Pommes sollte groß sein und war dementsprechend teuer. Was wir bekommen haben war eine Pommes in Papiertüte und nicht in Pappschachtel. Damit wohl auch ne kleine Pommes. Zumindest sah die so aus. Den Mitarbeiter angesprochen und der meinte, das wäre korrekt. Da ich keine Lust auf Konfrontation hatte, hab ich ihm nen lustigen Spruch rübergeschickt und bin gegangen. Wenn ich mich auf der Homepage von KFC umschaue, dann passt das nicht wirklich. Nun denn - der Urlaub war schön, die Pommes können sie in dem Laden zukünftig selber essen - groß oder klein, mir egal.

Bad customer service. That cashier almost yelled at me because I asked her to cancel the mayonnaise. The higher up employee came to cancel the mayonnaise and looked me up and down. In the end, I got old French fries. A bad experience

We are here more often as it is on the way home. The star for service is for the employee who handed us our order. All other employees don't deserve a star... Bored or annoyed... Really bad at the drive-in... Communication training would be great 🤔

So the service was super fast - much faster than I know from other branches. Cleanliness was fine, and of course it is also a busy branch. Quality as known from KFC.

Food was - as usual for KFC - good and tasty. However, on the day we were there, most of the order terminals were broken, only 2 were working, so it was very full. However, after we ordered the food was prepared quickly and we didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes. However, you should be careful of the toilet lady - she was really very unfriendly and pretty keen on her 50 cents...

Poor quality chicken wings. Instead of being crunchy, they were rubbery. As if they had been thawed for a long time. The sandwich was packed carelessly, so all the sauce and cutlet fell out.

This branch is arguably one of the BEST in the world in terms of how faithful the recipe and execution of the original flavor chicken is: Right mix of salty, juicy & crispy. They got it so right! But the staff needs more training on the basics of identifying chicken parts: Thigh vs leg vs breast vs wing, etc. By contrast, the KFC branch in Mall of Berlin was lackluster...it felt like the chicken was a day old, chicken was not tender or juicy, and the staff mixed up the parts of the chicken. Please look into it. Thanks!

Arriving late at 11pm, we wanted to make a special order. And the staff informed me to wait about 8 minutes. While waiting, the staff asked us if we wanted anything to drink, a small question but we felt very happy because of his concern. 5 stars for the service here.

At the beginning I ordered through the machine, but no paper appeared. When I went to the employee, I was surprised that the employee didn't speak German or English, so I went to talk to another employee. It later turned out that there were no papers in the machine at all. Afterwards the food was half hot. Bad experience and I would never recommend it

Worst experience I ever have experienced in my KFC eating life. Service was not professional and the wings are full oil and looks like old wings they just fry 2nd or 3rd time . Very disappointing

Your standard KFC. I've ordered pickup a few times and never had any issues. The guys working here are quite friendly. Only once I had to wait ~10 minutes for the chicken crispy to be fried and ready. Overall, not bad.

I had an extremely troubling experience at this KFC, which I feel compelled to share. My visit was marred by an incident involving a security guard who acted inappropriately with my daughter's trolley. While my daughter was sleeping peacefully, the guard, without any prior warning or our permission, abruptly moved the trolley, startling her awake. When I expressed my concerns about his actions, he dismissively replied, "It's okay, there's nothing wrong," and walked away. This response and behavior from the KFC staff member was not only unprofessional but also showed a complete disregard for the wellbeing and comfort of guests, especially young children. I am deeply disappointed with this visit and would strongly advise the management at this specific Berlin location to take immediate action to address such misconduct and ensure a safer, more respectful environment for all patrons.

Never again KFC, burgers 🍔 and fries were cold, bread toppings weren't toasted (just take them out of the bag and put a piece of chicken on them, they just tasted disgusting. The shop, the seats are dirty.

Everyone knows food. Excellent. Ordering takes a long time if you don't type on the screen yourself. Toilet for women is often very tiring, worse than customs at the EU border if you don't pay.

Appalling service by one particular employee, adding to the fact that they had not enough toys for the kids, when this is already paid for in the kids meal. Food ordered wasn't all served. There was going back and forth to the counter. Very arrogant and disrespectful.

