KFC in Berlin

I have never taken a moment to write a review this long but felt a dire need to spend time on this one! Deeply disappointed with the experience at this KFC. The staff were incredibly rude, dismissive and uninterested — it genuinely felt like customer service was the last thing on their minds. I’m not sure if it’s a training issue or something else, but I’ve had better service even in the worst of the places. To make matters worse, while the food tasted fine at the time, I ended up feeling unwell afterwards — which raises serious concerns about hygiene. I hope KFC management takes this seriously and responds. Happy to provide more details privately if needed.

I visited the neighborhood and saw a huge sign on top of the building. The restaurant is actually on the Ground floor and it's spacious. I love the fact that they have many ordering machines with pictures and different languages , so you can easily find what you want to get.

Absolutely crazy, we ordered a menu for 34.99, 3 burgers (were as small as the cheeseburgers from McDonald's) 18 chicken wings or whatever it was (smaller than a chicken nugget) so no one will get full of that. For so much money, you got so little. If someone had gotten us a kebab, we would have at least been full. The menu should be for 2 people. There were still fries.

Typical fast food restaurant. For a snack in between. I like the fries. Had a vegan wrap.

I was at the restaurant two weeks ago, and I'm coming back again. I found the service excellent from the Spanish-speaking man. He knows his job well. I highly recommend this place. Thank you for your attention and for smiling when you greet customers.

Make sure you check the order if you order to go.. when we got home we saw that there was just one burger and not two that we ordered

I was in the restaurant around 9.30-9.40 p.m on the 19th of April and being racist by an employee named Mohammad(?). It’s unbelievable when it’s already 2025 and someone still making joke about asian voice, still being racist even when they’re all foreigner themselves? Even more unbelievable that something like that comes from a waiter towards a customer who pays the salary for them?? I don’t think it’s something new to him because the other staffs all standing there, saying nothing or laugh sarcastically, and somehow he has the brave to behave like that?? I strongly recommend the manager of the restaurant or the area manager check the camera at the time that I mentioned to see how that employee behaved and training the employees well so they will not think being racist to the customer is funny!

The food was very delicious and hot, the attention of the Colombian boss was very pleasant. I would come again, since you can order in Spanish. The menus are well priced for the type of food in Germany.

That was the worst kfc ever , the food was so oily , the chicken wasnt crispy , the drinks were warm and the ice machine was not working, the chicken wasnt crispy super oily when we tried to rip it the oil just bursted out each time . Even one star is more than it deserves

The workers were sooooo rude , the food was super oily, the drinks were super duper warm, the ice machines were broken. we ordered crispy chicken, but it was not crispy at all They did not have any hand wipes we couldn’t even finish our food because of how early it was I would prefer y’all to not come here and to not waste your money and your time.

You only find out that there is no Pepsi after paying. You have to ask for napkins, there are no cleaning cloths, straws only on request. Tables not clean - no one goes around and cleans them.

The guy in the front was only speaking in german and we are tourists and when we ask he said the usual stupidest thing like you are in germany you have to speak german.So your employee is saying i have to learn german even if iam visiting berl for 2 days?smh

It's not like in Türkiye anymore, it's closed in Türkiye too, it's available here but it's not nice.

I order fries, nobody mentions sauce is not included, they look at me like I’m the weird one. Charging anything for basic sauce when ordering fries should be criminal. Never again.

So rude. We just got the food and seated without being informed with anything, but the staff starts to push every customer out saying that they closes in 5 mins on 11pm, while online it shows 12pm. It's also very annoying that the cleaning lady pushes us to sit somewhere else, to a just used unclean table, in a very impolite manner, while there's no any sign indicates that the table we chose cannot be seated. Rediculous.

It's a KFC branch! Accordingly, not a culinary or design highlight, but clean and tidy. There are only terminals for ordering, but an old lady was helped by the staff in a friendly manner while serving. Therefore: if you want something quick to eat, this is definitely not the place for you.

Were given the wrong bag, no corn on the cob, instead we got the wrong (smaller mix box) chicken box. Ordered expensive and received cheaper. I had dinner there with my cousin this evening. Well, we know that KFC isn't high quality, but we wanted to have a quick meal. The meal was actually quick - quickly out again, I have never eaten anything more disgusting in 26 years of my life. I don't know where it comes out, front or back. The meat was cold and gristly, it had probably been there for 3-4 working days, which is why we got the food 30 seconds after ordering. I tell you every toenail is healthier and easier to digest than what is offered there.