Not enough authentic experience

Security is super unfriendly, apparently you are only allowed to stay in the store if you are buying something yourself, waiting for friends to order something is not allowed.

Be careful!! Even if the order is not accepted, the money will be debited from the account. At the checkout the employee said that the money would be refunded in the next 2-3 days, which unfortunately didn't happen. I have repeatedly contacted the on-site staff and the written objection has not helped. This situation happened twice. 😠

I've visited this KFC location twice now, and unfortunately, both times the food quality didn't meet my expectations. The taste of the fried chicken seems off, possibly due to the type of oil used or the cooking method, which differs from what I've experienced at other KFC outlets. This wasn't a one-time issue, as my second visit a month later confirmed the same taste problem. Additionally, there's an uncomfortable situation regarding the restroom facilities. There are attendants stationed outside the toilets requesting payment for use. While this might be reasonable for non-customers, it's quite inconvenient for paying customers who simply need to wash their hands or use the restroom. It creates an unnecessary barrier and discomfort, especially when all you're looking for is basic hygiene after a meal.

Friendly service. Delicious, fresh and crispy, just like I know KFC. Clean toilet, free of charge, tip for it of course. 🤏

I have been there twice. First time dine in & the second time take away. On both occasions they gave me the wrong order and items were missing from my order. It's like they don't care what you order, they just throw in whatever they have.

The food is an imposition and I don't even want to give it to my pets. The fries were cold and rubbery. The burger was the same and only half topped, not even close to the one in the picture. The chicken was so spicy. The guys at the counter didn't understand what kind of drink you wanted the third time and then they still gave you the wrong one. Just a rip off and a waste of money.

Worse than those in Italy, it doesn't even have a refill

I've been eating here every now and then for decades and am usually very satisfied. Today it was a Double Kentucky BBQ Burger; was delicious. It is often very crowded here and you are well advised to double-check your order to make sure it is correct. Otherwise the employees are very nice and if something went wrong they were immediately ready to make it right. Sitting at the window, eating finger lickin good and looking towards the Memorial Church always brings me joy.

The meal at KFC Tauentzienstraße was anything but enjoyable. The food was consistently limp and lukewarm. The fries are absolutely dead. The whole place is incredibly dirty. This isn't surprising given the amount of public traffic, but the table surfaces should at least see a rag. The toilets are also totally dirty - but the staff are bored and playing on their cell phones. It's a shame, it could be better!

Unfriendly, disrespectful, never again KFC in Berlin.

It's just fast food and mass processing and way too overpriced. I'd rather go to a restaurant with ambience, service and friendly staff. So there is no service and the woman at the toilets was rude and couldn't speak a word of German. It doesn't work at all. Even though I was a guest I had to pay. But on the toilet I asked myself what did I pay for? It was unclean, disgusting and everything was pretty broken.

It's a KFC as one would expect, I can recommend the chicken ;)

Its really such a nice experience while visit this kfc, First of all the service, and the quality of food its really good. The attractive part is that their lobby. The interior was really good and well arranged... I really like this....

The food was very small and had little chicken even if it was xl.

I've never experienced anything like that, first of all, an order that we ordered twice is inevitably printed away from us because we've already received the same one, because there's no other way. Then I see at home that the original burgers have no sauce and salad was prepared, but it didn't look like that in the photo. So I won't go there anymore.

After a long time, I had a positive experience with an employee who was super helpful, the lady even came to the checkout and helped me with the order (taunzienstras kfc). Her name was Siebelgül, thank you that there are still nice people 💯

Veggie stuff was served frozen. After my complaint there was not a word of apology, but at least a lukewarm replacement. Unfortunately it didn't taste good.

Haven't eaten at KFC in a very long time! Unfortunately the quality has deteriorated! Chicken was lukewarm! Fries were too soft and barely edible! After we asked the overwhelmed employee about it, we regretted it again! Because it came back exactly the same!!! It's a shame, KFC used to have a different reputation! Then I'd rather go eat somewhere else!
